With the help of his friends and some heartfelt speeches, Makoto managed to rescue a number of his allies from the clutches of the rival magical troupe, but only to learn that they believe *he* is the evil corrupter. Led by a mysterious advisor known only as Black Pepper, these girls stand opposed to his purification and have vowed to save all girls from him. Their reasons are unclear, but you aren't going to just let them do as they please. For now, though, he rest easy with what companions have remained with him.

You, not so much...

You are Yuuki Kiryoka, a young cyborg cloned from Kiryoka genes and have become mentally distinct from your creator. You bear no magical power, but instead the might of advanced, alien technology, against those that would oppose your goals.

The pitter-patter of rain against the windows of your room makes it hard for you to concentrate; not helped by Momoko Yasuka's loud snoring. The room is dark, probably sometime past midnight by your estimates, and a cooling breeze wafts through as your grip onto Momo tightly. By all accounts, you should be able to fall asleep with ease in this environment, but the visiage you experienced not long ago makes it a challenge.

"I couldn't have imagined that..." You mutter to yourself, playing it back in your head. A ghastly figure; draped in heaping fur slick with rain and glowing eyes above a hideous maw. Your robotic counterpart, Robo, could have easily recorded evidence of it, but you were too terrified to even consider it at the time. Dammit, these emotions were supposed to help, not leave you staggered and helpless in a bad situation. You'd never imagine something like that, it's... that's impossible, why would you?

Okay, it was dark, and Momo was trying to scare you. You do feel pretty tired and the rain is creating a bit of a spooky atmosph- NO! I'm not scaring myself, you think, tugging at your own hair and rolling away. Something slams against the window abruptly and you squeak, extending a smoking laser rifle from your wrist and aiming it at the window. However, the sight of a tree branch lightly tapping against the window in the wind makes you feel foolish. Still panting, you retract your rifle and shiver in the bed.

"Mnnjimh~" You hear Momo grumble as she rolls closer to you, a small trail of drool at her face. She's an immature little brat but somehow she sleeps far sounder than you ever could right now. I don't want to be scared, you think, biting your lip. This is not what you had in mind when you wanted to experience human emotions...

Regardless of what you think, if there's even the chance that thing is real then you need to tell someone about it, so you decide to open up the connection to Robo again. N-Not because you're scared of going out there to check for yourself, t-this is just the faster way.

"Robo!" You squeak, higher-pitched than you'd like.

"[Comms open]" He replies over the link, audible only to you. You slide over on the bed next to Momo and hold onto her clothes. "[What is it, Yu-]"

"[C-Can you scan the house!?]" You ask, tugging at her dress. She mumbles, but remains asleep. "[Scan for anything magical!]" You ask him. That thing was dripping with magic, you recall that much. With a signal that big, he'll absolutely be able to get a lock on it. There's a pause as Robo performs the procedure, which seems to stretch out five times as long in your mind. What you wouldn't give to open that window and rip out that tree branch banging against the window...

"[Scan complete. Nothig out of the ordinary.]" He responds. You flinch.

"[Nothing? That can't be right, try again.]" You ask, wringing the fabric beneath your fingers.

"[I... ugh, alright.]" Another pause as he scans, again you curse the branch. "[Nothing, Yuuki. What am I supposed to be looking for?]"

"[A mons-urk!]" You bite down on your metaphorical tongue. You can't tell him you saw a 'monster', that's childish and ridiculous. "[I-I think Mai or someone may have infiltrated. Mn...]" You say instead, opting for a more believable excuse.

"[I highly doubt that. Their blackout isn't operational right now so I can locate all of the other magical girls we know of. They're not near the manor.]" Robo responds plainly. Dammit, you forgot about that.

[1/2]
>>
>>39224421

"[I-I see. Well, you have been watching the manor right? You haven't detected anything magical here, have you?]" You ask, hesitantly.

"[I have detected the use of magic, yes.]" He replies. Your heart jumps.

"[Y-You have!?]"

"[Yes, but uh, I think that might just be Makoto and his friends... uh, 'experimenting'.]" He responds.

"[Oh...]" You respond, slinking back down into the bed. So either this thing can avoid Robo's sensors - which has a precedent! - or you just... imagined it.

"[If you are worried about Mai or the others, why not do a simple perimeter sweep yourself?]" He asks.

"Urk!" You gulp, audibly this time. "[Uh, b-but I can't just leave Momoko alone. She's defenceless! Helpless, and ]" You say, hugging against her tightly. From the sight of it, though, you look like the helpless one here; she's without a care in the world.

"[Then I'll keep an eye on her. Look, we both know I have things I should be doing right now.]"

"[Bu... Y-Yeah, sorry to bother you, er, us.]" You stutter, ending the link again with a sigh. The clap of a thunderbolt outside make you jump and quiver in place. D-dammit, you could even survive a bolt of lightning - probably - why are you so freaked out!?

Part of you just want so knock yourself unconscious and be rid of this fear, but if you did that it might come into the room and kill of of you-

"Agh!" You screech, hitting yourself in the head. You turn to the girl next to you and start shaking her, shutting your eyes. "Momo! Wake up, wake up!" You plead, shaking her back and forth. She smiles, still asleep, as her head rolls back in place. You feel your shoulders start to tremble as you struggle to keep your face together.

"Momo! Please wake uuup~!" You cry out, getting more desperate. The shaking is enough to do it and she suddenly blinks awake. Groggily, she raises her sleeves up to her face and wipes at her eyes, yawning widely as she struggles to keep them open.

"Yurk... Yuu-ki?" She mumbles, blinking at you. "S'wrong?"

"I'm sca- I'm w-worried." You insist, sniffling. "I think t-there's something in the house but I don't k-know what and I can't figure it out. I just, I just think- Mngh" You explain frantically. Momo blinks at you, slowly.

"Mn~* No, that was just me in the closet, silly." She slurs back, smiling and patting you on the head. "Hehe, I scared you good, huh?" She asks, leaning forward. You feel your puffed cheeks going red as it becomes a real trial not to start crying right now. You can't though; you cry enough already.

"Momo! This is serious, there's a monster outside!" You insist, waving your hands. The thunder claps and you shriek, diving into her and hugging tightly at Momoko as you shut your eyes. Dammit, stupid electrons making all that stupid noise, and now you're crying...

"...Do you really wanna go look?" She asks, looking down at you holding her by the gut. You sniff and nod, so she yawns.

"Mnkay, if you wanna, but you'll owe me, okay? Umeki's gonna be super mad though..." She mumbles, crawling to the side of the bed as you hold onto her like a leech. She slides down the side of the bed and grabs the blanket, wrapping it around your head and body as she tugs you along with one hand.

"Come on." She says, leading you out into the corridor. You slowly follow her, forcing your feet to move, as you both step into the dark hallway. It seems te same as last time you were ere, minus the big monster of course. Umeki's door is still dark, probably still sleeping but Saito's is still lit. You recall Makoto slept in Yui's room, which is further up the hall.

"What now?" Momo asks, rubbing at her eyes.

You don't want to bother anyone else besides Momoko; not just because they could be asleep but you couldn't stand it if anyone else saw you blubbering like this. You're supposed to be their commander here, giving them orders and acting as a beacon, not some crying child, dammit.

"It was right here." You say, taking off down the hallway with a determined look. Momoko follows after the blanket trailing behind you as you both run off into the hallways. It only takes a minute or two to find the spot, but there's nothing there. Momoko glances around, blinking in the dark, as you investigate. True enough, when you kneel down and apply a filter over your vision, you definitely find what you think to be a trail of water.

"Evidence!" You think, pumping your fist and tugging Momoko over to it. She 'ooh's at your discovery.

"You're good. I wish I had my detective stuff." She says, putting her hand on the water. "Could just be a leaky roof though. The shrine has that all the time." She comments, looking up at the roof. You glare at her.

"It can't be, it was right where I remember. I wasn't wrong." You say, following the water. Momo shrugs and continues to observe the ceiling as you round the bend. It seems to lead you around to another hallway, growing increasingly strange in shape. Bizarre, you think, following with your eyes pinned to the floor. It barely looks like water right now, in fact it looks more like... uh, wood texture. You blink and shift your vision mode a few times, seeing the 'trail' vanish. Come to think of it, why would water just flow around a corner with no incline?

"Ugh..." You groan, switching your eyes back and pinching your nose. You were so obsessed you followed a trail that wasn't even there. Great, well, maybe Momo has found...

"Momo?" You ask into the empty hallway. The place is silent save for the rain and sound of your own breathing. You... you didn't go that far away from her, did you?

"Momoko?" You call out a little louder. Still no response in the dark hallway. You grip at the blanket. "MOMO, MOMOKO! Please..." You cry out, loudly this time, but still no answer. Your breath is quick now, and the rain is falling harder. Why, why, why did you do this!? Now you're all alone and that monster is probably right behind you ready to get you! You quickly slap yourself to calm down and try to calm your breathing. That's ridiculous, you think, there's no way it-

You hear some kind of loud washing of water from behind you, along with the sound of a door opening as something sighs. You freeze, eyes bulging. It's the thing; you know it is, you swear it's the same noise. It's picked you off alone like a scared little lamb. It's going to sink its teeth into you and tear you apart, and, and-

You can hear footsteps drawing closer to you from behind and you can't stop shivering in fear.

You quickly wrap the blanket around yourself and curl up on the floor, trying to look as innocuous as possible. M-Maybe if it doesn't see you, it'll just step over you and you'll survive. The blanket might be able to take a hit or two, o-or you could throw it onto the beast to encumber it. Your mind races with a dozen plans you'd never have the steady hands to pull off before you feel a blunt kick at your back.

"AAIGH!" You squeal, holding your head to the floor in terror as you hear something collapse ahead of you.

"GYAK!" You hear it grunt as it falls ahead of you. You... y-you tripped it?

"Agh, what the hell? Who just leaves bundles of crap lying in the hallway in the middle of the night?" You hear a brutish girl groan. The blanket above you tugs upwards as some hands start to pull at it. You pull back down on it and feel the tug between you two as the sheet rises from your face, leaving you staring at Saito, wearing a dressing gown atop her prior underwear with her hair down, just coming from the... bathroom. Oh...

"Who... Yuuki?" She asks, raising an eyebrow. You stare at her with your mouth open and eyes wide as her expression twists into a glare.

"Ngh, what are you doing ambushing me outside the bathroom like this? Trying to catch a glimpse or something?" She shouts, putting a hand on her hip as she frowns. It's not... it's not the beast, you think as she glares at you.

"Well?" She asks, angrily.

Before Saito can accuse you of various other wrongdoings, you sniff. Then the foodgates open as you start bawling, and wrap your arms around her legs as the blanket falls to the floor behind you.

"Ack! H-Hey!" She squeaks as you embrace her, lodging your forehead against her knees. Your eyes are shut, but that doesn't stop the tears from flowing, and you shiver in fear on the floor. Aoi blinks, dumbfounded, and not sure how to react. She doesn't seem to think you were trying to spy on her or cop a feel at least; you just look like a terrified child. You feel a light, awkward pat at the back of your head. You open your eyes and look up at her as she looks down, trying to comfort you.

"Uhm, there there. It's okay, I didn't mean to shout. Uhh..." She asks, in a lighter and happier voice, giving a strained smile. It doesn't help much, and you keep bawling, feeling your heard jerk around each time you sniffle.

"I-I thought you were a mons-ster. M-Momo and I looked for it, b-but I lost her and I heard you, but I j-just hid." You blubber through her nightrobe, "I c-couldn't do anything..."

"Well, I'm not a monster, and it's okay. So stop crying. Uh, please?" She asks. You really couldn't picture a situation that Aoi would feel less equipped to deal with than this. Still, she kneels down in front of you and tugs your arms up from her legs to her chest, giving you a better grasp of her. She also runs a hand across the back of your head, trying to calm you down.

"Um, how about we go find Momo? Huh? Would that make you stop?" She asks, smiling as wide as she can for you, to which you nod. "Okay, thank god." She rises up, pulling you away from the hug for the moment. She still lets you hold her hand as the two of you walk, if only to stop you from grabbing one of her legs again. It takes no time at all to find Momo, who didn't move far from the hallway. She gasps when she sees you, eyes red and cheeks puffy.

"Oh gosh, Yuuki, what happened?" She asks, putting a hand on her mouth as she walks over to the two of you. Great, now she has to find out you just sat on the floor and did-

"...I kicked him!" Saito blurts out.

"Huh?" You and Momo both say. Saito taps her fingers together.

"Well, I was coming back from the bathroom and I didn't see him, so smack! anI guess I must have hit him pretty hard because he slid across the floor pretty far." She rubs the back of her head shamefully as you stare on in awe. "Honestly he's didn't cry even half as much as he should have from a kick like that. I was impressed." She explains, patting you on the head. She smiles warmly as Momo listens to her. Why is Aoi- You blink as she looks at you and winks.

"I knew you were a jerk!" Momo grunts, punching Aoi in the leg for her transgression. She winces in pain as Momo hit a sensitive part and takes a step back. "Say sorry!"

"Yeah, t-that's me, nothing but a big jerk. I'm sorry I made you cry, Yuuki." She says, holding her leg. Your cheeks are dry, practically, as you're just in shock right now. "Anyway, you two should be in bed."

"Mnn, yeah." Momo mumbles. "Don't tell Umeki, she'll get super mad." She threatens to Saito. Aoi nods and pushes the two of you back into your room with a sigh. Momo heads straight for the bed but you linger at the door for a second.

"You okay now?" She asks, kneeling down to your level and brushing some hair back from your face. "I don't want to trip over any other kids in the hall."

"Why..." you start to say, and Saito glances down at you. "Why did you lie for me?" You ask. She swings her free arm behind her back and kicks her leg out with a sigh.

"Ah, I don't know." She admits. "I guess I just thought it was the nice thing to do. I used to cry as a kid sometimes, and I never liked people knowing when I did. Still don't, I suppose." She admits, thinking back to something. She glances away forlornly as Momo throws her head back on the pillow.

"Well, the same here. So thanks." You say, tugging at her hand still on yours. She smiles and rubs your hand for a second before pulling her arm back.

"So... uh, di- did you happen to see anything, um, uh, suspicious, before I tripped you?" You stutter, wondering if Saito caught a glimpse of it.

"Can't say I did. You mentioned a monster before?" She asks, leaning back.

"Yeah. Big and hairy, like a lion crossed with a wolf." You say, shivering as you recall the sight. Saito reacts with a 'yrk' and turns her head to the side.

"I didn't see anything like that." She says, and bobs down beside you again. "And that sounds like the kind of thing I might notice, so buck up." She places a finger under your chin and pushes it upwards. "You've got nothing to fear other than worrying yourself out." She remarks with a smirk. Maybe... all signs seem to point to it being a hallucination. Maybe your equipment is acting up...

"Uh..." You tug at her robe just before she leaves. "Can... can you stay with us?" You ask her, welling up your eyes wide. Thanks to your crying before, they're already big, puffy, and slick with tears. Saito flinches, dropping her jaw.

"Maybe too good with kids..." He mumbles before coughing. "Uh, t-that's fine. I'm sure you don't need me snoring away." She assures you. Momoko throws a clock on the side table at her head, which hits her with a 'clang'.

"Don't be a jerk!" She says with a pout. Aoi rubs her forehead and grumbles, but notices your pleading expression. No-one can resist Kiryoka sad-eyes, not even her.

"Mnh... if it'll help you sleep, then okay." She sighs, leaning forward in defeat. You beam happily at her promise and settle in for the night. Despite reservations, you convince her - with another clock to the head from Momo - to sleep in the bed as well, between the two of you. Momo doesn't mind so long as Aoi isn't bothering you, but her presence does help you relax. Maybe just because more people in your immediate proximity feels safer, or just the sight of her is nice, you don't really care.

"I don't wanna be good with kids..." Aoi groans as she tries to get comfortable.

IMAGINE ANON: A HAREM OF TOMBOYS
>>

> Hehe...

You move yourself closer towards Aoi and snuggle yourself just against her breasts. She flinches as you close in and grits her teeth.

"Hey, hey, easy. I- Uh." She fumbles, trying to push you away, until she notices the lack of any lustful ambition on your face. Instead you feel your eyes drooping and head slowly nuzzling into the softness of the bed and breast. It feels so soft; not unlike Makoto's bosom as a girl, but smaller, more manageable. You doubt Saito likes having her chest used as a pillow but she can't really complain if a cute little kid is just trying to get comfortable.

"Thank~*" You mumble, your words falling away. Aoi notices your carefree little tired face and twitches.

"D-Dammit..." She mutters. She runs a hand over your head, flicking your hair back as her fingers pass by, and you see her plain expression crack a slight smile. Maybe she doesn't quite hate this. She does flinch when Momo cuddles her from the back as well, despite her tirades earlier.

"What am I, a pillow?" She mumbles as you two fall asleep in her embrace. At least two of you are getting a good nights' sleep.

True enough, you sleep soundly that night. Saito makes for an amazing pillow, it seems. You yawn and try to move but feel a tug. You glance back and notice that at some point, she must have started hugging you back and even put her head next to yours. Momo's still clinging to her back, in blissful slumber. You quickly consult your internal clock and recognise that it's still a little early, around six in the morning. No-one was mauled during the night - always good - and you feel refreshed. If that beast comes by now, you feel like you could utterly annihilate it. You doubt Saito's going to agree to comfort you more than one night though, so you'll have to find something else this comfy in future.

Emotions get in the way anon. The truly rational discard such... frivolous things and work with the world as it is. Tis all but a mere game, falling to sentimentality is the first step on the road to disappointment, failure, and insignificance.

At least, I'd like to believe that. But I am plagued by the realization that if you discard your own humanity as those words would suggest you will ultimately fail in becoming truly happy. And for all my venom towards the concept, I just can't help but conclude that we all desire happiness in the end. The problem is most everyone fails to see how it is to be done. Let alone that they're seeking it in the first place. The greatest heroes are but one characteristic from becoming the greatest villains.

Indeed he is. A trap that, like myself, made a similar realization. One may see "the game" and lose all hope both in humanity and the world. Most do.

But there are a select few, who understand that one must face evil and conquer/overcome it rather than guide it down a "proper" path or otherwise fully give into it in a fit of megalomania and insane laughter worthy of any good Lovecraftian Cultist High Priest.

To give in to it all is easy, to fight on in spite of that. Well, that's JUSTICE! And Makoto has most certainly chosen his side of this argument. Come what may, he chose Justice. And the older brother always tends to rub off on the younger...

Are you willing to work for that bliss? Are you willing to look yourself in the eye and admit all your flaws that are preventing you from doing so?

Many say they'll pay the price, but few truly are. They curse the world as they exalt their own personal utopias, never realizing that their heaven is another person's perfect vision of a hell. Just putting that out there. The true master GM's know exactly how to play those dynamics. Indeed, the best stories are told through such a lens.

Yes, finding this beast - if it exists - is one of your top priorities to keep everyone safe. They're counting on you, there can't be anything more important!

*poi*

Except for these, you think as you nuzzle further into Aoi's chest with a smile on your face. You see her brow furrow slightly but you've been spending the night there so the movement doesn't wake her. Makoto's breasts were nice, but feeling them for too long felt a bit strange. Aoi, on the other hand, doesn't feel strange at all; it feels soft, and smooth.

"I think I understand Makoto now..." You mutter as you feel her breasts heave up and down with the movement of her breathing. You give thanks for the fact that Saito hates bras; something you'll have to stop Makoto getting her to enjoy in future. With your body in blissful heaven, utterly unable to move, you decide to call up Robo and have him check.

"[Comms up~!]" You giggle over the frequency.

"[They... are? You seem happy.]" Robo replies to you, same monotone as always.

"[Y'know, I think I've found a certainty that creating me was a good idea. Ehehe~]" You hug her tighter, feeling them bounce back against you.

"[...I see. Well while you've been doing that, I've been monitoring the situation. Still nothing from last night but you might be interested to know someone is approaching the manor.]" He explains. That surprises you... but still not enough to make you stop.

"[Can you tell who it is?]" You ask instead.

"[Hm, not without further analysis. They don't seem to have trouble making an entrance though.]" He comments. From the data he's sharing, it looks like they've just gotten inside. It could be Mai; now would be an opportune time to strike while you're all groggy.

"Hm..." You squeeze Aoi's breasts a little more while you think.

This is a hard decision, you think as your fingers brush past her nipples, tapping at them. She makes a small peep as oyu touch then, evidently sensitive there. You groan as you realise you have to do your job eventually.

"[Ugh, fine.]" You tell him. As a swan song, you slowly reach up and find your lips at her breast, giving it a kiss before squirming away. Never have you been so disappointed to get out of bed in your, admittedly short, life.

"Saito would probably beat me if I did this all morning." You mumble, removing yourself from her grip and stretching out. You reach over and jostle both of the girls next to you. The two of them blink blearily at your call and stare at you as they come to.

"Unh?" Saito groans, staying motionless on the bed. Momo yawns behind her.

"Morn... Yuuki. Where's 'meki?" She asks, falling back down on her pillow. You'd expect a priestess to be better at waking up early, but you were up pretty late. Saito takes a moment to notice you two before slapping a hand to her head.

"Wha- What am I doing in this bed!?" She shrieks, sitting up and surprising you both. You give the time to recall the events of last night and she sighs, pulling her robe tightly together again. "Oh right. Did it help you sleep at least?" She asks, scratching her head through a mess of blue bedhead. You smile and nod.

"Ah, that's good." She comments with a warm smile, her shoulders bouncing as she does.

"Rise and shine people!" You hear Umeki chirp from the other side the door as it opens. She steps into the room and notices the three of you, but flinches at Aoi.

"Saito? Why are you in here? Wait, you sleep as a girl?" She asks, throwing her hands to the side in shock. Saito squeaks and glances down at herself.

"Crap, I didn't change back! Rngh, stupid Makoto getting his automatic one." She says, biting the sheets. You blink as you realise that fact, and feel a bit sheepish that you spent the morning fondling her rather than realising that. Maybe Saito does know something about structures if he can resist the automatic transformation. Umeki continues to stare, but awkwardly smiles.

"You know, usually we don't sleep in our clothes. Do boys usually do tha-" Her words are cut off by a pillow hitting her square in the face.

"I didn't sleep like this because I wanted to!" Saito shouts, sliding out of bed and pulsing with energy to shift back immediately.

You figure Saito came to your aid last night, maybe you can return the favour. You lean up and hold your hands out to Umeki.

"No, no, nothing like that. I asked her to stay last night, it's fine." You explain. You feel a smack at the back of your head.

"Him." Saito, now male, corrects you with a glare. Umeki brings a hand to her mouth in surprise.

"Oh my, whatever for?"

"I..." You hesitate. "I got scared last night, just needed someone older there." You say, admitting your fault.

"Aww." Umeki mews. She leans forward and hugs you deeply, nuzzling her head against yours. You feel the urge to feel hers, but with Momo right next to you you don't have the courage for it. "You could have asked me though, I would have stayed with you."

"Yeah well, he didn't. He asked me." Saito states, with a little smug smile. Umeki glances at him with a frown, and hugs you tighter.

"Next time you ask me, okay?" She tells you, touching her nose to yours before stepping back.

"Uh, right. Anyway, we need to go check on something. Robo just told me there was an intruder in the manor." You say. The group looks a little more serious at that mention. "He didn't say who, but I'm betting it's Mai. Or that Naru girl." You recall the strange tremors she produced just by standing still. Whatever power she has, it felt pretty intense.

"Okay, so we go pound them when they're unawares?" Saito asks, slamming a fist into his other hand.

"We could try talking. There's only one of them." Umeki suggests, a finger at her chin.

"Or we could get Maiden-chan!" Momo exclaims, throwing her hands up.

"I'll go with Saito." You say, tugging at his sleeve. "You two go grab the others."

"Are you sure just the two of you will be alright?" Umeki asks, looking at you two.

"Oh come on. I've got Glory, and Yuuki's a mechanical powerhouse." Saito assures her, slapping you on the back. "I'm surprised Makoto hasn't just told us to go stomp them immediately." He states, then squawks as Momo nails him with the clock, now getting a little dented.

"Don't say bad stuff about Makoto!" She fumes, banging harmlessly against his back with her little fists. Saito grabs her hands to make her stop and she uses the leverage to kick him instead.

"Okay, but be careful." Umeki says, watching Saito recoil on the ground as she takes Momoko by the hand. She waves to you as the two leave to go grab Makoto.

"Ugh, little troll..." Saito groans, hoisting himself back up by the side of the bed. You have no idea.

Saito takes a moment to get dressed in his room, and you in yours, before you head downstairs to track the signal. It leads down to the cellar room; the place where they were holding Naoki, and you creep up to the room. Saito can sense magic naturally, and your sensors can detect the aura as well. It's unfamiliar to you, but definitely a magical girl. The two of you peek your heads around the corner and see... a little girl?

Dressed in an overly elaborate dress, a girl roughly a year older than yourself, is searching the area for something. Her chest has just the hint of development, and she bears a stoic, focused look on her face. She's covered in ribbons and has a deep purple shade of hair, brushed over half of her face. Her legs are clad in delicate stockings, which match gloves covering her hands. Even her shoes seem weirdly elegant; could you have found someone more interested in clothing than Makoto? In her arm is clutched some kind of stuffed toy; a fat snake, or maybe a worm. Despite her age, she at least looks a lot more childish than you.

"I'm guessing that's not Mai." Saito asks, staring at the girl from your hiding spot. "What now?"

"She doesn't look too dangerous." You say, zooming in with your vision. "Maybe we can talk?" You suggest.

"You think that's wise?" Saito asks with a gulp, no doubt recall his experiences with what girls tried to jump him earlier.

"Maybe not, but it's worth a shot." You say. Makoto had good experience with trying to talk these girls down, so maybe you can try the same. She is around your age, after all. You carefully step out into the open and knock against the wood. Saito stays behind in hiding to offer you backup. At the sound of your knocking, the girl spins around and notices you, her eyes going wide.

"...Hello." You say, holding your arms up. She widens her lips but holds her tongue, remaining silent and taking a step backwards. Her eyes flash with a distinct blue, framing her face nicely. Given the choice, you think most people would have trouble picking out which one of you is artificial.

"Yuu... ki." You blink as the girl mutters your name. At your reaction, she seems to relax. "That's your name, isn't it? You're... part of Maiden White's group." She says, squinting. Seems like Shizuko's already fed them information about you, but you wonder how much. If you had to guess, you'd say some part of her outfit or that toy is her fetter. Getting rid of that would be a good start.

Still, she's talking. That's a decent start.

"Uh yeah." You reply to her, taking a step forward. She glances at your feet but makes no movements. "You have me at a disadvantage, who are you?" You ask the girl. She glances away for a second and squints, taking some time to think, then looks back at you.

"I suppose telling you can't harm anything. My name is Sen." She answers, gesturing to herself with a glove-clad hand. You recall seeing ehr before when Makoto confronted Mai at the gym when you were all together at school. She's one of Mai's main girls then, and presumably also a powerful magical girl. Shit, you need to figure her out quickly before she does anything.

"Ngh, whatever Mai has told you about us, it's not true." You say, taking another step towards her.

"Oh?" She replies, still keeping eye-contact with you but shifting her head to the side.

"We're not trying to harm anyone, and Makoto's not trying to steal any of your powers." You insist, leaving yourself out of the latter half. Containing foci is still your mission, after all.

"...But you want to, don't you?" She asks, dipping her head slightly.

"Huh?" You flinch. That was... weirdly prompt. She takes a few steps to your left, towards the chair Naru had been sitting on when she was here, and she rustles around beside it. You take her divided attention as an opportunity to get closer.

"Mai never told me anything about Maiden that I didn't hear from Pepper herself." Sen states, retrieving something from behind the chair. You're almost upon her when she swivels around and holds the toy snake up in front of you. "Isn't that right, Pepper?" She speaks in a gruffer voice, jostling the snake up and down.

"Eh? ...Uhm, hi Pepper" You squeak back. She pouts angrily at your confusion.

"I thought you'd understand at least." She mutters, putting a hand on your forehead. This... really only makes you more confused. She raises an eyebrow as her eyes seem to shimmer, until at once they widen and she jumps back and shrieks.

"What was that!?" She squeals, eyes shaking and fingers practically digging into the snake. Your head feels a little fuzzy, but you can't see anything that would make her so terrified as this.

"Those- Those teeth..." She mutters, still shivering.

"Wait a second. Teeth?" You ask her, pointing a finger. "On a giant wolf-bear-thing?" She nods at your question and you quickly spin around, scanning the environment. No sign of it, nor any magical signatures, but from her reaction she just saw it right then.

"Where was it?" You shout, grabbing her by the shoulders. You simply get a hand in your face pushing you back.

"Why are you asking me? You're the one who saw it!" She insists, pushing you away.

"That... What?" You blurt out. This girl isn't making any sense, unless...

"Did you see that in my head?" You ask her, taking a step back.

"Well duh." She replies, as if it were the most natural thing in the world. "Certainly didn't see it outside, thank god." She continues to clean herself up from her outburst but you're still taking a second to process this. At least, you think you've found out which one of them was responsible for the mind alteration.

"So... your magical power is some kind of mental control?" You ask, hoping to get a confirmation.

"I wish," she sighs, "I'm nowhere near control yet. Why, don't believe me?" She asks, smiling sinisterly. She raises her fingers and snaps them, her eyes flashing.

"Fine, let me show you." The world around you seems to warp and shift for a second as everything but you two drains away like muddy water on a canvas.

It all shifts with the motion and colour of things unseen until the world reconstitutes itself. The world looks the same, and you're still in the manor, but it seems like midday. The fire is roaring in the corner, and you can't see Saito nearby. You can see someone else though; Naoki tied up on the chair next to you.

"Wait a minute, this-"

"Oh Shizuko," you hear a woman's voice from behind you, "What brings you here?" It asks. The chair that was empty before is now filled with Naru; another of Mai's flunkies. True enough, you see Shizuko emerge from the shadows to your front, visibly shaking at the sight of the woman behind you. She takes a few steps, and seems to pass through Sen in front of you, who's still smiling away.

"This is-" Your mind reels.

"One of your memories." She states, poking a hand through the wall. It shifts like purple cloud around her arm, and reforms once she retracts it. "Eh, kind of boring, really. You have any better ones?" You ignore her and try walking around to where the three of you were hiding to confirm it. Seeing yourself from the side isn't an entirely new experience, but seeing yourself in that dress Makoto made is. You hear Sen whistle, standing beside you.

"Oh my, I spoke too soon." She giggles.

"We were in disguise!" You say frantically.

"Of course." She smiles and snaps her fingers. Instantly the memory of yourself appears in a feminine kimono instead. You go bright red as she nudges you. "That better?" She asks. You growl, feeling your cheeks burn.

"True, true..." She sticks her tongue out and snaps her fingers again. You revert back to the maid outfit, but something feels off. "You're right, looks much better live." She giggles. You blink and glance down, then spasm when you see the kimono on your own body.

"Rnngh, change me back!" You yell.

"Why?" She asks, smiling. The world seems to shimmer around you. "You're in my power now, Yuuki-kun."

That's fuckin dope.

I don't care what anyone else says, I love mind shit. Even mind control. Can't wait for the next thread.

I just wish I could have caught this live so that I could steer Yuuki away from being a ginormous pussy. Also, Kaa-san is going to have to have a talk with him about fondling girls while they sleep.

Hm, slower session. It's nice. Comfy.

For those who hate the Yuuki POV, don't worry, it's not permanent. Honestly you're actually moving through it faster than I anticipated (last few sessions may have coloured my opinion of our speed), so it'll probably wrap up by next session. I still don't really get the 'Yuuki is bland' criticism entirely, but I'll try and think of ways to make him more distinctive or interesting without breaking his character.

Also, finally I can say that SEN has the mind powers, not Mai! That was bugging me.

>>39232608
> It's not mind control, it's shared dreaming/hallucination. Sen just said she hasn't been able to perform mind control before. Most she can do is memory wiping.

>>

What did Naoki dream?
>>
>>39232639
I know its not mind control, I was just saying that I personally kinda like it, as opposed to the rest of the anons who came out of the woodwork to yell about it. Mostly I just like mind-meld and dream-time stuff.

>>
>>39230766
>> Why does it have to be an Omake? There IS a giant competition at school, you know?
Because that would make Mai happy. Mai deserves no happiness, only disappointment.
>>
>>39232639
Ugh, SAITO. Stop being useless!

Also apparently Umeki sleeps in the nude? Hm. Hm~.
>>
>>39232894
Not really; they're inside her brain right now. It's closer to Death's 13 if you want to compare it to stands.

>>39233952
Mai only wants what's best for you, anon.

>>39234020
Why not? It's not like people watch her sleep, it's comfy for her. And also brings new understanding to the 'wake up Umeki' option. Still sort of pissed no-one went for it during the night.
>>
>>39234214
Well, I now know what will happen when the naughty fox appears at the shrine again
>>
>>39232759
I think the mind-meld/dream stuff is interesting. My issue is the fact that she can do memory wipes on top of it, because that basically equates to brainwashing. And I hate when shit like that is used to completely change the personalities of characters I like (which is the main reason I was really annoyed at the whole Yui situation). It also means that she basically can't be beaten in a 1v1 fight, which is kind of what this Quest is built around
>>
>>39234214
It's Momoko's influence. For some reason people want to avoid fun things when she's around.
>>
>>39234214
Mai a shit
>>
>>39235546
a good chunk of that is because even though she acts pretty mature for her age, she's still by far the youngest cast member (other than Yuuki, but that's weird and kind of different because mentally him and robo are probably the oldest) and because of that we can't really have her see anything too lewd or traumatic
>>
>>39232639
> It's not mind control, it's shared dreaming/hallucination. Sen just said she hasn't been able to perform mind control before. Most she can do is memory wiping.
Ah, not mind control, it's mind RAPE. which is infinitely worse for someone's psyche, and also means that we can't undo any mental changes she does if she gets serious about it
>>
>>39235583
What do you mean, traumatic? Nothing will be worse than having a piece of her ripped off and sealed away.
Except someone's death and physical/mental torture.
>>
>>39235555
Sen a shit because of mind control
Mai a shit because she's dumb and a cunt
>>
>>39235858
that was a terrible decision, by the way, I wish I was around back then to vote against it.

But walking in on her idol or older sister in possibly lewd situations would not be good for Momo, and that's what every exploration vote when Momo's been there has hinted towards
>>
>>39235901
luckily Yuuki's on board with getting Shun and Momo's fetters back
>>
>>39235986
Robo is as well. Honestly i think he is going to quit his job real soon.

>show up with two extra magical girls plus Shizuko in the mecha musume suit
>proceed to curb stomp them hilariously quickly

too bad Qyubey likes tournament arcs so w won't get their fetters until after we can avoid one, because the look on Mai's stupid face would be priceless

when we eventually fight Mai, I kind of want to see Yui go into Strict, just to fuck with her theory that we destroy people's emotions

>>
>>39238137

>>
so, taking foci away is considered a Bad Thing by now. But is there any reason why we shouldn't take away Mai, Naru, and Sen's foci when we beat them? And should we just run them out of town or do something worse to them?
>>
>>39240680
I'm a fan of overpurifying each of their foci and seeing what happens when it gets completely unmade while they're still in their magical girl forms
