what would the Sisters of Battle be like as daemons of the Emperor?

there was a thread where the topic came up recently, and a number found the concept fascinating, so how would you take the idea?
>>
>>50572576
Can they be sexy demons?

I kinda want that. I really hate the claw thing we have currently.
>>
reposting some greetext from the last tjread

>here's how I would do it
>lemon yellow color schemes
>main animal influences are gastropods and mollusks, sometimes fish
>sisters are kind of "fused" with their armor; the neck guard has become their lower face so they only have the nose and up
>very large eyes, kind of dead looking and glassy
>exaggerated "female" forms, in a geometric sense. they're more top heavy hourglasses instead of being feminine by having boobs or anything
>they wield freaky daemon bolters and sometimes chainswords
>those that wield flamers shot out deep golden flames that hum like a choir rather then crackle
>Heralds are decked out with jellylike pairs of wings, sometimes with more then one pair, like the fins of a sea angel
>>
>Jameston was always a hardy man; he was cadian born, after all
>he never had any fear of chaos, even when he was a child he was punting nurglings and harassing daemonettes
>so when he and his regiment were assigned to work with the Sisters of Battle, he was one of the few who wasn't immediately put off by them
>they were tall as shit, and freaky too
>they reminded Johnston of the seafood his grandmother would serve back on his home planet
>rubbery, yellow, and undeniably tainted
>under official Imperium terms, the Sisters were "angels", but anyone with half a brain knew otherwise
>Kev, the local psyker, won't even let himself be in the same areas as them
>despite all the fear surrounding the, Johnston was undeniably entranced
>the way their hips swing, the curves of their chest plates
>and most importantly
>how that squishy lemon flesh feels on his dick
>approaching one, he decided to start off with some small talk
>she didn't really understand anything he tried to talk about
>the only things she was willing to discuss were things like how great the Emperor is, or about the "bright place" where she and her sisters "bloomed forth"
>Johnston has heard the word Emperor enough that he begins to gag at the sound, so he quickly tries to steer the conversation to it's true purpose
>"so, uh..."
>"you down to fuck?"
>the daemon cocked her head
>"ą f͞u̷c̛k?"
>the cadian was taken aback
>this must be those prudes on terra
>they're probably just jealous that they can't get any, so they don't tell the fishsticks about it

>what would the Sisters of Battle be like as daemons of the Emperor?

Living Saints are already demons of the Emperor, so they'd be that or mini versions of that if Living Saints are Demon Princesses of the Emperor.
>>
>>50572694
>Living Saints are already demons of the Emperor
I'll personally never accept this; they would just so bland for daemons

something like >>50572676 or >>50572576
feels far better to me, where they feel like actual warp entities instead of generic angel people
>>
>>50572722
>I'll personally never accept this

Why? They already behave like demons, popping up when most needed, disappear after killed or when they've done their deeds only to manifest again years later to help true believers.
>>
>>50572823
they're just not "daemonic" enough for my tastes. Daemon in my mind are eldritch beings with strange names and stranger ways of thinking, that take on a number of aberrant forms and simply don't work by the same rues the mortals of realspace do. The Living Saints are just too "normal" and "pure" to be daemons, they're too human.
plus, I hate the good=safe, clean and beautiful while evil=gross and frightening. the (relatively) good guys should get to have badass monsters too.
>>
>>50572823
>They already behave like demons
not particularly, though it has some similarities to possession

the retconned guardian spirit celestine is sort of like that? but that retcon was stupid and completely killed her character so whatever
>>
>>50572638
That depends; what do you find sexy?
>>
>>50572576
Legion of the Damned are already much closer to being the Emperor's Daemons, they even have the daemonic gimmick of suddenly appearing out of thin air.

I prefer the idea of the Emperor and his daemons being as human as possible and as "perfect" and "holy" as can be since you have to remember that Emps is the master of mankind and he represents humanity, perfection and potential.
Plus one has to assume that his power came from human worship.

I imagine that Daemons of the Emperor would either look like super idealized humans sort of like Astartes and Primarchs or armored up and sort of mechanical covered in Imperial heraldry

This. Remeber that warp entities are shaped off belief, the emperors Angels would look holy and, well, angelic, rather than like monsters. Humans wouldn't manifest their saviors as looking like xenos monsters

>>

>angelic, rather than like monsters

Proof that you haven't read the bible, the torah, or the quran. Every time an angel shows up it has to tell any humans it doesn't intend to smite, "Fear not," because of how terrifying and freakish it is. The ophallum, the angels that destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, basically looked like gigantic stone gyroscopes studded with eyeballs and alight with flame. Nobody knows what seraphim look like because they have to block everything except their faces with their wings, mortal observers explode upon looking at their bodies.
>>
>>50574406
Right, but we aren't discussing Biblical angels, we're discussing Imperial angels. The Imperium is obsessed with the human form and the purity of humanity, so it would make sense for the warp entities shaped by their belief to embody the same ideals.

Between them and the Legion of the Damned, I think the implication is that as time advances, humanity's worship is slowly turning the Emperor into a warp god. So Saints are becoming more and more like daemons.

I'm cool with them being warp "angels," since daemons are shaped by belief, and humanity believes the Emperor to be perfect and holy. However, considering the machine fetish of the Imperium, I wouldn't be surprised if the angels looked like pic related.

There's a thought. There's plenty of Mechanicus cult members in the Imperium.
Presumably their belief should shape any Imperial Angels into partly mechanical beings.

Plot twist, they don't. So where's all their belief going?

>main animal influence
See, I have a problem with that.
The imperial Creed is based on the belief that mankind is perfect.
The sisters or the ecclesiarchy, contrary to the guard or SM, doesn't use any animal name or emblem. No lions on the pauldrons or tanks named after mythical beasts.

Instead they use human elements, crafted items and plants (mostly roses for the SoB emblems).

So if you want nighmarish demons of the emprah, I'd use decaying human figures in well-made gear but without high-tech.
Eventually with various degrees of plant infestation like Alkemy's avalonians.
You can play with the number and position of organs and limbs, as long as they are human.
>>
The big question to ask.in this scenario is if Emperor's Daemons are somehow "dofferent" from other daemons.

In the end, the Ruinous Powers (discounting Slaanesh) are humanity's pantheon. Nurgle was born from emotion love. Khorne was made from human anger. Nurgle was made from human hope. Would beings crafted from the Emperor's might be any different?

If they aren't, I would expect something like >>50572676 . If they are somehow different, then >>50577347 seems more fotting.
I personally think that they would come out more like the former, but we all know that if gee dubs used the idea they would slap wings and a halo on the Sisters and call it a day.
>>
>>50576868
>tech daemons
god, this concept of imperial daemons could be so cool if done right.
>>
>>50578112
What if machine spirits and corrupted AIs are already tech daemons?
>>
>>50572576
>what would the Sisters of Battle be like as daemons of the Emperor?
Gold armor with Imperial heraldry, form fitting designed to emphasize the human form, can range from standard SoB boobplate to pretty much just metal skin
If there's any exposed skin armor starts to blend into it at the edges, nonhandheld machinery used is either grafted into armor or her own body
Physically they are tall and muscular, VERY idealized human form, not overtly sexualized (at least not any more than the SoB currently are), but still definitely based on a beautiful female and definitely able to wreck your shit
Aura of fire and chanting as well
>>

Greater Daemons would be massive armored humanoids. Pretty much like the standard image of an archangel.

>>
>>50581720
Like standard imperial vehicles, but maybe more "blessed" and stylized. the "daemon" in this case is just a more powerful machine spirit. An imperial angel army wouldn't look too much different than a combination of the sisters, the legion of the damned and all the angel iconography you see in the background. They'd look holy, magnificent and organized, a hard counter to the daemonic hordes of chaos

>>
>>50583499
>they'd look holy, magnificent and organized, a hard counter to the daemonic hordes of chaos
personally, I would make them look just as monstrous.
no matter how you try to slice it, daemon sisters would still be daemons, just daemons that are okay to keep around. the Emperor would be melding the warp to create them, just like any bloodletter or daemonette, so I don't see why they would be any different.

plus, I think the monstrous look is daemons have is a lot cooler then the relatively normal style of most Imperial things
>>
>>50574031
>>50574198
not necessarily belief; emotion, rather. it's why the chaos god of love is a big gross blob of rot instead of the ultimate care bear.
something born out of worship of humanity's superiority could very easily be strange and monstrous.
>>
>>50583645
>chaos god of love is a big gross blob of rot
stopped taking you seriously right there, nurgle has always been despair.

>>50583606
Daemons of chaos look horrifying because they're based heavily on the darkest emotions of humanity, and they're supposed to be horrifying. they're also created on the whim of their patron chaos god, not human emotions. If the Emperor is the one willing these angels into being, why would he make them look like horrifying xenos? looking monstrous isn't an automatic side effect of being made of warp energy. The things most associated with imperial saviors are angels and the space marines which the general public thinks are angels anyways, not flower monsters or fish creatures
>>
>>50583645
>>50583790
>chaos god of love
>nurgle has always been despair
not to be THAT guy, but it's both. nurgle is both life and death, rot and vigor, joy and sadness.
>>
>>50583790
in my humble onion I would just have daemon sisters look monstrous like other daemons just because I think it both is a better aesthetic and because the standard living saint style angel is a pretty lazy way to design a benevolent daemon
>>
>>50583645
Yet the chaos gods became what they are without direct worship. If Emps does become a litaral warp god then my guess is that humanity and his principles will fit it with his persona.
My guess is that deamons of Emps will look very majestic, royal, golden and stern.
A thing that one must consider is that maybe an Angel can be very menacing just like how a Space Marine can be menacing. You are dealing with a towering being of light that makes you look like nothing in comparison.
Now consider what happens if Emps as God gets a bit control crazy like he did in old times. Does beings of perfection become an object of fear in moments.
>>
Like this but with tits.
>>
>>50584603
Stormcast eternals are pretty much the closest thing to what the "daemons" of a Human order god would look like. The emperors would look pretty similar (they already do) with more skulls and flames than hammers and storms.

I like the idea of the sisters being possessed by the energy Mankind's faith in the Imperial Creed. At pivotal moments, a flash of super natural power imbues the sister and allows them to perform super human feats or use weapons clearly operating beyond the expected performance.

In times of great need or in great individuals, a small part of the emperor turns them into walking flaming kill machines.

As a whole though the SOB need a rework both in fluff and rules wise.

Personally I think they need to take up a more active role dealing with psykers in the Imperium. Make them THE anti psyker army but also the one who are nurturing the best and brightest minds to be useful servents to the Imperium.

>In the end, the Ruinous Powers (discounting Slaanesh) are humanity's pantheon. Nurgle was born from emotion love. Khorne was made from human anger. Nurgle was made from human hope.

I'm sure there's some GW writers out there that agree with you, but I absolutely hate this idea of anthropocentrism. It makes absolutely no sense that humanity played the major part in spawning these Gods whilst there were thousands of spacefaring xenos species running around.

Proto-Eldar, Krorks and whatever else the Old Ones had created, have been around since the War in Heaven, sixty million years ago, which was when the Warp was truly unsettled. When you think about it, it's silly to suggest that none of the races that have existed since then had a larger impact than humanity on the formation of the three Gods. Indeed Be'lakor, the first daemon prince, was a xenos.

Really, the only reason humanity is so intertwined with Chaos now is because they're so numerous, widespread and with tasty souls. And fallen Space Marines make excellent soldiers when invading realspace.
>>
>>50579531
Yeah, I like this idea.
Have their designs be similar to old Greek armor, iron halos and lots of fire.

I imagine a daemon of the Emperor would all look like perfect humans carved out of gold.
>>
>>50597076
I always thought that humanity created the first 3 since they keep having birth dates assigned to human events (Nurgle and the black death, Khorne and whenever since they keep changing it), and that they just grew in power as humanity grew.

We made them, but they only reached the level that they did because Emps made humans one of the most populous races in the galaxy. They were probably Isha's power level before that point.
>>
>>50597076
I do like the idea that the other three chaos gods were created by the actions of other races, in older ages of the galaxy. One brutal, one passive and one scheming.
Slaanesh is just the latest god, and humanity is well on their way to making the fifth god, and possibly the Tau will make the sixth.

Really hammers home the point that shit is bad in the galaxy, it used to be bad, it will continue to be bad and it is on such a scale that nobody can do anything about it beyond despair.
Which, y'know.. is a pretty good atmosphere for Chaos to have.

I would think since the Emperor would be all about Divine Order(by his definition or order), there'd be more than a couple ranks of daemonhood. The higher up the ladder, the less 'human' they become and more 'perfect' they are.

On the lowest level, you'd see the daemonettes like >>50588462
there, looking human, but with some elements missing that make them different from normal humans. Their purpose is to fill the rank and file of the Emperor's Hordes while also providing a human element for them to interact with mortals.

Then as you go higher, you'll see things like
>>50588256
Designed exclusively to fight and not interact with mortals besides killing the bad ones.

Then you go even higher and higher up the ladder, the daemonic forms become larger and less human like while still retaining a human like, angelic form.
>>
This whole imperial daemon conversation is cool and all, but wouldn't it be more likely he'd just try to make every human part of his hive mind? He is a control freak, and as of 10 thousand years of sitting in his golden throne, his number one source of unhappiness is being agonizingly alone.

Emperor made or not, daemons are daemons, and being near the warp isn't healthy for any psyker. Being near them may make them more effective for a little bit, but the longer they stay close the worse they feel as the immaterium begins to bleed into them. psykers that work with them often may need genuine training just to function after sticking with them for long periods of time, although any that manage to finish that training are probably all the stronger for it.

I think it wouldn't be a stretch to assume that daemon's of the emperor's Order manifest differently than those of Chaos.

The Emperor's Order is worshiped based on ideals instead of emotions like Chaos is.

The Emperor is worshipped in multiple ways, but mainly broken down into three sects of worship.

The Light of the Emperor, your common imperial creed, the imagry of gothic holiness. The warpspawn order daemons embody that holy avanging form the Sisters of Battle embody, who are seen as the most divine humanity has to offer.

The mechanicus is also a large sect of worship, who believe in perfection of human form through technological transhumanity. These Order warpspawn are a perfectionist vision of the mechanicus, walking beings of organic of synthetic in perfect unity.

And then there is the belief of the emperor's vision of humanity being the perfect form. These Order daemons would be more close to the human form than those of the Light, a bit statuesque like the angels of Bayonetta, though far more like humans than those biblical beasts.

If Chaos is a star with 4 main points that constantly spread outward fueled by emotional energy, the Emperor's Order would be a triangle, a trinity of beliefs, a perfect containment of such Order.

Reminder that to any human being who, unlike us, is not used to seeing little plastic inch tall models of these guys, if they manifested as a Daemon, they'd be eldritch and intimidating as all fuck.

A lightning-bolt strikes down from the heavens and blossoms like some malevolent flower into sharp wings that rumble with thunder at every movement.
The un-man born aloft by those wings is larger than any man you've ever seen, monstrous in size, yet perfect in proportion, unlike the abhuman. The thing is like a living statue, with a face permanently twisted into a grimace or scowl.
Despite this, it still moves with enough grace and fluidity that it triggers uncanny fears of twisted things that resemble men but move nothing like us.
It kills in silence, accompanied only by the trembling thunder and screams of its enemies.

A part of the warp energy which makes up the Sister was once the soul of the guardsman's human lover. Something of her former life and humanity is retained.

>>50616081
Because they're inhuman shapes with vague Human symbology?
>>
>>50616081
I was just poking fun, what would you recomend for inspiration on baroque grimdark angels?
>>
>>50616265
To be fair in the actual game that shield is actually it's fucking weak point
>>
>>50616330
Oh yeah, I know that, it's a great choice.

It shows how utterly alien the Angels are when a "Shield" is actually a weapon and a face.

Same as Valiance and his sword-face

Do warp demons have one cookie cutter shape or do they vary from critter to critter
Because if that's the case
We need to discuss body types
>>
the lesser daemons don't have a name, right?
I can't see them being called "Sisters of Battle" if they co-exist with the Canon Sisters, so I think they would go by something else.
>>
>>50617483
They vary, I think.
Daemonettes look completely different from one another, and Plaguebearers have taken on all kinds of shapes that vary from image to image.
Horrors change from moment to moment, so they don't count, and I think Bloodletters can be different too, it's just that nobody really draws then differently.

Good to know

I don't know how we're going to integrate the lore so I'm leaving the stories of the first SOB Demon alone and going to a generic story in a future conflict.

>A WAGH is coming this world. The massed filth of the Tyranid-Orks is on its way to this most holy of worlds. An Imperial Gateway. That numinous place where the Emperor's light may bathe even the furthest of galaxies in his glory and calm the Immaterium.
>My heart is both saddened and gladdened by this news. Do not worry Sister, I have already confessed and will attend my penance soon.
>But let me confess also unto you, my Sister. If you will be so kind?
>My deepest thanks.
>My heart is gladdened because I will now ride into glorious battle at the behest of Him Upon Terra. Unfortunately in my haste I felt joy that this world would be attacked and my Angelas-Sisters would come forth once more.
>I am told my chastisement is to be deafened to the Gate's hymns for 49 Days.
>My heart is saddened because the fleet is far enough away that rituals for the summoning of my Angelas-Sisters can be undertaken without requiring the temporal sacrifice of my Sisters form. It will not be needed for the Sisters to allow one of you to enter them.
>I-I am unsure what penance I must perform. I am told I am exhibiting the first symptoms of addiction to the Immaterium and must be made anew.
>I understand the necessity, but must still feel sorrow at how much I will forget. My Sisters, the hymns sung by the Gate, the battles I have fought in and the scars they have left.
>My only source of comfort shall be that through this I will be made a better tool to serve Him Upon Terra.
>Before I go, may I hear your Hymns, Sister?
>>
>>50618160
Is this a sister writing a letter to her fellows before she becomes a daemon?
>>
>>50618509
Good lord I can't write intention worth for shit.

No, it was a normal Sister talking to a Demon Sister before she goes off for mental brain{cleaning} to remove the effects that listening to Imperial {Angels} can have.
Chiefly, addiction to the their Hymns. Made worse in the case of SOB's since they have the chance to be physically possessed by one and feel what it means to be made a paragon of Him Upon Terra.
>>
>>50618590
It would benefit from different >> and >
Because at this point I can't tell who is who.
>>
>>50618623
God I really suck.

It's supposed to be the same mortal Sister all the way through. If I added the Angelas-Sister it would just be Hymns about the Divinity of Him Upon Terra and the inevitable incoming glory of humanity across the galaxies.
>>
>>50618160
This sounds really gay.

I like it
>>
>>50618660
Na
You are doing fine
Just be chill and Learn from the constructive criticism, and you'll go far son, you got a story teller in ya that just needs practice
>>
>>50618160
>>50618901
Thanks for the encouragement.
And here's something which hopefully sounds better or something.

>As the aeons have marched on so has the Guardman's Uplifting Primer (henceforth referred to as the "Primer") changed.
>After the appearance and integration of the Emperor's Most Holy of Holy Angels, the Ebon Avengers and their kind, into the Adepta Sororitas covenants, and subsequent expansion into their own Imperial Organization, the Primer has been adapted.
>>The single change this action created was the addition of a single chapter to the back titled "Conduct around Adepta Sorotitas"
>>This chapter basically amounts to any libelous or slanderous talk about the Sisters being commanded to be punished with intense theocratic thought on the importance of The Emperor.

Upon actual contact with Adepta Sororitas within a warzone or otherwise the following commandments comes into affect:
>Upon first knowledge that the Guardsmen will make contact with the Adepta Sororitas and just before actual contact, the latest edition of the Addendum Adepta Sororitas will be read in it's entirety to the entire Guardsmen corps, including all officers, commisars, and people of special positions.
>>If the contact and first knowledge of the Adepta Sororitas occur simultaneously the Addendum Adepta Sororitas will be read twice in immediate succession.
>>Quizzing immediately after the reading is heavily recommended.

The most important parts to remember is that:
>Any misconduct towards a Sister by a Guardsman shall result in him being turned over to the Sister being slandered
>>If the misconduct is towards the Adepta Sororitas in general than the Guardsman shall be turned over to the highest ranking Sister available
>Decrying of the Ebon Avengers and their kind as "daemons" is heresy of the highest order and should be treated accordingly.
>>It is recommended that the Sisters not be involved if at all possible.
>>
Casual reminder: Don't bump the thread unless you have something constructive to add.
>>
>>50618927
Out of curiosity why do they turn over the guard to the sister instead of shooting him
>>
>>50619935
Because what if the sister wanted him to be burned alive instead of shot. Would you really want to insult one of the emperors soldiers by giving out a too lenient of a sentence?
>>
>>50619935
not only >>50619935 , but they are daemons, as much as the imperium may want them to think otherwise.
As such, they have uses for things like souls, or they may just do some freaky shit and stick him on an pike in the warp forever or something. Whatever it is daemons do.
>>
>>50619935
So that if a sister sees a guy she likes she can say he insulted her and she gets him alone, all to herself...
>>
>>50619986
>>50620025
>>50620476
So what your saying is that it could be really bad, or really good
>>
>>50621060
It's 40K so it would probably be pretty grim.
>>
>>50621070
>>50621060
>Whilst many Guardsmen return from their "penance" traumatized, mutilated, but still alive; Due to the common conception that Guardsmen shouldn't return alive amongst the Corps, these returned Guardsmen are usually killed, pushed into administrative jobs, or stationed far away from the rest of the company.
>>

>>
>>50621765
And thus, a pseudo general was born
>>
>>50621778
Generals are places where shitty thread cultures are born and comments become increasingly pointless for every incarnation. This is just a small project that might last longer than one thread. Which might be what you mean when you say pesudo general, but I see no reason to connect it to generals at all, because this already happened long before generals existed.
>>
>>50621909
comrade here, this, general is such a dirty word
>>
>>50574558
The unsettling part of Imperial Daemons wouldn't be their appearance, it'd be something about their behavior/personality/psyker-whatever. A reflection of the Imperium's merciless rejection of the 'inhuman' and 'imperfect', in some way.

I.e. they're so beautiful and righteous you can't help but want to devote your life to serving them, but they'd purge you for having subconscious resentment of being forced to work 14 hour shifts in the manufactorium.
>>
>>50621999
basically they represent the culmination of their ideals in both the positive and negative meanings, and people are suddenly expected to live up to their word, bad for many many people, especially those in positions that actively require bending the rules to actually keep the imperium fonctioning
>>
>>50621999
Why not focus on fanaticism and disregard of expendable human life?
>>
>emp deamons giving a fuck about random guardsmen
>not being meticulously cared for swathes of bolter bitches
>>
So how did the daemons come about?

Did Emps make them consciously? Are they a side effect of the Yellow Chair? Does he even know they exist?
>>
>>50624433
Obviously I think they began to seep into humanity, bit by bit. The Sanguinor, the Legion of the Damned, the Living Saints, all of these creatures are proto-daemons. Then at last when the Emperor passed fully into the warp, he brought the most righteous of souls with him. They became the first daemons. And now, when a human of absolute "purity," as the Imperium measures it, passes into death, he or she is reborn as a daemon in the Emperor's light.

That is also why righteous humans are encouraged to procreate>>50606582, because they are more likely to produce righteous offspring and therefore more potential daemons for the budding Warp god and his army.
>>
>>50624519
Writefag who never got around to actually writing anything here, I was kinda thinking of ending that 'Angel'Xguardsman fic with the implication that 9 months later a newborn girl was dropped off at an SoB monestary or something and they immediately notice her 'blessed' heritage and the implication that this is happening more and more leading to a massive swelling of both the SoB population and the percentage of them warp touched/blessed/chosen for future Angelhood

I only have one question, what would Ollanius Pious' fate would be if the Emperor would bring him back as a manifestation of His Will?
>>
>>50626273
His soul canonically got gibbed, even the Emperor couldn't bring him back
>>
Bump

thought the thread would be dead by now what the fuck
>>
I can only imagine how controversial the daemons would be among the imperium.
>>
>>50630846
Probably not that bad
>>
>>50628262
Doesn't mean there probably won't be a few Empramons imitating him.
>>
>>50630846
>>50631665
I can see Ecclesiarchal indoctrination evolving to see Imperial Angels as literal angels who have no connection whatsoever to the warp-spawned daemons. To say otherwise is to court heresy. To say that to a mortal SoB is to spit upon the sacrifices of her sisters mortal forms to ascend to the Emperor's side, so they may make war eternal upon Mankind's enemies.

P.S.
I'm going to set up the next thread soon and have no idea what to put in it asides from:

>The Sanguinor, the Legion of the Damned, the Living Saints, all of these creatures are proto-daemons
>Then at last when the Emperor passed fully into the warp, he brought the most righteous of souls with him
>They became the first daemons

>There are many individual instances of daemonic substantiation of the various sects of humanity that ascended with him
>We will concern ourselves with the SoB daemons
>The daemons that most, if at all, the rest of humanity will interact with
