3 teams. One team of 5 goes east, one team of 4 goes west. Two guys at the front. Rig a truck with explosives to charge through as bait and cause as much damage as possible when it gets blown up, and blow up the walls on both sides. Shoot on all sides.

One did manage to disable lots of Mechs and turret , the snipers killed the sectoids. the the captain was out of the picture.

But the Psi captain didn't die from the blast.

She looked more dangerous and more capable than the previous one. She reanimated the sectoids (who were mostly headless) and formed a heavy shield around the remaining advent soldiers.

Civilians were caught in the cross fire (mainly from advent shots) especially from the front. Your soldiers had to fire back at the suppressing foes. the captain did tried to call for reinforcement but they were too busy with our Mercs

It's difficult enough as it is, especially since we can't do a soldier by soldier turn, with calculated probabilities to hit.
We're down to 7 soldiers and no idea when we can recruit more. Until now our funds were always in danger of hitting zero, and now Advent will increase security making robbing another bank even more difficult.

The quest so far has recreated XCOM's unforgiving gameplay. If you want to increase the difficulty, you can make positioning and cover even more important. Make loadouts important and force us to consider positions by using unique tokens to indicate where each squad member is located.
