You say before quickly typing in all your information. You are Lilliana, a 16 year old high-school girl, you use
the username you always use QtHaremettey, it's the one you've been using for as long as you remember.
You're not really sure what your defining trait but your mother always says you're the most loving person she's
ever seen so you'll just go with that.


You finish entering in all your data and the screen quickly changes to another loading screen.
After waiting for what feels like forever it finally comes up.

"Please pick your starting Digimon. Pick wisely, they will be your partner in the Digital World,
helping you through thick and thin and never deserting you."

A list of what you assume to be Digimon comes up and you start to read them slowly deciding.

"Hmm, I'll pick..."

giving much thought to your choice.

You're not really sure if these stats are good or not but they don't really seem that bad.

"Would you like to enter the Digital World" The command prompts comes up with the symbol of the actual game.
Just as you're about to hit "Enter" you hear a call come from down stairs

"Lilliana! Come down for dinner!" It's your mother calling you for dinner, as you look at the time you realize
it's getting late, it's already 7PM. Should you wait until tomorrow to start the game or enter it now and yell
for your mother to just put your food in the microwave for later?

We're hungry.

You sit there for a minute thinking about what to do. On one hand you're kinda hungry on the other you don't wanna
lag behind any other beta testers in levels. While pondering this for a minute you hear a light rapping on your door
"Honey, it's fine if you don't want to come down for dinner, I'll leave a plate in the microwave for you. I just want
you to know I'm going to go to sleep early tonight, I love you Lilliana." After hearing your mother walk down the hall
to her room you click the Enter button.

You feel a pull towards the computer, weak at first but slowly growing stronger. The computer has turned into just a black
screen. You keep getting pulled in and it gets stronger and stronger, unsure of what to do you let out a small yelp before
you are entirely sucked into the computer. You see brief scenes of what appear to be a large circuit board with electricity flowing
through it, you can see youreself slowly hurtling towards it. As you get closer you scream out in terror unsure of what to do.
You finally get close and just as you're about to hit it you black out.

You wake up, the sun is shining bright over head. You could of sworn it was night time last you checked.
You lift your head and see an open field in front of you with strange flowers and what appears to be an old car
sitting in the middle of the field. You hear a noise coming from the trunk of the car a loud thumping noise.

Feeling it's your duty to help somebody if they're trapped in the back of a trunk you slowly walk over to it.
The thumping gets louder as you get closer and you hear a faint voice coming from the trunk. "Let me outta here please,it's scary!"
With a renewed confidence that somebody needs your help you quickly rush to find the trunk button in the car.
Finally finding it you pop the trunk open and hear a resounding "thud" as whoever was in the trunk jumps out.
"I'm FREEEEEE!" You hear what sounds like a child yell, and you look back you are surprised by what you see.
"It's Kapurimon! The partner Digimon you chose when you first entered your data into the game! Why was he here?!
It's just a game it shouldn't be real." All of these thought swirl into your head making you a bit dizzy.
Kapurimon turns around to see you and hops over towards you. "You must be QtHaremettey, I've heard so much about you!"
As he gets closer you step back and trip, falling flat on your back. Kapurimon hops over and lands squarely on your flat chest.


"Hi! I'm Kapurimon, you're partner Digimon in your adventures in the Digital World!"

Your mind is going a million miles a minute with different ideas and it's confusing you too much. You briefly
think about licking it to see if its real but quickly lose the thought. You attack the monster! Or what you could
call an attack from a 16 year old game addict who has never been in a fight in her life. You just manage to push
the monster off your chest and onto the ground where it lands softly. You then stand up quickly and take a step back.
Not entirely sure if the monster is real you poke it, and find it be quite soft. You calm down and start ask the monster
some questions.

"Where am I exactly?" you ask, hoping for a good answer. "You're in the digital world! Where all us Digimon live!
I've been waiting for you here for a while, but while I was waiting some mean Digimon locked me in the trunk of that car
and I got scared. But you saved me! I knew you would be nice, they told me you're very loving!"

The monster talks fast and rather excitedly but it's cute in its own way. You look around once more and accept that
you're clearly not in Kansas anymore. For some reason you're not as scared as you thought you would be, after the initial
shock of being transported, you've just kind of started to accept things for what they are.

"So, what are you? Some kind of mutated gremlin or something?" You ask the monster. "What! No! I'm Kapurimon your partner
Digimon, you chose me before you came here! We were destined to be together! Or Digidestined as one might say" The Kapurimon
looking smug and laughing at his own reference which you don't really get is just too cute.

"Is there any way for me to get back home" You ask finally realizing that you should probably get back before your mother
worries about you. "Uhm, I don't know but I know somebody who does! Babamon should know exactly what you want! She's the oldest
Digimon you'll ever meet! She's just over there in Cursor village, follow me!" The mon-Kapurimon you correct yourself quietly
runs off towards the forest without looking back at you.

"Hey, Wait! Don't go on without me!" You shout to Kapurimon as he runs into the forest. Just as you enter the forest
you hear a loud scream "Waaahh" and a prominent "Thud" you run to see what it is and you see Kapurimon on the ground panting.
Running over to the downed Digimon he yells "Watch out!" as something launches towards to you. You turn around in just
enough time to dodge it with Kapurimon in tow. You turn around to see another Digimon! It's round and purply with prominent ears
It looks creepy! "That's a Pagumon! They're nasty prankster Digimon! Nobody likes them!" Kapurimon says looking noticeably better.
"Come on! We have to fight him! Earlier when I was alone I couldn't do it but with you I feel like I can do anything!" Kapurimon
shouts while hopping towards the other Digimon!

"Wait, I don't know how to figh!" You say and just as you finish yelling that a white light appears in your hand. You open your hand flat
and some strange cellphone looking device is there. It's pink and not very stylish. "That's called a Digivice! Use it to give me commands!"
You look at the device and see some words there upon closer inspection it appears to be "moves" that Kapurimon can do. Which one do you do

towards Pagumon who seems to be entirely caught off guard by the sudden burst of confidence that Kapurimon has. It's a hit!

Kapurimon hits the Pagumon with a startling headbutt! You think he did a great job at it and are about to compliment him
when you realize the Pagumon is perfectly fine! You hear a low "plink" noise and see on the Digivice that Pagumon has lost
1 HP. You then notice a list of the stats on Pagumon

As you're checking the stats of your Digimon Pagumon suddenly starts spewing bubbles out of his mouth! Unsure of what to do
Kapurimon gets hit by them taking damage! (I'll roll a 1d6 for damage). You gain your senses and quickly command Kapurimon to
cast Howling Blow!

Roll 2d6, first for effectiveness of attack second for damage.

"Howling Blow!"You shout hoping this attack will fare better than your last. Kapurimons horns start to charge up with
a sound resonance and he launches at the unexpected Pagumon. It hits successfully and Pagumon is frozen in place. Since
this is a rather powerful attack he is frozen for 20 seconds (About 2 turns).It also deals two damage to the now frozen Pagumon
"Yes!" you call out as the attack has a better effect than the previous headbutt you tried. With Pagumon frozen Kapurimon
sits there awaiting your next move. While a frozen Pagumon lays there fearing the worst.

The frozen Pagumon lays there motionless as you shout out "Headbutt!" towards your now confident Kapurimon. You know
this attack can't go wrong since he's frozen in place! Kapurimon launches a nasty headbutt on Pagumon and scores a direct
hit on him dealing critical damage! He is hit for a total of 9 damage leaving him with 3 HP left, nearly at zero!
"Come on let's finish him off!" Kapurimon yells with a happy smile on his face, assured of victory! You very nearly shout
out to do it but then you stop for a second as you realize, that would probably end up killing the Pagumon! "But, what if we kill
it!" You ask, wondering how Kapurimon could have such a sense of bloodlust to wanna kill something like that!. "Digmon can't die!"
Kapurimon shouts. "When they're HP hits zero they either revert to a previous form or go back to the Town of beginnings in egg form!
This Pagumon is a bit weaker so he'll probably go back to town but who cares! He was a bully!" Time is running out as Pagumon slowly
starts to wiggle clearly getting more and more unfrozen.

"Stop Kapurimon!" You shout as Kapurimon rushes in for a final headbutt! Kapurimon hears this and falls over from the momentum
the Paugmon is fully unfrozen but has stopped himself due to the confusion at your actions. "Why did you stop me?! That was the
perfect time to attack him!" Kapurimon shouts clearly upset with you. "I don't care! Making him go back would be too mean, we shouldn't
do that to anybody. It's almost as bad as killing him!" You say firmly to Kapurimon. Both Digimon are dumbfounded at this. They've
never seen anybody do anything like that before. ""w-why would you do that" The Pagumon says gingerly. "Because you're alive, aren't you?
You don't wanna die and have to start all over from the beginning! That's just mean, nobody should have to do that if they don't want to !"
The Pagumon is visibly shocked. "N-nobody has ever been this nice to me before. Since I'm a Pagumon people automatically assume I'm going
to be mean and play tricks on em, but I never wanted to! I just couldn't do anything else!" The Pagumon breaks out into tears and you run
over to console it. "It's okay, I understand it happens, just don't ever do it again!" You say quite seriously
"Y-yea, I won't!" Pagumon says while you dry his tears. Meanwhile Kapurimon sits there dumbfounded. "Y-you're nice tamer lady, I don't think
I've seen anybody nicer than you. D-do you mind if I go with you? I know I'm not as good as Kapurimon but I just wanna be around people who
treat me nice!" Pagumon says while breaking out into tears again. "No, we absolutely cannot allow! He is clearly trying to play a trick on us
and just wants to catch us off guard!" Kapurimon says ferociously.

You look down at the crying Pagumon. "He may be a bit misguided but he is cute" you think to yourself while flashing
a little smile. "Okay! I've decided! You can be part of our group! But you have to swear to never bully people again,it's
mean!" You say to Pagumon. An expression of pure delight comes over his face as he jumps up and shouts out "Yay! I've never been
happier!" Meanwhile Kapurimon looks dumbfounded and starts to shout out "No! he's been so mean to me in the past we can't let him join!"
You walk over to the furious Kapurimon and sit down next to him. "It's okay Kapurimon, you have to forgive people other wise
you would never be able to make friends!" You say straighforwardly to him. Kapurimon stops for a second and looks at you realizing
that you may be right in a way. "Fine, he can come but I'M still your partner" He makes sure to add at the end.

Convinced that the new Digimon will at least begrudgingly accept each other you continue on your way through the forest.
Or you at least try to as you now realize you have absolutely no idea where you are at. Looking around all you can see is trees
and for some reason road signs everywhere. Unsure of what to do you look towards Kapurimon and Pagumon with a confused expression.
"You guys wouldn't happen to know how to get to town would you?" You ask, knowing the answer that's coming. "Nope!" they both
say in unison in a somewhat sing-song way. You audibly sigh as you look around to get your bearings. You look at the sun to try and determine
your location but quickly remember that you're no girl scout and have zero survivabiltiy skills on Earth let alone the Digital World.
Examining some of the signs 4 of them seem to stand out more than others.

You figure that if there's a giant working neon arrow in a forest, it must lead somewhere. So, you decide to follow that
in what you believe to be East. After following it for a while without results you start to see small little tents
in an opening in the forest. Much too small for humans you determine that it must be inhabited by Digimon. As you're standing
there confused Pagumon hops toward the village quickly and runs inside the biggest tent. You look at him shocked as to what he's doing
"Where are you going?!" you shout at him but he's already out of sight.

You decide it's best to go after him since he's now your Digimon and you should really take care of him. You run after
him into the largest structure and as you get in there you are surprised to see a whole bunch of Pagumon. Before you can
say anything one quickly appears out of the crowd and speaks up. "Hello! Welcome to the Pagumon village, we're good natured
Digimon who just wanna live in peace. Please, enjoy yourself while you're here" And when he finishes his speech several other
Pagumon come up to you with fruits and vegetables assumably for you to eat. "I don't like the look of this" Kapurimon says
"You can never trust Pagumon, ours might be an exception but they're all tricksters!"

Suspicious you nibble some of the fruit, it would be rude to deny it entirely but you tell them that you're not very hungry.
"Well, that's fine you can't help that. I hope you enjoy what you do eat." The lead Pagumon says. Kapurimon hops around you and right
into the largr group of Pagumon and looks around. "Hey where's our Pagumon I can't seem to find him! I was sure I saw him run in here"
"Oh, well he came back home and decided to leave you guys because his mother is sick. He was too sad to face you in person!" The lead
Pagumon says hurriedly, sweat visibly forming down its back. "He told us to tell you goodbye and you should just continue your journey
without him!" Kapurimon sits there for a second and then hops over to you, he motions for you to lean over and you oblige. "I think
they're lying, I may not of really liked our Pagumon but I don't think he would just leave like that. Something is defnitely up!"

You ask them about Pagumon, even if it was a sad goodbye you should still a proper one! The lead Pagumon just says
"He's much too sad, we cannot let you see him!" In quite a firm voice compared to earlier. A bit shocked that such
a small creature could be so forceful you decide to leave. You walk outside of the large building and look around the
village. "Pagumon has to be here somewhere!" you think to yourself, but even though you say that, you're not exactly
sure where you should be looking. There's not much here other than just smaller versions of the same structure. You can
vaguely hear rushing water in the background but Pagumon clearly went into the largest structure.

You look around for another second or two and decide to check out the water you heard earlier. You could use some
freshening up anyway, it has been a rather interesting day so far. You walk towards the noise and it starts to get louder,
much louder than rushing water normally is. As you approach the noise you vaguely see through the thicket what appears
to be a waterfall. As you get closer it becomes clearer that this is a rather large waterfall. You approach the river, and
bottom of the waterfall still fully intending to freshen up. As you approach the water you start to drink some of it
and kinda rub some of the dirt off of you. After a few minutes you realize that you're about as clean as you're going to be
able to get in the middle of a strange forest in a Digital world. You go to investigate the city some more when you see some
kind of shadow in the waterfall, some sort of square thing and some other tall shadows moving around about in there.

You creep up towards the waterfall and as you start to get closer, the noise from the rushing water makes so you can't hear
anything else. you get right up to it but see nothing out of the ordinary. You're quite soaked at this point so you
briefly consider turning back but just as your about to, the water fall starts to slow down. Unsure of what is going on you
quickly hide behind some rocks. Just as you manage to hide the water stops rushing entirely. You look and there behind what
was once the waterfall is Pagumon! Except he appears to be locked in a cage! Surrounding him are 2 purple rabbit type Digimon
with evil looks on their faces. "Ha! This is what you get when you cross us Gazimon! You were supposed to take out that Tamer
before she could head to Cursor city, Not make friends with her!" One of them shouts before he kicks the cage startling the trapped
Pagumon. "Oh, no! Those are Gazimon! They're rookie level Digimon and boy are they nasty! If you thought Pagumon was mean
wait until you deal with these guys!" Kapurimon says in a hushed town towards you! "What should we do?!"

I'm going to suggest waiting till there's some sort of opening. The two are clearly on guard, but they're also taking time to taunt the prisoner. If we wait till they start slacking off we might be able to sneak out of here.

Also try to see if there's any sort of key to get the lock open. Kapurimon might have some problems taking them on his own at the moment, we need some type of advantage.

You realize that maybe attacking two higher ranked Digimon isn't the best plan, you're not some barbarian that does things
with brute force, you use tactics and intelligence! You wait a while until they let their guard down, they continue to mock
Pagumon and kick the cage. While this makes you very angry you don't lose your cool at any time, the same could not be said for
Kapurimon who seems to have found a new bound with the now bullied Pagumon. After what seems like forever one of the Gazimon finally
leaves the waterfall. "I'm going to go back to the village now and rest, it's almost dark out. You stay here and watch over the twerp"
He says to his comrade. "Don't tell me what to do!" The other Gazimon says but doesn't do any different from what he was told.
You wait a bit longer and the Gazimon falls asleep, realizing this is the perfect chance you decide to sneak over to and get Pagumon out
of the cage. As you approach the cave Pagumon shouts out. "Yay! you've come to save me! I knew you wouldn't leave me here alone!"
As he does this, it riles up the sleeping Gazimon from his nap and he looks surprised to see you there. "Hey! Nobody is allowed in here,
how'd you get in?!" He looks over and sees that the lever used to dam the water fall and allow access has been open all this time. "Oh, well

You somehow manage to dodge the attack of the Gazimon but not without a small cut on your arm. You rush to the cage Pagumon is in
and realize that it's not actually locked at all. You open the cage and Pagumon rushes to your side. You now have two in-training
Digimon against one Rookie Gazimon. While the situation definitely is looking better it's still not really in your favour. Gazimon just
laughs and says "Even if you have 3 in-training you wouldn't be able to do anything to me! I'm the second strongest Gazimon in the whole village!"
When he finishes his boasting Pagumon replies "Theres only two in the whole village so that doesn't mean much!" snarkily. Gazimon goes red
with embarassment for a minute which is swiftly replaced by anger and goes in to attack again.

You realize this isn't time to be fooling around you quickly shout "Headbutt" to both Kapurimon and Pagumon! Feeling
strong they both rush towards the Gazimon yelling at the top of their lungs. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH" The attack manages to hit
the Gazimon who was mainly caught off guard but it doesn't do much damage. You hear a small "beep" on your Digivice as you see
it did 6 damage total to his overwhelming 40 health. "Is this all you can do!? One of my weakest attacks would easily destroy
the both of you!" The Gazimon shouts as he launches an attack towards both your Digimon! "Claw attack" He lunges at them with
his claws and easily hits the both of them, they're both wounded badly. With both of your Digimon on the ground in pain the
GAzimon goes towards them to make the final move...

Seeing the sight before you, you don't even think about it. You rush in to take the attack for your Digimon, you can't
bear to see them get hurt! You feel a sting as Gazimons claws dig into your back. It's the worst pain you've ever experienced.
You're suprised you haven't passed out from it. Gazimon is also shocked and back away. "Why would you do that, you didn't need
to sacrifice yourself for those little twerps!" You're much too hurt to reply but you look over in just enough time to see
a shining light coming from your Digimon friends before you pass out from the pain...


You wake up it's dark outside and the moon hangs over head of you. Just as you're about to get up two figures appear over you.
One is a black bi-pedal alligator looking thing and the other looks like a kendo guy. Before you have time to react they both
jump on top of you and start hugging you hard! "Ohmygodimgladyoureokaywerthoughtyouweregone!" they both say in unison. After a
few more minutes of this they both calm down and get off of you. "Who are you and where's Pagumon and Kapurimon? What happened?!"
You nervously ask. They both start laughing. "We ARE them! You see, when you went to protect us we were both so imrpessed and emboldened
by your action that we both Digivolved! We both became the strongest form we could think of!" The Black alligator looking one says
"I used to be Pagumon but now I'm BlackAgumon!" "Yea, and I used to be Kapurimon but now I'm Kotemon! After we both Digivolved taking
care of that Gazimon was easy! We lowered back down to a Pagumon and made him swear to never do anything like that again!"
"I'm so happy you guys are okay!" You say before running into hug both of your friends with teary eyes. "There isn't anything in
the whole Forest that can hurt us now!" Kotemon said confidently.

After recovering for a while you start to feel rather tired, it has been a long day and it was night time on Earth when you got here.

Aw shit, I missed it. Oh well, as I missed the chance to participate, I have a few questions.

So, how will evolution be handled here? They will be permanent? They will follow anime standards of reverting to a "base" form? You choose what they evolve into or you will use input from the anonmons? If evolution is temporal, the evolutions are fixed once they are obtained, or there's evolution trees and they can have various possible evolutions branching after in-training/rookie?

You decide resting would be the best option considering all you've been through. You tell your Digimon this and they
agree totally, but they opt to take watch in case the other Gazimon decides to come back from revenge.

You awake, the next day and briefly look around, your two Digimon are asleep and you doubt either of them managed to make
it through a single hour before both passing out. You wake them up and decide to head back into the forest towards Cursor
city. As you get into the forest you soon realize you've somehow ended up back at the exact same place you were the day before
with not idea as to which direction to go.

At the current moment they're going to stay in their evolved forms but that might change later. As for how they evolve, it's entirely based on how you treat the Digimon/how they act. While Etemon was the route that was wanted, that would require Pagumon to evolve further into Gaburimon which is a rather mean and not friendly Digimon. But since you have a heart filled with love it's hard to get one like that. If you had chosen to go somewhere else but Pagumon village (I know you didn't know where they would go but still) then there definitely would of been a chance for him to become that.

You had no idea where to go the first time and this time you're not feeling as confident in the direction since the last
disaster. You start to head towards North but then you stop for a second, you turn towards Pagumon or BlackAgumon as he is known
now and ask him. "You were trying to stop me from getting to Cursor city, right?" "Yes, why?" he asks innocently. "So, you should
know where it is then." BlackAgumon stops for a second and realization starts to show on his face "Oh! Yea it's just South of here!
follow me!" He runs South towards what you hope is Cursor city. You and Kotemon run after him.

After running what seems like forever you come upon a small cobbled road. "This leads right into Cursor city! The other Tamers
should be there as well!" BlackAgumon says excitedly "Wait, what other tamers? There are other people here?" you wonder aloud.
"Yea, but it's best if you see Babamon first to get all the details" Kotemon cuts in rather abruptly "It's just down this way"
He says as he takes the lead and takes you further on the road. You reach the end of the road and Kotemon says "Well, this is it!"
Excitedly. "It's not much but it's home!" Far from being a city it was just a few huts in a field! "Babamon lives in this one come on!"
Kotemon says as he and BlackAgumon rush into one of the huts..

You follow the two Digimon into the hut, as you enter it you hear excited cries from inside like there was some sort
of commotion going on. The sigh before you when you're inside is your two Digimon and what appears to be an old lady
talking excitedly about nothing in particular. You sit there for a minute or two and eventually you manage a polite little
cough. They stop for a second as everyone in the room finally acknowledges that you're there. The old lady speaks up and says
"Ara ara, so this is the little pup that managed to get two Digimon, quite the accomplishment." You're a bit confused as to
why that is such an accomplishment but before you can say anything she continues. "Well, you've been through a lot but I'm glad
that you're okay. You might be wondering where you are and all that but first sit down and have some tea" She points to a tea set
that you don't really remember being there before, but not one to turn down somebody's kindness you sit down. "Drink, dear drink,
it'll make you feel better" You're not really sure at first but at the urgin of the Old lady and your Digimon you finally cave in
and take a sip. To your surprise all the fatigue from the day before is entirely wiped away, in a hurried manner yo quickly gulp down
the rest and end up burning your throat a little bit.

"Now, dear I'm sure you have some questions and I'm ready to hear all of!"

"Who are you? How did I come here? Is there way back home? Why did Pagumon want to stop me so much?!" You quickly
say the first few questions that come to your mind desperate for any sort of answer. The old lady looks amused and calmly
replies with "Calm down, dearie, I'll answer all your questions one at a time. First off, I am Babamon the leader of this here
Cursor city, well it's not much at the moment but that's a story for later. This is the Digital world, and you signed up
to come here, to be here! The Digimon Champion sent out invitation for a tournament across your world and you were one of the
ones who decided to answer the call. It should all of been in the manual, dearie" You briefly think back to when you didn't bother
reading the 2 page manual and just popped the game into the disc tray and you get a tinge red. Babamon continues onwards.
"There is a way back home, and many have opted to take that route, after seeing the current situation they have found themselves in.
if I remember correctly there was 64 or so who remain but that was yesterday before they all scattered around."

"You can choose to go home, and you'll still be allowed back into the Digital world but you'll forfeit all rights to participate
in the Digimon Champion tournament, not that you seem to be following the rules anyway." Babamon finishes her explanation abruptly.
"But what is the Tournament, why is it happening? Who is the Digimon Champion?" You ask hurriedly, brimming with curiosity.
"The Digimon Champion is the current strongest tamer in the Digital world, he is looking for a replacement, see because the Digimon
Champion cannot leave the Digital world, he must stay and watch over the other tamers. It's quite a lonely life really. But the
most important matter here dearie is, do you still want to participate in the tournament knowing all this?" Babamon asks straightforwardly
as her expression turns into that of a serious one.

You carefully think it over for a long time. BlackAgumon and Kotemon are all for it urging you to join the tournament.
After much thought you finally answer with a brief "yes". Babamon looks up to you with a blank expression and says
"Is that so, I wouldn't expect anything less from the Tamer who managed to get 2 Digimon." You briefly wonder what she means
by that but before you can aske she cuts in with " Well, then for you to continue your journey you're going to have to go
to the Town of Beginnings, where Jijimon lives, he's a horrible, nasy, rude, Digimon who would forget your birthday yearly
and even anniversary's or so I'm told." Babamon says starting to clearly get frustrated at this Digimon. It's just
West of here, your Kotemon should know the way, but if you ever get lost you can just check your Digivice it should have
a built in compass that will always points towards the Town of Beginnings."


You leave the hut with your Digimon and start to head West towards the Town of Beginnings. As you leave the village
you see before you a large plains with abandonded railroad cars and tracks every where, there are various Digimon roaming
around the plains. You go in a bit further and in the distance you see what appears to be a human with a Digimon much
larger than himself.

Excited after seeing another human for the first time since you got here you run over to him and start yelling with
your hand out stretched "Hey! Over here! I'm so happy to see you" The person looks rather suprised at first but quickly
goes back to a cool demeanor. As you approach the man you get a better look at his features, he's not really that tall,
maybe an inch or so taller than you, he has brown spiked up hair and a rather strang chuni looking outfit on. His Digimon
is much larger than he is and humanoid in form, with pants and weird metal around him. You finally get close to him and
"Hey! I didn't see you at The Town of Beginnings when everyone else got here? You must be that rookie tamer who got lost
on the way there!" he says in a strangely upbeat tone to you. "Yea, I guess that's me, I haven't seen any other humans here
so it's nice to finally see somebody else. As much as I love my Digimon, I need human interaction" You reply quickly
He laughs at your reply, and you're not entirely sure if it's at you or with you but you decide to not ponder on it too much.
"Can you take me to the Town of Beginnings, Babamon said I have to go there and meet Jijimon before I can really start the
tournament" He looks at you for a minute and then finally replies "Yea, I guess I can, it's just over this hill here follow me"
He points in the opposite direction that Babamon told you to go and starts walking that way...

You see him going the opposite direction and before he can get much farther you yell out to him. "Oh, you know what
on second thought, I forgot something back at Babamon's place! you go on ahead. I'll catch up!" He looks at you for
a second and then shouts back "Okay, I'll meet you there then, try not to get lost!" He happily runs off. You go turn
around and start walking the direction that Babamon told you go to.


You've been walking this way for a while now and you've come to the conclusion that you might just be lost. Maybe
that guy was going the right way, or maybe you just have an awful sense of direction. You're not really sure what
it was but you don't care at this point. You just keep trudging on the direction that Babamon told you to go and you
soon happen upon a giant tower. It seems to be endlessly tall, you've seen skyscrapers in NYC and this is definitely
comparable to the size of them. There's a small hatch on the front of it that is just big enough for you to be able to
crawl through if you were so bold.

the size of it really dawns on you, having it loom over you like that. You open the little hatch and crawl inside with
your two Digimon following closely behind you. When you get into the tower you see a single door to your left and the stair
way leading upwards to your right. You expected a bit more from the tower but you're not entirely sure what.

You look at the door and for some reason you can't help but want to open it. But before you do that you hear a little
"plink" coming from your pocket. You look down and see that you're Digivice is going off, you hold it up and see on the screen it says
"New friend request from Coolhero97" You're very confused about this and decide to ignore it but it goes off again. This time with a message
"Hey, It's me, the guy you met earlier! That's just my screen name you can call me Ryo. I noticed you haven't arrived yet.
Is everything alright? Do you need help?" Intersted in the Digivice you start to poke around at the features and you find
a "compass" option. You click it and remember that Babamon told you it would always point towards The Town of Beginnings.
After checking the direction on it you find that you were in fact going the opposite way and it would seem that Ryo
was actually just a really nice guy. You decide to accept his friend request and message him back when the door in front
of you opens. Out of it comes some sort of weird poop looking monster. "Hey, you're not supposed to be here!" It yells
at you in a harsh voice

Digimon but he just cuts you off. "It's fine, don't get so nervous. Calm down and slowly explain everything to me" He
seems friendly enough so you explain the whole situation to him, how you got here, you being lost, the works. After
you are done he lets out a little sigh and goes "Well, this is resolved quite easily, there's a carriage that rides past here
going to the Town of beginnings every hour or so, and if my clock is right it should be here in a few minutes. Just catch
that and you'll be right on your way!" You're surprised that such a gross looking Digimon can actually be so friendly!
You silently resolve to stop judging mons so quickly. The Digimon then slowly accosts you out the door in the friendliest
manner he can muster. "This place isn't for the likes of you yet, but one day I'd like it if you came back to see me!"
He says with a happy expression. I could always use a new friend!. You feel a little down when he says this, surely he has
at least one friend! "I'll be your friend" you tell him. And his face absolutely lights up. "You will! that's great I won't
even tell master that you snuck in here!" Just as you're about to comment on the last thing he said a carriage pulls up
being pulled by a weird horse like Digimon that you later learned was called Unimon. The Poop Digimon insists you get into
the carriage and you happily oblige. The carriage starts to pull away with you on it, but you realize that you didn't get
the name of the nice Digimon. As you go to yell back and ask for it he yells before you can. "My name is sukamon by the way!
Don't forget it!"

The carriage slowly pulls away from the tall tower and after what feels like an hour you start to see what you believe
to be the town of beginnings...

The carriage carrying and your Digimon friends pulls up to the Town of beginnings and stops just short of the gate.
"This is as far as I can take you, it's foot traffic from here on in." Unimons says to you. You hop off the carriage
and say a quick polite thank you to the Unimon as he pulls away. It's quite a conveinent service but seeing as you didn't
have to pay money you're not entirely sure what the purpose is. "Here we are!" The Town of beginnings!" Kotemon says in
an excited tone. "This is where all Digimon come back to as eggs!". "I haven't been here in a while but it hasn't changed
at all, I wonder if old man Elecmon is still running the daycare" BlackAgumon says in a reminiscent tone while looking off
into the distance. The Digimon continue to reminsence about their times in the village completely oblivious to why you are
here in the first place. You turn around to chide your Digimon for being so easily distracted from your goal
"Come on, guys we need to go find Jijimon so we can register for the tournament!" Both Digimon look a little sad at being
reproached by you for the first time but they quickly get over it as you march them into the town. You walk a little
into the town. It isn't very big but towns generally aren't. You walk around confused for a bit but by pure luck you
happen to see a sign that says "Jijimons shop: Get all your remedies and malladies and what not here!" A rather off putting
sign but you figure that has to be the right place.

Upon entering the shop you see a small old man looking Digimon asleep behind a counter. There are rows of books lining the
wall of the shop and plenty of weird objects you've never seen before everywhere.

You decide that looking around deserves some merit, all of this stuff does look really cool after all. You poke around a bit
looking at all the weird bobs and nick knacks, being sure to not break anything. After looking for a while you realize
that you have no idea what any of it is, you pick up some sort of blue fork looking object and hold it in your hands for a minute
when you hear a very loud cough behind you. This loud cough causes you to drop the object and having it shatter into a million
tiny little pieces. You turn around to see the old man very awake and very angry. He jumps at you yelling incoherent jargon.
"youkidsalwaystryingtobreakmystuffivehadenoughofyoutamersibetababamomsentyou" And running at you with his cane held high.
Your Digimon rush to protect you but he quickly brushes them aside he gets close and just as you think he's about to hit you
he pulls a broom from nowhere. "Well, what are you doing clean it up!" he says matter of factly jamming the broom in your face.
Feeling bad about breaking the object you decide to quickly clean the mess up, as your finishing he turns to you and says "So, you're
the lost tamer, eh? I'm kinda mad you made it here since that means I'm 10 bucks with Elecmon but it's good to see that you're safe"
You're confused and a bit miffed he bet that you wouldn't make it but he continues without bothering to see your response.
"So, I guess you're here to sign up for the tournament, it's kind of unfair you get to sign up so late since a bunch of the
other competitors already dropped out but rules are rules." He pushes a piece of paper and a pen into your hand
"Before you do this, I want you to think over whether you really wanna participate in this tournament or not."

Having already made up your at Babamons house you don't think about it very long. You sign the papers agreeing to participate
in the Digimon Champion tournament. "Okay, I'll just get your supplies and explain a few things for you and then you can be on
your way to battle and train or whatever it is you kids are doing these days." Jijimon says as he turns around and goes into the back
of his shop and coming back about 5 minutes later with a large satchel like bag. "This magical thing is called a bag of holding, it's
cool Digital thing that can hold anything in it. I've noticed you already have a Digivice and 2 Digimon which is most peculair"
You're not very impressed by the bag but you are curious as to why having 2 is peculair, it's not like it was particularly hard
to get two Digimon or anything, just be friendly. You question him about this and he replies with "Well, that's part of the problem
itself, most of the comptetitors aren't very friendly you see. Remember when I said that a bunch have already dropped out? well,
that was because one of the competitors already has an Ultimate level Digimon and wiped out the weakest of the bunch! But
over all most people just aren't able to make a connection of partnership with more than 1 Digimon so you may be special in that
regard young miss." He finishes his long speech as you take the bag. "Well, time to get out, I'm ready to go to sleep again" He abruptly
pushes you out the door despite having more questions. You are now in the Town of Beginnings, officially a member of the tournament.
Looking around where you're at you only have two ways to go...

You decide to head towards the city entrance to see talk to some of the Digimon there. There's Digimon running back and
forth everyone, this appears to be a rather lively district. There are several stores as well all with weird names much
like Jijimon's store. None of it makes any sense to you so you just decide to ignore it. As you're exploring around a small
blue humanoid digimon with pointy ears comes up to you "Hey! you must be the lost tamer! I was told by some weird guy
that if you showed up I should tell you meet him at the Coliseum!" The Digimon says before quickly running off. You briefly
consider who would of left the message and seeing as you've only met one other person the answer becomes obvious, you're
not really sure if he's being nice because he's a nice guy or because there probably aren't many women participating.

The least we can do is talk to him before getting our heads beaten in. What do the Digimon think?

It's not like the rules imply we have to leave if we lose the tournament really.

You decide to head towards the Coliseum which after asking directions from some friendly Digimon along the way you learned
is on the other side of town. You arrive at the rather lackluster Coliseum you see a familiar face of Ryo standing there
next to his large Digimon. He looks over, sees you and waves. "Hey! I was getting worried, I wasn't sure when you were going
to arrive" He says with a friendly smile on his face. "Well, I wasn't really sure where to go so I got lost"
"It doesn't matter now. Anyway, this is the coliseum where you battle other tamers in the tournament though you don't have
to battle them here" He says veering off to another topic entirely. You're a bit nervous since you don't think you could take
his Digimon even with your two but he quickly dispells your worries when says "We should form a team! I noticed you had two Digimon
which is really cool and with my Champion level there shouldn't be any that can defeat us!" You're caught off guard by this, you
were entirely prepared to fight him but insteaed he wants to be on the same team...

You consider his statement for a minute, unsure of wether to trust him or not you decide to ask your Digimon for their opinion.
"I think he seems nice, if we train with him and get to Champion level too, then he won't be able to beat us!" Kotemon decides
after thinking for a while. "I don't really trust him but Kotemon has a good point, we have nothing to lose. It's not like the
tournament is that big a deal to you anyway" BlackAgumon says, agreeing with Kotemon. Ryo watches you for a while and seems
to be conversing with somebody on his Digivice in a rather mean way. Before you can ask him about it he starts ranting
"My friend Haru, thinks he's so bad since he already has an Ultimate but I think he's gone too far, what I wouldn't do to
punish him! I hate bad guys like that!"

After considering your Digimon's opinion you eventually decide it would be for the best to team up with him.
At least you'll have another human to talk to. "Yes, after much deliberation I will join your team" you say to him.
"Awesome!" he shouts while doing a small fist pump. "I was starting to think nobody was going to join my team! Well,
Team super awesome Digimon hero friends is a go!" He says excitedly. What's with that name? You think to yourself
but before you can vocalize your opinion to him he quickly grabs you by the arm and pulls you back towards the city.
"Come on, let's go get some supplies from the city and then head out to train our Digimon in heated battles and maybe
be heroes to the locals!" You start to realize this kid might have a thing for heroism....


After gathering supplies from the town you're not back in the Railroad Plains looking for some wild Digimon to beat up
and gain some experience from. "I was out here training on the evil Digimon that come out at night here to raise my Digimon
into the Champion that he is! It's not too hard just look for some nasty looking Digimon and we can beat them up."
After looking for what he described as "nasty looking Digimon" you finally spot something that could be considered
a "bad" Digimon, it looks like a baloon head with long tentacles and weird arms. Anyway you looked at it, it was definitely
creepy. You point it out to Ryo and he goes "Perfect! That's an evil Digimon if I've everseen one! Now you just have to
fight it!" His eyes shift back and forth between you and the Digimon, you can tell he clearly wants to fight it...

You turn to Ryo and tell him you haven't really fought any Digimon properly yet and ask him if you two can fight together.
His eyes light up briefly before he says "That sounds like a great idea, we could polish our teamwork! Follow me!" he then
rushes towards the Digimon, running faster than even his own. You catch up to him just as he's about to start fighting the poor
creature. You briefly stop Ryo and ask if you can try communicating with the creatue, you wouldn't want to be randomly attacked by
some strangers. He isn't sure at first but after you mention that a hero wouldn't attack innocents he immedatly lets you. You approach
it to talk but as you get closer it lets out an inchoerent scream and and lunges at you. Ryo's Digimon pushes itself between you and
the attacker and pushes it further away. "Well, that didn't work. I determine him to be a bad Digimon! Strikedramon attack!" strikedramon
launches himself at the Digimon and slashes it with its claws bringing it down to the ground, it takes a minute but it gets back on.
"A true hero never attacks a downed opponet" Ryo says "You try attacking it too, this'll be good experience for you..

Observe the situation. Strikedramon seems to have everything under control so far and can even afford to give the opponent some advantage, so it wouldn't be much of a training if the three could one shoot a random digimon.

You figure that Strikedramon can handle this situation and tell Ryo so. He seems a little dissapointed that he can't
see you fight but at the same time he's pretty excited to be able to do so himself. As you watch Strikedramon fight the
Digimon you can see that to your surprise, he's not really doing that well. He can't seem to catch up with it, it's movements
are too unnatural and he isn't able to grasp them. Both Tamer and Digimon are clearly getting impatient from all this so
you figure you'll lend a hand. "BlackAgumon use Black Fire and force that Digimon to move right into Strikedramons path"
BlackAgumon doesn't hesitate for a second. He opens his mouth and out comes a menacing black fire ball that seems to devour
the light around it. It doesn't hit the Digimon but it makes it move in such a way that Strikedramon is able to hit it.
Ryo looks at you approvingly and yells out "Thanks for the assist! Now, Strikedramon Strike Fang!" Strikedramon's entire body
lights up and he appears to become a massive fire ball and then he rams into the Digimon causing it to turn back into Data
and go back to The Town of Beginnings. "That was great! We make a pretty killer team, just like I thought if we keep going
like this then nothing can beat us!" Ryo says excitedly running up to you and patting you on the back. You feel a bit conflicted
after having just essentially killed a Digimon but you then hear a little "bleep" on your Digivice and you see that BlackAgumon
has leveled up from that encounter. "I feel so much stronger he says" while flexing his muscles a little bit. "I'm jealous, I wanna
level up too!" Kotemon says feeling rejected and alone.

You decide it best to level up with Ryo, he may be a bit weird but he doesn't seem to be that weak and you never know what
kind of Digimon are lurking out there. After a few hours you check on the stats of your Digimon

They've both raised their level pretty good in such a short time and even Ryo is a little impressed. Though he already
has a champion which is the next level up so you're not sure why he's impressed. "Man, I wish I could use two Digimon but
I think Strikedramon would get a little jealous if I did" He says jokingly. Strikedramon gives a little growl at the thought.
He's kinda the quiet type compared to Ryo but they sort of seem to make a pretty good team. You start to think he's not that
bad a guy.


It's getting dark and Ryo reccomends you two head back to town, you start going that direction when you hear a loud noise behind
you. It sounds like some sort of explosion. You turn around to see a giant Digimon before you. It's huge, it looks like some
sort of red mechanical dragon monster. Riding on top of it is a kid, who only looks like he's 14, he's got a bandana and a generally
mean demeanor. His Digimon raises it arms and blasts the landscape around you! "Hey! Haru! What are you doing?!" Ryo yells at the kid...
