A note that I will be updating the information bins after this thread.

You are Tom Gainer and things got a bit fuzzy. Taking a moment to clear your head, you remember you and your Super Union partner, Cicada Killer, we entering the burnt out husk of a restaurant. You discovered what the skeleton of building previously was after examining a partially intact sign proclaiming "Yung Sim's Mongolian Express #3." A muffled moan from behind the counter brought both you and Cicada Killer to alarm and bravely and heroically burst down the door into a trap. Behind that door was indeed your Super perpetrator, but you aren't sure whether it was or was not Melissa McNiel. The features of her face were similar, save for the bright red skin and horns. Another large difference was the fact that this woman was more akin in size to an Amazon of myth. She had to rival Jim in height.

You didn't have time to study more of her features after that, as your memory comes to an abrupt end. Those were the last things you remember.

You take the time to look around you. Where are you?

You woke up on top of something soft. Now that your eyes have adjusted to the darkness around you, you notice what that soft thing is: Tiffany. She isn't moving, but she is breathing, which mean she isn't dead. But if you don't move your hand off of her chest, you might be a dead man when she does wake up. Worse still it looks like the two of you are half naked. Your jacket, tank top and pants are off to your left by a pile of rubble. Her suit is crumpled in a corner of the room along with her goggles. You aren't sure how long before she wakes up.

>Speed up the process and try to wake her up yourself.

Shit! You quickly remove your hand from her lacy unmentionables and take a quick inventory of your surroundings. Its the room you'd bashed your way into earlier, minus the demon lady. You guess that she used whatever her powers are to incapacitate the two of you and made her escape. You wonder why she didn't just kill you outright. After all, you two must have been out of it for hours, you can tell by how dark it is. Shit! That means she has who knows how long to find a new lair. There might be more clues around to finding her again, but you can't do this alone.

You reach back down and nudge and jostle Cicada Killer.

"CK! Tiffany! Wake up! That woman got away!"

She mumbled and turns away from you for a second, like a sleepy teenage, but she snaps back to the real world when she realizes she is almost naked. She shouts obscenities and makes to cover herself.

"Tom?! What the hell happened? Why are we in our underwear? Oh god, what did she do to us?!" She is seriously flipping out.

"The answer to all three is 'I don't know'" You tell her with a straight face. "But she's gotten away for now. We need to track her down if we want to find out anything." Its strange how professional you sound to yourself right now. Your partner takes a moment to calm down, but you are soon both donning our outfits again and thinking of a plan. Cicada Killer guesses that the room you are in now, was probably the manager's office. You might be able to find out more by digging through the remains you saw this woman sitting on.

The two of you get to work, you seem to have more focus than Tiffany at the moment. You dig through what you assume was a desk. The charred wood seems easy enough to pry open even without your powers. Inside: a bunch of burnt paper scraps. You don't know what you expected. You look over to CK again, she seems to be staring off out the door. She's hugging her arms together. It doesn't seem like she's able to brush this off as easy as you have. You debate about stopping to talk to her about it. Would it even help?

You resume your search in the meantime. The other side of the desk is about the same, but as you close the compartment, you finally find something new. A business card. Its covered in soot, but it isn't burned. You wipe it off on your shirt and see its for Melissa McNeil: Photographer. On the back of it is an address and... a kissmark in deep red lipstick.

>Jackpot! Share this with Cicada Killer

"Hey Tiffany." You speak up, causing her to snap back to reality and stare at you, "I'm going to step out for a second. You know, if you want to get dressed again." You awkwardly string together your words. Its hard to act cool and concerned about this when the evening breeze is starting to blow through you. Mother Nature is reminding you that it is actually March. In New Hampshire. You take a few steps out and close the door.

You wait out there for a few minutes before the door creaks open again. You see Cicada Killer with her goggles down over her eyes. "Okay. I'm all done. I don't think we're going to find anything out here now. Its too dark. Technically we've done our job. We now have a description of our kidnapper and a prime suspect. We could just turn this in and the police can form a dragnet to find her." She really seems out of it, but you still have the business card spinning in your hand.

>"If you thinks that's best, CK." Go report to the police. They'll be able to find this demon lady.

You walk over to her and hand her the card. "We've come this far, we can't just let her get away with what she's done. Good thing I happened to find a pretty good clue to where she's gone off to. We already dealt with her once, and she's clearly a super, we'll need to be called into deal with her anyways, and this is faster. Plus whatever power she has, we're better equipped to fight it than the police." You make your case as she examines the clue.

She sighs and hands it back to you. "You're right. We'd be the ones to go after her anyway. It's just..." She shudders and looks away from you. "Mind affecting powers freak me out." You can understand that. You wonder if she maybe remembers more of this even than you do. After another minute of silence, a shiver runs up your bare legs.

"Er... would you mind if I put my clothes on before we go battle the bad guy?" You break the through the quiet, raising your finger. Cicada Killer looks you up and down and starts to snicker.

"Yeah. Okay. Cute heart boxers, by the way." She smirks.

"Hey, say what you want, but these are comfy and my favorite." You retort before reentering the room and getting dressed. Back out on the street, Cicada Killer speaks up again.

"So according to Echo, this address is also in the Husk. But more importantly, its at the the starting point of the fire." She looks at you with her typical professional seriousness.

>Lets get going then!
>We should think of a plan before entering. It could be another trap!

You think aloud for a second. "This could be another trap. Do we know anyone whose good against mind powers?"

"The only people I know like that are Union and they haven't been dispatched to Crimson Beach. It would take them a few days to get here." She shrugs. You think more on the subject before reaching into your pants pocket. You are surprised to feel another business card in there. Pulling it out, you remember Grey Knight giving it to you before he left Platinum Towers! His number is on the back.

"Do you think Grey Knight could help?" You vocalize your thoughts once more. "I mean, he has mind powers, right?"

"They're not the same kind, but its possible. Plus the extra muscle wouldn't hurt." She nods her head and starts dialing the number on her phone. The conversation is brief, but Tiffany relays to you that Grey Knight agreed to come in, but he would be meeting you on location.

With that done, Cicada Killer takes to the skies once more with you in her arms. "Since it could be a trap, we need to come up with a better plan than storm the place through the front entrance."

>What is your plan?
>>
>>47654617
I suppose using our sound powers to outright level the building is a little overkill.

Ugh, I can't come up with any plans to counter mind control off the top of my head. Maybe we should mute sound in case it's sound-based? Shit guys, I dunno.
>>
>>47654617
Ask her to politely come out and NOT put us to sleep? We just have a couple questions then take her out with sound powers?
>>
>>47654655
Since there are potentially hostages, leveling the building would be bad.

But muting is a strategy. Whether it is actually effective is something else.
>>
>>47654617
Scout out with sound sonar and flight powers, I try to make a sound wave to disrupt her concentration. Sneak up on her if possible.
>>
"Let's do a fly-over." You tell Cicada Killer. "I can try to use my powers to get a sonic readout of the building's layout. Then we can all find the best way in. I can mute our approach and give us the element of surprise. If her mind powers require hearing to work, I can disrupt that so you guys can bring her down." She looks at you and nods in approval its a pretty sound plan. A little vague, but that just means there is room for flexibility should things go South in a hurry.

Your approach is rapid and Cicada Killer informs you that she is ready to start the first pass of the fly over for recon.

It takes a second for you to find the frequency that harmonizes with burned out husk. You send out a concentrated pulse down at the the building like a bat. The sonar burst hits the building and bounces back at you. You get a sense of its actual size. The building is three floors, but actually has two basements holding up the brick skeleton. One wing of the building is collapsed in and the structure on that side is completely unstable. If you were to hit it with anything stronger than your sonar pulse, it might just collapse. You are able to detect several human-shaped objects within. There are a couple scattered around the whole building, but there is a larger collection of them in the basement. Another pulse shows the mass is... squirming? It takes a minute, but you connect the dots and a scarlet blush crosses your cheeks.

"What can you hear?" Tiffany asks you eagerly as you go to land.

>Tell her the truth. There's an orgy in the basement.
>Just tell her the important facts. There is a large amount of movement in the basement.

"Th-there is a lot of movement in the basement. Erm..." You have an awkward time trying to talk about what you've sensed. "I think... they're having an orgy down there. Just a pile of... squirming bodies." As you talk, you start to once again draw a line of logic between where you found yourselves and this new information. If this demon girl is controlling all those people, and she had been controlling both you and Tiffany, then...

You feel a violent shake as Cicada Killer almost drops you. Her face is a mixture of extreme embarrassment, horror, anger, and disgust. She must have come to the same conclusion you have. You rapidly descend and Tiffany lets go of you, dropping you off at the curb, before rushing the building. She blows through the solid brick wall like it was tissue paper before disappearing into the darkness.

You stand there now, alone in the Husk, still reeling from the conclusion you both made. Your feelings on the subject are incredibly mixed. You also feel violated. Embarrassed, horrified, and angry that you were made a sick plaything of this person.

>Storm in after Tiffany. She doesn't get all the fun.

If we leave things, she'll DEFINITELY be turned against us. If we go in, we might be able to prevent it.

Shit. Shit shit shit.

You curse to yourself as you follow Tiffany's warpath. It winds around for a while before it seems she punched a hole through the floor. It goes all the way through to the sub-basement! You make a mental note to never get Tiffany mad at you. The way to the bottom is pretty far and you can't quite see all the way down. From what you remember from your sonar scan, that would be about 30 or so feet. You could probably jump down and hope your enhanced athletic skill can help you get down there without breaking a limb. Alternately, you try to hover down using sound pulses to cushion your descent. Then AGAIN, you can just try to find a stair case down.

So far tonight, your sound powers seem to be cooperating with you, so you decide to rely on them some more. You take a deep breath and think back to when you stopped the flying squad car a couple of weeks ago. The visualization helps you a bit. You take your leap of faith and, though very wobbly, slowly float down on a constant pulse of bass. Down in the subbasement, you don't hear anything, and that disturbs you. Even with all the rage in her, did Cicada Killer succumb to this... succubus? Worse than not being able to hear anything, you think it might be even darker down here than back on the surface.

Your hand grazes along the wall so you don't lose it in the night. Eventually a gap appears in the wall, or so you feel. Its ragged, so you assume Cicada Killer made it. You try to peek around, but find yourself being grabbed by the sides of your face.

You deftly pry yourself from the clutches of your attacker and even are able to put some distance between you and them. You back up and are greeted by another set of arms. You duck under them and pass to your left. These are more than likely victims of the demon lady, so you are hesitant to use your powers on them. Its possible a sonic blast might knock sense back into them, but you are not always able to pull your proverbial punches when it comes to your sound powers.

As you back up again, another set of arms attempt to grab you, but unlike the others, these arms are covered in a fabric. You look down and notice a familiar yellow faintly contrasting against the dark. Its Tiffany.

You quickly change tactics lean in with the grab before pulling yourself out from under her grip. You turn around and can barely make her out. Her breath is warm and shallow, but its scent is spearmint. Its a strange thing to notice, but it keeps your mind away from the carnal thoughts forming in the back of your consciousness. The music blares as loud as it can and you managed to get it to a high and annoying frequency, but whatever lust-fueled stupor this demon girl has your friend in isn't breaking that easily. She leans in and plants a kiss on your lips and doesn't let go. You flail around helplessly and you feel the tendrils of passion grip your brain.

"Yeah. That's good." the crimson skinned woman gasped out. You vaguely feel like she is getting off on your feelings. Your brain darkens and you cannot feel anything but a primal urge for the soft skin before you. That's when you hear the crashing sound from above.
