pretty good start so far, especially for a first-time QM. couple bits of advice though, if you don't mind:
your writing's a little basic right now, don't be afraid to take more time in order to put more detail into the description and make each character have their own voice during dialogue. And, even though this probably won't be a huge deal since you already introduced Liquid Ocelot and an OC, don't be afraid to drastically change the plot even if you want to keep the same setting and characters. it'll help prevent metagaming
