You are Sascha, formerly of the Goathorn Tribe, and now a slave of the mighty Stonetusks. You are honored to be able to make your own meagre contributions towards the glory of your new masters. The Chieftain himself has entrusted you with the responsibility of spying upon the arrogant dragon Slaagyr, who has led many in the Howling Mountains to the deluded belief that they can stand against the rise of the Stonetusks.

Making contact with Cragfolk under the dominion of the dragon, you found them to be a sickly and feeble people, bled dry of their warriors so that the cowardly dragon can make futile efforts to prepare himself for the inevitable battle to come. They are also, you suspect, not too happy with their lot, the dragon's vague promises of future prosperity doing little to dull the pangs of hunger and fear of predation by the mountains' many beasts and monsters.

You have joined up with one of Slaagyr's lieutenants, a renowned young tribal leader known as The Snowfox, posing as a group of tribeless wanderers looking for purpose. While The Snowfox herself seems unhappy in her role as Slaagyr's underling, and with the factional conflict which runs rampant through his followers, you have as yet bided your time on making too obvious a play to turn her against the dragon. The last thing you want is to disappoint your masters by foolish action, after all. If you fail here, no-one will be coming to help you.

The long march back to Slaagyr's lands takes you deeper into the Howling Mountains than you ranged even at your most curious, the lands becoming more jagged and bleak, what sparse plant life there was becoming all the more gnarled and skeletal, grey clouds weaving between the towering shadows of the mountain peaks. The Snowfox remains an optimistic and conversational presence, though has limited herself to idle talk of old battles and hunting which have no bearing on her current role in Slaagyr's forces, nothing you can use to your advantage anyway.

“Up there, on the left,” she tuts, her brow knotting into a look of annoyance you haven't seen often from here these past few days, in spite of her occasional bout of complaining.

You follow her nod to a craggy outcropping some distance away, spotting a hunched figure, its oily, mottled skin of grey and black well hidden in the shadows of the mountain. It's about the size of a man, and while it's hard to make out any finer details from that distance, the creature's bulbous, pitch-black eyes still seem to catch yours, sending a shudder down your spine as it crouches unmoving on the mountainside.

“Makoor's pets. Creepy as ever,” Snowfox sighs, raising a hand high overhead to give the silent watcher an insulting gesture, the creature remaining still as a statue as you press on.

“What are they?”

“Some nasty magical goatshit. Beyond that, I couldn't tell you. Word of warning, they may be allies, but they sure don't mind picking off the odd straggler if they get the chance, so no going for long lonely walks, hmm?” Snowfox smiles, shrugging, though there's a lot less humor behind the smile now than there was on the journey thus far.

Think we can finish the Sascha bit today, Lordy?
Is NTC still on for tomorrow?
>>
“What a welcoming environment...” you frown, earning a chuckle from the Snowfox.

“You were expecting it to be comfortable under a dragon's shadow?”

“Not comfortable, perhaps, but this seems excessive.”

“That's one word for it. Anyway, they won't start anything as long as you're not alone, I suppose even Makoor has the sense not to start pitched battles. For now at any rate.”

“Anything else I should know about? Sounds like there's a lot of places I shouldn't be going,” you frown.

The Snowfox shrugs, patting you on the shoulder, her grip lingering a little longer than entirely normal once more.

“Most of it's just common sense I'd say. Don't accept food from strange cultists, don't go exploring dark caves occupied by strange cultists, don't go wandering off alone when creepy monsters are about. Just stick close to me and you'll be fine,” she grins.

On edge as you are, you spot several more of the creatures as you proceed along the canyon floor leading to Slaagyr's camp. Perhaps there are other routes, but even with your lack of knowledge of military matters, you can tell that this route was chosen to be easy to defend. Any force advancing through it would be bottlenecked in, and easy pickings for attacks from above. Still, as rugged as the terrain this deep into the mountains is, you doubt there's a great many alternatives.

You nod in response, Snowfox's talk once again straying off to minutiae that you can't imagine being all that useful to your mission. You're snapped out of your thoughts as Snowfox nudges you on the arm, nodding to something up ahead.

“We're here.”

You don't know what you were expecting, but the dragon statues carved from the rock faces flanking the entranceway were not high on your list. Then again, a dragon arrogant enough to think it could challenge your masters would have to be possessed of an overblown ego, so perhaps it's not all that surprising.

(cont)
>>
>>45068488
Beyond the entranceway stretches the camp itself, taking up several mostly flat rocky outcroppings, which look to have been carved away and reshaped somewhat to allow for the large number of people crammed in here. Sturdy rope bridges link the outcroppings, making it easier for Slaagyr's forces to pass over the mounds of scree and the deep cracks down into the depths of the mountain.

The whole place stinks of blood, sweat and cooked meat, the towering mountain overhead and the surrounding rocky crags rendering the whole place still, dark, and unpleasantly stale.

“Welcome to your new home, for what it is. A couple of weeks here and you won't even notice the smell... mostly,” Snowfox smiles, making a grand gesture.

You nod, your gaze lifting from the sprawling shanty town of tents and makeshift huts to the looming peak, a great entranceway carved into its side far up on the mountain's side, held in place by great stone pillars. The dragon's lair no doubt.

“You want me to show you around now, before Ludger comes demanding my attention for strategy meetings and whatnot. Or we could save that for later and I could find you someplace nice to sleep while I go deal with that.”

You suppose your expression must've given away your incredulity on there being nice places to sleep here.

“Okay, someplace that isn't bare stone to sleep on. Comfort's in short supply these days, though I've got a few spare furs I could lend you from my tent.”

You are a little tired from the day's march, though a little tiredness is nothing you can't ignore for the sake of your masters.

“I could take the tour now, if you're looking for an excuse to dodge strategy meetings.”

“Nice to know you've got my back. What about the rest of your group, might be a bit of a crowd taking you all. I could have one of my men get them settled in for you, and you can catch up later.”

You nod, turning to the others. “Alright, you go get some rest, and remember what she said, I don't want any of you doing anything stupid to upset our new hosts.”

You get a chorus of assent from the group, and Snowfox gestures for one of the warriors with her to lead them off into the camp.

“He'll make sure to look out for them. Joachim's little helpers have a nasty habit of trying to lure away the new recruits before they can find their feet.”

“Another thing to watch out for, I take it.”

The Snowfox chuckles, shaking her head. “I'm sure they'll be fine, your group looks pretty healthy and well-fed compared to the rest of us, which means those cannibal cultists don't really have anything to offer to sink the hooks in.”

You nod, frowning. Hopefully loyalty to the masters should prevent any of your group doing anything foolish.

“Now come on, I'll show you the sights, anything you'd like to see first?” Snowfox grins, slinging an arm over your shoulder as she leads you further into the camp.

“I don't even know what there is to see.”

“Hmm, well, you can see the tents later. So we've got the training grounds, the eyrie, or we could head up onto the overlook and I can point out all the places that we're definitely not going to go on this tour.”

Not the upset guy but new and just now saw this post. How much sexual depravity goes on in this quest? Genuinely curious, it doesn't bother me, and I'm considering starting a quest were sex is a thing.

>>45069029

Do not underestimate the addictive power of orc semen. It can breach the fourth wall and leave anons addicted.

what happens when an orc fucks something non-orc. Is addiction guaranteed, what are the consequences of addiction, and is an offspring produced?
>>
>>45069110
Define sexual depravity.
There hasn't been anything too fetishistic here so far.
Group sex, coercion, rape, bukkake, creampie, slavery, cuckolding, sexual comparisons
>>
>>45069170
Mate, read the archives.
Addiction depends on willpower, guaranteed 90% of the times after enough sessions, offspring is halforc because orc genetics are magic.
>>
>>45069175
Rape is an instance of sexual depravity, especially if enacted by the PC imo.
>>
>>45069110
Well, it's a quest about hentai orcs, so we have smut scenes fairly regularly. There's a lot of other things going on too though mind, so we have had stretches of several threads without any smut in the past.
>>
>>45069110
>How much sexual depravity goes on in this quest?
All of it.
For example, the orcish goddess of fertility and slavery, Y'zagya Zoka, died of a heart attack at an all in orgy at the age of 104 before her ascent to divinity. Not to mention she was also a fan of fun for the whole family who had sex with all of her sons and most likely was the mother of some of her her grandchildren as well.
>>
>>45069110

Start it from the beginning and see how you like it. I've been following this quest for a long time - it's fun, and raunchy, and ridiculous, and strikes all the right notes for me. I'm not even a real big fan of smuttiness, generally - this is just well-written and a lot of fun.

>>45069170

Depends almost entirely on how tough an individual the one being subjected to the orc jizz is. Orcs can interbreed with the majority of species, and Warlord typically lets us know beforehand if there's an exception to that rule.
>>
>>45069203

All of those things are boner-killers for me, so that's never happening.
>>
>>45069236
Even footfetish? I admit I'm not a huge fan either and can't see there being a good reason for it in this quest, but it's pretty vanilla, and can be nice sometimes.

What about lactation?
>>
>>45069258
Stop being so impatient, if you aren't the newfag.
If you are, then start reading the archives if you want to.
>>
>>45069257

I agree that foot-fetish is nowhere near as disgusting as stuff like scat, but it's still kind of a divisive fetish. You either like it, or you don't - there isn't much middle ground with feet.
>>
>>45069257
Well, footfetish at its vanilla-est just does nothing for me.

Footfetish when combined with the sweat, grime and foot-smell stuff that so often accompanies it kills my boner dead.

“What's closest?”

“Eyrie, I suppose,” Snowfox nods, gesturing to a raised plateau off to one side of the camp.

“Spirit Vultures?” you ask, sure enough on the answer to that from the large black feathers that seem to have been worked into decorations and clothing around the camp.

“Mhmm, not that we're getting much use out of them these days. We used to have another sorceress here named Aurora, creepy girl, but her and her lot handled most of the vulture training. Not many folk left around with the knowhow.” Snowfox explains, leading you across a creaking rope bridge and up a winding path to the eyrie, the noise and stink of the massive vultures' home becoming more apparent with every step.

The top of the eyrie is half boneyard, half nesting ground, the massive birds lazing around, squawking and pecking at the remnants of carrion.

“Kind of disgusting, eh,” Snowfox chuckles, leaning down to scoop up a cracked legbone, holding it out in front of her, waving it at the beak of one of the massive vultures as it hops forward, before it snaps down on the bone, splintering it.

You have to agree, with their pale, wrinkled flesh and their black, oily feathers, they aren't a pretty sight, especially with the stink of past meals still clinging to them.

“I don't mind them though. After all, you should see them lose their shit whenever one of Joachim's cult comes up here. I guess carrion eaters aren't all just one big happy family.”

“My tribal elder used to say they could sense evil spirits.”

“S'that so. Yeah, I think I heard that one before. Wouldn't surprise me,” Snowfox grins, the vulture ducking back as she reaches up to pat it on its bald head, giving a warning squawk as it fixes one big, beady eye on your guide.

(cont)
>>
>>45069969
She gives a snort, taking another step forward and sending the vulture hopping hurriedly back to its corner of the eyrie with what remains of the bone. You count thirty of the birds here, all looking large and healthy enough to carry riders, though how many riders Slaagyr has to spare is another matter entirely, presumably nowhere near a full amount judging by what Snowfox told you.

“Oh yeah, you want to see something else good?” Snowfox grins, gesturing for you to follow as she picks through the detritus and nesting vultures to a rocky outcropping at the back of the platform.

You follow her though, a few of the vultures looking up to watch you pass, a few giving warning snaps of their beaks as you stray too close, though none make any more aggressive moves than that. Snowfox steps around the outcropping, reaching out to offer you a hand as you follow her over the narrow ledge along its side, passing through into a large open cavern beyond, obscured from the main eyrie.

(cont)
>>
>>45069981
Snowfox loiters by the entranceway, reaching over to pick up a torch left in a makeshift sconce on the wall, holding it up to better illuminate the cavern. The vultures' oily scent is masked here by something far more powerful, a potent, acrid smell which brings tears to your eyes. You squint into the gloom, making out a large shape deep within the cavern, heavy breathing echoing out across the confined stone.

“We found it a few months back. It's still far too stubborn to ride, though we've lost a few overconfident people looking to be the one to break it in. I don't really know what Slaagyr's planning for it, but it sure would be a useful addition to our forces if he could make it behave itself,” she explains, giving a sharp whistle, the heavy breathing ceasing for a moment as the shape starts to shift.

“What is it?”

“See for yourself. Just don't pass over the line scratched into the ground, that's how far it can reach,” Snowfox grins, passing you the torch.

“You're not going.”

“I've seen it plenty of times already, 'sides, I don't think it likes me,” she shrugs, leaning against the wall of the cavern mouth.

“Remember, don't cross the line,” Snowfox repeats, as you take the torch from her.

You nod, holding up the torch as you step forward, your gaze shifting between the unfurling shape at the far end of the cavern and the ground by your feet. A low, hissing snarl echoes out from the back of the cavern, the shape looming overhead, the torchlight barely illuminating the dull sheen of dark green scales as it towers over you.

You glance back to the ground, pulling your foot back a couple of inches as you spot the toes just over a roughly scratched line in the stone. The hiss gives way to a shriek, the shape lunging out from the darkness, a massive scaly form erupting from the back of the cavern, wings outstretched.

There's a heavy clank as the chains around its ankles go taut, a flash of blindingly quick motion inches from your face as the beast's tail lashes out, a wicked stinger straining for you as you stumble back, the beast giving a frustrated howl.

“Fuck, what is that?” you gasp, Snowfox giving an amused snort as you scramble back to your feet, heart still hammering in your chest as the thing finally gives up on trying to stab you, giving you one last malevolent stare before slinking off back into the darkness of the cavern.

“Never seen a wyvern before?”

“No, I haven't,” you frown, glaring back at Snowfox, who holds her hands up in apologetic gesture.

“Sorry, that was mean. You've got to admit though, it's quite a sight, isn't it?” she shrugs, as you make your way back to the cavern entrance, setting the torch back on the wall.

“It's something,” you sigh, dusting yourself off from your tumble to the cavern floor.

“Okay, where too next? No surprises next time, promise.”

“How about the Overlook,” you suggest, Snowfox offering you a hand to help you back across the narrow ledge back to the main eyrie.

“Sure, come on, it's a bit of a walk,” she replies, the two of you picking your way back across the rope bridges to the main camp.

It's slow going through the camp, not least of which because a lot of people stop to talk to Snowfox, hassling her about future battle plans, supplies, or just making small talk. No-one outright says anything, but it's becoming all too clear to you that many of the cragfolk here in the main camp are not overly happy with how things are going. The question is whether they are unhappy enough to risk the dragon's ire, something tells you that it will take a little more than some mild discontent to provoke that.

“So needy,” Snowfox sighs, as you finally break away from the main camp, passing along a ledge carved into the rockface leading up to one of the higher crags looming over the central area.

“Is it really that bad?”

“Well, I don't know if it's as hopeless as they're making out. A lot of the newest recruits are young hunters drawn in from the tribes under Slaagyr's control, they know combat, but they've never been to war. Makes them jumpy, you know.”

You nod, Snowfox picking her way up some uneven steps which look to have been abandoned halfway through being carved into the rock face.

“Problem is that jumpy people start doing stupid things, like joining up with Joachim. I'd take an honest death over that deal any day, no matter what kind of power he can offer,” she continues, wrinkling her nose in disgust.

(cont)
>>
>>45071850
It's an exhausting walk, and a bit of a nervewracking one with how loose the footing is in places, but you eventually emerge atop the rock face, turning to look down across the camp. The jagged peak of Slaagyr's mountain home still casts its shadow, even up here, but the rest of the camp lies far below, the chaos reduced to tiny specks milling about below your feet.

“Take a seat, and I'll point out the sights,” Snowfox grins, sitting herself down on the edge of the rockface, legs dangling over the edge as she peers down into the central camp.

You sit yourself down next to her, Snowfox giving you a quick smile before she turns her attention back to the camp.

“Alright, you saw the camp, you saw the eyrie,” she starts, finger tracing a lazy line along the landmarks.

“That there, that circular area on top of that outcropping, that's where Aurora used to operate from with her lot. Course, most of them are dead now. I think Arban moved in there.”

“Arban?”

“Some foreign mage, dunno what made him join up with Slaagyr. Mostly keeps to himself, which puts him firmly above Joachim and Makoor in my books, 'course he hasn't really done shit to help us either. He must be doing something useful though, or Slaagyr wouldn't give him so much free rein.”

“Let's see, over there's where the ogres and trolls stay. That's where Makoor and his lot hang out. You want to stay well away from there, the ogres might've been told we're friends, but who knows when one of them will snap and forget that little detail,” she continues, gesturing to a secondary camp through a narrow pass, kept separate from the main camp region.

“What about Joachim?”

“Him and his stay underground, where he belongs in my opinion. There's a whole bunch of old tunnels and things under the mountains. Dwarven I think, though I've never been down there to look. Joachim's cult have infested the whole mess of them by now I'd wager. That over there's the main route down, though I've found at least a couple more the creepy bastard 'forgot' to mention,” Snowfox frowns, pointing down to a looming cave mouth at the back of the main camp.

ask her if there is any source of water in those tunnels.this shit could be our way in
Also ask her why is the dragon building an army if the orcs ran away.
>>
>>45071889
Ask to see the training grounds
>>
>>45071962
No it isn't, we knew about the tunnels and were hoping that they'd be abandoned, but we can't sneak in through them if they're infested with magical cannibals and their goats, especially since Slaggyr could just collapse it on us if he knew we were coming.
>>45071889
>And the dragon?
What a shame, was hoping it could work out.
I guess we still have that cube puzzle that opens a portal to somewhere if we want to bet on that opening into Slaggyr's layer.
>>
>>45071889
"So, are you happy about being in this camp? It's hard to see someone as strong and powerful as you stuck with menial labor like this."
>>
>>45071889
Kind of would have liked prompts for this, because I'm not really seeing many directions to take this.
Maybe ask who made the statue, so we can figure out whether that was Slaagyr's magic and segue from there into what he's been seen capable of?

>>45071962
Seems kind of a pointless question.
This is our way in because it's very likely connected to the dwarven network, but Snofox has both outright stated she's never been down there, so she wouldn't know and this isn't something someone in our position would have any reason to ask about.
>>
>>45071889

>>
>>45072020
Depends. Lots of nasty shit lives underground, we dress our orks up, or get our druid to shape shift, we could pick off the cultists bit by bit and maybe kill them off entierly before the main attack, if we do it right. orks see better in the dark than humans.
>>
>>45071962
>Also ask her why is the dragon building an army if the orcs ran away.
I think she mentioned "The Butcher", an ogre warlord from the north, as the main reason she joined Slaagyr.
>>
>>45071889
Ask about Slaagyr, did he ever came out from his cave ?
>>
>>45072080
So presumably one blessed by Ylugri, or an especially intelligent normal ogre.
>>45072077
Mate, did you forget about their hax goats that aren't just god tier at sneaking but also are powerful? I'm pretty sure those fucks are effectively invisible even on the surface, much less underground.
And you really think a cannibal cult won't recognize the smell of living flesh and come after us immediately? We won't have time to pick them off, what we'd have to do is try to use numbers and momentum to barrel through them, out of the tunnels, and attack the heart of the camp and Slaggyr itself. We'd have to time this attack so that most of Slaggyr's forces are away, though, we can't deal with everyone here at once without very heavy losses.

I mean I guess we could also take a couple weeks to have the coven dig a side tunnel to Slaggyr's place, but that doesn't seem viable.
>>
>>45071889
Lordy can you just tell us what's up with the Butcher as something Snowfox told us during the journey or will we have to ask IC?
I wanna know if he's like a priest or just an unusually sane ogre.
>>
>>45072151
It's not like trying to take them from heavily defended and treacherous mountainpasses where the goat monsters come from above and beneath is going to be much easier.

Depending on how many of the defenses we'd bypass by coming from undergorund and depending on how prepared the cultists are for attacks from there, hitting the cultist's homebase from the tunnels could very well be the best move, because we sure as hell can't afford to leave them alive in our backs and we also sure as hell won't get to face them in open combat just because we come from above-ground.
>>
Yea best option right now seems to be sneaking on the surface
>>
>>45072204
He's not a priest as far as Snowfox knows. Just a particularly large, cunning ogre who's set himself up as master of a large chunk of the mountains focused on the ruins of an Ogrish city.

Whether he's sane is questionable, but he seems to be in control of his actions enough of the time to dominate a very large force of his kin.
>>
>>45072231
There's not going to be any sneaking on the surface.
Treacherous mountianpasses and chokepoints constantly watched by inhuman things aren't exactly good for sneaking an orc horde thorugh.
Better to just hit the cultists from underground and hope they didn't see that coming, because we'll have to fight them anyways and all the terrain around here is terrible for that.
>>
>>45072288
At least we have our Iron Warriors(?) now so we have good scouts, as well as Vor'zal and Or'kug. We can probably have the coven, what with all 3 of them there, stealth-tremorsense out all the cultists and maybe make a tunnel so we can hit them hard real quick, cutt off the head by killing Joachim, then just flood out and go for the rest and let whatever orcs are in the tunnel currently handle that.
and hope they won't have the wyvern tamed by then.
>>
Writing.
>>
>>45072405
I think one of the bigger coups from coming out of the tunnels is that this would probably fuck with the Ogre's positioning.
Just a theory of mine, but I suspect that those aren't the most well organized of fighters and that they lack the discipline necessary for a fast repositioning.
If we pour out of the cave in the middle at the back of this camp, they'd have to go through the human camp to confront us and I suspect won't make it through the human ranks without causing a lot of chaos.
>>
>>45072572
Essentially we cause a cluster fuck and kill or capture as many leaders in the confusion as possible.
>>
>>45072572
>>45072669
If we kill the troll the coven can probably Dominate a fair amount of the ogres. If the troll doesn't use magic to control them then they can do so anyway, so we could have them dominate the front ogres and hold them up at a chokepoint, for example, since I doubt even 10 ogres could kill the troll.

>>45072705
Ehh turning the ogres on the troll would probably take it down.

We should have air superiorit with our vulture riders and having more mages. As long as they haven't tamed the wyvern.

Now the biggest thing will be doing as much damage as possible before slaggyr joins the fight, once that happens shit will get hairy real fast.

If they do have the wyvern tamed we need a plan to bring it down and subdue it quickly.

This will be aided immensely if we could get snowfox to either turn or at least hold a group of warriors back.
>>
>>45072913
I kind of doubt it, remember that trolls have hax regen.
Our vultures would have to be delayed if we want our tunnel attack to be a surprise since they'd be coming above ground.
Ur might actually be able to do something about the enemy vultures/wyvern, though, remember he has Apex Predator now, though I can't remember the specific effects of it. Might be good if you included some explanation for at least Ur's boons in the character sheets, Lordy.
>>
>>45072976
And since we're at this topic, Lordy, what's the difference between Ur's Apex Predator and Vor'zal's Assert Dominance?
>>
>>45072913
It would be great if we could kill Joachim before we exit the tunnels, since it's unlikely the rest of their forces will descend to fight us. But we should count on them being ready for us at the mouth of the cave, so we should split our forces and also have some exit out of the side tunnels snowfox mentioned and cause havoc.

Make sure to spring air assault at the same time we exit the caves, we'll need to have them on standby watching so once they see it begin they can attend the enemy vulture riders first before harrying ground forces.

If we can wrest control of the ogres and turn them on the troll that should cause enough mayhem in their battle lines that we can break them and bring the troll down and drive the humans back.

Only large unknowns here are the mystery mage and slaggyr himself.

We just gotta clear the tunnels as fast as possible and if we take too long pray to every god in our pantheon that slaggyr is too arrogant to collapse the tunnels.
>>
>>45073065
We should probably try to stealthkill the foreign mage.
And if we do end up defeating the troll, then having the ogres start fighting the other ogres should make the retards start infighting because they won't be able to distinguish enemy and friendly ogres from each other and just respond to aggression with aggression.
>>
>>45072976
Well i think 10 ogres simultaneously attacking would be enough as long as the troll doesn't get support, but mainly it would allow us to move up and either

A. Shatter their lines
B. Work with the ogres to kill it
C. Both
D. Isolate the troll and ogres so they can kill it and we can push forward.
>>
>>45073116
Nah if we take the troll down we should be able to turn their ogres to our side no problem.
>>
We should try to tame the wyrm, if that fails then release it to cause havoc around the camp.
>>
“What about that?” you ask, gesturing up to the towering peak overhead.

“Slaagyr's chambers. Can't really tell you anything about them, for obvious reasons,” Snowfox shrugs, leaning back to stare up the mountain.

“For obvious reasons?”

“Because I've never been, and even if I had, something tells me Slaagyr wouldn't much appreciate me sharing that information. Only ever even met Slaagyr a half dozen times, mostly he just stays up there, doing whatever dragons do,” she smiles, yawning into the back of her hand as she flops back down onto the ground.

“It's not a great tour, huh? Can't say there's much here worth seeing, really. We just train, prepare, and try not to get killed off by our 'allies' before we finally get called to battle. That's life.”

“Sounds like a fun life,” you smirk, lying back next to Snowfox. The ground's rough and uncomfortable, but no worse than you've dealt with in the past.

“It has its moments,” Snowfox smiles, glancing over at you, meeting your gaze for a fleeting second before turning her attention back to the dimming evening sky.

“Are you really happy about this? Even back where I came from, I heard stories about The Snowfox, about you. You're a legend, and Slaagyr has you stuck on menial labor, surrounded by cannibals and ogres.”

“It's not great, but it was the best choice to make at the time. Ludger and me, neither of us were going to hold back The Butcher for more than a couple months, we could both see it coming. It was Slaagyr or death.”

Snowfox sighs, resting her forearm over her eyes, letting the silence linger a few moments longer.

(cont)
>>
>>45073174
Depends on how many there and how many the coven can Dominate at the same time.
>>45073152
I don't think you're visualizing this correctly, the reason we'd want to kill the troll with the ogres is because we wouldn't need to get close to them, the ogre pens are a bit of a ways off and we'd have other people to deal with first, can't afford to have more than two named characters fighting the troll.
>>45073206
Now that's just retarded.
>>
>>45073222
“I really don't get how thrilled some people are by the idea of heroic last stands. Being torn to pieces by ogres doesn't sound like much fun to me, but gods were there ever a lot of people angry that we wouldn't let them make that choice. We bent the knee to Slaagyr, and here we are, doing what we've got to do to keep our people safe, or what's left of them anyway.”

You have to admit, it's a little strange to you, being around the Snowfox, listening to her talk like this. Back before you came to serve your masters, she was the stuff of folk tales. Snowfox, ogre slayer, troll slayer. Snowfox who felled the giant Kinzarach, who slew the wurm Volor. Even now, having learned what true strength is from your masters, you have to admit to a little thrill when you met her.

It must be difficult, having all that weight on her shoulders. All the more reason to feel relieved at your place in life.

>>45073039
Apex Predator is, at his current level, less mind control and more of an emotional field that makes beasts recognize him as a predator worthy of fear/respect.

Assert Dominance is pretty much mind control of beasts, forces the idea into their head that the caster is their Alpha.

Exactly, turn the ogres on the trolls and distract the rest of the forces. Allowing the ogres to probably kill it, if not then it will be kept busy (and be injured enough) so that our push through their lines will be easy and we can defeat it if it's still alive.

But you should also count on them being arrayed at the cave mouth since Joachim will give them warning. They'll probably have the ogres and troll right in front of the cave mouth to use as shock troops, which could easily turn to our advantage.

They also probably won't descend because the cannibal monsters probably can't tell friend from foe in a fight in the tunnels.

While the slavemistress did insist on some lessons to that effect, pleasing women is still not something you know a great deal about. After knowing the joys of the masters, it always paled somewhat in comparison, though the slavemistress herself proved far more capable that the clumsy fumblings of you and your fellow slaves.

Still, you know well enough that The Snowfox has taken an interest in you, and if it's to aid the Chieftain, to aid your masters, perhaps this is the time to reciprocate those feelings. You reach over, resting a hand on Snowfox's arm gently, her forearm shifting to allow a single eye to peek out from beneath.

Rolling over from where you lie, you give a slight smile, straddling her hips at the cliff's edge, Snowfox's forearm slipping back over her eyes as her dour expression quirks up into an amused smile.

“What're you doing?”

“Cheering you up,” you reply simply, gently moving the arm from over her face, Snowfox grinning as you lean forward, her hand coming up to take the side of your face as you falter, drawing you into a kiss.

(cont)
>>
>>45074082
With the masters' tusks, kissing is not something you often do, and you didn't have a great deal of experience with it beforehand. Snowfox's soft lips are a fresh sensation to you, and it catches your breath in your throat for a moment as she presses her mouth to yours.

You break away, feeling that dull itch in the base of your belly. You need the masters, you need to be filled, fucked, you need to please your masters. You only hope the pleasure The Snowfox can give you will suffice for now.

A hand runs down your side, coming to rest against your hip.

“You're kind of skinny, huh.”

“Is that a problem?” you frown, Snowfox chuckling softly.

“No, it's cute.”

“You're feeling better then?” you ask, as Snowfox draws you down into another kiss.

“Hmm, a little bit,” she smiles, nose touching yours, hot breath fogging between you against the mountain chill.

Beautiful. You can't wait to give her to the chieftain. He'll be so happy. No, they both will.

I'm thinking that instead of trying to actively sabotage all of Slaagyr's operation like was originally planned, we'll be leveraging the low morale of his people plus a romantic relationship with Snowfox to convince them to abandon the dragon.

Did you expect the slave interlude to get this long?
With this being a relatively open-ended and non-simplistic task it in restrospective seems kind of inevitable for this to be a 3+ chapter thing.
>>
>>45074268
I expected it to be at least a couple of sessions, so yeah.

Sascha's still a bit to focused on the mission right now to have considered escape routes yet. Something to contemplate next thread, perhaps.

She is pretty fearful at the thought of failing the masters however, which would include not being able to return with valuable intel.
>>

Seems pretty simple to me.
They're not going to always be inside the camp and during one patrol or the other they'll desert with the messages we want to bring.

Who and how many leave depends on the exact situation, but it's not unimaginable that the ones that leave fork over their remaining orc sperm to ones that plan to stay until the actual attack so they can properly sabotage.

Thanks for running, good luck for that thing you are doing.

Can we crossbreed the wyvern with ripperlizards ? Can Tak'zaya Ska's magic helps with breeding powerful hybrids ?

Well, we actually have a fair amount of intel to report. Morale is low, and even extends to the officers that would normally be considered stalwart supporters of the dragon. Slaagyr's holdings are very fractured, in a way - a lot of different parties pursuing different goals beneath his banner. There are magical watchers in place, at least above ground, which would alert of an impending attack. Slaagyr also has a wyvern chained up in a cave, which I would personally really like to relieve him of and train as a mount.

Frankly, we already have gathered enough intel to make this mission a mild to moderate success. A little bit more intel, especially more strategically relevant stuff, would be a pretty large success. If we're able to figure out a good point of attack AND convince Snowfox to defect, we've hit Slaagyr's jaw so hard he'll be spitting out teeth for weeks.

>Can we crossbreed the wyvern with ripperlizards ?
That would most likely require magical assistance of some sort.

>Can Tak'zaya Ska's magic helps with breeding powerful hybrids ?
That's not really her area. Your best bet would probably be getting hold of someone with the Biomancy Arcana.

The Yan is so strong.

>>45074412
What could a wvyern breed with?
>>
>>45074387
Probably shouldn't have Snowfox deflect now, don't want to alert Slaggyr of our things happening in his camp yet.
>>45074497
A wyvern, I guess.
>>
>>45074497
Naturally? Another wyvern.

While they are very tangentially related to drakes, dragons, wurms and the like, there is no recorded incident of a wyvern crossbreeding with any of them successfully.

The state of slaagyr's forces' gear and the quality of their training is at least something I'd still look into.
From there rough numbers seem kind of obvious and then the main challenge is getting the info back and either trying to subvert people or just use the fact that we're seducing Snowfox to become privy to information normally reserved for officers.

Personally, I wouldn't want to risk the subversion since we only need to lower moral a bit to ensure that any defenses of Slaagyr will be mostly half-hearted, unless people are fighting for their lives.
If we pour out of the Tunnel at the back of the camp and head straight for Slaagyr's cave, odds are the standard humans aren't going to be that keen to risk combat with orcs to save Slaagyr's scaly hide.
Moral should break relatively quickly and then we can see about getting the Snowfox to simply surrender to us once Slaagyr's dead.

Especially if the coven successfully dominate ogres and take out the troll, we can use some ogres to keep the humans aways
>>
Good night Lordy.
See you tomorrow.
>>
I've seen a lot of people talking about a troll.

Makoor's an ogre sorcerer.
>>
>>45074833
Oh, that's, actually way better then, means he's technically easier to kill, and the coven, what with their divine ogre magic, can probably fuck him up.
>>
Okay, I'm going to head off now. Thanks again for playing everyone, hopefully we can start having some longer threads again once I'm less exhausted.

EnteeCards tomorrow for those of you who follow it, provided I don't pass out like yesterday.

See you all next time.

Missed another thread, but at least I'll be there to steal Jerry's cards.
>>
>>45074563
We should leave a note for Snowfox for her in her quarters saying something vague like "abandon slaggyr when the times comes and you shall be rewarded/protected"

Or something like that im not good with dialouge.
>>
>>45074833
Should be easy to dominate the ogres and make them kill him then
>>
>>45074833
I could've sworn Slaggyr had at least one troll under his command.
>>
Reminder that there's still no Lokasi anal smut.
>>
>>45078528
This needs to be fixed
>>
>>45077241
maybe it was the one we killed?

Or maybe he does and they just haven't been mentioned yet.
