Yourichi was right about him, so you talk about your encounters with the Arrancar and Quincy, both of with interest him, though he seems a bit surprised about quincy.

Kisuke is not too strong on botany, but he knows just enough to interest you to get his opinion on what would it take to make a desert green, and his opinions seem sound.

Turns out we are already in a subtle battle against a member of squad Zero, who can aim their attacks at the narrative itself, and unwrite itself out of the plot we are viewing. The fact that our dice rolls are so bad is that we are actually lying face first in a pool of our blood right now, and we don't even know it.

Which I should probably elaborate on.
You guys get to time skip for thirty years, during that time we are going to do a ton of rolls and building with the espada. You will be able to build them up however you want, put points into various things and basically create an actual proper army of arrancar similar in size to the gotei 13. However rolls being rolls- you can always cause problems. Thankfully you do have Triumvirate and other things to save you!

Also- that loyalty- is incredibly important to how effective your espada preform and how it effects the rolls. Basically you won't be getting cataclysmic rolls because of that loyalty- but not everything is going to be a windfall.
