Fishermen on the Longfork River have whispered of strange things since the destruction of Nayte; now, these whispers are shouts. A swarm of lunatics have settled in the furthest south-east forest in the realm of Roggar.

The first generation were merely magic-sensitive men and women whose minds were fried by the magic unleashed at Nayte; sadly, the madness is all their children will ever know, along with their own myriad of issues, physical and mental.

Following the events within the portal at Nayte Crater, the unusally competent leader known as "Manman" failed to return. Not knowing (or perhaps caring) why, the drug-addled lunatic Barnaby declared himself leader of his fellows.

In the reign of Nick Ashwood, Barnaby somehow became Royal Admiral, and promptly ignited several Yalmfrid trade ships on suspicion of swampweed smuggling. In the year 251 he was imprisoned for decade by reason of arson, and spent one day a week smoking swampweed with a man named Lee, who acted as his temporary replacement. In addition, he appeared to believe he had successfully seduced the halfling Palidi Moxstep, a delusion which she refused to comment on.

After his release, Barnaby exhibited anger issues possibly related to withdrawl due to the long term swampweed reduction, and experimented with various methods to recapture his "buzz". He died in the tragic sinking of Project Weedboat's maiden voyage.

He was swiftly replaced by a shadowy figure with an apparent affinity for alchemy, who was never seen by the rest of the kingdom. He spent his life researching an unknown project; upon his death, the village of Riverhugger celebrated the first ever Timor's Eve.

Not long after, a young man naming himself Thuzad bullied his way into power. Despite his clean and charming exterior, he harbored dark thoughts within. Still, he buried these emotions deep inside, and spent a long and fulfilling life in service of the kingdom as Pontiff. He passed away on a journey to enjoy his final years.

His supposed bastard son, Alhazred, claimed the title of leader. He soon fell in love with Isolde Godric, their story ending in death at their wedding, due to the nefarious Aapo summoning an eldritch creature to slaughter all present.

One of the larger families of Riverhugger, those called the Beastbloods, pushed for a man called Arugal to lead. He had displayed a surprisingly competent capability for magic, despite his bestial affinity and insanity. Ultimately, he fell in battle against a Minotaur.

With the death of Arugal, a Meneth could reclaim leadership; the mage Medivh. Nobody is quite sure who he was born to or if he even truly IS a Meneth, but they dare not question it.

In the days of the old gods some humans travelled south, into the steppes - they were thought dead by most of their former brethren. There they bouth fought against and learned from the centaurs. The many small clans were united into a tribe recently by their leader, the Great Fein, Aapo. They wish to join Roggar for protection against the centaurs, so that they may found a town to call their own in the promised land that their shamans call "Heliski".

Recently, they have integrated with Rogger and helped as a strike force against the barbarian king. After the peace deal, they have settled into the town of Helsinki.

In ages past men lived simpler lives - they would hunt, farm, fight and always respect the might of the Old Gods. Shamans led the clans with their elemental magic - so it was for many generations, before history was ever written down. The great hero Rog united a dozen human clans into a tribe that would form the foundation of our future Kingdom.One day Rog mysteriously vanished - then came the Great Storm - when it passed, the shamans could no longer feel the presence of the Gods and had lost the source of their magic.
Our civilization would have to progress on its own and so for generations we worked the lands, expanded in numbers and territory. We adopted goblin miners, fought dragons and welcomed a demonic warband. Adventures were had, technology progressed as we explored more and more of the world, largely adopting the faith of the New Gods of the Pantheon.
The Second Horde War was a terrible conflict, mirrored by a civil war within our Kingdom - in its process the mighty Kingdom of Paitras fell and our own Kingdom was greatly damaged, with the city of Nayte and its surroundings being anhilated, ending the lives of all our denizen demons.
After the Second Horde War the Norsemen were united into an Empire and we've been fighting them ever since. We've had both victories and losses, with the Ice Dragons being a mighty asset to the norsemen.
At the end of the 3rd century Paitras was reborn under the ruler of Ezgielath, Verigal.

In the early 4th century the Barbarian Crusades were fought between us civilized nations and the vile heathen barbarians in both southern and northern lands - it ended with the expansion of Roggar to the southwest, but the loss of Paitran lands in the northeast. In the Threemine region a massive earthquake devastated the area and led to the awakening of mighty earthen beings led by an ancient one that calls himself a Titan, whom the lesser ones reffer to as "Father-Mountain". We've also learned of shadowy cabals in the lizard lands that worship eldricht horrors hailing from "The Vast". We went to war against the Barbarian King again, but this time Paitras, Roggar and our new allies, the Pantheonic Centaurs, emerged victorious, expanding our lands. Still, many dangers lurk across the world.

Gunnarson Clan
The Gunnarson Clan trace their ancestry back to the Warlord Sredgnar and his first and only son Gunnar. The current leader is is Leif Gunnarson, married to the frost giant Ellisif. The Whitevayne has royal blood from Paitras and Roggar. The whitevaynes were neutral during the great war and became kings afterwards. Their Dragon helping secure the throne.

Upon his return from war, Cornelius immediately set about finishing "his story". The book was one of war and the terror that followed in it's wake, with many of the young men featured in the novel dying.
As Cornelius finishes the novel with one last chilling line "Those who died are the lucky ones, for they shall have lived a rather sad life if they had survived. That is my own burden to bear, indeed the burden of all men to share."
Cornelius shared the finished novel with the trusted advisers who immediately began copying it and spreading it around all civilized nations to the best of their ability.

Faction: Dragonfist Clan
The Dragonfist clan (originally the Mutt Clan) Used to be a band of goblins and humans raised on the the streets that turned into farmers thanks to Mutt Dragonfist. The Mutt an urchin turned soldier managed to kill a dragon with one punch allowing his clan and his dynasty to be respected among the Roggarians. The Dragonfist Family isn't the richest nor the most powerful but they still are respected after all this years due the continuous effort of many members of the Dragonfist family: They produce tons of food due thanks to their priestly hunters and farmers; Muttville, the Fortress island is still an essential river port of Roggar and all the temples that exist around the feudal lands of the Dragonfists make their land a place that all adherents to the pantheon need to visit at least once in their lifetime.

We'll allow Councilors to make a Council-related project every decade from now on - as with faction projects, through a 1d100 roll - this one must be related to your position, of course. Which doesn't stop you from abusing your council position for personal gain, of course.

Now, on to the Financial Reform.
Currently the issue of inflation is owed to both massive spending by the Crown and private ownership of precious metals.
We will adjust the value of the denominations in our Kingdom according to the available precious metals and the demand for hard currency, but what do we do about said precious metals?

A.Adapt the denominations of currencies to present needs, while preserving the right of private ownership of gold and silver mines.
B.Have all producers of metals used for currency be obliged to sign a contract with the Treasury to keep it supplied with enough material for proper coinage. Mine owners are payed for this accordingly.
C.Demand that all private mine owners provide the Treasury with a certain amount of material for the minting of coins, without payment - a stable currency and economy should be enough of a reward.
D.Have all gold and silver production be handled by the Crown. Owners of mines will recieve compensation in accordance with the mine's production.

The Trusted Adviser with a heavy heart walks to the center of Dragonstomb where many people of Roggar have gathered to hear him speak, reaching into his robe he pulls out a long scroll and begins to read:
"Good People of Roggar, it is with a heavy heart but with solemn duty that I must inform you of the most vile and treasonous of plots against Roggar itself. A plot concocted by one of very own lords, not for the benefit of all, but for his own degenerate gain.
Titus Whitevayne and indeed many of his family have perpetrated nought but misery and pain on their fellow countrymen from the shadows.
Their crimes (and I have gained knowledge of these from the trusted sources of men loyal to Rogar) read as follows:
1. The Whitevaynes have a base in the Elf homeland doing what only what they know, without the common descency to inform their fellow country men, as is our tradition.
2. The Whitevaynes posess a hidden base in this kingdom south of Dragontomb underground and yet another bigger base is in the Elf Homeland
3. Whitevayne owns a small kingdom south of Roggar that is yet unexplored and we have it on a strong authority that the dealings here are with elves of the dark variety.
4. Many of the Whitevaynes are known necromancers in direct spite of the teachings of the pantheon and the orders of our king.
5. The Whitevaynes make use of dead boddys as puppets for their own amusement.
6. The Whitevaynes posess Islands to the West of Roggar that has massive population and a city bigger than Dragonstomb in them, again failing to inform his fellow country men of this aspect changing discovery.
7. Whitevayne is attempting to generate a secret service in order to monitor the people and lords of Roggar against their will.
8.The Whitevaynes have expressed intrest in the gathering of souls in order to form, what they have refereed to in our collected info as "a lich". A immortal creature of necromancy.
9.The Whitevaynes have expressed interest in reviving belief in the old gods, not to better express the freedom of religion within the kingdom, but to split the people and cause civil strife.

After a decades long investigation lead by individuals loyal to the kingdom, it has been discovered that it was the Whitevayne faction who plotted the death off and hired a dark elf to assassinate the good king Nick Ashwood after previously murdering King Great Cow and stealing his crown. Breaking a holy tradition of election in Roggar.
It is indeed with a heavy heart that I read this out, but action must be taken against so vile a plotter, for the sake of Roggar.
Even now I have advisers going across all of Roggar reading this same proclamation so all may know of the Whitevaynes treachery.

"My lords! News from Nayte! Lucifer of the Dragon Guard has gone mad and has reopened the Demon Portal! A path has been cleared and demons are already assaulting the fortress which the Guard built to stop such an event, but with Lucifer on their side they've likely taken it over by now. A force of 20 000 has arrived to reinforce Hell's Crusade. Word has been sent out to other places and more troops are on the way.

The town's walls have taken a beating, but the defenders still hold. The gate that leads into the crater was smashed, but the gap's been filled up with barricades. Many buildings were devastated by fire magic, there are wounded and dying everywhere.

While the fighter cuts Edmund's head off his neck, Friedrich and Ottfried take the sorcerer out. Lucifer and Michael lock in a battle of magic...which after a few seconds leaves Michael with a head that's burst apart like a melon.

Friedrich managed to then wound Lucifer, who's now only got his figher backing him up against Ottfried, Friedrich and Yvaro.

An entire month passed after Lucifer was killed - reinforcements kept coming in on both sides - centaurs, halflings, Paitrans, elves reinforced the defence, while thousands of demons and hellspawn we'd never seen before continued pouring out of the Portal.

Killing Lucifer was what secured us the victory though - he was the man holding up the magical field that cleared a path through the water for reinforcements to come from the Portal. After his death, only one of the demon sorcerers was left holding that barrier up and he was killed on the third week of fighting, after which our side's wizards coordinated their spells to bring down the lake upon the crater again, closing off the path for further reinforcements.


Hell's Crusade and the region around it are absolutely devastated. Tens of thousands of Roggarian soldiers died and the army's exhausted now.

359 was a tough year on Roggar.

As 360 sets in, goblin miners are still on strike, which has not allowed our financial reform to properly get going, the harvest was poor, tensions are still high in the Duchy of Bullhorn

In other news: The Feins have abandoned Helsiki and settled on our eastern borderlands, while the Church of Three Gods has claimed the land that used to be Helsiki and started building their own town there, Richezza.
The Roggar War Council of The Citadel has claimed lands in the West Roggar Woods and founded small villages there, adding territory to the county.

Explorers from Madrid have settled a volcanic island to the north, called Mukava. The island has hot springs, geysers and sulphur deposits which the colonists are beginning to exploit - it is rather unsuited to agriculture, but fish in the waters can provide some substinence for locals.


We've spent some time working on our agriculture and overall stabilising the situation. With the goblin strikes ended, gold production has resumed and the reform is finally underway.

Let's go down the list. First we have fought the demons and the vast many time by now and have their cults can only lead to disaster. Magic that tampers with the souls is clearly against the teaching of the Pantheon and Vast magic has proven to be dangerous. Having taxes on alcohol and drugs will give us some much needed income for our economy and might slow down the moral decay of society. Limiting the population of any races in the kingdom is not acceptable and even if we did decide to limit the population growth it would be almost imposible and too expensive for us in our current state. The current system has proven effective and the only reason we had financial problems was the amount of projects we had.

Ouh, so the army that my faction has or the royal one? Since if you ever payed atention to whatever was happening you would see that the royal army never went to your duchy but it was raised incase of a conflict between the vasals of this kingdom might have become a treath, and even then it was om standby in Dragon's Tomb which proved usefull in the end as after the demon invasion. Then my private army which infact Clan Erden doesn't have, the only army we have are militia that we raise when there is a need for that. Even that militia didin't go against your land because it stayed in to defend Lakton and Revna. Then as for the "hiden army" part it's not hiden there was a great discusion on this and even tough i personaly disagreed the other lord s kept a part of their armies there. There came to an agreement with the strikes as soon as possible, and i don't remember seeing any Whitevaynes in the Battle of Hel's Crusade. Now look what you are doing, you are speaking against both me and the kingdom because of a grudge you have with another lord. Ouh the irony when you say of internal strife, yet i hear of secret islands and bases all around. Roggar has been trough many hardships and we always found a way to survive and come out stronger, but there will always be people like you who "fight" for Roggar but are the first to run when they even something doesn't go their way or they see any trouble, some would even call you a craven. The investigation into Whitevayne matters has revealed to the public the existence of several colonies in the west.
By document they are a self-proclaimed independent nation, but their rulers are de-facto Whitevaynes - the Duke himself is never personally in charge , but it's all a very flimsy loophole and with the recent law changes the matter will soon have to be decided on what to do with these colonies.

As it turns out, these colonies are not on the elf homeland and the Whitevaynes don't have a "Small Kingdom south of Roggar". None of the colonies have cities bigger than Dragonstomb either and there's no secret underground Whitevayne base south of Dragonstomb - these claims that the Trusted Adviser made earlier have been completely refuted following the investigation, which has led some of the people who were paying attention to lose respect for him as a result.
In Bullhorn the Iron Legion and occupation troops are still at an uneasy standoff.

We've started on a major project that will take many years to fully complete - to create the Roggarian Royal Highway. The High Elves have such high-quality roads which use cement and advanced engineering practices. Roggar and Paitras have started on similar projects at about the same time now.


It seems the earlier crisis involving the Duchy of Bullhorn might explode again though - the reopening of the Nayte portal delayed the solution, but now there's no avoiding a confrontation on the diplomatic level at the very least...

Firstly, when it comes to boarding we have developed a Corvus (boarding device). With this new technology it makes it easier for us to get on board other ships as we before had to rely on either swimming or simple planks The Corvus grabs hold of the other ship, keeping them aligned to one another.

Also a new section of the navy has been developed. The marine (name pending) serves as a military force adept at fighting on board ships with unsteady ground under their feet. These forces are primarily soldiers, but also skilled sailors.

RIP Dolphus Godric Passed away sharing a bed with a High Elf. He lived a long life up to the age of 71 few humans can reach and was healthy for most of his life. He fought and killed many men in different wars, in the Norse War, in the Barb War, against a Vast horror during his sister's wedding.
He also traveled to many lands, starting with the where he threw up and is able to set up marriage and some trading even after that. His 1st trip to the Ashlands trying to find out more about his father Adolf's Curse, His 2nd time going to meet the Barb king. His time in the army and leading a legion during the 2nd Norse war after his uncle fall in battle. Also his time during in the Barb war when he was knock out and had to find his way back home with his orc friend. And many more tales of his travels and adventures, all written down by the man himself.

Attempts into creating a corridor through the Nayte Lake to reach the portal backfired in a rather devastating way - we're not quite sure what happened as everyone within the crater died in the ensuing explosion.
Upon later examination, we found that all the galentine within the lake - which was steadily running out at current rates of prospecting - is no longer there, along with the portal structure itself.
The lakewater had vaporised, but the crater has started slowly filling in again.

Alright talking with the king and using my volcano forge, Dwarf smith, the galentine, good steel, Dragonbones, and Dragonscales, my enchanter, and basically having the kingdom funding.
Sword is flaming called (Dragon Tooth) ,helmet is sharpen mind, (Anti mind control), armor is anti frost, both are practical (Ugly) since the king doesn't want to use that much money all paid for by the Kingdom

The Godrics made a armor and sword for the kingdom, so once the king passes the new king has armor and sword to the next king. The making of this was hard to do and let me tell you it's needed the kingdom funding to make this.

Pantheonic missionaries managed to successfuly convert the centaurs of the steppes to our faith - with that region secured, more adventurous missionaries from Roggar, Paitras and the Halflings have journeyed further south over the years as well - in the lands of the Barbarian King they've found many of the humans good targets for conversion, as there is no major religion in place there.

An old priest by the name of Taeteras has arrived in Dragonstomb. He claims to have spent many years in the south, crossing the vast steppes. He speaks of a harsh desert in which he was a slave to black orcs, of damp jungles even further south, of dark elf slavers who bought him and sold him in a human kingdom that lies south of the Great Old Swamp - some are highly doubtful of his tales, saying he is but a mad man.
