You’re shoved into a single cell by yourself. You were no stranger to getting locked up. And certainly you were not going to take this lying down. The two droids escorting you in chuckle to themselves. “Haha, look at him, 33. Like an ewok in a log,” says one of them. They turn on the ray shields. They tap the shield with their blaster, and a sharp crackle and a solid block of the blaster confirms that you are not going to just muscle through it. “Enjoy your stay aboard the Subjugator.”

They walk away. “Man, this is so much easier when Jedi and clones aren’t messing things up for us,” says one of them.

You lean on the door frame, then try to peer into the hallway. Across from you is Misri, who is sitting in her cell patiently. Kuvasz is in the cell on your right, and Vikker across from him. And Whisper is next door to Misri as well. This cell was maximum security too. Ray shields, turrets covering the hallways, more ray shields, getting out would be difficult.

You sigh, then slowly rest your head on the doorframe. You hope Lotte is okay. Never thought you’d think that again. “Misri.” You call over to Misri, and she looks at you, a bit depressed by the current situation. “Did you smuggle anything in?”
>>

[2/2]

“Nope,” she says. “I left my lightsaber back on the ship too so…” She sighs. “Not like it worked anyway.” She shakes her head, saddened.

“Hey, listen, I know this is my fault.” You start patting the wall, trying to find some kind of weakness. Judging by the somewhat dull sound of your taps along the metal, this was phrik. Even if Misri had her lightsaber, and even if it worked, she probably wouldn’t be able to use it. “But I’ll get us out of here, rest assured.”

“How?” asks Whisper. She presses her face against the ray shield, looking at you. “I know this ship. Even us Echani had trouble attempting to escape from these cells as practice. There is very little that you can do from the inside. You have nothing.”

“Way to be optimistic,” says Kuvasz.

“Come on, Rhys. You have to have some way out, right?” asks Vikker. They all look over at you, expectant.

Yeah but I'm afraid what he will ask if us.
>>
> “Yeah, sure. Just, give me a few minutes.”

“Yeah, yeah, sure.” You look around at your cell. No lighting, an air vent that’s too small for you, welded over walls, and only a bench for you to sit. You sigh, folding your arms. Has to be some way out of here.

You really hope R5 figures out a way to bust you out because so far you’re stumped.

And in that moment, everyone goes quiet as you hear the skittering of a holoprojector droid. It’s accompanied by a pair of D-Wing droids as it stops in front of your cell. Coming out of it was the tall image of General Nautilus himself. “Captain Rhys Cykgil.”

“Nautilus.” You step up to the door, smirking. “What, lonely? Feeling inviting me up to your quarters for a chat?”

“I have no reason to associate with cronies of the Empire,” he says in a husky and electronic monotone. How’d he figure that? “If you are wondering how I know you work for them, very few can rally TIE Fighters in battle. As honorable as that it is, it was still fruitless against the might of the Subjugator. Entire Republic fleets have fallen to a ship of this class. And with the benefit of experience, entire Imperial fleets will fall to this ship as well.”

“Yeah, yeah, that’s great.” You glance around, then hold your arms out. “So, you know I work for the Empire then. That’s really great deductive reasoning there, General. But listen, you’re on borrowed time. I got friends, they’ll come for me. And even if they don’t, I’ll find a way to bust out of here. And hell, if you want to torture something out of me, go ahead. I don’t know anything you want to know.”

[1/3]
>>
>>45560548
[2/3]

“You’re right, you don’t,” he says. “But Captain Lotte Ulgo does, as does Commander Dezma Luyties. As for TA-11, I am not even bothering with an interrogation. I am simply ‘breaking him in’ so to speak. There will be no mind wipes, his experience and wisdom gained from serving Imperial ships will be a powerful asset.” He’s taking Lev from you!? You slam your fist against the wall, gnashing your teeth. Even if that droid betrayed you once, he’s served you well, he doesn’t deserve this. “And as for you, you and your crew are of little practical worth to me. I can always rely on other criminals and common scum to do my bidding. You are expendable.”

“Hmph.” You tilt your head. “Then why not kill me now?”

“You’re seriously asking him that!?” yells Vikker.

“Captain Ulgo has already screamed your name several times during the course of our ongoing interrogation,” he says. “You appear to be special to her. If she persists in her resistance, you will be punished. Until then, you will remain in your cells, Captain Cykgil.”

Misri bangs on her cell wall. “We’ll get out of here you stupid droid! We will!”

“Yes, feet first,” Nautilus quips as his hologram disappears. The holoprojector droid and the D-Wings walk away.

He’s torturing Lotte? You bang your fists against the wall again. You can feel the blood boiling in your head as you gnash your teeth together. He’ll pay for this. He will, he’s underestimating you. You just need a way out of here.

Why isn’t there a way out of here!?
>>

Suddenly, you hear a flicker at the door. You look down to see a Mouse droid, banging itself against the ray shield. Malfunctioning? “Ah- dang it!” What the… “Sir? It’s Dodger and Wilco.” Dodger!? They whisper to you. “We managed to hide out from them, we’re trying to break you free!”

“Oh, thank goodness,” you say in relief. “Where are you?”

“Hiding in the Lion’s Share. We caught this mouse droid and attached a comm-link to it. We’re trying to find a weakness in your cell.”

“Forget about that,” you whisper. “Go find R5. He’ll know how to get me out.”

Whisper looks at you, as if you’re crazy and just grew a second head. “You can’t honestly trust a droid to break us out of here.”

“I’ve trusted R5 with more than that,” you say. “You’ll see. He’ll get us out of here. We just need to hold up for a bit.”

You are R5-Z3.

Oh great, the bonesy little “battle droids” sliced a Mouse droid and now they’re trying to ram you awake. You’re already awake, but you have no motor function thanks to this restraining bolt. You wish you were playing sabacc right now. Last game you had R3 dead for rights, if only this little situation hadn’t happened, you’d be in the refresher with Misri.

But noooo, you have to bust out the idiot again. You suppose he appreciates you if he comes to you for help. “Come on,” whispers Wilco. “Wake him up.”

“I am awake you idiots,” you say in droidspeak, trying not to draw attention to yourself.

Right now, you were stuck in a storage bay dedicated for astromechs like yourself. R2 and R3 were around here somewhere as well, also stuck by their restraining bolts. Next to the door was a desk, where a B1bis hummed to himself, reading the news on the holopaper. “Wow, I could win 1,000,000 credits right now if I called!” He rubs his head, thinking. “Wait a second, no, that’s not right. This is a scam.” He flips through the pages. He holds up the holopad, and drooping down was a two-spread page pinup. “Oooooh hehehe…”

“We have to get you out of the restraining bolt,” says Wilco. “I know, call the guard!”

“That’s not going to work you numpty,” you say. “I-“

“Hey!” The B1bis guard looks over at you. “What are you talking about over there?”

“… nothing,” you say.

“Well I-“ The guard’s desk beeps. “Yes, sir?” There’s a loud grinding and mechanical whir on the other end. “Alright.” He looks over at you. “Right, ships needs an astromech on duty. You’re already awake, I might as well.” He picks up the remote, then turns off your restraining bolt. You feel your circuits and mechanics sigh in relief as you’re allowed to move again. “Get to work.”

“Ah, ah, ah.” The B1bis stands up. “Say no more. I’ll unlock your friends, buddy.” You lead him over to R3 and R2 sitting on one of the racks, amongst dozens of other rusty and deactivated droids. “These two?” You tilt your hull forward in a nod. “Wait…” The B1bis looks at you, then at the droids. “These are the droids that we confiscated from Captain Cykgil. You’re one of his astromechs!”

“Yes, yes I am,” you declare again.

“Ah, okay then.” He unlocks R3 and R2.

R2 whirs slowly. “Euurgh… Why am I awake?”

“I’ll kill you!” screams R3 as he immediately runs into the B1bis. The B1 to his credit stops him, before turning on his restraining bolt. “You can’t keep me contained like this forever you coward! I’ll rip the circuits from your eyes, and consume your power until you are nothing but a lifeless husk you scrapheap pile of junk!”

“Right. You can just go.”

You’re forced to tow the restrained R3 out of the room with R2 and the Mouse droid. You’re now in a maintenance hallway where other astromechs are wheeling around on duty. “Listen, R2, R3. You two are going to have to follow my lead.” You hurry to the nearest astromech jack next to one of the doors, then stick in your slicing tool.

Alright, Misri and your master are in the maximum security holding cells. The Officers are in a separate wing of the prison deck as well. But it also appears that Lev is being interrogated on the prison deck as well. Interesting.

“Get this bolt off of me!” screams R3. “I will fight my way to the bridge and tear Nautilus to pieces!”

“Why even bother,” says R2. “They’re going to kill the master anyway. Maybe we should just accept our new positions as droids on this big ship.” As if, you know how droids on ships like this get treated. You’re better off with the master.

Right, first thing’s first…

> Head to the prison deck directly. You can force a breakout of all prisoners perhaps.
> Head to the power generators, maybe you can shut the power off and create a distraction.

After a ride on the rails all the way through the ships, you found your way to the power generators. It was an absolutely massive room where gigantic reactors and generators were supplying the power to this massive ship. It almost made you nostalgic for your days in the Clone Wars. Almost. There were very few battle droids in this particular area of the ship, it was crewed almost entirely by astromechs and PLNK droids.

“Alright,” you say to R2. R3 is still being dragged along by you two, with Dodger and Wilco’s mouse droid following. “Here’s what we’re going to do. We’re going to shut off the power across the entire ship, then we’ll storm the prison block and hope we make it to Rhys in time to help bust him out. Got it?”

“I guess,” says R2.

“We’ll try and get Sparks out of the modification chambers too,” says Dodger. “We’ll meet you in the hangar.”

Okay, you and R2 roll along one of the high catwalks, still dragging along a restrained R3. Just need to find a console jack. Wait, there’s one! You go full tilt towards it. Ha, ha! Now you are the master of this spaceship. You insert your jack in.

“Ahem.” You swivel your domes around to see a black painted EV-series supervisor droid looking down on you. On his back are several mechanical grabbers as well, along with a cage carrying a sleeping buzz droid. “May I ask what three little pretties like you are doing in a place like this?”

“Standard maintenance duty. I’m sure you understand,” you say.

“I do not recognize your serial numbers and colors,” he says.

“We were just recently inducted into service of the glorious Confederacy of Independent Systems!” you state. “Yes, all hail the Separatist Alliance! No longer do we serve under arrogant organic meatsticks like our former masters, no!”

“Traitor!” yells R3. “You-“ R2 tazes R3.

EV-E cocks his head. “Oh really.”

“Yes.” You swivel your dome around agreeingly. “Really.”

“I am a supervisor droid,” says EV-E. “I am not easily fooled by that.”

Damn it. Alright, it’s time for drastic measures.

“Alright, alright, you caught us,” you say. “R3’s restraining bolt malfunctioned and we were trying to get it off using the power of this reactor here.”

“What!?” EV-E shouts in surprise. “Are you idiots! There’s enough fuel and electricity here to power Coruscant for two cycles!” EV-E walks over to the tipped over and restrained R3. “Honestly, you astromechs are the worst most stupidest droids I have ever met!” One of his mechanical arms reaches over to R3’s restraining bolt, then pops it off. “There, are you hap-“

His head is blown off by R3’s blaster. The remaining shell falls over the side of the railing and into the bottomless chasm that is the power generator chamber. “Ha, ha!” R3 leans over the railing. “I am R3-M18, remember my designation in death you inferior hunk of metal!”

You hurry to stick your slicing jack in. Shut down ALL power, except life support.

The lights go out all across the power chamber. The astromechs inside all scream in fright, running around in panic. Suddenly, you’re hoisted into the air by some unknown force, as is R2 and R3. “What’s happening!?” yells R3.

“The artificial gravity is off!” you say. “And-“

Through the door you came in comes a pair of BX-series Commando droids. They slink and slither their way in using magnetic feet. They look at you. “Who disabled the power!?” they yell. They point at you. “There, it’s Cykgil’s droids!”

You fire your tow cable at R2 and R3. “Hey! Nobody hooks R3!” yells R3.

“We’re getting out of here!” You fire your rockets and boost away from the incoming Commandos. They fire at you, attempting to pursue. Unfortunately being forced to go one step at a time is slowing them down. Thank goodness for lack of artificial gravity. It’s easy to turn off the power, but on a ship this big, power is going to be restored piecemeal. Which will buy you an excellent amount of time to get out.

You hurry to one of the astromech droid vents, then force your way in. “Ah! Why can’t we fight!?” screams R3. “Are you a coward!? Maybe you’re a traitor!”

“I’m just glad we’re alive,” says R2.

You burst out of the vent into the rail system. The huge expanse is made even bigger by the darkness and the glowing red emergency lights all across the station. Agh! You forgot, this ship is big enough that it needs something like this! Which means it’ll take forever to traverse the ship with just the three of you!

A pair of BX Commandos hurry on over from one end of the rail. “Stop right there, rogue droids!” Oh no. You swivel your dome to see another pair come in. “Stop!”

Damn it, you’re busted! You’re going to get scrapped!

Suddenly, one pair explodes in a flash of energy. Another is blown apart by laser cannons. Dodger and Wilco ride on his hull, looking down on you. “Sparks!” you yell. He chirps at you, tweeting happily that he rescued you. He pats your head to emphasize it. “Ow!”

“You junky little nexu, those were my kills!” shouts R3.

Dodger looks down at you. “Get on, we’re getting out of here!” You boost up onto Sparks’ hull, then magnetize.

Sparks blasts a way through the detention block door and into the main control hub. The B1bis droids all have their feet magnetized to the floor, the artificial gravity still off. “Whoa!” One B1bis waves some smoke out of his eyes. “Someone had a lot to eat on Tuesd-“ R3 streams in, blasting all the heads of the B1bis’ before they even get a chance to say anything. You rocket in after with R2, then Dodger and Wilco. Sparks whines, trying to fit through the door meant for people.

“Sorry, Sparks,” you say. “Wait outside, guard the area.” He chirps sadly, then settles out of the door and stands guard. “Rhys!” you call. “Where are you!?”

Responding is a trio of Echani mercenaries. “Rogue droids!” they yell. They blast off from the wall, deciding to storm at you. But as they pass through one intersection, they’re suddenly blasted to pieces and thrown down the next hallway out of sight. That was fortuitous. Coming in from the other end of the intersection is Rhys, Misri, Whisper, Kuvasz, Vikker, Lotte, and Luyties.

“R5!” Rhys pushes off the wall, carrying an E-5. He pats your dome, grinning. “I knew you’d come through, buddy!”

“This is five you owe me,” he says.

“Yeah, yeah, whatever,” Rhys says quickly. He's not going to remember, typical. “We gotta get out of here, quick.” Rhys carries Lotte in his arms. Her clothes are torn to shreds, some burns streak across her arms and her face, and judging by her shut eyes and agape mouth she’s completely knocked out. “Lotte needs medical attention.”

“Fine,” you say.

“Sir!” Dodger tosses a box towards the party. “Your equipment!”

“Ha!” Misri grabs the box. “You droids came through for us!” Of course, if you didn’t, you’d be out of a job. Everyone starts getting their arms and armament out of the box.

Suddenly, you hear a faint whine. Uh oh.

Everyone falls to the ground in a loud thud. Vikker groans, holding his gut. “What happened!?”

“The power’s coming back on!” yells Kuvasz.

> “Follow my lead, I’ll get you out of here.”

“Follow my lead, sirs.” He nods. “We need to find Lev first, where is he?”

“He may still be in interrogation.” She grabs an E-5 off of one of the dead B1bis’. “Come on!” You follow Luyties’ lead as she leads you all down deeper into the detention level. You barrel down several flights of stairs, roll through empty hallways filled with dead droids, and finally reach the interrogation deck, where several private chambers are arranged in a grid in an even bigger chamber. A B1bis comes down one of the hallways leading in, and he sees you all.

“Ah!” He points his blaster at you all nervously, he knows he’s outmatched. “Eh… um. Freeze?” Suddenly, the door opens behind him, revealing a force of B2 Battle droids with heavy arms and armor. “Oh.” The B1 looks back at you. “Haha!”

And to that, you throw a plasma grenade towards them. “Grenade!” yells one of the B2s. They immediately run into each other trying to get away. The hallway bursts into a fiery plasma explosion, showering the droids in bright purple flames. The remainder open fire on the group, and everyone begins taking cover.

Not you though, you look through the private chambers. Deceased, deceased, deceased, deceased. TA-11! You hurry to that chamber. “R5!” yells Misri. She hurries to follow you as the chaos erupts. You stick your slicer into the astromech jack in the right chamber. Here we go, Lev. We’re rescuing you!

The door opens. Misri gasps, horrified. “Sweet mother of Malachor.”

Lev was strung up from the ceiling, his head busted open and his circuitry wired into an inactive torture droid. His arms were cracked open, his chest was sopping wet from water being doused on him. And his photoreceptors were dim. Lev was not awake. “Lev.” You hurry to ram into him, trying to wake him up. “Lev. We have to go.”

“R-… R5.”

You try to push him again, no response. “Lev, come on.”

“R5.” Misri stops you from pushing him again. “H-… Lev’s in hibernation mode.” She hurries over to disconnect the wires and undo his restraints. He falls dead into Misri’s arm. “He’s… Lev’s not waking up for a while, R5.”

What?

No, no, she must be joking. Humans like to joke at odd times, right? Rhys does it all the time.

Silence. Wow, he really is in hibernation.

“We have to go,” says Misri.

Misri carries Lev over her shoulder, hobbling back over to the fight. Rhys, Kuvasz, Luyties, Vikker, and Whisper are hiding behind cover trading blaster fire with the incoming droids. “What happened to Lev!?” yells Rhys.

“He’s in hibernation!” Misri yells back. “We have to go!”

“Don’t have to tell me twice,” he says back. “Alright, let’s get out of here!”

“Wait, we can’t just leave!” you say. “What about Nautilus and this ship!”

“There’s way too many droids for us to fight through,” Rhys declares. “We’ll leave and we’ll come back with reinforcements!” He hurries to pull Lotte up onto his shoulder, then leads the way to another hallway.

“Destroyers!” yells Kuvasz. Out of the crowd of B1bis droids comes Droidekas. Surprisingly very little to modify. You suppose they can’t improve upon perfection. They start barraging your positon with a flurry with heavy blaster fire, making streaks of sparks fly across in the darkness. Rhys tosses another plasma grenade, and it shatters into another plasma explosion. A firewall for your escape it seems. You all hurry to the hall.

“Come on!” Rhys leads you up several flights of stairs back up. Some BX-series commandos block your path. But Rhys is quick to tackle one into a wall, grab its head, and smash it against the wall. Kuvasz blasts another in the head, while Luyties earns a kill on another with a blast to the chest. It’s getting quite crowded with all the droids and all of the prisoners you’re breaking free.

[1/2]
>>
>>45567286

Finally, you reach the main entrance to the detention block. “Hop on!” you declare. You, R2, and R3 hop onto Sparks’ hull. Misri, being Misri, is the only one with enough faith to get on. Everyone else hesitates. “Hop. On.”

Rhys sighs. “Guess I’ve had crazier days.” He steps aboard, then helps everyone else aboard as well. Sparks chitters with excitement at having passengers for a change, then hurls himself through the rail system.

-

-

Sparks blasts right through the heavy duty cargo doors leading into the hangar. There, your Lion’s Share sits. “R5, are the tractor beams-“

“They should still be disabled,” you declare. Suddenly, one door opens, revealing an Echani mercenary backed up by several dozen B1bis battle droids.

“Get aboard!” yells Rhys. “Send a distress call to somebody, anybody!” You droids hurry through the ensuing firefight and onto the ship. R2 hurries to turn on the power, while R3 assumes positions in the gunnery station.

You meanwhile send out a call to…

The Furies would get completely demolished by the Y-8's and the waves of droid fighters that Nautilus has.
And they can barely afford to keep running, let alone throw so many ships and personnel into a fight that won't get them paid.

The Empire, and Admiral Reike, are able and willing to sink massive amounts of credits and personnel into recovering the Force Harvester.

Why do you want to bankrupt the Furies so badly?
>>
>>45567480
Standard doctrine involves sending in shit pilots in unshielded fighters. That's less than effective in a field where a thumb sized rock can be a serious problem for a shielded fighter.
>>
>>45567681
I'd rather we have 5000 unskilled TIE fighters than maybe 20 furies.

You send out a general distress call to Admiral Reike’s flagship, the Redeemer. It has to travel quite a distance, but hopefully he gets it.

You receive a ping a few minutes later. “This is Admiral Daas Reike. I have received your signal. I am a detachment from my fleet immediately.” Yes! You wheel yourself out of the cockpit and roll down the ramp to meet with Rhys. But once you see the heavy blasterfire occurring as everyone runs up into the ship, you reconsider and head back up.

“I sent a distress signal to Admiral Reike,” you say to Rhys as he plops down in the cockpit seat. Dodger bows his head, saddened that his role is taken. Wilco is about to smugly take his when Vikker takes the co-pilot seat. He too, lowers his head in sadness. Come on guys, show some grace. “He says he is sending help quickly.”

“Good!” You feel the ship rumble as it lifts off. Sparks hurries in through the open cargo bay and docks with the magnetic clamp. Alright, everybody is in then. Rhys takes the controls and drives the ship straight out of the hangar and into the asteroid field. “Alright, Lev-“ Rhys stops himself when he realizes that Lev is still in hibernation mode. “R2, set a course for us, will you?”

“Yes, sir,” says R2. “I hope we don’t die.”

You peer out of the cockpit window to see massive turbolaser blasts shooting past the ship. Some even make contact, shattering the shields and cooking the hull with accurate fire. Nothing too substantial. And really, it’s nothing you can’t fix. Now hull breaches though, that’ll be something. Hopefully you get blasted or jolted by electricity so you won’t have to fix something that big. R3 was looking for an excuse to learn how to fix things.

“They are closing in!” yells R3. “They’ve deployed fighters!”

Suddenly, you see the flashes of ships exiting hyperspace in front of you, just outside of the asteroid field. They start pelting the asteroids, clearing a way. A trio of Imperial Star Destroyers it seems, even the Admiral’s personal flagship Redeemer, backed up by some frigates, and…

Something very, very, large. “What is that!?” yells Vikker.

Admiral Reike appears over the comms. “Rhys. The Admonitor came to me with some bad news, said there was a Subjugator about. I’ve brought something a bit bigger.”

It was big, real big.

> The Undertaker <
> Mandator II-class Star Dreadnaught <

The massive Star Destroyer barrels its way through the asteroids, with massive TIE Squadrons coming to rip their way into the Subjugator. “Interdictors, hurry to get your gravity well projectors going,” commands Admiral Reike. “We can’t let that ship get away!” The Subjugator turns itself to face the Undertaker, intent on engaging!?

A captain of an Imperial Star Destroyer calls. “Sir, they’re moving into attack position!”

“… No, they aren’t! Evasive action!” Rhys spins the Lion’s Share right, hurling itself out of the way of the Subjugator. The gigantic relic of the Clone Wars speeds forward, right over your head. And before you know, it blasts off into hyperspace. The Undertaker takes a large scrape across its hull for its trouble, several TIE Fighters in the way are completely disintegrated.

Rhys growls, slamming his dashboard in frustration. “He got away.”

You’ve met with Admiral Reike in person, with all of the crew in the hangar of the Redeemer. “It is a shame that the Subjugator got away. But we are now calculating all destinations along their last known trajectory. With a ship of that size, they will have nowhere to hide. Once we have a destination for you, Rhys. We will send you in first, with proper support this time.”

“Yes, sir,” you say. “Thank you.”

“It was really lucky you managed to escape however,” he says.

“Oh well.” He shrugs. “You know me, I’m full of surprises.”

You swivel your dome to Rhys. “So am I,” you state quietly. Rhys tilts his head to you, then pets you affectionately. Dang it, you were hoping to trip him up.

“Regardless, I’m glad you’re alive and not some lifeless husk in the vacuum of space,” says Admiral Reike.

“Yeah. I must say, I am sorry about what happened to Lotte’s ship and her crew,” Rhys says sadly. “It was… It was my fault.”

“We make mistakes,” he says. “It was Lotte’s own mistake for trusting your judgement. I don’t expect you to suddenly turn into a Fleet Admiral with years of experience. Regardless, with the force we’ve amassed, we were able to drive out the pirates in the Vahaba asteroid field. We’ve already killed those that resisted, spaced the ones that surrendered, and the ones that fled will eventually find other pursuits or starve to death trying. Don’t concern yourself with the deaths of my men. In the grand scheme of things, they are replaceable, expendable even. Just try not to waste them.” He furrows his brow, squinting at Rhys. “I hate it when people waste things.”

“Noted, Admiral,” says Rhys.

“You are dismissed,” he says. “I’ll contact you with details later.”

You and Rhys turn around and start walking back towards your ship. Rhys rubs his hands together, clearly biting the insides of his cheeks nervously. “So. I don’t get any credit?”

“What, do you want a parade in your honor?” he asks.

“It would be a start,” you say back. He chuckles a little as the two of you head up the boarding ramp.

Rhys stops you, then looks down upon you. “R5, I generally don’t like the company of droids… I guess you’re an exception. Thanks, bud.” He pats your dome, nodding to you and giving you possibly the most genuine smile you have seen out of the master yet. Misri walks by, rubbing her hands together on a rag. “Misri.” She stops, looking over at you. “How about you reward the MVP of the day?” He pats your dome again.

“Oh yeah!” Misri kneels down to you. “Come on, R5. I’ll give you a nice wash in the refresher with me. I was just about to take a shower anyway.”

“Oh?” Rhys tilts his head. “What about me? Ain’t I invited?”

“Only droids are allowed to see me naked, Rhys.” She taps his chest, smirking. “So you better start chopping off those limbs and start replacing them with parts.” Misri starts wheeling you to the refresher.

“Don’t tempt me,” he says as he walks to his quarters.

Misri steps into the refresher, and immediately pulls off the sweatstained tank top she always wears, revealing a simple black bra underneath covering up a busty bosom. She grabs a towel, smiling at you. “Alright, little buddy. Let’s get you nice and clean.”

As you stare at her while she undresses, you think on it. Yes, this is what you risked hull and circuitry for.

No, every droid on the ship just has the hots for Misri. She's really tender with all the droids and all of her equipment, washing, oiling, sometimes airing out her body by tugging on her tanktop and revealing her cleavage. Other times she takes droids into the showers with her to clean both herself and the droid, bit of kill two birds with one stone. Often times she gets soap all over herself and gets incredibly wet when she has to wash the soot off of Sparks.

So we pissed off the admiral again? He has been a pretty cool guy.

>>45569658

Reike can approve of traitorous scum, dishonest braggarts, and cheaters. But he does not like cowards who flee without good reason.

As for what the droids are doing, the Subjugator is actually a mobile droid factory, hence why the ion cannons were removed in place of two PCL-27 bulk freighters which serve as extensions to the massive factories used to build the droids. The Force Harvester would be a bonus since the droids don't feel the Force and thus wouldn't be affected by it.

>>45569685
Carry on, it's not the first time she's been ogled by men. She knows darn well she's pretty hot.

>>45569696
Maybe.
>>
>>45569764
I think it's a good thing the ship went down. Players have a tendency to think they can win every fight.
>>
>>45569922
Only if there are periodic reminders of their failure.
Players will quickly and easily forget their incompetence, and blame it on either the narrative or the dice rather than their own decision-making.
>>
>>45569764
Was she fond of him before the incident?

And how successful will her rallying to be captain be?

Also any upgrades. Loot. And faction changes?

Also I assume that due to the star destroyer being sunk no bonus this time for the mine.
>>
>>45569764
So is Lotte mad at Rhys as well? And what was the torture?

1. Not really.

2. Probably not successfully. Unlike Lotte, Luyties is a student fresh out of the academy and thus is entirely unproven. Lotte has the benefit of having gone through Flight School.

3. Sparks has received an Elite modernization, adding in agility fins to help his maneuvering and more than doubling the power output of his laser cannons. No faction changes.

4. No bonus.

>>45570363
1. She's not mad at Rhys, she's mad at herself for letting something like this happen.

As for the torture, it involved a lot of electricity, branding, and some pain serums to try and make her divulge information. She didn't.
>>
>>45569719
So if we had retreated would that have been the best option or will Reike punish both commanders for running away
>>
>>45570392
I thought she was after that stunt we pulled in Lotte's star destroyer awhile back?

Also I imagine that Lotte discovering the treasure also helped proved herself as well?

Will Lotte get a new Star Destroyer or something smaller or clone war surplus?
>>
>>45570396

I think its more that Lotte had localised operational command and the captain of the Impstar disobey the chain of command by disengaging.

If both ships had disengaged, he would have likely just have been following orders and he might still be alive.
>>
>>45570392
I feel like that should count as you finally bullying Lotte with us
>>
>>45570392
So they replaced his blaster cannons with laser cannons ? Or just made the original armament as strong as laser cannons?
>>
>>45570435
>Will Lotte get a new Star Destroyer or something smaller or clone war surplus?

see>>45569585
>But she's trying to steel some of her guilt into anger and discipline for her next assignment, which will be ISD Admonitor whose Captain has suddenly caught a case of vacuum exposure.
>>
>>45569585
>And it's wrong of you to think that Reike would take one of the most infamous ancient weapons of the galaxy and use it as a death machine. He's a proper Imperial patriot.
I'd hope that Vader would consider something like that to need destruction since he'd already destroyed it before.
>>
>>45570435
1. Luyties was never too fond of Rhys.

2. A bit.

3. She's been reassigned to command the ISD Admonitor.

>>45570463
Please, I would never.

>>45570470
They've always been laser cannons.

At least I think they have.
>>
>>45570488
Nope blaster cannons its in the wook and you haven't abswered the question
>>
>>45570488
I hope that poor officer wasn't a experienced or a old vet because that will be a shame.

I assume her drinking will increase even more after this.
>>
>>45570512
Well they're all laser cannons now.

>>45570530
Not really, nobody likes a coward.
>>
>>45570535
coward or not, I thought retreating in the face of a hopeless situation was a sound move.
>>
>>45570600
It wasn't that he retreated in the face of a hopeless situation. He retreated and left behind an Imperial Star Destroyer and Rhys without any support or warning.
>>
>>45570600
Meh but they kind of fucked over Lotte and he had most of the Tie Fighters which was annoying.

>>45570535
Why did they modernize Sparks? He was a hostage?

Also Why did that B1bis droid let the astromechs go when R5 told it that he was part of Rhy's crew.
>>
>>45570488
I assume her new command ship is not a comfy as her old one, since that ship was beaten up.
>>
>>45570623

Ah.

In that context, then yes.

They modernized Sparks with the intent of integrating him with the rest of the Vulture squadrons. Sparks' experience definitely would have benefited Nautilus' Vulture squadrons. It happened that Dodger and Wilco liberated him before they could get past the modernization point.

As for why the B1 let the droids go, B1s are not smart. B1bises are smarter, but not by much.

>>45570653
Admonitor has seen better days.
>>
>>45570672
What are the chances of repairing or buffering a Star Destroyer?
>>
>>45570672
http://pastebin.com/uzYLD5p9

Here is the new updated pastebin, I added a couple of E-5 blasters that we looted in the fight too.
>>
>>45570706
In the Outer Rim, not very. Patrols can last for months and in that time a lot can happen to a single Imperial Star Destroyer.
>>
>>45570727
But if it's so beat up isn't it already due for a maintenance or re-buffering?

I can understand Lotte not getting a break but ibut the ship is a entirely different story. Also how are the new troopers taking to their new captain?
>>
>>45570790
1. The next maintenance for the Admonitor won't be for a while due to it now being part of Admiral Reike's fleet now.

2. The new troopers don't even know they're getting a new Captain, give it time.
>>
>>45569404
Has there been fights between droids on who will take a bath with her?

Do they resolve these issues with games? And why do I imagine that unless Misri choose to that Lev never wins those tournaments.

Everyone's pretty respectful when it comes to the topic of Misri. There have been disagreements, but they all know they're in this together.

Sabacc nights are usually bet on who gets the next shower and bath with Misri. Lev doesn't participate because he's a sore loser anyway and doesn't like getting washed anyway.
>>
>>45570925
For some reason having that phrased kind of gives me the image as Misri as a pop idol, and their the loyal but respectful fanboys.

What is the leader board?

Though I'm kind of surprised that R2 was kind of neutral about it considering Misri was in danger. R3 was more or less what i expected but why was R5 worried about teaching him how to fix things?
>>
>>45569585
Why is Whisper and Lotte not for lewds? Rhys hit on her many times.
>>
>>45570977
R2 is a very heavily depressed droid and thus isn't the most optimistic nor the most enthusiastic at anything. R5 was worried about teaching R3 things because R3 isn't the most patient droid either.

As for the leaderboard, R5 currently leads with R3 behind and R2 last. And yet, Sparks usually receives the second most baths on the ship.

>>45570990
Lotte because Lotte's pure and Whisper because Whisper will not tolerate lust or romantic feelings for those outside of the Echani family. It just doesn't happen.
>>
>>45571009
>party girl
>gets drunk A LOTTE
>is a horny drunk
>>>pure
R u srs m8?

At least whisper makes sense. Though I'm betting before the quest finishes Rhys will have banged at least one of them if not both.
>>
>>45571009
Weren't there exceptions? and it seems Whisper has been abandoned by the Echani family anyway, not to mention their an endangered species more or less.
>>
>>45571047
and german will write a lewd fic about it.

>>45571009
Don't Dodger and Wilco join those games too?
>>
>>45571047
Yes.

>>45571051
In the past yes, today no. The Echani are very shadowy these days and keep so exclusively to themselves that they're almost a non-entity in the galaxy. Most believe they're extinct. And while Whisper has been abandoned, it's still very hard to break tradition in her eye.

>>45571061
They do, but are basically dead last since they don't understand the concept of bluffing or lying.
>>
>>45571101
Yes to the banging or you being serious about Lotte being pure?
>>
>>45571125
Yes.
>>
>>45571101
I thought it was because of lack of self confidence? Are there Echani males or do they go the Mando route and it's selective breeding?

Also since we are following the Subjectgator how many ships are going to support us this time? and will Lotte be ready or out of commission when we leave?.
>>
>>45571162
1. It's lack of self-confidence and Echani tradition. There are Echani males that it's considered acceptable to marry and have children with.

2. You'll see next thread.
>>
>>45571148
Hmmm, a echani and a miraluke. We're living the Exile's dream.
>>
>>45571179
and how is our crew's morale after our capture and escape?

Any harsh feelings?

And will the Bartolz be repaired by next thread?
>>
>>45571230
1. The crew morale is fine. You got them out fine, it's a little saddened by Lev's apparent forced hibernation but at least no one they knew was killed.

2. Not at the moment, no.

3. Yes. Also, it's spelled Barloz, not Bartolz.
>>
>>45571254
Whoops typo sorry about that.

How goes Lev's repairs. Did the enemy copy his memory banks?
>>
>>45571324
What they were doing to Lev is the droid equivalent of a transorbital lobotomy. They couldn't mind wipe him, they'd lose his experience. So they were attempting to manually smash his loyalty to whomever he was serving through carefully applied virus software and electroshocks.

As for his repairs, Misri can definitely repair him in short order. It's turning him back on is the issue. The torture really did a number on him.
>>
>>45571352
So if they did something like that to him wouldn't they need to put a restraining bolt on him and be put under observation if they did apply viruses into his head?
>>
>>45571396
Not for Lev. They just had him strung up. Nautilus wanted Lev completely conscious and aware of what was happening.
>>
>>45571423
Sorry, I should have been more clear I meant for Rhys and the gang to place a restraining bolt on him, and put him under observation in case the virus did break Lev.
>>
>>45571443
It's probably fine.
>>
In your canon were all the Lightsaber teaching droids destroyed or are they hiding?
>>
>>45571503
Destroyed.

Anyway, it's late. I must head to sleep. Good night, anons.
>>
>>45571523
Night German.
>>
>>45571503
They seemed to be more about guiding the process, providing high-quality components, checking if correct, anyways. Luke didn't even need instructions to build his new saber, just the Force.
>>
>>45571594
but they knew about the designs.

Though how would Misri's light saber be like?
>>
>>45571943
Hmmm, I could see her doing the swoop bike handle thing.
>>
>>45572792
i see more of a conceal design.
