INTRODUCTION - You are Isaac, a college student who has been inexplicably transplanted in the Song of Ice and Fire universe: Game of Thrones, around the time of the start of the novels. In the first few weeks, we got in good with the Tyrell house guards, whose ranks we quickly joined as a cover to be near the nobles for when we wish to use our knowledge of the Game of Thrones universe. Currently, we sit in Storm's End, Capital of the Stormlands, and home of Renly Baratheon, Lord Paramount of the Stormlands, as Margery and Renly court eachother for a secret marriage alliance between the Tyrell's and Renly's Baratheons. > If you don't know the lore that well, this game takes a preconceived idea that the MC has perfect knowledge and memory of events in the books, ergo feel free to read articles on the Wiki about the subjects mentioned if you feel lost.Personally I would recommend two links: the first is a run down of the Tournament of the Hand, the tourney we will soon be observing in the coming weeks, and a detailed understanding of the Cuty it is held in- King's Landing. - http://gameofthrones.wikia.com/wiki/King's_Landing-http://awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/Hand's_tourney- and the woman we're serving currentlyhttp://awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/Margaery_TyrellAND if you want to catch up, thread one - http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/qstarchive/379810/---- >>385732Storm's End, as you quickly came to realize, was a sprawling place. Not only did you usualy flurry of Ladies and Lords traveling its grounds, but many people from ever walk of life seemed to be working at the docks outside the wall. The place gives you a foreboding feeling of the times to come, you place your hand on a weathered stone gargoyle of sorts and look to the skyline. There, the sun shined brightly on your face, warming you ever so slightly as you took your sparring stance, trading numerous blows with fellow guards for morning training. This, of course, made way for an exhausted studying of your alchemical book. The heavy hide-bound tome had just started getting in to the meatier part behind the creation of one of the first poisons it teaches, a simple concotion of wild berries that induces severe vomitting and nausea with anyone inflicted, a technique it says is suprisingly effective in battle. --- Your shift starts soon, and hurridly you and you bunkmates are frantically preparing as per usual. Thw shift itself? Eh. Spent some time following Margery's carriage around as she did her schtick with the poor, no assassination attempts this time, and the location you were headed to unknown. ---(Cont.)
>>390053Eventually your procession makes it to the cliffside, Margery and Renly began making nice, having quiet conversations in the distance with arms interlocked like the husband and wife they would tragically never get to be. That was the burden of knowing the possible future, you mused, everyone you know you've known better than sometimes they know themselves. Margery, Ned Stark, Mace Tyrell, all of them seem less like Nobles, and more like cogs in a powerful, powerful machine that if ever changed, could lead to some catastrophically different. The royal couple came closer in to earshot, and you tried your damndest to eavesdrop. Margery's sing-songy voice was muffled by the distance, but it only took one word to realize the subject "Alliance" was often brought up, and the gears in your head start turning. The books had never said much about Margery and Renly before their introductions, but frim what you knew the marriage to Renly happened well after Ned Stark was killed. The Tyrells and Baratheons (under Renly, of course) seemed to have something sketchy going on, and try as you might it was hard to see this planning as anything but a coup to put the Tyrell's candidate in power. ---> Do we try to do or find anything here after our shift but before we leave to King's Landing, maybe a possible visit to Elinor Tyrell or other friends?
>>390054Perhaps we visit Elinor and see if we can get her to talk about Margery
>>390054Well I can safely say i'm not going to sleep.
Maybe put a bug in Elinor's ear to find out what we can through her. Find out anything we can on our own without being way too obvious about it.Start making a web, muvh like that of a spymaster. Forge connections and pull info when we need it.
Also maybe you should of picked a better time for this velo
>>390054>Elinor TyrellShe seems to be our go-to-person for possible information about Maegery and Co. I could imagine that they even need reliable guards/people for sending messages and stuff. And as handmaiden she can testify that we're good people, no?Keeping good relations with out Royal Guard colleagues and former Guard friends is important too.
>>390063+1 that just casually
>>390065>spymasterMaybe make friends with the Baratheon Maester too? Or at least see him once.
>>390067I have a busy schedule so I usually post in the morning (U.S central here) when I'm having a cup of coffee, and then just try updating as often as I can throughout the day /
>>390072Was he the guy that taught us how to sow wounds?
>>390054Lets visit Elinor and friends Ask about magaery
>>390074That was the Maester who lives in High Garden, our friend we got from getting lessons on medical techniques
>>390076"That tall handsome guard? Yes, we can trust him! Didn't even violate little Elinor here. He can take our top-secret messages to people and guard us when we're having super-secret meetings." :) the near future I hope
The Chamber of the Ladies in Waiting was a common fixture throughout the richer holdings of the Seven Kingdoms, a place where Ladies and their maidens can escape from the chaos of a busy keep, to rest and refresh their beauty. Usually it was a Large bedroom/wardrobe filled with the supplies the ladies need for beautification, but Storm's End's was something else entirely. Your leather jerkin stretched oddly as you climbed a short stairway, no more than 10 steps at the most, and arrived at a ornate marble doorway, inlaid with what appeared to be Deer's antlers pressed in beautiful designs. As a guard, you were allowed in to the Atrium, a grand thing with couches lining the walls and a heady sweet incense burning. Quickly you find Elinor, again sketching with a piece of burned charcoal. This time, as you look over her shoulder, you notice the picture is far more abstract tha the last, a girl, drawn in a scared pose, holds the shattered pieces to a heart of some sort in her hands, and a large, smiling and happy figure was bending up to pick up the pieces." I like it!" You announce, shocking her so badly she physically jumps from the chair, flinging the charcoal somewhere in the distance. "Jerk!" She says, slapping you lightly on the cheek as a joke. You hug, and chat about the events of the day. From what she tells you, you're both beginning to realize your duties are greatly similar in scope if not implementation - and that was following Margaery wherever she went, you protecting her from the physical dangers and Elinor and staff from the social and emotional ones. Different weapons and armor, but a life of conflict in the end."... and the Lady Margaery gave every one of those children a hot meal that night." You nodded as Elinor finished telling you about the charity trip when they first visited the Capital of the Seven Kingdoms. "I wanted to ask you a few questions about her actually, Margaery." Without any push back Elinor smiles, straightening herself up in curiosity.> "Yeah! What would you like to know about the Lady?"
Thinking about it have we been kept track of because there is no way some random person can just join the guard and not have red flags go off in someone's head
>>390099Yeah no somebody has definitely noticed we're weird as fuck, but I don't think anyone would see us as a threat, yet. All they know is we're a peasent boy who can read
>>390099But he is 18 YoungWeakAnd showed up in ragsDoesn't sound like a spyJust a poorfag
>>390098Whats going on between her and RenlyWhat would you rate her out of 10?When will I meet her?
>>390098> "Yeah! What would you like to know about the Lady?""She knows that Renly fellow is more interested in her brother, right?" She doesn't know and we tell her, makes us visible in the eyes of her Majesty, right?>>390099>>390103Maybe they think we're a creature of Varys or someone. Better to keep track of us - maybe that's the reasoning (right, OP, didn't forget that, right?! :) )http://archived.moe/qst/thread/379810/
>>390111Erm, rate her? Sounds strange... this scale from 1 to 10... Meet her? We're meeting her every day, we're one of her guards. She's just not speaking to us... as we're just a simple Royal Guard.
>>390112> http://archived.moe/qst/thread/379810/Super in-depth planing, ideas, whatever in the first thread.>>390104>poorfagCould also be that. We're not important, so noone really cares. Maybe their spymaster does though. Or maybe he's not Varys so he doesn't.
>>390111>When will I meet her? Was't said she doesn't really talk with the guards? She wouldn't have a reason to meet us currently. And the rating question is kinda silly to ask.
>>390098>As a guard, you were allowed in to the AtriumComes in really handy to be allowed into semi-private areas, "I am a Guard for Lady Maegery Tyrell, let me through!" :)>girl, drawn in a scared pose, holds the shattered pieces to a heart of some sort in her hands, and a large, smiling and happy figure was bending up to pick up the pieces.Oh, how cute is that. Protagonist is her knight in shining armour...
>>390124>>390118well no one is asking any decent questionswe know everything why are we even asking again?
>>390138I guess the questions should indicate that we know more and could/can be important
>>390138>we know everything why are we even asking again? We're talking to Elinor to improve our standing with Maegery. Elinor is M.'s friend and so that should offer us an in into Westeros power, no?
>>390143Well then suggest something damnit
So we asking >>390112>"She knows that Renly fellow is more interested in her brother, right?" She doesn't know and we tell her, makes us visible in the eyes of her Majesty, right? And>when do you think she'll ever speak to me?>Tell elinor her drawings are improving>also ask when renly and maergary are getting married
>>390098Can we tell her that Ser Gregor Clegane will win the Hand's Tourney? Maybe bet her something important (besides money) to help us later on?>>390153supporting that.
I feel like we already know anything we would Care about to ask outside of does the carpet match the drapes
>>390156:^)asking the real questions
If anything we should be slipping information to Elinor so she can feed it To Margaery
>>390160it's a dangerous game though. One too many things and we're getting thrown into the dungeon till we tell them who told us ...or something like that.>carpet >drapes:)
>>390098Also as a jokeask if the carpet matches the drapes
>>390098>leather jerkinIs that standard guard equipment? Thought they all got those shiny armour things.
>>390153>>390098Pretty much these. If anons agree should we ask when would we be able to talk to her in a secure way. Also make it clear we have no crush on Margery... We need to think what to do with this knowledge we have before it becomes worthless.

>>390153>>390155>>390156>>390160>>390163>>390166>>390167Your vision goes crimson as a sharp instantaneous pain blasts through your head, making you realize a quiet string of curse words under your breath, the pain was gone as soon as it was felt, but it had hurt worse than any injury you had sustained thus far.Physically, you were fine as far as you could tell, and when the concerned Elinor thought you were having a fainting attack like she had seen her scared friends do before. You quickly explain it was a painful headache that just came to a conclusion and is quicmly on its way to fading. You grit through the shock and put on a happy face, and the conversation quickly turns back to her."What if I told you I knew a secret... Would you keep it for me?" You whisper, getting closer to her ear, brushing away a small piece of hair. She blushes and nods furiously. "You know I would!" She nervously quips, she seems intrigued but flattered by your boldness."Watch for yourself to prove I know a secret or to, but that Renly fellow does seem to lack an attraction to his supposed... Bethrothed." Her eyes went still and met yours, her instincts as a lady of the court kicking in slightly. "How did you know about L-" she stops herself from blurting out Loras' name but you know vey well that Loras is the one buggering the Stag Lord, and not his intended. "-loras." You finish for her and she again blushes. She seems to relax a little before looking away again, losing her iron courtly grip on your eyes for a second."You are so smart..." she mumbles, you almost are annoyed at how generically... Debutante this girl was, you understood that was how she was raised, to be this ditsy girl who felt so strongly for her first close male friend. Annoying, but she was attractive, and well-connected, with a resounding 'fuck it why not' you decide to deal with it, as she was a very sweet and kind girl when she dropped the courtly armor. She recovers from her exaggerated swoon before meeting your eyes yet again, "but be careful, I care about you so this will never leave my lips, as I have seen and heard Margaery herself confirm what you say..." A look of trust returns with burning ferocity in her eyes like before, you are utterly convinced she would not betray you. > You shock yourself out of the feeling and look at her, now that she realizes you must know a lot more than others think, what do you ask of her?
>>390224Do the carpets match the drapes
Well she could tell her to make a couple of bets on tourney winners cementing our "knowledge.."
>>390224>what do you ask of her?I would think that one reveal per encounter is enough. Let's not overextend here. Having her as a friend who trusts us is super-helpful, I imagine.>>390234The betting can start at King's Landing, not here, right?
>>390237Yeah, betting won't happen until the night prior to the tournament.
>>390237Yeah but just to bring up the idea
>>390224Well lets ask her how she feels about betting.. on the tourney Then ask if she can try get some good word in for us to margaery Then ask when we can model for our next portrait
>>390283+1 except maybe the portrait thing.
>>390173B, or alternativelyD.)"Crom. Crom is your god, and he lives in the earth!">>390283+1
>>390098"Recently my career has gotten quite a boost. Am I incorrect in assuming she's had a hand in that?"
>>390330Wasn't that the Florent fellow who recommended us? But she didn't kick us out again, so she can at least tolerate us?
>>390337Well, that's always possible. There's also the possibility that they think we're a spy and she's trying to figure out whose, because we've not even had a year of service and our background record extends to: beggar who asked for a job in the guard. Now, as if this wasn't shady enough to start with, that beggar is extremely cultured and civilized individual to the point that he's not out of place amongst nobles. They might think we're working for a hidden benefactor as we did protect them from an assailant.
>>390224I imagine that Margery is adaptive if nothing else in matters of the bed, correct knows that the men folk talk about what she is like as it is. What makes me wonder though is, do you happen to know what our Lady intends to do with Renly once they are wed? Provided of course we have a happy babe on the way? I know that many a folk say that behind every good lord is a lady, but I wonder if our Lady wouldn't be the Lord in this relationship
Quick question, can we learn magic in this?
>>390396Is it possible? Yes. Should we? No.From what I remember, doing magic requires a serious amount of being evil.
>>390337>>390330>>390320>>390311>>390310You lean back, resting your hands on the bench where you both now sat in a back corner of the room. "I know I trust you greatly. Elinor, no matter what you think of me, know I care about you and will always do so as your true friend in this world." Pulling a sappy speech from some play you once rehearsed by day and performed by night. She smiled and blushed her blush, beckoning you to move past the flattery."What I wanted to ask you, it concerns the Lady Margaery, why is it that she so easily accepted me into her personal royal guard? From what I have heard about that girl she is too clever to do that without some motive..." You reason to her, the look of concentration on Elinor's face only belied how much thought she was putting into her next words."She... Has taken an interest in you. The Captain that you originally were receieved by told her about you, the begga' boy who spoke like a little lord." She whispers, leaning closer to you to ensure the words stay silent between you."An interest, so she's keeping me close?" You whisper back, wrapping an arm in a friendly manner around her back to help the quiet manner of speech. She adjusts against your arm and speaks back, "Yes, she was planning on having you arrested and interrogated for being a spy... But you saved her life twice so she's curious to see what you'll do next. She thinks you a strange ally in the game." The news shocks you, you hadn't even meant to save her life, pure flukes at the time that you happened to be the closest meat bag next to the targets. Though the knife through the thigh probably proved a little loyalty.> Do you say anything else?
>>390415Ah the great game...so she intends to enter the game of thrones, welp I knew that was coming a mile off. All the same, my loyalty is too House Tyrell. As we leave turn and have a last comment.Did she really think I could be a lordling have a little laugh before leaving.
>>390415Wow.. She should trust usWe are an ally that has great plans for this house.I trust you'll put in a good word for us. I also want an audience with her.I have Information and advice to give
>>390415Also tease elinor a bit by saying"If you need a model, You know where to find me"
>>390432I'm with you man, I say we ask her too deliver Margery a message, that does she want to know a few little secrets. It sucks but I think we are going to have to take a bit of a leap of faith otherwise shits gonna go down before we are in any position to do so.
>>390396Technically yes, it's possible. Life, Death and Blood are the keys that can help unlocking the secrets of magic as far as they understand it.
>>390446I actually suggest we don't touch magic, we are gonna be getting close to the Maesters and such whom are against magic, we want Varys atleast neutral and he is anti-magic too.
>>390415''Tell Lady Margery I'm betting on her in this Game of Thrones™, though I'm not a gambler, but an agent. "
>>390415"I have no ill will for anyone, save those who work against peace. You and the Lady both can have my assurance I'll not cause any undue trouble."
>>390415Heh, do I really sound that much like a lord?
>>390457I almost want us to be playful and add a "...well not for them".On that note anons we are going to need a cover story, I suggest we say we grew up in old town and our home was destroyed in an iron born raid. It can explain why we are pretty cunning and can read and write. Gonna need a bullshit last name too
>>390469May I suggest a occupational last name? For instance, Reeves or Ryves were armorers in old times with ryves being a old French word for rivet, like the kind you'd put in armor.
>>390415Well it's nice to know taking a knife means something for some, others would expect it...>>390425I like this ine
>>390446>>390450I think the act of magic requires more of a sacrifice than life death or blood soecifically. It might be that the magic is being drained from this world like an open seieve or the great ice wall is taking most if not all the residual magic in the world to keep the white walkers back as a result leaving great acts to be needed for magic to even be attempted
>>390481How about.... "Fawke" it's a generic name, forgettable and fits Issac.
>>390481Could just use a bastard last name or even our old one, maybe something like Potter, Buckler, Swope, Fynn, Glen, Corpse or something related to trees and plants that isn't quite a bastard name
How about Baggins :^)
>>390504We're a Drama Student lets take "Shakespeare".>>390496funilly enough only royal blooded bastards take those regional bastard names, only just learned it myself
>>390511That's in->ShakespeareYes we must do this
>>390511You know what, fuck it. I'll work with Shakespeare.
>>390511Shakespeare the name and shaking is my game.
>>390511>>390513>>390515>Shakespeare>shake spearWell Renly the lord of the Reacharound will love that i bet.
I just want us to start doing all sorts of crazy/fun stuff. Grab a lyre and start jamming our world music. Start doing one man plays we learned. Start fucking with tech on the most trivial level like rolling up something to make a speaker horn to be heard easier and other silly shit.
Please no shakespeare How about we leave the name until asked for it
>>390526Fuck you Isaac Shakespeare is best name
>>390524I want to bring the sandwich into this world.
>>390532And tacos. The people need tacos!
>>390532....holy shit....we have cheese, we have meat and bread......we have plates of metal we can head on a fire and thus we have created it...The Panini
>>390524this, perform songs like Sound of Silence, with slightly adjusted lyrics
>>390415"I honestly just needed the money and the job came with a fresh pair of pants."
>>390541I say we also bring out our American blood and bring forth the Cheeseburger
>>390545I would love it if we planned to just be some guard but everyone thought we were waiting for our master plan to unfold
>>390490It doesn't necessarily require a sacrifice to perform magic or learn of it. If there is magic in your blood, you can cast magic innately. Tapping into magics of other living beings is possible as seen with the weirwoods. Death itself may create a sort of miasma of magic as well. One can spend one's own life in a way, to perform miracles as well as Thoros of Myr did.Key is tapping into the magic that exists and doing so is possible without bloodshed or sacrifice.
>>390543Now that could be an awesome scene some strange Tyrell guard sat next to a fire with a lyre, singing and playing the sound of silence. Move the hearts of all present. Just picture it, the fire crackling in the night Issacs voice the only one there singing softly.
>>390543also which version/approachhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u9Dg-g7t2l4orhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zLfCnGVeL4If we choose our songs carefully we could paint a story of Issac's life. drop hints that we are a stranger lost in a strange world.
>>390570If it's american you want, how about Jefferson? or a surname from one of the other founding fathers?
Also occurred to me we should be really careful not to get high or drunk. I mean holy shit imagine us spilling any generic info from our world/time. They'd think we're insane. Atleast we can...share steam tech if we really need to prove our worth
>>390584Why not Washington?
>>390583the original would work better with a single instrument, though I wouldn't mind the cover if we for some reason had an entire orchestra behind us

>>390638I concur. By the time we're done doing things slightly differently we will defiantly be a unique existence. Showing all these food methods, probs improve some peoples hygiene a bit, playing music. We'll seem like the mysterious foreigner, an utter mystery.
>>390649But is that a good thing? Wouldn't that just raise a lot of suspicion? Making it harder to actively play the Game of Thrones™
>>390638>Even with Westeros instruments our MC should be able to entertain people with our foreign/modern rhythms :).I'm not sure he'd survive if he started singing love me tender or let's get it on.Though you'll never walk alone would be a smash hit with the army.
>>390665We'd just be vied as some half mad guard...so even better. Go full Brutus, we're so lively open and whack who would suspect we are pulling strings and controlling information flow. We won't go too crazy mind you. While I agree it will raise some chances I think it will make the quest alot more fun.
>>390665It opens some windows and closes some more.
>>390415"'A strange ally in the Game' you say?" The irony of her verbage isn't lost on you, but you keep a steady look. "Good. My friend, I have to ask that if she questions you of my motives... You stand up, walking out of the atrium, as you put a hand on the door leading to the exit, you call back over your shoulder "She really thinks I'm a lordling? Nice." She laughs and calls back."Royalty suits you Mister Isaac!" =______The next day you can tell your message was recieved. >>390918I tough I remember that dragonstone was somehow a center of volcanic activity. Isn´t it described as being basically build from volcanic stone? So there might be some obsidian around
Would it be going to far to teach the troop "I would walk 500 miles" for the long march in the morning? Progressively turn the march into a sing along to keep spirits up
Seems everyone wants to Meet the baratheon masesterChill with the other guards Talk about Conan maybe a bitMaybe ask the maester for dragon glass
>>390945https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NrI-UBIB8Jksome more music. It gets good 30 seconds in.
>>390952THAT WOULD BE FUCKING AWESOME!!!Just image a troop of medieval soldiers singing it while marching.
>>390952do they use miles in Westeros though? I vaguely remember them using leagues to measure distance afaik
>>390878>>390896>>390897>>390898>>390905>>390906>>390909You run your left hand through your hair as you look back behind you. You've been lost in this maze of a castle trying to find the Maester's lab for an hour now, not many servants were around, and you dared not bother the nobles in the many public rooms or court. Niw you found yourself in the old areas of the castle, servant's quarters and abandoned storages, it was quite lonely and creepy back here. Finally, a young serving girl comes around the corner and you quickly stop her, asking for the way to Renly's Maester, Maester Jurne. "Oh yes, just go down to the basement doors, turn left, big white limestone door, can't miss it." She grins, "Hey, whatchur name? Haven't seen you before cuties. I'm Bessa" she curties with a mischevious giggle and you prepare your response ->How do you respond to the lowborn maid?
>>390954Yea I have the guardians of the galaxy soundtrack on meIts good
>>390961"y-you too"Nah joking"Thanks Bessa" Then bow in the most ridiculous manner possible while saying m'lady

I'll still put up a vote for Sound of Silence by the fire. It just seems like a fitting song for the moment.
>>390964Supporting. Perhaps feign tipsiness.
>>390961Isaac, pleasure to meet you Bessa. Give her a little showy stage bow and get down to business
Filthy mud blood Walk off saying your captain will hear of this
>>390961"You may call me tall, dark and handsome."

>>390974Likewise, maybe after this.
Okay can I combine >>390966>>390964>>390977Into "Name's Isaac, Its a pleasure to meet you bessa" while giving a showy bow.."Maybe I'll see you later" with a wink
>>390986I got off work late and i was catching up, just had to put my 2 cents in the pot on that one. I like working in subtle things about our American-ness like that.

>>390977Just this works for me. We can whorehop later. Work is afoot.
>>391001Maybe we have a tan?
>>390990Yes, sounds good!>>391001>dark (haired)comes from the typical romance novel, no? :)
>>391001It's a reference to every crappy single romance story in history.
>>391010>>391009No dark hair is over used and most low class people have dark hair. We're the actor we need to be unique be the blond blue eye stranger. It be more unique
>>391026Not saying it's not overused, but it does happen to be the turn of phrase.Im totally fine with something else, just speculating earlier. Thought it was a reference to being somewhat olive-skinned/darker complection.
>>390990Maybe I'm being paranoid, but I'm not sure we should make it easy for gossip surrounding us to spread, even if we do stand out for a guard.>I heard Issac was seeking out the maester, what is he up to?
Speaking of lowborn maids, are we doing the Seven Kingdoms challenge or what?
>>391046>Seven Kingdoms challengeIs that something lewd? I'm in... though I would prefer noble handmaidens...
>>391046Potential for completion at King's Landing? Could be a nice challenge, lol.
>>391042Realised this wasn't clear. I don't think we should tell the lowborn maid our name.
>>391046Fuck no. I don't want every mutation of chlamydia hanging off our dick.
>>391046Not just yet. Also my two cents but I think we should have chestnut colored hair with natural highlights and blue eyes. Just trying to imagine a drama student. Hell we're lucky we got no ink or piercings
>>391046we'll make the eight someday.
>>391060May not be the worst idea, though we do have a distinctive look as it is... yeah, maybe keep the name out of it. May not hurt in the long run
>>391060>>391071Probably a good idea, DESU.

>>391046Nah. We don't have the medical care here to fix anything we catch here.
So we going for"Just call me tall, dark and handsome. I may be seeing you later" wink at her and be on our way.

>>391138I think we're doing pretty alright, all things considered. We didn't get crippled in our first fight and got some brownie points with the house. Worst thing so far was a bit of sweating; that really isn't bad.
>>391094+1 Can we all just agree to tall dark and handsome thing
>>391155No be tall light hair and handsome. Dark hair is too over used.
>>391167Its our approach to bessaOur guy is Aryan
>>391167so is light hair, in ASoIaF at least
It's getting a little ahead of ourselves but I hope we get a nickname. I'm quite fond of the "Hornet of Highgarden". because we are buzzing around doing only we know what, our actions will be few but what we do do stings. We linger around the roses and woe betide those who simply think us a bee.
>>391155To be honest preferred your first post for maximum intoxication effect:>>390964But whatever gets this moving I guess.

You know, just to fuck with her, we could ask something really strange from the maester that'll make the report really confusing.
>>391242Ha! I like the way you think!
>>391242What do you have in mind?
>>391262Maybe ask him about the Seven Nations Challenge? Has it ever been done in a day?Otherwise? no idea.

>>391262Looking at astronomical maps, borrowing a lodestone and maybe buying some dragonglass if he's got any.
>>391262What about something that has synergy with the alchemy text we got earlier. More about potions and herbal remedies and such?

>>391351No worries, just in class.
We should really just go socialize with the maester just to be on educated company for a change.
>>391364Shadowrunnin' and making connections works too. Cant forget about the Web of contacts
>>391364We could drop some knowledge bomb on him so he likes us.
>>391376Drop the concept of inoculation on him and leave him to think about it.>>391370My plan is to become pals with the Maester High Council and the Maesters in general. All communication goes through them.

>>390990>>390989>>390994>>391001>>391009"Nice to meet you Bessa, I'm sure we'll be seeing more of eachother soon, but I really must go, it's urgent." She pouts, but you do your best to ignore the common-girl's advances. "Fine, spend your time with old men and not Bessa," she winks at you and resumes with whatever unknown task she was up to, leaving you to head back to the Master's lab and civilization. The door to the lab was exactly as she had described it, tall white limestone door. The block that had been cut to fit the frame was carved intricately with scenes depicting Brandon the Builder raising Storm's End from the rock and sea beneath it, failing, and making a greater creation. You rap out four knocks with your knucles, hearing the sound of a middle aged man rummaging with bottles. You press against the heavy stone and it swings slowly open, a light scraping sound filling the hall as traces of the door scratched the well worn stone beneath. Maester Jurne, as you recall, was Renly Baratheon's Maester, until his death by Stannis' magic. He was a minor character who, as far as you know, did nothing of import for the storyline. But the Maesters were the grey rats of Westeros after all, and having access to their nest through a few friends couldn't hurt."Maester, Jurne is it?" You call in greeting to the man who is carefully tending a bottle over an open flame, he pokes his head up and you're taken a little aback. His voice comes off as quite old, but he looked like someone no more than the age of 35, an apprent strong back with good posture, but with grayed hair lining his face and head."Yes, that's me. And you would be...?" He asks, hand extended. You grip it, "Isaac, member of the Tyrell's royal guard." You nearly pop a boner at being able to say something bad ass like that. He nods, and asks your purpose. You explain your relationship with Maester Garo at Highgarden, how the two of you were student and teacher for a few shirt months. Jurne smiles fondly, "Garo is such a strange face." The man croaks in his old voice, "-so obssesed with his teaching, the man has always thrived off of having a pupil, you've done him a great service." He places a hand on your shoulder, "come, let me show you my experiment..."----For the next few hours the two of you tinker with different ingredients, many of which can be found throughout the Seven Kingdoms, and the final product, a thick, teal colored gel sat bubbling lightly in the glass bowl. It felt smooth to the touch, with a feeling of warmth beneath the skin. (Cont.) ,
>>391452made with mint and the bodies of the stinging-jellies in the water. Kills rot, and helps to congeal the blood. Very, very hard to find anywhere outside of the Stormlands."I teach you this as a favor to my Colleague. He's a lonely man, and it warms my heart to see academics still gracing the keep. Keep this formula to us three and us three alone, it'll be our friendly little secret." He filtered the goo in to two large bottles that would easily fit in the bottom of your rucksack. You bid Maester Jurne a goodnight and head back in the halls. And there she stands outside the door - 'Bessa'. She was lazily cleaning the metal adornments on the wall, a simple shield and crest from some Banner of the Storands. She began exposing her breast as she worked."What is this whore's issue..." You think to yourself as you think a way around this. > Get the hell out of there? No? What do you do Isaac?
>>391455Bessa seems pretty suspect. Probably trying to bait us into something
GTFO, i think she may have some other angle other than doing the nasty with us. Paranoia kicking in for some reason.
>>391455is margery trying to see if we're as gay as her husband? seems likely.

>>391468>>391466I forgot to mention do it with a lyre, for the music as we lightly sing. Be all haunty and mysterious in front of the fire singing outlandish songs.

>>391476>>391462It would be pretty funny, it'll be even funnier when we reveal we ain't interested (i'm cool with us being gay or bi or whatever, I just think Issac would be to paranoid about well...everything.)
>>391455She's acting WAY too loose, we should probably acknowledge her presence but shouldn't fuck her, that wouldn't end well.

I mean, I'm all for the Seven Kingdoms Challenge at the Tourney while our bets are working on the side, but this maid or whatever just seems like a damn trap.
>>391507Look we're fucking guard.Acting all strong and righteous again lord will get us crushed. We're supposed to be pawn not to be uncontrollable and follow our goals.Otherwise they'll just crush us.Curiosity might keep us alive but if we shut down all that part of mystery we have and don't play their game, they end us one way or another. They might frame us and send us to the Nightwatch for all we know.
>>391486>>391490>>391494Was saying I don't care if anons wanted to push that angle, myself I'm not gonna push it. Was just saying I would not be a kill joy of anons wanted to throw us on the tracks like that.
>>391509yeah it seems like a pretty obvious trap
>>391513>They might frame us and send us to the NightwatchI want this.
>>391509I feel ya. Though we may have too put it off longer...we're gonna be quite busy in kings landing dealing with Stark in the background, setting up an exit of sansa and Arya, maybe, maybe save Ned....not quite as important. Getting the news Ned sends out to more than just Stannis so the whole kingdom is against Lanister. and more.
>>391513Thats one reason i'm trying to do the odd strange thing from time to time. So that we can maintain interest of those watching and curiosity. Once we are figured out they'll deal with us either with bitter or sweet.
>>391527We'll just be busy at the Tourney is all. Something about multitasking...
>>391513Who is this 'they' Margery is just trying to identify our character. If we're easy persuaded would she want us by her side? Rather "I only lay with women I trust" makes it seem like we're intelligent not to mention Margery knows of our... interactions with her handmaiden making a connection she can control. I have no idea who these mysterious 'they' are. Do YOU?
>>391538>If we're easy persuaded would she want us by her side? Rather "I only lay with women I trust" makes it seem like we're intelligentSmart people don't want cooperators they want pawns.Whoever send the maid is testing us.Turn it down and they'll know we're unto them which is not allowed in their vision of the game.Ignore it and they'll try playing differently thus buying us time.
>>391550Perhaps you're overthinking this. By a shit-ton.
>>391455Its clearly a trap, but why would we go around exposing that we know that? Let's just be cool"It's a pleasure seeing SO MUCH of you, Bessa, but the game of thrones™ calls."
>>391455Have a sensible chuckle, say sometimes you like cleaning the house naked too, but you tend to hold off of doing it in public in case someone were to get the wrong idea.Agreed that she is prolly some kind of spy, maybe after some pillow talk. If you pass on her maybe they will send some pretty boy next.
>>391550Im with you man
>>391565>>391573Yeah, no fucking but play it sensible. something witty and GTFO.
>>391455What's this maester secret keeping bullshit? I thought they were supposed to be some kind of academic society that publishes and shares knowledge?
>>391585>play >singAnd invite her to work close by. "Nice view" :)Hopefully we won't be known as the Eunuch Guard...
>>391592>publishes and shares knowledgeThat's what they want you to think! Dunno, Maesters care for nobles, the common people don't have access to their knowledge, so I think the sharing aspect is maybe overly pointed out...
>There are people in this thread that aren't wanting to start feeding Vaerys' little bird false informationYou dense fucks. Young servant girl following around a mysterious newcomer to the lands who has piqued the interest of one of the most eligible bachelorettes of Westoros and you guys didn't immediately think it was him? We need to feed false information, as well as secret information.
Whatever the case may be with the Maester's do not share what we learnt under any circumstance, just say we were given it. while we were here. Knowledge is Power guard it well.
>>391594Yeah, but i don't want to be known as easily manipulated either... damn these fine lines we have to tread. Maybe try to pass her off on one of the boys back at the barracks if we lead her on a bit?
>>391607I say we just straight up say maybe another time if she pushes us.
>>391464I like this one.
>>391464Works for me. Girl puts it on a bit strong for my taste.
>>391636Same here. Coming on too strong. Just makes it feel trappish to me for some damn reason i can't quite place or shake.
Lead her on, then pass her off to Boar. Earn a favor, and lose a spy/Girl who wants a well off baby daddy.
>>391664Perfect. Let's do this. I'm good with earning bro points with Boar.
>>391664>pass her off to BoarWhy do I feel like that's giving away a waifu? She's a fucking loose servant.
>>391664How do you imagine the passing off playing out?
>>391680Lead her to the barracks, "get distracted" by our good friend Boar(He's such a great guy!). Make her talk to him. If she's a slag, then she'll go with it. If she's a spy, we'll know after she continues to pursue us.
>>391699Ah now I get it.
>>391664This is the best plan to find out she a spy. If she a spy we know if not bro points.
>>391699If it's not a straight no, and we cant leave on a good note, passing her off might be for the best. It would confirm suspicions, after all.
>>391704Unless we're just her type, but we're at least adjusting the odds.
>>391699I'd vote for this if wet could get her to come along to ... wherever he is
Oh shit, we should just walk up to her, mention that her boob is out then casually mention if she knows varus.
>>391699supporting this, its a doable, win-win plan
>>391744That's... that's not how you play the game
>>391758Why should we play the game? Fucking own that shit. No one would expect it since it's not exactly been done before.
>>391776And you expect guards passing off easy lays, and sneaking away in the night to the company of a lady is? We're playing chivalrous and cunning berserker so far. That's pretty niche.
>>391776No I mean the subterfuge game. You gotta have respect for your opponents. Just outright ... saying things, it's not very subtle. Kinda crude really. We wouldn't really be worthy of the name hornet of high garden if we did shit like that. Although I guess we could hide our devious scheming behind a mask of banality...
>>391823If we are straight up about everything then like hell anyone's going to expect it when we lie. Think about it, the truth in itself also holds people hostage.
How's it going guys, just got caught up from the archive. You guys have any plans on how we're gonna make some major power plays yet?Being a random asshat guard does not appeal to me long term.
>>391963We're doing our best to worm our way into good favour with the Maesters and we have confirmed there is good favour and interest directed at us from the Tyrels. We may also have spies/assassins after us, not sure.
>>391963If you read the archive you should know what we have in store
>>391963First, I think we need to compile a comprehensive list of the things we want to do, divided by groups like "things for us" "things to fuck up the walkers" "things to calm the fucking war down" and "things to help make the world less shit in general." From there, we can figure out how to enact these plans.
>>391972I almost always skip over what people are talking about and just read the posts from the QM, so I don't know the specifics of what you guys are trying to do.>>391971>>391973Personally, I think at the very least getting knighted or SOMETHING should be priority number one.We really, really need some power and prestige if we're going to be able to do jack shit.
>>391973All and all those are some pretty good goals in itself. As I said before I just don't want the Starks to die cause I'm a filthy fanboy.
>>391976You're not wrong. I think guard is probably the right way to go for a knighting though, unless there are less violent alternatives available. We are a flabby actor, we can't really go on crusades exactly.
>>391986We're turning that flab to muscle and our actor background get us good with the nobles. While learning shit in the shit. A well rounded character.
>>391455>3 hours agoRIP in peace Velo
>>391993Poor bastard probably passed out or had more class/work
>>391993HeyShhh======•You decide almost instantly that Bessa is anything but a good idea, she is of course a random stranger in a strange court who ran in to you in an abandoned part of the castle. You smile, and get closer, playing along to weed out if she's a spy. The girl was clearly a whore with the amount of makeup on her face, hiding a rather beautiful look underneath the shitty cosmetics of their age. You gently lay a hand on the underside of one, the smooth skin filling your cupped palm, sliding against your skin while your other hand gripped her bosom."You'll do for what I want, come along, and put your tit up for fuck's sake." You distance yourself quickly from her, and she smiles, making herself decent again. The walk back to your barracks was an awkward one at best... But at worst...Roll 1d100, dice check is 50 to see who or what you encounter on your way to pass Bessa off to Boar. 3 posts will countSame bad-not good-normal-good scale from earlier

>>392130M8 With a d20 you have 5% change to critfail. D100 is better
>>392130Well this hasn't been best of three. It's just been roll and good luck.Though desu I think Issac should get some kind of modifier for his rolls if we aren't doing Bo3.Like a +15 or +20 on combat rolls for being a trained guard now.
>>392144Honestly +15 is retarded. +5 is more appropriate since we only have a months worth of dedicated training and we are still somewhat flabby in comparison to most Knights.
>>392143Yeah but when we only get a single pass on every roll of 100, 20 starts looking a hell of a lot better
>>392154Sure whatever modifier is appropriate. I just want to see something out of our combat and eventually medicine training that doesn't just turn into flipping a coin.
>>392155Famalam d100 and d20 odds are the same except improved chance to get a crit on a d20.>>392024>>392033>>392037This is a 7, 11, and 1 on a d20.Changing the die won't change our shit luck.Cause that is all it is, luck.
>>392037>>392033>>392024Catastrophe. It's a fucking catastrophe.Your head in your hands and your face covered in slap marks, it all just crushed down on you.* TWENTY MINUTES EARLIER *You grip Bessa by the arm, and let's be honest, it may have been awhile since you'd be alone enough to, well, you know, do your thing. This girl was kinda attractive. Maybe you got handsy. And then of course, Elinor. She was walking down the steps of some carpeted hallway in the cross section leading to the barracks, and she saw the hand, she saw the whore. With a fury befit an ape Elinor ran at you and started beating you in to a bloody pulp, well with weak slaps, but she was crying and hitting you... Then she just... Ran off... Now you're here on the steps with your head in your hands, Bessa missing, and Elinor thinking you're a horrible man.Fuck. You notice it's getting late outside, andyou are due for an early morning. Choices must be made.> where do you go?
>>392170Mother fucker Well good bye sweet virgin pussy I knew thee well
>>392170Go to Elinor, explain yourself also make sure to bring flowers and chocolates. You were planning on palming the girl off onto one of your friends as you didn't want to just dismiss the poor lass.If she goes ahead and argues it with you, tell her the same thing you told her from before, that where you're from you treat a lady with respect or at least as an equal no matter their station. We can try to bullshit it off as foreign kookyness.
>>392170Wait, So crits are actually a thing here? I don't remember if that was ever said.
>>392181To be fair, yes it was never established, but I do take 1's and 100's as crits. Sorry for not announcing that sooner.
Rolled 18 (1d100)Oh, shitfuck. We have to explain shit to Elinor somehow, if Margret starts thinking shit about of us because of her, we may end up all kinds of fucked later. Can we pass it off as trying to find a girl for someone else or being honorable and not wanting to do anything to Elinor because we are there as that "Shining armor" figure and not some taker-of-virginity, (not that that's not the intent at some point, to a degree) and general manslut. It's definitely not what she thought it was, we just have to get her to understand that.
>>392176It's not too late, we just need to nip this in the bud before things get out of hand.>>392170Track her down ASAP.We literally only need to tell her the truth anyway.>This random whore walked up to me, and I thought she might be a spy so I played along and had a plan in mind. You said you trusted me, didn't you?
>>392178at least this, if nothing else.
>>392178ThisAlso what she saw proves that were not gay. And throws the spy off, as he was going to spill the beans but Elinor stop him.So looking at it this can work to our favor, since that whore was a spy for sure. Show we're not gay, and we can explain that shit to Elinor. So we just have to hope ahe believes us, she going to question why we didn't pork her when we could. This alright for us just a setback.
>>392181I don't either, but then I just sort of assume they're lurking behind every roll these days.>>392189>>392188>>392186>>392178With our luck, I don't think it's something we can fix, least not this soon. Given the chance, I'll still roll if you guys still want to do it
>>392198M8 we have to try or this shit will get worst the longer we wait. It need to be clear up so fast or we're fucked.
>>392198We need to try, Elinor is our first and, so far, best source of quite a few things. At least IMO.We've been a decent dude so far, to her especially. We should keep it up.
>>392198>>392189>>392187>>392186"What am I doing?" You mentally kick yourself, standing up and running down the hallway where she went. Frantically door to door you searched, asking a few servants along the way if they know - they did not.Roll again. (See if the gods truly hate you) 1d100 dc 50 first three posts to find Elinor.
>>392198Well not doing anything probably won't fix it either. Better to get out ahead of this while we can.
Rolled 66 (1d100)>>392203Let's fix this shit.
Rolled 5 (1d100)>>392198Need to at least make the attempt if we act like Robert and dont give a fuck then she's going to become an enemy and I'd rather not strangle a pretty throat.>>392203
Rolled 74 (1d100)>>392203
>>392208This is best of three right other wise we are fucked
>>392212It's more the more dice you get over the do the better
I suppose we might not be quite fucked. We might start to make it right.
>>392213>It's more the more dice you get over the do the betterWhat
>>392242 We're counting total successes instead of best of 3. Sort of like how the dice in a storyteller system game work.
>>392242Damn auto correct. The dice are set up in that you have to try and roll the first 3 dice over the given DC. The number that get over it determines if we succeed or fail by various degrees.
>>392207>>392208>>392209Frantically you sprinted down long halls of stone and carpet and wood and marble looking for her, the one person you were willing to trust in Westeros. Eventually you track down one of her fellow handmaindens. "She went to her room, crying, I'm not supposed to but I can take you there, we hear you're quite the nice man and something must be wrong." She explains.> What do you do?
Tell her thank you and have her lead us there pronto.
>>392259"Thanks, please do. I know what upset her and hopefully I can do something about it."
>>392259>>392264This. WEdid bring something to appease her right? If not ask her friend if she could bring us some wine, flowers and choocaltes as we had wronged her and made her upset.
>>392259Just a misunderstanding, she'll be right as rain in no time. Then tell Elenor that you'll buy her something nice in kings landing, like her own whore, heh
>>392271I dunno if material gifts will work as well as just clearing up a misunderstanding with our words and just spending time with her. I suppose wine could help in general though.
>>392277rather sensible approach. Talk her down, it may just be our best option. I'll drop a night of sleep to make things right with her.Elinor best girl so far?
>>392277>>392272>>392271Nothing we can find for her will work. We'd have to make whatever it is ourself for it to even have value. For now, damage control with words as hard as we fucking can.I'll shoot whoever first suggests we make a macaroni murder lady.
>>392259Tell the Hand maiden to lead us too her, also be open say the reason she is upset is partially our fault. When we get there we should simply say to her, do I seem like thevkind of person who would use whore's? When she asks why was she all over us we say simple, the strange girl had been after us all night so we were going to drop her to another guard to keep an eye on.She's a lady of the court she should be able to see the look in our eyes we were not keen
>>392284I don't like making plans far in advance in quests. They never really work out and it's better to take it a thread at a time. That said I wouldn't mind getting enough status to be able to marry her and help Marge win the Game with our knowledge.Just my personal opinion.
>>392290>marry herAnd by 'her' I mean Elinor, not Marge.
>>392290Best Girl just a joke for now, i don't want to make plans that far either. We just need to fix this right now is all i'm worried about.
>>392284Eleanor is pretty good. I believe she is the one we can trust the most. And having someone you can trust in this setting is certainly one of the best things to have.
>>392301I do think we can absolutely trust her though, i don't want to risk that.
>>392288>>392259Pretty much this.We should lean against the wall and simply ask her. "Do I seem like the kind of man who would take a roll around with a whore, come now you know me better than that", When she asks the obvious questions we simply tell the truth, "The girl has been strangely keen all night, going so far as to say she may have been following me, so I did the only reasonable thing I could, I drew her in and was in the process of delivering her to the Barracks".
Explaining ourselves as weak is a great mode. Telling El that we know that we would never live up to a woman such as her. That woman was simply there to soak up our frustrations. That sort of tripe. Whatever will get us close enough to slit her wrists and frame it as a suicide.
>>392323Dude, no. In fact, FUCK no.
>>392323No, just no.
It should be easy. She was visibly distraught, and we can tell the truth up to the part where we "walked in and the blood was everywhere".
>>392323+1 Very Lore friendly.
>>392336Still FUCK NO.
>>392336all of my no
>>392323>>392336What is wrong with you.... Seriously that's some cingey stuff there man. Aside from being Ooc as hell
>>392346Because you are giving him (You)s.
We should just go see the maester and tell him everything , even what we know after Bingewatching GoT suddently. We're mentally unstable and need a friend.A true friend who's not in it for power or the Iron throne.
>>392354That sounds like a really bad idea. How about, and hear me out here, we make friends with the Maester without telling him about that stuff. You know, like we have been doing?
Hate to say it... I'm crashing hard, the drink isn't helping either. Let's just make this right with Elinor before morning when i catch up.
>>392354Don't worry about that yet. Don't run off to the Maester yet...especially not another houses Maester. Maybe once we are back in Highgarden we begin our Maester befriending spree.
>>392359>How about, and hear me out here, we make friends with the Maester without telling him about that stuff. You know, like we have been doing?Nah that would defy the whole point of this.At least tell him we had visions and that we know who will win the tournament and how.At least try to make sure he believe us and like doesn't want anything huge from us.We really need someone to talk to.We're probably going mad, we just shifted universes for christ sake.We need someone who help, maester help people all the time, they're the closest thing we can get to a father or a friend.
/qst/ is too easy to troll. Its ridiculous how spergy everyone is. Mature, learn that your waifu is expendable, and learn how to think through a plan.
>>392368>Mature, learn that your waifu is expendablethinking people as expendable is the kind of mindset that FUCKS YOU OVER REAL HARD in GoT.
>>392365I feel you but I really, really think we should save this for a Tyrell Maester. Don't wanna loose points by having people think we are a spy. We are "just" getting away with it as we are.
>>392383At least we should talk to him about how we fucked up right now and like ask if he as some sort of anti-boner potion.
>>392388we'll be fine and I doubt we'll be banging anyone any time soon, that and you know...we shouldn't.
>>392374What are you talking about?Ned Stark didn't think of people as expendable, and he died. Varys, Littlefinger, literally every major character doesn't think the average person's life has any value.
>>392388There's no time. We fix this thing now.
>>392354Fucking maesters will lock us up squeeze us for info then use that to make themselves better off, we have no reason to trust them
>>392400I'm not planning on using it personally.I plan on giving it to jaime so that he keep his incestuous urges to himself and cersei get mad and fucks up some plots>>392401>Ned Stark didn't think of people as expendable, and he died. >>392388But we didn't Fuck up from a boner, we had a give plan until the dice gods took a shit all over us
>>392415Read all the post i made before replying.it's not for us
Just reminding everyone to never let anyone know what we know, and never act overtly in our own favor. Tell someone else to bet on an underdog in the hopes that they'll show us kindness later, sure. Bet on all of the winners to get rich quick, don't do it. People will either use us, torture us, or kill us if we're open about knowing the future.
>>392439>Bet on all of the winners to get rich quick, don't do it. People will either use us, torture us, or kill us if we're open about knowing the future.>Implying any rich and powerful person at the tournament care about bets>Implying they aren't currently having their hand full with all the incoming BS that's about to hit their collective asses.Nah dawg we should go with the maesters and try to control the situation.
>>392439M8 you didn't read the past posts. We're going to use many brokers and use different names. The brokers will be taking so many bets they don't know of simple guard winning. Also we lie about winning storing it to the bank or something
>>392449This meatbag knows what's up.
>>392455This meatbag been here since the start.
>>392449>>392455>>392457I knew some people would see sense.
>>392449+1 to pseudonyms. Also, fuck a bank. Buy weapons, armor, property, and loyalty.
>>392457Also inky i hope you started watching the first season or reading the first book. Also should we get Ned's attention when he's visiting Rob's bastard by telling him we saw a dead direwolf killed by a lion in our Dream near dead stag?We also saw pups. And maybe drop the L+R=J and tell him to GTFO of King's Landing before the Lannisters kill him.
>>392477like to point out if we do this Arya will never become the most gangster assassin in wersteros.
>>392477Yeah, I started reading the book but didn't get too far yet. But I do know my medieval shit, and the basic idea of GoT. So it's going to be a learning game for me at the start.
>>392486You mean she'll never be a traumatized girl who lost her father and brother? And she won't have to kill anyone because nobody would have wronged her?
>>392486Don't care if we loose edge lord Arya. If needs be we can send her to Bravos with Syrio if we save them, she can train and live in hiding there.
>>392477He wouldn't listen if we told him to Fuck off. He didn't even listen to people he trusted when they told him not to give Cersei warning tasty he was going to out her. I figure the only thing we can say to change his behavior is that littlefinger killed him aryn
>>392486Waif was way better anyway, she just had less plot armour
>>39249199% sure that's what I said. >>392494If we save ned, will Jon Snow still end up at the wall though?
>>392497I think if we dropped the John Snow bomb we would at least get his attention enough to let us get the girls out, maybe even improve his chances by telling him to warn more than just Stannis.
>>392497He'd probably listen if we claimed to be sent by Reed and that he discoverd a plot to kill him.Of course he'd ask proof and then we just have to drop the L+R=J and he'll be like "shit the only ones in the room was some maid he and me, guess he must be right.">>392500>If we save ned, will Jon Snow still end up at the wall though?Maybe not but it probably won't change his destiny, he'll probably learn his true parentage and stay at the wall because he's not interested in the Iron Throne.
>>392500He already left for the Wall by this point so yeah
>>392500Should he not be there by the time we reach kings landing
>>392505Nother thought. If we save ned, will we change Bran's fate? Cause I think we might. And that may end up fucking all chance of fending off the white walkers.
>>392513>>392508True, aight then. I'm just trying to think like Isaac (paranoid). Not sure if saving Ned is really a good idea desu. Probably one of the most dramatic and fate changing things we can do really.
>>392514Fuck no we just have to show him his destiny he'll leave likely even if he's not forced out.Bran will like discover he can warg and leave Winterfell because of it.
I'm honestly still on the fence about how we should start making moves. We're obviously going to go for "make it less fucked up, try to keep people alive who can put shit back together, and get everyone prepared as possible for white walkers" but how and when to really kick it off is going to be the trick.
>>392514He is already dreaming about the tree eyed raven, surely they won't give up on him that easy
>>392530> We're obviously going to go for "make it less fucked up, try to keep people alive who can put shit back together, and get everyone prepared as possible for white walkers" but how and when to really kick it off is going to be the trick. We'll start by saving Ned since it'll probably help the Night's watch buiseness.
>>392530My plan pretty much consists of trying to get the Girls out of KL and maybe, maybe Stark. But also to reveal to the whole realm the Lanister incest secret. Get everyone aware of it and known. The Lanisters will be absolved of power, if they resist I say we nick the wyldfire stores and burn Casterly Rock to the ground...or reveal that they are infact broke and diving the crown into debt of the Iron Bank.Saving Stark and revealing the Lanister Conspiracy will isolate the fuck out of KL. The North will back Renly if we play really carefully, or more likely just Stannis. but either way Dorne don't give a fuck and will go with whomever is killing Lions, the Vale don't give a fuck and the Tyrells will not join the Lanisters if that secret gets out.
>>392259RIP we hardly knew you
>>392534I agree that having a competent Northman on the north is important for the endgame and Ned fits the bill well enough if we can save him from himself and his political blundering
>>392540Pretty sure they won't get kicked out of kings landing because of incest, the purple eyed lot were at out for a while. People will just laugh at then behind their backs more
>>392572>Ned fits the bill well enough if we can save him from himself and his political blunderingIt's true that while being honorable mostly and likely a strong warrior he does sit somewhere on the spectrum in regard to some issues.>>392577>Pretty sure they won't get kicked out of kings landing because of incest, the purple eyed lot were at out for a while. People will just laugh at then behind their backs moreThen Joffrey won't get the Throne tho.
>>392583>Then Joffrey won't get the Throne tho.Oh yeah, that's a thing. And then to get Renly on the throne we need to make sure Ned didn't find Gendry then off Stannis somehow. Although IIRC other people knew about Gendry so maybe off him too.
>>392592>Although IIRC other people knew about Gendry so maybe off him too.Dude Gendry is a bastard.Ned know about it him, we could help him escape along with Ned and the Ned send him to the Night Watch like the north does with Bastards.I mean he's a Smith he'll be useful.Maybe we can throw a bastard party in the north.
>>392304>so I did the only reasonable thing I could, I drew her in and was in the process of delivering her to the Barracks".noice
>>392601I thought Ned was looking for him because even though he was illegitimate he was still the eldest child with royal blood. Maybe he wanted Robert to legitimise him so he would have a real heir but that ship sailed and he threw in with Stannis
>>392624Nah he probably looked for him because Robert was his friend and Ned has a "bastard" too.Ned is a Sentimental old man who regrets a lot of the choices he made in his life and now his friend is dead, maybe he wanted to Robert when he was young in Gendry but ended disappointed when he only encountered a normal smith apprentice. But i think he'd be down to protect him from the lannisters by taking Gendry with him to the North then send him to the NW likely.
>>392624>>392632Well don't forget Gendry is the spitting image of young Rob. I say we save him and send him north with Stark when we try to save him, or atleast the girls.I won't doom the poor lad to be rowing around that Island for all time. Plus save him from fire granny.
So Isaac must go up to her and hold her hand and simply ask her. "Do I seem like the kind of man who would take a roll around with a whore, come now you know me better than that", When she asks the obvious questions we simply tell the truth, "The girl has been strangely keen all night, going so far as to say she may have been following me, so I did the only reasonable thing I could, I drew her in and was in the process of delivering her to the Barracks"."I'm sorry if this ordeal has upset you m'lady" tips guard helmet with utmost euphoria

I dont know if you guys want but I dont really like how many plans and shit are made while we trying to make a turn..I mean Op has to scroll through all our schemes to get to our turn option. So I made a discord group Join and scheme here https://discord.gg/X5UxM

>>392847Im using paint so its not as smooth but yea but i think Isaac looks pretty good..
>>392304Also throw in that"Tumbling with a strange wench you met outside of the Maester's office should make even a sailor doubt for the safety of his manhood."
>>392851Like it! The portrait fits the protagonist!
Also, deploy comfort food.Order some grilled cheese sandwiches or pancakes up to her room.
>>392880>Pancakes Adding that to food items to make in Westeros. We'll make a true breakfast of champions yet!...Is bacon a thing in this setting?
>>392887Even ancient greeks ate pancakes and the recipe is super simple and requires no exotic materials, so chances are they've got pancakes.
>>392833are you the one who drew Kon?
>>392944yup, I get around quite a bit
Say, do we know if our protagonist knows any other languages? If so, it may be beneficial at some point to keep a journal in a language nobody else can read. At the very least to keep the skill alive.
Hey guys Let's make pizza and introduce elinor to it. Maybe Margaery as well
>>392981>Let's make [food]Does actually making food ourselves, as opposed to describing to the cooks what we want, not damage our appeal of being 'like a noble'? I mean, cooking is something peasants do...>>392974>other languagesAmerican, so... no :). Maybe with an Europe semester or two he can.
>>392990Seeing as we ain't a noble anyway, it really wouldn't be that damaging.
>>392990Dude, that's not even fair. I live in Texas, and even I had a couple semesters of German after switching from French.
All this talk of food makes me realize. Why don't we eat her out? I know we can't take her virginity cause it could fuck her chances potentially getting an arranged marriage and basically messing up her future, but oral is fine. Show her some appreciation.
>>393003I don't know, man. Considering the setting, we'd probably gag on the smell.
>>393004Probably won't as bad as it could be since she is a minor noble+handmaiden. That whore from earlier though would've been rancid.
>>393003I was actually thinking that
>>393000...and could you write in a journal in either German or French? Without internet/dictionary aid?
>>393024I can write a journal and stuff in another language
>>393024French, no, German? Maybe. It would be very basic and caveman-ish since it's been a while.
Is Velo dead?

Yeah, jobs suck. At least i didn't miss too much while i was at work.

>>393548Why get that when we can mutual 'servicing' between Issac and Elinor.
>>393551>we can mutualwe can have* mutual.I really need to proofread.
>>393548I'll take quality over quantity any day of the week.
>>393553Yup, this totally. I'll take quality here.
we need to draw designs for a steam engine.Actually. Our most important step towards making our allies technologically modernised is to get a map of all the resources. Most resources can be found by the presence of other resources, at least a hint. Like quartz tells that gold is able to be found. Tar and pitch being possible oil supplies. We then win a ton of money at tournaments and maybe buy a lordship/landholding and set up infrastructure. Like get some shit land that just so happens to have advanced resources.
>>393598Wonder how much that lordship/landholding would be. We should be coming in big here not to long
>>393635Dang, if we can buy some at all (not sure if we can just outright buy land, not being nobility) it will probably cost a small fortune. Not to say we won't have one if we haven't changed events too much with our presence alone.
>>393598>we need to draw designs for a steam engineI'm not sure a drama student can do something like that. Unless OP is going to allow us to META to the max.
>>393702Even a drama student could grasp the idea of an Aeolipile. water+fire=steam=pressure
>>393702A steam engine, maybe not. But a wood or coal-fired steam boiler? much easier to design and repurpose from there, at least i would think so. Building blocks and all that.
Guys the discord is for schemes Please joinhttps://discord.gg/X5UxM
>>393768Oh goddamnit. That seems like a bad idea famalam. Cause what's going to happen is half the playerbase isn't on discord and half are which will lead to major confusion if you propose a plan that half the players don't know what you're talking about.Quest specific IRCs and Discords aren't that great.
>>393776Well its better for op since he doesn't have to literally search through a fucking jungle of shitposts to find our votes for the current turn
>>393768>>393776I'm also against this. The last favorite quest I had a while back had that very problem pop up when only about half of the thread regulars would use the IRC channel. Commander Quest died without an ending.
>>393784It takes like 1 minute to read the posts linked to his last update. It's not that hard.
>>393784>find our votes for the current turnrelevant posts are linked (next to arrow post menu), so there shouldn't be a problem there, right?

>>393797>>393784I'll just establish this now while I'm on break guys, I don't mind at all if you use discord, just don't expect me to ever use it. Communication between QM and anons needs to be in the actual quest
>>393510Oh come on, you know writing fanficition for 4chan is more important than those things, right?
>>394211That's ok and normal
>>394221I feel the same way, i'll just keep my BSing to Discord if i can. keep the thread a touch cleaner
>>394228Yeah jokes like >renly the lord of the Reach around.Should probably not be in thread they'll sacre normies away.
>>394235>they'll sacre normies away.>Normies>On 4chan>On the niche as fuck quest board on 4chan.Okay
The memes must stay in the thread thoughBecause I love me some Lord of the reach around and getting behind my lord Loras
>>393598Should have chosen engineer if you wanted to do this.
>>394235I think you're vastly overestimating the normie population on 4chan as your estimate appears to be something >0
>>394251muh plus to this, the memes must stay
>>393598Though to be fair, OP has not exactly allow us to play out the actor bit that much either. I mean, we still need to roll to keep our cool, which is pretty strange considering it should be pretty easy for an actor.
>>394258We don't have to be the one to do the brain work. We know it works, we know an example to show it works. I mean, fuck, we don't know the exact formulas or methods to produce penicillin or vaccines, but we can give starting points to the folks who would know what to do with that information.
>>394258Maybe for building one on our own, as it stands though all we need is to get the ideas to someone who can see them through. Hell I was a drama student and I can give a description of a basic steam engine to someone. Along with a number of other random things that I picked up from school or other sources that can do a lot of good in the right hands of someone in this time period.
>>394277I wonder if we could make a vaccine for grey scale from the little princess
>>394289Good luck getting to her. One of the problems we face as one singular character is we have a limited number of places we can be at any time. We'll have to prioritize goals on our to-do list along with the categorizations.
>>394289It's a little late for vaccination anon.
>>394301I thought there were teleporters in westeros :^)
>>392304>>392323>>392303"Take me to her. Please." You'rw curt but kind with the girl, not wanting to risk her switching to Elinor's side if you kentuoned what happened. The girl's blue summer dress swayed by her feet, gossamer trails shimmering through the sheer fabric, dragging lightly against the floor in such an elegant way that you were honestly distracted for a second, realizing that the girl was waiting for you to enter a slightly ajar door, motioning to go in and that she'd close the door. You step in, and instantly you feel like trash. Elinor sits there at her beauty-table, staring down at a ripped up drawing, the one you had seen her starting earlier this week. Her makeup was riddled with light trails of tears and eyes were pretty bloodshot, but even through all that she managed to pull it off with some sort of strange strength beneath the surface noble women seem to have. "Elino-" she stops you immediately with a raised finger. She says in a quiet and defeated voice, "Please just leave me alone." > How do you console your literal closest friend in this world?
>>394307Flappy jacks. Also, utilise the handmaiden to deliver said flappy jacks.
"Please, just give me one chance to explain. One chance to say my part, then i'll leave and you can make your own choice."something like this, i'm shit at writing
>>394307> How do you console your literal closest friend in this world? We have to go full truth bomb.Tell her everything.
>>394307"I won't because I don't leave someone hurting like this alone with only their thoughts. That never helps and it goes double because I'm the one that hurt you. What you saw earlier wasn't what you thought. That whore was strangely interested in that it got me suspicious. Suspicious enough that I planned on taking her to the barracks to see if she was looking for any partner among the guards or if she was trying to get close to me for a reason.I'm sorry that it led to this misunderstanding and I want you to know I wouldn't do something like that to hurt you."Then gently hug her. That should be enough for now. Ball is in her court.
>>394345Yeah, we should leave her with the choice and hope we don't fuck ourselves too badly here
>>394345This, because it's the fucking Truth.
>>394329"Please, just give me one chance to explain. One chance to say my part, then i'll leave and you can make your own choice."Today i went to the maester learn new things about medicine and healing and He taught me a few things. When I left that girl started following me and asked if we could engage in coitus. I refused her offer but I told her of my mate Boar who wouldn't turn her down.." Please elinor do you think this little lordling would even see that lowborn maiden in that manner.. Also I even if we did I dont know why Youre upset unless you have something to tell me?Dont turn me away elinor. I Greatly value you and this relationship Pretty chaotic but I think it works
Don't sperg out faggots. You're not going to fuck her anyways. It doesn't matter what you say to her, the key is to make her feel better, not to make her feel worse.
>>394357+1 for this except maybe the engage in coitus part sounds wierd
>>394363>You're not going to fuck her anywaysMaybe not with the dick per say~
>>394373Yeah, more than one way to skin a cat, as goes the phrase.
>>394357>Also I even if we did I dont know why Youre upset unless you have something to tell me?You might want to hold that bit until after she's said her piece. Issac obviously knows she is attracted to him and trying to pretend to be dense probably isn't the best tactic here.
>>394345+1 Lets move on This one is great
>>394345+1 I'll switch I'm inLet's go
>>394345+1Let's get this moving>>394430Hello Iron Legion:^)
>>394439ayy baby Wanna join me and obelix in the discord?https://discord.gg/X5UxM
>>394307 #"I won't because I don't leave someone hurting like this alone with only their thoughts." You take a breath, she has stopped the tears going down her cheeks, she's listening to you and that silent signal alone is enough to give you hope. "That never helps and it goes double because I'm the one that hurt you." You approach slowly so she isn't surprised, she tenses slightly but doesn't back away from the table."What you saw earlier wasn't what you thought." You gesture out towards the hallway. "That whore, Bessa, was strangely interested in that it got me suspicious." She raises her head, a look of pure confusion on her face, she opens her mouth to speak but you beat her to the punch, "Suspicious enough that I planned on taking her to the barracks to see if she was looking for any partner among the guards or if she was trying to get close to me for a reason."You approach a little bit more, going in for the hug, but she then stands and walks away."No. Answer my questions first. You're weird Isaac, who are you really? You haven't been honest to me at all have you?" She seems to be getting angry but still with a depressed tinge to her voice. "What are you talking about?" You retort, she simply refers you back to the fact a spy might be following you. > How do you answer the question?
>>394465>"No. Answer my questions first. You're weird Isaac, who are you really? You haven't been honest to me at all have you?""I'm the Stranger, this one has no true name"
>>394465Shakespeare the name and shaking is my game
something like the Stranger or something about us being that odd foreigner that made too much of an impression out of absolutely nowhere and knows too damn much for his own good
>>394465Am from a different time elinor,Infact a different world..If you wish I'll tell you details in the future.I have been honest with you though elinorOn everything other than my origin.
>>394472I know a lot of people will think that post is a joke, but we could really pull that off and say we're a noble who was exiled from Tyrosh, who abandoned his name. Books say they all speak like Jaquen Hagar
Tourney knowledge bomb time maybe?
>>394465I have been as honest as I can be and our interactions are not a lie. I did not come here on someone else's agenda I swear that on any Gods you care to name.
>>394482This is a fucking amazing idea.
>>394472This WILL get our shit fucked by the faith
>>394465"I'm and actor and a nobody, who just happens to be from a place so different from Westeros, I'd be out of place no matter where I was. I don't even know how I got here. One moment, I was going to sleep in my warm bed, cat curled up by my feet, giddy with excitement over a play I was about to be in, and the next, I wake up screaming and naked in a place I know of but have never been to, and should never have been able to even physically reach."
>>394501The faith is powerless if we don't fuck with them.An Renly is a fag and he's fine.
>>394465Well the spy might be Magaerys...I mean you said she is suspicious of meBut Elinor If I told you the truth of where I came from You would think me a liar I can tell you now is that I care about you and I never wanted to hurt you..
>>394465"I have...knowledge Elinor. I don't know how or why but I know things I shouldn't about the past, present...and future.""I'll tell you what. You want to play a game? I am going to write a letter and you aren't allowed to open it until the date specified."Write about what happens during the Loras and Mountain fight in the tourney.>Loras wins, Mountain kills his horse, Mountain tries to kill Loras, the Hound intervenes.Seal it in an envelope and write 'Do not open until [Date of the tournament'] and give it to Elinor.
>>394503This honestly, it's as close to the truth as we can get without being completely brushed off.
>>394465>>394503This, i like it the best so far. i cant come up with shit myself.
>>394503>>394465Though instead of my idea I might like this better. It's true enough.
"I'm and actor and a nobody, who just happens to be from a place so different from Westeros, I'd be out of place no matter where I was. I don't even know how I got here. One moment, I was going to sleep in my warm bed, cat curled up by my feet, giddy with excitement over a play I was about to be in, and the next, I wake up screaming and naked in a place I know of but have never been to, and should never have been able to even physically reach."You reach forward and grab her hands, her face belies confusion but she can hear the honesty in your voice (of course conpounded with some extra bravado from your acting experience). She asks a few questions just as vague as the last and you answer in turn. Eventually she has settled down to forgiving you slightly, though it was evident it qould sting for a little while. > Leave Elinor for the night and rest, or something else?
>>394503+1Lets move onward to glory and pussy
>>394514Maybe after we see how she reacts to >>394503, gotta be careful with that though. Best case scenario is we do that and she immediately refers us to Margarey
>>394503+1 It's the truth and worse case we're just crazy
>>394539So I have all the info on the tourney tomorrow want to make some money?we could go out on the town for a bit with said funds.. :^)
You fucking idiots... What is the fucking point of being an actor if you don't lie?Peace out.
>>394539Leave for the night unless we can make it up to her. We may need to spend some time on our knees for penance.
>>394555Despite the fact that she has zero fucking clue what we mean by any of that? What can she report?"He said he woke up and forgot how he got here and doesn't think the world is real"
You guys. I'm so happy I actually made a post you all liked so much. I'm touched. >>394539Promise her a few good lines from the play we were going to be in when she feels like talking again, and then let's go rest.
>>394555>We can only lie now since we chose actort. autist.
>>394555Acting isn't lying, acting is telling another persons truth, that's what it means to become a character (which makes the Faceless Men the greatest actors alive)
>>394562Yeah that seem's like the right idea the whole tourney thing is a bit risky to pull right now.
>>394539Go and get some sleep we got a lot of betting to do.
>>394576Well, she may be new to our version of "Penance"
>>394539Kiss her on the cheek and leave her be
>>394539"You know that was a bit of strong reaction you had back there.""Maybe we can talk about that more when you feel up for it yeah?"In a slightly friendly teasing tone. Then> Leave Elinor for the night and rest
>>394588Isn't that kinda mean?
>>394598It's more of a 'You like me~' and 'Let's elaborate on that a bit'Basically Issac is saying that he knows that she is attracted to him and wants to pursue that.
>>394607I get it but the first sentance just seems off.
>>394588>>394607Personally, I'd prefer to keep our flirting at other times, when we haven't just accidentally broken a girls heart?
>>394613Its direct and not beating around the bush
>>394613I can't really find a way to say 'You're reaction to me with the whore implies that you like me and I am about that' very well I guess>>394617Maybe, I just thought showing her that her attraction isn't unrequited would help mend it.
>>394588No, don't fucking do this holy shit
>>394588Do this. This will work for us.
>>394588>>394588Yeah, this will work for me too
I think the QM should allow us one "Stop being fucking stupid" roll per thread.
>>394588No. Especially that first line. Just no.
>>394639Let's hold a Final Destination vote, if Velo will permit
>>394539We should leave for now. Say a proper goodbye for now. We will probably have to wait for her to come find us.
Lets"Thanks for listening to me Elinor, It means a lot, Now if you'll excuse me I have some planning to do and I am quite tired, Good night fair maiden"Then fuckoff and plan and sleep
>>394665Okay this works Let's go
>>394539not this one, exactly>>394588>>394665more like this
>>394665Yup seconding this
>>394571Nice strawman argument. >>394573Yea, but you guys didn't even do that. There is no fabricated personality or anything going on. You could not even pretend to be a fucking guardsman without sounding like a lordling.
>>394688>Pointing out logical fallacies in 4chan arguments
>>394688We wouldn't have wanted to fabricate the accent in the first place, we have been trying to subtly get the attention of important people here this entire time. Successfully fabricating the accent and becoming just a guardsman would probably mean a shit life and a death against whatever enemy the Tyrells threw us at
>>394539Go get some sleep. Probably gonna be walking all the way to the spiders nest anyway.
>>394696Exactly. We wanted to get just enough notice so we could enact our HUGE PLANS but be able to maintain at least some form of cover.
Plz hurryI want to sleep One more update
Are we getting another update or what?
Just finished reading the two threads. Easily one of the best quests I've seen yet. When does OP normally post updates?
>>394848When he can. Dude has a busy schedule.
>>394848it has been a fun ride so far
>>391026The Baratheons have dark hair
>>391167No, it's not. Blond hair is overused, if anything
>>391271How in the seven hells would anyone go through Westerns in a single day? They have horses not airplanes, anon
>>394955>>391167All hair is overused. I say we shave our heads and grow a birds-nest beard.
>>394848Agreed, OP's writing style is fantastic, very immersive, and just the idea of the quest is spot on and one of those things I think a lot of us have thought about / imagined, but he's put it in qst form!
>>395202I just wish he updated a bit more.
>>395317Yeah I understand the concern. I'm still trying to find a way to fit the quest in my schedule so I can do it daily.Wish I could just get paid to do this desu, And on the bright side, tomorrow is a free day with zero planned -> gonna be running all day long with constant updates, so check around in 12~ hours
>>395338Fuck yes all the good questing is now. Nerds and fagboys alike look upon this board with satisfaction guaranteed for the hours to come.
>>395338Damn. Looks like I'll be catching the late posts tomorrow.
>>395338Every QM always lead such busy lives... Why is is? Why don't the NEETs ever run quests?
>>395487Because we're so paranoid no-one will like our garbage. Nothing kills creativity like the fear that nobody will like it.
>>395338>running all day long with constant updatesThanks for writing! I greatly enjoy reading it! Looking forward to our MC actually surviving and prospering :)
>>395826Well now you jinxed it.
>>395826Yea man>inb4 Op dies in college shooting or something shit
>>394665You and Elinor spend a little bit more time speaking like you usually do, about random topics and distracting thoughts. As you stand to leave, she wraps her hand around one of yours."Wait. Isaac... I need you to know we're still the closest friends. Your... Weird secret is safe with me, even from the lady." She pecks your cheek and before a response can even leave your mouth she pushes you out the door and bolts it. The halls of Storm's End have a strange quality to then, you think. Highgarden had a far more alive and free feeling, all of the plants and flowers, open fields, and sunlight... Man it was like a damn vacation, but here? You felt like you were at war. The guards here operated in a manner that it was clear they respected Renly with the authority of a king who was far more ignoble than Mace Tyrell, and as a result the castle felt like it was on the hairtrigger of war, everyone was wondering what Renly Baratheon's next action would be as Lord Paramount. A nervous rumour driven economy of fear. You'd be glad to leave this place, you muse as you settle in to your hammock, the snores of compatriots filling the stone room, and quickly fall asleep.----THE MARCH TO KING'S LANDING----"The Lady Margaery will be traveling in conjunction with Lord Renly Baratheon's host, we'll be handling the security of their carriage while they di the rest... Gods willing." The captain barked at your regiment, it was just after dawn and the convoy was near ready for departure, the last thing needed being the nobles themselves. Renly Baratheon and Margaery Tyrell walk side by side towards it, and with a spike of cold fear in your side you realize that she is once again staring directly at you. The pair gets closer and closer, but you manage to keep your composure strong. Until, of course, she leans in and whispers to you."Morning." Is the only word she says, in an oddly threatening way, before boarding the carriage and shutting the window partition. The horses start off and the men go to march. You're starting to love the march, it's a routine that entertains you, like camping but much more murder-filled. Day by day you march for many hours before training yourself to exhaustion in camp, not wanting to risk another scandal before King's Landing. Your bag of gold from the bandits often tucked in to your undergarments during travel for safe keeping.> Is there anything we wish to accomplish on the road besides training and reading? Or just skip to KL?
>>395976MARGAERY SENPAII NOTICED US
>>395976I'd be ready for a skip, I guess?
>>395976I vote skip so we don't fuck up even more
>>395976Voting for SkipMaybe in the skip mention talking to elinor
>>395991+1 casually improve relationship with Elinor.
>>395993Yea Thats what I was thinking
When does autosage start? This thread is getting a bit heavy
>>395997750 posts 3 days
>>3959973 days time wise or 750 posts were made before that, I belive
>>395976Teach the "i would walk 500 miles" and play the lyre as we march
Consensus is skip with minor fluff of taking to elinor and singing 500 miles
>>396014and any other song we can think of to suit, the songs of our people.
Damnn. I feel like King's Landing would've been a great opening scene for the next thread. Is it not classy to wait till autosage to start the next thread?
>>396019Just make the new thread mateThis one was getting full anyway
>>396019No worries m8
>>396019The only problem is that your IP can only have 3 live threads up at a time, if you don't see this becoming a problem, you're A-OK
So whats happening
So, uh, why do you guys trust this girl unconditionally again? I mean, this IS the same Game of Thrones I watched on TV, right? I mean, it's almost certain she is going to screw you guys over either through incompetence or because she's working for someone. If I had to guess, she is probably working for the Queen of Thorns. I also have a feeling that by continuing on this route, you're going to face the same fate as the Ned Stark.
