>LAST TIME ON GEASS QUEST: http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive/37592164/

>Thread times and updates posted here: https://twitter.com/Crosswire

>Quest is usually ran on Saturday starting at 3:30PM

You walk through the hallways of the Avalon, still sporting your first hangover ever (unless your memory issues are worse than you thought) and you frankly feel like shit. The pressure in your head makes you wish for an ice pick to poke holes in your skull, you're struck with dizziness so often you’re amazed you haven’t fallen over yet, and if your stomach wasn’t empty you’d probably be doing the technicolor yawn.

Yet still you march on, determined to wrap things up for the day so you can crawl away somewhere quiet and sleep. Euphemia follows closely behind as you take her to the hanger in the hopes of talking Lloyd into helping her forge a new identity for herself so she can join the military.

“Are you sure you don’t want to talk to Suzaku about this?” You ask once more as you walk down the hall, staying close to the wall in case of another dizzy spell.

“I’m sure.” Euphemia’s voice is firm and the look on her face is all too familiar to you.

“Suzaku’s not completely unreasonable Euphemia, if you just told him it might make things-” You look to Euphemia, hoping to talk her out of lying to someone she obviously cares about, but she shakes her head briskly.

“Trust me Shirley, Suzaku’s lost too much to possibly agree to me doing this. He just wants to protect me, but if he learned about what I was planning he’d do everything he could to stop me from going through with it.”

“Won’t Suzaku become suspicious of you then if you suddenly disappear?”

>(½)
>>
>>37750819
“Actually Suzaku recently asked me about going back to the homeland. I don’t exactly have friends or family back there willing to watch after me, but he figured that giving me the money to rent a quiet place up in Quebec would be safer than staying on a ship that’s probably going to be in the middle of the fighting. I agreed with him so he’ll think I’m far away somewhere safe when I’m really off being someone else.”

“You seem to have this all very thought out. When exactly did you decide to do all this exactly?” You ask and Euphemia looks away, her confidence broken briefly with a sheepish shrug.

“A few days ago, shortly after you talked to me on the bridge of the Avalon back in Tokyo...”

“Wait, really? Wow you’re a faster planner then I am! Tt took me at least a couple weeks to make my decision and work everything out.” You speak sincerely and mean it as a compliment, but Euphemia just grimaces.

“I guess it just runs in my family…”

You finally arrive at the hanger and find Lloyd sitting on a crate off on the other end of the room, once again messing about on a laptop. After checking to make sure no one was in earshot of you and the Earl, you approach him and tell him exactly what you want.

“Lloyd I’d like you to help forge a false identity for Euphemia.”

“Hmmm? Oh sure, but after the repairs on the Lancelots are finished.” Lloyd mumbles, barely looking up from his laptop.

“I know you-Wait, really?”

“I’d ask why the Princess, or former Princess needs a new identity so badly, but frankly I don’t care. However don’t go expecting me to do this out of the kindness of my non existent heart, I can ignore your little name change because you’re essentially a nobody, but there are quite a lot of people who aren’t happy with Euphemia here and if certain people found out I helped forge documents for her it could very well land me in trouble.”

“Well what do you want in return?”

>2/3
>>
>>37750843
“Something dangerous of course, what else?” Lloyd pushes up his glasses and flashes a smile as he speaks. “You see back when the Lancelot was just an idea in my head, I’d envisioned it as an exoskeletal suit of armor. I’d gotten pretty far in the design work and even build a prototype but abandoned the whole thing after I saw the potential of Knightmares. Normally I’m not one on looking back at old projects, but the Army stated a desire for exoskeletal armor and has offered quite a bit of money to whatever individual or company hands over a working, effective prototype. Our budget is a little tight at the moment so I figured I can sell off my old design if I work a few of the kinks out of it.”

“So you want me to help test out an old prototype armor? That doesn’t seem so bad.”

“Did I mentioned the part about how the exoskeleton was faulty and the last person who wore it had their spine broken like a breadstick?”

“Uh, no you left that part out.” You shiver at the vivid description and realize that while smaller, something like a suit of armor could be a lot more harmful to the user if something went wrong.

“Ah, well that’s what happened to the last person who tested the suit. Obviously I’ll make some necessary modifications to the unit and try to avoid anything like that happening to you, but like any prototype there’s always the risk of serious mechanical failure. So that’s what I want you to do, take it or leave it.”

“Alright, I’ll do it.” You state, seeing no reason to turn down the testing when this suit might be another tool in your arsenal to ensure Zero suffers long and hard for everything he’s done.

“Excellent! Just another reason to return to the homeland. I need to drop off the recovered enemy units for proper analysis, ensure the Ganymede we saved from Ashford is somewhere safe, and now I need to collect the exoskeleton from Cottingley. Oh, and my beloved wife wants me to drop off the students back in the homeland instead of just dumping them in Hawaii. Oh well, at least our trip all the way from Area 11 will be worth it." Lloyd looks pleased with himself as he continues to fuss about on his computer.

You turn to Euphemia and she smiles back at you. "Thank you Shirley, I won't forget this."

"It's no problem, just don't do anything stupid. I'd hate to see you get hurt."

You leave Euphemia to hash out the details of her new identity with Lloyd and walk out into the halls. It's still fairly early in the day and you're still very, VERY hung over. Darkness, painkillers, and sleep seem more appealing then they normally do but there are some other things on your mind.

What do you wish to do Shirley?

Interested in ensuring Suzaku remembers his promise to give you some training in hand to hand combat, you go back to his room to chat with him. After knocking on his door you get a grumble to come in and do so to find Suzaku lying on his bed, half dressed and thankfully not vomiting like he was when you last talked to him.

"Hey Suzaku are you feeling any better after eating that fruit?"

"No, but at least I don't have anything in my stomach. How are you feeling?" Suzaku lifts his head from his pillow briefly to look at you, as if in the hopes you'd have some miracle cure to save him from his plight, but you just shake your head and cause him to drop his head back down onto the bed.

"Like absolute garbage. I should probably be sleeping right now but I had to do something for Lloyd. Anyway, I came here to ask you if you could start teaching me some of that hand to hand combat stuff lie you said you would before."

"Today?"

"God no, not today! I was more talking about after we stop feeling like we're both dead."

"Sure, we can start tomorrow if I'm feeling better. Did you figure out what happened to you on the beach?"

"Yeah, Euphemia just played a bit of a prank on me. It's no big deal."

"Good, that's good..." Suzaku pulls his sheets over his head and you turn off the light in his room before leaving him be like you'd like to be.

>By the way, when was the last time we updated our journal? With Pailsen being a Pailsen, it might be a good idea to write stuff down in case something happens.

As you leave Suzaku's room you realize that it's been quite a while since you've made a diary entry, but it's no surprise given everything that's happened. Returning to your room you check your diary and find no entries made involving the events that happened back in Tokyo.

>(1/2)
>>
>>37752115
You wrote your diary to try and keep a list of events on hand to look over to ensure you'd notice if your memory was slipping. Since you started it when under the guise of Xinlu Kuu you sought to keep it free of information that might reveal your true name and intent, but now that you've revealed your true name perhaps it's time to start writing the diary as Shirley?

Besides, everything that happened back in Tokyo was rather sensitive information, it'd be difficult to summarize it all and cut out all the bits that indicated your vendetta against Zero...

What do you wish to do Shirley?

>Just write the diary as Xinlu and catch it up on the events that have happened, leaving out any sensitive or personal information
>Write the Diary as Shirley and include everything that happened back in Tokyo.

You decide to write the diary as yourself, no sense in hiding who you are anymore and begin jotting down a diary entry specifying everything that went on in Tokyo. The mission to save the students at the school, your run in with the white machines, having to save Suzaku, fighting Zero, disabling him, destroying the Guren, splitting that green haired girl in half…

Writing that part makes your already formidable headache worse and your penmanship slips a bit as you write the entry. It confuses you, till that point you’d never seen the green haired girl, never knew she’d even existed. All you cared about was Zero and those close to him, yet you’d never heard of any mention of him having a lover or a subordinate like her.

"It doesn't matter now." You mutter as you focus on finishing the entry, tempted to rush so you can go back to sleep "She's more then dead, no one will be able to save Zero the next time I face him."

Imagining Zero's face as you rip off his mask and bite off his nose brings you enough happiness to focus on hammering out a good diary entry. After about an hour you finish the rather long entry and tuck it away, hoping you'll be able to make more regular entries in spite of whatever insanity hits you.

Looking at your bed, you're ready for sleep but you think to make sure there's nothing else you wish to do...

Well Shirley?

Stripping naked you take a hot shower, pop some painkillers, chug a couple glasses of water, shut off the lights, and crash onto the bed like a Knightmare with a dead Energy Filler. Sleep comes less then immediately for you, but when it does come it’s a deep and powerful sleep that leaves your mind numb and your worries and pains in the world of the waking.

You begin to dream and find yourself in the upstairs bathroom of your home back in the Tokyo Settlement. You're smiling happily as you walk over to the sink to brush your teeth to get ready for your big day at school--only for your outstretched hand to pick up your father's straight razor instead of your tooth brush.

You laugh at the mistake and try to release the blade, but find your hand moving against your wishes and opening with razor with a single quick flick of the wrist. Before you can so much as question what's happening you find your hand taking the razor to your other arm, skinning off chunks of flesh and sending a stream of blood trickling down onto the white linoleum floor at your feet.

A scream escapes your lips, but there's no one in the house to hear it and you find yourself wrestling your possessed arm with your injured one, which becomes harder and harder to control the more the razor cuts into it. For every chunk that's cut off, the skin grows back--but it's not your skin and soon not your arm.

Collapsing to the floor you find both of your arms beyond your control and they get to work cutting into you, slashing you legs and digging marks into your chest. All you can do is scream and beg for someone to help, but no on does. Eventually you find yourself standing up, your legs and the rest of your body having become someone else's entirely.

Looking into the mirror you watch as your hand takes the straight razor to your face and begins cutting around the edges. Then your free hand reaches up, grabs your face, and tears it off to reveal-

Your eyes fly open and you roll out of bed, screaming and grasping your face out of sheer terror. You fumble for a light and rush into the bathroom, staring in the mirror to thankfully see your own face staring back.

Letting out a gasp of relief you look down at your hands and eventually your whole body in the mirror, trembling from the all too vivid dream. As you're looking yourself over in the mirror you stop something in the darkness of your room behind you. At first it doesn't seem like anything but as you focus on the figure it begins to move and the sound of boots hitting your floor make it clear someone is rushing at you from behind!

You spin around and throw up your arms to defend yourself, but instead of a fist coming out of the darkness you find an open hand rushing towards your face. A black gloved hand clamps onto your face and forces you back, smashing your head into the mirror behind you and shattering it. A few small pieces of mirror cut into the back of your head, but you don’t feel the pain as a surge of adrenaline rushes through your body.

Ready to fight, you lock eyes with the man attacking you, dressed head to toe in black with a balaclava and odd looking goggles to hide his eyes. The man’s free hand rushes up towards your face, but instead of a knife you see grasped in his hand is a--rag?

The stink of chemicals hits your nose and you grab the man’s free arm to keep the rag away from you face, realizing the man intends to knock you out with chloroform. Opening your mouth to shout for assistance the man releases your head and grabs hold of your throat, choking you out as he tries to overwhelm your arms and force the chemical soaked rag into your face…

Throwing up a knee, you manage to nail the guy right in the groin as he becomes focused on overwhelming you. Somehow the guy doesn't crumple up from the rather hard blow, but he's stunned long for you to pry his hands from your throat and kick him away.

You're left gasping for air and as soon as the guy is on the ground, he whips out a tazer. With your mind racing you're left what to do. You could shout for help, but you're so out of breath that you doubt you'll have the air to do much else. You could try to run and get out of your room where a commotion will be more easily heard.

Then you spot the shaving razor (for your legs and armpits, not your face of course) on the sink behind you. It's not exactly much but a blade is a blade.

You throw out a punch and your fist finds it’s way into the attacker’s gut, with your razor slashing down at the exposed wrist of the arm holding the taser. The punch doesn’t do much but stagger the thug dressed in black but your razor manages a nasty gash on his arm, not cutting an artery or anything but causing just enough of a gash to cause him to drop his weapon and spill a bit of blood.

With his weapon out of his hands he throws out his arms and pushes you back, you keep your footing but he gives himself enough room to whip out a folding riot baton and begins swinging it at your sides and legs. The bathroom isn’t very big and there’s no room to maneuver, but you manage to hop around and avoid his swings for the moment. However he begins swinging faster, waiting for the right moment to reach down and snatch up the taser of the floor so he can dig it into your side.

As strong and resilient as you like to believe yourself to be, you doubt you’ll be able to shrug off having electricity run through you. Thinking quickly you decide your next course of action…

Taking the man in black’s head seems like a fair plan and killing the lights possibly wouldn’t hurt, but the taser at the man’s feet is too tempting not to go for. You dive for the taser with both hands out stretched, casting aside the razor to go for the weapon that could end this fight here and now. The man in black sees this and stomps on your left hand with his boot, but he’s unable to get your right hand. Scooping up the taser you bury your thumb in the button and thrust the device into his leg, sending enough electricity through his body to cause him to spasm and topple over.

Tossing the taser away you pry the baton from his fingers and begin to beat him with it for good measure, striking him across the legs, chest, arms, and eventually across the face. The blow shatters his goggles and you pry them off with the mask he’s wearing to reveal...it’s not a he you were fighting, but a she. The woman is young and unfamiliar to you, but her appearance is little concern to you as you beat her across the face once more before rushing out into the hall.

After going into the hall and shouting for assistance, Suzaku and a few crewmen come running down the hall. You inform them about what happened and the women who attacked you, and they go into your room to detain her while Suzaku takes you away to get you looked over in the infirmary.

You enter the infirmary and Pailsen looks displeased.

"Shirley, what's happened? Did you hurt yourself?" He stammers, rushing over to examine you.

"She was attacked by someone in her room." Suzaku informs the doctor who shakes his head.

"Good, good, I was worried she'd hurt herself. Come sit down here and let me take a look at your head."

"It's fine doctor, I don't feel that much pain." You say, but sit down in a nearby chair as Suzaku leaves, probably to get dressed and grab a weapon.

Pailsen grabs a pan, some pillars, and a vial of what looks like disinfectant. As he begins to pull the bits of mirrior of of the back of your head, he asks "Now tell me, what did that girl do to you?"

The question sounds sincere and you open your mouth to answer it, but something quickly dawns on you. You look around for a sharp object to use, but all you see is the nearby pan slowly being filled with bloody bits of mirror from the back of your skull. A strange feeling of fear washes over you and you find yourself setting your hand near the pan as if you were resting it, you speak your mind.

“Doctor...I never said I was attacked by a women.”

Silence in the room becomes deafening as the Doctor's work on the back of your head stalls and he sets down the pliers on the nearby table.

“Oh...really? I guess I was right then, not every degenerate is a man after all." Pailsen laughs nervously and you turn your head to get a good look at his face. However out of the corner of your eye you see him yank a refrain style injector from his coat and thrusting it at your back. Immediately your hand goes for the pan of mirror shards and you try to stand up to avoid the injector...

(The number you needed to hit was 75, a bit high but he’s basically taken you by surprise and he’s behind you. Sorry guys you just barely missed it)

You move just a second too late and you feel a sharp sting in your side as Pailsen jams the injector into you, causing a quiet hiss as it sticks you with it's needle and shoots something into your blood stream. The effect isn't instantaneous however and still manage to get up and backhand the 60 year old man across the face with the pan of bloody mirror shards.

Pailsen gasps in pain and topples over to the floor before you find you're unable to move your left arm. The feeling quickly spreads to your left leg and you throw yourself on top of Pailsen before he can get up, decking him across the face with your functioning arm and shouting.

"Why! Why you! You're the one who helped me! I trusted you! I trusted you with everything!" You can barely contain your tears and outrage as Pailsen just laughs in your face, even as you beat him across his mug as paralysis creeps across your body.

"That's exactly why this is happening to you Shirley. You trusted me. Do you think I'd help the daughter of the man who kicked me out Code R? You'll wished I'd killed you once my buyers get a hold of you."

Your eyes go wide and you try to swing your arm, but you find you can't move your arm or anything for that matter. Pailsen pushes you over and you collapse to the ground just as Suzaku runs inside.

"Doctor! What happened? What's wrong with Shirley?!"

"She had an episode and attacked me. Now quickly get me to my feet boy, we need to get her onto a gurney! Her condition is worsened and she needs immediate treatment. I can't do anything for her here, but there's a facility nearby that can treat her."

>>
>>37757805
"An attack? Her condition's worsened?" Suzaku stares at the Doctor in disbelief, but helps him up and begins moving you.

You try to speak, try to shout out that this is just a lie, but you can't speak, you're completely paralyzed.

"Yes, the shock from the attack just have triggered something in her. That or maybe one of the shards of glass in the back of her head stabbed into her brain, ether way we're going to need to move her to a transport VTOL."

"I'll come with you I-"

"No! I need you to help me get her to the VTOL, but you need to make sure that women doesn't escape. She might have something to do with Shirley's condition."

Suzaku nods and you want to scream. Nothing you do can move your body, no amount of concentration or willpower reverses the paralysis. You're forced to watch as Pailsen loads you into a VTOL and flies off into the night, with no one the wiser of what's going on.

Time passes and you slowly begin to regain the feeling in your limbs, but by the time you're able to move so much as your fingers the VTOL lands and you're taken out by more men in black. They take you out of the gurney, strip you naked, and force you into some crazy skin tight get up with strips and restraints covering the entire suit.

Your arms, legs, hands, feet, and neck are restrained and your mouth is covered by some kind of gag so you can't do anything but release muffled cries.

"Make sure you're not too rough with her, she can heal from most injuries but she can still die."

The men in black don't see to listen as they haul you over to a strange tank and throw you inside, sealing up with and leaving you strapped in utter darkness. You find yourself completely cut off from the outside work, no light, no sound, nothing but the sound of your own beating heart and the pain in the back of your head from the ragged mirror sharps still stuck into it.

Season 1 stayed in the area of politiking, guerrilla tactics to overthrow imperial oppressors, and clever battle strategies.

Season 2 decided to threw this out the window. Complex politics became Big Evil Empire vs. Big Good Alliance and all battles being decided by WHO HAS THE LATEST AND BEST NOT-GUNDAM MODEL

And the whole Geass power plot just went sideways and ended halfway through the season.

You’re eager to fight, eager to defy, but you’re tired and hurt. As much as you wish to fight you still feel yourself under the effects of paralysis. Closing your eyes, you lose yourself in the darkness and find comfort briefly in your dreams, before the hiss of air and blinding light awakens you. Rough hands grab at your body through the strange, white bodysuit you’re in, the belts and lashes keeping you from doing anything but squirm as you’re thrown on the ground.

It’s difficult to so much as look around, but you find yourself surrounded by dozens of armed men, with Pailsen and a strange red haired man wearing a bizarre looking mask.

“Is this the specimen you spoke about, Dr. Pailsen?”

“Yes, the product of my experiments with immortal cells. The fool has been injecting herself with the hells and my anti-rejection concoction for quite some time now.”

“Fascinating. Is she capable of regenerating?”

“Somewhat, she can survive most injures, but I believe that destroying her brain or separating parts of her body will end her life. But the immortal cells in her body multiply with every injury she receives and are slowly, but surely replacing her normal cells. I didn't anticipate this and don’t know what risks this may have to her health, but she could very well become immortal.”

“Amazing..." The masked man looks to you, his face hidden, but his body quivering with excitement. "Such a transformation will be both beautiful and disgusting to watch, especially if her appearance is altered or warped. It appears your subject will both personally and professionally please me Dr. Pailsen, you really have out done yourself."

"Anything for you Wizard..." Pailsen bows his head, but the red haired man just laughs.

"Oh please, there's no need for such dramatics. Oiaguro is my personal slave now and Pluton is now under my control. Any dissidents will fall before my loyal Red Shoulders and soon, not even the Geass Directorate will be able to stand up to me once my red shoulders are made nearly unkillable. Soon everything will fall into place, and all because of you Doctor."

You want to vomit upon seeing the shit eating grin on Pailsen's face as he bows once again. "It was nothing Mr. Stadtfeld, your genius is what's made this all possible."

"My genius and my POWER. Speaking of which, is she immune to the effects of Geass?" The masked man walks over and Pailsen nods.

"Not completely, since she's already been Geassed, but I believe her resistance is growing stronger the more cells of hers are replaced with immortal cells."

"What a shame, I was hoping to make her loyal to me, I would fancy her begging to sit on my lap. Still, you said she has memory issues, no?"

You grimace at that, but do your best to hide your fear, instead focusing on something you can do to escape.

"Yes. Whatever Geass hit her has made her very determined to 'forget'. She's managed to suppress the urge but I believe she has a specific trigger that will cause episodes, something related to that terrorist leader Zero." Pailsen shrugs his shoulder and you can see the masked man wince.

"Really now? Well I'm sure if I bombard this beauty here with enough messages and images that she'll simply forget everything...and become an obedient little slave. Yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss." The mask man quivers again and bends over, loosening the gag on your mouth just enough...to stick one of his fingers in your mouth.

"I can sense your anger, and I hate to see such a beautiful thing enraged. So bite my finger off, feast on my blood to quell your hate. I assure you won't have it for very long."

Armored Trooper VOTOMS, a classic mecha series that Code Geass draws heavy inspiration from in terms of action. Knightmare Frames in season 1 are very much like the VOTOMS. The protagonist of the series, Chirico Cuvie, is nicknamed the Abnormal Survivor for his ability to, well, survive just about anything that gets thrown at him. The Red Shoulders are an elite team of pilots, known for their red shoulder markings. They're controlled from the shadows by the mysterious Wiseman. And Wizard comes from the Latin meaning "wise man". I don't know, maybe I'm trying to make a connection that isn't there, but I wouldn't be surprised if Crosswire's doing it on purpose. Remember how in Gundam AGE Quest Rysis' name was an elaborate pun referencing G-Saviour?

While not really able to move all that much, you manage to jerk your head back enough to yank the mask man’s slender finger from your mouth and speak to him, staring intently into his hidden eyes and speaking with fear nor patience in your voice.

“I crippled your daughter and brought the treachery of your men to light. In time you will come to wish I would be so merciful as to simply kill you. Now get your finger away from my mouth you inadequate old pervert.”

Mr. Stadtfeld grimaces at the mention of his daughter, but only briefly as he quickly restrains your mouth again and stands up with a laugh.

“You certainly are strong willed, but there is something you should know about me and my blood. We are not ones to give up...” Biting down on one of the slender black gloves covering the hand he’d stuck on your mouth, he pulls back on it and removes it to reveal a cybernetic prosthetic arm underneath.

“Ever. You should have killed my daughter when you had the chance, because the next time you face her in combat, you will die. Of course, you’ll never face her in combat again so that’s a moot point.” With a snap of his fingers he motions for the men to take you away and you’re loaded back into the red, spherical isolation chamber.

“What do you intend to do with her Wiz-I mean Mr. Stadtfeld? She can starve you know, at least I believe she can…” Pailsen looks worried, but seemingly only because of his investment.

“A little starvation will soften her up, it’ll make her that much more...malleable to what I want to try. We'll begin experimentation later, now for your reward Doctor..."

The pod is sealed before you can hear anything else and you're left once more to sit in the darkness to stew in your thoughts. You don't hurt physically all that much, though you can still feel bits of mirror digging into the back of your skull, but inside you feel like you're dead.

You've been betrayed and used in ways you're not really prepared to think about yet. However the emotion that you feel and understand is entirely just is complete and utter HATRED. That speech that Shirley does in season 2, about how she'll always come back and fall in love with Lelouch?

Imagine that, but replaced with hate, and 'I'll come back, no matter how many times I die' is as literal as it can be.

The glass is stuck in the back of our head and we're bound. Trying to use it is not just a phenomenally bad idea, it could kill us if we sustain brain damage before the immortal thing fully catches on.

I thought the Geass power was merely something that could be either a tool or a curse, depending on how it was used. They could tell us the origins of it in a side story, but it's not necessary.

The first season -and the second- were really all about Lelouch as a character plus his contrast with Suzaku. That connects both of them pretty well if you're capable of analyzing the ideas involved.

Other than that, the politics were simply for context and not all that complex (Britannia is mostly evil with a few good people in both seasons). The battles varied in quality, but you have mix of Gundam bots and either clever or simplified situations in both.

You roll around and try to feel the inside of the pod as best you can. Normally this would be hard with clothes or restrains on, but with how tight this suit is you can feel everything through the suit with ease.

As you wonder if there are 'other' intended uses for this suit other then restraint, you manage to find a couple rough points in the pod where you might be able to rub your face restraint against. However since you can't stand or really get high enough to rub any other restraint against it, your mouth restraint is the only one you can get.

However if you can get your face restraint off then it might me possible to gnaw through the rest of the restraints.

Alternatively, you could try brushing loose some of the shards of mirror from the back of your head. You don't have free hands, but if you can poke the shards through your restraints or into your suit, maybe you can use it to cut your way out?

What do you wish to do Shirley?

After deciding forcing glass out of your skull and possibly shoving it into your ass, you decide it's a better option to wear down your restraints on your face and begin to get to work on doing just that.

You rub your restrains against the bolt on the wall for what seems like ages and eventually they give way, leaving a nasty gash on your face that you don’t feel all that concerned about, if the lunacy you heard from Pailsen and Mr. Stadtfeld are to be believed. As soon as you have your face restraints off you begin biting into the buckles restraining your hands and slowly they begin to wear away.

However in the darkness that surrounds you, time becomes meaningless, and you find yourself feeling weak. Have hours passed or just minutes? How long have you been in here? How long will you remain in here? As your bladder comes under pressure and you realize you're going to be in a confined space with your own filth, you dig into your restraints with everything you have in a desperate bid to escape. It becomes difficult to recall much of anything and you find yourself driven by your hated.

Nothing else matters but getting revenge, making those who hurt you SUFFER because of what they did. The looks on their faces as you bring them complete misery and deny them death make you laugh, filling the emptiness around you with reverberations of laughter that you swear sound nothing like your own voice. As you eat away at your restraints and free yourself more and more, you feel less and less like yourself.

Pailsen's comment about you changing worries you, frightens you, but you bury your fear and begin to hack away at your leg restraints. It doesn't matter if you change, you've already changed, whatever you once were is gone now and probably for the best. All you can do is move on and seek to deliver justice...

(And this is where i'll end things tonight. I'm pooped and just got a caption image involving pizza, so we'll pick up next Saturday guys. Hoped you had fun!)

Actually, that reminds me. If I remember this right, then both Clubs had blackboxes in addition to streaming the data to the Avalon.
So then, how come neither Lloyd, nor Cecille have questioned Shirley's mental health yet? Do they not review the footage at all or losing sense of time and going all BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD are both considered perfectly normal things in Code Geass?

Shirley did prove to be a quick thinker when we dealt with the Gawain, so if we had some sort of advantage like a superior frame, then maybe, just maybe we could win.
Zero chance of survival if we try to kill him outside of KMF though.
