Your previous encounter with Leiana went better than expected; you found the arachne Astreya missed and managed to get into peaceful contact with her, which is quite an accomplishment if you can say so yourself. She is, after all, rather wary of everyone in general, which is understandable considering her story.

Exploration has taken a toll on your body and left you quite fatigued, which ensured a quick and painless transition to the dreamland. Much needed too. Fortunately the wilderness as a whole feels relatively safe and unless there's large predators around, you should sleep safely and soundly every night, especially if there's people like Leiana around; you doubt a mundane predator would get anywhere close something her size.

The tent itself isn't very cramped either, thanks to Tahenohan insisting on sleeping on top of you and still being so lightweight you don't feel her; Bryld also seems to be very comfortable around you even at night, still thinking she's amongst girls with no surprises anywhere in sight. You start to smell the warm in the air and feel it on your skin as light filters through the canopy and birds begin to chirp in the morning.

"Get off my tree!"
"This is my tree Sara, get off!"
"Sara"
"Sara this is my tree get off!"

You allow yourself a bit of a stretch and notice that the arm Bryld was tugging in the night is now trapped in a closer embrace, and your elbow is pressed between her breasts. Which, you only notice now, are a lot larger than they look, likely due to the humble clothes she wears.

And the birds keep on chirping.

"Sara I said get off my tree!"
"Hey hey girls look look check out my milkshake"
"Hello? Hello? I can't see you, where'd you go?"
"Damn it Sara there's an empty tree just next to you just go there already!"
"I'm hungry"
"Did you come from the lake? Is there still water there?"
"Was that thing always there?"
"This branch is stupid"
"Hey girls look look!"
"Sara"

>Wait just a damn moment...
>>
"I don't think that was there before"
"Have you seen Momo anywhere? She's usually around here in the morning"
"I'm here, I can't see you! Where'd you all go?"
"Sara I swear if you don't get off I'm gonna claw you in the face""Lalala lululu""I'm still hungry isn't there food around?""My back itches""Did you hear that? Claire got knocked up, that lucky jaybird!I haven't seen anyone in a while Are you actually here or am I hearing voices? SarawhyareyousostupidHellohelloareyounewhere?IsthereanythingtodrinkatleastIthinkthelakeisstillthatwaymymilkshakebringsallboystotheyardhopefullynothingdangerouswaitwhoareyougirlsistillcantseeyoucanyoufollowmyvoicelalalalululumynoseitchestoothereweremoreofusyesterdaywheressaranotthaticarebutwhathappenedtoyourfeathers-".

You feel a shiver run down your spine.

That's no bird chirping. Those are human voices. Young, female human voices that come from high up in the canopy of this lightly forested area, which has plenty of trees a human-sized being could fly to if it had wings.

Maybe you were a bit too eager in discarding any form of danger to your expedition. Harpies aren't aggressive, but they're fickle, unpredictable and bird-brained. You should be safe, being all girls, which means it's imperative they don't discover about your penis; fortunately the awareness of the danger makes it easy to kill morning woods, despite what they say about them.

And Bryld chooses this moment to mumble in her sleep and clench your arm tighter between her surprisingly ample breasts. You must have angered a cat before leaving, this is surgical precision bad luck.

You must make sure that none of the harpies notice or take interest in your tent or feel like barging in or, worse, rip it apart. As their constant, endless, chaotic and rather dumb chatter continues, you realize that you must:

MP, I'm forced to ise my phone, so is it fine if I use shortened votes?

It is imperative that you try and disentangle yourself in the most careful way possible.

You cannot attract attention to yourself, for some reason nobody from that flock seems to have noticed the tent and it's better that way; you also absolutely have to keep your penis hidden and in check because if they do find out you're done for.

Thinking of the many sharp talons that could sink in your skin is very effective when it comes to kill the consequences of having two girls snuggling against you as they sleep.

You begin to carefully disentangle yourself. You start with making Tahenohan roll off to your side, as you know she's the easiest of the bunch, and then proceed to remove your arm from Bryld's breast press, carefully trying to make it slide off from above without hitting her chin, as you just can't pull it off, she might clinch it back in unconscious response, and she looks like the sort of girl that would do it.

Not used to the tent, you accidentally scratch the tent with your horns as you awkwardly contort in the limited space; there is no damage, but anything that could draw attention to you is absolutely dangerous and to be avoided at all costs. As you regain your freedom, the two girls mumble something and Tahenohan rolls over, while Bryld buries her face in her cushion, pulling her legs closer despite the heat, and still soundly asleep.

Taking a moment to breath calmly, you slowly and carefully open the front door and take a peek outside.

As the incessant and rather annoying chatter continues without pause, you spy the outside only to notice the round face of a young harpy, whose wings have bright feathers: green, yellow and red if you look at them in ascending order, with some darker dots on the bone. Her wide, blue eyes poke out from her bright pink hair, relatively short and awkwardly, somewhat crudely cut, but not in an odd way.

She's very close.

>>
>>36394632
I see you don't think highly of them, anon. Things have hardly been that tough thus far.
>>
You stare back at the curious, ground-level harpy. Her big blue eyes stare back at you with the expression of a curious monkey, but one that is wild enough to know that an unknown entity in familiar territory should be regarded with caution at the very least. Her hair really is bright and so are her feathers, which you can see very well because she's holding the wings rather close to her body. You can still spy it, and it's as lean as you would expect, not even noticeably wide at the hips and with a nearly flat chest. She is wearing clothes too, which you don't know if you should find surprising or not; it's a simple, short white tunic and a pair of khaki short pants with wide legs, which must be comfortable when you have chicken feet instead of ordinary human legs.

She stares back at you al the time, trying to either peek inside or stare at the rest of your body too. Her expression is unreadable and unchanging, while behind her all sorts of thing happen. The other harpies' voices are a constant, unending distraction and what little you can pick up of their conversations, assuming you can even call them that, aren't even reported for the sake of not contracting the dumb yourself.

"Hello", you tentatively greet her to break the ice and avoid giving the idea that you're someone she should be alarmed of.

She stares back at you some more, looking over the visible parts of your body another time; you instinctively clench your legs together to avoid any chance of being found out.

"Who's in there with you?", she asks. She has a youthful, spry voice, but her tone is calm and collected, which sounds weird to the ears. You wonder who or what she's expecting to find, or whether she knows there's someone else in the first place. She can't be hearing their breathing with all the mess the others are making. Or can she?

"Oh, two friends of mine. We're all girls, so...", you stop there. Saying "nothing to rape here please go away" wouldn't be the most diplomatic move right now, they might take offence at your implication. Or maybe not, who knows, they're known for being bird-brained after all.

You don't receive an answer and get stared some more instead. This gives you the chance to take a better look behind the curious harpy and see that there's plenty of her kind on the upper branches of the trees around you. They come in various colours, most of them very bright, and they all wear different kinds of clothes, most of them rather light, and some prefer to just go topless. In this regard, they're rather similar to mermaids and their own varieties, even thought you hear harpies and mermaids can't stand each other.

Must be the lack of cocks.

"I'm Lillith", you continue before she might get some weird ideas, like climbing inside your tent, "Who are you?".

"I'm Momo", she answers, "What are you doing here? Humans don't live close by. Not on foot".

"We're here to explore. We mean no harm", you reassure her, though she doesn't seem to consider you some kind of danger, or at least you hope she doesn't.

She frowns lightly and appears to be thinking, which costs some visible effort. You see that the rest of the flock meanwhile is still chattering incessantly, filling your ears with useless and unnecessary information, and some of the harpies keep moving from branch to branch. A couple seem to be fighting, or making out, you can't be sure.

"Do you have any food?", she asks. You do, but you're supposed to need it for travel. Well, you've been assured that you really shouldn't be able to starve out in this kind of wilderness, but you're a super novice with little to no knowledge of survival.

You can't help but wonder where Leiana is.

The "I don't" option would seem a bit odd I feel.
>>

>"Well that depends, you got something to trade?"
>>
"I do", you answer, carefully weighing her reaction. You decide to immediately add "But I need more, do you know where I could get it?" just to be sure she's not trying to rob you.

She purses her lips a little, bending her chicken knees considerably to get on eye level with you. It's not difficult since she's rather petite all considered, and she seems to be rather comfortable in that position. Must be the chicken feet. "Aren't you an explorer? The jungle is easy, there's food everywhere".

"I'm new", you justify yourself. It's not really a lie either.

"Mh. Well, if you're new, stick to what you find on the trees. Avoid mushrooms, most of them aren't good for eating", she helpfully explains. She looks up at the rest of the flock, and you realize you keep hearing one harpy asking everyone "Where's Momo? I haven't seen around her anywhere", and everyone going "I don't know" or something similar. She looks back down at you as if nothing happened and continues, "Plenty of nuts and berries, fruit too. If you're lucky, you can find honey in some hollowed trunks, but there's bees all around so be careful".

"Thanks", you answer, and feel that some pleasantly cold, slender fingers are tugging lightly at your ankle as you hear some mumbling from inside the tent.

"Who's there?", you hear Bryld's groggy, sleepy voice, still not fully awake as it's impossible for her to not be hearing all of those voices and all this incessant chatter.

It really is impossible, it's a miracle these two have been sleeping for so long. You could understand if they were heavy sleepers, but it would take a bit of irresponsibility to not wake up out in the wilderness with so much ruckus outside the tent.

"Who's there?", asks Momo, leaning closer to peek through you, or possibly put her head inside the tent.

>"It's Momo, go back to sleep".

"It's Momo", you instinctively answer her, hoping the initial confusion and general sleepiness will keep her from doing anything that might draw further attention.

"Huh?", she goes, confused at first, but a quick glance behind you makes you realize it's only going to be temporary; her face is sleepy and her eyes are tired, but she isn't that stupid.

"She's a harpy. Don't worry, it's safe. Come out, let me introduce you", you offer her a hand too, which she takes without thinking, giving you the chance to pull her until her head pokes out of the tent as well.

There she finds herself face to face with a harpy, which visibly surprises her, but as everyone knows girls aren't in direct danger from harpies. Well, they're not risking rape, at least.

"Hello".
"Hello".

And the conversation dies out already.

"Er, have you seen an arachne around?", you then decide to ask, just to keep the talking going, and to avoid paying attention to what the rest are talking about. Your ears picked up slippery fish, unfair labels and scratch marks in a mixture of four or possibly more sentences, none of which make sense.

"An arachne? What kind?", she then asks.

You have no idea what species of spider Leiana is, so you try to describe her, "Red hair, grey fur with light red stripes, has a sword with her, dresses somewhat formally... Name's Leiana".

Momo visibly exerts herself to think, and you wait for a while until her bird brain produces absolutely nothing and she goes back at staring at you, but with a face that clearly says she thinks you just don't know what you're talking about. "Never seen her".

"Are you sure? She lives around here. There's not many arachne, right? Should be easy to memorize them".

She thinks about it for a moment, then shrugs, "Never seen her".

The hivemind is strong today.
>>
"Tell me something about yourself", you encourage Momo. The more you talk normally, the less nervous you feel about the possibility of being in danger, though admittedly you imagined this situation would have taken a turn for the worse already; seeing how it didn't is a pleasant surprise.

Unfortunately, the question seems to take Momo aback for a moment. "About myself?".

"Yes".

She pauses, clearly unsure, "I'm a red-shouldered macaw" she explains. And then just stops there.

This isn't good. You're running out of topics of conversation, and it's early in the morning and it's too awkward to continue like this.

"Why don't you come out already?", Momo invites you as she stands back up, scratching the ground to stretch her chicken legs, "Don't worry, we won't scratch or bite, you're all girls, there'd be no need". She then pauses, "... You're all girls, right?".

"Yes", you claim way too eagerly.

"Okay", she answers, your awkwardness flying high above her head, thankfully missed.

"By the way, isn't that harpy looking for you?", you're afraid to point at her, but you do glance up. Yes, she's still going from branch to branch to ask everyone.

Momo stares at you, and you see her chest inflate and deflate as she takes a deep breath. "Yes", she confirms.

She intentionally keeps staring at you, doing everything in her power to not look anywhere else. Now that your attention has moved towards this topic, you can't help but keep hearing her voice going "Have you seen Momo? She hasn't been around in a while", with minor changes in the sentence, over and over and over and over.

You're not sure what's going on but it seems to be complicated. Harpy complicated.

I'm more worried about that harpy tearing up the tent looking for Momo, but oh well, let's see what happens.
>>
"Why don't you come inside?", you offer the harpy, hoping that nothing's going wrong. You shouldn't trust having a creature from an all-female race this close to you and this much more likely to discover your secret, but you figure it's better than going out in the open when an entire flock of them can put you in their sights.

"Nope", Momo however says, shaking her head as she does.

Oh.

"It's too cramped in there", she continues, as if to justify herself, "I get uncomfortable when I can't spread my wings", considering how close to her body she's holding them, you weren't even thinking she might want to spread them, or maybe it's a psychological thing, something about bird brains and the ability to fly off at any time. You do realize she'd be quite in danger if she accepted your proposal and you were less than agreeable individuals, and you barely even know her, so there's that too.

You give Bryld a glance and she looks back at you, unsure what to say, "Uh... If you give me a moment I can get dressed", she offers. Not that there's anything to dislike about her wearing just a shirt.

No, no, bad thoughts, it really, really isn't the moment.

Tahenohan is still asleep, you think she's slightly snoring too, but the ruckus the rest of the flock is making up above your head really is unbearable, almost filtering every other sound out. You wonder how Momo can stand such chaotic, constant chattering all the time. Of course, the answer is that she's a harpy herself, even if she's somewhat less talkative.

And even those that aren't talking aren't keeping still. Those two are still shamelessly making out against the tree trunk, that one is still practising her milkshake even though she's in the wrong audience, or maybe not (except for you. And don't look, it's not a good moment!). It's tough being a red-shouldered macaw.

"Just one moment", you ask Momo, hoping she's going to be patient enough to stay there and actually wait instead of barging in or ripping your tent apart. Well, she doesn't look violent enough to do the latter and already claimed she doesn't want to do the former, so you should be safe.

Back in the somewhat cramped tent, you sit with Bryld and look at each other in the eyes as Tahenohan rolls over and keeps snoring lightly just right next to the two of you. "What do you make of this?".

"Mmmh... Well...", Bryld doesn't sound too sure, she clearly wasn't expecting to wake up and find a flock of harpies just above her own head, but then again who would? "I don't think we're in danger? Though those harpies... They are...".

You wait for her to give up on her futile attempts at diplomacy with her own choice of words and, in the end, she just sighs, "... Annoying".

They sure are. They absolutely sound annoying. Momo is very reasonable and you get the feeling you can talk to her and be understood, all considered, but the rest? They don't sound like they're just as easy to deal with. You might find that your abilities to interact with other people will be thoroughly tested should you choose to interact with them.

Damn it, why is Leiana taking so long? She said she'd show up as soon as she finished gathering her stuff. You wonder what sort of things an arachne even needs when travelling. Certainly not a tent, you don't think she would bring an entire pavilion with her, and putting it together would be a rather time-consuming matter in the first place.

"Think we should go out? It's only until Leiana arrives", you look at Tahenohan, still wondering whether you should wake her or not. Damn her hair's such a mess.

"... Well... We can't really hide here, can we?", you can see she had that hope for a moment.

"Tahe, there's a flock of harpies up in the trees", you explain her as simply and directly as possible; being a half-elf you have no idea how to be diplomatic with her in any case, "One of them, Momo, is outside. She's friendly, can you go out and introduce yourself? We'll come in a bit".

"Mm'kay", she goes, yawning and then stretching some more before lazily crawling out of the tent, possibly still unsure of what's happening but complying nonetheless.

Once she's out, you look at Bryld and take a deep breath, "Bryld, there's a reason I'm cautious around these harpies, there's something they mustn't know about me".

"Like what?", she looks confused but tries to smile, "Don't worry, I don't think they mind your horns. Or your tail. They don't seem aggressive, I don't think they'll attack to. And if I'm saying to not worry, well...", she chuckles.

"You don't understand", you try to look for a way to explain this without somehow shocking her, "I have something they want".

"Uh... I don't think they want our food or anything".

You don't have much of a choice.

"I have a penis".

Bryld blinks, unsure how to process your words.

"... I'm sorry?".

"I have a penis", you repeat. No matter how long you stare at her, though, she doesn't change her expression, nor stop staring back. "They mustn't find out, or I'll be in real trouble".

Her expression doesn't change, the corner of her mouth twitches in an attempt to smile which keeps stopping as she sees your expression and manages to tell you're being dead serious.

Meanwhile, you hear Tahenohan's voice outside.

"Hi! So what are you, a parrot or a kingfisher?".

I don't know what's worse, showing to her, or making her touch it. Either way, molestation will happen.
>>
You mustn't startle her. If she screams or does something that might otherwise attract a flock of harpies' attention, you might be caught pants down from the wrongest crowd possible, which would definitely be the worst outcome you can imagine in this scenario.

Reason for which you decide to be as careful as possible, "I'm sorry I've been keeping this from you, but really, I can never find a good way or time to tell this to anyone. It's very awkward, you see, I-".

"I-it's okay", she sounds somewhat nervous, but manages to force a smile, "I-I'm not angry, I-I understand, I-I'll make sure to n-not expose you. I... Don't want you to be raped".

Well that's reassuring. She's clearly shocked, but she also seems to understand the situation and forcing herself to calm down. You remember she mentioned being a virgin, so she might have never even seen one, though you guess it's more likely she just never touched one, let alone have one touch her.

In your own interest, you decide it's better to not flash her or anything, or her barely held together composure might break, which would spell your doom. "I'm sorry there wasn't a better moment to tell you before, I-".

"It's okay", she insist, gulping audibly, "L-let's just go outside".

She nearly pushes you, but without touching, as if she's mildly afraid to. You actually take a moment to put some actual clothes on before leaving the tent. Outside, you find Tahenohan interacting with Momo while circling her to stare at her colourful feathers, "Eh? What's a macaw?", she is asking.

"It's what I am", Momo answers, turning around to keep Tahenohan in sight until she notices you, and scuttles closer, "You didn't tell me you had an elf thing with you!", she complains. Even harpies don't want elves around.

"She's just half of an elf, don't worry", you reassure her. You don't expect it to work.

You stretch your legs a little. Thinking back about your first idea of flashing Bryld, you wonder what would have happened if you actually did and weren't in a life or death situation where you absolutely mustn't show that quality of yours; she's shy and a virgin, so her reaction would surely be interesting to watch, at the very least.

No, no, NO. Damn it, stop thinking about lewd stuff while you're surrounded by potentially deadly rapists!

You look up and see that the majority of them are still being harpies, with nothing of note, until Tahenohan looks at Momo, who is staying very close to you as she stares warily at the half-elf, and asks: "So do you lay eggs? I've never seen a harpy egg before!".

For some reason, it's only at this point that the chatter begins to die down. A quick glance up reveals that at least a dozen harpies are all staring down at you. Whatever they were doing, they stopped doing it. Whatever they were talking about, they stopped talking about it. You feel the weight of their long, very interested stares and you feel your body going cold as fear starts to freeze it.

"Mine", you hear one say.
"Mine", another answers.
"Mine", a third one joins.

"Oh stop it you idiots can't you see they're all girls?", Momo shouts back at them, spreading her wings and releasing an amount of frustration you thought you were the only one feeling after merely half an hour surrounded by harpies.

Before you can feel surprised, you feel relieved as most of the harpies go "Awwwww", some even shaking their heads and blinking. Considering how few men are about, you begin to suspect some of them might be abstaining for long enough to have stopped being picky about their prey. Good thing you might be wrong as they seem to have lost all interest. Besides, two of them were blatantly making out before so you know for a thing they do get busy.

All the harpies are very colourful. Green, blue and red seem to be the dominant colours, with yellow, black and grey being close seconds. Their hair colours are just as wild and vivid, and none of their cuts are anywhere near regular. Then again, you kind of suspect they cut it with each other's talons as you can't see a bunch of women without hands using scissors; not that you would trust giving a harpy a pair, even if she could somehow grasp.

Even if they lost interest in raping all of you, they all do come down on ground level, which elicits quite a bit of flapping. Bryld came out of the tent as well, just in time to be surprised and surrounded by harpies. She looks more surprised than concerned.

"What's your relationship with humans?", you ask Momo now that Tahenohan has a whole flock of bird women to pester. Not that they don't pester you back in turn: staring, sniffing, scratching the ground near your feet, trying to grab your tail. There's also that harpy with the huge knockers flailing them in a circle as she goes "woop woop", and she just has to do it right next to you. She must be doing it on purpose, it can't be a coincidence.

"Eh, there's not many around", Momo sighs, "More have come, but they all travel in groups. Sometimes one or two are lucky and catch one alone, but it ain't easy".

"Have you seen Momo around?", a taller harpy with pitch black hair and feathers that start red and then immediately become blood red, "I've been looking for her for a while!".

"No, I haven't", Momo answers, and the other harpy grunts as she turns around in frustration and goes pester someone else.

"I caught a rabbit!", you hear another claim, clinging on Bryld from behind, chicken legs clenched around her waist as her black feathers with white borders, beige on the inside, cling around her body. She seems happy. Bryld doesn't.

You sigh, "Excuse me a moment", you tell Momo as you go save Bryld from the bird of prey that caught her, who is not only very happy but also very eager to eat her and starts nibbling her ears already.

This makes Bryld go "Kyau!" in the kind of voice you might want to hear where you're the one in the harpy's position, but before jealousy can start even knocking at the back of your head you're reminded that no, no, NO, you're literally surrounded by harpies! Annoying, touchy harpies with no sense of personal space or decency, especially that one bouncing her butt around with little hops while going "woop woop", she's wrong in the head even for harpy standards.

You reach Bryld and her captor and gently grab her wings to pull her off, "That's not a rabbit, that's my cartographer. Let her go".

"No!", the harpy protests, frowning and clinging tighter as she stares daggers at you, "It's mine!", and she bites her other ear to underline her point, which makes Bryld go "Fuaugh!" as her bunny ears perk up and tense in a way that doesn't really have to do with pain.

They must be doing it on purpose, it cannot be a coincidence.

You try and pull harder, but the harpy just refuses to let go. You give Momo a look, but she just shakes her head as she shows you her inner feathers, which is what you guess amounts to a shrug for a harpy. While she certainly has a point, and the point is "you can't treat them as rational people that are able to think and talk normally", you also can't just let them do as they please with your cartographer. She looks in distress.

Moreover, her distress might end up provoking a reaction that would put you in distress, and while she isn't really in any danger past molestation, you would be. And it would be very serious.

Not wanting to get into a tugging war with someone that is holding a friend of yours with a tight grip of her chicken feet that just happen to end in sharp talons, you resort to diplomacy, even though you feel talking to a harpy makes you dumber by the moment, especially if you're going to expect being able to reason with one.

"Let her go", you try first.

"No", but you expected that answer.

"I found her first, that means she's mine. If you don't let go, I'll start plucking your feathers", you try second.

"You wouldn't dare!", and she stares at you with the burning rage of a thousand white-hot suns, "I'll claw your face apart if you try!".

"Let her go", you insist, accepting her game of escalation, "Or I'll curse you with sterility, and you will never find a man. Ever".

This. This hits her hard, and she visibly shivers, her expression suddenly fearful, "Y-you can't do that!".

"I'm a priestess of Isthar, and she's my servant", you make your voice sterner and steel your eyes, "You don't want to anger me".

"Eeek! I'm sorry, I'm sorry!", she lets Bryld go immediately, and she clings on you at first, catching her breath as she narrowly escaped being bullied again. Well, not really, but at least someone comes and saves her when it happens, so she's sort of lucky in a way. The harpy culprit shrinks noticeably, almost dragging herself around on the ground as she stares at you with fear in her eyes.

"I'm sorry!", she goes again, her eyes watery, "Please don't make me sterile, I promise I'll be good, please, please...".

You don't think you actually can place such a curse, as it would serve the exact opposite purpose as that of your goddess, but then again she seems to be buying way too much into it.

"I won't", in the end you sigh and pat the harpy on the head, "But behave yourself next time, okay?".

"Thank you!", and she jump hugs you. Fortunately she's rather lightweight, not as much as Tahenohan, though. Still, something happens right after that...

GEE SAYING ISHTARS NAME AROUND A FLOCK OF SEXUALLY CHARGED HARPIES SURE WAS A GOOD IDEA, RIGHT?
>>
"By Ishtar's breasts what is going on here?".

All the harpies immediately stop as the irritated voice comes from apparently nowhere. When you turn around, you notice Leiana has arrived, and being as unnaturally silent as she is when she moves, not even you noticed her presence until she spoke. Thinking about it, it's kind of scary how a spider of that size could just sneak behind you and you would be none the wiser.

"AAAA IT'S A GIANT SPIDER!".
"AAAAAAAA".
"AAAAA A GIANT SPIDER AAAAAA".
"AAAAAAAAAAA".

You're almost trampled by relatively minute bird women as they sprint and take off, going for the branches first and then flapping away above the canopy. Momo jumps up last, turns around as her flock leaves, and gives you another harpy shrug before flying after the rest of the girls.

Well that was close, you really owe the arachne something, or maybe you should be angry that she took so long in the first place. Now that you notice, she has a couple more saddlebags with her, and they're both rather large and full-looking. She shakes her head and lets out an irritated grunt.

"I hate harpies", she mutters as she walks in the middle of your non-existent camp, something which reminds you you still didn't have breakfast. "You didn't have breakfast yet?", she asks, noticing the obvious, "Ah damn it. Stupid harpies".

"It's okay, I can fix it quickly", you reassure her. Bryld is adjusting her clothes, while Tahenohan looks at the sky going "Awww, and they had such bright, beautiful feathers too".

"Well, fine, I can wait", Leiana goes, pulling her eight spider legs closer and lowering her body considerably to what must be the equivalent of a sitting position to her. She looks like she's patiently waiting, but you can see she's tapping her fingers on her arm.

I really have to commend you on how you've managed to turn something blatantly fetishy into something to build tension, suspense and character progression. Not many QMs would think to do that.
>>
After basking in the relief of having avoided bloody rape at the hands- talons of a flock of sex-deprived harpies, you collect a working breakfast out of the available foodstuff you have that doesn't require cooking to be eaten as you don't want to keep Leiana waiting for too long. She doesn't strike you as a bad individual to have around, but she does have some issues, especially related to trust, and you don't want to break what you built with her.

As you eat, you can't help but stare at her furry, soft-looking back. Or second abdomen, you think is called. The spidery one. Of course she notices your look, at which point you're forced to ask "Are we going to... Uhm...".

You're not sure how to go about it. You know being ridden is a big deal to centaurs and the vast majority will just flat out refuse to have someone they don't absolutely trust on their backs, and you heard most don't like to be ridden in public at all. But this is an arachne you're dealing with, people usually don't think of riding spiders, mostly because they tend to be way too tiny to.

"You have legs, don't you?", she answers with a frown, which pretty much kills the issue.

"What are you bringing with you, anyways?", you then ask to break any possible tension.

"Stuff I need. Are you done? It's a long way, we have to walk a lot". Again, not the best conversation partner.

You depart after you're finished eating and packing your tent. Leiana is, of course, a lot faster by virtue of having more than all of your legs combined, which are also longer and stronger. She often scouts ahead, then comes back to you, then goes ahead again, but never loses sight of you, then comes back. And so on.

It continues for about two hours until she stops right in front of you and plops down, sighing loudly as she turns her head to look away from you.

"Hop on already", she says, impatiently tapping her arm. Her furry second abdomen is at waist level right now.

If anyone ever told you he rode a spider, you're not sure what kind of face you'd be making. Nalesia is full of weird stuff, even from the perspective of someone like you, but there's still a degree of normality that you keep as a reference for plenty of things in your life. And now you're going to ride on the back of a giant spider to move across a tropical rainforest to go meet another giant spider and have the two giant spiders kiss and make up.

You decide to focus on the matter at hand. Leiana told you to ride her, so it should be fine if you do. However, as she has no saddle, your only option is to actually sit as close as possible to her second thorax, because it feels like her second abdomen is too round and large for you to not just slide towards her human body, and you can't really clench your legs around anything because she's just too large.

Tahenohan happily hops on first, and you decide to sit behind her, with Bryld going behind you. It's probably better this way, considering your cartographer is still coping with what Tahenohan is probably going to feel against her backside since you'll have to grab something, and that something will be the half-elf, who is already hugging Leiana from behind.

The arachne has meanwhile moved her scabbard from her shoulder to her waist, so that it won't slap in your face. Bryld closes her arms around you too, shifting uncomfortably. You can't really feel the fur with your clothes on, but it's short and in that odd state between the soft and hard where it will give way if you push it down and feel soft (but not too fluffy) to the touch, but hard enough to make you feel a bit of resistance as you brush it. Still, the body beneath it is rock solid, giving you the same impression of strength you would have by just looking at her sheer body size.

"Hold on tight, I want to be done with this as quickly as possible", Leiana warns you before departing, her spider legs covering ground faster than you possibly could.

The ride is very awkward.

You've been on the back of a mule or a draft horse before. You never could afford a horse of your own, of course, but there's few people in this world that never, ever rode an animal without living in a large city or somewhere civilized enough that they don't really need transportation of the animal kind. You have a general idea of how it feels to be on the back of an equine, but this is completely different.

For one thing, you're inevitably tense because you don't have a saddle to sit on and you're trying to clench your legs to her body to avoid being bumped off, and keep doing so despite rationally realizing that she isn't bumping like a horse would, her spider legs are just waltzing across the ground and you feel the speed mostly thanks to the wind in your hair and something in your head warning you that you're moving, fast. It's still somewhat rocky as she almost never moves in a straight line, and her second thorax and abdomen sway a little as she moves about the irregular terrain, making you clench Tahenohan tightly, who in turn clenches Leiana, with Bryld nearly taking your breath away as she does the same to you.

Still, you don't feel like you're sliding around much, your butt does slip a little across her furry spider body, but all considered it could have been way worse.

Despite taking breaks, especially to eat something, you arrive at the end of the day with all of your muscles tense and sore. Leiana is of course fresh like a rose, to her your collective weights were probably meaningless, especially Tahenohan's, since you could support her yourself for an entire day. Maybe.

The three of you barely have the strength to prepare something for dinner and put the tent up. Fortunately Leiana helps with the former, since a good chunk of her luggage ended up being food reserves. Which isn't surprising, she eats a lot.

Then again, she IS huge.

No matter how tired you are, you can't go to bed until you resolve the issues you left open today. And this morning was quite hectic, in more than one way.

Taking advantage of the fact Leiana is busy preparing dinner and won't nose in your personal business (hopefully), you approach Bryld, sliding next to her. Despite being tired herself, you see her bunny ears perk and know you have her attention before even saying a word.

"Look, about this morning...", you begin.

"Oh you don't have to worry", she interrupts you with a shy smile, "I'm sorry I... It was early morning and there were harpies all over the place and I-I just don't- I don't know. I didn't know how to deal with- I-I-".

"Calm down", you touch her shoulder, and she stops, but lets out a sigh and actually does calm down. You don't feel any quivering through her skin, so she isn't really that nervous, "I just didn't want to put pressure on you".

"D-don't worry about that", she forces a smile, and you don't know if it's just because she's tired, but you think it does play a part, "I-I'm just not very good with this kind of things".

You look at the tent, then at her, and see her glance at you for a moment, but then she looks down at her feet again.

"Don't worry, I know you're not gonna rape me", she chuckles, "I-I'll try to not let it bother me".

"Thanks".

"You're being very considerate of me, of this whole expedition. Even if we're all beginners you're keeping us together and you aren't afraid to run risks when you want to", her smile is more sincere right now, "I really like that about you".

"You have some good qualities, too", you tell her. You can't just keep receiving compliments.

She chuckles again, "Like what?", she asks, looking at you with a curious smile.

She's pretty brave, going out on an adventure with people she's never met before. If it weren't for that, we wouldn't have been able to get a job.
And it's nice to be accepted for what you are. Tahe's fine with it too, but she's a half-elf from barbarian lands so it's not like she has all that annoying social conditioning getting in the way.
Also, she's cute.

Well, the issue is that Tahe is pretty self sufficient while Bryld needs encouragement and hand holding. Plus we keep running into new people. She'll get her time, don't you worry.
>>
"For one thing", you start, "I like your open-mindedness".

"Oh, no", she chuckles, "I'm just being passive and accepting everything from others, as always".

"That's not true. You're very intelligent about it, you accept other people's quirks and forgive their mistakes and not in a way that makes you passive", you point out, "You are also willing to learn and earn, and you had a lot of chances to just pull out of this enterprise, but instead you carried on and no", you nearly touch her lips with your finger, "Don't say it's because you were too shy or afraid to. You actually want to see where this is going".

She stares at you, blinking a little, as if she wasn't expecting a talk this serious. She blushes slightly, but not too visibly. "I-I don't know what to say, I-".

"I'm glad to have you in my expedition", you gently touch her face, the tips of your fingers brushing on her cheeks. They feel very warm to the touch, and she doesn't pull back, even though she smiles shyly, and just chuckles when you decide to ruffle her hair instead.

"I'm glad to have met a leader like you, too", she answers, looking at you straight in the eye, a smile on her lips and the force of words spoke with absolute honesty hitting you right in the chest.

Meanwhile, you hear whatever Leiana's preparing in the relatively small cauldron is boiling, and Tahenohan is nosing in the preparation.

"Wow, you actually can cook mushrooms? Wow!", she sounds sincerely amazed, "Are they edible?", she then adds, as if the second concern is actually just a minor curiosity.

"They never did anything bad to me", the arachne replies without much concern, "The woman we're going to meet, Arianna, likes to throw in fly amanita in her soups and especially the goulash she makes".

"That red cap with the white dots? Isn't it poisonous?", even Tahenohan knows.

Leiana shrugs, "I guess she can just cook it really well".

Now that you are certain Bryld has actually become more accepting of you instead of shying away because of your equipment, you decide to move your sore muscles and bear the pain for the purpose of going to join Tahenohan in seeing what Leiana is cooking. The talk of boiling the most blatantly poisonous mushrooms in the world isn't really reassuring, but then again she was talking about Arianna, so you most likely won't be served anything that would kill you.

"What is it that you're making?", you ask with a certain mix of curiosity and eagerness.

"Poultry stew with mushrooms", she answers like it's some down-to-earth, no-nonsense, boring recipe you do when you can't be arsed to be creative, "I've added some sage and grated tarragon and a minced chilli pepper. It's the capsicum chinense kind though, so you should still feel it". She seems to mean it's flavourful enough to make up for its small quantity.

"You're pretty good at cooking", you compliment her, but she just grunts.

"It's nothing, really. Susanna can cook, I just do stuff for myself and play with spices so I'm not bored of always eating the same things".

"No, it's really something. I've been cooking for a while but never learned anything special", you admit, "I really would like to learn from you".

"Okay, fine", she sighs, "Look, when we get there, I'll have you meet Susanna too, she'll love to teach you. She loves teaching. She even has the patient to teach harpies", and she shakes her head with a long sigh, implying an opinion she doesn't word.

"Susanna is the ogre magi, right?", you make sure.

"Yes. Arianna is my arachne...", you can feel she wanted to use the word "friend", but somehow stops from doing so, "... The one we're going to visit".

She falls silent as Tahenohan is apparently mesmerized by the boiling broth. Leiana's frown remains there, as if it helps preparing dinner faster.

It's been a while since you had some good one on one talk with Tahenohan. As a matter of fact, she's so independent and sure of herself, even out in the wilderness, that you never felt like you needed to follow her; actually, she's the most experienced of the bunch and if only she had any leadership she would likely make you superfluous to the expedition, except maybe as a glorified weightlifter.

No, you're just being hard on yourself because you're tired and aching everywhere. You're doing Ishtar's work over here. You turn to strike up a conversation with your half-elf friend and she grabs your sleeve and gently but surely pulls you away. "Come with me for a second", she asks with a strange grin on her face.

You let yourself get pulled, as you're too tired to put up any resistance and are actually curious at her initiative. You don't really go far, just a few steps, but enough to be out of casual earshot from the others. She looks around a bit, probably seeing more than you do in these lighting conditions where you wouldn't see anything without the campfire there, then makes that manic grin again.

"So, do you like the bunnybutt?", she suddenly asks, sounding oddly eager.

"I'm sorry?".

"The bunny-eared girl. She's a cutie, eh?", and she nudges you, but hits your breasts instead of your hips. Granted, you were bending a little as she's being rather conspirational so it likely wasn't on purpose, "I heard you this morning. Did you show her your dick?".

"No, I just-", you pause. You have definitely more experience than Bryld, but you remind yourself that Tahenohan has most likely a lot more than you do. A lot. "I wanted to tell her about it, I couldn't just keep it hidden forever. And it was important".

"It sure was, but what about her?", she sounds quite excited and eager to see your reaction, "Do you like her? Want to do naughty stuff with her?".

Tahe a best
>>
"I like her", you give Tahenohan an immediate answer. It feels weird to be pressed by her, of all people, and on a topic that is, all considered, rather normal to talk about. Perhaps you made a mistake not expecting her to be able to read the mood or get weird ideas, or take weirder initiatives, she looks carefree and manic but this talk is proof she pays more attention to her surroundings and the people around her than it first looks. "I'm not sure I like her in the same way you mean it, though. I mean, we haven't known each other for long".

"But you want to be naughty with her, don't you?", she waggles her eyebrows a little, "Grab that soft, puffy butt and hear the high-pitched squeals she makes, isn't it wonderful?". That face. She knows. She knows how it works.

And you know it's pointless to lie to someone like this, "I guess I do want to be a bit naughty with her. I mean look at her bunnybutt, who wouldn't?", you try to justify yourself with a smile.

"I know, right?", she seems excited and happy about your sentiment, "But she's a virgin, so you have to be careful. She'll give her best squeals in her first time, we have to make sure she's willing and prepared to go in. Also, since she's a virgin, she probably needs to experience a bit from both worlds", and she pauses, then pats you on the neck, "Not from just one person".

You think you get what she means.

"I think we'll just scare her if we're this straightforward", as much as it pains you to throw a spanner in Tahenohan's plans, you have to be honest and consider Bryld's feelings too.

"Eeeeh, you think so?", the half-elf pulls back a little and crosses her arms, pondering, "I don't know, are girls very shy here? I get the feeling you're a lot less rough around these parts. Not that it's bad, some people are so rough it's borderline rape. And that's bad".

You definitely don't want Bryld to feel raped.

There is no doubt that the half-elf in front of you is not only lewder than you thought, but also way more confident about everything she just suggested, a normal person wouldn't just pull you over to ask if you're okay doing a threesome with a virgin to make her first time the best you can.

Even though you get the feeling you're slipping further into madness and especially depravity, you utter the words: "Why don't you talk to her about this, first? You're way more experienced than I am and a lot more confident. You've also had time to bond her that day I was busy with the population census, I think she'll at least listen to you".

"You think?", she smiles, rubbing her chin as she looks at you, "You're the first one in a while that suggests I'm more likely to be trusted. Without being sarcastic or wanting to gain something from it, like my master", se chuckles, "Nah, my master actually liked me deep down. I think".

"But I think she'd rather be in a proper city bed rather than out in the wilderness", you warn her.

"Oh, but I wasn't planning to do it right now", she chuckles again, and it's almost a cackle, "Don't worry, I know there's a time and place for everything and hers needs to be special".

"Why are you just suggesting we have a threesome, though?", you can't help but ask, "Is this... Normal in your homeland?".

She looks up at the sky as she frowns a little, pondering the answer, "I wouldn't say that. It just... I don't know", she shrugs, "I felt like you were on to something, and I was on to something, and I was thinking hey, if we're going to have fun why don't we have fun together? I mean what's the problem?".

The extremely simplistic and natural shrug she gives at the end is a marvel to the eyes. "Oh, but if that's a problem and it bothers you, just tell me. I'm not like those people that need to have kinky sex or they just can't sleep. I actually sleep well even without", and she chuckles.

She stares at you, and you stare at her, and then you both break out laughing. You just can't help it, but you make sure to get it back in control before the others start thinking you're weird. Well, weirder. Well, in the end, who cares.

"Ooooh, I'm soooorry~", and she caresses your side, going up and down, giving you that ticklish but warm feeling that only fingers that slender and experienced can give, especially with how naturally they brush the sides of your breast while still making it look like innocent skinship, "I gave you for granted, didn't I? You're not the first one that tells me that".

"Really?".

"I guess it has to do with my elven blood. I don't stick around the same place for too long and I live things as they come", despite her bright smile and merry tone, the talk itself sounds serious, "I'm afraid it will be the same for us too, but don't think I don't like either of you or think of you as a footnote in my life, that's just not true", she pauses, then adds "And don't worry, I'll stick around if we have children".

Okay, now she's really going a bit too fast, "I wasn't thinking that far in the future, I was just playing around with you".

"And I wouldn't have it any other way". That face, that grin. The new perspective you got on your half-elf friend is certainly quite enlightening about the faces she makes. You can confidently claim you know her better now.

No we don't the tracker is shit. We've had a tie with four votes and were forced to samefag/change vote to break it.
>>
And we're done with Episode 13! Thanks a lot for still bearing with me.

Holy crap good thing I have tomorrow free. I really must stop running threads this late. I'm afraid I won't stick around if not for five minutes or so.

>KISS HER
>>
>>36401529
Gosh this was lewd.
But I have to say, you managed to make it feel very natural, I can't say the same of many other quests.
>>
>>36401522
doesn't mean there were 30 people in the thread at all times
>>
>>36401529
Thanks for the thread MP

>>36401547
Indeed, we do need to kiss the Tahe

>>36401506
>"And don't worry, I'll stick around if we have children".
Right then, men, we know our mission.
>>
>>36401529

Ooh, nice. Thread tomorrow or will you relax?

Also, I asked you something on twitter.

>I'll stick around if we have children
Oh, we will. There will be many a half tiefling-elf child in due time.

>Thread tomorrow
No. I'm sorry, just no. It will be later this week at best, either friday evening or saturday morning, depending on my schedule.

That makes me sad in the heart.
> "And don't worry, I'll stick around if we have children".
And now I'm happy.

Great thread, MP. I don't know how you made a conversation about luring a virgin into a threesome into a cute and heartwarming character development scene, but well done.

I was thinking that we'd go with her instead. Live life like an Elf with her, and hope our own heritage does us well.
>>
>>36401628

Right-o

Thanks for everything, MP.

It's okay Magical Princess, you deserve a rest. Now go have it, it's like 4AM over there!

I am so conflicted in this situation it hurts. It really hurts.

On one hand, I don't want to lose Tahenohan, at all. Ever.

On the other, I don't want to leave Bryld feeling like we've used her and dumped her.
>>
>>36401704
So basically we'd be in a three way, open relationship ?
>>
>>36401636
Hey, we can do that with her too, once we've explored this continent and figured out our life expectancy, we can take bunnybutt and Tahebutt and go travel the world.
>>
>>36401704
So we knock up Taheno, and bring Bryld with us
>>
>>36401816
I think that could take some Elf logic Bryld might not have. I'm hopeful though.

We'll see it as it comes. We can always get Tahe pregnant, of course.

Though, seriously, I'm just imagining Tahe disappearing one day, wandering off to who knows where. Lilith wants to pursue her, but has a responsibility to the nation, to her community, to the monster races, and to Bryld. Decades pass, they have a family, Lilith is the pillar of the community, and Bryld grows old, loved by Lilith, who remains young due to her demonic heritage, even though Bryld knows, and empathizes, that Lilith wants desperately to search for her half elven friend and lover. In the end, Bryld passes on, happy and surrounded by friends and family, Lilith at her side to the end. After mourning, Lilith says her goodbyes, gathers her things, and boards a ship.

A century later, in some dusty, far off distant land, Tahe is approached by a woman, looking as though she travelled around the world, and is startled to instantly recognize her as Lilith, worn but still as young as Tahe. They both smile, and their hands stretch out to each other...

Damnit anon stop it with those feelz.

Now I want to chain Tahe to our hip so she can't leave before we get her preggers

Reality is terribly uncomfy sometimes.
>>
>>36401860
>Not Flying through the jungle on spider back chasing after her
>Not being carried by the harpies and Wizard across the land to find her
>Not finally Pinning her down and impregnating her roughly during an impromptu marriage ceremony
>>
One last thought before it hits bump limit: I wonder what Bryld thinks about what we said to the harpy to get her to release Bryld. "I found her first, which means she's mine." "She's my servant."

Just say we said it to free her and didn't mean it... until we mean it
