>Micchy went exploring in the Helheim Forest, and ran into Erina Kinushima

(From the drawthread: http:images/1417414632450.png Art provided in the latest drawthread by Radium, thank you so much!)

You are Makoto Kinushima. And right now, your mind is a blur of multiple thoughts.

As of now, you've been given what appears to be a genuine warning against pushing further into the Forest beyond the Cracks. The young woman named K, who refused to reveal more than her name and ability, was pretty adamant on this. What's more, she seemed to be representing some form of group that handled this kind of thing normally... Not to mention the whole thing of referencing your mother in the past tense.

That especially bothered you.

>K: "I cannot say much. I can say that there is a force behind the Forest... so far out of your league by yourself. You'd do better to let those who have been researching it take the lead. Not some kids off of the street."

But you're more resilient than that. You already have your heart set on destroying this malignant growth upon this city. Whether you destroy yourself in the process matters not - Hase needs to be the last person who suffers because of this stupid thing. In order to do this, however, you need help. One dragon cannot fight this battle alone.

After finishing your shift at Charmant for the day, you come home to an empty apartment. Mom's working late again, it seems. OR at least you hope so.

If we're going to attack the forest we're going to need to know more about it, and even with our mom on the Yggdrasil side there might be things not even they know so it's time for some Helheim Reconnaissance.

You pull out your laptop and start doing some web browsing while you're resting in your bed, and something unexpected immediately catches your eye.

Apparently, over the last couple of nights, there have been reports of attacks on the townspeople by some sort of monster. Eyewitness accounts report that this monster resembles some form of bat-like monster, and has been nondiscriminately attacking people in back alleys.

An Inves. This has to be one.

And if they're fully emerging from the cracks by themselves, this could spell even more trouble. Having Inves attacks in the city themselves would be some of the worst things that the Beat Riders could deal with. Whether sent back to the forest or eliminated, this Inves cannot be suffered to live further.

Hey, it's Makoto, and something's come up regarding the Inves in the city. Is there a chance we can meet up sometime today?

What's this about the Inves? where do you want to meet up?

Kinushima, what's going on? Did something go down?
>TEXT FROM: MAKOTO KINUSHIMA
Something is going on at this moment, and I have a bad feeling the few of us will be the only ones able and willing to deal with it.

=============================================

Even though it's late, you manage to finagle an impromptu meeting outside of Raid Wild's dance stage. Kouta and Mai both show up, and Honda already is there by the time you motor down there.

>KOUTA: "So what's the deal with the Inves again? What exactly's going on that you called us as well?"
>MAKOTO: "Well, I've been reading reports regarding some form of monster attacks against people in the city. Indiscriminate, hits in the back alleys. Even has reportedly killed an elderly lady somehow. Though, of course, no one's seemed to report on this."
>MAI: "And since we're some of the only Armored Riders who know how to deal with Inves..."

You nod.

>CHOICE:

>[ ] Try to sell Kouta and Mai on the basis of forming a lasting alliance with a joint mission

"Look, I feel like these these... things..." Small pause. "...are not going to disappear soon. We can't let them put innocent people in danger. Like you said, Mai, we are the only Riders who know how to deal with them... how about we work together? We are way past the point of teams and dancing, now, we gotta protect this place, and for that, we can't work alone! You with me here?"

"I think between the two of us, we have enough brains and brawn to take anything, whether it's an Inves or the other teams. And besides, I don't want to see anybody get hurt when I have the power to do something about it. I think I speak for the both of us when I say that."

>MAKOTO: "Look, let's look at the facts here. If we let this Inves go unchecked, it's gonna create problems for everyone. But as Armored Riders..."
You accentuate this by pulling out your Apple Lockseed for emphasis.
>MAKOTO: "We've got the best equipment and training to handle it. Between us, we've got the brains and brawn to take on anything, whether it's an Inves or the other teams. And besides, I dunno about you, but I don't want to see anoyne getting hurt when I have the power to do something about it."
>KOUTA: "Kinushima-san..."
>MAKOTO: "These monsters aren't going to go away any time soon. We've got the power to fight back and protect the people. So why don't we work together? Cause this goes past the point of teams and dancing. And we can't work alone at this kind of shit."

Kouta considers this for a second. Mai looks at him, and nods with a smile.

>KOUTA: "I may not be the one in charge of actual alliances with Gaim, but I agree. We can work together and help defend this town from the Inves, or whatever else might threaten it. We grew up here, and we won't let it be destroyed."

You offer your hand to Kouta, and the two of you shake with a strong grip. You smirk when you surprise Kouta with how strong your grip is.

But now the question is... how do you and Kouta go about solving this? Other than the anonymous eyewitness reports, there's very little out there to go off of.

Going online may be worth a shot. Get on the Beat Rider message boards or whatever and get the word out. Drupers too, since the worlds of Beat Riders and Inves collide there.

We did read about people being attacked in alleys so we might as well start checking those areas.

Seems like we've got three ideas for how to go, but I dunno where everyone else went. Maybe my reply took too long.

Since we've got a team of people (Kouta, Mai, Honda, and Makoto) we can delegate duties to others in the team. Which one would you guys like to do out of the three suggested?
>Infiltrate Helheim with Kouta
>Go onto message boards
>Footwork in alleys

Whichever one we select, the rest of the team will pick up the slack in completing. However, success in it might be different.
>>
>>36546283
Hard choice... I say, we split into 2 teams. Kouta and Makoto can sneak into helheim, while Mai and the others hit the message boards and net.
>>
>>36546283
We'll go in with Kouta, he'll need a guide. Mai can do the message boards, and Honda can scout the alleys. He'll just need to bolt at the first sign of trouble.
>>
>>36546283
I'd say the same as >>36546348, but at least one of the guy in the team can ask around for the Invess and prevent us in case he notices it. Probably Honda.
>>
>>36546283
As good as Infiltrate Helheim with Kouta sounds it's a bad choice seeing we're looking for a Inves in Zawame at the same time. If we left Kouta in Zawame or vice versa maybe.

So have Mai and Honda do the asking around and hitting the internet but leave Kouta and us to the actual footwork since we can actually defend ourselves and leaving either Mai or Honda out where the Inves have struck before is just putting them in danger of ending up like Hase.

Alternatively, all three options, us in Helheim, Kouta in the alleys and Mai and Honda on the message boards.
>>
>>36546427
That's a good point. Having a Rider in the city in case it strikes would be the best way to go about this. And since we have the most Helheim experience, we're the woman for that job.
>>
>>36546486
So it would be :

-Makoto doing Helheim stuff
>Kouta in standby with Honda to defeat the Invess
-Mai spreading the word through social network

Can we agree?

Sounds good to me.

>HELHEIM FOREST

You and Kouta, armored up and ready to go, are standing in a clearing. You're not exactly sure where, as the Helheim Forest is large and mostly unmapped. But at least you have your bikes, your armor, and each other.

Yeah, you're lost. That was the problem with the Forestand using the bikes, they could deposit you nearly anywhere. Someone really should get on making a GPS or something for these bikes...

In the little clearing you and Kouta are in, thankfully, you've found no Inves to threaten you guys. No clear paths drivable by bike lay in front of you, however. While you're here, you might as well blaze some trails.

The two of you, on your respective bikes, seem to take a more aimless approach to your exploration. Not having much other than a description of the Inves, and an idea that it probably came through a recently opened Crack, you begin to wander...

Until you're sure you feel a familiar pair of eyes on you.

The Dragon bristles and rumbles, and you try turning your vision in all possible directions, but you see nothing and no one aside from you and Kouta.

But that sense of apprehension seems to grow. You know /he/'s here. And you could bet all your Lockseeds on that he's nearby... waiting for you. Lying in wait... an ambush?

He was waiting for you this entire time? No, impossible. Does he have that much of a grudge against you? You only clashed blades once, has he been watching you from even beyond the Forest?

No, no, this can't be. This must be paranoia. You clearly can't see him, and he doesn't seem to be the type to set a trap or ambush. It seems to innoble of him...

You gun the throttle a bit more, doing your best to shake the sensation. It had to be paranoia at this point, no other explanation. And it was reasonable to be worried, that guy mauled your ass six ways to Sunday. On top of the Inves--

>KOUTA: "Makoto-chan, watch out!"

Between the half second you lost focus and the moment you regained it with Kouta yelling at you, you could swear there wasn't a horde of Elementary Inves heading your way.

>MAKOTO: "SHIT--"

It's the best you can do to fend the two Inves off of your bike with your Claw, and fortunately they go down fairly easily. But looking down further towards your path, there is a viable horde of Elementary and Advanced inves. It's like an army of termites are swarming around a food source...

You do spot a small path that can go around this horde, but an idea pops into your head. More experience, and maybe some training with using your newer Lockseeds. The more knowledge you have of what they can do, the better equipped you'll be in the future. Then again, that's a LOT of Inves...

Find out what they're attacking. Either we'll rescue someone who shouldn't be in here, or learn something important about what motivates the Inves. And besides, I want to try out the watermelon mecha. What weapon will we get for it? I've noticed that all the uses have a weapon for their Suika Arms suiting their basic form's weapon. Gaim got a double-bladed sword made of watermelon slices, Baron got a wedge of watermelon made into a lance, Knuckle had watermelon-patterned energy spheres for boxing gloves...will we get claws made of watermelon rind or something like that?

You can't help but giggle a bit, the same kind of maniacal "I've got an idea~" giggle that makes everyone look at you with worry.

>MAKOTO: "Kouta-kun! Wanna get some practice?"
>KOUTA: "Against all those?"
>MAKOTO: "Hell yeah! You said you wanted to get more Inves fighting under your belt! Follow my lead!"

You pull off your Starfruit lockseed from your belt and unlock it, as you drive closer and closer. Kouta seems to take notice, and unhooks the Strawberry Lockseed from his belt.

>MAKOTO: "Let's hope this works."
>M'S LOCKSEED: "CARAMBOLA!"
>K'S LOCKSEED: "ICHIGO!"

The same starfruit-shaped green and yellow armor immediately manifests above you, and a big red strawberry manifests over Kouta. You place the Starfruit Lockseed in your Driver, replacing the Dragonfruit one.

>DRIVERS: "LOCK ON!"
>M'S DRIVER: "CARAMBOLA ARMS! KUNOICHI, REACH FOR STARS!"
>K'S DRIVER: "ICHIGO ARMS! SHUSHUTTO SPARK!"

Just in time, the armor slams down along your neck and shoulders, unfolding to cover your chest and shoulders once more. Surprisingly, this set feels much lighter than your standard loadout, and it shows.

With a mighty pull on the throttle, you manage to get a wheelie going, as you start striking at your sides at any and all Inves you can. Kouta locks up his bike, instead, and starts going at it on foot. He throws kunai after kunai into the crowd, and while it's not as solid as an actual blade, it's certainly a sight to behold.

With a bit of an acrobatic flip, you launch yourself upwards into the air, off of the quickly folding LockCycle, and reach behind you. Eight star-shaped throwing darts manifest between your fingers, and with deft flicks of your wrists, you send them screaming towards the teeming mass of Elementary Inves. They land cleanly in the monsters' flesh, sending them into howls of pain, while you wind up for another volley.

Only for the screaming Inves to be dealt with immaculately by throws of Kouta's kunai. The bodies explode, as you land with a gentle step onto the ground. Kouta's grinning, you can tell, behind the mask as he draws a few more kunai. You grin right back.

Time to ham this shit up.

>MAKOTO: "The flames scorch, the blades sing! Fang Ninja, Rider Raid!"
>KOUTA: "The waves crash, the swords clash! Blade Ninja, Rider Gaim!"

The Inves are left speechless for a second as the two of you pose back to back. Too much sentai for you and Kouta, it seems... but fuck it, this is fun.

>MAKOTO: "Unknown to the people..."
>KOUTA: "But known to all evil!"
>MAKOTO: "We are the shining bane of the darkness!"

Both you and Kouta clap your hands and stance off against the remaining Inves, and for a moment you could swear that you and Kouta were bathed in green and orange spotlights respectively. Maybe even a little music too.

The Inves are getting closer, better think of something quick--!

>MAKOTO: "Sengoku Riders!"
>KOUTA: "...yeah, okay, Sengoku Riders!"

At least the Inves stopped for a second, which then gives you a little bit more inspiration. Every sentai has a "start the fight" catchphrase... what would work now...?

>MAKOTO: "Ready, Kouta?"
>KOUTA: "Hell yea! Let's do this."
>MAKOTO: "LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET'S GO WILD!"

The fight becomes more like a dance, as you and Kouta dodge most every swipe and tackle the Inves haul at you. Your movements feel like a blur, but as natural as if you've been doing it for years. Like a true ninja, maybe?

You and Kouta prove to be a fantastic team, as Inves fall like dead trees around you in waves. There's even times where you stop the action to just ... pose. It serves no damn purpose, ayou know that, but it's just WAY TOO FUN! Why can't more fights just be this fun!

You hit the knife lever on the Driver twice, putting your left hand in front of your face. Going for the entire ninja thing, you try to effect one of the hand signs. Two fingers up, standing still, even with the eyes closed.

>MAKOTO: "Secret Art: Five-star Starfruit Splash!"
>M'S DRIVER: "CARAMBOLA AUUUU LAIT!"
>KOUTA: "Lemme in on this too! Secret Art: Dagger Whirlwind!"
>K'S DRIVER: "ICHIGO AUUUU LAIT!"

A pair of energy projections in the form of starfruit slices form on your hands, big enough to match hula hoops. Both you and Kouta grip your weapons tight, then with a kick off of the ground, take to the sky, spinning like a toy helicopter's rotors. You let go of the energy projections, and thousands of shots of golden and ruby energy shoot from the spinning bodies in the air, impaling and swiss-cheesing the remaining inves on the ground.

Gently landing, and coming to a stop from the dizzying speed of the spin, you can feel the explosions of the Inves' bodies from the overload.

And you had to admit, that was satisfying as all hell.

>MAKOTO: "And that brings this chapter..."
>KOUTA: "...to a close."

Start on our head, the whole thing descends down to place the top of it around our neck rather than folding down. You are Erina Kinushima, and apparently today's the day when God and all the other deities up above hate you. Even though you don't really know what you did wrong, your body is screaming in pain.

Today, you've been run through test after test by Takatora Kureshima, the head of R&D, and Ryouma Sengoku, the developer and head researcher of this "Project EDEN" that you've been drafted into. The tests, of speed, strength, endurance, and other key characteristics that a fighter would need, have been taking a toll on your body. It doesn't help that the muscle degeneracy in your leg has been making it even more difficult to keep up with the tests of movement.

All of this has been going without you taking off the Armor that was granted to you with the new Lockseed device, the "Genesis Driver" as they called it. It looked like a silly kind of juicer when you had inspected it before, but by GOD it contained something wonderful in it. Such rejuvenation... it allowed you to walk once more without any problems! Like you were young once more!

But all that youth and power semeed to disappear once you took off the Armor, and managed to find a place to rest your body. All the energy seemed to have been leeched from you - must be quite a responsibility to wear this Armor.

Takatora sits down next to you, and in his hand is a cup of coffee. Just from the smell, you can tell what it is - black, with lots of sugar. You sit up and accept the steaming cup.

>TAKATORA: "Erina, are you not feeling well? Should we stop the tests for now, or do you feel up to going further?"

>ERINA: "Taka-ch--"

>ERINA: "Takatora-san, I'm still good to go."
>TAKATORA: "Erina, seriously. You look wiped--"
>ERINA: "Did I fucking stutter."

The room goes quiet as you give Takatora a stare that could turn hearts cold in an instant. He clears his throat, turning away and standing up.

>TAKATORA: "Ah, well. Weapons testing is next, if you're up for it. It won't involve much movement, at first. At least, unless you're up for it."
>ERINA: "I don't know how many times I have to say it, Takatora. I'm up for it. What do the boys at the lab have for us today, Q?"

AHA! That little smirk! You knew he could smile! Didn't help that you were the one who gave him those Bond novels back in the day. You get to your feet and accept your cane from a lackey researcher in a gas mask, then hobble to follow Takatora. That coffee sure is helping.

>TAKATORA: "We've got a couple prototypes of weapons we're going to equip those who are going to use this kind of Driver with. Problem is, the designs have been specifically made to be able to deal with all ranges of combat. We're gonna give you a prototype, you'll give it a shot, and tell us if it works for you and why, okay?"

You nod, and he brings you to a table with a strange-looking bow on it. The bow frame itself seems to be bladed, and the arrowhead appears to be made out of crystal. (Pic related) There's a place to secure a Lockseed... but this is kinda strange.

>RYOUMA: "Triggers can be broken, and honestly the 'string' here is far tougher than any trigger. Plus, should the firing mechanism get damaged for any reason, it can still function effectively as a melee weapon. Plus, it's a bow - depending on the Lockseed that's attached to it, it'll be able to fire different kinds of arrows."

>ERINA: "Looks fancy enough. Is everyone equipped with the Driver going to use it?"

>ERINA: "So when do I get to use this thing?"

You pick it up, and it feels about as heavy as a bat. It feels certainly balanced enough to give it a couple swings with your offhand - almost hitting Takatora in the chest. He steps out of the way quickly, putting his hand on the blade gently.

>TAKATORA: "In a second. We've got a bit of a target field for you. Follow me."

You bring the Sonic Arrow with you to a circular field, with three rings around a center point. Ballistic gel training dummies are set up in the rings - one for melee range, one for mid-range, and one clearly for ranged damage.

>TAKATORA: "Stand in the center, activate your Armor, and give it a shot. Find whatever method you see fit to dispatch them, but make sure to give it 100%. Fight as if your life depended on it."

Well, like >>36553824 said, it would be less like swordchucks, like they did in Garo, and more physically transforming between the two modes.

Personally, I like the Sonic Arrows as they are, mostly because they did some pretty cool fight scenes with them in the show.
>>
>>36553844
Honestly, all they need to do is make the bow longer, have the whole thing fold backwards to make the blades and have the arrow thingy extend to make the hilt with the crystal arrowhead becoming the pommel.

This has the advantage of giving the Rider a dedicated Melee mode for the weapon while still having the weapon be useable in CQC while in Bow mode.

You walk out to the center circle, put the Sonic Arrow down on the ground, and take a deep breath. Every muscle is waking up once more, as it's just hitting you once more that pain is everywhere on you.

But if Makoto's not giving up, neither can you.

>ERINA: "Here's to you, kid... Hen..."
>ERINA: "....SHIN."

Without all the fuss and muss from last time you transformed, you open the Lime Energy lockseed, lock it into place, and push the Lever.

>E'S G-DRIVER: "SODA: LAIMU ENAJI! GAAAAAAAAAAAO!"

The familiar gambeson is summoned as soon as the lime-shaped Armor drops down on your shoulders. You drop the cane, as the pain in your leg subsides and full movement returns to your body. The armor folds down, the helm summons itself and manifests around your face, and the visor drops down from the assemblage. You blink twice, and everything's back to full.

>ERINA: "Kamen Rider system... active."

Takatora and Ryouma look at each other strangely for a second, before watching you continue. You could care less. Right now, you've gotta focus as much as you can. The energy drain's already beginning, and you're not sure how much more you can take today.

ANother deep breath, and you envision the path you'll take. A combination of slices on the closest dummy, then rotate to a crouch and fire at the midrange. Finally, use the Lockseed to power up the Sonic Arrow, and destroy the final dummy.

Estimated elapsed time: 6 seconds, if executed correctly.

>TAKATORA: "Begin."
>ERINA: "Let's get wild."

Like mother, like daughter. It's adorable. Erina is best mom.
>>

Much agreed and concurred.
>>

>

You kick up the Sonic Arrow with a flick of your toe to your right hand, grabbing it solidly. With a ferocious yell, you slash - once, twice, thrice, four, five! - into the dummy in front of you. Leaving tatters in its simulated flesh, your left hand rushes to the plunger for the bow and pulls it back. Aiming at the second dummy, you see a red dot target laser appear in the center of its chest. Without hesitation, you "loose" the plunger, sending an arrow of energy through its center. The hole is sizable, about the diameter of a man's arm.

Finally, you unlock the Energy Lockseed and secure it to the bow, pushing down on the shackle.

>LOCKSEED: "LOCK... ON."

Another pull at the bow, and the mechanisms of the bow start sounding an ominous tone... You could swear it resembed a death knell for some reason.

>ERINA: "This is the end!"
>LOCKSEED: "LAIMU ENAJI"

The arrow's loosed before you know it, soaring through a series of circles resembling lime slices and catching more energy on the way to its destination. Once the arrow makes contact with the dummy, however, the dummy flat-out explodes. The watchers of the test recoil, and so do you, before you see that there's literally nothing left of this dummy.

Holy shit.

>TAKATORA: "That took approximately 6.7 seconds, according to the timers. Thoughts, Erina?"

>ERINA: "Not gonna lie..."
>TAKATORA AND RYOUMA: "...?"
>ERINA: "I was aiming for 6 seconds."

They look even more confused.

>TAKATORA: "Erina-san, you're tired. A fraction of a second in a test for overall compatibility won't be that big of a deal."
>ERINA: "Hell, I bet Makoto could do that in five seconds. It's a big deal to me, okay?"

He sighs, but you continue.

>ERINA: "THat was fun, however. Can't really say I've got many problems with the weapon. Might want to consider if there's a way to give it a solid Melee-based mode, rather than just the outside edge of the bow. I mean, I get where you were going with it, but it's got some problems with range and potential backlash."

Ryouma nods, writing the feedback down on his laptop. Takatora ponders this.

>TAKATORA: "I've been used to just using a sword in combat, perhaps making it transform into some form of sword-like weapon would be better suited?"
>ERINA: "Pretty much, yeah. Though I dunno what you boys in the lab's got in mind."
>TAKATORA: "Want to give it another try, or are you good for now?"

Done for now. Any more will likely give us a nasty backlash. We did our testing, and for now, some coffee, icy hot, and likely some pain killers will be needed once we get off our fruit boost.

We did the flashy bit, now let's do the boring part of firing over and over again to make sure Ryoma has plenty of data to work with. Nothing too draining, just standing there and plinking away with the bow.

You return the Sonic Arrow to the table while still transformed, but within that short walk you can already feel your leg giving out. You close the Lockseed quickly, gesture for your cane as you lean heavily on the table. This was your limit, and it was as good of a time to hit it as any.

>TAKATORA: "That's it, end of testing for today. Let's wrap it all up. We'll be back on Friday."

Immediately, you can see lackeys and technicians starting to break down the test site - highly efficient, they are - but Takatora comes over to help you. At least by offering his hand. You take it, struggling to your feet, and there's at least some form of noble gentleness in the following words.

>TAKATORA: "Remember, if you want to back out because it's too much, let me know. It's noble of you to step up when you were not required to do so, but you don't have to shoulder the weight just out of sheer willpower."

Sheer willpower's what got your family this far, you think. It better help you carry this further. If the power in this Driver and Lockseed are anything to judge based off of, what this is meant to fight is that much more dangerous.

For now, though, now you need rest.

Back to the Bizarre Adventures of Makoto and Kouta momentarily, after a quick commercial break.

Someone edit Haruto real quick to have Makoto's clothing and we're good.
Yes, I'm implying that Kouta's that much of a manlet.

You are, apparently, the Fang Ninja, Rider Raid! Also known by most people as Makoto Kinushima. And you're still coming off of the adrenaline and, admittedly, chuunibyou levels of dorkiness, high that you and your new friend Kouta just had.

Oh, who are we kidding. You've got the powers to back such ridiculousness up, who fucking cares? Ain't no adults to judge you here! You give Kouta two highfives, then return to inspecting the area.

...The wind goes out of your sails a bit when you realize that although there was a mass of Elementary Inves, there really wasn't much to the area to begin with. The grass around here looked trampled down to the dirt, frequent enough to consider this place a stomping ground of sort. As with most clearings, vaguely circular in shape.

There's a lot of Helheim fruit remains, however, in the center of the clearing. Most of them had been eaten through, leaving only shreds of the purple outer husk behind. But the arrangement...

...seemed intentional?

It's probably not a trap, considering that some of the fruit is eaten. Although it does bear investigation either way.

While DJ is writing, here's what we came up with for Erina's helmet design. What do ya'll think?

>>
>>36557073
On closer inspection, you see that around the collection of shreds of Helheim fruit is some footprints that resemble human boot shapes.

Okay, that settled it. This was more than just random Inves gathering. Someone intentionally set this bunch of Helheim fruit to drag Inves.

That feeling of eyes watching you passes by for just a moment. As soon as you feel it, it's gone.

>MAKOTO: "...could you keep an eye out?"
>KOUTA: "Sure."

You take a couple pictures, and notice that there's a symbol of some form of crest. It has twin horns on it, and sort of resembles yours...

The horns look familiar, though.

The eyes are back, burning holes in the back of your helmet.

We're supposed to be helping protect the city, not picking fights - and instead, I catch you about to start shit with a guy that you KNOW will kick your ass six ways to Sunday."
