After the walls of Castle Misogyny fell to the forces of righteousness, it took no time at all for the Politically Correct Crusaders to spread all over the civilized world. You were taught by the Revisionist Histo-bot that the righteous women and their white knights played a key role in the revolution and subsequent dismantlement of the major world governments.

The PCC managed their takeover due to a discovery of a new powersource. Hypocritium. Able to be harnessed by the Politically Correct Crusaders more effectively than any other group, they swiftly shut down the government in the USA and Europe.

30 years on, they have transformed society. A utopia has formed, where none want for anything. The world outside is harmonious and prosperous. It is the peak of human civilisation, and more than anything else, it is the correct way to live. The women rule from the peaks of their ivory towers, and the men work for them.

You are Gordon, a white cis heterosexual male-identifying male with a privilege score of 119.6 (Increased due to refusal to accept sex and therefore abusing a woman), whose preferred pronouns are He/Him/His. You’ve got a world class education in the core subjects; English, Anti-Racist Maths, Women's Studies, Privilege Studies, Philosophy, Anti-Religion and Revisionist History.

After you eat your breakfast in silence, you ponder on what to do for the day. There are really only two people who you could possibly hang out with for the day ahead. Sarah and Alex. As you clean up, the choice is made for you. A sleepy-eyed Alex waltzes into the kitchen, and stares at you in shock for a moment.
“Gordon. I… You… Are you alright?”
You shrug. “Mostly, I guess”.
He looks fully alert as he checks you over. His eyes go wide when he notices that apart from a set of incredibly faded scratches on your back, you’re mostly in pristine condition “I am so sorry. I couldn’t tell you with HER listening in, but the Head Mistress is a bit... unhinged. How on earth did you escape unharmed?”
You smirk a bit at the memory before telling Alex. “She uh… fell asleep after she handcuffed me to the railing.

The look of concern on the Captain’s face twists into a smile, before he breaks into laughter, the mirthful sound filling the villa. You stand and wait for him to finish, and he wipes an imaginary tear from his eye before continuing. “Hehe, that’s great. You should probably try to stay away from her today, woman be crazy. Want to explore this place?”

You shrug. There really wasn’t anything better to do, anyway. Alex fixes himself up a hasty breakfast while you gather provisions (And leave a note to Cheryl explaining that the two of you have gone out, as well as apologising for breaking her handcuffs), and the two of you step out into the warm rays of the rising sun. There’s probably a lot to find, round here. Where do you go exploring first?

Just caught up with this. This may be one of the most horrifyingly hilarious mishmash of dystopias I've ever seen. MC spent most his life in an iso-cube getting brainwashed along with elements from Orwell, Huxley, and Vonnegut. Hell all we're missing is some prozuim and sense offenders we got the all-star line up!

What do they tend to find in the living quarters of dissenters? Just curious.
>>
>>35506179
Oh man, Patriarch, I finally got up to date on the last few threads. Shit's getting real.

good job dodging the smut-train, much appreciated
>>
>>35506640
Good thing too, at least that'll shut up the smutfags for now
>>
>>35506425
Dissenters tend to have horrible materials in their living quarters. It's just plain heretical. They might have Alternative literature, non-approved sporting equipment or worst of all, Pornographic images depicting a heterosexual couple having sex for the purpose of pleasure where both are considered equals in the act.

>>35506640
I thought it'd probably be better in the long term to avoid it.
It did seem to murder my player count though, so I dunno.
>>
>>35506722
Honestly, I would say smut is fine, just make it something that needs a lot of building up to, rather than just "Haha, you're in rape dungeon now!"
>>
>>35506722
Well I'm sticking around, at least until the ride's too wild to stay on.

At first I thought that it'll be some pretentious attempt in satire, turns out it's actually quite a good read.
>>
The forest looks somewhat interesting. You point towards it, and the pair of you head towards the tall trees.

It’s strange, really. Many of the trees you see remind you of those you saw in London, but many aren’t even remotely similar.
Some look as if they’d be more at home in a jungle, rather than a forest. As the two of you progress through the tall trees, something quickly becomes apparent. There’s no sounds. It’s almost eerily silent as you creep through the forest, as if there was no wildlife there. With no sound but the crunching of the leaves, the two of you talk to dispel the intimidating silence.
Alex goes over his first encounter with Cheryl. He explains how she occasionally took initiates from the academy and whisked them away to her tower. Apparently the guy he shared a bunk with got taken one day, and when he was returned a few months later by the woman herself, he was heavily scarred and refused to talk to anyone about what he experienced.

Creepy.

The silence between the two of you is eventually broken as you hear something in the distance. Rushing water.
The pair of you head over, and you're greeted with the sight of a stream flowing through the forest. The water dances over a rock formation in a mini waterfall, before heading downriver to a large building. The rock formation looks fairly mundane, apart from the fact that it appears to have half of a bottle sticking out of it. Poking your head over the rock formation, you can just about make out some sort of lake a bit further on.

>SPLIT UP AND LOOK FOR CLUES?

>Investigate that bottle/rock

>Large building down river sound like it could be cool

>The source of the stream is up ahead. Wait. It’s an artificial island. How the hell is there a source of a river here?

Having a big playercount is nice, but also raises the amount of potential assholes. Just give it time. Keeping your tag/twitter is a good way to get a playerbase when you run something else.

Smut's fine but there should be some lead up to it. I'm actually thankful you spared the poor MC a traumatic experience. I mean honestly, you couldn't have warned everyone any harder unless you outright stated SHE WANTS TO RAPE YOU ASAP!!!! Who goes for such an obvious trap really...

This place is getting a bit too weird for you. “Alex, let’s stick together. This place is strange…”. He nods in agreement, and the pair of you link arms before going onwards to investigate. First order of business, that bottle. When you get to the bottle, you pick it up to get a closer look.

To your surprise, the bottle isn’t actually cut neatly in half. You pull up a whole bottle. Made of glass and a translucent green. You take a whiff of the inside of the bottle, and you’re assaulted with a foul smell. Strong as well. It smells a lot like what those miners were drinking, oh so long ago. You pass it to Alex, and he takes a whiff before scrunching his nose in disgust. “Yup. That is definitely Beer. Illegal too. If I was on duty, I’d arrest the hell out of whoever this belonged to.”

The rock, upon closer inspection, doesn’t seem to be an actual rock. Half of the rock face appears to be a hologram, much like the one you encountered in the fake miner base. You place the bottle back in the hologram to mark your way, and head up to the source of the river. It’s not a very long journey, less than a minute in total, but the sight is pretty breathtaking. It looks as if massive sprinklers from the ground spray water into the sky and onto the lake that is the source of the small stream. The droplets from the air form a mist, that shines with the colours of the rainbow as the rays of light from the sun touch it. Amazingly, it’s actually fresh water. The water purification facilities here must truly be amazing. One thing does concern you though. There are very large claw marks by this lake. Alex gasps when he notices them. “Animal tracks… That thing must be huge…”

>>
Finally, fuck.

You take a look at Alex. “ A bit too huge for us to take on alone. Should we just explore the cave instead?” He nods. “Yeah, that’d probably be a lot safer.”
Arm in arm, the two of you head down the rocks and make your way back to the bottle. Leaving it as an indicator of where the hologram was located was probably a good idea. The two of you head in.

The inside of the rock is strange. It appears to be natural, strange considering that you’re on an artificial island. Maybe they tore this part of the landscape from the continent? Inside, the cave is incredibly musty. There’s a sharp incline down, leading underneath the river. You head down, noticing the occasional other bottle on your journey.

Soon you emerge from the passage, into a more open section of the cave. The sight that greets you is a strange one. It almost looks like a maintenance area that has long since been abandoned. Several other paths lead upwards, presumably towards other holographic entrances. There’s also a solitary path downwards. In the middle of the room, is a pit. A thin layer of smoke remains in the room, and a quick sniff lets you recognize it at the classic smell of cigarette smoke. You can clearly see a large amount of bottles strewn across the floor. Several speakers sit either end of a stage, presumably for performance. Above the stage lies a banner. *FUCK THE MATRIARCHY*. O-oh my. How heretical. You rub a knuckle into the rock until it grinds away, leaving a mark so you know from where you came.

What the hell was going on here?

>Pick one of the other paths up, see where they lead to

>Investigate this party pit some more

>That passage further down seems like it could lead to ADVENTURE

Ask Alex what it's like to not have balls.
>>
Writing now then.
>>
You turn to face the Captain, and he turns and faces you. “Go deeper?” you ask. “Go deeper” he replies.

The two of you ignore the pit and whatever could be in it, and get to seeing what the hell is in that passageway that leads further into the depths of the artificial island. It’s steep. The angle is at least 60 degrees, and you struggle to remain upright occasionally. Once the two of you get into a rhythm of working together and supporting each-other to prevent any falls, you get to chatting.

“So Alex. What is it like… um… not having any balls?”
He stumbles, and you have to dig your heels in to prevent yourself from tumbling down with him. Deep gouges line the floor, showing that you’ve certainly been here. He stares at you, before he lets out a world weary sigh and launches into a monologue. “It’s… painful. I’ve heard reports of amputees occasionally feeling itches in severed limbs, and it’s much the same with me. I suffer from a rare condition, even amongst the Knights. I have… Phantom Genitalia syndrome.”

You’re taken aback. “I-i’m sorry. That sounds horrid.”

He gives you a little smile. “It’s not so bad. Between us guys? Phantom Boners are the worst it gets, and those have just steadily been becoming more infrequent as time has gone on.”

“Still, don’t you feel bad about it?”

He shrugs. “That’s just the way it is. I’m just a lowly captain. Who am I to go against divine creed?”
>>
>>35510099

The rest of the walk is in silence. Eventually, the ceiling gets lower and lower and the ground becomes flatter until you’re crawling. The rock blends into metal, and you find yourself in a vent. With red tipped spinning fanblades on either side, you reckon that it’s best to just go straight ahead. Alex following behind you, the pair of you crawl through the cramped ventspace until you pop up in some sort of store room.

You slide open the vent and drop down, straight onto… wrapped food? Apparently you landed on a pile of luxury food supplies. You peer over the crates that box you in the corner, and you see a large hall. It’s empty, filthy and dilapidated, but it looks like a facsimile of the mess hall you saw when you visited the Knight base oh so long ago. There are two doors leading out. One to the left, and one to the right.

You take a look at the food that you landed on, and you find that you’re actually rather familiar with most of the brands here. Most of them are the same ones that were in Cheryl’s villa. The sheer variety of foodstuffs make it seem more like a secret cache than anything else. You whisper to the eunuch next to you. “Split up, see what’s going on in here?” He gives you a respectful nod in conformation, and you get to checking out the room. The poor state of the room makes it seem as if it’s either never been properly maintained, is grossly overused, or both.

Upon closer inspection, you see that the room is larger than you first thought it was. Turns out that it’s attached to a very basic kitchen. Looking into it, you find massive stacks of “Empress Sanctioned Nutrition Soup (Grey flavour)”. Disgusting, grey flavour sucks. You always dreaded the Grey soup, even more than the horrid Red, Yellow and Pink flavours.

It’s a mess hall with a kitchen. But for who?
Your answer comes quickly, as a gaggle of grunts and moans starts to originate from the left hand door. You and Alex, both knowing the advantages of stealth, decide to scramble back up to that vent and hide. Both eager to see what was going on, the two of you end up in a pile, with you on the bottom. The door soon bursts open, and many men, about two dozen, all filter into the room.

They're more well dressed than the miners, and significantly healthier That is something you can see just from a quick glance. They don’t have emaciated ribs from malnutrition, their general disposition is more lively, and they seem a lot more muscular. The scars on wrists and ankles seem to imply that they’re workers. Definitely workers of some kind.
>>
>>35511249
It doesn’t take long before one of the group, a dark skinned giant of a man, begins heading over to the vent where the two of you are hiding. You attempt to make as little noise as possible as he creeps towards you, but he pays the vent no heed and instead pulls out one of the crates near the food, and pulls it open. “Ha, looks like those kids went and gave us another gift!” He pulls several green bottles out of the crate. “BOTTOMS UP LADS, NOON PARTY!”

Alex is shaking in rage at such blatant violation of protocol and illegal distribution of prohibited materials. You should probably decide what you’re going to do.

Watching the men party and drink warms the cockles of your heart. It’s always nice to see other people enjoying themselves as much as possible. They continue the festivities, drinking, eating and yelling, for a particularly long time. One of the highlights was when there was a fight between two of the men, ending in several broken bottles but miraculously no casualties. Captain Alex, on the other hand, is practically vibrating in barely contained rage at all of the violation of the law taking place in front of him. You make sure to whisper to him in hushed tones supporting phrases, like “calm down son” “Chill out man” and “Don’t blow our cover.”.

After about an hour, a Klaxon sounds, and the men sigh before they leave and head to the left hand door. You and Alex immediately drop back down into the room and stretch your limbs. While you’re stretching, Alex decides to undergo a bit of catharsis by smashing most of the bottles left. Stupid lawbreaking bottles.

The two of you head out of the lefthand door, and you see it.

The inner workings of the island. Mindbogglingly complex, purple flames heat a pit of water that is siphoned off, while men toil and haul stacks of ore, and try to keep the entire place running. There are just so many of them working, thousands at the very least. The central pit is utterly massive, it’s nearly the size of the whole island! Gears crunch and turn, steam travels through a maze of tubes, and the workers deliver the water to separate repositories. It’s the inner guts of the entire island.

Why the hell was it connected to a Fuck the matriarchy party pit?

He's a trap yes, and a damn good one, took out a foe (the Brogre) like he was Lenalee Lee too. But the trap I refer to is the one GM's like to use.

The best GM's don't kill players off on a whim. It's a game, you get them to fall for something rather obvious in retrospect. This enables them to accept that, through their own mistaken decisions, that they deserve to be killed off or something. Like a good 3-card Monte scam, or any good scam really. You want them to be gracious in their overwhelming defeat.
