>It’s fine to be spoiled, but acting it is another thing.
>Well, you’ve found the right place Kat.

“Well,” you pause as she shifts in your lap, “You’ve found the right place, Kat.”

She relaxes her hold on you, as it becomes more of a gentle hug; a happy hum coming from her.

The two of you sit there for a couple minutes in relative silence before she pulls away with a warm glow to her face, you smile and say, “But you know?”

“Hmm?” she tilts her head almost as if to ask a question.

“It’s fine to be spoiled,” you repeat something your mother told you ages back, “but acting it is another thing.”

Kat looks guiltily to the side, “I’m sorry, I didn’t… I’ll be better.”

You nod and glance at the clock, noticing its almost noon. Cooking, eating, having this talk with Kat really ate a lot of time. Your parents’ll likely leave around two you figure for the meeting, so you might want to talk your Mom before then… that is if you even are going to.

>Mom has answers to questions.
>You’ve talked too much already, go do something.
>Write in

Go do something’ll prompt a getting dressed and through that action choice to figure what you, and maybe kat’ll be wearing (if you bring her along).

>Mom has answers to questions.
See if she does, though hasn't it only been like a day since we asked about the engine thing?
>>
>>38066665
>You’ve talked too much already, go do something.
I don't know what we're doing today but of course we should bring Kat along.
Should bring Beth too.

Maybe we should go hang with whats-his-name. Havnt hung out with him since Tenka kicked a puppy for him.

What would we even ask mom about? Didn't we just get a bunch of info out of her like yesterday or something?
>>
>>38066876
Huh no kidding. Images are fucked. Might have been because I almost forgot until like 6 or 7AM when I woke up randomly and realized something was wrong. (Thread was almost of the board then IIRC)

You asked questions she made calls to find answers, because she didn't have most of them.

>>38067111
I am not seeing anything? It seems normal to me.

That said though I have a tendency to be blind to this sort of thing.
>>
>>38067220
After Mom talk can we bring the Kat and maybe the Beth to John's for gaming?
>>
>>38067220
Oh, it got fixed since I last looked: the tags and description were flipflopped.
>>

Thinking about it, if dad hides his porn using magic. What other usually mundane stuff are magic around here? Maybe we should ask that without hinting to the table.
>>
>>38067111
I contacted LL and he fixed it a few hours ago.
>>

Well, duh, what did you expect? That puppy was John's ticket into the quest.

The last time we saw him he was going out for food when hunted with Beth and Kat. Before that was the Tenka thing and that was like three four days in game, if that. Christ. Complain when it's been four months in game or something.

>>38068622
Well that's not good.
>>
>>38068685
No, fuck you. This quest's pacing is slow as fuck, and the only way for months IC to pass is wiht a timeskip.

That said, if he had contracted, he would have shown up a lot more than just, what, three or four times?
>>
>>38068857
I like the overly slow pacing. Makes it chill.
...Even if it does mostly devolve to cuddlefucks.

>>38068857
Hey, remember that vote where hap asked what type of pace we wanted and everyone wanted the slow pace? Right? Good. Now fuck off.
>>
>>38068857
>if he'd contracted...
Or he'd have partnered up with one of the girls we met on the godslaying raid.
>>
>>38068938
We should set him up on a date with one. They probably don't get too many guys interested in them and since he knows about magic he'd be able to accept them as is.
>>
>>38068967
Well, since it seems most of them can hide their Changes I'm guessing plenty of guys are interested. Who knows though.

>>
>>38069081
>Well it was just an idea.
Oh no we can try. It will probably be a good laugh even. I just don't expect a 'good' outcome from it is all.
>>
>>38069148
We'll see won't we? First I want to get Kat over there so we can see how good she is at gaming. Besides if Beth can come we can do tag team tournaments.

>>
>>38069260
Nope she had hard times with the computer if I recall right.
>>
>Mom has answers to questions.

You stare at the clock a bit longer, before nodding, “Hey, I probably should talk to Mom for a bit, I asked a couple questions yesterday… she might have the answers now.”

Kat nods, “I guess I’ll... “ she frowns before asking, “Hey do you mind if I play on your computer?”

You shrug, “Yeah go ahead,” you say before telling her the password, figuring you’ll either change it later, take it off, or make her a user account.

She gets off your lap while muttering the password with a concentrated look on her face, only pausing long enough to thank you as she heads for your room.

With a large stretch you stand up, still a little sore from yesterday, and head to the living room following after Kat and enjoying the show. You probably should get Shadow Alex to make something more form fitting, or maybe a little less… covering.

”Hmmm,” she hums, thinking on it, ”What would be best though?”

‘Yoga pants?’ you suggest, ‘Would clearly show her form… and cut the hip line low, for the tail obviously.’

Shadow alex agrees and you realize you’ve almost walked past the living room, too focused on chasing tail so to speak. You grin at your own awful joke and sit next to your Mom.

She glances away from the news, “Morning Alex, sleep well?”

“Yeah, well enough,” you say as you wait for Kat to close your door. Wondering how you want to go about this.

>So about that engine thing, you find anything out?

“What about yourself?” You ask, getting small talk out of the way.

“Not bad, just some strange dreams,” she sighs, “but I’m going to guess you want something.”

You feel slightly guilty, realizing you’ve only come to her with problems lately, “Yeah, did you find anything out about the engine thing?”

She sighs, “The most likely thing, judging from what they were saying and your descriptions, is you managed to create your own source of magic.”

“What does that mean exactly?” you ask, trying to wait before you start reacting.

“It means even after the contract ends, you won’t ever not have magic,” your crosses her legs, and sighs again, “Which mean’s you will likely end up doing something similar to your father.”

“Is that bad?” you ask uncertain why she keeps sighing. It feels like she’s holding something back almost.

“Not really, it has a lot of job security and decent pay,” she smiles, “I was going to see about finding out more tonight, it was kind of a last minute decision.”

“So why do you keep sighing if its not bad?” you ask, unable to just let that slide. It’s putting you on edge.

“Because thats only one possibility,” your mother’s worry clear in her voice, “Look Alex, just do me a favor and try to stop with the surprises? A mother can only handle so much.”

You give a guilty smile, “I’ll see what I can do, it shouldn’t be too hard.”

“You say that,” she sighs, “I’ll get back to you in a couple days, with hopefully good news.”

“So patience is key then,” you say nodding, you weren’t really expecting a full answer but at least now you know shit might not be fucked.

“It usually is,” she sighs again, glancing back to the news.

You stand up, not quite so concerned about the engine anymore, “Try to have some fun as well, at the banquet.”

She smiles, “I won’t have to try, a couple old friends will be going.”

“I’d say don’t give dad too hard a time, but I’m not sure which of you is the responsible one here,” you taunt before asking, “Dad gave a vague time of being home, said you’d know better?”

“Likely going to be out till tomorrow, so you’ll have the house to yourselves,” she says, looking at the time, “Don’t break it while we’re gone, I don’t think home insurance covers magical accidents.”

“Yo, I won’t break the house, you don’t have to worry about it,” you say reflexively, “Seriously.”

Your mother has a skeptical look on her face, “I’m sure you won’t, was there anything else you wanted to ask?”

>Nah enjoy your night.

“Nah, enjoy your night,” you say, figuring you probably should see whats up with your friends. Beth’s silence makes you a little concerned, John’s… well last time he was silent you figure he nearly got tits.

Your mom doesn’t say anything as you head towards the back, not wanting to bother Kat with a couple phone calls in the room while she’s doing things. As soon as you open the back door, you immediately start to sweat, it’s got to be over a hundred.

You take a seat in one of the chairs after checking its temperature, Shadow Alex passes you your phone before groping you in such a way that makes you feel like she’s trying to milk you.

“Yo, thats a little weird,” you say shifting, a little uncomfortable with how it feels good, “Besides they won’t do that so were good without that motion.”

Shadow Alex doesn’t sound sorry at all as she says, ”Sorry, sorry, got curious is all, about how it would feel.”

“What brought that up?” you ask while the phone goes straight to Beth’s voice mail, you wait until the tone before saying, “Hey, Beth it’s Alex… was just calling to see how you were holding up. Call me back when you can,” you dance around the subject of her grounding to be on the safe side… you consider dropping by, maybe at night?

”I got bored and was.. doing research on our phone,” Shadow Alex pauses, ”You should look at some of it later, could be fun.

You frown, as you call John, “It’s hard to do research when you get the real thing often,” you say as the phone rings.

”Research can liven up the real thing, plus we used to do it all the time, count it as nostalgia?” Shadow Alex suggests as John finally picks up.

“Yeah, whats up?” a womans voice asks, you frown and wonder if rainbow puke made a second box hit in theatres.

“... this isn’t John, but who are you?” the woman asks growing suspicious.

You let out a sigh of relief, “Just a friend of his, put him on will you?”

“Uh huh, a friend? What’s your name?” she puts emphasis on friend, and you swear you could hear air quotes around it.

You cannot even believe this is happening right now, “Heh, if you’re his girl friend, or even someone that’s interested in him, you don’t need to worry about me,” you shake your head as if she can see it, “Seriously though, put John on or at the very least tell him its Alex.”

“Can’t put him on, he’s not around,” The woman says clearly enjoying whatever small victory she can.

“Where is he then?” You say feeling exasperated, “And on top of that why did he leave his phone if he’s not there?”

“If you’re just a friend why are you so worried about it?” the woman’s voice is defensive and you swear you can hear some form of sick enjoyment from it.

They are jokes from RE: Monster quest.

I started a campaign for my friends in the same setting and tell them wacky stories of their adventures. My players all played characters from a race of moth people. What started off as a medevil fantasy setting quickly became a 1920's esq prohibition era with gang violence and the like hence Mothia.

Dr. Love is a fabulous Rainbow colored Moth that sleeps with just about everything include flirting with death and making her sqeak.

Moths are just inherently lewd it seems

>I called a friend, a stranger answered.
>Right then, if he shows up, tell him I’m headed to his house.

You laugh in disbelief, “Seriously? I called a friend, and a stranger answered. Of course I’m going to be worried,” you say incredulously, “What’s your name? You didn’t mention it after I told you mine.”

“Hmm, well since you’re his friend I suppose I can tell you,” yet again she puts emphasis on friend, as she sounds like she’s doing you a favor, “It’s Kim.”

“Right, Kim, do me a favor and if John shows up, tell him I’m headed to his house,” you say calmly, figuring to eliminate that first.

You don’t even wait for her reply as you hang up, irritation growing from that, it would have been a simple thing for her to just explain what was up; instead she thought you were someone to be jealous of. Plus John’s never mentioned… well anyone really before, you’d think he’d have said something.

”Could be a one night stand,” Shadow Alex suggest sounding almost flattered.

‘Why… do you sound almost happy right now?’ You think to her as you head inside, heading for your room.

”Think about it, even if she was a bitch right? We totally just made someone jealous without even trying,” she says damn near gleefully.

You stop at your door, ‘I’m… fuck I guess that is- she was only jealous because I’m a girl calling. That’s not flattering,’ you shake your head before opening the door.

Kat makes a surprised sound as she jumps, you hear a thud as she hits her knee on the underside of her desk, “Ouch…” she complains as you head in, looking to see if she’s alright and what she was up to.

>>
>>38080016

“Sorry, didn’t mean to surprise you for the second time today,” you say as you head over, closing the door behind you, “You alright?”

She nods, before pausing the movie she found on youtube. You raise an eyebrow at that realizing she’s picking it up quickly, “How’d you end up there?”

“You said google anything the other day,” Kat explains rubbing her knee.

“Fair enough,” you shrug before getting back to the matter at hand, “Hey, so I called John, curious about why he hadn’t messaged me like he usually does and some random chick answers and refuses to put him on the phone,” you explain, irritation making you speak quickly.

“Which is whatever, but a stranger answering his phone makes me worried. So, I’m headed over there, you mind coming with me?”

Kat frowns, a worried look crossing her face, “Not at all,” she says without hesitation. Closing out of the browser and logging off.

“Awesome,” you say as Shadow Alex suddenly takes your clothes, making Kat blink in surprise, and you shiver at the sudden cold air and her teasing hands roaming your body.

“What..?” Kat asks, biting her lip as her eyes roam downwards.

”I wish I could have taken a picture of that moment,” Shadow Alex laughs, ”Right, what do you want to wear anyways?”

‘Sundress, because its hot as hell outside. What’s got you in a teasing mood though?’ you think with a frown.

”Well, that engine means you’re always magic, which means I get to help you always? I think that’s how it works, maybe,” Shadow Alex dresses you in the yellow Sundress, sandals, and wide hat you bought before.

‘Ahhh, yeah… we’ll need to look into that more later,’ you think before looking at Kat, unlike you she must have actually gotten dressed when she got up, as she’s wearing your old running clothes.

”We’ve got a while, still gotta make the first wish,” Shadow Alex points out happily.

‘That’s true, not even sure what I want for that,’ you think before asking Kat, “Good to go?”

Kat nods, “Its really odd to see that happen, even as a magical girl, you know?” she says as you lead the way to the hot outside.

“I can only imagine, clothes appearing and disappearing on a person,” you lock the door behind you and start making your way to John’s at a solid pace. You realize that if he isn’t there you have no real way of finding him, but you’ll get to that when it happens.

Kat nods as she keeps pace with you, “What are you going to do if they are there? John and that chick?”

“Probably nothing, if John’s alright,” you say realizing just how warm having ass long hair is, your back is warmer than your front by far, despite the fact that you’re walking towards the sun, “But that’s not my worry, I’m more concerned that I’m not going to find them,” you say looking at Kat.

She’s handling the heat well walking cheerfully next to you, that materialy likely breathes… well you suppose this sundress does, giving you a breeze between the legs. You feel a little exposed but after your last trip to the water park it really doesn’t bother you.

“Yeah, that…” Kat trails off as she thinks about it.

You almost find yourself envious of her short hair as you start to bake in the heat, you might need to look into at least getting it off your neck somehow, “We’ll handle it if it comes up.”

“Kay,” she says, and before long the two of you are in front of Johns place.

His parents car’s are parked in the driveway, you’re about to knock when it occurs to you that between you and Kat… you don’t exactly look normal.

You take a step back into the yard, taking a good look at his house in a way you haven’t ever before, your eyes strain as you search for… something you are sure what it is you’ll find but you want to be sure. Just as you’re about to decide nothings there, everything shifts into focus.

There’s residual magic everywhere, where you were standing before you stepped back, around Kat, a large amount thats slowly dissipating near the fence that blocks your view of John’s window. Through the windows that you can see through there’s a large amount in the house as well.

You frown and glance at the rest of the street trying to figure out something to compare it to. There’s hardly any save for where you and Kat walked, and what little is there quickly moves upward to join the large currents of it overhead; moving a lot faster than what's around John’s house, and what you have left behind.

Kat is standing close by, she’s stayed silent to the best of your knowledge… she doesn't look concerned so you think that took as long as it felt, “See anything?” she asks.

“Yeah, actually… a whole lot of things,” you say frowning, as you wonder if you should stick with your plan.

Well, the magic residue can only really happen when someone is using magic or a demon is near... so either she's using magic on John (in which case I vote for Alex un-chilling and killing her) or she's a demon.

>>
>>38081684

>>
>>38081680
Ah perhaps I wasn't clear enough? You are actually making said residue, same with Kat, by simply standing there.

Reside made by people driving by, or in their houses 'evaporates' quickly.

What you and Kat are making does not, along with the fence and what's inside the house. Its also darker/denser in appearance.

The last bit of that I couldn't really work it well into the post without... hrm making it loose a lot of the quick observation feel?

>>
>>38081826
Nnnot saying there isn't, I really was only clarifying on:
>>38081680
>the magic residue can only really happen when someone is using magic

In which magic residue is being left behind passively by you and Kat without magic being actively used.

You nod confirming your words, “Hey Kat, be ready for anything, there might be another magical girl in there,” you say as you walk back to the door and knock.

Kat frowns, “But I can’t transform in there.”

“Well… uh, just be ready?” You say remembering the fire nova she creates.

She nods as the door opens, John’s mother, Christine is standing there, “Yes?” she asks, warily looking between you and Kat.

She’s older than your mother, by at least a decade and half if you had to guess; looking closer to her fifties with hair that’s got hints of gray in it and the start of wrinkles on her face, some of its hidden by her heavier nature.

“Is John in?” you ask with a smile, hiding your growing worry.

“Yes, last I checked he was in his room, friends of his?” her guard drops some, as she’s already making assumptions about you.

“Yeah, can you tell him we’re here?” you ask, feeling awkward talking with someone that should know you. Its almost… painful, with a touch of butterflies in your stomach.

“You can head on in,” she says opening up the door for you, “It’s dreadfully hot out there, isn’t it?”

You’re shocked at her offer, “Are you sure?”

“Absolutely, there’s no reason you ladies should stand in the heat any longer,” she smiles as you and Kat head inside hesitantly, “His room’s just down the hall, with the poster on the door.”

You nod meekly and idly wonder if this would have happened if you were a guy, you shake you head clear, “Thank you, ma’am,” you say before walking towards his door, glancing around as you do.

Kat is sticking close to you, frown still on her face, clearly nervous.

>>38084831
Now that you’re inside you can see flares of the magic… vapor around the room. Especially around where the kitchen.

Christine has left you to your own devices, sitting in the living room with her husband watching TV, as he reads a newspaper.

The thickest density of the vapor hovers around the bathroom but you get the feeling you know why that’s the case, and you head to Johns door. You pause a moment before knocking, getting on edge, and irritated all over again.

Nothing happens, no one answers and you can’t hear any footsteps from inside. You swallow a lump in your throat and glance to Kat again. She’s staring very intently at the door as if willing it to do something and shifts nervously.

>Just head in, you can ask for forgiveness later.

You open the door after a moment, saying, “Yo John, I’m coming in,” the room is a wreck, even more so than normal for John. There’s shit knocked over everywhere and the chest of drawers is knocked over, you step inside frowning not seeing any sign of people, when you notice a sheet of paper on his bed.

Kat grabs your hand and squeezing it tightly as she keeps her eyes glued on the open window, “... I don’t like this.”

“Yeah,” you agree, heading towards his bed to get a better look at the paper. Its an address, followed by a short message that reads, ‘We decided to leave, if you want to come say hi, you can show up at the above address. Sincerely, Kim.’ Theres a cartoon of a girl smiling and giving you a thumbs up.

You clench your teeth as you read this, John wouldn’t fuck with you like this; he may be an ass but this goes beyond that. The address shouldn’t be too far either, maybe thirty minutes walk or five driving; though you don’t know where exactly it is just the street name.

If this is some elaborate joke that John and this Kim chick cooked up, you are going to wreck someone. You chew on your lip as you think on what you should do, this might be above you if it isn’t a joke.

>Call up Anna, Summer and Amy.
>Summon TENKA

You set your jaw, nearly growling in irritation, Shadow Alex hands you your phone without any groping, both of you irritated and moving towards irate. Uncertainty melts away as you consider the possibility of some other magical girl getting at John just to fuck with you. Kat’s tale of when she ran into other magical girls pops into your mind.

Shaking your head, you snap a picture of the paper. If it is a magical girl doing this, you aren’t going to risk touching it… even if you can see magic. You then do your best to put on a normal face and head out of John’s house, Kat following after you.

“Sorry for bothering you Ma’am,” you say as you pass the living room, “He… was sleeping so we’ll be on our way.”

“Oh, well have a good day,” Christine stands up to close the door behind you, “You could have woken him up.”

You shake your head as you step into the heat that is outside, “No, its fine somethings came up anyways,” you hold up your phone for emphasis with an apologetic smile.

Christine makes an understanding sound, “I”ll tell him you stopped by when he wakes up then… what was your name again?”

“Alex, and this is Kat,” you say, patience is not something you usually have issues with but you’re running out here.

“It was nice to meet more of John’s friends, do be safe now,” she says as you walk off.

As soon as the door shuts you start calling Summer, heading to the park where Bossman Will dropped all of you off, where you first found Kat, and where you and Beth had ‘fun’ on a Bench.

Summer answers on the second ring sounding incredibly relaxed, “Hello~”

“Yo Summer, it’s Alex,” you say, as you lead Kat, still holding her hand walking at a brisk pace fueled by your long legs, “I’ll be honest some shit came up so I’m going to skip pleasantries, yeah?” your voice has an irritated tone to it as you speak quickly.

>>38089497

You hear Summer sigh, “Figures it wouldn’t be a house call, what’s wrong?”

“You know of a Kim? Maybe a magical girl, jealous as shit, likely a bitch judging from what she’s pulling right now,” you ask, you feel Kat tug on your hand and you slow down to glance back.

She’s got a worried look on her face and slows from practically a jog as you slow your pace, her face makes you take a deep breath and calm down a little.

“No, can’t say I do know any Kim’s, why whats up?” Summer asks curious.

“Look’s like she kidnapped a friend of mine, his room was wrecked and she left an address with ‘come here, sincerely Kim,’ on his bed,” you explain, stopping in the park, “Look, is there anyway I can convince you to help?”

“Well I was enjoying the afterglow of a massage parlour,” Summer sighs, “but I guess if you let me call in a favor later I can.”

question, now that we know what we're doing when it comes to magic sight could we track Kim's magic signature specifically like we did when we were tracking the fallen gods earlier? or at the very least could we tell hers apart from others in case we get to the address and it an obvious trap/she's not there and we have to find her

Sort of, the knowledge you gained is more like learning how to open your eyes.

It'll be easier if I put it in terms of aircraft maintenance for me:

During an inspection when you first start doing it and you are checking to see if anythings wrong with the jet (first start doing it as in doing your first inspection) you look at it and basically say, "Yyyep thats a jet."

But as you do more inspections and see where things can go wrong, and learn what its suppose to look like, it gets easier and easier to see these things that are different. The currents and magic residue that are harder to see are an example of this in a way.

Its less that you couldn't see it, and more that you kind of glossed over it because you didn't know what to look for.

To search for a specific thing like that, you need to take a step further and start looking to find patterns, and comparing it to others. Noticing how each person leaves different... I guess magical finger prints? behind.

Can you do it right now? Maybe if you get lucky, but its new enough to Alex that it would be a challenge right now.

Have a bit of information to chew on while I continue to write. I hit a weird direction and had to rework the update as it didn't feel right.
>>
>>38091302
That could be a really good reason to hang out with Anna more: she can teach us a lot about tracking.
>>
>>38091302
could we grab something of John's with his scent and have wolf girl track it the old fashioned way
>>
>>38091526
Seems kind of late for that and we know where they are. Time is a bigger issue than having Anna sniff John's boxers.
>>
>Thats fine, only fair.

“Yeah, that’s fine. It’s only fair,” you say pinning the phone between your head and shoulder as you reach over and ruffle Kat’s hair, trying to ease her worry, “You mind giving us a ride? I’m going to call Amy and Anna see if I can’t convince them to come along as well.”

“Uhh… I will need to clean my car out,” Summer says and you hear some noise in the background, probably getting up and dressed, “So give me a bit yeah?”

“That’s fine, pick us up at the park we got dropped off at, make it easier on everyone,” you pause before asking, “you do remember which one it was right?”

“Yeah, I’ll be there in maybe fifteen, shouldn’t take too long,” Summer reassures you before continuing, “I’ll see you then.”

“Thanks,” you hang up the phone, and scroll down to Amy. As you are about to hit call Kat speaks up.

“A-Alex?” her voice is unsure, and a little scared, “What are you going to do to her?”

You sigh, “Honestly, I don’t know. If she hurt John to get at me for whatever reason… probably nothing good,” you grimace as you picture John bleeding out, “If its some elaborate joke set up by her? I’m going to slap the shit out of her. This goes beyond okay to do.”

“and if its a trap..?” Kat prompts as she bites her lip.

“That’s why I’m calling these girls, no reason to take any chances when everything seems fucked,” you give a smirk, “I’ve seen too many damn movies to not do this.”

She nods, meekly, and you wonder if she’s worried about you or the other end. You shake your head and hit call.

While its ringing Shadow Alex speaks up, ”Yo, summon me before you head in will you? I want to help.”

‘It might be better to wait, but we’ll see… if it looks really bad I will,’ you say to Shadow Alex.

”... Yeah, okay. Sounds good enough for me,” she agrees, as Amy greets you.

“Hey, Amy,” you say, having missed what she said, “I really could use your help, yeah?”

“What with?” she sounds skeptical of your apparent need.

“A friend of mine might have gotten kidnapped by a magical girl named Kim,” you says before correcting yourself, “Well a girl that might be magical, either way everything screams fucked. You mind helping out?”

Amy makes a disgusted noise, “I really hate dealing with shit like this Alex, if I help you, you’re going to have to help me hit something big.”

“Something big?” you ask frowning, “What do you mean?”

“There’s a demon no ones fucked with in the last month, I want the core so you’ll help me and give it to me,” Amy explains, “Otherwise, call someone else.”

>Why’s no one fucked with it in a month?
>Sure, I’ll help. No big deal.
>Nah, that sounds like a lopsided deal.

Technically yes, but you would have to go back to his house, find a way to explain why you're back to his mother and then steal something of his... or sneak in through the window.

But you have an address of his supposed location.
>>

>>38092031
The way I write actually makes that really hard to do. It's why I frequently say 'I don't know whats going to happen next.' or come back with an update and say, 'Well, that went somewhere different'

Each line really does affect the tune of thing and flow of my writing as I feel shit out?

A single line changes the rest of the update drastically. For example, suppose Why's no one fucked with it in a month:

Alex will be more wary, and guarded and it will change the entire conversation.

Or if people have a tidbit of write in that really meshes with the character I'll work that and and let it guide the flow.

In other news holy fuck I am in a talkative mood today.
>>
>>38092193
Fair enough, but I mean writing things that aren't necessarily dependent on the previous choice, such as talking to Anna about joining up.

With a sub of:
>Why's no one fucked with it.

Writing nowish.

>>38092216
I figured, to better explain that part: Suppose I prewrite the second half, then take the vote and write that.

Now I have two parts that were not written in order and I have to try and fit the square peg through the circular hole to get them to work together.

Or on the other side of things, I prewrite it and then take the vote and force it to end there because I've already written the back end. Instead of characters playing out how they will.

“Sure, I’ll help, but why’s no one fucked with it in a month?” You ask, not too worried about it.

“Because it feels strong as shit, and people don’t want to die,” Amy says, as if it should be obvious, “In between you an me though we should be fine.”

“Yo, if shit goes down hill while we’re fighting it; I’m not going to die for it,” you say making it clear, “If it comes to us getting wrecked, we get the fuck out alright?”

“No shit, I just got all my nice things,” Anna says, “Barely even had the chance to break them in yet so I’m not going to go dying here.”

“Right then, that’s fine. Meet us over at the park will you? Summer’s gonna pick us up,” you say satisfied that you didn’t just agree to a suicide run later.

“Damn, you really are serious about this,” Amy sounds surprised, “I’m on my way,” she hangs up the phone, and you realize you started pacing at some point.

Kat looks confused and concerned, “... what?” she seems on the verge of panic.

“Amy wants to go hunt a strong demon and get the core in return for her helping me with this,” you explain, “It’ll be fine though.”

“Alex… you,” Kat tries to swallow a lump in her throat, “can you calm down a little? or like do your usual thing?”

You chew on your lips, probably something you should stop now that you’re a girl, “I’ll try, really. It’s just,” you make a vague gesture with your hands, “I take it seriously when people need help, and theres something I can do about it.”

She thinks for a moment, before hesitantly nodding, “I understand… you did the same for me…”

As for butt stuff, I've never been big on it myself so it never really occurs to me that its an option in that sense, so you may just need to remind me when things come around or write in an option such as:

Well, you don't like buttstuff so I won't push it (besides, I get plenty of it from Maiden White and WoL, so it's a non-issue), so I guess continue on with what you've already been doing: casual fondling and groping in public and private, light exhibitionism (the weather should help with that), more heavy exhibitionism from time to time like the streaking, public sex, light sub/dom scenes, and loving scenes. For things you haven't done... well, I'd like to see something with three or more partners (eagerly awaiting Alex/SA/Kat/Beth).
