With Sen - a member of Mai's magical girl team - possibly working in your interests, Makoto and the gang have returned to school on the second day of the bizarre festival competition. With the knowledge that Mai may be backing the substantial rewards of the competition, perhaps there's some fun to be had in winning this thing after all? Assuming you could garner the support of enough clubs. You can't let your guard down though; it's only a matter of time before they formulate a new, sinister plan.

You are Makoto Kiryoka; a teenage boy with a penchant for getting into strange situations. You bear the power of the magical girl Maiden White against the wicked souls that seek to terrorise the innocent.

> This session might be a little slower than usual, just because I'm pretty tired, but we'll see.

It's just past midday when you find yourself in the clubroom of the former sewing club. In an effort to stick it to Mai Aihara; part of a rival magical girl faction, you've been recruiting various school clubs to fight and compete in your name for the competitive festival. If you can succeed, not only will you net a nice vacation for the summer, but it'll be at Aihara's expense. How could you resist?

The swimming club is currently on your side, but you think you've found more allies in the crafts club; a mix of various creative clubs, none of which are happy about being mushed together.

"So all you need is some more members, a teacher on your side, and a stack of paperwork?" You ask Murata-san, the head of the sewing club. She tightens a string at your waist, causing you to squeak as it constricts around you.

"S'a lrt er perperwerk." She mumbles through the pins between her teeth. She stands back from you and taps her chin, looking down at your outfit. You're a sucker for pretty clothing and the club is always on the lookout for new models so it seemed like a perfect fit- much like the flat gown you're currently wearing. Little more than base material right now, you were hoping for something more elaborate than a simple dress, but you suppose art takes time. The shoes are cute at least; you could pass this off as a summer dress.

"If I didn't know better..." She mutters in disbelief. Putting on the outfit meant that you had to take off your girls uniform and... well, lets just say the thought of putting on custom clothing got you a little excited. There wasn't much hiding *that* from her. Luckily Shizuko managed to explain before Murata thought you spontaneously grew a penis, and now is just wondering about the specifics of this.

"I guess it's not too different; you have the physique of a girl." She sighs, holding up one of your arms as she measures it. "...Maybe some support down there would help?" She asks, eyeing your lower half.

"Uh, t-that's fine, thanks." You reply, backing off shyly and cupping your crotch.

Your friends; Aoi Saito, Umeki Yasuka, Shun Tanakawa, and Shizuko Kikuro, all sit nearby, enjoying your dressup to various degrees. Hiroko has stepped out for a minute to handle something, but promised to be back soon. Not that you mind; she was a bit clingy on Saito for your liking. He and Shun have so far been unable to take their eyes off you.

"Hey, do the spin." Shun asks, mindlessly wobbling back and forth on her backwards chair. You blink and twirl around, letting the hem fly upwards.

"Hehehe~ do it again." She giggles like a schoolgirl. Looks like Shun found some fun in this club after all. Saito's been quiet, but you get the feeling he's been enjoying your display just as much as she has.

"Hey, Aoi, how do I look in this?" You ask, standing with chest thrust and legs apart. He quickly opens his mouth to say something before shooting a glance at the room full of people, at which he slumps down a little.

"You look fine, Makoto. It's... it's a nice dress." He says, scratching his head. Still with the confidence issues, despite manning up.

"Mai's still performing in the gym." Shizuko informs you, tapping at her phone. With clean hair, she's actually on the verge of being cute; not that she seems interested. She's been keeping you up to date on various things going on around the school though.

"You sure?" You tell her. She smiles and leans back.

"Trust me, Makoto. When it comes to recon, I'm your girl." She boasts, twirling her phone by an attached loop around her index finger. Her attitude is short lived as the phone quickly flies off and hits the floor, and she scampers after it. Recon maybe, but certainly not poise.

Well if Saito can't appreciate this, then you'll perform for someone who can. At Shun's behest, you spin again, letting the dress fly free. She watches you happily as you step towards her and then, on purpose, trip.

"Ahh!" You squeak as you tumble backwards towards her. Shun reacts quickly though and pushes the chair aside to catch you. Her grabs you before you hit the ground, your legs barely bent. You look back up at her and smile. "Thanks Shun."

"Hehe, it's all good." She replies, looping her arms around your waist in a hug as she sits back down properly with you in her lap. "Ah man, you're so cute like this." She mews as her hug tightens. She brings a hand to your chin and guides it towards hers, locking you into a kiss. From an outsiders perspective, since Shun is wearing a male gakuran uniform, it almost looks like a regular couple.

"Except they're both traps..." Murata mumbles. Saito watches as well, probably regretting not being more candid earlier, but that quickly fades as Hiroko returns.

"I'm back, I was just- woah." She says before noticing you two kissing on the chair. The two of you open your eyes and stop mking out for a second, long enough for Shun to wave.

"Hey Hiroko. Look how cute he is~!" She says, pointing at you with both hands as you blush in response. Murata and Hiroko both stare at you.

"...Maybe she just forgot she was a girl." You hear one of them whisper.

"Hey!" you stand, "I'll have you know I'm positively, 100% a guy!" You assert, slapping your chest.

"Smi~le." You hear Shizuko ask as she raises a camera towards you. You smile happily and pose as she snaps the picture. She looks over it and snickers. "How about we go with 99%?" She asks, showing the girly stature you adopted. Your cheeks could be mistaken for tomatoes considering how red they just got.

"Well I know you're a man, Makoto." Umeki assures you, grasping your hand lightly.

"Really?" You ask, sparkles in your eyes. She hesitates for a second.

"...Yes?" She answers back after about a minute. You twitch, but accept it regardless; you can't really fight it like this. She also seems to be holding your uniform for some reason; you don't remember giving it to her. "Ah!" She reacts as she sees you watching her, "I-I was just looking at it. It's different from what I'm used to. The skirt is so short and the top is so tight." She mutters, running a hand down it.

"Wanna try it on?" You ask, planting hands on either hip. She blinks at you and glances at the outfit, nodding slightly. That's all you need. Umeki heads behind a divider and changes into the outfit, stepping back out. It's probably a size too small on her; resulting in a shirt that looks like its about to burst and a definitely-too-short skirt. Still, no-one complains.

"Hey Makoto, strike a pose!" Shizuko demands, holding her camera up again. You do as the cameragirl commands as Umeki flinches in the shutter. You manage to loosen her up by guiding her in a few poses though, and soon you're doing pair poses easily. Shun seems like she's in heaven right now, and joins in for a few shots, happy to be between two girls. Shizuko just keeps taking shots. "Nice desu-ne..."

Hiroko claps her hands. "Hey, hey, this isn't the photography club-"

"Actually it is." Murata juts in.

"...Okay maybe it is, but didn't you have something you were doing, Makoto?" She asks. It's slipping your mind right now.

fine by me though we should check that people think they can do the task like im not 100% certain how Saito feels about getting the wrestling club on his own for example.

"I guess." You mutter, still posing with Umeki. Hiroko watches you with a raised eyebrow until you finally knock it off and change back. Umeki gets back into her sundress and you get your uniform back, female of course. It almost feels like a bet to wear it for the entire day now.

"Alright," you sit down on a chair, your friends surrounding you, "we have a few things to get done so I think we should split up for now. Shizuko, Hiroko; I want you two to go out a recruit some more members for this club. Shizuko knows the club, she's the best choice there."

"Y-Yeah, but I'm not so good at the talking." She says sheepishly.

"I know, so you can leave that part to Hiroko. Just butt in with information when they need it." You reply. She blinks and looks at Shimada.

"...That might work." She admits, narrowing her eyes.

"Of course it will. I'll be behind you all the way, girlfriend!" Hiroko tries to sound peppy to assure her.

"Never. Say that. Again." She shoots back, coldly. Hiroko dips her hair shamefully.

"Yosh. Saito, you take Shun and go recruit the wrestling club. Both of you are strong and upbeat, so I'm counting on you both to convince them." You say. The two nod and shake hands.

"They have a girls division in this club o' yours?" She asks.

"No, but dressed like that you might not have an issue." He shoots back, both 'friendly' glaring at each other. At least they're excited, you guess.

"Finally, I'll take Umeki to deal with the faculty and paperwork. She's the least informed about the school so I'll look after her."

"Ah, thank you." Umeki nods. With everyone assigned, you break and head off in your own ways. You're already familiar with a teacher you could ask, but you're not sure if she'd be the best option. As for paperwork, Yui's probably your best bet there.

Holding this stack of papers is awkward to say the least, so you decide to head to the student councilroom first. With the day starting to wane, some people are heading home and others are just roaming the halls, resulting in a larger amount of people inside. With your face buried in papers, it's harder for people to recognise you; exacerbated by Umeki's beauty drawing their gaze. More than once you hear comments of "Does that girl go here?" and the like as you walk, but she seems unabated by them. More accurately, she seems so oblivious as to not even realise they're talking about her.

"Um... Makoto." You hear her ask as you walk together. "I wanted to ask but I'm not sure if it's the right thing to say but... why exactly do you crossdress?" She finally asks.

"Huh?" The stack of papers flutters in your grasp but you hold it steady. "Why are you confused? You've seen me in a dress before."

"Yes, but you can turn into a girl, right?" She bites her lip. "Seems like it'd be easier just to do that if you wanted to wear the uniform. If you're like this, someone might accidentally see-" She cuts herself off and goes red.

"You mean my pe-"

"Exactly, your pectorals." She raises a finger. You stare at her with your mouth agape. Right... those.

> That's just a risk I'm willing to take Umeki.
> Eh, I just felt like it.
> I... wanted to see what it would be like.
> It's a favor to Yui and Shun. They like this sort of thing.
> Do you want to see my pe... pectorals?

You two arrive at the councilroom shortly and step inside. To your surprise, the mess of paperwork Yui was already dealing with is almost reduced by half. With glasses at her eyes and a pen in her hand, she seems to read and complete each file with expertise and speed; Ren & Kyo barely keeping up as her little office monkeys. They jump on you the second you enter though.

"Makoto-chan!" They cry out. You sigh and smile.

"Hi... girls?" You ask, scratching your head.

"Did people notice you?" Ren asks.

"Maybe, I think a few-"

"Did you show off for them?" Kyo quickly asks, interrupting you.

"I just-"

"How many did you kiss?" Another asks. These questions are quickly becoming personal. "Did you show them your-"

"OKAY!" You slap your hands over their mouths. "Just calm down and I'll tell you later." You walk over to Yui's desk and plop the files down. "If it's not too much trouble, Yui, could you help us out with these? The arts and crafts club wants to split back up into regular clubs again."

"I'm aware." She says, still staring down at her desk. "I was the one who folded it."

"Y- What?" You stutter in surprise.

"High cost, too many clubs, I was in a cutting mood. Not that it was a recent thing, mind you; I did it ages ago though, before I even met you, Makoto. I suppose I was just more ontop of things back then." She explains, still focusing on her work. The dedication here is impressive to say the least, despite her callous words. "They'll just have to learn to live with it."

"Eh, I just felt like it." You say, throwing your hands behind your head. Umeki seems a little disappointed in your answer.

"That's it? Just a whim?" She asks. You shrug.

"Well, it's easier to explain that I'm just crossdressing rather than how I spontaneously turn into a girl after all." You reason.

"Oh... I suppose that's true." She nods, looking to the side.

"Why are you so interested anyway?" You ask, tilting your head.

"I guess I've just never encountered anyone like you, Makoto." She says, stopping and turning to you. "Most people would tell you to stop and do what they think is right, but you don't let that bother you. It's kind of inspiring in a way." She says, smiling happily. You never thought wearing a dress was anything inspiring but Umeki looks pretty happy right now so you don't want to ruin this for her.

"Not that I want to dress as a man or anything, but I've always been told what to do, what to think and dress like." She muses, staring up at the ceiling as you two continue to walk. "Honestly the only place I can recall being able to be myself is the fantasies in my head, and I guess you saw how that turned out." She looks down sheepishly, recalling her princely tirade earlier. She did go overboard with that, but then you can't recall any situation where she seemed like she'd be in danger of doing that.

"I've been feeling a lot of strange things lately, for you and your friends, but all I can think about is my father telling me to straighten up and stop being so foolish. I guess through you I can live a bit vicariously, you know?" She shrugs, smiling weakly.

> So long as the prince stays hidden, I'm fine with it.
> I'm glad to be that person for you.
> It can be fun to indulge your desires sometimes.
> Umeki, if you have strange feelings, you should absolutely explore them.

Hearing that Yui split the club up is a shock, but makes sense, considering how she used to be. She could have even been partially acting as Strict at the time. Despite that, her reasoning is pretty solid.

"Come on Yui, the club wants to separate again." You insist.

"I don't doubt it, Makoto, but I just don't see the need right now." She replies back, stacking some papers.

"You use the sewing club all the time for your outfits!" You swing your hands up in the air for emphasis. She scratches her cheek.

"Y-Yes, but that's no reason to play favourites." She crosses her arms and looks up at you.

"Look, if the club splits, they'll be indebted to us. You can make all the pretty outfits you want and I can get the points from their activities. It's a win-win, especially for us!" You say, pumping your fist. Yui seems to glare at you, solidly. "W-What?"

"Nothing. You just reminded me of..." She mutters, taking off her glasses. "I'll see what I can do as a friend to you, but I have to ask, are you really doing this to beat Mai?" She asks plainly. You scoff.

"No, but if they just so happen to help us with it, I-"

"Makoto." She states firmly, knocking your senses a bit. "You've been quite zealous lately, I just hope you're not getting too obsessed with this. I don't want to see you start abusing people for your own gains." She glances down with a sombre expression. "She was a friend once, Makoto."

You're not too fond of Umeki skewering you - at least not in that way - but she really does need to learn to let go.

"It can be fin to indulge your desires sometimes, Umeki." You tell her. She turns to you with an open mouth. "Maybe not your full-on fantasy mode, but you shouldn't feel ashamed of wanting to try something... or someone." You mutter the last part, unsure if she heard.

"Right... so," she dips her head, "So if I wanted to... t-touch..." She stops and minces her hands, going red in the cheeks. "If I w-wanted to touch your... ears..." She squeaks, holding hands in front of her face.

"Then you should do it." You complete for her. She smiles, mouth wide and happy.

"O-Okay!" She nods. "N-Next time you change, I'll d-do all kinds of things to you, Makoto!" She insists, pointing at you. Two guys passing by stop for a second at that, staring at you. The awkward pause stretches until you grab Umeki's hand and lead her away. Not even part of the school and she could already have some rumors about her started. Great...

She looks happy though, still with that dedicated smile and blushing cheeks, so you suppose that's what matters.

-----===-----

"I... I'll keep that in mind." You tell Yui at her insistence. "But I'm not just doing this for me, y'know? Shizuko and Murata, all of those people wanted this. I'd be willing to at least try, even if it meant no points." You tell Yui. She softens at that, and sighs.

"I know. That's why I love you, after all." She leans forward on the desk,

"Aww." The twins moan. Yui throws a stack of paper at them as an interruption, and they start picking all of it up. You sit down on a chair next to her as Umeki helps the twins pick up paper.

"So... what happened between you two? You and Mai, I mean?" You ask, leaning back. Yui sighs, staring into midair.

"Probably less than it felt like at the time. We met as juniors, probably my first real friend. The Oomura doctrine of proper conduct doesn't have much to say on schoolyard friendships." She smirks, tapping her head. "She wasn't always like she is now, you know? She was even shy at one point, such a little cutie."

"You're not going to say 'She reminded me of you' are you?" You groan, expecting it. Yui giggles.

"Would that be so wrong? A little bit, I must admit, but you're different people. Mai and I were... close," she intertwines her fingers, "but as time went on, we both became a little too fervent with our pursuits. Mai liked the attention, the glory, and I liked the submission, the power. Together we made a fearsome pair, we owned that school. Council was little more than a front for our ruling." She sighs lovingly, no doubt recalling some perverse memories.

"To be honest, I don't clearly recall our breaking point. I think I may have caused it initially. I was jealous, went on to embarrass her, and she retaliated. It quickly grew from there, and evnetually I was glad to be moving away. Looking back on it, it was pretty stupid, but I guess Mai's got all the attention she could ever want now... I still miss how we used to be." You expected some history from them, but Yui seems awfully attached to her. Maybe that's why she was able to convince her so easily. From what you recall, Mai did say she still cared about Yui, unless that was a lie.

"But, she's our enemy now. Don't worry, I won't let old feelings get in the way." Yui asserts, recalling a firm posture.

"Right..." You say, standing back up. Telling from the light outside, it's getting close to the end of school. You won't have more to do today, but some points is better than none.

You have faith in Saito and Shun's ability, so you decide that seeking out Konoe-sensei is the best idea for now. There might not even be a match on today, so they'll probably just be talking.

"I'm gonna go talk to the teacher about the club splitting, okay?" You tell Yui. She nods and agrees, already back into her paperwork. As a parting gift, you lean down and hug her from the side, kissing her on the cheek lovingly. She giggles and pushes back.

"Come on, I've got work to do." She urges, but you can feel her tugging back at you affectionately. "I will get you in an office skirt one day though, then you can interrupt my work by bending over~." She whispers, sliding hand up your thigh and towards the crotch.

"Makoto, are you ready?" Umeki asks, popping in from the side. Dammit Umeki... so close.

"Y-Yeah, let's go." You say, stepping from from Yui. She blows you a kiss as the two of you leave, winking goodbye. You're a little depressed to be leaving that as you walk down the halls, but business before pleasure, you suppose. The faculty office isn't far and you slide the door open to see some teachers at their desks, filling out work. Not having classes is a little easier on them now that most of the work from the early week has been sorted out. Konoe herself is there, tapping away at a keyboard when she notices you.

"Oh, uh, Makoto." She says, hesitating when she notices you still in the female uniform. "What is it this time?"

"Thank god for that..." She sighs. "Uh, but I'm surprised you're handling this. You're not part of the club, are you?" She asks, glancing at her screen.

"No, but I have friends there." You explain. "Aaand, I was hoping they'd sponsor me with their points for the competition."

"Sponsor... Oh right, Aihara is doing that as well. Ohh!" She claps her hands together. "That's the reason you're dressed like that. I'm not sure if it's the best idea to trick the boys like this, Makoto." She sighs, placing her hands in her lap.

"I'm- I'm not doing this to trick people!" You say, blushing a little.

"That's right, he's doing it because he felt like wearing girls clothes." Umeki interjects, supporting you.

"Ex...actly." You say. Konoe seems somewhat unconvinced.

"Even so, I'm pretty sure dressing like that is against the rules during regular classes. I'll tolerate it for now, but we might have an issue if you keep dressing like that past this week." She explains, leaning back. "Wouldn't want you trying to sneak into the girls changing rooms after all." She adjusts her glasses and leers.

"I already- I mean, I would never dream of it!" You reply, clapping your hands together in a holy prayer. It's half-true; you never exactly snuck into the female changing rooms for swimming club, you just walked in. Most of the time you were a girl as well, but the point stands.

"Well that's good." Konoa nods, relieved.

"I guess my other option is to undress in the male locker room then with the guys." You suggest, crossing your arms. "I'll make sure to do that."

"Ye-" Konoe almost agrees when her face suddenly freezes in place. "Wait... with the boys?"

"Yeah?" You say back plainly. "You said I couldn't go in the girls so obviously I'd have to undress with the boys."

"You..." She looks you up and down, taking in your feminine physique and supple features, easily a match for a regular girl, "...Can't!"

"Eh, why not?" You pout.

"Well you- uh," she points at you and holds a hand to her mouth, biting her lip. "You don't exactly look... If they see someone that looks like YOU undressing t-they might get the wrong idea."

"What idea?" You ask, smiling happily. "It's just me, naked, in a room full of sweaty, horny, teenage boys. What could go wrong?" You ask, shrugging. Konoe spits out her tea at your description. "I mean; after a long day of tiring work, I'd be perfectly comfortable stripping off those sweaty clothes and exposing my bare supple skin to a crowd of men. I'd be tired, after all, so they might even be able to help me strip down and-"

"You know exactly what the problem is, you little-!" Konoe shouts, standing up from her chair. She stops when she realises the other teachers staring and sits back down. Umeki is still behind you, and blushing brilliantly at your description. She's a fan of that too? Yui and her might have dialogue available then.

"Maybe the girls would be a better idea..." She mumbles to herself, adjusting her glasses. This time, you flinch.

"B-But you just said-"

"I know, but somehow I feel like that's the less dangerous option." She admits, twitching her eye. "Maybe we need to build a third locker room... *sigh* Why can't you just pick a gender and stick with it?" She asks, exhausted.

"You're not the first person to wish for that."

"I don't doubt it. Anyway, as for the club, I'll look into it. So long as there's no paperwork involved, I'm perfectly happy to help." She assures you. Exactly how much assurance the assistance of a teacher that hates paperwork is evades you for the moment. How did she even get this job...

"I make no promises." You say stoically. Konoe slams her head on the desk again. "Hehe, but uh" you say as she raises her head again, "what if they were other boys like me?" You suggest. She stares at you for a solid minute.

"Makoto, I really doubt there's any boy quite like you." She sighs.

"I can think of a potential one~" You giggle. She slams her hand on the desk.

"Then tell him not to strip either!" She insists. With that, you back off and take your leave, letting her recover from this conversation.

You step out of the faculty office with a sigh. With Konoe on your side, the club should have a good chance of splitting up. No knowing how many points this might get you, but you'll need a lot more to beat Ichida and Mai. The bell on the school goes, signifying the end of the day, and Umeki panics.

"Ah, what time is it?" She asks.

"Uh... home time?" You say, shrugging.

"I need to go pick up Momo from school. Do you mind if I take off?" She asks. You don't have anything really left to do with her, so you nod and escort her down to the ground floor. "I'll keep thinking about what you said." She calls out as she runs towards the school gates, waving back at you and smiling. You wave back, at least until she smacks into the gate - not looking where she's going - and wobbles outside.

"Bit of an airhead, that chick." You hear someone comment.

"Maybe, but she's trying." You say, turning to the voice. You almost jump back and hit the wall when you recognise the pink-haired girl who spoke. "W-When did- What are you-

"Oh relax," she sighs, throwing her arms behind her head, "Detestable as you are, I doubt you'd strike me in plain sight and I don't have my plans in order for you yet." She admits, taking a few steps towards the gate before spinning around and smirking.

"Besides, I don't have time to waste on you today."

"Time to waste...?" You ask, still keeping your guard up. She flicks her hair back and clasps her hands together.

[1/2]
>>
>>39799854

"Heh, I'll have you know I have an amazing opportunity in front of me today." She boasts, standing with her legs apart triumphantly.

"You're finally getting that brain you've always wanted?" You ask with a smirk. She twitches and fumes at you.

"I- Rnngh! No, I have the honor to train with the one and only, Romi-san!" She announces, pointing a hand up to the sky. "Idols like me dream of getting the chance to be trained by someone as impressively skilled as her." She gushes, wobbling back and forth. She couldn't mean...

"It's exceptionally hard but only the best idols come out of it, and they go on to do great things. And I'm going to be one of them!" She asserts. This boastful attitude irritates you, but if it distracts her, maybe this is a good thing. You can't shake the feeling this is somehow familiar to you.

Suddenly, you feel a strange click in your head. "Huh?" You blurt out as the bizzare sensation flows over you, and suddenly ceases. Some lights and equipment flickers nearby, but then returns to normal. You could have sworn that was... magical? It couldn't be-

"Naru, now?" Mai asks. Looking back at her, she seems just as confused as you, if not moreso. Noone else seems to have noticed and if she's mentioning Naru, that had to have been her Blackout! Sen did it!

"If she's causing one now- Argh, dammit, I wanted to see Romi today but if Naru's in trouble..." Mai seems to be hesitating on her plans. That could be bad; she could potentially end this thing early and spoil your chances to recover Shun's powers, not to mention find out about what Sen did. Then again, you do have a ready-made distraction available to you here...

I-It's not at all that you're interested in idol training.

As bad as keeping Mai company sounds, if you can keep her occupied for this blackout, Robo should have all the time he needs to retrieve Shun's focus from his vault. Whilst she's still befuddled, you turn and dial up Robo on your phone to get an update.

"Come on, come on..." You mutter, hearing only a dial tone. Dammit, he isn't answering- could it be interrupting you? Finally, it seems to stop and you hear a voice. "Robo?"

"No, it's Yuuki." His voice comes over the line. "That feeling just now, is it on?" He asks. You can hear some shaking in his voice.

"Yeah, is there something wrong with Robo?" You ask.

"No, we expected this. The blackout is supposed to disrupt magical sensing, but it can also affect our method of communication. Don't worry, even if he was knocked offline, everything should be set up to be automatic. S-Should be." Yuuki explains, a little frantically.

> I hope you're right.
> Relax, Yuuki. I trust you.
> This better work.

You flip down the phone and sigh. Now for your turn.

"So," you say to Mai, putting your hands in your pockets, "you're heading off then?"

"I..." She hesitates in her response. You smirk and cross your arms.

"Sure, go do whatever. I'll even take your spot." You suggest. She blinks at that. "I mean, if you're missing there should be an opening, ri~ght?" You ask.

"There- You can't just-" She mutters, absolutely flustered. You run your hands through your hair.

"I'd imagine you'd have to be quite pretty and talented for such idol training, so I doubt you're missing much." You chuckle as you pass her, enjoying the gasping expression on her face. "Besides, I'm pretty sure I actually know Romi anyway." You glance back over your shoulder.

"Wh-What!? How could you-"

"Romi... Saito?" You ask, turning around. Mai flinches in shock. "Mhm, yeah, I'm friends with her son. I doubt she'd have any objections to me." You smirk, turning around. "Later." You start counting down on your finger. One, two, three-

"YOU WAIT A MINUTE!" You hear her shriek as she runs after you, cheeks red from shock and frustration. "No way am I giving my spot up to some evil hack! You're not even an idol!"

"Isn't an idol always supposed to wear a smile and have a nice personality?" You ask, yawning. "Seems like you're more of an amateur than I thought." You comment at her. She's grinding her teeth with force enough to liquefy walnuts right now. You might be enjoying this? You blink as she runs past you, picking up speed. If you're walking together, she's at least determined to be in front.

The walk there is done in relative silence, apart from the occasional face or quick you two shoot at each other; Mai walking a few feet ahead of you, until you reach the apartment building. You recall seeing it before, back when you escorted Saito home, but you've never been inside before. The lower level is pretty broad, but the upper sections look like regular housing.

"Right! It's time." Mai says, psyching herself up for this. You just stroll right in ahead of her, at least until she follows after, determined not to fall behind, and you both search for the room. The place seems to be at least partially owned by Saito's mother, or so you can tell; a large sign directs you to an elaborate gymnasium, where a number of girls are performing. All of them are incredibly beautiful, with heavenly voices, so much so that you feel a little nervous being here. You hear a gulp from Mai as well, but she quickly composes herself before you notice any reservation on her face.

A tall, stoic woman with blue hair stands nearby with a clipboard, watching the girls with relative boredom. She even looks like an adult version of female Saito, which is a little cute to you. Still, what now?

I think Yuiki would plan this our and see the duplicate effort as a waste the chance to impress Momo and little extra risk as the foci can be kept safely in an easier to access location on the station even if he doesn't give it back. Romi doesn't know you yet, but you're determined to talk to her first, before Mai does. Maybe just a little bit of competition inside you, but following it, you walk over to the woman and bow, giving your biggest smile.

"Hi, are you Romi Saito?" You ask, tilting your head. She glances down at you, brushing her long hair aside and holding a clipboard to an admittedly ample bust.

"Yes, Are you here to try out?" She asks, raising an eyebrow. Something about her demeanour seems cold, and threatening. It reminds you a little bit of Hana, but you doubt this woman has the miniguns to back up that threatening aura.

"Ah, well I'm interested at least. Hehe, my name is Makoto K-OYUGH" You crumble, mid-introduction, as Mai removes her elbow from your gut, mid-bow.

"I'd love to try out for your training, Saito-sensei! My name is Mai Aihara, or more commonly, the fabulous Mai-chan. Maybe you've heard of me?" She asks, waving her hands. That... bitch, you think as you recover from the sucker punch. Thankfully, Mai gets her own when Romi leans down to glare at her and leers right into her eyes.

"Nope." She replies flatly. Mai seems to shrink down and tap her fingers together.

"O-Okay, that's fine. A-A lot of people here don't know me." She mumbles softly, mostly to herself. Seeing her get scolded (?) is some comfort at least.

"Well, *cough* I've heard of Saito alright," you butt in, slamming your hand into Mai's face and pushing her back, "I know you son, Aoi, from school. We're good friends." You say, acting as nice as possible. Romi gives you her stink-eye this time.

"So?" She asks flatly.

"...Uhm, j-just thought I'd mention it." You say, chuckling nervously. It doesn't help to calm you down in the face of her glare. She studies the two of you intently before closing her eyes.

"Haa~ If this is everyone I guess we'll get started." She says, clipping her clipboard. Despite the talent on display, she seems utterly unimpressed so far. Romi leans back up and blows on a whistle. At once, the other girls come running; each prettier than the last. Most of them even have their own outfits, ones that put your simple school uniform to shame. You'd show them, if you has your maiden outfit on.

"W-Wait, I thought you only did a limited amount of spots?" Mai asks, looking around at the group. There have to be at least 20 people here, counting the two of you. Romi gleams over her clipboard.

"I do have limited spots. We'll see how many I feel like giving to you girls." She speaks, voice thick with a threatening venom. Y-You're starting to realise why Saito might be scared of his own mother...

Romi first has each girl line up and perform what talents they know how to do. Some sing, some dance; but all of them at staggeringly impressive at what they do. You feel out of your league here, but Mai seems a little more assured. That being said, you do see her sweating, so even she's being intimidated here.

"Alright... Makoto was it? You're up." She shouts, pointing in front of her. You walk over, nervously and smile. You feel a little distracted by some of the girls on the sidelines, giggling or smirking at you. "Came in her school uniform, how embarassing..." you hear muttered from some of the girls in beautiful dresses. Dammit, Mai is in her outfit too, tease her! Speaking of which, Mai just seems to be staring at you. Sizing up her competition, perhaps.

"Alright, do your thing." Romi asks, sitting on her fold-out chair.

"My... my thing?" You ask, nervously.

Whatever it is you do, your talent. Impress me." She says, issuing it like a challenge.

"Talent... talent..." You repeat, feeling yourself gulp. You were only occupied with keeping Mai busy, you didn't realise you had nothing planned for this. You've never even tried dancing before, and your singing isn't much better but dammit, it's all you've got right now. Your transformed body might be better at it, but you can't just transform here. Besides, how are you supposed to explain where your magical dress - and hair... and boobs - came from? No, you just have to try your best here. You decide to sing about the only thing you know for sure... JUSTICE!

"...Go go, GETTER RANGERS!" You sing out. Justice, sadly, comes in the form of a cheesy theme song from a morning sentai that you watch. It's embarrassing to sing here, particularly in front of these girls, but you know all the lyrics well enough to not mess them up, and it was all you could think of that had justice in the title. You distinctly hear some girls to the side start chuckling, trying to hold back their laughter that you would choose to sing this, rather than a more popular song. It makes the end of your song wobble a little bit, but you manage to make it all the way through.

Surprisingly, Romi didn't seem to flinch once throughout your performance, or even react beyond writing something down or leaning forward.

"Mkay... next." She says, completely devoid of ceremony. You stand there for a second before going over and sitting down, unsure about what just happened. You didn't do... terribly, did you? The other girls seem to think so, as another one is called up. She sings as well, but does a foreign power-ballad with pitch-perfect voice. You think you can feel yourself draining away a little.

>>
>>39801216

"...Why'd you do the song to Getter Ranger Justice?" Mai asks, staring at you in confusion.

"Eh?" You're surprised she recognised it. "I... *sigh* I don't know, I got scared. It was all I could remember. Was it that bad?" You ask. She leans back and crosses her legs.

"Well... you were pretty accurate to the show's rendition; first season at least (I never liked the rap version). You didn't flub your lines either, that's a good thing whenever you perform something. Not what I would have picked though, kind of dumb, really." She smirks, but doesn't laugh. Huh... Even if she is a dirtbag, it seems she can at least appreciate an attempted performance. She seems to notice your surprise for a second and quickly glances away.

"Good for an idiot, at least." She says, crossing her arms.

"Aihara." You hear Romi call out, and Mai stands up.

"Alright, time to prove myself." She asserts, slapping her cheeks.

"Break a leg!" You call after Mai as she walks up to perform. She is your enemy, but she showed you respect just now. You catch her glance back, but give you no real reaction. She must be focused on performing. For now, you sit back and catch your breath. Performing was nerve-wracking, only saved by the fact that you knew what song you were performing by heart. The other girls seem to be ignoring you now; probably having already counted you out. They're either discussing what they did, or what they're going to do next.

"Alright, here I go!" You hear Mai say as she twirls the microphone in her hand, and snatches it firmly. It looks like she's going to perform one of her routines, and it's the one you actually have seen before, on someone's phone. The song isn't bad, you admit, and her footwork, while simplistic, does add to the performance. Far removed form that stupid smug grin she usually has, when she's singing and dancing it looks like a genuine smile.

"Again with this song." You hear one of the girls groan. "She's only doing it because all her other ones bombed." Another replies.

"Bombed?" You ask, reflexively. The girls glance at you for a second, and you cover your mouth, wondering if they can tell you're male.

"Yeah, they suck. Lotta people think she's just a one-hit wonder since she just coasts on this song recently. It's kind of sad, considering this isn't even all that good. Solos from AKB42 put it to shame." The girl yawns, watching Mai perform.

"Well, she seems to be enjoying it, isn't that what counts?" You say, seeing that smile continue to plaster her face, even as she starts sweating.

[1/2]
>>
>>39801479

"Well I guess if you wrote it, you'd have to pretend you like it, no matter how bad it actually is." The girl replies back, giggling with her friend next to her. Dammit, you hate Mai more than anyone but insulting her singing's just not justice. Mai finishes up her song with a pose, holding the mic above her head and panting, having danced herself out.

Romi regards her with the same air she gave you, and calls for the next girl. Aihara slumps down on the bench beside some of the girls that were dissing her and catches her breath.

"That was lovely, Mai." One of them says. "Yeah, best perfomance yet!" The other chimes in. Mai smiles at them and nods, still breathing hard.

"T-Thanks, I think I messed up on the third verse though." She admits, wiping her brow and smiling triumphantly. "Glad you enjoyed it." She smiles, winking at them. They clap happily to her.

the short version is that lowering the target number by one instead of adding one die reduces the odds of failure by a small amount and the odds of success are reduced by a large amount with a lower peak success possible. so lowering the tn by one is less swingy and has a higher floor and lower ceiling all things that are mechanically not like luck. Which is both good and bad and flamboyant.

IE trading 1 lower TN for a die makes you less likely to botch but also less likely to sucseed

assuming success and failures flat cancel if they do not then this is harder to calculate

Those... BITCHES, you think, balling up your fist. At least when you hate on Mai, you can call her a bitch right to her face. These girls, hiding behind fake smiles; they're the worst! Is this really the sort of people Mai deals with on a daily basis as an idol?

"You looked like you were enjoying yourself, Mai. I liked it." You say to her, your arms crossed and face stern.

"Uh... thanks-

"Maybe should focus on singing, rather than ruining peoples lives and being a terrible person." You add onto the end of it. The two BITCHES gasp at your comment, and Mai grumbles, leering at you.

"Why you-" She walks over, and you stand up as well, and the two of you quickly lock hands, pushing against one other. "At least I sang better than you!"

"You were the one who said not flubbing your lines is better than just sounding good!" You shoot back, breaking off from the strength match to elbow her in the gut. She coughs and headbutts you, knocking back some feet.

"Says the person who can't do either reliably." She jeers.

"Well maybe once I've had a few lessons, I'll make a splash on the scene!" You attest, pointing at her. "Can't be too hard if you're up there, after all."

"Good!" She calls back, giving you a glare and twitching smile. "I'll be there to see every tiny mistake you make." She assures you.

"Alright, alright, break it up." Romi asks, slicing her clipboard in between the two of you. You both sit down, grumbling, as you hear the girls muttering about how "vile and uncouth" you both were. Not that they think much highly of Mai than you do. Romi seems to regard you both with more interest than usual, but quickly reverts to her disinterested state.

"You all performed splendidly, you're a credit to the field of performance art, yadda yadda yadda," Romi lists off absent-mindedly, "but we all know pulling off a single performance does not an idol make." She asserts, tossing her clipboard away and finally gaining some volume.

This is a great application of mathematics and tools. I've learned something to use in the future. Thanks, anon.
>>
>>39801976
addendum though if they don't cancel but mean complications on a success or silver linings in a failure the implications are roughly the same
>>
>>39801994

"But that's all idols do, sing and dance." One girl states, crossing her legs. Romi snaps her fingers at the girl.

"Get out." The girl looks stunned.

"What- I just said-"

"Get out of my gym before I toss you out." She threatens in a deathly tone. The girl scoffs and giggles at this. True to her word, the next thing you see is the girl being hoisted up by her skirt and hurled at the door, which she audibly smacks against. She twitches and crawls out the door with her torn skirt trailing behind her, crying. What the hell was that!?

"That's what idiots think about idoldom, but the truth is the level of pressure and endurance you should have to be the best is inhuman. You perform tours, prepare your stages, wire your stages, repeat songs for hours on end, signings, fight off crowds of delirious fans, write, sing, dance, all of which must be performed perfectly and with a smile." She lists off, then slams her foot into the ground. "You think a bunch of prissy little morons could handle all that every week?"

"Well no, b-but that's why we have staff." One of the girls suggests. "Y'know, to lift things, handle fans, write our songs-" Romi plants a hand on the girl's head, and you hear it clamp down like a vice.

"Those are crutches. Idols I create-" She smiles, bearing a row of terrifying teeth, "NEVER NEED THOSE!"

"NOT THE DRESS!" She wails as Romi picks her up by the arms and legs and hurls her into the wall next to the exit, denting the wall. Is... i-is she still alive? She twitched. Oh thank god. Romi retrieves her clipboard from the ground.

"For the next half an hour, you'll be put through my specialised course to determine your aptitude." She seethes with a grin, cracking her knuckles. "And for those of you that fail, you better run for that exit before I catch you." She chuckles, snapping her board in half through the metal bindings.

J-Just what the hell have you gotten yourself into!?

END OF SESSION

We must earn Romi's approval to be with Saito.

-----===-----

With Yuuki audibly nervous on the phone, you smile and reassure him. "Don't worry, Yuuki. I trust you, just do your best." You tell him. "Even if it doesn't turn out perfectly, it won't change how I feel about you."

"I..." he pauses over the phone, "...t-thanks. That actually helps." He mumbles over the phone. Man, you can feel his cuteness from here!

Status to come.

>Fear of death intensifies

Well, shit. No need to guess where Aoi got his directness and harshness.
>>
>>39802059
speaking of Hana's approval, we should probably not tell her about male!Yui, she'll get a lot more worried about her son being pregnant if she learns about that
>>
>>39802011
I'm not sure I want to be an idol anymore. Is that trap cafe still hiring?
>>
>>39802059
>To win her approval, Saito must prove he is manly enough to earn Makoto's love.
>Saito thinks this is actually being girly.
>She dumps him in the Russian wilderness in winter with a bicycle pump and a matchbox.

I keep picturing Saito's mom as Olivier Armstrong

Truly the only thing that could rival Mai-hatred: BITCHES!

Aw man, I finally got Romi in here! She's gonna be some fun in the next session, and hopefully more going forward. She's like a hot, older, incredibly tough and strict female Aoi with military grounding. Trains her idol girls like a special forces unit. I like writing insane mothers, apparently. Also a chance to get some development for Mai, always like doing that for lesser shown characters.

I've had this little bit planned for quite a while actually, so I'm pretty chuffed we're finally here. Yaaay! Makoto's going to cry like a bitch.

>>39802090
Now you know. And now his terrified expression makes so much more sense.

>>39802094
Makoto: Mother, this is my girlfriend.
Hana: That's a man.
Makoto: I know.
Hana: Oh you.
* shows Yui a banana and a condom*

>>39802177
Yes, as is the reverse trap cafe.

>>39802214
Aoi: I'm cold and there are wolves after me~
*howl*

>>39802238
PASSED DOWN THROUGH THE SAITO LINE FOR GENERATIONS!
(That's actually somewhat accurate as well)
>>
>>39802177
>not wanting to get idol training so we're a favorite at the trap cafe, which gets Yui, Shun, and Saito super jealous and possessive
>>
>>39802249
Additionally, Saito has to stay as a girl the entire time. No pictures of Makoto allowed to help with this.
>>
>>39802249
thanks for running, as always.
>>
>>39802249
>I like writing insane mothers, apparently.

Is this writing from experience?
>>
>>39802312
I don't think so. My mother never pointed a gun at me before (I don't think she's ever seen a gun before). I guess it's just more fun than the standard anime mother.

There was a suggestion in I think the ask.fm that Romi and Hana may actually know each other from the past. Still building on that, but it's interesting~
>>
>>39802249
Alrighty! Let's put on our war face.

>"I can't believe Shun pinned me in a practice match..."
Damn, I wish we could have seen this. Oh well, idol training is worth it. I wonder if we'll make it with our terrible physical stats.

Every time, draw anon, these always put a smile on my face! You're getting better art as well (also you managed to get Yui's hair better than I can describe it).

I'm loving this uniform, although I can't tell exactly what it is without colors. It looks like a dress shirt with some kind of thin buttoned sweater thing over it. The slightly floppy ribbon just makes it for me.

we also don't use our minako form much any more but that is more recent(possibly in reaction to constantly using the thing early quest)

That's our fault, actually. Almost every time we have a choice to go female or stay male we pick male.

I'm imagining it in bad anime Engrish now.
