You are Subject 108, a.k.a. Whirlpool. You are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies from a reclusive civilization that has mastered spatial distortion. You tend to suffer occasional lapses in memory, emotion and judgement from shifting hormonal imbalances due to a congenital anomaly. You have been sent to the feral planet known as Cymbio IV for a simple task: fetching water, but you are sidetracked by an adventure of your own making.

>Twitter: @guardtemp
>Notice: You can roll 1d6 to influence your current situation akin to Roll to Dodge. Use when necessary.
>Recap: http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/qstarchive.html?tags=Whirlpool%20Quest
You confess your romantic feelings towards Errai, fortunately she reciprocates and says she loves you too. You then attend a dinner date and learn about her local "cuisine", which is surprisingly unpalatable. Then you head off to stay in her house, have a brief chat with her mother and move on to the impending sexytimes because your reckless hormones are dictating your actions for the later part of the night.

>Last Thread: >>236098

Enjoy the romance arc while you can, <something something foreboding statement>

You ask about her father and she spaces out, trying to think of an answer.

>"I...don't know. Maybe another time."

>>248767
>>249342
You consider trying to change the topic and mention that you find her mother to be very beautiful.

>"Perhaps? She is a refined lady, but why do you bring it up?"

You cobble together a compliment relating to why she is so beautiful. Errai is touched and the two of you find yourselves at the entrance to her bedroom.

>"Here we are, pardon the modest look. I suppose you are impatiently-excited for the upcoming activity?"

>>249850
As you walk through the door, you start unbuckling your belt. You hope separating articles of your clothing doesn't compromise its overall integrity.

>"Very excited indeed."

Huh, your pants feel a lot looser at the waist, you ought to make some adjustments to your outfit once you get the chance.

Your face turns volcanic at how salacious this whole situation has become, while your coat drops to the floor. For the time being, you try to avoid thinking about the consequences of fully exposing your body here. Is it possible that Errai's people do not have any underwear at all?

>"You should not be so haste, try to relax and immerse yourself in the moment."

You help Errai remove her leather breastplate before she returns the favor by removing your helmet. The sensation is kinda liberating, feeling open air on your head for the first time. For the first time since you arrived, you feel. Her gaze locks with yours, and you lean slightly forward.

>"Gracious, you are a wonderful sight."

And so is she. However, rather than move in for the kiss like you expected, she suddenly crouches to pull down your underwear. Your rampant hormones are keeping you from saying anything.

>"...What?"

>"So this is the 'unique physiology' you mentioned earlier."

You are visibly worried that Errai might judge you but she notices your unease and assures otherwise.

>"Why do you doubt? You should not be so stressed over yourself, I accept you for who you are. That is a virtue of a lover, correct? Maybe you will accept my physical affection in return."

That sounded extremely cliche but you don't really mind. The look on her face and the arousing massage on your shaft makes it very hard not to quiver like a hapless virgin.

>MEANWHILE IN ARCTURUS
Subject 247 "Geyser" has escaped the deadly four-way crossfire between different factions thanks his MYSTERIOUS GIRLFRIEND leading him to safety. It turns out she is affiliated with the ETESIAN REBELLION—an elusive, fifth faction that is independent from the others. Their home base is protected by an artificially-generated superstorm which is falsely assumed to be a natural fixture of the planet's atmosphere. Their most interesting characteristic is that they appear to be an air-themed counterpart to Geyser's civilization, the most notable difference is that their aresenal is derived from NANOTECHNOLOGY and QUANTUM MECHANICS.

>MEANWHILE IN TALSHURM
Subject 336 "Splash" is sidetracked with an adventure of her own making. Her initial objective is to dive towards the lowest possible point in the massive ocean and activate her PORTHOLE there. She changes priorities after a brief detour to an underwater cave where she ends up stopping SUSPICIOUS PISCINE HUMANOIDS from committing murder. The individual held captive there explains that he was kidnapped for some kind of sick ritual. Feeling inquisitive, Splash returns the captive to the SURFACE PLATFORM COLONY before trying to gather help for her next dive to the ocean depths. No luck so far, which is frustrating since villanous plots can be in motion at this very moment.

>MEANWHILE ON EARTH (PRIPYAT, UKRAINE)
Subject 595 "Tsunami" has a different assignment. He is not tasked gathering water for his civilization like the other subjects, for one thing the local water supply is contaminated with radiation. Also, his sole mission is to dispose (read: dump) his share of the organic, possibly-sentient and definitely-corrosive BLACK GOO. With careful usage of his HARPOON, a seismic jackhammer, he collapses the abandoned nuclear power station into a giant sinkhole. His PORTHOLE is located in the crumbling facility's deepest reaches and he hopes that the radioactive tomb is enough to seal the abyssal ooze from the world.

Actually, I would be totally willing to draw lewds (and hopefully get lewd fanart in return) but the thing is that drawquest lewds are treacherous territory compared to the open writequest ones. I'd rather not have my quest die of "Moderator Intervention." Sure, there are some (e.g. Generic Fantasy Quest) that have done dongers but those are played for laughs. And you Besides, you don't see Genre Shift or Peter Titmouse running a legit dick massage scene, do you?. Perhaps that's why the very-risque Braids Grenades quest stopped continuing. Also, >>255757

You really cherished your one night with Errai, but you wonder if she feels the same. You try to look lovingly into her eyes, keyword being 'try', and ask how she felt.

>"It is obvious that the physical contact in coitus is pleasurable, yet the mutual investment of our emotions raised it to another magnitude. It was probably the sensation of true passion, from an amorous perspective at least. You could say we gave it our all."

Indeed we did. You stand up from the bed and begin picking up your clothes to get dressed.

>>255277
The place seems pretty well-built for a structure made out of scrap metal. Then again, you are in the household of who are essentially the city mayor and her daughter.

>>255253
That would seem nice at first glance, but you might seem uncommitted to her. Plus, asking her isn't needed anymore once you see Betelgeuse walking through the doorway.

>"Good morning, you two. I see you have thoroughly enjoyed yourselves. However, now is not the time for tardiness, we have a mission due today."

Both of you are startled with her sudden entrance, Errai in particular is freezing up from embarassment.

I have begun experimenting with new body shapes, I -think- WP now has a more tomboyish physique assuming that sentence makes sense.

Shower. Comb/brush hair. Get dressed. Go on mission. Get peppers. Give cyborg alien guacamole some much needed flavor. Celebrate.
>>
>>256807
Well, if you're okay with writing a text-based sex scene, that would be fine. If I'm being honest, my imagination is shit when it comes to knowing exactly how a story should look like, even worse when I have to read an "implied" scenario, which just makes me rage all the more. I'd prefer visuals in my books to help in that regard, but at least reading a sex scene is something that I can get off to.
Do we have morning wood right? If so let's try to go for Round 2 with Betelgeuse watching to make it even hornier. If not, make non-guacamole breakfast for you and the family (which I guess you are a part of as of last night).

Damn I'm lazy

>>256838
Well, you have a bit of a leeway in imagining. My drawings are simple and very loose in interpretation, you can fill in the rest of the blanks.

You try to let your phallic rigidity continue to fade by focusing on the fact that you don't know how Errai and Betelgeuse would actually react to this. It might make the situation all the more erotic, or you could look like a disgraceful fool. Plus, you have things to do today. Now that you think about it, you ask Betelgeuse if you are considered family now.

>"Hmmm, excellent inquiry. I'll think about that."

Errai mentioned last night about alternate means of preparation, which still involves machine processors. Perhaps people don't use "kitchens" here.

>>256814
You also ask if this household has a bathroom to use, and she gives you concise directions...which is right at the end of the hall. The room is immaculately clean and roomy, unlike anything you've seen so far. The surrounding material mostly seems to be greenish plastic or porcelain, it's difficult to tell. These people possibly take hygiene very seriously. You set your clothes aside and enter one of the two bathing stalls. Turning on the familiar shower, pristine water flows over your body. You assume that the local water supply is drawn from the moat, with prior purifications. You still hold off from drinking, that would be pretty dumb even if it is this clean. It's amazing, there's even soap nearby. You wonder if this is also made out of plant goop or if they have a reliable source of raw material to manufacture this.

After the nice bath you walk out and realize that you forgot to ask for a towel. Not that you'd need to, you can just get your suit to soak it up for you especially since it is taking the form of fabric. An opportunity presents itself as you recall that you also need to recharge your suit.

Are you going to change your suit's appearance? Back to the cat-eared diving suit? Something new?

Since you're not dropping dead from exposure to the environment, you decide to change your suit's appearance to something more fashionable. You don't even need a mirror to notice how looking like a seafaring pirate captain is fashionable. Meanwhile you lose access to your climbing claws and tensile tail but you consider them to be acceptable sacrifices for better looks. You hope the folks back at Resorcinol won't recognize you. So far they've seen you with a full helmet and partially-obscured face. It's funny, you started out wearing a sealed environment and you gradually get skimpier.

You walk out of your REPAIR MODULE to be greeted by Betelgeuse and Errai, who are staring in awe. The latter speaks up first.

You ask the four about their activities yesterday.

Sirius and Decrux were discussing possible plans of action and obstacles.

Canopus spent her time reading from her stash of fantasy books, after sharpening her blades. Sirius quietly tells you that she is a major bibliophile when it comes to written fiction, to the point that it partly influences her speech pattern and way of thinking.

Rigel says he was helping things behind the scenes. You guess he probably smuggled some new clothes for the group. He asks you about your night in return, and you fail to hide your blush.

>"Hey, no judging here."

>>259581
Yeah like every major couple. Then again, it seems that the only kitchen in the area belongs to the eatery and there's no way the technicians might allow you access to the processors. Maybe you could try your luck in Resorcinol, they have restaurants and a grocery store there.

>>259695
You sold Errai's sword to the vendor yesterday, and you lost access to your climbing claws, leaving you solely with your HARPOON—which resembles more like a bladed auger than a proper aquating hunting weapon. At least it gives you the option to use KRAKEN'S BEAK in a pinch. You could use another weapon though.

>"The best ways to take someone out is with minimal effort. Tranquilizers, deception, bribery; all that jazz. Although when it comes to using physical force, aiming for the anatomy's weak points should make them easier to restrain, if not taking them out entirely."

Before you could inquire on nonlethal weapons, you hear Betelgeuse's voice.

>"Everyone is ready to embark, it seems. Shall we proceed or is there any last-minute thoughts?"

You turn around and you see her and her daughter, groomed and dressed in civilian clothing.

Rigel says that their equipment is in the transport, he assures you that yes, we have nonlethal chemical weapons like a blowdart along with other equipment. He also says that, predictably, Canopus' double blades are there as well at her insistence. Betelgeuse declares a briefing.

>"Now that we are all gathered here, it is time to deliberate on our strategy for today's mission."

The gist of the plan is to split up into groups of two and eliminate/capture the weaker four of the District Heads (Red Light, Transport, Consumer, Residential) to save time and decrease exposure. Then we regroup and either retreat or attempt capturing/eliminating the remaining combat-oriented ones (Fire Control, Law Enforcement, Medical, Maintenance). She emphasizes that civilian casualties should be minimized unless they are actively trying to stop us. She also clarifies that our attire serves to blend into the society and help maintain discretion.

You ask how are we going to split into groups of two when there are only seven of us. Rigel tells you that another member, Mu Cephei, is waiting for us by the transport thus bringing us to eight individuals. She is already briefed on the plan.
>>
>>260225
Point out that combat specialists will be on high alert after the others are dealt with. They're going to be much harder to take if we don't deal with them first, whereas the civilian heads will remain relatively easy to take even if alerted to the situation.
Of the combat ones, medical and maintainance will be highest priority, since without them the rest will greatly diminish in effectiveness over time.

Basically, we want to use surprise to get the strongest ones at their weakest and while we are at our strongest.

I say we volunteer for maintainance, since we have something capable of the largest amount of destruction, and can tunnel to find him wherever he might be.

>"That's a darling idea you got there but keep in mind that I don't know where their locations are aside from the Medical District. Plus, the other heads are no pushovers either, aside from the head of Transport but I think he has tricks of his own like a robot or something."

We will hit transport, I suggest twitchy mcstab take redlight, what's her name? Cannabis?

Counter-argue by saying you can scout out for the Maintenance District with ease since you are a recognizable figure that no one really cares about.
>>
>>260354
Well, maybe we should prioritize medical then.
Medical loss will hit the other heads much harder than any other ones.

Here is my suggestion of priorities and who we should grab, with that in mind

Medical (us), Transport, red light, consumer.

Transport is necessary for counterattacks and transfer of goods all over, hence why they are second.
Red light could seize power in a vacuum and start a dangerous gang, hence third.
Commercial is funding and good production, hence fourth. Residential isn't terribly important and we dont know the locations of the others.

You propose that you and Errai will take on the head of the Medical District while Canopus and whoever her partner might be will be the one to take on Nicotine from the Red Light District. She shrugs and agrees to go along with it. The remaining duos will taken on the heads of the Commercial and Transport districts. You also mention that you can scout for the Maintenance District meanwhile since you somehow stumbled into it -twice-. Betelgeuse is impressed and commends you for your input. You feel kinda proud of yourself.

>"Wonderful insight, Whirlpool. Well, I presume everyone is ready to embark?"

After a brief pause of consideration, everyone else agrees and moves on. Near the entrance, someone is waiting near a parked truck..

>"Hello there, you must be the newcomer. I am Mu Cephei, Rigel's colleague. You look pretty good there."

Even in space there are ASIANS

Return the compliment normally, and inquire about supplimentary equipment for the mission.

If we can sedate medical lead before the fight, we either will have an advantage or could potentially avoid the fight altogether.
>>
>>262710
Might want to give info on Transport and Red Light, since you already know about them. Nicotine can probably be seduced, so get someone on that, and Propane can be sedated with a well-cooked steak. And remember to tell Betelgeuse that you love her.
>>
>>262710
Darn it, I just remembered about the whole explanation for futanari science requiring a consious Nicotine. Any way to railroad it so we go to the Red Light District or are we dead set on our current path? I'll be, sadly, comfortable with the way things are now, unless another opportunity comes along later on, by then I'll forgiven myself and have moved on.

You thank Mu Cephei for the compliment and tell her that she looks beautiful herself.

>"Much appreciated."

>>262806
You mention that the head of the Red Light District is Nicotine, an incredibly-sultry dame who is often seen with a wine glass on her hand. You also add that virtually all of her employees are wearing gas masks in one way or another, probably for aesthetics. You suggest seducing her since she's one of -those- types. Canopus doesn't look comfortable with it but Mu Cephei drags her along anyway.

>"I...uh...I am not withholding desire to partake in the flesh of other maidens. Perchance an different path of action?"

>"Well, if you don't swing that way then I certainly have to. I like to think that I'm a pretty slick gal myself so maybe I could pull it off. I'll still need Canopus though, in case things go awry."

You consider the head of the Transport District, Propane, to be a down-to-earth family man and suggest that he can be pacified with a nice, wholesome steak...assuming that these people know what steak is. Rigel steps up to the plate.

>"Heh. It looks like I'm the only one here who learned how to cook -at all- so I guess it's up to me. I'll need Decrux to help set things up, as well as our vanguard since the Transport District is also our exit point."

Dammit hormones, not again. Hmm, how are you going to tell Betelgeuse that you love her? As a stepmother, right? You might risk breaking Errai's heart if you lust after her own mother.

>>263104
Don't worry, the head of the Medical District is a doctor, he can totally help. ;0
>>
>>263348
Definitely as a mother figure. Yup, no way it's anything else. Now let's get this party started.

The group begins packing up into the vehicle. You tell Betelgeuse that, for the short time you've been with her, you look up to her as a mother-figure already and that you love her in a filial way. She is surprised by your sudden confession and has trouble coming up with a good response.

>"I suppose I could allow this, being a surrogate does not seem too difficult. My words are at a loss, so allow me to reciprocate some other way."

She opts to give you a good old-fashioned parental hug instead. It's a good thing you don't have a raging hard-on right now or you would've felt guilty about this. After the hug you join the others in the truck, where it drives off towards a public road leading to the Transport District, according to Mu Cephei at least.
