What would the Heart say about your character, /tg/?

>His desires are simple. A drink and a bed. He could be so much more.
>>
>>53926988
>Spiteful, giant-hating hypocrite and a bully. Good thing he is so small - like a little terrier whose barking everyone tolerates as harmless and cute.
>>
>>53926988
> She rages and struggles and spits at the gods, but not even she knows the reason she still fights.
>>
>>53926988
>Deep down he's afraid of everything. He hides behind indifference.
>>

>He hides his true face behind a mask, fearful of what will become if he is to remove it.
>>
>>53926988
>His mind bears a great pain.
>He knows he cannot sire a child. He would pass on his curse to them.
>He seeks to hide his powers from his comrades. They don't know he triggered the ganger's gun jam with his mind.
>A good heart. But desperate and cornered.
>>
>He longs to die in battle and join his God. But can't bare to say goodbye to those he's grown to love.
>>
>He wishes to get out of the outlaw life, for the sake of a lover. One last job. That is all it will take. So close.
>>
>>53926988
>He is paralysed by his fear of death. The cults, the plots, the murders and atrocities, all attempts to gain some form of unending life.
>>
>>53926988
>He spent so much of his life broken, pressed under the thumb of someone he despised. Here, now, he is more free than he has ever felt before.

>He has no idea what to do with his freedom. He spends it righting wrongs and helping those around him, but there is an anger deep inside him. One that frightens me.

>I feel his anger, nearly palpable, ebbing and flowing like the tide. Swelling when he thinks of his old life, breaking when he's reminded of his new.

>Were that anger unleashed, it would change the world. He believes that he would try to change it for the better, but he has so little control over it...
>>
> His dreams are huge and simple. Just like him.
>>
>he endures so much for those he loves, So much that he forsakes his crusade and Dame's himself for those who could care less.
>>
>>53926988

>Shadowrun
He is unsure of his allies, whether they would accept him. The only person he cares for doesn't remember him.
>>
>>53926988

>A past she never experienced defines her; a future she can never understand guides her. One day, she will be forced to see the present for what it is.
>Rage and blood and hate and fear... and, deep down, guttered out, a single spark of hope--and she dares to let it grow again.
>Her family were warriors and geniuses. Ultimately, she is neither, but her stubbornness is a strength all it's own.
>She left it all behind for a family she claims to love. Why, then, did she not deign to suffer beside them?
>There's nothing behind those eyes. No soul, no empathy. A monster seeking perfection, nothing more.
>He runs from his family, even though they love him, because to him, love is more smothering than the deepest sea.

>A fool, gifted with more power than he can use, and more responsibility than he can handle. When it finally burns him out, no one will mourn.
>>
Paladin:
> Terrible loss, and a terrible loyalty. This man would die for a stranger.
> A sword. A plow. A sword once more. His hands were meant for killing, not farming.
> Flames. A woman's screams, then nothing. He is untouched by the fire, but it burns him even now.
> He is driven by grief and guilt. A good man, burdened by an old mistake.
> The sword on his back is meant for her. The dagger at his hip is meant for him.
> I can see nothing more of this man.

Bard:
> When he speaks with a smile, you know he is lying.
> He is smarter than he lets on. Smarter than even he thinks. One day his cleverness will get him killed.
> He believes himself destined for great things. If only he could see what I see.
> This one is capable of great violence and great passion. He can kiss and kill with equal comfort.
> The girls of the Red Quarter know him by name. The boys at the docks know him by another.

Fighter:
> Death follows him. He thrives on it, and it disgusts him. An unwilling child of murder.
> This one wears faces like the rings of a tree. At their center, a sickness. A hunger.
> His first instinct is to kill. See how his sword hand twitches.
> I see a priest, hands bloody from sacrifice. He earns glory in his dark god's eyes.
> He was not the first, but he may well be the last.

Orgasmo, the self proclaimed king of the wastes: Its a monster wearing an ill fitting human suit, led only by it base desires and endless ego. But under it all, there's a tragedy written in blood and tears (insane, obese cannibal that is bigger than the average super mutant)

Jack Bander: The smiling mask hides a guilt, and rage filled wretch, desperate to atone for crimes imagined and perhaps real. He thinks that he can save everyone, even if it means giving up himself (Ogre warlord stole his sister because he tried to kill him as a kid, lost his arm to said ogre, killed retarded ogrekin in a blind rage because they were working for said ogre, Said ogre is also now trying to kill civilization with a dead, hungry god that is currently eating the world)

And that's how I chaotic evil and Lawful good respectfully

>He was the only one that escaped the monastery's destruction, a pity he cannot read the codex he caries with him. All that wisdom dies with him.
>He reaches for the scars on his face when he passes a member of the guard, they smashed his head on a cooking fire when they drove out the homeless from the residential district.
>He knows his master took him in and trained him as a lesson in virtue to his other pupils. He saw the resent in his eyes when he asked again what the words on the scrolls said.

Guardsman:
Not the brightest, nor the the strongest, his life is following orders.
He worries about picking up yet another vice, after his last assignment.
He worries constantly that he will discover what became of his old gang.

Bard:
He is a man of his convictions, going to great lengths to bring his nation to glory.

>Her allies bear differnt marks. A man doomed to fall, he should have stayed away, but welcomed it home. A foreigner, far more than she, he will never fall. And the one who caused it all, she despises her most, even though she knows without he she will fail.

>He should be thankful, his mind wouldn't withstand the truth of things.

oh boy here we go
What we have here is a blue dragonborn ranger/druid. honestly, I don't really care if nobody reads this, I just want to try to remember how my first level 20 character developed
>He appeared in this strange land after being forced from his home, afraid that he may never find "home" again
>All he wanted was a forest and secluded grove to call his own. He instead created an industry unlike any other.
>Vice, money, success, and power soon began to corrode at his character
We gambled a lot at this point, I also had the "genius" idea of using the local town's enchanted water and tried to make alcohol out of it with a combo of nature/arcana checks. It worked fabulously. thus "Moon Moon" and "Estus" were born
>When he came into contact with real power, his change in character was revealed, as were all of his comrades. They embrace what they set out to destroy
>Years of training, empire building, and production later, a machine that spat in the face of god was born by him and his comrades. It was only activated twice.
We built a deathray

might post more if any interest is shown.

Eh. sure. >>53937318 here.

He's a 40k donut steel I've had knocking around from a Black Crusade game that ended up petering out super early.

Lukas is a World Eater, from the pre-Heresy times. He and a few from his squad saw the effects Angron was having on the legion, and opted to jump ship. They managed to avoid/sabotage their Butchers' Nails, but the actual breakaway from the legion did not go as planned, with Lukas ending up marooned on a planet caught in a warp storm. Warpfuckery being what it is, he didn't spend overmuch time stuck on a rock, but when the storm cleared, it was a few thousand years later.

Once he worked out when it was and what the galaxy was like, he started on his personal crusade, slowly building up the resources he needs to accomplish his goal: Approach the Deathwatch as a Black Shield applicant and lay out his story, alongside a list of every crime against the Imperium he made to reach this point. He knows the odds of them actually accepting him are vanishingly remote, but if he is to die a traitor, it will be on his terms, not theirs.

I'll just do the party, as I'm the GM.
>He's afraid of finding out whether or not Gaira Dragons can get pregnant. That's the only reason he hasn't spent a second night with the "woman" who is always around him.
>She's hell-bent on breaking Matthew Gaul's spine with that hammer. Unless her girlfriend is around, then her mind and heart are as gelatin.
>He has but one thing he can focus on. Kitsune. He doesn't even focus when in combat, that's why he's shot so many of his allies "accidentally".
>She's a monster. A beast seeking challenge after challenge in an endless, bloody cycle that will one day claim her life.

I'm glad that /tg/ likes Dishonored, /v/ is pretty shit at discussion about it

>He regrets what he said to his wife, but does not miss her the way he misses his children.
>She still dreams about bleeding out into the snow...they will end if I cut out his heart, she whispers to herself in the dead of night.
>There was music once, a mind filled with notes and composition. Only painful, wretched guilt remains.
>He spends his life on the edge of a knife, wondering if they'll catch up with him. He tells himself he plans to live forever, but that doesn't stop him from looking over his shoulder every day.

Anima game, party is Sylvain Nephilim Creation Warlock, Ebudan Nephilim Warrior Summoner, Daimah Nephilim Electromag Mentalist, and Jayan Nephilim Weaponmaster

1. Warlock is obsessed with the supernatural and knowledge in general, fell in love with a blind poet who has turned out to be Manah Razz, a Gaira Dragon(Mile and a half long, made of elemental darkness). She's been hitting on him something fierce since their first fling, but he's been rebuffing her because now he knows who she really is, and is deathly afraid of nearly dying again, because their first interlude involved his dream body being shredded in the act.
2. WarSum is seeking to fulfill her destiny of killing Supreme Archon Matthew Gaul with the legendary hammer Mjolnir. She recently entered into a monogamous relationship with Ahura Vainya, a C'iel dragon(Gaira, but elemental light) whose shtick is LOVE AND FEELINGS. WarSum is normally gruff and blunt, but when Ahura's around, she melts like butter under fluffy, feathery hugs.
3. Mentalist was a Fox-type daimah(kemonomimi) in a past life, hung out with the biggest, burniest, Kitsune of them all. Is obsessed with finding her. Also obsessed with foxes. He has a habit of not looking where he's shooting his Electromagnetic Railgun psychic power, which has nearly killed the WarSum twice, the Warlock seven times, WarSum's pets four times, and the Lord High Inquisitor once.
4. The Weaponmaster has split from the party, fused her soul to an Ashura Oni, and made a pact with the Gaira dragon of War, all in the pursuit of power. She now seeks strong opponents to test herself against, simply because killing strong things is just so much fun. She also wants to kill the other party members, when they're at her level

I just lost so much interest in the game when I found out that killing people made the ending worse.
Until then, I was having a right lark being a horrifying murdermachine.
Still a good game, but I dislike it when these games trigger the perfectionist in me to use a playstyle I don't actually like.
