You take your free hand, and frantically grasp one of his fingers. You feel him tense and try to pull away, but you twist your arm as hard as you can and snap the bone with relative ease, letting go as he cries out in pain. He kicks your back harder than ever, and you screw your eyes shut as he starts to hammer down with full strength blows. In desperation, you use your body's weight as an anchor and twist your hips harshly to the left, yanking the socket of his arm out of his shoulder with a soft pop.

He drops to the ground, seemingly motionless at this. You look over. Maybe he's passed out?

You release the hold and stand up, getting a good look at him. You start to tap him with your foot, and wave Udon over.

You look up, and see Nyoko standing on the edge of the railing, arms crossed. She looks upset.

Below you, Anzai's head shifts. He looks up. "Princess..?"

On the ground, his knees shuffle, and he uses his good arm to push himself up.

He stumbles as he does so, and this prompts a stroke of rage from Nyoko. Or maybe, she's saying exactly what she needs to, to inspire him?

"Do not falter!" Her pure white face has flushed bright red with anger.

His head snaps up straight, and his posture returns to normal, despite the immense pain he must be in. "Yes!"

You're about to attack, but he leaps down and slams his shoulder into the ground. There's another soft pop, and he's already rushed to his feet before you're about to meet a much angrier Anzai.

His finger is still broken, so there's that at least. What do you do?

Anzai is charging you down, but you calmly take a fighting stance. Bringing your legs close together and pointing your feet at a 90 degree angle, you fold one arm behind your back, and raise the other, flat. The back of your hand raises until the tip of your finger lies on the horizon of Anzai's attack.

Waiting for the perfect moment, you suddenly vanish from where you were standing and drop down. You spin back on your heel and whip your foot out, sweeping as hard as you can and planting your hands in the dirt to thrust your body even harder. Your leg drags a mark in the dirt as it comes to a halt, and Anzai goes tumbling.

Y'know, looking at the emphasis on how much Boruto spams Shadow Clones, a fairly obvious weakness reveals itself.

Namely, there's no way we can beat him physically... but the clones transfer all their experience to him when they vanish. This means they're more of a multiplier, mentally - both a strength (for learning and gathering information) and a weakness.

How a weakness? Well, if they feel pain, so will he. If they're traumatized, he will be when they poof. If they're intoxicated or drugged before they die, he'll certainly be sent off-balance. If /lots of them/ are poofed at once, while suffering like that, he'll probably be taken out of action.

So. We need a smoke-bomb of hallucinogens and an explosive tag or two. It's not like they'll bother dodging, after all. Time to slip away and see what we can grab...

To be fair, Hanto knew he couldn't really help us. What he does and what we do are fundamentally different. The best he could have done was make us better at Taijutsu (Which Shikamaru did) MAYBE help us learn some new Ninjutsu (Which Shikamaru did) and maybe help us with Chakra Control (Which Shikamaru did).

Well, Shadow Clones die after taking a single hit, right? They're too fragile. They don't bleed or anything, so they can hardly feel much pain at all - if you stab one to death, it bursts like a balloon the moment the blade makes contact.

But if you hit them with something that doesn't kill them - like a genjutsu or a non-lethal contact poison - they'll actually experience that. And it should actually be transmitted to their creator, when they die.

The cocky shit will, at some point at the end, pick us up the same way Roku did. When he does, raise the hand with the senbon on it as though going to forfeit. Then when we summon the senbon, he will glance at it, giving us a chance to hit him in the gut.

It will likely be a clone, but we will have a toxin senbon in hand and hit him as he rasengan's us from behind. Then we just stand up while he falls over. Underdog seal4lyfe.

Honestly guys, i think we should go for something that does not look intimidating/edgy/evil/dark. We should go for something that like a cat, for an example. Looks inoffensive, common, even cute. But is a cunning hunter underneath that whole appearance. Just like Takeshi. His whole thing is that he appears to be the most generic person ever, but is actually a deceitful ninja with a brilliant mind for keikakus and a penchant for traps and poisons.

Something like a cat or a raccoon. At least, in my opinion, this kind of animal is a good choice for someone like Takeshi.

From what you can see, the motor that was on the shoulder is now on the center of the back where her wooden backpack was, but now it's much smaller and flatly pressed against it. The armor covers most of her body, with little gaps, and is form fitting. You can see several exhaust points on the heels, and the elbows.

The armor seems to be segmented all over. You can only imagine what sort of weapons could be contained behind each panel.
