Guide wand still defaults to Aquas + Terra?

What are the differences between Plant & Spirit, in terms of Pulse?

Holy mother that's a lot of stuff. When will we have Q&A?

That slipped my attention. They are now considered Hydra Terra
An item called the
Sheperd's Cane is: Plant. Hydra+ Terra.
And Oracle's Staff would have: Spirit. [Arias Lux]

Split Element Casting:
Fusion Items can now cast in singular elements that compose their wand / book.

Leyline Magic Upgrade:
In reaction to this, the Guide wand being possessed of Earth + Aquas can cast Pulse in three flavors.

Pulse [tm]: Heals a target equal to [Mag]
Tera Pulse: Creates a block of earth with HP = Mag
Hydra Pulse: Creates a quantity of water.

Spirit Pulse: Grants a character 1 Regenerate Stack for [mag] turns.

*Hydra is the official name of the water element. Aquas was from another seting and I really need to stop that.
>>
>>42752624

Pulse not necessarily being an element here but rather, a function. In Leyman's terms

Pulse being a spell from Leyline Magic is oriented towards creation and healing. But there are ways to use it offensively if one really must.

>Pyro Pulse not being so obvious actuallly....

Rolled 96, 88 = 184 (2d100)

I have the Instructor's Staff from the last level. May I know of its elemental makeup?

To continue long this path.
Arias Pulse =?
Lux Pulse =?

>>Spirit Pulse: Grants a character 1 Regenerate Stack for [mag] turns.
For the sake of clarity, does this heal in addition to the regen, or is it regen alone?

Similar question I have the [Space] in our [Minds], a dual element magic book which now has a defunct element of Though or Mind.

May I know what replaces it if anything?
>>
>>42752171
Okay, so.

Question on town stuff.

I assume town abilities can ONLY be learned from a town

But can say, a Slayer go the Skyorder and ask them to train him to use Knight Abilities if he was originally a hunter?

What are the major guild class compositions as they stand right now?

[Spirit] Lux + Aerias

Darc + Lux is Space but no longer Mind. It focuses on pocket dimension and spatial magic.

>>42753058
Wait for town.

>>42753071
They have not been statted yet.

>>42753097
It is basic healing. Used in runic, the Element Plant can be used offensively. If modified with Polarize this becomes the case.

Arias Pulse =?
Lux Pulse =?
>>

Lux Pulse= Lights up an area. Used on a target causes action Stun. Diameter = Mag

Arias Pulse = Creates a ball of Wind. Which dispels gases/ airborne targets from its immediate area. Diameter = Mag.

They just haven't been posted yet, is all. It'd be be a lot to fit on the sheet.

HP changes look nice, but I notice "Shallow Whole" still does 1hp / turn damage.

This means for the lowest HP creature, it'd take 3 turns to digest the thing in your stomach. That seems a little long. Especially since most things are probably less fragile than a mage and so now take more time.

Has this been considered? It might better to update it to 2/hp turn, to keep in the same time frame as previous.

Militia have gone from having the most HP of any non-Knight class to having HP that's only on par with the rest because of a gear bonus. That probably reflects a role change, yet it makes the gear bonus seem a little odd, at best. Why is it even there? Might it not be better to change that +1 HP to +1Def?

When the +1hp gave them just that tad more hp than anyone not a knight, it made sense. It reflected a mix of "hold ground" and "fight", but now that the only gain is that they're on the same level as everyone else the +1hp just seems an odd thing to give the class. They're clearly not meant for holding a line because they have the same HP as everyone else now and lower def. It seems a little strange. They'd be better off with +1 Def or +1 Mag

Swallow Whole was actually too deadly that was ironically balanced out with the fact that the ghoul could be killed easily.

Swallow Whole takes a unit out of the fight, its a Stun and a DoT. Added hp makes this less severe for both sides. Swallow Whole also comes with a [Spit Out] Function. That is similar to dropping items. Item Throw allows the ejection of the swallowed target.

Milita's HP was all the way contingent on the fact that bullets did 4 damage and could kill one of them. As Their lives are literally measured in bullets. Every class was still able to kill them as well as they can kill each other. This was intended.
>>
>>42752909
>That slipped my attention. They are now considered Hydra Terra
Are the Guide Wands just Hydra and Teras? Or are they also fused into Plant.
>>
>>42753501
Oh, okay - so you can eject the contents of your stomach. Excellent, I was wondering.

And Militia Hp is reasonable. More in line with everyone else anyhow. Rogues and Ghouls are the real winners here, going from breakable to only as fragile as everyone else. Yay!

About Burn the Body:
Corpses refer to bodies that have reached -10 and below and undead don't qualify?
>>
>>42752081
Okay. Time for some questions for serious biznez.

>Can non militia ever learn friendly fire. For example, a Alquemist who was formerly a mage get sit. Does that mean if they had "Burn the Bodies" it wouldn't hurt the bodies of friendlies? What about Fire Rings?

>Name of the Ability above Stab Leap?

>Do all weapons have an element? Even if it's not strong enough to be full blown magical? If not, what sort of explosion does the abilitie cause?

>It's an action to charge, then jump right?

>Can you have jump be your first action, and your second action will go off during the dungeon phase?

>Is Leap Stab 4 tiles period? Or up to 4 tiles? Or does it go to 4 tiles unless you cross over an enemy? What if the 4 tiles cross over multiple enemies who are all packed together? Will I jump over all of them? Will I push one out of the way? Will I land infront of the nearest or last one? What if the enemy is in the 4th tile I Jump too? Will I move an extra tile?

>Is Impale effectively just hunter's mortal wound? Or is it a passive?

>Fortress stance doesn't have the S marker on it's tile?

>You mentioned split cast earlier, in that were you refering to the ability that it could be applied to items to get 3 elements out of them instead of just 1? Or is that a natural passive ability of such items no matter what? (guides can always use plant, terras, and aquas, or do they need to be a scholar with split cast to use terras and aquas?)

>index fingers is for book-to-books and wand-to-wands, books-to-wands, or all of the above?

>If quicken is used on somebody standing on a firey tile. Even if that tile would go out in 1 turn, do they still take damage as if they had been standing in that tile for Y turns?

>Can quicken characters do multiple personal actions such as preparing spells? Provided they aren't using them to move or effect other units? Or is that entirely the purview of accel?
>>
>>42754576
-1 or below.
Is downed.
and has a deathclock or reraise timer on their heds.
>>
>>42754627
Can non militia learn friendly fire ? Every skill will determine which class can learn it. Most Town skills are made with the idea that any class can learn it. Base class skills limitations.

>Whats the unnamed ability ?
Dragon Rage
>Weapons don't have an element until aspected. The explosion will simply be "Force"
> Dragon rage itself is an action. The jump afterwards could be anything. But will be Dragon Rage.
>
Jump lands at the end of Dungeon Phase and Before Action Phase. The damage that occurs then will be counted as an Action Phase event.
The exception to this timing is LeapStab which occurs on the same phase.
> LeapStab moves the Slayer 4 tiles horizontally UNTIL it strikes the first target. Leap stab is not aoe. As stated the tile you land on will be one over the enemy struck. Enemies occupying that tile are pushed.
>Impale is Mortal Wound that only works with piercing melee. In the event that a slayer has both mortal wound and Impale it will cause 2 damage a turn instead of 1.

> Its possible to stack Fortress Stance with Counter, Deflect, or Eyes Closed. The conditions for Fortress Stance is simply to spend an action to declare a target and stick close to them. Similar to Channel: A status.

Split ELement and Split Casting are two different things. Split element casting applies to all casters with a FUSION book.

>index fingers is for book-to-books and wand-to-wands, books-to-wands, or all of the above?

Since its a scholar skill, nothing is stopping them from switching to any magical instrument unless it's to do something stupid like casting a Runic Book spell out of a Wand just to get its element.. That's not being creative, that's wrong.

>If quicken is used on somebody standing on a firey tile. do they still take damage as if they had been standing in that tile for Y turns?
Yup.

>Can quicken characters do multiple personal actions such as preparing spells? Nothing about this makes sense. Quicken doesn't give actions at all

Just so I have the right idea, with [Take Prisoner], you use it, and then you and your prisoner immediatly withdraw?

Or do you only Withdraw if the target is "willing", what happens if he is not?
>>
>>42757000
you knock them out or "defeat" them.
