Both a quest and a world-building effort, everbody is welcome!

Welcome to the second episode of the God of Creation Quest! I’ll be your Oracle for tonight, and I will tell you the true tale of Atet-Ri, the light god who shaped this world! I’ll post a handy-dandy recap in a sec.

From his throne, Atet-Ri overlooked the valley he had created from his own blood. The race he had created frolicked peacefully in the liquid light. They seemed purposeless, but worry-free.
Atet-Ri wondered about this world. He had seen little of it so far, but he had claimed this land for his own.
He wondered about the one. Was the one truly greater than himself?
He wondered about the Alwé. Were they equal to him, making him not above them? Or did he make imperfect beings?
He wondered about sleepyhead. What was this plane of his? Were there others like him? What's it like being just a stone head?
He wondered about many things...

That’s when he decided that sitting around will make your butt sore! Well, that’s not exactly what he thought, but it was something along those lines alright.

Atet-Ri decided to:
>Go out and explore, leaving the Alwé behind
>Talk to the Alwé about something
>Create something
>Do something with his orb
>Visit mister sleepyhead in his hole
>other (write-ins are always welcome!)

We need to create docile animals for our Alwé. We can try creating hairy cattle as first step.

What do you think about creating wild beasts and entrust the Alwé with taming them while we are out exploring?
>>
>>44406724
Okay guys, it's the guy who named everything so far. I'm back. I say we finally do something with that orb. We use it to grant life to the entire planet. Create grass and trees and stuff. Unless some other god has gone and done that.

And yes, I will be name fagging.

>>44406946

That is part of the idea. Keeping them busy with animals while we can explore.

The Alwé is little bit too much like us so that we need to keep them busy without getting too much weird idea to overthrow us.

Maybe we should turn Alwé into lower deities and create less prideful races.

Crap, will I have to deal with this every thread? I don't know who he is, someone just posted the image and I ran with it. He isn't Dio, he is Atet-Ri, got that? ATET-FUCKING-RI!

How about a creature with the lower body of a feathered snake, it's top adorned with a line of dorsal fins? Blessed with great wings, this creature soars the skies, or swims in the river of liquid light.
>>
Atet-Ri looked upon his Alwé, with mixed feelings… They weren’t unlike him, they were pure light that wishes to spread. Sure, they were less powerful than him, but he knew that they would grow…

Maybe he should create different being that would keep the Alwé busy? Some beast that is bound to the earth… If the Alwé thought these beast were like them and their burden to bear, perhaps they wouldn’t get confused about their place.
A beast…

I thought it was just to give them a docile animal, not to keep them busy. Whoops.
>>
>>44407237
I'm not saying there is anything wrong with giving them a docile animal on it's own, perhaps making them lazy is a way to tame them on itself
>>
>>44407260
Very true. Maybe change their flaw to the fact that they are hard to tame? Dunno really.
>>
name: Heiwelig
Primary drive: (to populate the world/ to worship nature/ to guard the whatever...)
to provide comapnionship, food and a little danger for the Alwé.
Primary gift: (foresight, free thinking, shapeshifting...)
Matriarchs are huge haloed highland cattle capable of tearing an Alwé limb from limb. They are however usually docile. They provide milk and are edible but not very nutritious.
Primary boundary: (mortality, greed, immobile)
Hivesque intelegnce. The matriarch can make the others angry, docile, move etc. The lack any capacity for creation other than procration.
>>
>>44407278
Maybe they could be big. Bigger than buffalos, and live in very large herds. They are hard to tame, because a full sized herd is a force to be reckoned with.

There could be an Herd leader, who is smarter, and even bigger than the rest.

If the Alwé are dominant they could try to capture them/defeat into submission.
If they are more empahic, they can come to a common udnerstanding with the Herd Leader.

>>44407194
Changing to this: >>44407328
>>
>>44407328
The Alwé were resting at the riverbank, when a large hooved beast appeared on the other side. It had long golden hair and silver horns, around its head was a halo of light.

“Listen to me, my Alwé, this is another gift to you. Tame it, for it will give you food and warmth!”

The Alwé looked at the beast, which was joined by others. They were grateful and content with their new gift.
…That’s when the largest beast let out a mighty roar…
Or a mighty shout? A mighty MOOOOOOOO!
MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

It scraped his hooves and stampeded along the river. The rest of the beasts joined him, as the Alwé looked towards their father. “What should we do with this beast? It is wild and hostile!”

“Yes,” Atet-Ri responded, “but you are my children and you are strong! Show your strength by taming it!”

Doubtful the Alwé talked among each other, before turning towards their maker again: “Yes we will tame it, and will name it ‘Helitaur’ once we have done so.” And with that, the Alwé stood up and prepared themselves.

Atet-Ri smiled, because he knew he had done a very clever thing. Sooo clever, he put on his signature smug face.
Then he:
>Went to talk to the Alwé some more
>Went to talk-communicate with the Helitaur?
>Explored some place
>What about this orb?
>What about other stuff?
>more options!
>>
>>44407510
Okay, good we have cows. Now, we leave the Alwé to enjoy the cows and DO SOMETHING WITH THE ORB!
>>
>>44407510
Orb
>>
>>44407530
>>44407580
If we're doing orb stuff, you should specify.
To refresh: the orb is made from light and power, but is still small enough to fit into your godly hands
>>
>>44407630

Look, the world is barren. All there is is a river of gold and our people and some cows. This orbs holds divine light and power. I say we ascend to the outer atmosphere and grant plants to the world. Mosses, seaweed, trees, grasses. None of the other bumblefuck gods are doing anything as far as we can tell, so we have to do ALL the creation myths before they do.
>>
>>44407630
>>44407668
I support that. Also if the sun get's stolen and we have to take it back, we'll have our first epic poetry.
We should create other bodies of water first, or even better; let's create water-like spirits from the river of golden light who would spread life, and spread the use of light coming from our new sun.
>>
>>44407668
Wait, what are we doing exactly? Creating a second sun, or creating live-giving waterspirits?
>>
>>44407668
use the orb as the seed for the first plant
>>
>>44407750
Oh we already have sun?
>>
>>44407760
Seconding this. But what kind should it be? Maybe go a bit of adam and eve have it be a Tree that gives golden apples, but like let our people eat them. Maybe the seeds within apples contain seeds to create other plants?
>>
>>44407750
Using the orb as the seed which grants the first plant life. Glow plants. I fully expect, and hope, plant life to grow from there. We need some plants. I just want some plants on this planet damn it.
>>
Wait, why are WE creating the first life?
Shouldn't there be a bunch of other gods running around too?
>>
>>44407793
Because we are the Greatest God, Anon!
>>
>>44407793
Yeah, there should be, but they've done nothing apparently.
>>
>>44407786
How about a willow tree, at the bank of the river of light?
>>
>>44407760
>>44407787
sounds good, from it will sprout a tree of divine light. when a harsh wind blows tiny leaves will fly away from the three, when those leaves land on the ground they will produce a yellow grass and bushes. Those will function as the progenitors of primitive lands.

>>44407793
the one we met has done jack shit, but there are bound to be other gods running around doing things somewhere.
>>
>>44407510
>more options

And lo! Atet-Ri did smile upon his children, and laugh, and saith "Here shall be a land holy unto me, and to mark it, I shall create an enchanted forest beautiful under mine gaze" and so the Lord did raise great yellow trees of piss. And Atet-Ri proclaimed the realm to be magical.
>>
>>44407821
primitive plants*
>>
>>44407784
Yeah we were born from the sun, it was created by the one.
Btw, I'm wondering if my recap pic was any good?
>>44407793
We only know of two other gods, the one who created this world, and Tenen-Ru.

We have only been in this region of the world, who knows what goes on in other places?
>>
>>44407821
This is what I had in mind. One plant which becomes a world progenitor.
>>
>>44407806
Seems like a good idea, could be combined with what >>44407821 this anon said. The leaves could blow out and spawn more plants, like grasses and lesser foliage.
>>
>>44407843
>I'm wondering if my recap pic was any good?
It was really good. At least i didn't have any question and i skipped reading the archives like I usually do. Maybe i made a mistake?
>>
>>44407865
Nah, I just think these things can't go perfect unless you read the entire first thread, and nobody enjoys reading an entire thread
>>
>>44407859
I like it.

>>44407879
It was certanly more comfortable this way
>>
>>44407821
the tree will grow every fruit on it and the fruits from the original tree are much healthier than from future trees as they contain a small amount of our divine power
>>
>>44407821
>>44407859
>>44407892
This is all perfect.
>>
>>44407892
the problem with fruits is that there is no way for the fruit to reach far places.

To get a lot of complicated plant live soon we can make it so that the first few generations of plants which spawn from the tree have a very high chance to mutate.

make the mutation chance like this

100% (tree of light) => 50% (first gen, spawned from the leafs) => 30% => 20 => 15 etc. The mutation rate and rate at which it decreases is negotiable.
>>
>>44407986
I do prefer the spawning from leaves bit to fruit desu.
>>
>>44408004
Uhh. I tried to abreviate To Be Honest, and it turned into desu...
>>
>>44407986
In this case we must make birds and animals
or
Make it so that the friuts themselves spurt into tiny animals-plants, like treants. Have them walk far and spread the seed.
>>
Now, Atet-Ri took his ball- I mean orb.
He walked to the river of light. In the soil next to it, he dug a small pit and placed the orb in it before covering it up.
Not long after, a small thread of light appeared from the soil. As it seeped up the light from the river, it grew slowly. Tiny leaves began to sprout.
“You will grow strong,” Atet-Ri said, “and when you are grown, you will spread your fruits, and they will grow as well.”
That’s how it went back then, some god said some stuff and it just happened. No, really, it did.
However, the divine light would fade from the fruits as they spread, bit by bit…

“Father, I’ve been chasing the hooved beast for a long time now,” A large Alwé had approached Atet-Ri, “and yet I have not been able to tame it and call it Helitaur.
I feel like I am not strong enough, my body tires and needs time to rest. If I would continue now, I would surely collapse.”

Atet-Ri responded:
>by ignoring the Alwé, they should be able to take care for themselves
>by helping him in his hunt
>by scolding him
>by… Well he didn’t respond at all, instead he did other stuff

If anyone has an image of the tree, it would be welcome btw

>>
>>44408099
Thirding this.
>>
>>44408146
>>44408120

We must teach them that we cannot always be there to help. They can't come running to teacher all the time. They must learn how to share knowledge and experiences.
>>
>>44408060
the point is that they spend some time doing it by themselves. Give him some cryptic hints though.

>>44408099
>>44408128
But be sure to make it so that they don't get it directly.

How large will they grow eventually anyway? like 10 meters?
>>
>>44408209
Potential for greater than titanic sizes.
>>
>>44408060
I'm wondering if we should make and gift them a golden lasso to help catch the helitaur.

Maybe after they prove themselves by taming one, to make taming the rest of them easier.
>>
>>44408209
>>44408234
I say the grow 3-4 meter tall 6-7 meter long, and the Herd Leader (Matriarch) the twice of that.
>>
>>44408261
>>44408209
Oh, I thought he meant the Alwé. I agree with the 3-4 tall, 6-7 long, double for matriarchs.
>>
>>44408292
>>44408261
I was actually talking about the Alwé, completely forgot that the size of our cool cows hadn't been decided yet.
>>
>>44408292
oh, they grow 10 meter tall? If so the Helitaurs should match the size so they remain a challange
>>
"Not all tasks can be completed easily or instantaneously, or by yourselves. Find some other Alwé and focus on a single Helitaur together. And then go from there."

Atet-Ri couldn’t quite make out if the Alwé took off with the sense of determination or the sense of disappointment… Later, Atet-Ri saw the Alwé working together, surrounding a Helitaur. They didn’t succeed yet, but they got closer.

Atet-Ri walked up the mountain again and sat down again on his throne, looking over the valley. That’s when he noticed something in the distance. One horizon was not brown like the earth. It a strange shade of white over it…

>Check it out?
>raaaage
>Don’t bother, Stuff do do
>tend to your sapling

>does anyone remember or golden hair hasn’t felt the touch of a comb yet? The horror!

>>
>>44408321

>>44408332
Tend to sapling, but on the way comb our hair.
>>
>>44408332
>Check it out?
Let's make some myths.
>>
>>44408332
How about we task the Helitaurs to tend to the sapling? Then check the new horizon out?

>>

>>44408353
Or make some other animal tend to the sapling.
Like some sort of monkey, for example.
>>
>>44408332
>>Check it out?
>>
>>44408321
thing is, we haven't really decided how big the alwé can become, just that they are born small and grow pretty big (and arrogant) as they become older.

>>44408349
I suppose we did. But how immortal are they exactly? how big will a 1000 year old be? those things are not really crucial questions or anything but I would like some kind of answer.

>>44408332
could you give an answer to these questions? or at least call a vote for it?

>tend to your sapling
create one(!) animal to tend over the sapling and go check it out. Some kind of wise owl monkey would be cool, he will be the guardian of the tree.
>>
>>44408332
Investigate.

Also have we got a divine helpers/Angels yet? They could be very useful being our eyes and ears throughout the land. We just gotta avoid our Satan/Morgoth/that paragon of light who inevitably becomes evil guy.
>>
>>44408513
Well, we said that the Eldest would be titans to rival even us, so pretty long living, I guess.
>>
>>44408513
If we are going to create guardians we should also create a guardian over the source of the rivers of light.
>>
>>44408527
If we make divine helpers of any form we have to make sure to uplift one of our Alwe to make said. Show that the devout who follow our words can reach yet greater heights.
>>
>>44408527
isn't that the Alwé? or are they something different?

Tree men for guarding the river.
They'll blend among our trees someday, catching enemies off guard.
They'll thrive in the light, though good water and soil won't hurt. Our golden river, however, will empower them greatly.
>>
A small helitaur was ripped loose from the mind of its leader and placed near the sapling.
It looked at Atet-Ri with little understanding, but Atet-Ri gave the divine command to guard the sapling. Perhaps one day, he could create more suitable guardian….
And with that, he started walking towards the white horizon.

The land was covered by a white carpet. When Atet-Ri reached it, he could not see beyond it. The landscape looked featureless. Slowly but confidently, Atet-Ri approached the carpet.

From the soil, tiny white hairs sprouted.
Tiny white hairs as far as the eye could see. They curled and glimmered in Atet-Ri’s light.
At the edge of the carpet, more hairs started to grow, ever so slightly creeping forwards…

I don't think we should vote on this, only time will tell. They have not yet experienced mortality and we haven't explicitly given it to them.
I'm fine with this, the each creation has not yet experienced it's full potential in this primordial world.
>>
>>44408641
Well we'll need to create a heaven for their souls to go. Otherwise they're not going to be too happy about dying.
>>
>>44408674
not really, ancient religions were hardly ever promised heaven. I'd much rather say that we created them in such a way that when one of them dies his light will stay on earth and be reborn.
>>
>>44408696
Reincarnation works too.
>>
>>44408696
>>44408707
that wouldn't mean we actually created them in such a way, just that that is our claim to keep them satisfied about their mortality. they obviously still want to stay alive because dying would mean a reset of their size power.

Or we can actually make them so that that is how they work, depends on what the oracle and players want I suppose.

Atet-Ri lifted his finger.
His glorious, divine finger.
And slowly he reached for the white hairs. Sloooowly…
*ting*
upon touching them, the white hairs bumped into each other, and made a high-pitched sound.
*ting-ting-ting*
The hairs followed the movement of Atet-Ri’s finger and made strange sounds as they touched, reproducing the movement. The sounds rolled along the white carpet for a while before fading.
Ri was baffled.

*ting-TING-ting-ting*
A wave of sounds came from the distance, approaching Atet-Ri. The sounds came closer and closer, as a strange figure walked along it.

It was a god of sounds.

3 things to do:

Above the white carpet, a shimmering orb floated towards Atet-Ri.
Transparent, rippling wings sprouted from the orb and rolled across the carpet, producing pleasing sounds.
It’s body was like water that showed a thousand colours over time. It was strangely metaphysical and not very easy to describe to mere mortals.

Yes I called you all mere mortals, that’s what you are. What are you going to do about it, fight an oracle?

"Speak! What is your name and what are you lord of? I am Lord of all the lands that my golden light can touch!" Atet-Ri shouted.

“Oh you are a lord indeed.”
The voice of the orb was strangely calming and melodic.
“Lord of the barren land, that has not been claimed by the music of water. Lord of all that is gold and woes single minds, lord of all that blinds all, as well as its maker. Lord of dry air and little insight.”

Atet-Ri was confused. Was this being… mocking him?
“Tell me, who are you!”

“Ah, the lord that wants to see does not know, nobody has told him yet. He is not from the water, he does not know the voice of foresight!
I, my lord, am Fredd-Murc, the water god of music. I am here to lighten up your already bright land with the blessing of the ripple.
And you will be conflicted, no doubt, but let Fredd-Murc pass dear lord, and your domain will know insight and reason.”

And then Atet-Ri did:
>What?
>what the hell?
>what the fuck does he do?

“Are you mocking me, you lowlife splat of aether?” Atet-Ri said, “I am the god of light that touches all, I am the greatest and you are under my rule!”
He raised his mighty hands, and from it shone a light made of his godly wrath.
“Explain what you are on about, or I will enforce my rule and shatter you across this world.”

*ting-tingtincTinkting*
Fredd-Merc’s aura rippled over the grass, creating a strange sequence of notes.
In a rhythmic voice, he told:
“Lord of sunrays, I am here for you as little as I am here for I.
I cover these wastes with music, so they may resonate with the water.
I am here for the fate that encircles this world, the fate foretold by the great voice of the sea.
The goddess of wisdom has foreseen what this world can be: perfection among the planes.
A harmony of streams and drops that reaches the ultimate glory, unheard even by the one.
You stand in my way, you wish to keep your beings of light for yourself.
All you see is the singularity of your light, if you remain proud, you will break this harmony.
Surrender them to me, your creations of light. Surrender them to the sea.
Or refuse me, and break this world.”

Those were his exact words. Yet they were not easy to swallow.
Atet-ri looked at Murc and:
>let him pass
>tried to reason with him
>returned to his throne and Alwé
>Did something else
>>
>>44409945
>Tried to reason with him

"May we not share our creations? May the light not be shared with the sea? May we not live in harmony without one surrendering to the other?"

>ya dropped ya trip

>>44409945

>>44410004

>>
>>44409984
>Surrender them to me, your creations of light. Surrender them to the sea.

Not entirely, he may aspire to some ownership
>>
>>44409945
I like his pretentiousness. Also, I like that he's a floating ball of water.

>ask him for a slightly more comprehensive explanation.
Does he want to give the alwé free will and complex though? I don't really mind, but if he wants them to worship him as their god we should beat him up.
>>
>>44410038
Oh I took the "sea" as the "common", but I forgot we also nominated him a water god.
That and the
> I am here for you as little as I am here for I

But now that you mention it, he talks about harmony of water, not harmony between us
>>
>>44409980
This
>>
"May we not share our creations? May the light not be shared with the sea? May we not live in harmony without one surrendering to the other?"Atet-Ri said,
“I am willing to let you pass, and I am willing to share my creations with you. But only if you also share with me.
You will not claim anything, you will only gain access.
You will not be worshipped, you will only be present.
We will live in harmony. Create in harmony.”

Now, dear children, was this a wise decision you ask? And you can continue asking yourself, for I will not give you the answer yet.
And you don’t need to interpret that either. Maybe I don’t even have the answer.
Oracles can’t know everything you know?

“Hmmm, very well…” Fredd-Murc said, “you do not make it easy for me, but you won’t hinder me either. Together we can create beautiful harmony on this world. Just heed my advice, lord, that way we will truly reach the unreachable. The voice of wisdom has shown me the way.”

And with that, the white carpet continued crawling, ever so slowly towards the mountains.
Atet-Ri then:

>oh god is our tree still safe?

Lets leave the fluff... for now. OOC I don't want to piss of Fredd-Murc by taking his shit after telling him not to do so to ours, at least until he's more widespread.

I'm personally of the opinion that, if the tree is fine, the helitaur should be elevated, to a guardian worthy of the tree.

Name: I'll leave that to my betters... though I might be partial to Heliad, as an individuals name.

Drive: Guard the tree of light.
Gift: Judgement of intent on all it views.
Boundary: Cannot stray far from the tree.
>>
>>44410542
Pretty much. Those will be our preliminary guardians. We can make more if needs be.

Creation mode is still go, I just think you would like to see how the tree is doing

As Fredd-Murc stayed with his field of music, Atet-Ri returned to his land with great plans for creation…
He saw his river of light, shining from afar. As he walked towards it he met some of the Alwé.
They were wearing rope-like clothing, made from Helitaur hair. They had done it, they had caught some Helitaur. They did not manage to tame a mother though, but they were able to approach weaker beasts, calm them and harvest some materials from them.

The tree had grown strong, it was almost as large as Atet-Ri himself. Whatever that means, it’s not like he had fixed height. It seemed like it would bear fruit any day now.
By it sat the same Helitaur, as if it had not moved from the spot.

>keep on creatin’
>>
>>44410705
Give that helitaur a glorious thumbs up and elevate it to its purpose. It did good. We are proud of this cow.
>>
>>44410569
So, is the Helitaur worthy of being promoted you think?
>>44410553
With these drives perhaps?

>>44410588
And what about these owl monkey guys? I can shop those some day if we can't find another image btw.
Do we take the fluffy stuff? What's in it for Murc if we do?

Only your suggestions and votes will tell!
>>
>>44410759
Can we have both? They both seem useful.
>>
>>44410759
IF we do take the fluffy stuff, we should offer that the creatures also have a drive to assist him and perhaps any other gods, make them generic messengers/servants to all the gods.
>>
>>44410769
Sure why not. It's not like each creation is a guaranteed success
>>
>>44410827
...uh oh.
>>
>>44410827

>>
>>44410705

>>44410827
After we finish creating, can we go and check on the source of our light rivers. If I know anything about mythology something is bound to have sprung up there.
>>
>>44410885
Like some sort of mirror octopus evolved in it? Using its reflective exterior to completely hide in the light river and dazzle preys on the surface.
>>

I prefer unique guardians for each region that we want to protect. So we can put this guy in charge of the source, if nothing has sprung up there, or do something else with him.

“Oh who’s a good boy? Who’s a good boy? You are! Yesh, you are! Ah whoosh a good taur? Yeshyou are! Yesshabudjidbudjebu!” Atet-Ri said. Don’t believe me? Fine, good luck on your history test tomorrow!
He granted the Helitaur the unique feat of being a guardian. He would no longer leave the tree, but gain the ability to read the intents of anyone visiting it.
Atet-Ri named the beast Horgoth, and as he did, it stood on his hind legs and gained a godly armour to carry out its duty.

“And now I want some fluffywuffy cute monkeythings ohyeshso cuuuute!” Atet-Ri said. What, you don’t believe me again? I’m a bloody oracle for Ri’s sake! Boy, you’re going to get an F on that test!
From light, and the power materials he gained from Fredd-Murc, he made small creatures, with beaks and limber bodies. They were white as the field of music and they were adorned with feathers.
“You shall be the messengers, the guardians and the servants for all gods!” Atet-Ri said.
“And you shall be known as Hilfe!”
And with those words, the Hilfe started bouncing around with mischievous glee. They were the first creation that had bonded Ri and Murc together.

Atet-Ri was content with his creations, like he always had been.
So then he:

This is what I suggest for our Minotaur.

Gift:

High intelligence
Weapon and martial art proficiency
Gardening
Maze summoning if there are a large group of enemies

Secret gift:

Boundary: gets depressed when he is away from the tree for too long

As Atet-Ri followed along the stream, he thought about what he had accomplished so far. Not only would his light be spread through the world, he now knew that he would also create paradise for any other gods. His alliance hit Fredd-Murc and the creation of the Hilfe was his first step in doing so.

He climbed up the mountain, reaching the place where he had once cut his own wrist to create the river of light.
On a barren rock near the spring, there sat a large Alwé.
“I did as you told, Atet-Ri, I worked together with my kin and tried to capture the great Helitaur.”
Atet-Ri recognised him, it was the same Alwé that had come to him for advice.

“I did as you told, I used all my might and wit and chased the great Helitaur for ages. Yet I could not. And I grew tired.”

As Atet-Ri listened to his creation, he saw that its form wasn’t as he had created it.
“I grew oh so tired of the task you gave me. And after ages of chasing, my body collapsed, and I laid down in the shade… And then I saw it, Atet-Ri!”
This Alwé’s hair had turned a shade of green. The light that used to pour from its mouth had turned bright blue….
(1/2)
>>
>>44411650
“As I rested, I saw a great realm! A realm of sleep and dreams! A great winged face welcomed me, magnificent in form!” The Alwé was holding onto something tightly.
“And you know what the most amazing thing of all was?! In this realm, there was no Atet-Ri! In this realm, you did not create the Alwé! And you did not create the valley either!
In this realm, I was the light! In this realm, I was creation! I have seen the true light Atet-Ri!”

Atet-Ri wanted to react, when suddenly the Alwé showed what he had held in his hands.
“Look! You were not here! Your guardian did not think to harm a being of light! And I was the first! When your beloved tree grew its first fruit, I was the first to pick it! Nobody noticed!”
The Alwé stood up, holding the golden fruit high. The blue light from his eyes became even brighter.

“I will be creation in this realm! I will be every bit as powerful as you, Atet-ri! I will be a god of true light!”
And with those words, the Alwé plunged himself into the river of light, rapidly taken away with the current. With the fruit.
