Last time, on Dragon Quest, we gave a good tumble to our wife, our concubines, and our wife again, we also made our son a good necromancer, made him paranoid and angry, and also got him addicted to D&D. We also fucked around with mutagen and mutated our wife to a Half-Dragon shapeshifter so family gatherings won't be as a terrifying with Britain.

Current Form: Half-Dragon
You awake beside your wife, who's still shifted into her draconic form. You shake her awake, and a servant comes before you, bearing your breakfast and awaits your command.
Your wife walks off, presumbly to the noble's breakfast to small-talk and gain their favor, and as you finish up, the servant asks for your attention.
"Yes, what is it mortal?"
"Sire, some members of the clergy are here to see you in the throne room."
"Very well... Tell them..."

Happens to the best of us, man.

"...Tell the clergy I am coming."
"Very well my lord."
You wander around a little bit, seeking Charlemagne. It seems he's attempting to booby-trap the outdoors with sticks, small pebbles, and boxes.
He shifts one of his eyebrows, made of red scales towards you upon hearing your approach.
"Charlemagne, with me boy."
"As you wish, father."
He drops a concealed sharpened stick, and follows you to the throne room.
"Today son, I want you to learn about the Imperial Court, and how it works."
"Very well father. Now tell me, on a scale of one to ten, how many of your guards have absolute loyalty to you?"
"Ten, of course."
On the way there, he starts talking about over-complicated trap systems, and starts talking about "them" as usual. Once you reach the throne room, you give a slight pat to his head, and order him to stand next to you.
The clergy walk into the throne room, noticing your son standing at attendance, arms between his back, with a slight scowl and a eyebrow raised. They take their seats on the many benches throughout the room. The head priest in the room approaches you, and asks for your attention.
"My lord, we have some... Disturbing reports."
"What sort, of disturbing reports?"
"Sir, in Oslo province, there is reports of... Demon worshipers." The crowd bows their head.
"Demon worshipers?", your son speaks, and raise their eyebrow...
"Yes my lord, demon worshipers."
Your son leans in close to your ear.
"They could be attempting to eliminate competition by claiming they are heretics, you know."

The Bishop beckons to one of the priests, and they carry in a strange coffin.

Good Success!

"Dig a light trench line and order the mortar battery to begin the bombardment of the streets."
"As you wish, my Emperor."
A heavily bombardment rains on Oslo, streets are hit hard and some minor infrastructure is damaged. Enemy fireballs soar overhead, and your infantry is begin to feel... Unnerved. In fact, an offhand comment of "I feel like something is in my head." concerns you greatly.
Meanwhile, Charlemagne orders a charge to plow through the city streets to reach the town hall to set up a sort of evacuation zone and forward operation base. His squad comes under heavy fire, and gets into melee with enemy units, but looses no men and eventually reaches the city hall...

Critical Success!

The city hall seems to have had a podium outside, apparently with a working microphone. After checking for bombs and snipers, Charlemagne begins speaking through the chaos of the bombardment.
"Enemies of the Empire, hear me. You have risen up to die, so brace for your inevitable failure... Citizens, hear me. The enemy is at our doorstep, and the Emperor's army lies outside at your doorstep. You are the men of the Empire, not the slaves of some demons! The eyes of God is upon us! Should you fight in the streets, fight for your homes, and fight for your kin, this day, will be remembered for eternity!!!"
The city rises up, guns are passed around amidst the bombardment, militias gather... The city is mobilized for complete warfare. Women and children have taken up arms for God and Empire this day.

Great Success

You order to your men to set up some of the extra Heavy Autokarbiners as a sort of light machine gun in certain locations. You camouflage them, and barricade the doors. You also set up some obvious looking camouflage in obvious kill-spots, so they think they know where you'll be firing from... You also put some work towards making dirt piles which conspicuously look like landmines, but are in fact just mounds of dirt.
You order your men back behind the barricades, and they entrench themselves for the storm.
A few minutes pass, and what seems to be a... Snakeman, comes slithering into the court yard. He seems to be holding both hands up, and is unarmed...

You pass out rifles among them, and after some minor training, you find something interesting... With the heavier rifles, recoil has nearly no effect on them if they coil around, allowing them to shift their body downward slowly, allowing for enhanced defensive positions if used well...

BRUTAL OVERKILL!

You rush forward, enemy fire all around you. In the blink of an eye, you grab an enemies shield, and take it from her, who's awfully confused, only for you to kick her into the crowd, and for you to breathe fire into it. Apparently, whatever they're wearing is highly flammable, and the testudo formation literally explodes, dragon-fire goes everywhere, and you got yourself a fucking shield. You grab as many as possible, and roar out a challenge to the enemy, who decides to oblige you with a sudden rush of infantry, all armed with dual blades, rather then the shields of before. You are also incredibly angry.

BRUTAL CRITICAL!

You grab a second shield, and rush forward. One Yuan-Ti is unlucky enough to be hit by both at the same time, and is sent flying. A visible trail of destruction is sewn throughout the enemy ranks, but eventually your shields stop sending enemies out of the park, and your forced to use the nearest blades, which happen to be two Yuan-Ti blades, which barely fit your hand. You know one thing though... And that is that you need more blood! Maim! Kill! Burn!
The enemy sends this time, only one enemy to fight you... A snakeman with four arms, each one holding a blade, and holstered pistols.

Critical Successful Failure??

You drop your claw-hand to your sides, ready to draw... He puts his hands on his pistols as well... A few seconds pass...
You pull up your hand, but he's faster, and fires four shots straight into your left shoulder, but you fire a shot straight into the Yuan-Ti's right shoulder before you fall.
You take a good look at your shoulder, and a semi-large chunk of it has been blown off... You attempt to get up, but the pain is immense. It also seems your opponent survived, but is squirming around in the ground, dying a painful death.

You are Renexizious, and you have just learned your child just got shot on the battlefield by a damned Yuan-Ti Battleblade.
"Where was the last goddamned report of his location?"
You a currently interrogating one of these Yuan-Ti, who claims to be a doctor.
"Uh.... He went sssilent, sssirr."
"You and your hissing, How come the rest of your kin have no problem speaking proper Swedish?"
"Ssspeech impariment, sssirr..."
You're really fucking tired of this doctor.
The doors behind you open, to show you Charlemagne carrying a Yuan-Ti wench. Bless his heart, like father like son.
"Oh good, you aren't dead. Just heavily injured."
"Father... I captured this... Yuan-Ti soldier..."
He falls on the ground unconcious, which causes the damsel to twitch.

You decide to make sure that the doctor is... Well... Basically a doctor.

You decide to MICROMANAGE him!
"Use the bandage."
"I know."
"Alright, now stop the bleeding on that vein right there."
"I know, Renexiziousss..."
"Alright, now after that, you need to make sure that he's actually unconcious, or he might eat your hand."
"Wha-"
"Hmph.... Hamburgers..." emits from Charlemagne, and he nearly eats the Yuan-Ti's hand.
"Thank you, Renexiziousss... But I don't really need your help, you know that, right?'
"Is my son going to be alright?"
"He will be, if you stop bothering me."
"Fine, whatever."
On second thought, it's probably best to leave medical care to the professionals... And not the fucking snake with a goddamned speech impairment. Too bad he's the only doctor here.
You decide to sleep the rest of the day, mostly because you can, and that Claw won't get here tommorow.
Eventually, you wake up, and find that Claw should be here in a few hours... You can do a few things in your spare time however.
Actions

You decide to check on your son's Yuan-Ti prisoner, who currently is locked up in the mayor's office.
As you walk in, a bandage covers her right shoulder, and is apparently sleeping. You give her a slight tap, as such a polite gentleman, you surely are.
She looks up, and her reptilian eyes go wide. She backs into a corner, and speaks in some dialect of Draconian, a little crude, but still understandable.
"You are... Renexizious?"
"Yes. How do you know this?"
"Many tales from elder."

You descend into the sewers, with the converted Yuan-Ti taking the way. She's constantly praying for redemption all the way, and your wondering if the Yuan-Ti can actually hear her. You hold back anyone attempting to interrupt, and the entire clan of the Yuan-Ti seem to listen, somewhat interested and pleased that you are not in fact, killing them. Instead converting them. Of course, not too many get converted by the Yuan-TI and the Inquisitor, but just enough for a slight majority... Of course, what seems to be priest-caste attempts to put a stop to this, attempting to summon warriors (who all converted to you, maybe because they respect you?).

You designate 20 as test subjects and the rest... Well. You're going to need to expand your lair further, but that should go quite fast with the new populace.

You travel back with your slaves, and introduce them to their keepers, which are the Draconic Regiment and/or the servants lacking that.
Exhausted from today's events, you head to bed, only to hear your wife.
"What happened to Charlemagne!?", you hear from behind you, as your wife (in draconic form, nonetheless, is cradling Charlemagne, who is shaking his head and looking to you for help.)
Oh god your wife found out Charlemagne got shot.

"Well, Charlie. It seems you impressed your father!"

Elizabeth puts Charlemagne down, and pats him on the head, and tells him to go to bed.
"You know, your son grows awfully fast, it seemed like just yesterday he was a baby."
"Technically it was two days ago."
"I know..."
You and your wife cuddle, and your concubines attempt to join in. Luckily, since your wife is immune to your freeze aura since she's also a white half-dragon, your concubines get the message to leave.

When you awake, you hear your servant coming down the hallway again.
"This early, again?"
"Yes, m'lord."
"What do you want?"
"Well, I wanted to inform you that the servants finished the defenses around the estate."
Oh, right. That.

Reposting the fixed version in the pic.

It has been three days since the Battle of Oslo, and Charlemagne's injury. Largely, he's been doing alright, and the converted Yuan-Ti that insisted that she be with him has been taking rather good care of him. He has been growing much more, and is about twice the size of a human. Additionally, the estate is expanding with the slave quarters and the additional barracks being added soon.

However, today you have decided you shall oversee the court... You have a few subjects you can talk to.

You decide to review the industry...
Currently, most investors are hesitant to invest, due to your nationalization of nearly every business. This also had the habit to encourage the local investor to give up... Meaning that industry is shrinking due to the workforce receiving less and less pay...

You send a letter to the CEO of the German Corporation, confirming he may in fact build a second headquarters without nationalization.
You also enact Indentured Servitude, which should solve the worker problem temporarily.

New Industry: Heavy German Panzers
New Policy: Worker's Rights, Servitude & Freed.

Afterwards, you start sending "badges of office" of mutagen to officers and generals. Your generals receiving the MK4, and the officers getting the MK3.
Furthermore, you send word to capitalists throughout the nation, promising state funding in exchange for industrial capacity.

You begin basic experimentation, and find that the Yuan-Ti are... Unusually adapt at conforming to your mutating, most likely due to their reptillian-like origins. You and your son mutate a Yuan-Ti and a Human together, and end up with something quite interesting. Apparently, from the waist down, the hybrid has a snakelike body, and from the waist up, has a semi-human like body. Unlike the traditional Yuan-Ti's inherit psychic ability, it seems to be gone in this specimen. The specimen stills sports silted eyes, but is an omnivore, which prefers meat over vegetables.

Critical Failure!

Good Success!

You and Anitta begin teaching your child the basics of fire... And Charlemagne catchs on naturally, most likely because he's a Red Half-Dragon, after all. He learns in a few hours, how to cast a Firebolt, a fire-spell which sticks to targets.
Then, you deide to teach him a bit about necromancy. While casting one of the more... Advanced, spells, he takes a deep breath of a black smoke, and starts coughing. After making sure whatever happened didn't kill him, or whatnot, you noticed his scales were turning... Slightly more pale. After an hour, this stopped, but still. You noticed. You gave your son a pardon from the rest of the day's schooling after this.
Then, the bell to the library rang, it seems your servant needs you for something.
When you go outside, you see a servant, waiting for you.
"Sir, the local mayor of Stockholm, and the mayor of Hansodrr is here, both want to see you in the same meeting as well."
Alrighty then.

You attend the meeting, where the mayors are gathered.

"Mortals, what are you doing here today?"
"M'lord, we've... Um."
"Spit it out, mayor."
The second mayor proceeds to butt in.
"We would like to host a parade of the peoples of Hansordr and Stockholm."
"Interesting, but to what end?"
"Well, mostly to celebrate your victory at Oslo, m'lord."
"Hm... I shall look this over.

"I suppose that means it'll be soon?"
"It'll be done in two days, m'lord."
"Good. I entrust you will not embezzle the money and run?"
"Yes, m'lord."

After this, you find your wife waiting outside for you, in her human form.
"How can I help you, Elizabeth?" You lean down to kiss her on the hand. Let it be known that Renexizious is always a rather... "Gentle" man to the fairer sex.
"Renexizious, I am wondering if you could do a favor for me?"
"Anything for you, m'lady."
"Well, you remember the Kaiser of Germany?"
"Yes?"
"Well, I need you to come to his aid."
"What? Why?"
"I won't speak of it here, but meet me in the library. Let no one follow you, Renexizious. This is an affair of the state."

"Nothing much, I just need you to do a... Favor, for the Reich."
"What sort of favor?"
"The diplomatic kind... Or killing, if that is more your thing."
"Any specifics?"
"Well, you know the Appalachian mountains, eh?"
"Of course."
"Somehow, a lumberjack stumbled across several... Midgets, next to the mountain, who were attempting to dig a hole into it. The lumberjack apparently hid and they apparently began speaking in... Well. Swedish. The lumberjack then proceeded to leave the midgets alone."
"Why are you telling me this?"
"Mostly, because my mage says these are not humans. I do not want my people to come in contact with the supernatural, whereas your people seem to have... Great experience, with such things."

You gather the duo up, which is Charlemagne growling (literally) about having to stop booby-trapping the "tertiary backup fallback defensive armory." All while Claw was basically filing taxes from his town. He mostly complained because he realized this is most likely going to be a "social thingy".
You make sure to bring along all your equipment, and you travel to Germany.
When you arrive, you walk out of the city limits and into the mountains of Innsbruck, and begin your walk to where the lumberjack claimed the midgets were.
All while, you shifted into your human form. Your son, lacking that, required you to make a cover story involving "skin conditions" and "fucking heretics".
Eventually, while you come up onto the mountain pass which held these dwarves, your son speaks up from his silence.
"How come you can look like one of those humans?"
"A little bit of magic, and a little bit of biology."
"Cool. I guess."
Claw attempts to make the following silence less awkward.
"Y-You two should... Like... Uhm... Crap, I'm not good at talking to children."
"Implying your ever good with talking to someone, Claw."
"H-Hey!"
When you come up to the area, you see a small man, with a thick beard and... An axe?

"Oi, laddie, what do you want?"
"Uh... I... I come in peace?"
"Alrighty laddie, did ya bring any mead?"
"N-No..."
"Heh, you remind me of me when I was your age... Back in my day, when we were still building the Great Wall of Fortresshammers, we had to build it to keep the migrants out from stealing our mead! And our plump helmets! Aye, those were the days."
"Could... Could we get into the fortress?"

Claw preforms his time-honored trick of puppy eyes.
"Dawww... You remind me of my great, great grandaughter... Fine, I'll let you and your friends in, so long as you don't steal any of the cheese or mead, or cats."
Somehow, Claw has gotten you in with his social-awkwardness and eyes. Jesus.

"LET 'ER RIP!"
You smell smoke, melting flesh, and the cry of a thousand melting cats.
"Oh well laddie, I wouldn't go to the eating hall, seems like all those liberal artsies are hanging around there."
The dwarf stumbles off, presumbly drunk from the stench of his breath.
