Putting all of her strength into it, the tiny bespectacled maid slowly pulls someone past the doorframe and into the gate area.

First you see a slender arm with a bow tied around its wrist.

Then you see blue fabric, decorated with cute pink flowers.

And with one final tug, the whole thing is pulled into view.

"I present to you, the long-lost princess Karel Alysse Granache!" Melanie says, smiling as she holds Karel's bare shoulders so that she can't run away.

As the crowd murmurs, you notice that Karel herself is blushing more and more...

"Wow," Rana whistles. "She really does clean up nice."
"She does indeed," Luciana nods.
"Girl..." Emilio mumbles. "...she really -was- a girl..."

You glance at the Prince, and it's all you can to to keep from laughing at his absolutely bewildered expression.

"And a cute one at that!" Rana says, resting a hand on his shoulder.

And then he realizes that you were looking directly at him and his expression of awe becomes one of horror.
