After coming back from the fishing trip on the lake, Ellie, Cedric and Wolfric head back home and store away the fishing gear while waiting for the guy's father to call them and let them know he's home and ready to contact them online.

Stella ran around all day, and its exhausted, quickly falling asleep on the basket and cloth we set for her on the kitchen floor.

"Ellie, do you drink?" -asks Wolfric while grabbing a beer from the fridge
"Yes, of course?"
"Ah, Ellie, you haven't tried beer yet, its an alcoholic drink, you know" -warns Cedric
"Alcoool?"
"Its a liquor" -says Cedric. You've have wine before, remember.
"I will try one, then"

Wolfric hands her the beer can after popping it open for her, gently tosses one to Cedric, and opens one for himself.

"Bubbly!" -says Ellie after taking a sip, lowering her ears and getting a mild blush right away
"Hey, hey, she's not going to get drunk from one beer, right?"
"I doubt it, she's fine with wine"
"I bet, but does it gets her drunk?" -says Wolfric with a "get it?" expression
"I'm fine, the bubbles are fun"

After sitting down on the living room to wait for Baldric's call, they start talking about both Ellie's people and customs, or Alard's school.

It's a rather homely environment.

A wide arm and massive hand are on a mouse.

"Oh" -it is moved over towards the wide, smiling face of a healthy-looking, rather large old man- "Better now?"

With the scent of food, the puppy wakes up and starts trying to climb up Cedric's pants until he gently shooes her away.

Wolfric picks it up to pet and keep out of the way.

Dinner is a light cream with a glass of wine and white bread slices. The cream has some oregano leaves floating on its middle, and no other decoration.

"What is this made with?" -asks Wolfric
"Onions" -answers Cedric
"I don't like onions"
"I know, It's asparagus. Now eat, you big baby."

With Wolfric stuck washing dishes afterward, Cedric and Ellie sit together on the couch for a bit, leading to some soft ear nibbling as the elf girl squirms and blushes, but doesn't tries to pull away.

"You know, you shouldn't make your visits do the dishes"
"You are not visits, you are my brother. I cooked, you wash"

well she starts as a bully and a bitch and as the show goes on matures into a better person, tho the final battle was dissapointing as hell. The villain goes from having a will of iron to "the avatar is too strong, i give up" in like 4 PUNCHES. no powers, just a few punches. It felt so weird, forced and rushed. I think that originally the villain was meant to die or so but the executives probably said "we cant do that in a children's show" and thus we ended with a hamfisted ending.

And yes, the collar was played off for laugh as a girl intimidated one of the main male protagonists into marriage, and places the collar on him to show who was on top, then his friends point it out to him with "you are meant to place the collar on the girl, not the other way around" and he's like "I know, but I wouldn't dare". To make it extra "funny", its a dog collar, with spikes.

"Alright" -he says and gives her a kiss, then just hugs her

She is left wondering just how did that happen. Is "No, stop, that I like it" not a thing in this world?

"Ah, Cedric?" -she starts softly
"Yes?"
"Well, hmm..."
"We'll continue later, alright?" -he says with a smile as he hugs her
"A-alright"

"Hey, Cedric" -calls Wolfric as he finishes with the dishes- "When are you going to visit Alard and I?"
"I don't know, I guess that would be the next time I get vacations?"
"Well, I'll see you guys tomorrow before I leave"
"Alright, good night" -says Cedric
"Good night, mister Wolfric"

Cedric and Ellie stay downstairs for a bit, just enjoying eachother's warmth in peace until Cedric reaches for the remote and turns the television off.

"Alright. It is time, then?" -he says with a smile
"What for?"
"This" -he says as he picks her up on his arms and carries her upstairs

"C-cedric, what are you doing... ah!" -she whimpers as he gently kisses her ear

I'm in Arica, which is literally the northmost city of Chile. The volcano exploded waaaaay in the south, in Puerto Montt, which is riiiight where the southern archipelago starts. It's roughly 6000+ kilometers away. I'm fine.

Tho you have to wonder just how big the explosion was if its ashes crossed the mountain range and spilled unto Argentina to the east, and reached north as far as the capital (3000+ kilometers away from the volcano)

That being said, it feels as if we have a new natural disaster every 15 days over here. Had 3 floods, 2 giant forest fires and 2 earthquakes just in the last month... wait actually thats more like a natural disaster every 4 days...

Stella greets her happily once she senses her, and Ellie shush her gently.

The puppy goes quiet, and keeps following her around.

Somewhat to Elliezabella's surprise, Wolfric makes his way downstairs first.

"Good morning, miss Elliezabella"
