>Information

This quest takes place long before the events of The Last Airbender. Long before Aang, Roku, Kyoshi, Kuruk, or Yangchen. You play as a young Earthbender from a small village in one of the many Kingdoms scattered across the main continent. As a powerful villain strives to dominate the world, you will be forced to make choices that can stop it, aid it, or have no effect whatsoever.

>Rules

After each update I make, there will be a voting period of ten minutes. Once ten minutes have passed, whatever option has the most support will be the winner.

Write-ins are accepted, but only when specified If you see a write-in option, suggest whatever you like. If not, choose from the options I have provided.

Sometimes, rolls will be required. I will assign them, and they will operate under a d100 system. You will have three chances, and if one of the rolls succeeds, you pass. There are no crits, but I do take into account how much you succeed or fail by.

I reserve the right to veto certain write-ins, but will try to avoid doing so.

I hope you all have fun

You're nearly there.

Your group stands in the shadow of a large mountain, atop which sits the Northern Air Temple. Now, the only challenge that remains is getting to the top of the mountain. Doyu has volunteered to take everyone up on Gava, but Lantana refuses to leave Pengsong behind, which complicates things.

"We'll find a way up," she says with total confidence. "Just as soon as the sun comes back up."

It's sunset, meaning you'll have to spend a final night camping at the bottom of the mountain, then find a way up in the morning. Lantana seems sure that Pengsong can be brought up, but according to Doyu, there aren't any good trails to the top. The Air Nomads travel up by Sky Bison, and pilgrims either find a sympathetic Air Nomad to give them a ride, or brave the treacherous climb to the top.

It looks like you and your friends will have to use the latter method, but Lantana seems really unconcerned. In fact, she seems to be in a very good mood. She moves with a spring in her step and begins to set up camp, creating tents using her Earthbending. Doyu watches her with a smile on his face, but a bit of confusion on his face.

There's no need for anybody to keep watch, with both Pengsong and Gava present. Everyone is free to go to be when they wish.

We're both earthbenders. There's no reason we can't just make our own trails.

"Do you have any ideas for getting up there?" you ask her.

She nods. "Sure. Remember how we moved that Goat Gorilla before? We could probably move Pengsong up the mountain the same way, or use our Earthbending to make an easier trail. It shouldn't be too hard, it'll just take a while, so we should wait until we have plenty of daylight."

She turns away from you, staring up at the mountain. "I can't believe I'm going to see an Air Nomad temple. I've always wondered what they're like."

"Yeah, it'll be nice not having to worry about someone coming to kill us while we're trying to sleep," she says as casually as if she were discussing there being no rain. "And hopefully, when my training's done, we can take care of Kalana."

She gives you a warm smile. "We make a good team, Sei. I'm glad I found you, and I'm glad to have you with me, and not just because you've saved my life a few times."

"I'll always protect you," you promise her.

"I've done a pretty good job of it so far," you tell her with a cheeky grin.

"Only because I've been keeping you out of trouble," she replies with a smirk. "You need someone watching your back all the time or you do something stupid."

"Like what?" you ask.

"Like staying in your village when I told you there was an army coming," she reminds you. "Not the best survival instincts."

She chuckles. "But, I guess that's what makes you so good to have around; you never run away. I know I can always count on you to have my back."

The sound of someone clearing their throat grabs your attention, and you turn to see Sansha with her new blade gripped in her right hand.

"Come on, Sei," she tells you. "I'm going to teach you how to sword fight."

"Alright," you tell her. "Sounds great."

Lantana yawns, stretching as she looks between you and Sansha. "You two have fun. I'm going to get some sleep."

As she turns and walks toward her tent, she cautions you not to overdo it, as the two of you are sure to have some work to do tomorrow. With that, she vanishes into her tent, leaving you and Sansha to your training.

"Alright," Sansha says. "I take it you don't have too much experience with sword combat, so tonight we're going to focus on helping you improve. We can worry about me fighting benders another night."

She draws her old sword with her free hand, dropping into a fighting stance.

"No bending," she tells you. "Only weapons."

She remains rooted in place, inviting you to take the first action.

Rushing right at her would be foolish, and you doubt that standing on the defensive would turn out much better. You're at a clear disadvantage against Sansha; after all, she's an experienced sword fighter, and you've barely used a sword in your life.

Still, maybe you can do something just a bit different and catch her by surprise. Gripping the sword you took from the hunter, you prepare to make your move.

"Go on," Sansha encourages, a challenge in her eyes. Surely, she doesn't expect you to win, but she does expect you to give it your all.

You won't disappoint her.

Still, disappointment is what you see in her eyes as you rush forward, and she readies herself to swat aside a sloppy and desperate offensive from an opponent who clearly has no idea what he's doing. But, when you suddenly shift directions, speedily moving to her left and striking from the side, you see her eyes widen in surprise as she brings her blade to parry your strike.

"Not bad," she tells you with a laugh. "Way to use your head!"

You're off to a good start, but you still aren't going to beat her head on. Moving back, you get an idea for your next action.

Sansha readies her blades, turning to you and beginning to step forward. If she has the opportunity to go on the defensive, you're as good as beaten.

As she advances, however, you rob her of the initiative by slashing at the ground, throwing up dirt that hits her right in the eyes. The girl cries out in surprise and pain, quickly falling back and attempting to wipe the dirt from her eyes. You start to advance toward her, but she points her blade in your direction.

"Don't think that I'm helpless," she warns. "This is the best time to attack, but don't rush in blindly expecting a victory."

Why can't we stab her? We have a white mage.

It's a good word of warning, and you do heed it, but probably not in a way that she expects. You seemingly ignore her words, rushing forward right toward her blade, only to duck and roll past it at the last moment, getting up nice and close before pointing your blade at her stomach.

Sansha stares down at you, making no effort to hide the shock on her face at your victory. You half expect her to get angry and defensive, but instead, she grins ear to ear and lets out a laugh.

"Great job!" she tells you, lowering her weapons. "You fought smarter, not harder. That's the mark of a great warrior."

You lower your sword and rise to stand in front of her, the two of you only a few inches apart. Sansha gives you a playful punch on the shoulder before stepping back.

"I just need to train you in the basics, and then between that and your Earthbending, you'll be a real force to be reckoned with," she tells you.

"Thanks," you say to her. "So, should we keep training?"

Sansha seems pleased to hear that you want to continue, and nods in affirmation. And so, the two of you resume your training.

For the next hour or so, the two of you go over the basics of sword combat. She drills you through basic strikes and parries, and you seem to get the hang of it rather well. Sansha, at least, seems pleased by your efforts.

Finally, she puts her blades aside, giving you a look of approval.

"Good work today," she tells you with a kind smile. "I think you'll be able to put your new sword to good use."

"Thanks again for the help," you say to her.

"No problem," she tells you. "We're a team, and teammates help each other."

"Well then, next time, I'll help you learn to fight Earthbenders," you promise.

Giving you one last smile, Sansha wishes you a good night and heads back to her tent, preparing for some much needed sleep. Mauya and Doyu seem to have turned in for the night as well, which leaves you with the choice of standing alone in the dark, or getting some sleep yourself.

Of course, you choose the latter, making your way to the tent Lantana created for you, climbing into your bedroll, and closing your eyes before slipping into blissful sleep.

It's impossible to say how long you're asleep, all you know is that, after a time, a sound jolts you back to consciousness.

A scream.

You rush out of your tent, expecting to find yourself under attack, but instead all you find is a terrified looking woman running toward your camp. Her brown hair is tied in a messy bun which seems to have some twigs stuck in it, and her clothes have some distinct rips, as if some sort of creature tore into them.

She stops in her tracks when she sees the two large animals in your camp, her face turning pale as she begins to back away slowly.

"What's going on out here?" Mauya asks, emerging from her tent.

Lantana and Sansha climb out as well, while Doyu leaps over Gava and comes to join the rest of you.

"W-who are you?" the terrified woman stammers, continuing to back away.

"Travelers," you answer. "I'm Sei."

"I'm Lantana," the Avatar introduces, her tone calm and friendly. You can see the concern in her eyes, and you get the feeling that, one way or another, you're going to end up having to help this woman.

"I'm Sansha," the warrior girl introduces, hands resting cautiously on the hilts of her swords.

"Mauya," the Waterbender introduces

"I'm Doyu," the Airbender tells her.

"Those tattoos.." the woman breathes. "You're an Air Nomad!"

Doyu nods.

"What are you running from?" you cut in.

The woman turns her attention back to you, her eyes filled with terror that makes you flinch. She's clearly seen something horrible, but you really aren't expecting what she tells you.

"A monster!" she wails. "A terrible monster!"

Mauya looks at her with disbelief. "A monster?"

The woman nods frantically, and you can see Mauya still looks far from convinced. Sansha appears to be listening, though not entirely believing the woman either, while Doyu and Lantana both look quite interested.

"Please, start from the beginning, ma'am," Lantana requests.

The woman takes a moment to compose herself, apologizing profusely for her dramatic entrance and what must sound like the ravings of a lunatic. Once she's done with that, she explains that she's part of a large group of people who fled their villages when Jungo's army began heading East. They came into the mountains here in search of a place to settle, figuring that they could carve out a meager living, and that Jungo's army probably wouldn't care enough to try and conquer this area.

"But strange things started happening soon after we got here," the woman explains. "First it was strange noises in the night. We thought it was some of the local animals, and ignored it, but every night, they got closer and closer. Finally, some of the men went out to hunt for whatever it was, but they never came back."

"So, then it is some kind of animal?" Sansha asks.

"We thought so," the woman tells her. "But then one night, we saw a figure standing at the edge of the settlement. It was walking on two legs, and it had these glowing green eyes."

"Did you try fighting it?" Sansha asks.

"We threw spears, rocks, whatever we could," the woman explains. "Everything seemed to pass right through it."

"Hmm...sounds like a spirit to me," Doyu comments.

"A spirit?" Lantana asks.

"Maybe," the Airbender tells her. "I've never actually seen one, but this sounds like something out of the stories I've heard."

"Where are the rest of the people you were with?" you ask the woman.

She looks down, holding back a sob. "That thing attacked tonight, dragged everyone off one by one. I'm the only one left."

Lantana steps forward, placing a comforting hand on the woman's shoulder.

"We'll put a stop to this," she promises.

The woman looks at her, surprised and more than a little confused. "That's very brave of you, but what can you do against something like this?"

"Lantana here is the Avatar," Doyu explains, admiration in his tone. "She's the bridge between our world and the Spirit World. If anybody can take care of a problem like this, it's her."

"The Avatar?" the woman gasps in disbelief, staring at your friend with wide eyes.

Lantana nods. "Where were you staying?'

The woman gives directions, but begs you not to make her go back there.

"You can stay here," Lantana tells her. "Someone stay with her."

"Doyu, you know about spirits, so if we mess this up, you'd probably be the best person to keep this woman safe," Lantana tells the Air Nomad. "Keep an eye on her, and make sure Pengsong and Gava are okay."

He gives her a nod. "Got it. Be careful, okay?"

She smiles at him. "Right."

Lantana looks at the rest of you. "Alright, let's go find this monster."

Night Som. Thanks for running.
>>
>>769089
Glad you enjoy it, anon, as for my advice

/qst/ is a slow board, and as a new QM, you will likely have a few early threads with little participation. The first real test of a QM is to push through that and keep with it. The longer you keep running, the more people you will pick up.

Also, you will make mistakes, and your players will call you out on them. Do not be discouraged, just learn from them.

And most importantly, have fun. There's no real point in QMing if you aren't enjoying it.

>>769097

>>769130

>>769153
She's changing her approach, but keeping some aspects the same
>>
>>769130
I got a lot of vague and general ideas so I might try to narrow them down by making it making a plan for each and pick which one I'd enjoy writing for.
>>
>>769161

>>
>>769161
Probably do a one shot of something else that you know and are interested as well in order to get the feel of QMing for a bit since it will give some advice on things you might have to focus on if you decide to QM something you want to run for sometime.
>>
>>769185
Yeah, that is a trap that you can fall into, and I did a lot on early quests. You can plan a world very meticulously, and brainstorm potential events and storylines, but you have to account for the fact that the anons can throw you a curveball at any moment.
>>
>>769185
Rather than plan too much, plan for various outcomes and what would happen in that circumstance. You can't plan for everything though
>>
>>769205
>>769207
>>769213
Thanks for the advice and support

Also, do people here care if two people are running two quest in the same universe? Like 2 Dragon Ball Quest?
>>
>>769272
Nope
There's like 4 naruto quests running, a few pokemon and other various quests.
Also have you figured out what system you plan on using, regarding rolls/skill checks?
>>
>>769272
It's happened many times before, people generally don't seem to care much
>>
>>769272
And don't be surprised for anons to grab a write in that you never expected to get votes and win the voting. You give them a DC because deciding to parachute onto a moving jet should have one, and then they nat 20 or whatever dice you use.
>>
>>769277

You stay quiet, and Lantana seems to give some serious thought as to who to leave behind.

The four of you set off in the direction the woman gave, each of you mentally preparing yourselves for what you're about to deal with. Some do better than others, with Sansha putting on a brave face, and Lantana just barely failing to hide her nervousness. Mauya, on the other hand looks absolutely terrified, practically shaking as she trails behind the rest of the group, one hand already hanging just above the canteen on her hip.

"Do you have a plan?" you ask Lantana.

The Avatar gives you an uncertain look, and puts up an unconvincing smile. "Well, I'm the Avatar. Like Doyu said, I'm supposed to be the bridge between our world and the spirit world. I'm sure that, when the time comes, I'll know what to do."

"So, you have no plan?" Mauya asks, her voice a mixture of fear and anger.

Sansha glances over at her. "I'm unsure how well someone can plan to do battle with spirits."

"Hopefully, we won't have to fight," Lantana tells Sansha.

"So what, you're going to talk it down?" Mauya asks, her tone getting more irate. "Lantana, it's been dragging people off in the middle of the night and chasing others through the mountains, I don't think talking will do much good!"

"Sansha's right," you decide. "There isn't too much planning that can be done here."

"So we're walking in with no plan, and no real idea of what we're up against?" Mauya asks, her voice losing its angry edge and going back to full fear.

"Are you alright?" you ask her, unable to help but feel a bit concerned.

"Me?" she asks, her voice going several octaves too high from her fear. "Just dandy. Why wouldn't I be? I'm just walking off to fight a monster from another world that took out an entire settlement full of people, nothing wrong there!"

"Breathe," Sansha tells her. "I understand that you're afraid, but panicking won't help anything."

"Is that why you're so calm?" you ask her.

Sansha nods.

"Stick with me," you tell Mauya with as much confidence as you can muster. "I'll keep you safe."

"Hey," Lantana says, glancing back at you. "I thought you were supposed to be protecting me."

Her tone is joking, and you suspect that she appreciates the levity in this situation. For her part, Mauya doesn't seem to have it in her to make a snide comment, or even roll her eyes, she just steps a bit closer to you and continues to look around nervously.

"Everything will be alright," you assure her. "We'll all handle this together."

"Right," Lantana agrees. "We've already handled all sorts of trouble. This is just another bit of it."

"We've never dealt with anything like this before," Mauya points out.

"Which is why we'll be careful," Sansha assures her.

"Does anybody see that glow up ahead?" you question the group.

The girls peer into the darkness, and soon see what you're referring to. A green light shines up ahead, illuminating the surrounding ground and rocks in such a way that their appearance is unearthly. As you draw closer, you find that a fog is beginning to roll in, and, the closer you get to the light, the thicker it gets, until you're unable to see anything in the direction you came from.

Now, your group finds itself in a clearing, with a massive tree sitting in the middle. Green smoke billows from the ground around the clearing, and ripped tents, tattered clothes, and torn bedrolls litter the area. The fog continues to roll in, blocking out the stars above you, and leaving only the smoke and glow, which appears to be coming from the tree, to illuminate anything.

As your eyes adjust to the dim lighting, you notice red stains on the ground.

"Blood," Sansha guesses.

"I guess we're in the right place," Lantana suggests. "Everyone be careful."

Mauya steps a bit closer to you, her hand trembling above her canteen as she continues to look around.

Slowly, you advance further into the clearing, and that's when you see someone lying on the ground. Your heart practically stops as you realize that you know that person's face.

Her brown eyes are open, her face frozen in a look of terror, and her shoulder-length brown hair seems to have spatters of blood in it. She's wearing the same brown clothing she normally wore back in your village.

Handa, your friend from home.

"Handa!" you shout at the top of your lungs, causing Mauya to jump in surprise.

Lantana's head turns back toward you, a look of concern and puzzlement on her face.

"Who?" she asks in confusion.

Sansha's eyes follow yours, and she steps forward, gripping her blade tightly without drawing it as she stares at the fallen girl in the distance.

"Sei...." Handa groans from the ground, her voice somehow carrying over despite sounding quite weak.

She erupts into a fit of violent coughs, and you see blood come from her mouth after a few seconds.

"You know her?" Sansha questions, the tiniest bit of fear in her voice.

"The woman who sent us here mentioned that people came to this place to escape from Jungo's army," Sansha reminds you.

"Your village was running from the army," Lantana reminds you. "Maybe they decided to come here."

You consider that, and take a step closer to get a better look when Mauya reaches out and grabs your wrist in a vice grip. You look back at her to see a look of terror on her face.

Heeding her request, at least for the moment, you stay where you are, and call out to the spirit. Lantana and Sansha remain still, each of them poised to strike at a moment's notice, despite not knowing what they'd be striking at.

The fog grows thicker, and soon Handa is obscured by it. A few seconds later, you hear her let out a blood-curdling scream, followed by a sickening crunch. Two glowing green lights pear out from the fog just above where Handa had been laying.

An inhuman growl, comes from just below the eyes, and the fog continues to grow thicker around you.

Stepping forward, you punch upward with the arm that Mauya isn't clinging to, and rip up the Earth beneath the two glowing lights, which you see begin to move. You pull the Earth toward you, but the glow vanishes, and what you're left with is a colossal chunk of rock flying right at you.

Lantana quickly kicks up a boulder to intercept it, and the two rocks collide, exploding into a cloud of dust.

The growling returns, but this time, it seems to be coming from all around you, and dozens of glowing green orbs appear in the fog.

Mauya whimpers.

"Spirit!" Lantana calls out. "Why are you doing this!?"

An angry roar is the only answer she receives, and dark figures begin to emerge from the fog. They stand on two legs, and their entire bodies are as black as night, making them appear as walking shadows. Each has a set of glowing green eyes, and some nasty looking claws on their hands.

The two of you, working as fast as you can, erect a dome that covers your party, protecting them from the shadowy fiends that seem ready to rip you apart.

You hear the sound of claws scratching against the stone almost immediately, and Mauya clings to your arm, getting close and hugging it in terror. You can't see anything in here, but you can hear heavy breathing, both from your friends, and from the creatures outside.

"Who are you?" you demand.

The voice merely laughs.

"WHERE ARE THEY?!" you roar.

The laughter stops. For the next few seconds, you can only hear heavy breathing, and the scratches of the figures outside.

"You will find out soon enough," the voice vows. "You will be joining them."

Green light begins to shine through cracks in the rock, and suddenly, the dome explodes outward, leaving you and your friends exposed and surrounded by dozens of the black figures.

"Mauya, I need you to have my back right now," you tell the terrified girl.

She looks up at you, her eyes fearful, but quickly nods, releasing your arm and uncorking her canteen. Now free to move, you kneel and punch the ground, coating your body in rocky armor, leaving only your eyes exposed, and tiny mouth holes to let air get in.

Rising, you hurl a rock at the nearest creature.

The rock passes right through the creature, which seems to dissolve into vapor before quickly reforming and beginning to move right toward you.

"Lantana, any bolts of inspiration?!" you ask, lifting yourself and Mauya up on pillars of Earth.

Once the two of you are up, you lift Sansha and Lantana, watching as the dark figures scurry around at the bottom of the pillars, hissing up at you.

"Shu...shu...." Lantana repeats. "Wait...."

Her head turns, and she stares off into the fog. "That might be...."

The creatures hiss below you, and as you look down, you see them beginning to climb up the pillar, their claws digging into the rock and pulling them upward.

"Sei, I need you to keep everyone safe until I get back," Lantana tells you. "Can you do that for me?"

"Of course," you tell her. "But you should make it quick."

Glancing down at the creatures, Lantana then looks back up at you, giving a serious nod. "I will."

You see her bend some more pillars up, creating earthen stairs leading to the ground below. She uses them to reach the ground, then collapses them all.

Meanwhile, the creatures are getting closer to the top of your pillars, despite Mauya's attempts to hit them with her Waterbending. The only thing that you can do for now is run. So, you create more pillars for everyone to jump to, and collapse the old ones once everyone's moved.

The creatures fall to the ground, hissing up at you and rushing for the new pillars. They begin to climb once again, and once more, you create new ones for everyone to retreat to.

This time, when the creatures fall down, they don't come for you again. They pick themselves back up, calmly look into the fog, and seem to vanish into thin air.

The fog fades away, and the clearing is once more lit by a glow from the tree. Lantana stands at its base, with her palm resting on the trunk.

From your spot atop the pillars, you look to see if Handa is still down there.

You don't see her, but there are dozens of people slumped against the tree, each of them appearing to be waking up from some sort of deep sleep. They look around fearfully, but that fear quickly morphs into confusion, and odd looks directed toward Lantana, who remains in front of the tree with her palm resting on the trunk.

"What is she doing?" Mauya asks.

Sansha smiles. "Her job. It looks like she's starting to get the hang of this whole "Avatar" thing."

Mauya lets out a relieved sigh. "Well, that was scary."

"I know," you tease as you bend your armor away, "you were clinging to me the whole time."

Mauya's eyes narrow, and at that moment, you realize that you probably should have kept your mouth shut. Mauya's arms begin to move, and before you can get yourself out of the way, you find an icy gag wrapped around your head and keeping you from talking.

Mauya then instructs you to get her and Sansha down, and you do so, hoping that she'll get the ice off of you. But, when all of you reach the ground, she just begins to walk toward the tree.

Instead of pissing her off further by restraining her with Earthbending, or anything like that, you decide to just walk along with her and Sansha as if nothing's wrong, continuing to babble on behind the gag, which muffles anything you try to say.

Sansha looks at you oddly, not really understanding what you're trying to do, but you notice that Mauya's trying harder to ignore you as the three of you approach the tree.

Lantana still hasn't moved, but when you finally reach the tree, the glow fades, and she steps back from it, letting out a relieved sigh.

She turns toward the three of you, opening her mouth to say something, but stopping when she sees what's on your head.

"What did you do that for?" she asks Mauya.

"He was being stupid," Mauya answers.

"Well, he did keep you guys safe from those shadows," Lantana points out. "Cut him some slack."

Mauya seems to consider it, until you begin to repeatedly poke her shoulder. Then she turns around, giving you another look of irritation and producing more water from her other canteen. This time, she hits you with a jet of water that throws you to the ground.

"Excuse us," one of the people who was sleeping in front of the tree asks. "What's going on."

Lantana explains what she learned; the tree in this clearing is actually an ancient spirit, and the settlers attempted to cut it down for wood. So, in self defense, it created those illusions to try and scare them off, only to put them in a deep sleep when that didn't seem to work.

"I promised that I'd find a way to keep it safe," Lantana explains. "I'm thinking a wall around it with a message warning people that a spirit lives here."

>>
>>777822
Oh
>>
>>777822
I feel like we can come up with a better name for it than mud if that's the case.

and you have the right to make shitty choices
>>
>>777849
Valid option

Sansha seems the least popular
>>
>>777864
Mastering metal bending is hard compared to mud bending.
>>
>>777864
>Sansha seems the least popular
It's weird right? Especially after the vote to hug her after the Hunter fight won out.
>>
>>777867
So?
>>
>>777872
A hug doesn't necessarily mean romantic interest, anon

I like Sansha just as much as Lantana but you make us vote.
>>
>>777878
I suppose it could just be platonic seeing as we barely know her, but the what ended up being a hug could have been anything else and been able to get us being glad across.
>>
>>777883
True, true
>>
>people wanting the waterbender
But Why?
>>
>>777898
Well why not?
>>
>>777898
>>777901
Each of you, state your cases
>>
>>777902
It's a little early for waifu wars innit?
>>
>>777906
It's never too early
>>
>>777910
I was just rereading Tofoo telling Kami we wanted to do Bulma. I needed that laugh
>>
>>777917
Good times
>>
>only one other Anon voted for Sansha
You all have awful taste
>>
ITT: Anons lack any understanding of flirting

What did the spirit look like in the spirit realm?

Was our childhood friend actually here?

If so, another contestabt in the waifu wars?

Why cant anyone appreciate non benders as waifu? She if probably fit as fuck.
>>
>>778250
A large tree with green eyes and a black mouth

Nope

She is
>>
>>778250
>>778290
Sansha confirmed best girl
>fit
>makes puns with us
>likes fighting
>TWO MOTHERFUCKING SWORDS NIGGA
>>
>>778291
Two swords are nice
>>
I can't believe the straw poll is still going and that someone voted for Handa. Don't they know childhood friends rarely win
>>
>>778298
The poll wasn't about who would win
>>
>>778302
That's true. Is Sei ever going to get a Earthbending master, to teach him the ways of rocks or are a just going to improve our mastery over time?
>>
>>778308
Probably the latter
>>
>>778310
We should learn from sansha, if my pants are any indication that bitch knows diamond bending.
>>
>>778355
Funny

Fit waifus are the best.

Who do you think is more fit? Lantana or Sasha?
>>
>>778438
Probably Lantana, since she's been running, fighting, and fending for herself for over a year
>>
>>778443
Nice.
>>
>>778443
Is the army spread out now or is Kalana still focused on following the avatar with the entire army?
>>
>>778773
If i'm not mistaken the army went other way and Kalana used the hunter to track us. She must have some kind of second in command
>>
>>778795
True

>>778773
Her plans shall remain secret for the time being
>>
>>779875
Dont try to bullshit us som, this is clearly the work of an evil precursor to the lotus society. They have carefullly selected immensly strong and clever benders from around the world for their eventual goal of disrupting the balance of the world.

The reincarnation cycle of the avatar is both the most obvious symbol of the predestination they fight against, and its most potent guardian.

By amassing an army and conquering the world they both gain temporal power, and draw out their immortal rival. Once the avatar has been ended the tyrranical rule of fate can be overthrown.

Let the wheel be broken, from its remnant we will make a better future.
>>
>>780311
Zaheer, please
>>
so Som, is it possible for us to Ever learn metalbending?
>>
>>780884
Highly unlikely
>>
>>780893
This saddens me it's the only thing I like about earthbending.

Fire > everything else
>>
>>780933
Fire pretty good
>>
>>780893
So we have to read a lot of books dealing with earthbending when we meet Wan Shi Tong then.
>>
>>780985
You might have more pressing concerns
>>
>>781008
Swarm of cat owls?
>>
>>781035
nah
>>
>>780893
Well, at least there's a chance. What about sandbending?
>>
>>784261
I would fucking love to learn sandbending turn it into glass bending, and invent enameling.

Decorative and deadly.
>>
>>784261
Well if we train with the hunters sword we will be close to control small rocks then add some airbenders moves woth earthbend.

Now the thing is try it so we can se if it works.
>>
>>784296
Since sandbending is earthbending with water bending techniques, it would make sense if we could "freeze" the sand and make glass. Glass needles shooting at people would be cool as hell.
