After picking the remote control from its resting place besides the TV, Gabrielle turns it on and walks back over to the couch. Then she starts flipping through channels once she sits back down next to me.

...huh. I thought she was going to turn it to cartoons, but she decides to leave it on the news instead.

"..." Gabrielle turns to me.
"Uh, is something the matter?" I ask.
"Your waist," she points at me with Shary's arm. "It's loose."
"Oh," I look down. "That's right, I was going to get Charlotte to fix it for me but then my mind slipped-"
"Turn around, I'll do it."

And so, I do as I'm told. As Gabrielle scoots over, I turn around so that my back is her and then I feel the slack fabric of my dress tightening up around the waist. Nice and snug.

"Umm, do you do this a lot for Charlotte?" I ask as I wait for Gabrielle to finish up.
"Sometimes," Gabrielle replies. "But only for the really complicated ones, she usually gets dressed by herself."
"...oh," I nod.

Then again, I guess Charlotte would pretty much be a pro at that kind of thing since she makes her own clothes.

Just as I'm starting to her hungry, room service finally knocks on the door. After Charlotte sends Milla and Loki out of sight, I head to the door and take our food inside. Charlotte offers to do it, but I don't want her to have to fumble around with that stupid cast on.

"You got us grilled fish?" I ask as I finally get a good look at what it is that Charlotte ordered.
"Yes, it's one of Gabrielle's favorites," Charlotte replies. "You eat it too, right?"
"Yup," I nod.

Besides, I'm not one to complain about being fed fancy expensive food.

Keeping to what's become my role when we eat here, I carry our food over to the kitchen table and prepare a place for all three of us to eat. Once I'm done, I call the others over to the table.

I'm a bit worried that killing Leo, and having Matteo die prematurely, will affect the progression of the story.
Mina is also becoming active a LOT earlier than in canon.
Also, I can't help but feel that the Gauthier of this story is actually one person, and not a group of [SPOILERS] using a pseudonym. But I expect that'll be revealed eventually.
Also, how come Mr. and Mrs. Lindsay haven't been mentioned -at all-, despite cecile going to school more than a few times by now? They're crucial to many subplots.
