Mr Wonglei says we shouldn't worry about the truck, the singularity indenture or the shockspace warppoint on his front lawn.

Says he kinda likes their post-modern shock vibe and feel they compliment the quiet zen nature of his gardens. I've run a few checks, and I think things have mostly stabilized! But I still wouldn't try any resonance tricks on the front porch.

Actually, Agent, as far as I understand Hong culture, those are genuine Trade Closure Katanas. There's some pun involved about the final cut and I think they have to have a genuine duel with them to prove their effeciacy but I'm not sure on the specifics.

A little non-standard. They have slots = drones in swarm, but no hands. Mostly that's 3 drones. So to use grenades, they have to have a GL equipped drone for instance. These *weapons* don't count as *gadget slots*. So you can have 3 weapon picks (1 for each drone) and 3 gadget picks (1 for each drone).

[Loadout] reflects the current make up of the swarm, and is weapon / weapon / weapon - you can actually change that.

so smg / smg / smg is not the same as gl / gl / gl.

This is where most of your gear goes - other drones add to that. This makes up for not having hands. But then you can't change the weapon mid mission either, and if you lose that drone you lose that weapon. Permanent, like.

[Programs] are their special gear - like Defrag and OrbitalIon - which are simply installed in their collective AI and then gives a bonus. They're easily changable too.

[Drugs] don't work on robots. But a drone-swarm could hold on to drugs and then inject them into other people, if they had blitz stimms for instance.

This makes them very good HACKERs and pretty good FIGHTERS but leaves them vulnerable to splash and dedicated anti-drone weaponry. And because they're electronic, Resonance agents can pretty much run all over them.

No, drones are... different. Instead of stat points, you get +1 gear slot. That gear slot can then hold [CLOUD] specific programmes, which can change your combat profile nearly on a minute by minute basis.

You also get +1 Permanent Programme Package, which are slightly more involved programmes like Wide Area Network.

Well, since you ask -

burst is shorthand for multi-hit weapons.

Burst X means that the increments below your accuracy that you do get count towards additional hits. Burst 2 is every 2 increments, burst 1 is every increment - burst .5 would mean every succesful increment below your accuracy equals to 2 hits of basic damage. Acc 6, roll 5, hit 5, hit 6, that's 4 shots placed center mass agent.

Unfortunately Burst is often coupled with somewhat low damaging bullets, else the recoil gets unamangable. That unfortunately means that those same four shots of 5 damage each might get nullified by a simple hardened shield.

And you can indeed use multiple aiming actions on the same attack. Sometimes you've gotta place your shots.
