You are Sallazar, a young wizard who has recently left the army. You have taken a teaching job at Egwen Girls Convent.

In addition the Headmaster of the school wants you to run the schools adventurers club, to give some of the schools more unusual girls something fun to do.

“Sounds like you had a fun time” says the Headmaster, grinning at you over his goblet. The two of you are in his rooms, its late in the evening and you've just finished telling him about your recent adventures at the Fall of Dengorough.

“Well I didn't have that much to do” you admit “not as the Witch-King at least - I did more running around behind the scenes and helping get events set up than I did in costume, the girls did so well as the monsters that by the time the final battle occurred, it was a foregone conclusion.”

“Hmmph, sorry I missed out” says the Headmaster “and the girls, did they have a good time?”

“Judging by how exhausted they were when they got back” you say “yes – I think we must have carried half of them off the Lightning Rail. I think they all worked really hard and enjoyed themselves.”

“A full weekend of non-stop action takes its toll” says the Headmaster “even on the young, perhaps we should reward them for what they're doing – after all I don't think the club got any league points for their actions, shall we say a half-day off lessons for members? To be redeemed when they want?”

“Seems reasonable” you agree “as long as it doesn't affect their lessons, but speaking of points. The Daves have us booked on two dungeons next weekend, official teams, point to be scored, the works.”

“Ah you'll want to train for that” says the Headmaster, nodding “any idea of the dungeons?”

You shake your head “friendship is one thing, but cheating is another. The Daves can't tell me much – only that one will be underground, and one in a village. Any more and we'd have too much of an advantage.”

“I expect you have some teams in mind then” says the Headmaster.
>>
“I do” you admit “but I want to discuss it with the girls first, after this last weekend I think we might have another team forming.”

“There is another task that would benefit from your attention” says the Headmaster casually, too casually “whilst you were away one of the students mistakenly poured one of my experiments down the wrong drain and as a result the cellars are now full of rats the size of dogs. When you have a few hours do look into this would you? It might be a useful training exercise for the girls.”

You laugh into your drink “rats in the cellars? Seems appropriate for a training mission.”

Eventually, you seek your bed, and rest.

But what task will you be doing the next day, when you're not teaching, preparing lessons or marking work?

The next evening, once lessons are completed, you gather the club to congratulate them. Thanking them for their hard work, relaying the thanks of the Daves and the compliments from the heads of the other clubs (the accusations of cheating you keep to yourself) and ending with “and the Headmaster has said that each of you can have a half-day off school – to be used when you want.”

In the clubhouse the girls grin, some whoop, a few clap, and Chame hugs you, saying “you're the best Bitch-King ever!”

Looking down at her you you say, with a half-smile “don't you mean Witch-King?”

“That's what I said” Chame gives you an innocent look, blinking guilelessly.

“I can't take time off classes!” Cleya reacts with horror “my grades will go down! I'll lose credits! I won't be able to graduate!” Her hands to her cheeks you aren't sure if she's messing with you or not.

Clearing your throat loudly to get their attention, as they all talk about what they will do on their day off you wonder if you should highlight the efforts of one team, or individual in the Fall of Dengorough before picking out your rat-hunting team? The Daves and other event officials told you all about the girls endeavours.

“I'd like to point out some excellent individual performances” you say “but if I did that we'd be here all night. The truth is you all did very well” you meet every girls gaze as you speak “and I am proud of each and everyone of you – prouder than I can ever say. You've all done so well and come so far and I look forwards to seeing all the amazing things you'll do at our next big event.”

This time the reactions are more subdued, but no less happy, and Tisania sniffles and wipes moisture from her eyes – hmm might need to ask her to see the school nurse if she's feeling unwell.

“But for our next little adventure...” you relay what the headmaster told you about the rats.

The girls stare at you for a few seconds in silence, then all start talking.

“Sounds fun!” enthuses Nevyn “I can bring my boys right?”

“Ew rats!” says Lucinda with a look of horror “no thanks!”

“Underground, again?” says Janrael, looking uncomfortable, at her side Syphoebeus nods agreement.

“That's an apprentice job!” complains Kittrane “rats?! Do we have to?”

“Can I keep some?” asks Calluna, giving you a pleading look “they'll go great with my spiders.” Wait...spiders, what spiders?

“In a purely practical sense” says Cleya “the school cellars are rather large - are we all going down there?”

You ponder that, the Headmasters experimental potion could have transformed a number of rats – and could still be transforming more. You'll need to find it and dispel any lingering magical energies. You'll handle that task yourself of course, with maybe a few girls with you. But how many to go in total?

“The cellars are rather large” you concede “so anyone who wants to come, can come.”

The girls all exchange glances amid frantic discussion. In the end Janrael, Syphoebeus and Phaysis decline to join you – everyone else wants to go. They also start haphazardly organising themselves into small teams – based more on friendship than tactical flexibility. On the other hand, when fighting oversized rats, it doesn't seem like an issue.

“Um, Professor” asks Anlanesa “are we doing this on our own - what are you doing?”

Nevyn asks again “can I bring by boys?” she means her displacer beast pack.

“I'm coming with” you say. But with whom?

>>
>>47504090
I know what you're referring to, but for the life of me I can't remember who Chame messed with to start the debacle. Care to remind me?
>>
>>47504172
She basically imitated Anlanesa to fake Anlanesa having made deals behinds Cleyas back to destroy their friendship. Technically she also messed with Kittrane since she used her for that whole thing, but it was Cleya and Anlanesa she was targeting.
>>
>>47504206
Ah, my thanks.
>>
>>47504206
I could've sworn there was more to it than that.
>>
>>47504272
There was but its really all very petty and stupid so it doesn't really matter. you can look up thread 15 for the details if you want. There was a whole bunch of Chame impersonating Cleya and Anlanesa and maybe even Phoebe, I don't think we ever got the whole picture.
>>
>>47504206
Well technically she just tried to get back at Cleya by having her not become team leader or second for Analanesa setting up two girls with eachother etc.
Schoolgirl drama, anyway. It really only became a real issue here because some anons got mega butthurt and insisted on not punishing her for this shit despite the fact that teaching them to not abuse their powers like that is literally our job.
>>
“Chame, Cleya and Anlanesa” you say “We'll form our own group – as for the rest of you, you can sort yourselves out, but be careful of the displacer-beast pack – because Nevyn will be down there hunting with them.”

Nevyn gives a quiet “yes!” of triumph.

The three girls picked for your team look unenthusiastic about the choice – at least if Cleya and Anlanesa shooting Chame dark looks is any indication at least. Still, maybe now they'll finally work out their problems.

“Oh and Chame” you add as an afterthought “I'd like my spell component pouch back please - now.”

Down in the cellars, late that night, here come the rats, ready for a fight...

Deep in the schools cellars, you are exploring with three of the girls, whilst being linked to the leaders of the other teams by a spell.

-Anything yet?- you send to the other teams, receiving a chorus of negatives, except from Nevyn

-Skorze has a scent- she sends -We're following it, but no sign of anything yet-

-Be careful- You send to her, wondering if it's right to let her go alone, granted she's an amazing fighter in her beast form, and she has her pack with her, but still...

Chame seems happy to scout ahead, whilst Anlanesa and Cleya stick by you, muttering to each other – about Chame.

Maybe helping them patch things up rather than letting it simmer is the right thing to do?

You think about the best way to approach this when suddenly Chame is rushing towards you, a half-dozen rats chasing her. They are big as dogs and look vicious, and monstrous – some have patches of scales in their fur, or extra limbs, one has teeth that are all blackened and cracked.

“I hate rats!” yells Chame with conviction as she rushes towards you all. You're in a tunnel, just wide enough for 3 of the rats to get at your party at once, and about 10ft from floor to ceiling.

>>
Hanging back, you let the girls lead on this one “Show me what you've learned” you tell them.

Cleya has her eyestalks out already and a pair of beams leaps out, striking a pair of rats. One is turned into a pillar of fire – the stink of burning fur and meat reaches you just after its shrieks. The other rat simply turns tail and flees – as does another nearby – clearly deciding that this is not the best place to be.

The other three come scuttling forwards, only to be blocked by the towering form of Anlanesa. You wonder if now is a good time to remind her that she's naked in that form?

Of the three trying to bring her down by biting at her knees and ankles, one shrieks as Chame squeezes the trigger on her crossbow and plants a bolt in its shoulder, but the rat keeps on fighting.

The three rats bite at Anlanesa and trying to pull her down, but simply don't have the mass.

“These things are disgusting!” complains Anlanesa, in a voice like cracking ice.

“Yes” agrees Cleya “they remind me of someone I know.” Chame reloads her crossbow in silence.

-Found some rats- Nevyn tells you -Nothing we can't handle though-

-Found some here too- Kittrane adds, soon everyone is letting you know that they're dealing with rats.

The girls seem to have this one in hand, so you hang back to watch them.

Anlanesa and Cleya work well together – Cleya fires eyerays at two of the rats and they slump down, barely able to move themselves. Anlanesa brings her axe down upon each one in turn.

The last rat seems caught between fleeing or trying to dodge around Anlanesa. After a moments thought it scrambles between Anlanesa's legs and leaps towards Cleya, jaws gaping wide. You bring your staff around but a crossbow bolt slams into its open mouth and it falls to the ground, choking and clawing at the steel rod embedded into its skull. A few moments later its struggles cease.

A long moment stretches out, the three girls exchanging glances you cannot read. Finally Cleya sniffs and says “well Professor – shall we keep going?”

Anlanesa's icy face is too hard to read, and Chame's is expressionless, but Cleyas clearly looks annoyed. You give a mental shrug, these things take time.

“Sure” you say “let's keep going.”

You meet small groups of rats several times, as well as individual ones. Sometimes they flee as soon as you see them, at other times they seem almost suicidally aggressive.

The other groups report sporadic contact wiuth giant rats, until finally, Nevyn tells you -I think we've found a nest or something Sir – too many rats to fight, we had to run-

-Are you ok?- you ask, ready to teleport to her side.

-Just shallow injuries- She assures you -We're all fine, well Tezro is favouring one leg, but I think he's just being a big baby for sympathy-

-How many rats?- You ask

-Thirty, maybe more- She says -Plus there was this weird pool of glowing green water- Looks like she's found it.

Casting a spell you scry the place out – what was once a hall of somekind is now home to a vast nest of rats. There's more than thirty, there's over fifty. Four entrances lead into the place – one in each wall. A dirty river runs through the place, pooling in one corner and glowing green.
>>
In the centre of the room is a monster made of several rats fused together – bulky and with multiple heads and takes, one of the heads looks this way and that, and then stares straight at you. The head has blackened and cracked teeth – like the one rat that fled earlier.

Just great...a rat king, and possibly a mystically-sensitive one.

-Alright everyone- You say -This is the plan...-

What is the plan?

The teams of girls all move into position in the tunnels around the main hall and then on your command they attack.

Rushing forwards into the rat-filled hall you see bursts of fire and arcane explosions as the girls throw their best attacks into the horde of rats. Two dozen rats are cooked, frozen, or otherwise slain in the initial volley. The rest retreat momentarily, until the bellows of the misshapen mass in the middle drive them forwards. Each of the four teams is now dealing with at least a half-dozen rats. The rat king is lumbering towards Kittrane's group – composed of her, Safire, Evrumine and Nataline.

“Incoming!” yells Anlanesa, still in her giant form, as a half-dozen rats rush you. Cleya hangs back and Chame goes straight up the wall, leaving you and Anlanesa to face the onrushing rats.

From what you can see, the other teams are doing well so far – slowly putting the rats attacking them down.

Although Kittrane and her team have things handled so far, that Rat King is looking far too aggressive. You cast your lightning bolt across the room, instantly killing a rat between you and the Rat King, and making the Rat-King rear up and thrash about...just as the jaws of one head upon wide and vomit green and red flames everywhere. It's not finished yet though – several of its heads glare at you and it changes direction and lumbers over towards your party.

Thanks to a timely lightning bolt its burning breath ends up scorching two of its own rats and only briefly washes over Safire and Kittrane. When the burning wave has passed both seem unharmed, but their clothes have huge smoking holes in them. Looking around at herself and Safire Kittrane looks relieved, and then furious.

Close by a crossbow bolt lodges in one rats stomach as it leaps at you, and Anlanesa smashes another one to the ground, the rat twitching once, and then lying still.

A rat slams into you, knocking you backwards, clawing and biting at you, fortunately a handy stoneskin spell means you're unharmed, but seeing a gaping mouth full of such long teeth only inches from your face is certainly distracting.

The other rats claw and bite at Anlanesa – one even scrambling up the wall and then launching itself out into mid-air – landing on her shoulder.

Cleya has clearly been working on her aim: brilliant rays of energy strike each of the four rats remaining near you – and burn each of them to a crisp. Your group is left with no rats nearby.

Looking out over the hall the other groups are faring well – slowly grinding away at the rats in each group – through there appear to be a few minor injuries.

The rat king is charging towards you but...charging towards it is an angry-looking Kittrane: her axe held high and blazing with fire.

“Anlanesa, Chame, with me!” Cleya says decisively, heading off towards one of the groups of girls to back them up.

You stay back and watch, the girls should be able to handle this...

And they do: Calluna fights rats from odd angles – her body parts disappearing when they try to bite them; Chame backs up Anlanesa and Cleya without complaint – Anlanesa sends rats flying with kicks and axeblows; Lucinda helps keep Tisania calm and focused despite the chaos around them - Tisania swoops down to spear rats without flinching; Nataline only knows a few spells but she uses them to great effect – blasting rats and healing her allies; Nevyn and her pack of beasts tear into the rats like they were born for this – and when nothing else is trying to chew her face off, Nevyn looks vaguely disappointed.

Cleya continues to dominate the fights she's in – her eyebeams turning rats to ash or sending them fleeing, shrieking in fear.

Kittrane slams into the side of the rat king – sending it reeling. It quickly recovers however and rising up it launches itself at her and knocks her down, pinning her beneath its bulk. Despite being pinned under a monster that weighs as much as two of you, Kittrane simply braces her axe handle under its throat and pushes, using her great strength to lift it up and away from her. It's jaws are unable to reach her and its scrabbling claws seem unable to get through her armour and protective spells.

Evrumine and Safire yell something – you're not sure what – and both charge the rat king. Safire grips its tail firmly in her hands and pulls it backwards like a tiny one-girl tug of war, going back one step at a time with grim determination.

The surprised rat king is dragged off Kittrane and when it spins around to attack the small gem girl its faces meet Evrumine's axe coming the other way, splitting a head in two.
>>
That's all the respite Kittrane needs – rolling quickly to her feet she joins in, and between the three of them the rat king doesn't stand a chance. By the time the other girls have cleared the hall, the three are stood atop a mutated carcass, breathing hard and covered in blood, but victorious. Kittrane doesn't seem upset about needing to be helped out – she slaps Evrumine hard on the shoulder, grinning, and rubs one hand over Safire's bald head – smearing gore everywhere, but the beaming gem girl doesn't seem to notice.

“Well done everyone” You say to the triumphant girls “now watch out for any late arrivals whilst I deal with this.”

Dispelling the lingering energies of the pool isn't hard – but it is a complex and strange magic, you wonder what the Headmaster was trying to do...

Once that's done, you say to the girls “Ok, one last sweep through the cellars, and then back up to wash, change and then bed, anyone who is injured see a healer. And healers if you can't heal an injury completely let me know – we don't want any infections and-Calluna what are you doing?”

Examining a pile of trash and mucky fur, Calluna pulls forth...several giant hairless baby rats – each the size of a 'normal' full grown rat.

They are squeaking softly and wriggling in her grasp as she hugs and strokes them.

“Can I keep them?” she asks, looking over at you “please Professor? I'll take good care of them? Please?”

The other girls keep their distance from the wriggling pink things, like short fat worms with legs. Wandering over it seems she's found eight of the things, and it's the only nest in here with young in it.

Calluna smiles at you pleadingly. You recall she also mentioned spiders earlier too. Given what an ordinary fish became under her care, do you really want to see what rats and spiders will become?

Sighing you say “fine, you can keep the rats – and the spiders too I guess” Calluna gives you a joyful, albeit creepy smile “but!” you emphasise “you have to take care of them, and they live outside” her smile slips a little, you continue “I'm sure we can construct some cages and places for them to sleep.”

“But they need to be near their momma!” protests Calluna “They're too young! What if something tries to eat them?”

She has a point, maybe, you're no expert with baby animals.

“For now they can live in the school” you say “but as soon as they get old enough to live outside – that's where they will be going, and if they attack anyone, they go – understand?”

Calluna nods eagerly “they won't” she assures you, gathering the squeaking pink tubes up in her arms and tentacles - wrapping her cloak around them “Shhhh, it's all right, mommy is here, no crying now, we're going to take you home and you're going to meet your big brother, Mr Pogustus and...” You tune her out. The other girls in the club are giving you looks ranging from amusement to worry to outright horror.

“It'll be fine” you assure them, you hope...

The sweep of the cellars flushes out only a few more rats which are easily dealt with and then you're heading back upstairs and guiding the girls towards the bathhouse...including watching over a box full of straw and sleeping baby rats, whilst Calluna washes. Apparently the spider eggs are currently in her room – they'll have to be hatched somewhere else at the very least.

It's late, and you're tired, wondering whether you made the right choice. All of a sudden you hear loud yelling coming from within the bathhouse, followed by the sound of a fist hitting flesh.

“What's going on in there?” you yell through the closed door. There's no answer, just more yelling, it sounds like Kittrane...what has gotten into her now?
>>

Yelling isn't working, and for all you know it could be some idiots come to gather soulborn bodyparts hiding in there. But bursting in on your naked students isn't the best option either.

Casting a spell you establish a link to Kittranes mind.

-Kittrane, report!- You snap a command to her.

Her reply comes back tinged with anger and annoyance -Chame is being a bitch, as usual-

-Explain- You demand, relieved that it's nothing serious at least.

-Chame said something to Cleya- Kittrane explains, the bond carrying her annoyance -Who knows what, anyway Anlanesa grabbed her and slammed the sneaky bitch on the side of the baths, Evrumine went in, Cleya used her eyes to paralyse her, I hit Anlanesa, Cleya and I are...facing off-

You wonder why Kittrane leapt to the defence of Chame...or was she defending Evrumine? Whatever, for now you send -Tell everyone you're talking to me – and that I want everyone in there dressed and out here in 5 minutes and if anything else happens then I am coming in.-

-Yes sir- Kittrane responds, annoyance still coming strong through the bond.

All of the girls are soon out of the baths – everyone not involved is told to head to their beds, before you stands Chame, Cleya, Anlanesa, Kittrane and Evrumine.

“Well” you say, folding your arms and glaring “who wants to explain?”

No one meets your gaze...except Kittrane, she opens her mouth but you speak over you “not you, I know what you did.” To the others you add “well? I'm waiting?”

Evrumine cracks first “Anlanesa hit Chame – I had to 'elp 'er!”

This provokes a torrent of justifications.

“Evrumine attacked Anlanesa!” Cleya says, an angry look out of place on her normally calm face “All I did was stop her from hurting anyone.”

“You paralysed her when she was in chest-deep water” says Kittrane scornfully “she could have drowned!”

“Not with everyone there!” Cleya fires back “and after what Chame said-”

Yes...Chame is looking shamefaced and oddly quiet.
>>
“What did you say Chame?” you ask softly. The others keep talking, loudly.

“Quiet!” you demand, and then give Chame a significant look.

Chame chews her lower lip and then says quietly “I called Cleya blind” she says. That doesn't seem enough to have started the-

“That's not what she said!” Anlanesa interrupts “she called Cleya stupid – she said that if she couldn't see that she was trying to make it up to us then both of us were being wilfully blind!”

They all start talking again. You yell over then until they shut up, and question them one at a time. As far as you can tell...

Whilst in the baths, Chame tried making peace with Cleya and Anlanesa, based upon them all working together today. However, given Chame's snarky personality, poor word choices and general reputation, the other two girls thought she was insulting them – and responded in kind. The bitching match escalated and Anlanesa threw the first punch; Evrumine went in to protect Chame, Cleya went in to protect Anlanesa, and then Kittrane jumped in...claiming to be trying to stop the fight, but it sounds like she was backing Evrumine up.

“All in all” you say “one big misunderstanding then? That you felt was worth fighting over?”

You get a lot of glances mixing sullenness with guilt – in varying proportions. Cleya and Anlanesa feel the least guilty, and Chame the most – judging by their expressions at least.

It's late, and you all need to sleep.

“Kittrane, Evrumine” you say “tomorrow I want the club building cleaned top to bottom, and I want it sparkling, understood?”

Kittrane nods, almost standing at attention, Evrumine gives a sulky “yes sir”.

“Now both of you, to bed” you say, pointing at the main school buildings. They both walk away quickly.

Once they're far enough away you look at the other three “Well” you say “this has gone on for long enough. I see you're never going to be the best of friends, but by all the gods you are going to work together, and you're going to trust each other. And I'm going to help you with that” you grin, and they look a little uneasy.

“In the dwarven army” you say “clan rivalries, family grudges, personal hang-ups, all those things exist, but the soldiers work together, they have to. And there are a number of exercises designed to help build that sort of unit cooperation. Rescue missions, carrying allies across difficult terrain, tests of endurance, games where betrayal might seem attractive but ultimately results in further punishments, team success and team failure. The drillmasters can build a functioning battalion in weeks out of dwarves who hate each, I don't claim to be as good as them, but I doubt you'll be as stubborn as dwarves. So from here on, you will be spending every possible waking moment together – you will eat together, every class that can be arranged for you to take together will be so arranged, you'll be working together for every group project. In the evenings I'll set up small dungeons for you that require all of you to work together to succeed – fail and you'll all be doing chores. Understood?”

As you talk the girls get paler and paler and your question only results in nods from each of them.
>>
“Now, go to bed” you say, suddenly tired yourself, they almost run away, saying nothing. As you head to bed, you wonder about what you'll be doing next with the club, tomorrow.

>>
Training, you can never have to much training, and the team that trains together....no wait, that doesn't rhyme...

Despite the lack of good rhymes you spend the next several sessions having the girls focusing on training – whether with weapons, basic fitness or magic.

The clubs trainers raise the bar on their students too – Taynathil insists on everyone who is using ranged weapons learn how to string and unstring bows blindfolded, hit targets at increasing distances, and draw and fire at a moments notice.

Groundskeeper Answick starts teaching advanced weapons skills to the girls – including tricks particular to foes using certain types of weapons – the locking shields and spin trick seems simple, but takes time to master. You cannot deny its effectiveness against a foes using a shield though.

Sister Mary starts training girls in what she calls 'trials of Composure' – being able to channel divine energy and cast spells despite distracting circumstances – she has them casting simple spells whilst balancing objects atop their heads, or whilst she casts flashy illusions to distract them or (allegedly) outside in the cold air, naked.

Master Telgether believes in physical fitness and sets each of the girls training with him an individual training program, that includes simple exercises that can be done in between school lessons, working on strength and flexibility. For skills he starts by teaching then basic techniques from a variety of styles, until the girls start to show a talent or preference for a particular style.

Thunder Drum loves his music like no other, and demands perfection from his students; taking them over the same pieces again and again, and then demanding they play an entirely different piece, or sing one without accompaniment, getting them used to switching from one to the next without any hesitation.
>>
Not to be outdone you set difficult questions on advanced arcane theory for your smarter students, and for those with more instinctive powers you have them cast spells until they exhaust their powers, and then ask them to dig deeper, uncovering reserves of power they didn't know existed.

The girls rise to the challenge, coming on in leaps and bounds.

For your actions today you gain 4 XP and the club gains 8 XP

Titans are native to this world, actually.
>>
>>47510284
Welp shit. how muscular are the others besides Evrumine and Sysphoebus? We could have a strong team.
>>
>>47510259
Pretty sure Titans are natives. IIRC, they walked across the ocean to destroy the titan soulbound, then proceeded to raise the soulborn until they reached adulthood, then brought them back.
>>
>>47510176
Firstly, Chame's a rogue. That doesn't mean we can't make her a bard as well, though.

Secondly, if we go all-Bard we might as well go with my earlier proposition of a Circus themed team.

At current, that would include Lucinda and Nataline, then whoever else we train into bard.

As an aside, here's what thoughts I've had about the candidates mentioned in >>47510012

Amara: Mechanic; Rogue
Rani: Durable; Barbarian(?)
Cheng Xing: Rakshasa/Nekomata(?); (Monk or Fighter) + (Paladin or Priest)
Caen Kaylin: Nice, Clumsy(?); Druid(?), Paladin(?)
>>
>>47510326
None of the others without Team are strong at all.

>>47510354
>Firstly, Chame's a rogue.
Chame was basically begging to be made a bard, anon pls.

>>47510354
>Secondly, if we go all-Bard we might as well go with my earlier proposition of a Circus themed team.
Thats not at all the same thing.

Yes.
>>
>>47510354
>>47510367
We could go weaponmaster team?
>>
>>47510354
>Rani: Durable; Barbarian(?)
Pretty sure the "very hard to kill" refers to being very fast, and possibly having phasing of some sort, not being durable.

I don't oppose fairy barbarian though.
>>
>>47510450
It's literal immortality too. She respawns whenever her HP is depleted
>>
>>47510462
I must have missed her stats being written up? Link?
>>
>>47509592
>If I recall properly, we only need two full members when a team forms, and can add more later. Am I correct?

Yes

>As in they voluntarily join the club?

Yes

>New diaries when?

When I can
>>
>>47510500
They were revealed before the quest started, but have been removed until we recruit her.
>>
>>47510073
>Really Pally?

Well she does
>>
>>47510551
Huh, I read that paste back then, I don't remember that part.
Maybe its just been too long.
>>
>>47510500
Her stats haven't been written up yet. However

>Unstoppable Rage: the Barbarian is very difficult to kill whilst raging.
>If the barbarian is reduced to 0HP by an attack she can make a DC 5 Constitution check to be reduced to 1HP instead. Every additional time this is used in a fight the DC rises by 5.

Only part of it I think.
>>
>>47510566
I remember it. The downside is that she has only 1 HP
>>
>>47510545
Mh, so we could make a Lucinda, Nataline, Calluna team?
>>
>>47510563
Punny. Does Nataline has lightning or air spells?
>>
>>47510102
Hokutaku

>>47510259
Titans are native outsiders - have all the characteristics of outsiders but are tied to their plane of birth rather than one specific to titans as a whole.
>>
>>47510581
>The downside is that she has only 1 HP
That I remember.

>>47510590
PDF should be complete
>>
>>47510583
yup
>>
>>47510595
>Hokutaku
Hakutaku.

But thats uh, a interesting choice. Not exactly what I would call a "cat"-like but okay.
>>
>>47510626
well this info is coming from the Headmaster and if its not undead, he's fuzzy on the details.
>>
Ah here it is, I knew I had saved it somewhere

>Natural Recovery: If reduced to 0 hit points, Rani is raised to 1 hit point after 1 minute. Rani cannot be killed except by dismemberment or destruction of her body, or by death effects.

Hadn't looked into that doc in ages since I finished the PDF frame.
>>
>>47510657
fairy suicide bomber then
>>
>>47510677
Pretty sure that would destroy the body.
>>
>>47510721
Can't imagine many things that would kill her and don't destroy her body to be fair.
>>
>>47510354
I suppose we could put Lucinda, Calluna, Amara, and I guess Evrumine or Nataline into one group and give them all mechanical/alchemy training and similar and make a eldritch engineer team that uses magic items and devices.
>>
>>47509423
We still need to name that team, I assume they already asked about Sallazar's virgins? Can anyone remember which thread we listed names in?
>>
>>47510863
I must admit, I cannot recall
>>
>>47510583
>Nataline and Lucinda keep getting flirty with each other during dungeons followed by Calluna accidentally ruining the mood in some adorable, strange way.
>>
>>47510892
Don't give my secret plans away anon!
>>
>>47510892
Sounds boring.
>>
>>47510952
You're right, Calluna should join, not interrupt.
>>
>>47510876
Can you at least confirm that attempts to name the Good team Sallazar's virgins and attempts to make a sex themed team called Sallazar's Sluts have been shot down?
Also not that I think we should make it but how big a swarm/summon horde could we put together if we tried to make such a team?
>>
>>47510995
Gotta put the tentacles to good use.
>>
>>47511003
>Can you at least confirm that attempts to name the Good team Sallazar's virgins and attempts to make a sex themed team called Sallazar's Sluts have been shot down?
Of course they have, what a stupid question.
>>
>>47510995
To be fair, Calluna trying to flirt would probably be strange, adorable and kill the mood as well.
>>
>>47511003
>Can you at least confirm that attempts to name the Good team Sallazar's virgins and attempts to make a sex themed team called Sallazar's Sluts have been shot down?
Don't really need shooting down what was never even a option.
>>
>>47511018
>>47511052
I meant in setting. There has to be something we're willing to tell the girls no on.
>>
>>47511107
We already did put our foot down on that kind of thing back when Team Evil was named

>>
>>47511127
There were a few other times where Sallazar automatically said no before player input was an option, though I can't remember many examples. I think back when they were selecting costumes we rejected some ideas automatically?
