You are Sho'ka of the Stonetusk Clan. Up until a few weeks ago your life was one long parade of boredom being dragged around by your loudmouthed and gutless former mate.

All that changed in a single day when your dull mate and the decrepit chieftain he supported both met a grisly end at the hands of a particularly handsome and virile young warrior by the name of Ur'shal. While you are slightly disappointed that the new chieftain did not pick you for his mate, you had spent far too many years being pushed and pulled around at the whims of others to give up that easily. You figured the best way to get what you wanted was to sieze it by your own initiative. The results were most definitely worth it.

Since then life has been great. Your new mate lets you learn how to hunt, how to fight, he lets you mix with the clan instead of keeping you shut up in his tent like some dusty old ornament. You get to live the life an orc is meant to live after all those years of tedium, and for that you are eternally grateful.

Today is another good day, albeit one of the slower ones. Ur'shal is away, so your favourite pastime is out, he took Ashuris with him, so your second favourite pastime is out, Aleida is still sleeping off last night, K'zala is off with A'ska, and there's no hunts today for you to join in on. Luckily you're pretty good at finding ways to keep yourself entertained.

So what do you guys think caused the fire?
Also it seems Koz'rak came a bit before Ur' came.
So how come he didn't see the fire?

Yep. That's what I was thinking.

not important, i'm thinking some cute names for the baby stormhorns.
>>
You head to the middle of the camp, where the stormhorns scuttle about in a shallow pit. It's become a favourite spot for many of the orcs ever since you brought the pale little creatures back. A lot of the clan have taken to betting on the scraps that flare up, you included.

You nod at a few clanmates you know well from your hunts, heading to the edge of the pit to see how the stormhorns are faring today. They've already grown a lot since you caught them, many have shed their pale shells and grown new, darker shells in their place. The Stormhorns are still far from being able to fight, none of them even reaching your knee, but at the rate they grow, in another year or two they'll be ready to strike fear into the hearts of your enemies.

“Hey Skar,” you call, kneeling down next to the pit, waggling your fingers. One of the larger stormhorns scuttles over, stretching up to meet your fingers, its front legs waggling excitedly.

“Going to win me some more bets today?” you grin, as the stormhorn finally managed to latch his front legs onto your hand, giving a series of happy squeaks.

You toss a chunk of meat down for him, Skar dropping from your hand to munch at his meal.

“That's an investment, Skar, don't you disappoint me now,” you chuckle, leaning further down to pat the stormhorn on the back, earning yourself another happy squeak.

The only problem is that you're starting to run out of clanmates dumb enough to take a bet against your prize fighter.

>Try anyway, surely someone's still that stupid.
>Take Skar out for a walk around the camp.
>Get a drink and chat with some of your hunting friends.

>Tak'zaya Ska – Orcish Goddess of Beasts and Night, sometimes known as the Skinchanger. Tak'zaya Ska is worshipped by hunters, teaching her faithful to wear the skins of their kills to steal their strength. She is also popular with those who train or rely on beasts for battle or travel, and her worshippers engage in rituals of feeding their blood to their beasts and consuming the beast's in turn to form strong bonds with them. Tak'zaya Ska is the only Orcish Goddess to have a large number of males in her priesthood.
It seems she accepts males more though.
>>
>>36742396
I read that as her being the only goddess who takes many males along with the priestesses they all have, rather than being a preference for males.
>>

That's correct, my wording was a bit awkward.

Looking around, it looks like everyone at the pen today has lost to you before, so it's not a good betting day.

You shrug, scooping Skar up as he (she? You have no idea how to tell, honestly) finishes his meat, the stormhorn's legs wiggling in the air as you pick him up and place him down next to you.

“Stick close, Skar, I'll show you around,” you grin.

The stormhorn looks a little unnerved, this is the first time he's been out of the pen since you brought him back. He sticks so close to you he's practically rubbing against your leg as you walk, giving the occasional squeak as he scuttles alongside you.

“That over there's my mate's tent, that's where I sleep. I would let you sleep there too, but I'm worried Ashuris might roll her fat ogre ass onto you in the night. Maybe when you're bigger,” you grin, the stormhorn looking up at you and waving his front legs.

You lead him further through the camp. “Out there on the edge is Ku'zag's tent, he's the shaman, and a surly old goat. Good for a story though.”

“Over here is...”

You spot Or'kaz and Zo'rok engaged in a strained conversation about maintaining the weapons for the warriors. Seems there's still some bad blood over the whole Y'zoa situation, no surprise there.

“Gotten awfully cold here, huh.”

You decide to lead Skar away from the fight and go visit the newest addition to the clan, Vor'zal. You didn't get a chance to talk to him yet, and he's been keeping a low profile since he got back to the camp, but you have been hoping for a chance to ask him about all the crazy stuff he can do.

You lead Skar off in search of the elusive priest, finding him on the edge of the camp, squatting on a rock, gnawing on a crag lion leg, the creature's bloody hide lying in the dust next to him. Watching him tear through the flesh and bone of the leg, you can't help but notice how big and sharp his teeth are, he looks as much beast as orc.

“Hey, Vor'zal, got a minute?” you call out, the priest squinting at you.

“Showing my friend here around, figured we'd come say hi,” you grin, scooping up Skar, who squeaks and clings onto your arm.

Vor'zal gives a grunt, hopping down off the rock and tossing aside the remains of the leg. He must be almost as old as Ku'zag, but he walks like an orc half his age. His gaze fixes on the tiny stormhorn in your hands, and he leans forwards to stare at it, his face inches from Skar's.

He scoops Skar out of your hands, the little stormhorn waggling his legs excitedly. Seems he's fond of the crazy old man, you've never heard Skar squeaking for anyone but you before. He pats Skar on the tough carapace of his back, holds him up to squint at his underside, prodding at the stormhorn's soft underbelly as your friend squeaks and kicks his legs in the air.

Vor'zal hands him back to you, giving a grunt. “Strong shell... long legs... she'll be big.”

She, huh, well that answers that question.

The priest leans in close, sniffing at you. “You... you're chieftain's mate.”

The old man steps back, as you turn your head to the side to give yourself a sniff. You can't say you can smell anything, but you suppose you've spent enough time rubbing up against Ur'shal that the scent might stick.

“Yeah. The name's Sho'ka, hunter of the Stonetusk Clan,” you say with a little flourish, letting Skar nestle in the crook of your arm.

Vor'zal snorts, shaking his head. “Barely hunter...not impressed.”

Well, he certainly doesn't mince words, that's for sure.

“Not yet,” you shrug.

“So anyway, you must know a lot about all sorts of beasts in the wastes, right?”

He fixes you with a blank stare. You guess that's a yes?

“You know much else about Stormhorns, like, how we can use the little guys when they're all grown up?”

Vor'zal hops back up on his rock, squatting down again.

“Big, strong, hard to kill. Not as fast as horses, so not much good against cavalry, but good for carrying heavy burdens long distances, or for smashing through enemies on foot, or fortifications.”

You don't know what a horse is, but you decide to just nod along.

“So what else do you think would be useful for us? Something to fight these horse warriors maybe?”

You swear you saw him smirk about something for a second there.

“Nothing else good to train... Crag Lions, maybe. Needlebacks, Stingworms, Lopers, all useless for clan.... Too stupid.... With Tak'zaya Ska can dominate anything though.”

“What, like with your magic? Could I see some of your mag-”

Vor'zal gives a growl, eyes narrowing. Maybe not, you think he's getting a bit tired of talking to you.

“Okay, okay, no more questions after this one, I promise. Suppose I did want to become a better hunter, what would you suggest?”

Vor'zal stares blankly at you, the silence stretching on for several awkward minutes as you start to wonder if perhaps you should just leave. Eventually though, the old priest sighs.

“Always look for weakest point... Attacking enemy head on... glorious, sure... but sometimes stupid. Every beast... every enemy... weak points, blind spots. Exhaust, frustrate, cripple, then kill.”

You nod, pondering the old priest's words.

“Now... no more bothering me...”

He sniffs the air.

“Raiding party back... go bother them.”

“Right, uh, thanks Vor'zal. Maybe we'll talk again soon.”

“Not too soon... hope,” the old priest grunts, shuffling round on his rock to stare out into the waste.

You head towards the sound of excitement, carrying Skar since she seems so comfortable nestled in your arm right now.

“Don't get used to it, you'll be too big to carry soon the rate you're growing,” you grin, waving a finger in front of the stormhorn's face, which she bats at with her front legs, squeaking.

You spot the source of the noise soon enough, seems Vor'zal's nose was right again, Koz'rak and his pack are back from the mountains, trailing a half dozen new women and some children. The pack looks pretty ragged, and Koz'rak brushes off the congratulations and questions of his clanmates, limping towards the shaman's tent, a broken off spear haft buried in his leg.

Leaving him to go get patched up, you decide to take a closer look at the clan's new slaves. The children look weak and scrawny, cowering behind the women, who don't look any less frightened. You push your way through the leering crowd as they stare at the women and make conversation about which one they like best, heading for the members of Koz'rak's pack.

You catch sight of one of the females huddled in with the group, all dressed up in bright, fancy clothes, flowers tangled in her discheveled hair, eyes red and puffy. Even through all that though, it's obvious that she's the finest looking of the women. She's not as curvy as Alieda, but she is young, pretty and fair skinned. You're sure Ur'shal would like her.

I think if an orc pulls off a raid he should have first pick. We can take our share but taking anothers prize just creates contempt
>>
“Hey, looks like you got a good haul, how'd it go?” you ask, catching the attention of one of the raiders.

“The humans put up more of a fight than we expected, lost Vo'lak and Ko'goz. Never thought I'd see the Cloud Tribe grow a pair, maybe they just got sick of us taking their women,” the orc grunts, shrugging.

“You think the Cloud Tribe will come looking for revenge?”

The orc shakes his head. “Not enough left of them to do anything to us now. There might be one or two survivors, but if they live long enough to find another tribe to join I'd be surprised, they won't be coming looking for revenge any time soon.”

“I bet the clan slaves will be glad to have some more women around to share the burden,” you laugh, the orc grinning as the pair of you turn to watch the women.

“Some fine looking ones this time,” the orc nods, gesturing to the flower-haired woman you spotted before.

“Nice, very nice, I bet Ur'shal would like her.”

The orc frowns, giving a shrug. “Yeah, probably, Koz'rak didn't say anything about what we were doing with the slaves, so I suppose if you want her...”

“I do, the chieftain will be happy,” you grin.

The orc gives a grunt, and you slap him on the shoulder. “Relax, I'll be sure to let Ur'shal know how hard you all worked, I'm sure he'll reward you.”

“As long as there's enough women left over,” the orc shrugs, wandering away.

Looks like you might have upset him a little, but what can you do, you doubt Ur'shal will want her after half the clan's had a chance to put seed in her belly.

“You there, flower girl, come here,” you shout, the woman flinching as she realizes you're talking to her.

“Don't make me come get you,” you snap, gesturing impatiently.

The woman still doesn't come, cowering in with the group as if they could protect her, even as the rest of them look like they're trying to inch away, not eager to get in your way.

You growl, setting Skar down to stalk over to the huddled slaves. You grab hold of the woman by her wrist, dragging her out of the group as she wails, screams and beats her free hand against you feebly. Gods but she's a whiny one, you swear Aleida never made this much fuss.

You begin to get sick of your slow progress, and the barrage of flimsy slaps and punches from the human woman.

“You come with me or I strip you naked and leave you here, your choice,” you snarl, towering over the woman, who cowers under your glare, letting you lead her away from the group.

She cries out and stumbles as Skar prods curiously at the woman's ankle with one of her forelegs. Gods, is there anything this human doesn't start wailing about.

“Name, what's your name?” you ask leading her back towards Ur'shal's tent.

“Inka,” she mumbles, barely audible over the orcish chatter.

“Well Inka, you belong to the chieftain now, as long as you behave he'll be good to you, you'll learn to love it.”

(cont)
>>
>>36744401
The human whimpers, you aren't sure how much of that she understood, but you pull her into the tent anyway. Aleida yawns as she wakes up, the furs falling aside to reveal her naked and slightly sticky chest.

“Aleida, got a new friend for you, maybe you can calm her down a little.”

You give Inka a gentle push, which sends her sprawling to the furs with a wail. What a drama queen, you barely touched her.

Aleida starts chattering away to the new slave in that human tongue, you make out a few bits and pieces of it, stuff about not being afraid, staying calm, doing what she's told. All good advice for a slavegirl, that's for sure.

You suppose you should hold off on trying out this new girl for yourself until Ur'shal gets a taste, and anyway, you wouldn't want poor Skar to have to sit around bored while you played with the human.

“Leave the tent and one of the other orcs might take you,” you grin, Inka giving you a wide-eyed stare as you step back outside.

“Now then, Skar, where do you want to go next?” you ask, when you hear some shouts from the edge of the camp.

Okay, so putting Skar back in the pen and then going to check out the dust storm.

Writing.

“I think you've had enough excitement for one day, Skar,” you grin, leading Skar back towards the pen, the little stormhorn squeaking excitably as it catches sight of its siblings.

You scoop her up, holding her in front of your face, her forelegs patting against your cheeks as she wriggles in your grasp.

“You heard the crazy old priest, Skar, you're going to grow up big and strong, and when you do, we can go out hunting together. Now get back in there and show your brothers and sisters who's boss!”

You lower Skar back into the pit, giving her one last pat on the shell as she scuttles off to mingle with the others.

Standing back up and stretching, you turn to watch the clouds of dust on the horizon. Looks like some of your clanmates are gathering at the north of the camp to watch, while the rest are going around trying to get everything tied down and ready for the dust storm.

Something about it just seems strange to you though, I mean, normally the dust storms blow in from the west, there's just not enough waste to kick up the dust from the north with the mountains being so close, you thought.

You frown, heading up to the north of the camp to take a closer look. It's certainly an impressive one, clouds of dust billowing up into the sky.

You squint into the storm, there's something else odd, you just can't quite put your finger on it.

Oh fuck, this isn't just a dust storm, it's a raid.

“It's an attack,” you shout, the other orcs at the north reacting to your warning, returning to the camp to gather weapons.

Your estimate of numbers is unfounded. The time problem is viable reasoning though. I'm betting on other orcs.
>>
Do we really need two human slave girls, two orc mates and an ogress witch as bed mates at this early point in our conquering career? We really should give up one of the humans to a male orc with no personal mate.
>>
You sprint back into the camp, going for the weapon stores near the center, you shout out to any orc you pass who doesn't look like he's already preparing for battle.

You find Y'zoa in the weapons store, hard at work sharpening the edge of an axe.

“It's a raid, Y'zoa, grab a weapon,” you say, grabbing a nearby spear.

“Well shit, who is it?” grumbles the hulking orcess, picking up a large stone-headed club from the pile.

“Dunno, but they kicked up a whole load of dust, it could be magic.”

Y'zoa follows you back outside as you head back up north, calling out to any orc you pass to join you. Looks like a lot of them are already heading up there though. The dust storm looks ready to hit the camp in a matter of minutes.

You take a deep breath, you're a hunter, a warrior, it's natural for you to be a little on edge going into your first big fight, but you damn sure won't let it show. You tighten your grip on your spear, eying the incoming storm.

As it's almost upon the camp, the storm suddenly starts to dissipate, the phantom wind fading as the dust starts to settle back towards the ground. You raise a hand over your eyes as the wave of falling dust washes over the camp, sneezing as some dust goes up your nose.

When you lower your arm you see the enemy clearly for the first time.

Humans, carrying spears and axes, black paint daubed across their arms, painted to look like wings, faces covered in thick fabric to ward off the dust. Lumbering alongside them are a half dozen ogres, hooting and hollering, waving clubs or large rocks in the air. Leading the charge though is something you've never seen before. It towers over even the ogres, loping forwards on its gnarled knuckles, its hide rocky and mottled grey. Its body has been painted in more of the black paint, smeared in strange patterns across its arms and chest.

“Troll, it's a troll,” one of your clanmates, one of the former Rockbrutes, roars out as the beast picks up its pace, bearing down on the assembled orcs.

Now what, a lot of the orcs still aren't ready to receive the charge, still herding the slaves away and otherwise locking down the camp. You're feeling a bit outnumbered here.

You duck a swung axe, lunging forwards with your spear and driving it into the throat of your attacker. The human gurgles, collapsing to the ground clawing at his ruined throat as you pry your spear free. That was... a lot easier than you'd expected, looks like fighting humans isn't any tougher than hunting.

You grin, spinning around and ramming your spear into the guts of another one of the tribesmen as he tries to get behind you, wrenching it loose and kicking the gasping human into one of his comrades, the pair sprawling to the ground.

Even with you and your clanmates fighting as hard as you can though, and the impressive casualties you're racking up, the sheer numbers of the enemy is starting to push past your line into the camp. You start to worry you might be cut off soon, trapped with enemies on both sides. The ogres have hit the line too, adding some serious weight to the human charge.

An ogre knocks aside one of the orcs to your right with a double-handed swing of his boulder, lumbering towards the tents.

You take aim and hurl the axe the ogre, hitting him squarely on the back of the skull, the axe bouncing off the warty flesh, leaving a deep bloody furrow down to the bone. The ogre falls to his knee, dropping his boulder to clutch at his injured head, howling and slapping at the wound.

“Keep fighting, no pack of pale-skinned weaklings can beat us,” you roar, raising your spear, other orcs cheering along with you. You hear Y'zoa's voice joining the cheer, spotting her a little ways off crushing the skull of one of the humans with a blow of her club.

Picking himself back up, the ogre spins around, tiny sunken eyes fixing on you. Bellowing and seizing his boulder, he charges at you, arms high above his head.

As the ogre charges, you kneel down, grabbing a handful of dust from the ground in your off-hand, clutching the spear in the other, ready to strike. With the slaves in the camp, it's not like this is the first time you've seen an ogre before, but when one's bearing down on you, bellowing, murder in its eyes, it's nowhere near the same.

You swallow back a mouthful of saliva and steady your breathing as the hulking brute grows larger and closer, then at the last moment as he looms over you, you strike, tossing a handful of dust into his face.

The effect is instantaneous, the ogre wails, stumbling and losing his grip on the boulder above his head, which drops and strikes his shoulder sharply, splitting the skin and bringing the ogre to his knees.

Seeing your chance you lunge forwards, driving your spear into the ogre's neck, it punches through the warty, leathery hide, pushing all the way through to the other side.

The ogre gurgles, fumbling at the spear, grabbing hold of it in one meaty hand.

Shit, you definitely struck a mortal wound, but the ogre's too stubborn or stupid to know it's dead yet. It's got a solid grip on your spear, and it looks like it's about to start lashing out with its free hand.

Rolled 5 (1d20)

>>36747097
I just figures it would avoid the ogres attack with its free hand. Also give it a sec to weaken while we hop around it to retrieve our spear.
>>
>>36747127
We thought ti would be easier to make him pull it free with us helping him.
>>
>>36747150
But, his to stupid to get the difference between pull and push.
>>
Rolled 7 (1d20)

Here's to hoping we didn't need a 20. Though i wouldn't blame him if we did.
>>
You growl, trying to pull your spear free of the ogre's heavy grip. You strain against his freakish strength, muscles aching as the dying ogre grunts and gurgles. His free hand raises up to lash out at you, and you've no doubt that that giant, gnarled fist could shatter bones. With one last roar of effort, you plant a hard kick into the ogre's injured shoulder, wrenching back as his grip loosens from the blow.

The spear tears free of the wound, sliding out of the ogre's grip. You stumble backwards, just keeping your footing as the ogre claws at the ragged hole in his throat, choking on blood before finally collapsing in a messy heap on the rocky ground.

You take a moment to catch your breath as you look down at the dead ogre. You did that, you killed an ogre in single combat, you are a gods damned orc warrior and no-one can tell you otherwise.

“I am so fucking horny right now... where's Ur'shal when I need him,” you grin, breathing heavily, leaning on your spear. You look up at the battlefield in your momentary respite.

The ground is littered with the dead, fortunately most of them are humans, though the clan is definitely down a few orcs too. Worse though is that some of the humans made it past the line, and some of the tents are up in flames, threatening to spread if it isn't contained.

>Try to put out the flames
>Go into the camp to fight the enemies who made it past the line
>Join the fight against the (now injured) troll

The flames can cause some serious damage, plus yell at the orcs to use fire on the troll.

>>Try to put out the flames
Yeah nah this is bad, we can lose a few slaves, but losing our home can do far worse.
>>
>>36747454
hmm unfortunatly I'm not voting for putting our the fires first because if we don't take care of the enemies in our camp they'll either hinder us when we do so or start even more fires.

God, Urshal needs to shag this beast of a woman ASAP.

Hmm, if I'm counting this correctly, it's a draw between enemies and flames.

So how about you try to get some orcs and slaves to help put the flames out, and then attack the enemies in the camp?

Either that or I can roll a d2.

You run back into the camp, calling for any free orcs to follow. Several tents are on fire, and it's starting to jump to other nearby ones, humans with torches are setting light to anything they can get close to.

“Kill any man with a torch, and put those fires out before they spread, get the slaves to help,” you shout to your group, charging a nearby firestarter, who spins to face you, clutching an axe in his other hand.

>No messing about, skewer him and move on.
>Disarm him of the torch before he can do more damage.
>Shove him back into the burning tent.

can we stamp down on the touch if we kill him?
>>
No time for anything fancy, you lash out at the firestarter with your spear, a look of shock frozen on his features as your spear goes up under his arm and slips between his ribs.

You rip it free, leaving the human to expire on the ground, wheezing pitifully as you stamp out the dropped torch. Some of the orcs start to tear down the flaming tent, keeping it away from the rest of the camp as they shovel dust onto it, smothering the flame.

You see more orcs engaged in fights with other humans, and it looks like the fires are starting to get back under control.

An ogre charges through the camp, bellowing and swinging a club. You fear you're going to have another vicious fight on your hands, then you get a better look at the shredded remains of the ogre's face. It hoots and bellows, flailing blindly as it claws at its mangled eyes. A large, powerful-looking crag lion lopes out from between the tents, pouncing on the ogre's back, sinking its teeth into the back of the ogre's neck as it bears it to the ground under the beast's weight. The ogre wails pitifully as the crag lion clamps down around the neck, its spine giving way with an audible snap.

You look around, the camp is secure once again, most of the humans are dead, as are all of the ogres, but on the edge of the camp things are still far from certain. The troll is doing a frighteningly efficient job of fending off a dozen orcs at once. Zo'rok has scored a few vicious hits on the hulking monster, but it hardly seems to have noticed, the gashes in its stony hide already starting to scab over.

“You should not have crossed the master, Slaagyr rules supreme,” roars the troll, smashing aside one of the orcs with a backhand, sending the unfortunate warrior sprawling and broken into the dust.

“Your master does not rule here,” a powerful voice roars.

You grin, looking towards the source of the voice, a towering orcish warrior gripping a great red axe.

Your mate has returned.

...and that's it for Sho'ka's little interlude, I hope you enjoyed it.

I tried to implement some of the suggestions for combat last thread, namely making it a bit more interactive, with more in-depth options and a greater use of terrain. I felt it made the combat a lot more interesting, though obviously I'd like to hear any feedback or thoughts people have on it.

So, Q&A session if so desired, as per usual.
>>
>>36748379
>humans are dead, as are all of the ogres,
Slaves or enemy?
>>
>>36748437
Enemies. The enemy forces don't seem to have targeted the slaves, just the orcs.
>>
>>36748428
Does cock sleeve Armour exist in this world?i don't want it, but find the idea pretty ridiculous when ever people discuss orcs/orges/large monsters

Rolled 9 (1d20)

How big is a crag lion?
>>
>>36748478
I don't know what that is.

Dare I google...
>>
>>36748428
Has Sho'ka's performance in this battle earned her a little more respect in her clan?
>>
>>36748478
No.
>>
>>36748428
So how badly is the troll going to get rekt now? was the Crag lion priest man? Did we lose anyone important? Was Sho'ka kicking ass and taking names going to be noted or was the battle too chaotic?
>>
>>36748478
Like a chastity belt or something?

So...who thinks we should sacrifice the troll/ogre to Tak'zaya Ska?

How does the battle field look like to the eyes of Sho'kaz?

Its basically orcs wearing women as armour.

About 4-5ft at the shoulder and weighing around 400-500kg.

Just armor for your dick. Only it's too big to be cooped up so it must be actually armored
>>
>>36748553
Large enough to hold an orc? Would we have to breed them to be bigger with the help of the priest dude?
>>
>>36748428

any concrete losses or is most of the tribe just dead tired?
How many enemies are left?
>>

>“Nothing else good to train... Crag Lions, maybe. Needlebacks, Stingworms, Lopers, all useless for clan.... Too stupid.... With Tak'zaya Ska can dominate anything though.”
>>
>>36748521
It has.

>>36748534
Crag lion was indeed priest man, making use of that crag lion skin you saw when you visited him earlier. As far as you know you didn't lose anyone important, and yes, Sho'ka's battle prowess was certainly noticed.

>>36748543
>Did this fight catch the attention of any gods?
That remains to be seen.

>>36748563
You're welcome.

>>36748564
Uh, well let's just assume that orcs make their armour roomy enough to accommodate their impressive size.

>>36748584
Crag Lions aren't really built for riding, they might make good hunting animals if trained though.
>>
>>36748619
You did lose a few orcs in the battle, losses were not as bad as they could have been by a long shot though. Most of the enemy humans are dead or routed, the rest of them can be put down by your clan without much trouble, enemy ogres are also all dead.
>>
>>36748428
How horny is Sho'ka right now? Hopefully horny enough when the battle is truly over, she crash tackles her chieftain in full view of everyone and demands he fuck her senseless right in front her clan.
>>
>>36748659
I second this notion.
>>
>>36748652
well now we have people for the ogres to kill
>>
>>36748659

So how pissed will the dragon be when his servants don't return?
Also next session is tuesday right?
>>
>>36748730
Dragon is already pretty pissed, but yes, his levels of pissedness will definitely increase a lot.

Next thread will be Tuesday at 1800 UTC.
>>
We should ask the new priest what he thinks would be good for taming. Not just what we'd find locally but in the mountians and jungles too. He seems old enough to be around before the war.
>>
>>36748379
Why was he pissed?
Was the cloud tribe his servants or something?
>>
>>36748755
He already said a few suggestions.
>>
>>36748538
We need to sacrifice something. Maybe one of the captured enemy humans so the Ogres can keep their powers.
>>
>>36748740
What were Ka'zala and A'ska doing this thread?
>>
>>36748785
Those were just the local fare. Otherwise we surely would have mentioned the Wargs.

Warlord, how would a Crag Lion hold up against a Warg?

I say we attempt to acquire Crag lion cubs at the next opportunity. They shall be akin to our hunting dogs.
>>
>>36748652
can we keep a few for the witches?
>>
>>36748762
You don't know, but the troll did say that you had crossed the dragon, so you clearly did something to upset him.

>>36748825
The two spend a lot of time together when they aren't with their respective mates, they are very close friends and A'ska is something of a surrogate mother figure to K'zala from back when they were both stuck as mates to the former chieftain

>>36748832
>Warlord, how would a Crag Lion hold up against a Warg?

One on one in a straight fight, a Crag Lion would probably win, but they lack the stamina and intelligence of Wargs, so it's not like Crag Lions are objectively superior.

>>36748940
Sure, there's a fair few injured humans you could take prisoner.
>>
>>36748963
>A Crag lion would win
Huh, i figured a Warg would be more the size of a Horse as is usually depicted. Keep in mind any decent War horse would weigh around a Ton.
>>
>>36749047
what most wargs are shown as being the size of dire lions
>>
>>36748963
Uhh, Warlord you might wanna reconsider the Crag Lion vs Wag thing unless you plan to make the Crag Lions really vicious sons a bitches. As a Warg would be 2 or three times it's size if traditional sizing is to be trusted.
>>
>>36749047
>>36749082
>>36749138
Wargs are bigger and heavier than Crag Lions, certainly, but Crag Lions are more about short sharp bursts of vicious murder from incredibly dense muscle and supported by razor sharp teeth and claws. They are the apex predator of the wastes for a reason, even if there are larger beasts out there.
>>
That said, perhaps I will give matters more thought. I haven't really figured out a proper size chart for most of these creatures yet.
>>
>>36748428
Sho'ka done good, I am proud of her. That could've gone way worse then it did
>>
>>36749283
She got to take an adorable little future murderbeast out for a walk and kill some raiders, all in all a very good day for Sho'ka.

and on that note, I'm off to bed, see you all on Tuesday!
>>
>>36745726
Well.
Okey-fucking-dokey.
Time to kill some adds.
>>
>>36748379
Oh, now that is an impressive entrance.
