You are Giles, Master Thief, escape artist extraordinaire, and professional sleuth.

Your job has taken another interesting turn, as you’ve now gone from fugitive to prisoner.

You escaped Catisse, with the help of its surprisingly friendly lord. You even managed to convince an assassin that you want to hire them.

Which you do. At the very least, they would have the kind of info you so desperately need right now.

Your journey was going smoothly, all the way up until you met back up with the rest of your group. Where you were “accidentally” shot in the back by Laura, who was trying to protect an old flame.

When you took a stab in the dark as to why she cares about this other guy so much… she didn’t take it well.

The wheels of fate are in motion, but a Devil’s whim is a wrench in their gears.
Do you have what it takes to stop them turning?

“Giles, Selene, wake up” you hear.

You groan, and try to get up. But there’s an odd weight on your chest. You open your eyes to look, and the first thing you notice is that you can see again. The second thing you notice is that there’s a child-sized lump under your blanket.

Huh… she must have snuck in there while you were asleep.

“What’s up Eleanor?” You ask. She was the one who woke you, and tried to wake Selene.
“Good morning Giles. I came over to wake the two of you. I’d like to try and get the dye out of Selene’s hair before we go, and Marcellus wanted to change out your bandages.” She says.

“Well, feel free to grab her. I can’t exactly go anywhere like this.” You say.
Eleanor smiles and peels back your blanket, then she hefts the sleeping girl up. “How are you feeling anyway?” She asks.

“Like I’ve been trampled by a herd of goats, but I’ll live. Thanks for asking.” You say.
Eleanor smiles and takes her leave, while you groan and sit up.

Damn, you feel worse than you did last night. But still, it’s not the worst you’ve ever felt. It’s damn close, but it’ll take a little more than this to top the last time you were down from an injury.

You hope no one takes that as a challenge.

can someone explain the issue with Selene and her parent, why did Giles ask Laura about it?
>>
>>39159843
Because the anons wanted to push push push when we shoulda just let her tell us in her own time.
>>
Isn't laura like 16 or 17? How the fuck does she have a 6 year old kid?
>>
>>39159885
I was wonder was there something I missed about the king and queen or some info throw in for this question to be even consider
>>
>>39159843
Laura's guardian knocked her up when she was 12 or so. Fuck that guy.
>>
>>39159943
Well the king and queen never liked selene and both didn't have blonde hair

Laura was sick around the time Selene was born and her guardian left "Suddenly"

When Laura said he was her first love I knew it but wouldn't have chosen "does selene know who her parents are?" when the princess is tryin to work out her feelings, admitted she'd tell us later and we're lying wounded.
>>
>>39160019
I used to feel neutral towards laura but now I don't like her at all
>>
>>39160019
It was small potatoes man...but anon just had to push even though there were and still are bigger fish to fry.

You grab your cane from beside you and use it to help you stand up. Then you hobble over to where Marcellus is.

Damn, ow, fuck, damn… each step sends new jolts of pain up her leg, even with the aid of the cane it’s rough going. The cane was supposed to be a classy thing, when you put it together you had images of yourself strutting down the street giving it the occasional twirl.

This is just about as far flung from that as you can get… hopefully it’s not permanent.

“Hey Marcellus. Eleanor said you wanted to see me.” You say.
“Yes, come here. I wanted to swap your bandages so you don’t get an infection.” He says.

You sit down in front of Marcellus and he gets to work.

She was a young girl put in a bad position by her apparent lover, parents who would likely kill him for what happened, and now lost in a giant mess. Her parents are dead, she's the heir to the throne, her former lover just came out of nowhere and was about to attack her, she might feel something for us, and to top it off her daughter is the point of a plot to take the kingdom. (Maybe?)

I think she has the right to be a little upset right now. And then we push the fact that she was Selenes mother when she told us she would reveal it in time.

I'm not happy we got shot, I'm pissed at the bitch, but flat out saying she's crazy is retarded.
>>
Am I really the only one more concerned with selene getting left behind over our getting shot?
>>
>>39160617
Of course not. I really just want to forget all this and take her away from this shit, but that's not going to happen soon, if ever.
>>

>>
“Where did you learn to do this anyway?” You ask.
“Oh, this? Before I was a duelist, I used to work in the backroom of the arena I got my start in. I’d help with treatment whenever a fighter got injured, keep the weapons sharp, all kinds of stuff.” He says.

“Is that where you learned to fight?” You ask.
“Yeah. There were all kinds of different fighters who would come and go, most of them were happy to teach me a few tricks. Even if they thought they were just humouring me…” He says.
“Why do you say that?” You ask.
“Uhh… It’s nothing. Forget that last part.” He says.

Marcellus finishes rewrapping your shoulder, and moves on to your leg. “Hmm… I thought this might happen…” He says when he gets it unwrapped.
“What’s wrong?” You say.
“Lay down, I’m going to have to re-stitch this. I didn’t catch it yesterday, but you seem to have pushed it too far and torn a few out...”

You lie down, and gasp as Marcellus begins pulling out your old stitches.

Yeah, you need to take your mind off of what’s going on down there…

Still, a girl that young (Laura), with an admiration for her mentor, views the 'relationship' with rose-colored glasses. Intimacy and sex is something you do with some one you LOVE, is what goes through her head; no middle ground for a bright-eyed, innocent girl. When he skips out, she doesn't fully understand. It is kind of like Stockholm Syndrome, as it kept her from truly growing up, emotionally. THIS is wall that MUST be torn down.

“So, what’s the plan now?” You ask.
Marcellus puts in the first of your new stitches before answering. “From the sounds of it, Dalen wants to test what you told us about Melvitch. We’re going to visit Lord Donnell in the next town up the south road.” He says.

“Are you sure that’s a good plan?” You ask.
“No, but our fighting force is a bit more sufficient now.” He says, sticking the needle back in.

Ow, you hate needles. Hopefully he’s quick about this.

“I hope you aren’t actually planning on going in there with everyone.” You say.
“Of course not! It’ll be Laura, myself and maybe one other. Tops.” He says.
“Any ideas on who that one other might be?” You ask.
“Probably Dalen, unless you want to come along.” He says.
“I don’t even know where to begin refusing that…” You say.

“I thought so. But you’re all done here, just let me wrap this back up and you’re free to go.” He says.

Wow, that was quick. “Thanks” You say.
“Don’t mention it. This is honestly the least I can do, and… sorry… for not trusting you.” He says.

“Hey there.” You say.

“Alright Selene, I’m going to teach you something.” You say, pulling a silver coin out of your pocket.

You aren’t wearing your cloak, because you don’t even want to look at it right now. Chances are that there’s a nice hole in it, and an even nicer bloodstain… You’ve managed to go almost 5 years without so much as scratching that thing, and it took a few days of not being alone for someone to poke a hole in it…

You show Selene the coin, and then make it disappear with a simple bit of misdirection.
Then you pull the classic ‘it was behind your ear the whole time’ deal, and she laughs and claps.

You run her through the steps of the trick, and she listens intently. Like she would somehow mess up the whole thing if she missed a single word.

Then you see if she can do it, and she fails the first time. “Hmm, looks like a silver piece might be a bit big for your hands. Here.” You say, pulling out a smaller copper coin.

With the smaller coin, she has less trouble. Though she’s a bit clumsy, and her misdirection is a little forced. You’ll call it a work in progress…

By the time you’ve finished, Eleanor has gotten most of the black dye out. “That’s all I can do here, the rest isn’t coming out without soap.” She says. “Thank you for your help, Giles. Where did you pick something like that up?” She asks.

“Various places. Sleight of hand is useful in more places than you might think.” You say.
“Well, it certainly came in handy here.” Eleanor says.
“Like this?” Selene says, doing the trick once more.
“Wow, that was actually pretty good.” You say, patting her on the head while she smiles happily.

When you say it like that it does sound kinda bad. problem is there isnt much drive to help Laura, I mean Giles is a thief do give us something worth sticking around for. Cause in story-wise there is less and less reason for Giles to stick around

Thank you. I've seen this kind of thing many times in quests; people talking about 180ing character development because they don't like how things are going.

I mean, damn, he abandoned one of his only friends, after getting one of them killed, which filled him with regret. He goes in for 'just another job', and he ends up meeting people, making something akin to friends, again. The fact that he's sticking with people he's growing to care for (especially Selene), without obvious reward, makes me enjoy reading his story.

If people disagree, fine. Just my opinion.
>>
“You keep practicing that, I just remembered something I need to do.” You say.
Selene nods, and starts to show Eleanor the trick she learned.

She’s a fast learner. Maybe next time you’ll teach her something more fun, like rigging a coin flip.

You head back to where you were laying last night and grab your cloak and shirt. Both ruined… luckily the shirt was just a basic thing rather than the nice one that Melissa had made for you.

You look at the cloak. The bloodstains aren’t coming out anytime soon, and you don’t think you could patch it without making it look cheap. But that doesn’t mean that it isn’t fixable…

You check around to make sure no one is looking, and you pull out a swath of the same blue fabric, a needle and thread, and a pair of scissors. You cut the blue fabric out around the edges so the embroidery is all that remains attached to the heavier fabric underneath. Then you cut out a replacement from the stuff you pulled out, and get sewing.

While you work, Cedric comes over. “I never took you for a ‘needle and thread’ kind of guy” He says.
“Are you kidding? I made just about everything I’m wearing, including this.” You say, pointing to the embroidery on the edges of your cloak.
“Seriously?” He asks.
You nod.
“Wow. Why? Eleanor told me that you’re like… rich or something.” He says.
“Not rich… but not exactly broke. But yeah, I’m pretty cheap.” You say.

It felt to me that this case was more the exception than the rule; he met people that he genuinely liked, and wanted to learn more about.

The two of you laugh at your little bit of self-derision.

“Cedric… I wanted to apologize again for pulling Eleanor into all of this.” You say after a moment.
“Don’t worry about it. She’s safer here than she would’ve been back in Analask.” He says.
“What about your mom?” You ask.
“Dalen took care of that. She’s staying with a friend of his in the business district. Hopefully she can stay hidden until all of this blows over.” He says.

“Come to think of it, how did you guys get here?” You ask.
“We were actually sent to find you all and bring you back.” He says. “Roderick sent us and that mage-archer’s crew. But when we found you, they were too rough. One of them got grabby with Eleanor, and I kinda freaked out…” He says.
“I think I may have heard that bit.” You say.
“Really?” He asks.
“Yeah, well… I heard Dalen.” You say.
Cedric’s face drops. “Yeah, he wasn’t too impressed by my display. Not the part where I lost it, but the fact that I didn’t ‘feel it enough’…” He says.

“So is Dalen your teacher or something?” You ask.
“Yeah, he took me on as an apprentice when I was old enough.” He says.

You continue chatting with Cedric as you put the finishing touches on your cloak and hold it up to get a good look. It isn’t perfect, but it’ll do as long as no one looks too closely…

Now that you cloak is dealt with…

“Alright Cedric, you should get ready to go. I’d rather not stay here for too long.” You say.
“Gotcha” He says.

You stand back up as he walks off. You look forward to the day when you can do this painlessly…
You’re going to go around telling everyone else to pack up as well, when you notice someone…

“Hey Cedric, you mind passing that along?” You ask him.
Cedric holds out a thumbs-up. You think that means yes…

You walk over to where Laura is sitting. In her hand is an arrow, it looks like she’s working on her enchantments for the day.
And failing… an orange glow comes up in the arrow, but it quickly fades. You can sense that none of the arrows she has have new enchantments on them, just remnants of what she had from yesterday.

You take a deep breath.

You crouch down in front of her, stifling a grunt. “You’re forcing it” You say.

Laura’s shoulders tense, but she doesn’t open her eyes. “What do you want Giles.” She says. You can definitely hear the anger in her voice.

You sigh. “Look… I wanted to-“
“Save it.” She says, standing up and putting her arrow away. “I don’t need your apologies, I don’t need your forgiveness, and I certainly don’t need your pity.”

You say nothing.

“Once we get to Harth, you’ll be compensated for your damages. After that we’re through, understand?” She says.
“No.” You say.

“And sometimes the best we have isn’t enough. Do you know what you do then?” You ask. “You rely on others. I’m here to help, Laura.”

“I don’t need your help.” She says. “I never should have accepted it in the first place.”

“And where would you be then? Still in the city, no doubt. Perhaps you wouldn’t have made it out of the palace at all.” You say. “Why the hell are you so mad, anyways? Is it because of last night?”

“It’s because of EVERYTHING! And you… you come out of nowhere and suddenly you’re everybody’s best friend, and Selene’s favourite person, and even I… Just who the hell are you?” She asks.
“A friend.” You say. “One of the things that you sorely lack right now.”

“No, I have plenty of friends Giles.” She says, turning her back to you. “A friend is a person you can trust.” She laughs. “And what can I honestly say that I know about you for sure?”

You take a minute to fetch your supply bag from where you left it. Well, that’s what you told everyone else, you really just went off into the woods and pulled it all out of your cloak where no one could see you.

You divide the supplies among the able bodies, those being anyone but you and Selene, and the 8 of you head back to the south road.

The next town up is called Restoule. Lord Donnell presides there, and it’s with this Lord that Dalen thinks you should meet.

You think it’s a terrible idea, but everyone else seems convinced enough to at least try it…

The plan seems to have changed since you spoke to Marcellus. Now everyone is going because no one wants to split the party. Despite your protests, this is the plan... It seems that you have a decision to make…

>[ ] Keep Selene with you and hang back.

You could convince them to let you hang back with her, since you're injured and she's 6

We need to know everything they can tell us. Especially about this brotherhood of the night or whatever they are. We also need to figure out exactly why Selene of all people is the target of this plot. Does it have something to do with the youngest heir? Is it some relation to her parents? Lots of questions and nobody with an answer.

You reach the outskirts of the town. The rest of the group goes in, but you stop.

“Hey… I think Selene and I should stay here.” You say.
They turn back to you. “I thought we agreed not to split up” Cedric says.
“We did, but there’s little use in bringing a cripple and a kid. We’ll keep out of sight until you guys are done.” You say.

“That sounds good.” Laura says. “Would you like that Selene?”
She looks reluctantly from her mother, to you. “Can you stay here too?” She asks.
“No, sweetie. Promise me you’ll stay with Giles, okay?” She asks.
Selene pouts. “Okay…” She says, walking over to you.

The rest of the party says their farewells to you, and you find a hiding spot.

Once you’re hidden, you take out the crystal dagger that Laura gave back to you and enchant it with Dark Fog. You also do a couple of metal daggers, just in case.

“Right then, I suppose that’s enough of a lead.” You say. “Come along.”
“But Laura said to stay here…” Selene says.
“No, Laura said to stay with me. How am I supposed to give you a sneaking lesson if we stay here?” You ask.
Selene’s eyes brighten up, and she nods.

“Alright then, let’s get moving” You say.

“Alright kiddo, the lesson here is: blending in.”

Blending: the art of sneaking without sneaking. Instead of ducking behind corners and hiding from sight, you stand where all can see you and look like you belong there.

It’s about being overlooked, as opposed to not being seen at all.

Selene takes to this lesson like a champ. Helped along by the fact that her hair still isn’t the bright blond it used to be, and the fact that her teacher is the best, the two of you head towards Lord Donnell’s manor at the centre of town unnoticed.

When you reach the manor, it becomes time for proper stealth. You get up the wall with a bit of effort, and with your left hand you help Selene up.

You do the same with a low roof on the manor itself, and the two of you canvas the windows to see if you can find anything.

Bingo. You find a window overlooking the meeting room, just in time to hear their talk go to shit.

“I will not risk the safety of my city for your cause. I’m sorry Princess… Guards!” Lord Donnell says.

The guards come out, and a fight ensues. Normally they’d win in this situation, but they’re outnumbered, the crowded room is unfavourable for the two lancers (Cedric and Dalen), and it seems none of them want to kill the guards.

So they’re quickly losing this fight.

Shit...

Not to mention they might have an ear to the wind and hear how something similar happened in the last place we went.

Selene looks on in horror as her mother and her friends are surrounded. When it looks like she might cry out, you clamp a hand over her mouth.

“Shhhh. Not now, kiddo.” You say.
“B-but Laura-“
“-Is going to be fine. They’ll take her and the rest down to the dungeons, and then we’ll interfere. Okay?” You say.
“But what if they get hurt like you did?” She asks.
“That’s why I’m still watching.” You say, revealing the dagger in your hand. If one of them tries to cause undue injury to them the way the guards in Catisse did to you, you’ll aim for the throat.

The fighting dies down as your friends surrender. Good, you were hoping they’d do that rather than resort to bloodshed. You watch carefully as they lead them out of the room.

You kind of wish that there was a way to let them know you’re here, but that would defeat the purpose of being here.

Now then, how to go about this…

“Alright then Selene, time for lesson 2: planning a heist.” You say.

The two of you sneak about the rooftops of the manor. It takes a while for you to map it out, but soon enough you have a mental map of everywhere that you could see from a window.

By the time night arrives, you have a pretty good idea of how you’re going to get down to the dungeons and get everyone out.

When night falls, you’re ready.

You enter through a first floor window, and head through the manor’s hallways to the basement door.

Then you feel a chill, and the basement door opens in front of you revealing-

“Hello Cassandra.” You say, pushing Selene behind you and backing away from the door. “I didn’t think to expect you so soon.”

“Well hello Giles. I was beginning to think you’d forgotten about me. You ran away before I even arrived last time.” She says. “And here I thought we were friends”

“I don’t think you and I share the same definition of friends…” you say.
“Nonetheless, I was going to speak with the ones down below. But I think I’ve changed my mind, I’ll do it later.” She says, walking past you. "I think I'll go discuss something will Lord Donnell for a while instead."

The two of you sneak down the stairs, and into the dungeon.

“Don’t worry about it Dalen. You came up with it, and we all went along with it… At least we didn’t all get caught.” Marcellus says.
“Do you think Giles expected something like this?” Cedric says.

“Of course I did. Not only did I expect this, but I vocalized those expectations and was ignored.” You say, hobbling into view.

“Giles!” Laura hops up and grabs onto the bars, the shackles on her arms and legs tingling as she does so.
“So now I believe I am entitled to say ‘I told you so’. Now come on, we haven’t got much time.” You say.

“I figured something like this would happen, so I went after you.” You say, continuing to work over their shackles.

“Why didn’t you just come with us then?” Marcellus asks.
“Because then you would’ve had a cripple and a little girl in the middle of that melee being completely useless, when they’re better suited for this type of work. Right Selene?” You say.
“Right!” She says.

“You brought Selene with you? Why did you bring Selene with you?” Cedric asks.
“She was going to be coming in the first place, remember? And I damn well wasn't going to leave her behind. Besides, she's actually pretty good at this.” You say.

The last to get their shackles off is Laura. When you go over to get started, Selene grabs everyone’s attention by telling them all about how sneaky she is.

“I guess we ended up relying on you again…” Laura says.
You finish with her leg shackles and stand up to do her arms. “Don’t sweat it. I wouldn’t be here if I wasn’t needed.” You say.

Laura looks… odd… for a second. But it passes when you get her shackles off.
You smile at her, and turn to leave.

Laura grabs your cloak and pulls you back to her, and then she wraps her arms around your neck, closes in, and does something you could not have expected…

She kisses you.

It’s quick, but it knocks you for a loop.
“Thank you for coming back” She says, releasing you and walking back to the rest.
None of them seem to have noticed... probably better to keep it that way...

“Giles, come on!” Selene says.
“Y-yeah… coming…” you say. You still have an escape to pull off…

Laura smiles softly at you as you head to the front of the group, and you lead them all up the stairs.

No Giles, now is not the time to be distracted. Stick to the plan, you can be distracted later.

You lead them back along the way you came in, and run into little resistance. One guard. You couldn’t get around him, but he was nice enough to look the other way while you clubbed him.

You make it back to the wall, and thankfully it’s you getting the hand up this time.

The city is quieter than it was before, thankfully. Only a few night-time types lingering about, most of whom are easily discouraged by a group of 6 armed individuals.

You do keep your pace up, though. Donnell might not yet know of your escape, but you’d rather he not find out until you’re well away.

“Why is it that any time we’ve gone somewhere, we’ve had to escape?” say out loud, to no one in particular.
“Because we’re short on allies, probably” Laura says.
That surprised you. You didn’t think anyone was close enough to hear that…

What happened to not being distracted?

Laura comes up beside you, and does another thing you don’t expect when she grabs your right hand and holds it.

You’re not sure how comfortable you are with this…

You study Laura’s face for a moment, but all you see is a smile.
This isn’t so bad, you suppose. It reminds you of when you were playing ‘lovers’ back in Catisse.

Though it is still weird, this isn’t the time or the place to talk about it. So you simply intertwine your fingers with hers and continue walking.
Laura’s smile widens a little, and she walks a bit closer as you do.

You reach the outside of the city without any major issue. Fortunately this town is not fortified, so it just kind of ends and shortly thereafter, the forest begins.

You look over your shoulder several times to make sure you aren’t being followed, and in the forest you take the lead and head on a very roundabout path to somewhere you can make camp for the night.

If anyone notices what you and Laura were doing, they don’t say anything.

When it comes time to lay down for the night, you retrieve your bedroll from Dalen and set it out.

And Laura puts hers down pretty much right next to yours…

You breathe a sigh of relief. When she started acting weird you thought Cassandra might’ve messed with her head…
But that still doesn’t explain the sudden change.

“So what is going on then?” You ask.
“Is it really so weird?” She responds. She looks… guilty. Like she’s somehow wronged you by doing these things.
“Yes- well… no… maybe…” You say, stumbling all over yourself.
“I just thought that…” She trails off, one arm clutching the other. “… never mind. I’ll sleep somewhere else…” She picks up a corner and drags her bedroll away.

That's all for tonight! I hope you still enjoy reading this as much as I enjoy writing it!

Next thread will be either tomorrow, Wednesday or Thursday, depending on what comes up.

I'll stick around for a few minutes in case anyone has questions
>>

Bizarre, is she legitimately crazy? Best stay away.
>>
>>39169897
She's coming off as less crazy and more clueless how to pursue romance at a gentle pace.
>>
>>39169897
I actually am just starting to think she has no-where to go, or no 'home' anymore, so she just is trying to find a way to not be so 'lost' anymore.
>>
>>39169925
i guess thats what happens when you get knocked up at 12
>>
>>39169925

She hated us this morning though. A more paranoid man could easily see this as an awkward attempt to manipulate us into spilling our secrets.
>>
>>39169897
Are you ever going to stop posting that crap?

>>39169890
So Smiley, where did the fear/disallowance of Devil's originate from? Because as we've seen, everyone knows about them, but I'm not getting from where this notion that all of them are bad originates from.
>>
>>39169925
I think she took the acting like a couple and the massages the wrong way
im pissed at the horny anons who voted for all of that
>>
>>39169955
Good thing I'm not paranoid, just curious.

It reads to me as more social ignorance.
>>
Thanks for running.
>>
>>39169925
Strikes me as partially this, and partially her coping with the mess going on. She tried being angry at us and possibly trying to blame us for recent events. But seems to have given up on that, so now it looks like she's latching onto us for support
>>
>>39169897
No, she was being crazy yesterday. Today she is just being really awkward about trying to make up for it.

>>39169955
She was angry at us for a few hours. That hardly qualifies as hating us.
>>
>>39169890
In what light does Selene see us at this point?
>>
Really it all points to needing a sit down with her and just letting her say whatever she needs or wants to say. Get it off her chest.
>>
>>39169890
so who's more ded sneeky?
Us, or Cass?
>>
>>39170020
Cass. We have less than zero idea what she's playing at, but it's probably big.
>>
>>39170020
I think she's less sneaky, and more in touch with her senses. That's why she usually gets the drop on Giles.
>>
>>39169956
The deal is basically that fate is the law. Presences that may be able to break or bend the law are not tolerated.

>>39170004
She thinks you're the cooooooolest.
Best potential new dad who teaches her awesome tricks.

>>39170020
You.
Cassandra doesn't sneak. She just kind of appears.
>>
When is Marcella going to make the not-so-big reveal?
>>
>>39170034
She's probably the physical embodiment of fate or something
>>
Who's more socially retarded: Laura or the posters in this thread?
>>
>>39170071
Oh lord if that does happen. I want our reaction to just be the flattest 'and?'
>>
>>39170087
You.
>>
>>39169890
Thanks for running.

>>39170043
>Cassandra doesn't sneak. She just kind of appears.
That's only not being sneaky in the most technical of senses.
>>
>>39170092
I'd prefer "My secret's better."

At which point we start pulling all the shit we stole out of our cloak. We finish by putting the crown on our head, turning 360 degrees and moonwalking away.
>>
>>39170152
That would be the least responsible but at the same time most hilarious way to handle this. I love it.
>>
>>39170071
>Marcella
That reminds me, how cruel is it of a parent in this world to give their child a gender bent name, like naming their daughter Marcellus.
>>
>>39170264
Fuck you; it made a ton of sense until you pointed out that detail. I'm still under the impression Marcellus is a chick.
