That many guardsmen couldn't exist in a solar system, even if you filled every available space with them.

Take chemistry terms. A single atom of hydrogen weighs roughly 1.68 *10^-24 grams. A mole of those atoms, or 6.022 * 10^23 of them, weights 1.01 grams.

As many hydrogen atoms as there are guardsmen would result in a mass of 8.27 * 10^67, or a fucking number bigger than I can remember on the metric scale, if it even fucking bothers.

For reference, the weight of our entire solar system is roughly 2.0 * 10^34 grams. Which means this hydrogen could form 4.12 * 10^33 of our solar systems, and still have some hydrogen left over to fuck itself or whatever. And again, for reference, our galaxy only has about 200 billion stars in the galaxy, and I get to say only in this situation because that number subtracted from our theoretical solar systems doesn't even change the exponent. Shit, if I added together all the average stars in all the galaxies we've guessed and subtracted it that might change that exponent, but not by much.

And this is an atom that's so fucking small you can't even really understand it's size. Preforming the same math on an average human would produce results that would be the end of our entire universe as we know it. Science would have problems simply attempting to figure out what would happen in that situation.

I also make no assurances that any of my math is correct, I've got too many finals that I've been studying for to ensure random ass math here is solid.

Assuming 100g per model, and doing some rounding with the gravitational constant and other things I can't be arsed to keep track of, the black hole formed by just that femtosecond's Titans would be ~10^33 km radius, equal to ~10^7 observable universes.

The math would take too long to grind out, but I strongly suspect that the energy created by pushing that many Titan models through atmospheric resistance would itself comprise enough mass to form a stable-ish black hole.

I believe you are severely underestimating the magnitude of these numbers. Assuming moving one Titan takes a second, the amount of time required to complete a full turn is 3.07 x 10^81 years. In fact, even if we assumed moving a single titan took the shortest useful measure of time conceived, the Planck Time, a turn would still take 5.25 x 10^30 years. During that period we could relive the current age of our universe roughly three hundred eighty quintillion times. By the time the turn had ended, the protons and neutrons that constitute atomic particles will have begun to decay into their constituent parts, all the stars will have died with much of their mass bled off in the form of leptonic/photonic gas that now primarily composes existence, and the only appreciable sources of thermal radiation in the Universe will be axial hawking radiation from black holes.

Not only will our lives be all extinguished, but the particles necessary for the formation of life as we know it will no longer exist. For all human purposes, the the Universe will have ended.

Assuming 10^83 dice 16mm to the side, it would require a spherical hobby shop some 4.6*10^25m in radius, equal to 4.9 billion light years. This would be a substantial fraction of the observable universe, and if constructed out of half-inch-thick plywood, would mass about 1.72*10^52 kg empty. This is a mere 124 million times more massive than the largest known black hole, and its theoretical event horizon would be ~2.5*10^25m (a bit more than half the radius of the hobby shop). Surface gravity would be a negligible 5.4*10^-10 m/s^2.

I am not sure whether an event horizon would form inside it, but I am pretty sure it would not collapse into a black hole, as the structural integrity of half-inch plywood is more than enough to account for less than a billionth of Earth gravity.
