So, this here is the 4th thread for fleshing out and fluffing the Ice Wraiths.

For the uninitiated, the Ice Wraiths are a Blood Angels successor chapter who use Cryothermal weapons both in battle, and to alter the environment of any planets they are attacking. Because of this, they excel at fighting in cold climates and snowy locales. Riding cyber enhanced yetis into combat and using Drop pods that have been modified with drills, the two main styles of combat in the chapter are stealthy precise attacks and furious charges. These two styles are used together to deadly effect in combat, and the most obvious example of this are the Wendigos, Marines fallen to the Red Thirst or Black Rage. These Wendigos are kept on ice between engagements, and are sent to wreak havoc and sow terror among the enemy before the battle even starts.

One thing we have been lacking in, though, is Writefaggotry and Drawfaggotry. So that is a bit of a priority in this thread. Any contributions would be appreciated!

Sweet, can we get some art of the Characters of the faction? That would be the reason for the call out for Drawfags. We can only hope one becomes interested in our chapter.

>>39404856
I imagine the elite guard as wraith-like. Like the spirits of the dead in cold places, possessed of a terrible majesty.
>>
>>39404856
Our Champion is Beastmaster Lucius Glaciem, notable for being the first to use his Yeti's cybernetic armor enhancements as cover while advancing. His kinship with the beasts is almost superhuman even for the mighty Ice Wraiths, being able to synchronize his timing almost perfectly with his hand-picked yeti squadron of 5, all of which he raised himself.
>>
>>cyber-enhanced yetis.

How about no. That's even more retarded than the Space Wolves' wolf obsession. At the very least a wolf is a quadruped. You don't ride bipeds. Not even bipeds like apes that can get on all fours. Do you want something that's even stupider than Thunderwolf Calvary? Goddamn that is dumb.
>>
>>39405231
I'm afraid we already have 3 threads of majestic history about our yeti companions. They were a result of one of our original rolls and are even more core to the chapter than our Wendigos.

They're called yetis to evoke the ancient near-mythical beast of Ages past Terra.

Our Combat Doctrine was Special Mounts. So we decided to ride snow beasts.

The one next to the no-fun table, it's the one where people enjoy themselves and have fun with the over the top sci-fi setting.

If it helps your ravaged butt, think of the Ice Wraiths as a Rogue Trader style chapter, rather than something for Dark Heresy or Deathwatch.

Big hair, shirtless men shooting machine guns and flamethrowers while sparks and electric guitars happen behind.
Then scantily clad ladies happen with even bigger hair. It's the 80s man.

Cyber-Familiars are a totally legitimate 40k thing. There are a lot of them hanging around. I don't have any problems with cyber-yetis. I have problems with RIDING cyber-yetis. There's a difference. I could totally get behind a Librarian with a massive Psyber-Familiar. That would be a neat little turn of expectations given that familiars are typically smaller than their masters. A sweet tag team of a psyker blasting dudes and a yeti smashing dudes. That would be great.

>Wendigos, Marines fallen to the Red Thirst or Black Rage. These Wendigos are kept on ice between engagements

How are the Wendigos sent? Are they just shoves into drop pods to defrost then they just go buttfuck wild afterwards?

I had a thought in which a Scout Sergeant would lead his squad in setting up lures for the Wendigos by marking targets with blood or hanging up still alive but bleeding out enemies to draw them in.
>>
>>39408391
We send them in via our Drill Pods, of course, giving them all the time they need to kill a few of our enemies in a horribly brutal way. Most Wendigos that aren't too far gone like to torment their prey before the kill.

Day 91
Our demonic allies have proved themselves to be very useful. They have maneged to break defenses
in governor palace and killed most of remaining PDF before disappearing into Warp

Day 92
Our Psykers are doing next ritual tomorrow, using captured PDF forces.2 of our 8
remaining Leman Russes have been destroyed by Guardsmen and PDF,but they have no more
vehicles

Day 93
Ritual was propably complited since weather has changed. From sunny sky with occasional clouds
now we have snowstorm
We stopped attacking Palace. Why? I dont know

Day 94
We are not attacking governor. Half of our army returned to the citiy and started
barricading themselves. Our command is looking concerned. We are we escaping from a
won battle?
Snowstorm is now blizzard. Its really cold now
Day 95
We are going to cities. Its a long way and its very cold.Governor palace is now left
unconquered.
I can see warp lightining striking from the sky.Sign of summoning deamons.
Why are we summoning something when we are retreating?
>>
Day 96
THEY ARE ALL DEAD
Half of our army is now dead. They went to the city and died standing. Some where shot.
some strangled, some where literally smashed into the ground. Most of them are hanged on
the lanterns and roof of buildings. All of them are completly bloodless. No signs of siege or fight.Just corpses
Snowstorm is so dense you cant see who is walking in front of you
Day 97
THE MONSTERS CAME
One after another we heard screams and somebody went missing. Half of my team was gone after
blink of an eye. I coudnt see anthing. Just snow. But it wasnt worst
Worst was when i saw them. White behemoths made of metal hulking among the man.
I saw one of them shooting at another team of cultist, killing three of them without
reloading. I saw another who slashed everything around with knife looking like made of
pure ice. I saw yet another, this one with even bigger monster and huge fist. He just punched one
of our Chimeras its armour broke revealing even more cultist. Quickly the huge monster
grabbed one of them and just ripped him to pieces.
And then came what seemed as our salvation.Deamons of Chaos.Even rotting green corpses with guts outside looked
like loving parents compared to what attacked us.
When deamons kept them busy i escaped to ruins of the giant factory. Now i am here
kneeling and writing these. Now i no longer hear sound of fighting, i only hear wind.
And steps of what i was told were finest warriors of humanity.
Emperor save me from this monsters

Are those agreed upon characters?
>>39440756
This I can offer a few shots on:

Meltas are wielded by members of the Chapter who are undergoing penitence. As CryoChaplain Rankine once stated: the laws of nature state that the way to create the purest ice is to boil the water that forms it. In this way, purification for transgressions are likewise met with the most profound heat.

The Fleet of the Ice Wraiths, first christened as the Gallathon, derived much of its tactics from the White Scars, having witnessed their penchant for fast hit-and-run assaults. The Wraiths adopted a form of this assault with a slightly more aggressive tact. Using their superhuman abilities to navigate in close order, the Gallathon weaves in between enemy vessels, firing where possible, but more importantly launching boarding torpedoes amidst a confused and bombarded enemy. "The frost can cause a man to cut off his feet. He may live through that, but he'll not run from the cold much longer." This attritive tactic has worked rather well for them, and has even lead to the capture of a number of enemy vessels.

Subsystem Advectus contains the worlds that the Ice Wraiths claim as their holds.

A ritual held by the Wraiths is the shedding of their former selves once they are physically initiated as Astartes. Utilizing an advantage of the rapid cell regeneration in their skins, the aspirants are left without clothing in the subzero temperatures to meditate and think on the newness of their existences. This continues until a CryoChaplain sees that the whole of their skins have become covered in frostbite, at which point they are removed from the fields to shed their impurities and be welcomed as a fully-fledged brother Wraith.
>>
>>39440990
Those are agreed upon characters. Search for them in previous threads.
>>
>>39440990
>Are those agreed upon characters?
Yes
>>
>>39440756
As far as their magics, the Librarians of the Ice Wraiths believe that the common effect of psychic ability causing frost to form isn't by coincidence. They are convinced their form of cryomancy is directed by the Emperor himself to be the greatest form of psychic expression. Akysan shamans are often consulted on the frozen tundras of the deathworld Tizheruk. The people here are effected by a unique warpspace anomaly that exists within the planet itself. It is stable, but nonetheless leads to a great deal of psychic births, well above the Imperial norm. These individuals are hailed as Shamans and are inducted into a ruling cult. This cult is often consulted to help augment the abilities taught through the Scholastika Psykana, and has created a band of powerful Cyromancers within the Wraiths, who are capable of causing armor to become as brittle as ice, or even cause hordes of rampaging beings to become instantly transformed into lifeless statues of snow.
>>
>>39441042
>>39441048
Gotcha thanks!

Forge Master Chekhov became a legendary figured among the Ice Wraiths following the War for Apaalu. A form of Genestealer cult had overtaken the small but well entrenched planet which was vital for holding a large promethium reserve that the Gallathon relied on to remain mobile throughout the Sector. Elements of the 1st, 4th, and 9th Companies were sent to eradicate the cult, and though the War was won, many casualties were incurred due to repeated acts of betrayal on the part of a populace that had gradually been made to distrust the Wraiths. This lead to the death of a valued member of the 1st Company, Sergeant Symyr. His armor was rent in many places, and most within the Chapter deemed his Terminator plate to be worthy now only of veneration, the insult against the machine spirit of the armor being too great. Forgemaster Chekhov had other ideas. Over the centuries, the truth of what happened blended into apocrypha, but it is a fact within the Chapter that over a period of five days, the Forgemaster managed to repair the armor without the use of any form of heat. Members of the Mechanicum who are told of this politely scoff it away as a factual impossibility, and have many reports of the strength of bonded ceramite to back up their claims. None of these claims come forth when the Armor of Symyr enters the fray. For on every patch where once there was a whole gouged in by a xenos talon, there is only a pale blue that always seems to blend through any paint that goes over it. Some see it as a curse. Others a blessing. But none have since questioned Chekhov's ability with his hammer, which he wields to ruinous effect on the field of war.

Fractal Priest Leon Fry was involved in the creation of defenses to help ward against a coming invasion of Orks who had landed on the planet Czochral. Most of the vehicles in both the Imperial and greenskin pools had frozen beyond usefulness, and the ground units weren't far from the same. TBC
>>
>>39441270
The Orks, however, had numbers beyond the Imperials reckoning. A fight wasn't possible. It would be a slaughter, even with the Wraiths standing as a bulwark. The wily Fractal Priest, however, had a different idea. Knowing their antivehicular weaponry would largely be useless, he worked with the few remaining engineers to convert the lascannon and melta weapons in their stores as cutting tools, and worked their last remaining Thunderhawk to its demise creating a circular, unscalable wall of practically bulletproof permafrost. The Czochral Igloo was hailed as the only defense that kept the defenders alive in the time it took for Imperial reinforcements to arrive.
>>

We need drawfags
>>
>>39443753
Seconded. The start of this thread was a call for drawfags, but we haven't caught any yet. Does anyone now a way we can find some interested drawfags?
>>
>>39443753
Indeed we need drawfags
>>39443705
Someone else gonna have to do the photoshop and post it in a thread. I can change the text right now.
>>39443725
Not sure what you mean by Chapter organisation section. Elaborate pls

Also General Question for all involved. What is the sector called??? Idk if i missed it or something but I need it for the page for the Lord Mashal Riddick I bio
>>
>>39443843
Just title something chapter organisation, describe it as WIP, and that is where we will put the chapter's structure, companies, etc. I don't think we named the sector, actually.
>>
What part of a Marine's brain would affect memories (specifically the black rage/red thirst)?
Also we do need a sector name because the name of the Wraiths before they came to Nixarteria was simply the (SECTOR NAME) Warriors and their name changed after they inherited the planet and began using Cryothium
>>
>>39444223
The hippocampus, and as for a sector name, how about the minicus sector? And perhaps instead of (sector name) warriors, we use angels? They are a blood angels successor.
>>
>>39444447
I would be okay with angels. Also I just finished changing the current heroes section to be more serious. Ill make those changes right now

Ok so just so it's here for everyone to critique/discuss here are our current chapter heroes
>Master of Sanctity Vladimir
Famous for his own unorthodox mount (a gene-hanced frost-bear instead of a yeti) and his brutal suppression of any and all unacceptable dissent and deviancy in the chapter. The Master of Sanctity suffers no fools. This attitude is seen as a necessary hardship as the chapter already courts the thin line of heresy with the Blood Rituals practiced by the Sangiqukk Mystics.
>Captain Alexandrovich
Current Captain of the Ice Wraiths 3rd Company. Alexandrovich was involved in a cryo-weapon accident while just a scout, having part of his hippocampus frozen and permanently damaged. The injury has affected him ever since, manifesting in his refusal to bear any arms save cryo-weapons and his trusted chainblade, a cold, distant demeanor, and his seeming lack of memory of his life prior to being a scout of the Wraiths. It is also noted that the Captain has never once been recorded to even acknowledge the Wendigo curses' effects on himself. This has lead to many believing Alexandrovich is free of the flaw due to his accident and lending further legitimacy and hope to Forgefather Chekhov's experiments.
>Forgefather Chekhov
The current Master of the Forge, Chekhov is a technical savant even among a fairly technophilic chapter. In recent years the Forgemaster seems to be spending an unhealthy amount time conducting research and experiments, trying to see if cryothium can halt or reverse the effects of the Wendigo curse, his studies fueled by apparent absence of the psychological effects of the curse in Captain Alexandrovich. The Forgefather recently completely overhauled his personal wargear and armour to be more melee focused which only fueled the rumours that he has fallen to the Wendigo Curse and he doesn't have much time left.
>>
>>39444602
cont.
>Brother Ivan
Known for his lateral thinking and unorthodox methodology, Brother Ivan is known as a superb officer and master of improvising when plans go south. A respected 1st company Veteran, Ivan is currently attached to the Command Squad of Captain Alexandrovich and is viewed as his eventual successor should the Captain fall.
>Brother Lucius
Our Champion is Beastmaster Lucius Glaciem, notable for being the first to use his Yeti's cybernetic armor enhancements as cover while advancing. His kinship with the beasts is almost superhuman even for the mighty Ice Wraiths, being able to synchronize his timing almost perfectly with his hand-picked yeti squadron of 5, all of which he raised himself.

I was not personally around for the creation of Champion Lucius and am not totally sold on him yet. I think he needs a different name and a little more fleshing out
>>
>>39444628
>I was not personally around for the creation of Champion Lucius and am not totally sold on him yet. I think he needs a different name and a little more fleshing out

Seconded.
>>
Found it. It's a post earlier in the thread. this one >>39405217
I think if we wanna roll with this idea (it's not a bad one) then we:
1) make him captain of the 7th, traditionally all-biker, company but we have yetis not bikes so he would still be "the beastmaster"
2) have him in charge of what his name entails
3) change his name so it's not Lucius and it's more russian. Captain Grigari perhaps?
>>
>>39445057
I like this idea. I think Grigari works nicely.
>>

>>39445341
We got the Night Wolves and the Wayward Sons out of it.

The Night Wolves are a Khornate warband from the Planet Sibir, a former ice world transformed into a barren wasteland by Khorne's blazing wrath. The Imperium sent a chapter of White Scars successors and a Vostroyan regiment to purge the tainted world, but things changed when a Space Marine named Putinus found a Daemon Weapon. Corrupted by it's influence, Putinus corrupted his company as well as two other companies and a portion of the Vostroyan regiment and collaborated with the Iron Warriors to destroy the loyalists. At the end of the battle the Loyalists were destroyed so utterly that their very name was stricken from the records in shame, but the leader of the Iron Warriors was also slain, leaving Putinus to claim leadership and inviting any dissenters to argue with his daemonic weapon. The warband's tactics consist of the Iron Warriors using siege and attrition to whittle away and weaken the enemy before the Khorne-worshipping renegades, armed with Khornate charms, stolen Mk.4 armor and massive chainaxes charge in on their bikes and daemonic bear mounts. They leave no prisoners, only skulls for The Skull Throne. In addition, they use the stolen tech they possess to secure an alliance with a Dark Mechanicus cabal. Also there's a rogue Inquisitor who tries to help out, but everyone ignores him.

cont next post
>>
>>39445416
The second warband, the Wayward Sons, are a renegade chapter of Ultramarines Successors. They were assigned to protect a sub-sector, but found themselves corrupted by their charges. Disgusted by their heretical children, the Ultramarines took matters in their own hands and glassed the homeworld of the renegades, but failed to destroy the chapter.
Enraged, the Wayward Sons abandoned their former alliegance, took up worship of Chaos and an unknown God, and declared their intent to destroy the Emperor and all that he has created. They spent the next millenium or so nursing their wounds, adopting new tactics and bolstering their numbers with the aid of a few smaller warbands they absorbed. In time, they became a massive host of nocturnal hunters, sneaking upon their enemies and striking them at their weakest moment to inflict maximum damage and terror. To this end, they use the massive sandworms of their homeworld to burrow tunnels leading to the weakpoints of their enemies.
They are not alone in their endeavours, they also have the aid of a like-minded warband and an unknown xenos race. They have also often come into conflict with the Night Wolves, arrogantly seeing them as weaklings and bearlovers who hide in their trenches like cowards.
>>
>>39445416
>>39445438
Interesting... These are in the same sector as the Ice Wraiths?
>>
>>39445470
Yep that's what I planned for them. The Wayward Sons get around their opponents defenses by eating precognition granting powdered sandworm shit. I thought I should point that out.
>>
>>39445545
So it's like Frank Herbert's Dune... except not even trying to hide the fact it was conceived while on cocaine? I like this.
>>
>>39445545
They call themselves fremen
>>
Here is the full proposition for >>39445057
>Captain Grigari
Captain of the 7th Company, Grigari Glaciem, the "Beastmaster", is known for his love of the yetis native to Nixarteria. Recruiting only the brothers with the strongest bonds of fellowship with their beasts, Captain Grigari himself is bonded with an enormous yeti named Glacierfall, but usually affectionately referred to as "Brute". Neither Grigari nor Brute are particularly thoughtful or tactically-minded they make up for this with their sheer bloody-minded determination and their immense size, Grigari standing a full head taller than most of his brothers and brute being nearly twice the size of his. The 7th company under Grigari has become known for its' hammer-blow offensives and brutal assaults which is rather in contention with the rest of the Ice Wraiths doctrine of precise ambushes. During the incursion of Hive-Fleet Mi-go, Grigari and his men took the brunt of the main fighting and have now been reduced to barely two full squads of astartes in addition to the Captain's Command unit.

Or at the very least thats what the Xenos of warband are called, they summon the Worms, only they can control them, to this end they use devices called Thumpers when they need to bring the Worms to a battlefield, and placed a key locations to get the worms to target them (The Worms are a fusion of Graboids, Sandworms and, to a lesser extent, Pic related.)
>>
>>39445597

So in this sector we have;
Ice Wraiths-Loyalist Yeti riding,vampire,cryo weaponry using,cyborg chapter

Night Wolves-basically Putin Bikers,Khorne berzerkers on bikes, specializing in Siege ,descended from White Scars and Iron Warriors, use special mounts(mecha bears) and steals our yetis

And Wayward Sons,Ultramarine Succesors, worshipping God-Emperor Leto II,they are sneaky and use FUKHUEG sandowrms. So Fremen in 40k

Looks like a fun place to live
>>
>>39446084

I have the Regiment builder here
Lets get to work
http://1d4chan.org/wiki/Imperial_Guard_Regiment_Creation_Tables

What is the origin of our regiment? (1d10)

Imperial Guard: A true regiment, drilled and competent in their service. 1-4
Planetary Defense Force: What the Guard doesn't want, the PDF will take. 5-6
Penal Legion: Scum, criminals, murderers. Watch them closely. 7-8
Militia: Brave enough to defend their world without training or equipment. 9
Navy Armsmen: Experts in void-combat, they'll defend the ship or take the enemy's. 10

Spend most of their time complaining about how fucking cold it is when they are inevitably deployed with the Ice Wraiths.
>>
We are part of the Imperial Guard.
The draftees are mostly gangers and convicts who have shown above average abilities in combat.
The planet we got send to seems to have been abandoned for multiple eons, maybe even predating the emperor himself. The buildings look similar to the ones seen in old paintings.
Upon landfall scanners have not picked up a single sign of life, execpt for the plantlife itself, which is a lush jungle encasing the entire planet. So whatever caused this to happen to the planet has to been long gone, but it could turn up again anytime.
Our force is mainly made up out of Mechanized Infantry, armed with blessed wargear.
We rely heavily on trench warfare, and we dont back down from any fight, for we know that there is Glory in Death!

Also we like to team up with the Ice Wraiths to kick some serious Chaos Marine ass

So I've been thinking, what notable hero's would the Ice Wraiths have? I'm thinking a Marine that exploded a mountain with det-charges, burying a thousand orks and changing the course of one desparate battle. Make his name Mulan or something.
>>
>>39462206
The Hive Fleet is called Mi-Go, but these weapons were crafted before we encountered them.

>>39462230
Check the page. We have at least 5.
>>
Do we have any special artifacts?
>>
>>39462288
Well here, lemme list them. When we attack a planet under control of enemies of the Imperium, it goes a little something like this.

First our ships fire Cryothermal weapons in the planet's atmosphere, altering the biomes of the planet and turning it into a cold and snowy rock. When we have done this, we send down Drop Pods outfitted with drills that can drill into the surface when they land and proceed to move closer to the target and prepare to deploy. These pods are filled with our highly trained marines and cybernetically enhanced yeti mounts/companions. A select few of the pods deployed will be carrying Wendigos, the most ruthless of our battle brothers who have succumbed to the red thirst or black rage, and are frozen prior to combat commencing. These Wendigos are deployed first, to eliminate small portions of the enemy force and to strike fear into their heretical hearts. Then, when they are at their lowest point, the drill pods emerge from the icy ground. AND WE CHARGE.

So yeah, we have a few special attacks. Namely Ice weapons instead of flamers.

Oh. Thanks for the info.
>>
a one, a two, and a bumpity bump bump
>>
Have we focused on our innut heritage. Space Russia is nice and all but overdone. Let's add some Tibetan into our chapter and innut
>>
>>39465525
The whole point was that the Inuit elements are subdued.
>>
>>39465678
Well we should reference it a little more at least. At least a little bit more. It's non existant right now
>>
So what segment is our sector in? I'm suggesting pacific or temptus. Since we're dealing with kraken
>>
>>39465889
Pagefag has been busy.
Feast your eyes anons

and of course some editting to the original was done

>>
>>39465929
you missed the imperial guard we rolled yesterday
>>39457027
>>
>>39466047
Do they have a name? I can't make a page until they have a name and I didn't think they did
>>
>>39466072
i thought we agreed on >>39457411
>>
>>39466110
Right then. I'll get on that
>>
We still need to discuss organisation,
Also some Writefaggotery is missing
And we need to think about geography and location of Rusoya
>>
>>39466197
>Also some Writefaggotry is missing
All Ice Wraiths writefaggotry has been moved to it's own page
>http://1d4chan.org/wiki/Ice_Wraiths_Writefaggotry
i don't have time to add the other stuff right now but all you have to do is copy/paste it under a new heading. It's not that hard
>>
Added some stories from this thread.
There was some writefaggotery from other but i cant find them
>>
Ok so we now have a (sort of) portal/main page for what I have called the "Rusoya Sector Project"
As well as pages for 5 different factions that we have made so far for the sector. This includes
>Ice Wraiths
>Terindom Civil Reparations Regiment
>Night Wolves
>Hive Fleet Mi-go
>Wayward Sons
I think that we should focus on fluffing out those last 4 factions (the fluff sections on the pages are empty currently, although there is a brief summary of each faction on the page) and then after we get some fluff going we make some SoBs or another guard regiment cause there's way more not-imperials than imperials in an imperial sector right now
>>
>>39467743
And we need to fluff xenos Wayward Sons are allied with.

And finish Ice Wraiths
I think sector Rusoya will soon be among the best of /tg/ shit. Atleast i hope it will
>>
bump
>>
I'll roll out a regiment here soon with you all if anyone is interested>
>>
>>39468978
I'll be there if I can.
>>
>>39468978
i think both regiments should be same
Or maybe this will be regiment from Nixarteria?
>>
Alright here we go:

Rolling out a new IG regiment. Give me a 1d10
>>
Rolled 8 (1d10)

>>39469113
>>
Ok so we're a Penal Legion

Penal Legion: Scum, criminals, murderers. Watch them closely.

Now what is our Regiment Demographic? Give us a D100
>>
Rolled 60 (1d100)

>>39469205
>>
>>39469309

Ok, so we're space born convicts sentenced to fight for the emperor.

Spacers: Born on asteroids, off-world hab-stations, or the vessels of the Imperial Navy. (If Navy Armsmen was rolled, this may be taken as default)

1d10 for the nature of our recruitment please?
>>
Rolled 4 (1d10)

>>39469348
>>
>>39469205
Just a thought, we already have a penal legion in the sector. Our other regiment is Penal? Unless you guys are dead set on a penal legion maybe roll again?
>>
i'll hold off for this now unless everyone is ok with penal? otherwise we'll need to stop.

We rolled a elite tithe. So we're a X regiment born in space and the elite of the elite. Cool!

Elite tithe: The best of the best of the planet were recruited for this regiment. (If caste-born or nobility was rolled on demographic table, you may select this by default)
>>
I think we need to sort out the anatomy of the yet is, so far I have no idea what they look like, are they bipedal or not?
>>
I think we need to flesh out what we have. We have 5 factions and barely enough fluff for 1. We need to hold up on creating new ones and complete the ones we have to at least an acceptable standard. I'm not saying we shouldn't have more (well maybe no more marines for now) but Im saying we should finish what we already have started
>>
>>39469759
I think they should be huge artic white moose like creatures with a more human looking face and savager looking horns maybe some saver teeth as well
>>
>>39469873
I meant saber*
>>
>>39469857
I agree.

Pagefag, if its ok with you, we'll keep this new regiment on hold till other options are done.
>>
>>39469921
That would be fine. Save the rolls somewhere and we can come back to it. Right now I think we should work on the Terindom Civil Reparations Regiment.
>History
>Major Battles
>Strength
>Flavor
>Number of Regiments
>Type of weapons
>Style of warfare
All need to be decided on
>>
>>39470001
Also we need to Make some fluff for Terindom itself
>>
>>39470025
First off lets finish the Ice Wraiths. Where is our sector located?

I suggested Segmentum Pacficus or Temptus earlier. Since we're dealing with Kraken, lets be out near the Sabbat Worlds Cluster. Kind of there on the edge of space
>>
>>39470183
Yea they should of I'd be our main focus
>>
>>39470183
Alright then, We're close to the sabbat worlds. That works well and justifies the isolation of the area
>>
And what about the yetis they need to be defined they seem like bug gimmick of this chapter
>>
>>39469205
We've already got a penal legion?
>>
>>39470183
dumb anon, thats leviathan thats close to the Sabbat Worlds. Kraken is on the Eastern Edge near the Tau. I suggest it be near Tau space so we can deal with those commie weeboo.
>>
>>39470569
Behemoth was on the eastern edge threatening the tau wasnt it? It was the Eldar that Kraken went after

Quick attempt with moosebase +fangs
>>
>>39472951
Cool.
Also just a general thing I have finished writing the background for the Terindom Regiments. Ideas for individual regiments and characters are still needed but the planetary and regimental background is mostly completed. I based it off of what we had earlier in the thread but most of it was my own invention so it's not set in stone right now
>>
>>39472951
Looks pretty good maybe it should have slightly more ape like arms, I think that would add the extra justification for the yet I name
