You are a Cave Hydra, big and mighty. And just recently you've wandered outside for the first time in your life for a rather unique reason. You decided to follow the dwarven caravan, which happened to go outside, However, things weren't as smooth as you hoped they would be. Your time on the surface was spent firstly by playing around in the crunchy, powdered white water, and then you destroyed something going against nature.

An undead corpse attacked you, it was a single zombie which you swiftly turned into black gooey paste after stomping on it for solid few minutes from pure anger. However, now you're facing a bit of a dilemma, this isn't exactly your problem, you live in the Mountain, so you couldn't care less for the problems of surface dwellers. But the idea that there's possibly an entire nest, a source that keeps spewing such abominations constantly makes you shudder from both fear and anger that something like this exists.

"We should investigate the dead scent trail."

"I agree, we must destroy these aberrations of nature."

Both of your heads seem deadbeat on following this faint trail of horrible stench that leads further into the forest.

>Go and destroy it.
>Ultimately, you shouldn't butt in into the problems of surface dwellers.

Also, what happened to the caravan? Have we left that behind now?

HERE'S THE REROLLING SYSTEM.

You have 3 points called Beast Tenacity. When spent, you may obviously reroll, however, the roll itself will be more effective, so rolling a 10 as highest would work as rolling a 12. This is just an example and not the actual ratio. The drawback to this is that it uses fair bit of stamina, so prolonged fights will need caution when using it.

You cannot live with this fact, so you bend your neck and search, grasping the traces of this faint, abomination of a scent stench with your nostrils and follow it, your heads joining in your cause by also searching and scouting the area.

You follow this surprisingly straight bath, ever so often stopping to look up yourself or to dig your claws into a tree and ripping it apart which in return sharpens your claws, a bit clumsily and not exactly evenly, but you'll take what you get. The trail ever so often almost disappears, but with determination you continue, not losing it even for a second.

This hunt takes you much deeper into the forest, into parts unknown to you or even probably to the bipedals living here, but you care very little, because in few more seconds you stumble across your target. A hole, set in the middle of the ground, the trail ending right there, and your suspicion that this is the place is confirmed by the sight of more shambling undead slowly emerging from the steps.

>Return, you did what you wanted to do.

You will get rid of these aberrations in post haste, you will not let the dead be undead. They must rest in peace as the natural order commands.

You charge in with quick, crunchy stomps, swiveling your body like a snake with each stomp. The undead that were coming out sensed you in no time, but with the same time it took them to take notice of you, you conquered the distance separating you and this group.

Your foreclaw slams down on the first undead, knowing that only near complete obliteration can stop them, you aim specifically on the top of the head to make it collapse in an exploding, gorey mess as your weight drops down right behind your limb. Then you turn your attention to the next in line.

With a swipe, you grab the undead mid air and with a roar, you crush it into paste with relatively little effort as they're not reacting to you in any way but to advance close enough to touch you. Now that the outer entrance is cleared, you head in with rush. Out right stomping over or grinding whatever's next to you with your body and the walls.

After rendering everything walking upstairs into paste, you stop on the first room that's barely big enough to let you keep your necks up in natural position. And something much more special stands in your way and the next room, you're not exactly what this thing was when it was alive, but its horns and face look like one of the animals the dwarves gave you to eat in the cave. But it stands upright, like the dwarves, but its legs are ending a in hooves as well as. Its massive, 3 fingered hands hold a wicked looking stick with half a circle on top of it, the entire stick is as long as the undead that's guarding the doors to the next room.

"Aberration, destroy."

"It wields a stick, it's different, the more reason to remove it."

>Rush in, your advancement will not be stopped by a mere zombie with some still puny looking stick.
>Be defensive, you almost charged into it, which could end up badly for you.

You huff and exhale through your nose with an angry glare, your heads jumping right on your opponent, but you let your rage go with a long, harsh scrape against the floor with your claws before slowly starting to circle.

The mix of animal and bipedal undead doesn't reply to your invitation to the standoff, it instead moo's out a roar and blindly charges towards you, the only difference between the usual undead and this one so far is that it doesn't shamble or tug one of its legs behind. It can actually walk but still can't use the thinking muscle one bit.

You spot the ovehead swing before it even rightfully started, you dodge to the left with a swift (for your size) side jump and see how the blade of the stick crumbles the stone that once was under your belly. Your other heads lounge, either bashing or ripping a chunk of the undead's body and quickly vomiting it out with a hiss.

Completely undeterred, it drags the weapon to the side and makes a wild, powerful swing which you simply avoid by stepping back and to the side yet again, letting your heads pile on bits of damage. The swing however doesn't stop, the undead spinning in place and vaguely aiming at your exposed body parts. Again, you see this coming way before it connects, so you dare to make a much more daring counter-attack.

As the stick is losing height, you growl and raise your upper body and step forward with your hindlimbs, towering over the horned undead. Then you relax your body and let your weight crash down, right on top of your enemy.

However, it retaliates the only way it knows, it drops the stick and raises its arms to support your weight. Which it does, but you can hear the bones cracking all the way from above, you feel yourself slowly fall down after the grab as well, probably its legs slowly giving way to your superior weight.

This has no right to live when being dead, you will state this to yourself as many times as necessary until you make this statement true to the world.

All of your necks bend down and grab, despite the outright painful taste, a limb. Your other heads getting the legs while you grab the mid body from between its hooves and yank it out from under your body. Letting you fall with enough force to raise a bit of dust.

You fling the horned undead into the air and leg go, making it spin around before all three of you, from three different directions, lounge at it, ripping it to gorey bits apart mid-air, making it moo and yell as it flails about, unable to do anything before it drops down to the ground in tiny bits. The road is open.

You approach the doors and push them open, or at least try to, instead you just forced them to drop down onto the ground, which makes something click, and then you spot the blade swing from the rather tight corridor, from left wall to the right and vice versa.

You couldn't care less about such trick. You squeeze onward and charge through, waddling your way through the corridor, stepping over every single activation tile. But all of the blades either bounce off from your rubbery hide or end up snapped in half at the shaft by your heads.

In few moments you make your way to the other room, and you're greet by another abomination. A fleshy monster stitched together , it's taller than the one before and not exactly undead looking, but the smell, and probably taste, is the same from it. So you do the obvious when it approaches you with a curiosity of a child. You smack it to the side with a massive swipe, crashing the wall from impact.

You keep waddling forward, to the another door, but you stop in the center due to the angry yell of the abomination. The wounds don't leak blood you see as it charges, but its eyes do, the black-red streams bursting from the sockets from what you presume to be anger.

>Defensive, it's already angered.

You won't be hasty, you got all the time in the world to deal with these horrid creatures, and the closer you get to the source, the more worrying and powerful the stench of the dead is. Something you must deal with.

You step back, avoiding direct approach, but you spot that this will be difficult, because its blinding rage makes it advance just like the undead, but with much more tenacity and ferocity. Not to mention that it's bigger than all of the rest.

You step back, barely avoiding the wild, swinging punch from right to left, but you are forced to step back right again as this aberration twists its entire upper body in order to bring the arm back, swinging again at your body. This simple motion keeps happening until you feel something cold and hard press against your stubby tail.

It's the wall, it has driven you back to the wall, you would bite it without a problem, but the stench and taste make it very hard to deal with and makes you very hesitant to actually bite it, given how the taste outright pains your tongue and insides of your mouth, and now you're cornered without being able to do anything but to attack.

This thing, has no right to live when being dead. You will repeat this until it becomes the truth.

In a flash, your neck rushes in and your forehead rams itself into the stitched together oversized body. The brutish slam knocking it back heftily, giving you much needed space and time to do your own actual attack.

Your right foremost limb reaches out and grabs the creature which goes against the nature. You don't plan on crushing it, oh no, you know that this won't do exactly enough damage to stop an undead, so you do something else.

As it writhes in your grasp, your upper right side of your body raises as you turn your spine to the right, propping yourself up with the other limb. Then you raise your limb which holds your opponent as high as your shoulders can allow, and then.

You dunk down with a roar.

(Cont.)
>>
>>45009890
Swinging back to the ground as fast as you can, twisting your humongous body together with it, you dunk the aberration down into the floor, releasing it in the middle of the swing. The moment this flesh golem touches the ground, it just explodes in bloody gore. Limbs and body parts flying everywhere with a satisfying, wet BOOM sound, splattering the closest area around in blood and body parts, the impact point leaving nothing but a crater of broken stone.

You move your body towards the next door, knocking it down like it's a stick just stuck in mud while you huff out, grasping air to fuel your lungs and thus, the body. You waddle through to the middle of the corridor unfit to let someone as big as you pass, and then you hear the click.

However, you can't give enough cares about the walls that now tighten and slowly start crushing your body, you set your legs on one of the walls and give a mighty push with a screech, forcing both walls to a stop before pushing again, forcing the stone blocks to go back to default position with a cracking sound. Now you are free to kick next door down.

(cont.)
>>
>>45009907
You enter and notice that this room is different, it's well light and spacious, much more spacious, in fact, you are actually free to run instead of making a single 'jump' and already be on the other side. But all of this is flat everywhere but one point, there's a seat for a small bipedal and a hole in a wall set behind the seat and to the left.

"Loeewem vureseradnt! Wtia, htwa, WTAH IS EHT IENGMNA OF IHST!?"

The man covered in robes that was sitting in the seat yelled out, standing up at as he realized who you are. And now that he gained your attention, you smell it. This is him.

He's the reason for all of this. But another smell hits your nostrils, coming from that hole.

You don't particularly mind your enemy paying no attention to you as you're charging in with hatred in your eyes. In fact, it's highly favorable for you.

You make your way in no time towards this robed figure, leaving small crates from your impacts as you went and stomped your way towards it. Then you raised your limb and swiped to the side, hitting not just him, but also the seat.

You hear a grunt and flash of black dust, a shadow even, wrap around him as your claws rammed into him sending him flying across the room and almost hitting the wall, but he stands up despite this on wobbly legs.

"Hreatvwe... Hits, Hydra, illw, keam,a peerfct, oadiint ot ym lncotlceio" He said before snapping his fingers, and seconds later, you hear the roar, a growl, echoing from the hole behind you. Turning around, you scoff and roar back before dodging the sudden swipe at your back.

"What is this!?"

"This is abomination above all, get rid of it, now, NOW!"

Your heads yell. This thing, this mishmash of what once used to be an animal, a part of the food chain, dares to stand before you. A horribly stitched aberration dares to face you in place of the one behind you.

The lion's body is thinner than yours, less wide, but it's build and legs make the body be set just a bit higher than yours. On the massive lion's back is stitched another equally massive head, a horned creature, staring at you with twitching eyes before vomiting green ooze while trying to yell at you, its fur rotten to the core and exposing maggot filled flesh.

The tail, the tail of the lion rises, and you see that it's not a normal tail, instead, two oversized fangs that drip pure purple liquid. It matters little what kind of opponent you will have to face, you will defeat all of them if it means that you get to stop this violation of Nature's order.

You try to attack first, but soon you find that it's not possible for you to do so right away, the swipes send you back, avoiding them as flurry of blows blocks your ways to attack it. This one sided battle continues, with few breaks in between the swipes to catch up to you.

You benefit on that, stepping back and forcing the Lion part to drop its legs down to step forward closer. In return you swipe as it comes closer, trying to hit the face and disorient it. But you step back, just in time, as green, oozing and bubbling projectile swings by your necks, barely avoiding the thing. You feel the drops burn into your body, leaving marks. This was from the horned beast, you can still spot the vicious liquid dripping from its burnt mouth.

The swipe avoiding continues, forcing you to step back and barely avoid being hit, If you can't go from the front, you'll try to act from above. Making a bigger step back, you wait for the abomination to step closer. As it does, you raise your body and necks, hissing loudly and preparing to strike onto the goat. But you spot it, the snake, it lounges back at your now very vulnerable position.

You have no other choice, you strain your back and lean back further, barely avoiding the fangs as you topple over and crash onto the ground with a huff before quickly scrambling onto your feet and returning to the dance, breathing heavily as you felt your entire body crash onto your back after having to strain your back to topple over.

You can't let this sewed together horror do as it pleases with you anymore. You must get rid of it this instant so you can deal with the bipedal.

You wait again for it to drop down and step closer, but now instead of backing off, you strike forward with your body as leverage. Your frontal limbs wrapping around the front of the Lion's body while you huff and swallow your saliva before diving down and grasping it by the mane, aiming to grab the neck.

Your grab is returned by a step back and push out with frontal limbs as well, making you both stuck in a wrestling grapple. But before the Lion part can utilize any of its teeth, you burrow your mouth into the neck and dig in, the blood oozing slowly from the wounds as you make your damnest not to swallow it.

Your other heads join into this fight, one of them reaching out for the horn and yanking it down, forcing the vomiting head to aim anywhere but you. Then remains the snake tail, locked in clashing fight as each avoids each other's fangs.

You both turn, circle and trip ever so often, changing the tide of battle at the cost of energy, something which is limited for you. You know this because the strain on your jaw never dropped as the Lion tries to set itself free from you, so thinking fast, you force an opening for you to capitalize on. In one of the shambles, rotating your positions, you keep moving, forcing the monstrosity to follow you in the circle. As you gain speed, you suddenly stop and twist into the opposite direction, one head was able to capitalize on this and from the energy gained by the sudden momentum, it grunts before roaring while the stitches give out and completely separate the head from the body, leaving nothing but a hole from which the ooze leaks from.

As you see that happening, you let go and shuffle back, letting your heads rest and for the one that was holding the vomiting head, drop it. Resetting your positions with the tide turning towards you.

You will not let your pain and exhaustion stop this fight with your death, no matter what you have to do to make it so.

You breathe in and keep the air inside of your lungs and you charge onward, head on against the aberration. You clash again with your frontal limbs, but this time, you don't have to worry about being burnt by something.

Your heads grab the Lion by the legs and pick it up with your help of pushing him up, this also renders the snake rather useless as it cannot reach over to you from almost any angle. So you benefit from that. Turning your head, you lounge forward and exhale, gripping the belly of the beast and tearing it apart, letting whatever that was inside fall to the ground with a splatter before you ram your head into the chest, forcing the body to rip the limbs out of its sockets as your heads keep holding it.

Then you reel back and topple yourself to the side, rolling on the ground with the stitched undead beast, but you stand up faster and benefit from it by pressing down onto the neck with your body for a very dramatic ending to this fight.

Your entire weight and claws press on, the lion unable to do anything before the head is sent flying from the pressure as your body, with sheer blunt force, severs the connection between the head and the main body. The snake is quickly overwhelmed by the three heads and promptly torn to shreds.

Now, you turn around, vomiting out the bits and blood you've swallowed towards the robed man. He doesn't seem too upset by your victory, in fact, he seems happy that you've proven yourself to be this strong.

You see him open his mouth, probably to mumble to himself, which is fine, because it means that you can step in.

Almost slithering as you wave your now quite tired body, you slam your limb down, trying to crush him like the rest, only to find yourself blocked by a jet black shadow, stopping your claws from connecting. Something you won't let happen much more, because you pull back and swipe to the side like before.

This works wonders again, although you didn't even feel his body press into your limb, you still managed to send him flying across the room and leave a crater in the wall. Advancing, you decide to end this right here and now.

You loom over the feeble man, your neck swaying from side to side before going down onto him with your maw opened in anticipation. The shadow emerges again, but your crushing power is no match for this weird thing, and after your jaw stutters a few times in struggle of power, it clamps down like a mouse trap, sending his legs flying as they're cut from the body. To your surprise, he tastes pretty good, definitely not undead and rotten, save the robes.

Now that this is over, you turn around, only to spot 4 figures staring at you. One covered completely in shiny rock, one holding a jumping stick, the shortest one holding two, tiny pointy sticks while the last one is dressed in robes, like the one you've just swallowed.

Well then.
