Slimon and Iron Justice gains +3 prestige from saving a very thankful NMPD officer! He flashes you a thumbs up before he - like his collegues - start high-tailing it out of there. The thin blue line just got a whole lot thinner around here.

Meanwhile, brooding fists rain down on Gnasher the Vampire Reindeer - who seems to... like it? That can't be good.

Meanwhile, Slimon is mobbed - mobbed! - by a horde of helping hellish hands! He takes -2 PA damage, then immediately grows thicker skin.

That's literal, he actually grows tiny psuedopod thicker skin bits and gains +1 Resistance (Physical) For 3 turns.

With the Grinch now giant, the forces of Justice are lacking. In order to protect themselves and Christmas from the grumpy Goliath, Iron Justice soon buzzes into NMPD's HQ, requesting any and all backup as soon as they can, to offer much-needed [Police Reinforcement]!

At the same time, he steps backwards to get off from the ice rink, seeing the water flow beneath the frozen floor. In a on-the-spot plan, IJ soon [Directs] Drone A to get across to his side, hoping that the Grinch's size and smarts would fail him and plunge him into the icy depths below if he charges IJ.

The GIANT GRINCH struggles mightily with its shadow bonds, beneath the horrid assault of slime and shadow

But the Grinch has the Strength of Ten Grinches (Plus Two!)! While the forces of nefarious evil fall beneath the onslaught of Justice, the Grinch stares malevolently at its final target - the Special Christmas Season Ice Rink Charity by Stoker Corp! OH NO!

Meanwhile, a single NMPD Swat Officer enters from the southern edge. He looks around. Sighs.

Then he carefully switches the safety of his assault rifle off.

Slimon's life is *barely* saved by a lucky roll of the dice, while KAMEN RAIDER takes -2 damage from Termites and a grinch foot in the passing! The GAMBLER is surprised by the dastardly Habberdasher, least mean but most fashionable of the EVIL REINDEER!

And Officer Stevenson is going to need lots of physical recovery after this! Even the brooding Shadow Hunter doesn't escape the blast of unreasonable sour-sweet hatred!

It's a little unclear, but Magic stretches across *types* - which means you can flip cars, summon monsters and speed yourself up (physicality, control, technique) whereas "powers" is more like a theme within your given powerset (Iron Justice does droids and shields with his gadgets, but can't flip and throw a car).

It means if you try to do broad things with [magical gift] (round one, lift car, round two, summon shadows, round three, teleport) I penalize you a little less on the 3d6 roll and don't get as irate when you do things outside the norm.

It could be clearer, I'll work on that.

that's still pretty unclear... rather than calling it major-minor, wouldn't it be easier to say that you give more flexibility in what their powers can do?
