First, you head over to a stack of boxes of chocolates and pick up a box for Marianne. She has a sweet tooth, and something like this might serve to cheer her up about being sick. Then you backtrack over to a clothing rack that you passed on the way in here... yeah, that red cape and this hat would be perfect for Elena.

Once you adjust the things that you're carrying so that nothing falls, you make your way over to a bookshelf that Sylvie is rifling through.

"...what's with all that stuff?" Sylvie asks. "You're not getting all of that for Racquel, are you?"
"Nah," you shake your head. "This's for Elena and Marianne."
"Oh," she nods. "Okay then."

While Sylvie returns to her book browsing, you poke through the shelves until you find a children's book about frogs. It has cute illustrations paired with information written at a level high enough that you don't think Racquel will be insulted if you get it for her.

Given that she's known to read... "adult" material, you're pretty sure that the usual children's fare wouldn't interest her too much.
