The tortured squeal of metal and complicated machinery being manhandled to the point of rupture echoes throughout the combat zone is like nails drawn across a chalkboard - heart-wrenching and soul-rending. You peek out of cover - out of the small alcove you've squeezed yourself into a few moments earlier, to lose the automated bipedal SPECTRE drones that the enemy team had deployed for reinforcement - and gasp as you see, in the distance, the smoking form of your team's OGRE Titan having its arm ripped right out of its socket.

The enemy Titan - an ATLAS sporting the scarlet colors of Saint Gloriana Girls Academy - looks almost satisfied with itself as it gives the mechanical giant it's currently dismembering a kick right in its face, hammering it back and allowing the ATLAS to come away with its sparking, twitching prize.

"I CAN DO THIS!" A blast of harsh static briefly floods the connection between the pilot inside the stricken OGRE and the rest of the team as it activates the burning dash jets on its back. Forcing the injured machine to weave aside from a bolt of lightning being spat out from the crimson ATLAS' hulking arc rifle - the resultant charge of it making your teeth itch. "Just let me get a clear shot and--oh, oh no..."

Your entire alcove SHAKES as something huge smashes down onto the earth just a bit aways from it, threatening to throw you out of your hiding spot. Making your gut do another wrenching twist as you realize what just had happened - after all, once you've felt that kind of impact, you never forget what it meant.

You don't even need to peek out, really.

Because you know it'll be there, even if you hope against hope that it's just another SPECTRE pod, and not the bipedal tank that would be crouching in the middle of its own crater, its atmospheric entry shield sparking as the dust cloud made from its own landing drifts into the highly-charged energy field.

Titanfall...!

They've just deployed a fresh war machine into a fight with a team that's not only pinned down and missing one team mate, but also with a crippled Titan of their own--!

"IS NO ONE IN THIS TEAM LISTENING TO ME?!" Pink screams, before a harsh burst of static cuts her off, one not quite loud enough to muffle the gunfire that came after it. "JUST...JUST DO WHAT YOU WANT--!!"

"I'm sorry!" You apologize again as you run forward, making sure to avoid the big red blip on your radar - the blip signifying St. Gloriana Girls Academy's second Titan - a STRYDER model with a Railgun, it looks like. You clear the next few jumps easily - narrowly avoiding a SPECTRE patrol - and find yourself on a building rooftop, within spitting distance of your team's OGRE. The giant robot taking cover behind the building itself, as the crimson-painted ATLAS - along with two SPECTRE squads - close in for the kill.

So SITREP time.

ATLAS and two squads of killbots converging on our titan, OGRE.
The other St. Gloriana titan, STRYDER is presumably off looking for Pink

The thing about the STRYDER is that while it's lightly armored, it's also very, very fast. Three boost charges means it can easily avoid our Archer Rockets. The RAILGUN takes a few seconds to charge up, but it hits hard.
TL;DR, the STRYDER is at a slight disadvantage at close combat. Best course of action would probably be to lure it into a trap and kill it with satchels.

On the other hand, the ATLAS is an all rounder titan that's nowhere near as capable of evading our AT weaponry, especially in built-up areas. With that said, the ARC RIFLE is a primarily AOE weapon, that and the Spectre squads make approaching the ATLAS a pretty bad idea.
What we can do is have our OGRE saturate the spectre squads with the rocket salvo to remove most of them. With those out of the picture, supporting the OGRE with our AT weapons won't be as suicidal.

Alright...alright! The sneaky approach it is!

But first you have to do something about those SPECTRE squads. They're automated drones with radar good enough to pick up anyone who's sneaking around, even with Stealth Camo activated - and with TWO squads, you'll have a hard time getting the drop on the ATLAS they're escorting.

"Oh? That's it?! Well, leave that to me, then!" Blue confidently responds, before edging out the barrel of the OGRE's Quad Rocket launcher and then firing a salvo - then another. Emptying out the massive, barrel-mouthed weapon's ammunition with twin tornadoes of rocket-propelled death.

By the time the first salvo hits - the ground-shaking explosion throwing up a rain of smoking SPECTRE bits and pieces, as well as a surprised cry from the pilot inside the ATLAS - you've already leaped across to the building next to it, your form rendered invisible to optics and Titan Radar with a single tap of your Stealth Camo's activation toggle.

When the second salvo finally punches home - rocking the ATLAS back as two of the whirling, spinning projectiles smacks right into its smaller Sensor Sphere - no doubt scrambling it momentarily - you realize that you've been given the perfect opportunity to get on top of the crimson-painted war machine.

...It doesn't even take you a second to decide. You immediately jump for it - your boots clanging hard against the ATLAS' top hatch as you leap onto the mechanical walker. Managing to barely just grab hold of the few safety handles on top of the Titan itself, near its reactor.

Alright, that was the easy part. Now for the hard--

"Wait, hold up..." Blue suddenly speaks up in your ear, her voice echoing inside your helmet. "Someone's on the enemy Atlas, I can't see who it is--"

You bite your lip to stop yourself from giggling. Honestly, you need to focus here.

STRYDER has a Railgun, which will wreck the OGRE very quickly if Blue gets hit.

Fortunately, the railgun has a charge up time and the Ogre has a Vortex Shield, so one way to knock it out is to play ping pong with railgun rounds. Alternatively, use the shield and streets for cover, get in close for CQC

Also note that at this point in time, Pink is being pinned down in a bunker by another player, which the STRYDER is moving towards to reinforce.
