Here's the situation :

The 4th Angel has successfully crossed the Saint Lawrence River and is now in Industrial District

Unit 01 and 03 also crossed the river, but are currently in Residential District 06.

It's also worth noting that during the botched ambush attempt in Rural District 10, Unit 03 lost its arm. Its pilot, the Fourth Child, is recovering from a state of shock after you ordered her entry plug to be flooded with morphine.

Unit 02 has reached a vantage point and its pilot is awaiting your orders.

Tank Units CLUB and SWORD have engaged the 4th Angel,

Tank Units CUP and COIN are retreating with the help of ACE.

There was a firefight in the MAGI Supercompter access floor involving the Head of the Science Division and unknown assailants disguised as maintenance crew. It seems they were the cause of a successful sabotage attempt against the MAGI. The situation is now under control, but Phillip is in critical condition.

Here is MAGI analysis of the 4th Angel :

-The 4th Angel is covered by an exoskeleton of hardened, unknown material-

-The 4th Angel seems to have an internal Core, preliminary visual analysis suggests that it is situated at the rear end of its body-

-The 4th Angel has 3 antennae-like appendages at its front end which does not seem to serve a sensory function. UPDATE: After contact with ACE, the angel used those antennae to alter air density. Close air support is not recommended until these appendages has been dealt with.-

Major, I'd like to point out that our Airbase and Primary Research Facility A are in the very district the Angel is currently in. If those get damaged, we'll either lose the capacity to sortie VTOL or Bombers or significantly delay the research of Positron Technology.

We could evacuate the airbase by sednind everything flying. But the proximity of the angel can sign their doom.

Drew this after the thread died. Mostly inspired by the ordinal mistake with the "4rd" angel. Did you know in french Ordinals after First/1st (or Premier/1er) are pretty much the same ending with "-ième". So our current angel is the 4e or quatrième ange.
