Part 2, Session 1

It seems you misunderstood when Illusion Yashi said 'take me'; she had apparently meant for you to accept her into your cadre. Which you did, making your oath and vows after some rather forced ravishing. She did seem to enjoy it, despite her protests, which were entirely ineffective on you since you are stronger than she is. Old as she is, any new experience is to be savored, and being ravished by another female was apparently not one that had been cataloged yet.

Gish Akko, I would have words with you.

….

Gero, I swear by the bones of Dead Gods that I am going to cut your eyes out and make them into the most powerful clairvoyance object that has ever been created, since you somehow manage to contact me, regardless of location or situation, when I AM BUSY.

The soft mop of bedraggled curls and waves rises from between your legs, too-pale eyes looking up at you from between your legs with curiosity. Her delicate hands press your thighs wider apart....well, indicate she would like you to part your legs for her, she has the strength of a new-born displacer beast. Obliging, you slide one hand into those damp, soft wavelets; she immediately busies her soft, hot mouth against your crux once more.

You can almost feel the blood rush to his cheeks and ears. Nevertheless, Gish Akko, I would desire to renegotiate our terms and leave your cadre. Oh he would, would he.

Indeed? How bold of you. If there is an issue with the other two members, I am certain something can be worked out. Otherwise, breaking oath with me does come with some repercussions. You moan softly, taking pleasure in his confusion and worry as Yashi expertly slips the tip of her tongue under and around the nub of your clitoris, the intense sensation glorious.

But I have not taken oath with you yet to accept your leadership, Akko.... He reminds you in a tone filled with false and easily recognized bravado. It's true, he hasn't officially done so, but your beloved Lady Siobhan has made an accounting of the bargain he took for your services in capturing slaves, which is just as obligating.

As the delicate illusionist explores that delicate, oversensitive bit of flesh, Gero's response makes you laugh aloud. Those too pale eyes open and gaze up at you but you tighten your grip in the lovely creature's hair, and give her a dark look that makes the naked not-youth shiver deliciously and ply her attentions to your sex much more intimately.

Deal making is fine, but give him some shit about it.

You would not be coming at this to try and renege on our bargain by choosing another cadre to serve, would you? You let the menace and irritation seep into the thoughts you send along the psychic link; it's crafted by another, you can tell, but it is between you and he alone. Considering our bargain was observed by my Lady Siobhan, it would be very unwise to do so, after all. I might have to do something to redress an insult of that intensity. Something....drastic. You're only half teasing; you have a reputation to consider, and having a mere warrior pull something like this would lead to others thinking the same.

You shudder and involuntarily arch your back as Yashi discovers a particularly sensitive spot, and the reaction prompts her to explore this particular little pleasure-center with some attentiveness.

No, Akko, I would never attempt to renege! His response is immediate, and you can sense the need the over-spill of your pleasure awakens in his thoughts as well as the fear you inspire in him. Both are gratifying in their own way. I am merely attempting to garner as many chances to fulfill both our expectations as possible – you are notoriously difficult to work with. Well, hes not entirely wrong on that count. Funny, only incompetents think that though. You cannot imagine why.

Yashi half rises, looking at you with a measure of her own irritation. Her fingers slip deep inside you, three delicate long fingers caressing you deep and slow, almost searching. You can't suppress the gasp her explorations elicit, and she seems somewhat mollified by that at least.

Very well. You will be responsible for finding a replacement – a GOOD replacement, not some novice child – for your place in my cadre. You have thirty turnings. If you can not.... The image of him being slow cooked and fed piecemeal to Yzia while still alive is very gratifying, and not a bit soothing. Delivery in person. Now get out of my head.

He does so instantly despite the clear (and notably unsent) protest that thirty turnings is not nearly enough time. Yashi is glaring at you and she her next thrust is her fingers tented, stretching your sex painfully wide despite her slick and rather small hands, knuckles pressed tight to the edges. Your yelp of pain appears to placate her and she now has your full attention.

[] Tell her to finish what she started, if she is going to start something!

[X] Tell her to finish what she started, if she is going to start something!
[X] You're not going to take that to a shut in student of illusions!
[X] Write in? Our full attention has repercussions, would-be-brat.

You look at her, not quite baring your spurs at the lithe illusionist between your legs as she keeps her hand pressed there, apparently wanting to make sure she and only she has any of your attention at the moment. You pant softly between your teeth, the sparks of pain from the too-large sensation of her hand at the entrance to your inner channel somewhat exciting despite her anger. Or maybe because of it.

“Do not just stop there, if you are going to start that! If you are going to start that, finish it or it will be you on the receiving end....” You lift your hand and make a fist for her to see. Considering how long you've been casting spells and doing sword work, combined with the fact that physically you're still relatively young, the way her eyes widen at the size of your fisted hand is perfectly understandable. The services you've given her make you very aware that she won't be able to take that easily; her expression tells you she is all too aware of that herself.

“You wanted my full attention, and now you have it....so take advantage of it.” You narrow your crimson eyes at her, when she hesitates, looking up at you with those strange, anceitn eyes. “Now, Yashi. Or I am going to make sure you remember your place. Firmly.”

Almost looking apologetic – almost – she eases back down between your spread legs, and you wrap your arm around the edges of her high-backed resting cushion and lift your hips up, arranging yourself on the cushions to make your sex more accessible. She pulls her tented fingers back, and licks you, long, deliberate, slow licks, meant to not merely pleasure but to make you wet. She moves her hand between her legs, undoubtedly not merely pleasuring herself but rubbing her knuckles and fingers along her own feminine places.

She looks up at you from between your legs, her dark curls and wavelets hanging before her eyes, half concealing them as she presses her tented fingers into your softer places once more, this time gently working them against the tight opening as you try and relax for her.

The intrusion in your mind of another contact almost sets of an intense barrage of enraged emotions that would give Gero a heart attack. You don't know who it is, but by the Dead Gods' bones, you might just eat their bloody liver.

On the one hand, it could possibly be important. On the other hand, even though we warned her, if we take another call Yashi will almost inevitably do something, and we will just-as-inevitably punish her for it. And while that is a lot of fun, we have other things to do today.

[X] Counter it. You're busy.
[] Accept it, but let them know they are interrupting.
[x] Reluctantly accept it, but let them feel your rage....among other things.
[X] Write in? Let them know exactly how busy you are.

You block the contact instinctively; you do not need Yashi annoyed at you again, as much fun as might result from that. But rather than just shielding your thought, you give them a vicious, unpleasant, and very detailed accounting if why you are not being disturbed and what you plan on doing to the next idiot who disturbs you – you will deal with whatever crisis prompted this unwanted intrusion later. The flash of terror and horror is that of a communicator, one of the far-speaking caste who delivers messages deemed unimportant enough to be delivered by a third party rather than in person or personally.

Yashi's eyes narrow momentarily, making her look like nothing so much as an angry cat, until you relax and let her see that you are now entirely at her pleasure. She closes her eyes pushes her tended fingers into you, making you wince at the tightness of your body. Of course when Yashi gently twists her hand and pulls slightly, her tongue sliding along the junction of her flesh and yours it is entirely too easy to forget about anything but the pleasure she is working towards.

After the first entirely involuntary contraction her lustful efforts create in you, you forcibly try and relax, allowing her to press her hand....and abruptly that hand slips inside you, her fingers curling in as she gives you the whole of her hand and wrist. Her tongue plays with the apex of your sex lightly as she moves her hand and wrist inside your body. You've never had someone do this for you before, and your body clenches around the intrusion in a manner that is entirely pleasurable. She extends her fingers, touching you, caressing you deep inside, and her fingertip brushes the hard point deep inside your body, the gateway to your womb....
>>
>>851212
White hot pleasure rips through your body and mind, and she raises her eyes to watch as you writhe violently for her, you hands gripping the pillows hard enough to nearly break your nails. The only noises you make are guttural grunts and shuddering moans. Her tongue darts tiny licks against your most sensitive nub, and you feel the ultimate pleasure erupt through you again, feel your body contracting in waves around her fingers, hand, her wrist....she keeps you riding that edge for what must be a turn , maybe two, or might be less than a tenth of one. By the time she finally lets you relax, you're no longer sure.

Carefully she pulls her hand from inside you and you try not to bear down; she smiles, that dainty, adorable little smile of amusement as you suffer through a hard aftershock. You lay limp for a moment, staring at her ceiling, which has a spiral of gemstones of varied colors arranged in a huge spiral pattern. Glancing back down at her, you see she is still smiling, licking her fingers; there are faint traces of red here and there along her wrist and hand, but you ache only in pleasure. Any injures she inflicted are minor and at the moment, inconsequential as far as your body is concerned.

Yashi is a very, very old creature. She keeps herself occupied by intentionally causeing conflict between people who need her services or desire her for whatever reasons they may have.

Taking Yashi as your own means she will be constantly pitting you (and possible Yzia) against others to keep herself amused - if you can convince her to be yours for a while (a while being completely relative terminology in the Astral plane).

Yzia has mentioned you are something of a drama queen yourself though. Because anon like Akko flamboyant and fairly aggressive.

[x] Headpats. So earned them.
[X] You're keeping this one, drama be damned.
[X] Write in? Get her to talk to you in that Voice of hers.

You reach down and slowly stroke the soft , short waves of Yashi's hair. She stiffens, almost bristles at you, her lips parting slightly at the overly-familiar touch. That doesn't stop you, and slowly she relaxes, to the point where she is resting her head on your thigh and looking up at you with something akin to confusion. Once she accepts the gentle caresses though, Yashi seems reluctant to move either.

“If I wished to....retain you, keep you as one of my own....you would cause me a great deal of trouble, I imagine.” You stare at the beautiful spiral she has crafted; the tiny gems, illuminated by her were-lights, sparkle and even seem to flow at an infinitesimally slow pace with the spiral's direction. “You would be loyal and obedient as long as I made you feel alive and appreciated, fought and bled for you.”

She only smiles at that; you won't get her to agree to what might be a bargain even in seeming.

“I mean, if you choose to remain with me. Perhaps not even always as a cadre member. But as a companion, for a while, if you would.” You look down at her and her smile broadens, the barest points of her spurs showing at th edges of her lips. “You would cause trouble and expect me to accept that as your rightful due, would you not?”

That soft, silky-sweet, warm and vibrant voice slips from between her lips. “Oh yes,”, she agrees, both warning and allowing that she might be convinced to stay with you a while. Any jealousy that occurred would just be more to liven her interminably long existence, no matter who felt it. She could become an absolute nightmare to please, or she could become bored of you and leave you in the lurch with a dozen enemies newly made and hating you for her sake.

At the same time, she is so very skilled, and it wouldn't be the first time you've dealt with problems like that. Dead Gods know you cause yourself enough trouble sometime; look at how you treated Flan and Gero. Like Yzia says, you are a drama queen.

On the other hand, merely speaking to Yashi embroiled you in a fight with a Knight and his minions, and that was a situation she arranged. She is dangerously intelligent and the way she set you up – the mirror which told her your thoughts, the casual use of potent magics with neither gesture, word, nor even quickening talents....she could be an incredible boon, or a horrific nightmare.

Of course, you don't dream here....and that voice of hers, by Her Majesty's grace!

[X] Better not this time; see what having her in your cadre is like first.

You look at those ancient eyes in that too young face – you aren't particularly fond of youth (as Gero can attest to personally) – and continue to stroke her damn, silken locks. You shake your head, not in negation or refusal, but indicating you'll think on it some more.

To your consternation, that makes her smile even more broadly as she lays her head against your thigh and closes her eyes.

Well, it won't be boring, whatever it may be; you can bet all the deep crystal you own on that.

After a short while, you rise, and she slides off off you to allow you to stand. “Come to my cell in five turnings and I will give you the opals I owe you.” That was her price – a handful of opals, all fire but otherwise of whatever types you may have. You have a variety, and it is a small enough price for the making of an Oath of Service; you suspect the real price will come due in other ways if that wicked smile is any indicator, bounty, slaves, and raiding commendations aside.

You give her a final kiss, and she accepts and returns it with fervor, her hand resting between your breasts. Cleansing yourself is the matter of a minor cantrip, and you ache deep inside upon standing. She left her mark on you, and you can't help but smile at that. She watches you dress from the cushions, her pale eyes sharp and unwholesomely attentive to your every move.

Inscrutable would be her rune.

Siobhan sings softly to you, voiceless feelings from her pleasure at your enjoyment of the delicate illusionist's efforts. You lave in the silence you arrived in, headed towards....hmn. You aren't entirely sure where you wish t go from here. While Gero may be seeking his own replacement, and Falna and Yashi are yours to command, you could take on a fourth. Lessen the workload perhaps. Or increase it depending on what they might have an interest in.

[X] Seek out a Skulker or a Murderer for your cadre.

Skulker and Murderers aren't typically people you associate with. Not because of some caste stigma or pointless rivalry, but mostly because you have very little in common with them. There are a few exceptions, and as with most exceptions where you are concerned, they are truly exceptional.

Moving through the void to the cells is a quick and effortless task. Once you reach their cells however, you slow girding yourself magically once more. A Displacement spell will last at least a turn and a half, and you would rather not be surprised by an assassination attempt. Add to that your second Stoneskin spell and you are as ready as you can be for surprises with the resources you have available immediately.

You really are going to need to take time and scar some spells into your skin.

Of the four people most likely to assist you, none are of a caliber quite that of yourself or even of Yashi, but they are skilled and potent people nonetheless.

Closest to the Bloom would be Jaili. She's tragically young – and by that you mean in actual lifetime experience – but she is dedicated and is seeking out a dragon to call companion. Or maybe for more, the way she allowed you to dress her. There wouldn't be much opportunity for anything fun aide from watching her going near-berserk and slaughtering every enemy in your path, though, as she prefers men. Not that you've let that stop you in the past. Her reticence and studious nature appeal to you as well; she is very thoughtful, and cautious, as well as a fast learner. Too low ranked for a Silver Sword of course, but she carries a rather unique weapon despite that. She's capable, willing, and smart.

You don't have much of an interest in Jaculi as a lover, given that he's male and you're not currently interested in them (maybe in a few decades you try one aside from procreative necessity, thank you Your Majesty), he is a Skulker of no small skill. Close to Yashi in rank, he is a trap-smith and skilled hunter of the enemy, and that puts him on par with most knights in your personal and completely ignored opinion of such things. He's also surprisingly good with magic. No spellcaster, but facile enough to utilize what little talent he has in the most surprising and effective ways. Mostly, he would be best for controlling and dealing with the slaves and captives.

Now Raei is another matter entirely. She is a Skulker as well, but she went a different direction, augmenting her skills with psychic power. With a glance she can empower others, cause pain, wound the enemy, and assist those she considers worthy of it. She has acquired a peculiar and disgusting trick that allows her to scout ahead with an eye. Her eye. Raei is a perverse and playful companion of yours of old, but when at war she is a vigilant and tireless crusader against those who enslaved your people. She would probably join you just for the pleasure of tormenting new and unusual people. And maybe just because it would be you asking.

Tzanzi is usually all business as near as anyone can tell. They would be terribly wrong, and that is their loss. An erudite and studious sort, she could have been a Gish, except the parts f her brain that would have allowed her to develop psychic or magical skills were eaten by a very cruel and equally studious enemy for the sole purpose of seeing if he could take that power for himself. It left her psychically crippled, but her revenge is a cautionary tale for every knight, spellcaster, and gish who thinks magic is the end-all be-all of warfare, centuries after she took it against every master in the enclave. Siobhan adores her for whatever reason, and surprisingly, she has allowed Siobhan to possess her on occasion. You like her yourself....but that doesn't mean you don't respect her deadly capability.

A momentary discussion of Siobhan tells you Jaili and Tzanzi are available, but Jaculi is involved in a cadre and you may need to deal wit hi Leader, while Raei is resistant to being a member of a cadre currently for reasons unknown.

Like that would stop you.

That sounds like it'd be a real pain. But hopefully she can make up for it somehow. I mean, otherwise it seems like most raids would find her a liability for that alone.

[X] Tzanzi.
Self sufficiency, reliability, and benefits to the party.

You cannot communicate with Tzanzi except face to face. You would imagine it makes most Leaders and Knights very short tempered with her; it is definitely much easier to simply speak afar and have your orders obeyed instantly rather than trusting to timing and planning.

Working with Tzanzi taught you more about strategy an tactics than any of your Supreme Leaders have ever taught you.

Sliding through the darkness of the Column, it doesn't take you long to reach Tzanzi's cell. It is deep inside the Bloom, and close to center, showing her status to others despite her lower caste. Her cell is open, as it always is, and she is reading in the slightly more shadowy darkness that exists here. Leftover from an enterprising architect, the darkness is not too terribly great, just enough to lower the luminescence of the astral fundament to allow for a greater ease of....well, skulking, really.

Landing lightly outside her cell, you wait for her to acknowledge your presence. It doesn't take long; she rises from her resting cushions, and stands, looking down at you. She is older than you by nearly thirty years, biologically, and it shows in her taller stature, longer ears, and in her brown eyes. She smiles at you and beckons you in, not bothering to put on the half-mask she usually wears when outside her cell. She usually wears it in her cell, for most people.

Never for you.

Her hair is much longer than yours, save for the white locks that fall from her left temple along her shoulder. You've seen the bare patches, the deep, circular scars there, and they hold no fascination for you. She gestures, offering you her resting cushions as she place the book back in one of the many piles of such things. “I have been expecting you, Akko. I heard abut Dunzamn's desires, and I imagined that you would be one of the first to take him up on his offers, once they became publicly known.”

“Close; Gero told me. While I was entertaining Yzia, no less.” the temptation to go to her, caress her is strong. Such a lovely, deadly beauty. Her laugh is lilting as you tell er of Gero's faux pas. “He made a bargain with me, and I've come out much the better for it, but it requires capturing at least twenty two human or elven aristocrats, aside from those I want for myself, which brings the total up to thirty.”

She turns and looks at you, a coy smile on her full lips. “So you come to your old teacher, even now a master of your own studies?”

Also, how common is it for gith to learn from members of different, in particular lower, castes? Sounds like it'd be very useful but I dunno how big 'caste stigma or...rivalry' is, as you put it.

[x] I come to a friend with skills and affection, Tzanzi....
“Not merely master, Tzanzi....” you murmur as you walk towards her. She stands there, elegant and bold, her lesser-regalia still more decorated than yours, and more so than some knights. Her right eye sparkles with amusement as you almost sidle up to her, your hands moving along her leather clad sides slowly. “I am a Leader this time. Dunzamn gave me the right to lead a cadre of my own in this battle, and Yzia is willing to allow me to have her carry it.” Smiling slightly you lean in and kiss her neck lightly. “Of course, you are more friend and your skills outside the cell are legendary even now.”

She inclines her head, though there is little of subordination and much of acknowledgment in the gesture. “And whom else do you have in your cadre so far, Akko?” She brushes her lips along your brown, one hand lightly touching your arm, her thumb rubbing your inner elbow affectionately

It is a little difficult not to smile sheepishly, if you were to be honest. “Well....Gero has abstained in favor of finding a replacement that is good by my standards. I do not have high hopes, really. And there is the Illusionist Yashi, whom I have found very amenable to instruction so far and whose talents are said to be quite strong according to Hadal.” That gains you an approving nod; she trusts Hadal as well. “And there is Falna, who by all rights is a very effective and capable warrior.”

Her right eye twinkles with deadly amusement and she lift a gloved hand, sliding it along the soft silk you wear, tracing the upper slopes of your breasts, then your soft, throat, barely touching the heavy golden torc that protects your body better than any armor might. “Akko....you would not be involving me in some short sighted attempt to shame your previous lover, would you?” She always knew how to put you in your place, but you're quite a bit older than you were back then, and much more experienced. That she heard about Falna is a bit of a surprise however, but then again, gossip can save lives.

Of course, she's probably just flirting. Maybe. Hopefully? You're not sure.

Caste stigma between warriors is not all that pronounced, being a matter of organization, orders, and chains of command. That said, it depends on the power and egotism of the individual (although knights are ALWAYS superior assholes and gish often are).

Support caste and warrior caste are much further apart, but they're still githyanki, and an army is only as strong as it's support, so there is very little internecine issues.

Slaves and those unwilling to do their duty, on the other hand, are little more than toys, detritus, or at worst, made examples of.

You turn your face to hers your lips parting ever so slightly and your crimson eyes meet her soft earthy eye. Her left eye reflects your gaze with the soulless, lifeless gaze of glass; it looks exactly as hers does, and there are few who do not believe it is a regenerated flesh and blood eye.

It is one of the secrets you share.

“Tzanzi....would I even dare to do such a thing, knowing you would see through me instantly? Only the most foolish would dare your wrath for such a slight.” Siobhan is purring liquid laughter in your mind as you glance sidelong a-purpose, your hands sliding to her thighs to grip them lightly as you remain on the tips of your toes. Her hand tightens ever so slightly, the field of forces and the adamantine magic along your skin preventing the sensation from being more than a light caress. “....truly, Murderess, it would be the height of folly.”

“Oh, ever the consummate flatterer,” she whispers softly, laying a kiss upon each eye to make you close them. Your sharp intake of breath makes the taller female shiver ever so slightly.

“It would be much more the pleasure of Yashi to do such a thing, ancient and needful of distraction as she is,” you suggest softly, as her hand slowly tightens about your throat. Your breath catches, and not because of the pressure she exerts, which is too light to do harm. Her soft lips brush your cheek, and you feel the lightest caress of her spurs against your skin; her mouth is wide open teeth and bone fangs exposed fully. The whimper that escapes your throat is very real. The atavistic fear of a mouth so near your face, your head....your brain is deeply ingrained in your kind now.
>>
>>851441
“....I would never ask for you to join me, unless I wished you to join me for my own sake alone....” You flush as her tongue lightly caresses your ear, and you resist the urge to open your eyes, make sure it is your dear friend before you touching you, holding you helpless with her hand as her lips close along the upper edge of your ear. “Dear Dead Gods of the Aster, Tzanzi....please....I meant no harm....I can not say the same of Yashi, beautiful ancient that she is!”

The sensation of her running her tongue along the upper edge of your ear makes you tremble. “I can scarcely believe how sweet those words are to hear again, Akko.” Her softly murmured words make you weak in the knees, and you are absolutely certain your loincloth is soaked right through. “Did I not promise that you alone would never need fear my blade in the dark?”

You shiver at the memory of that promise, but it is the present that you want to experience. “But we are not in the dark, Tzanzi, and your blade is never what I feared most,” you whisper, your heart pounding with the thrill of this strange half game that you and she enjoy. “Ahhn! Please do not....” Her soft mouth has closed over the upper part of your ear, and she runs her tongue along the soft edge lightly.

Tzanzi is unique in many, many ways....

She holds you like that for a short eternity, tasting you, teasing you. Yo dig your nails into her hips, the leather protecting her just enough. It I when he hand starts to tighten that you hiss softly. “Tzanzi....You would once more enjoy the opportunity to indulge yourself with m-aahnnaah!” Siobhan's dark amusement in your mind is almost as overwhelming as the sudden terror and heady desire that her spurs being set against the delicate membrane of your ear causes you. Releasing her hips you spread your hands, close to her body but not touching it. “Blood, blood blood blood....please do not, please Tzanzi....I will be yours if you will be mine, accept you as you accept me! On my name and my liver Tzanzi!”

Tzanzi's spurs press lightly against our ear and her hand slowly, slowly slips from your throat to gently rest upon your racing heart, to say nothing of your faintly quivering breast. Slowly the sharp points of bone leave your ear and she allows you to rest on your feet fully. “You were always so difficult,” she breathes along your ear. “No one has had your subtlety for as long as I can recall.”

You don't trust yourself to speak at first; if you actually needed to breathe you expect you would be dizzy, possibly near to unconscious. “You are still the one who can make me give of myself more than I wish to,” you avow, your voice slightly tremulous. When her other hand come p to your elly, you have to work to keep yourself from jumping at the entirely harmless touch. “Dead gods know how you do this to me, because I do not....”

Tzanzi smiles as her cheek brushes yours, her voice soft and hot in you ear as she merely breathes the word. “Experience.” That just makes you shudder from head to toe as she reaches for you.

Akko has had relationships with both Tzanxi and Reai; Jaili is currently straight, as she is young and isn't jaded mature enough to the point of no longer caring. On the other hand she tends to be obedient to her superiors, and might not resist (much) if Akko forced the issue.

Jaculi would not be off the table - Akko just doesn't prefer men, but he's odd enough he might manage something interesting on his own. He's surprised her in the past, though they've never been together.

Reai and Akko have had a relationship, but it was more mutual boredom and shared perversities in a tumultuous affair. Akko has visited her on a number of occasions over the decades, for a number of reasons, and some of them were purely for lovemaking and sex.

Tzanzi knows how to scare akko in ways other people dn't, and akko kind of enjoys the intense rush, in case that wasn't obvious. It's not truly a D/s relationship, it's more a case of Tzanzi knowing about some buttons that no one else knows about, including Akko herself.

Also, she likes innuendo, s the more innuendo she can coax out of Akko, the better she like it.

Part 2 – Session 2

Tzanzi has a very firm grip upon your head, her long fingers slipped deep into your thick hair. You shiver as she kisses you, deeply and slowly, her tongue playing with yours intimately. Surprisingly there is no contact from Gero, though this would be the opportune time for it....no, that's not true, you're way too dressed.

Responding to the kiss eagerly, you slide your hands along the nearly form fitting blue-black leather Tzanzi favors, the hide of an exotic beast turned to her benefit. You squeeze her breasts through the surprisingly supple material, and she makes a pleased noise deep in her throat. The kiss is broken reluctantly, and she looks into your eyes. Or eye – the glass one you made for her doesn't look at much, really. You shiver, blushing as you remember how she reacted when you put it in.

“Untoward thoughts, undoubtedly,” Tzanzi remarks in her warm, affectionate voice. Siobhan sings softly in your mind, and apparently Tzanzi's as well. Her hand drifts past your hip to caress the hilt of the blade almost lovingly. “It has been a long time for us, hasn't it,” she murmurs, and you can almost feel jealous that she is addressing your sword rather than you.

Noticing your expression, Tzanzi laughs and slips her other hand along your throat once more, and squeezes rather firmly. The magics that defend you prevent it from being anything more than a soft caress, but she pulls you to your toes once more and you tremble there, looking up at her scarred visage. “Shall we formalize everything now, darling Akko, just so I can be sure I will have you where and when I want you? After all, if you wish t have me where and when you like, it is only appropriate that your beloved Lady keeps watch to ensure that all is going as it should....”

[X] Write in? It might be your only choice for a while, after all....

Attend; I accept Tzanzi into my service for the duration of Dunzamn's Raid against Elf and Human, less Death, or the Silver Cord is Cut. I Vow that Tzanzi may request of me a term of services equal in bounty and trial as she desires, and that I will serve her to the best of my ability in all requirements she may have of me.” The oath is quite a bit different than that you swore of Falna; hers is until perpetuity or you and she break the oath with the Silver Swords as witnesses. It is both more and less restrictive; until the raid is over Tzanzi I under your personal command; after she is free to do as she wishes. The vow is another matter entirely; the more success you and she share in this raid, the more valuable the services she can command of you later.

Of course, the more danger she is in, the more she can put you in, but that's what makes her so much fun.

I accept this Vow, and take Oath to serve my Leader in all her requirements to the best of my ability.” Siobhan's personal pleasure at the oath eclipses the attention of the very few other Silver Swords nearby. You can feel your cheeks heating up as she caresses your throat lightly, her ring finger rubbing your trachea suggestively.

Its no mating oath, but they are awfully close.

As the sense of the Silver Swords' attention fades, Siobhan's intensifies, as Tzanzi leans down the little bit to cover her mouth with yours, tilting her head sideways so that her spurs are pressed against the outside edge of your lips as you open your mouth to accept the 'kiss'. Her tongue slips along yours, and then presses up along your upper right spur, to drag at the sharp protrusion of bone.

Acidic copper floods your mouth, and you whimper as the scalding taste of Tzanzi's blood reminds you of many experiences shared with the damaged murderess, both good and bad. Mostly, at the moment, the good. She tastes her blood along your tongue, and kisses you deeply, no longer simply covering your mouth with hers. Her other hand closes about your wrist and brings your hand behind you, pressing it against Siobhan's hilt.

[X] Struggle for her?
[X] Caresses, definitely caresses.

Pressing your body into hers, you give her a soft, pained whimper as you swallow the blood she's given you. Your free hand slides up from her hip to her upper back, pressing the leather against her skin, a long, slow, hard stroke down to her lower back, her very firm bottom. Slipping your fingers into the crease between her cheeks you ply her with an affectionate caress, suggestive.

She tightens her grip on your bracer, and pulls down as she leans forward, forcing you to bend back or kneel, one of the two. Rather than obey, you press back, making the kiss harder and ignoring the brief, sharp and intense pain when your spurs grind against each other. Her taller statue means you have to push back against her hard, and while you are strong, she is the stronger and has you on leverage.

Tzanzi breaks the kiss, and pulls back an entire half-step, breathing hard, her lips stained blue from her blood. You swallow a little more, the acidic liquor making you flush and feverish almost instantly. Sharing blood during an oath is an ancient rite, one that might be from before the time of enslavement, but that isn't why she does this it to you. Her eye glitters with eager malice and you bite your lip as her tongue passes over her upper spurs, though her lips are closed.

She grabs your other hand and pulls them before her looking at the glittering glass and jewels of your bracers. “These are different than the last ones....” she murmurs, her thumbs caressing the soft, skin of your bared tendons, your inner wrists.

>Yes.
>Tzanzi could take the position of Supreme Leader and form a Lair (10-40 githyanki as a raiding party) which would earn her a True Silver Sword, but as of yet she has not taken any leadership duties. So she is currently lower in actual status than most Leaders are, but her reputation and legendary status afford her a higher rank in effect than she carries in truth.
>Akko is an actual Leader any time he and Yzia participate in a raid, and she has a slot open for a mate or more long term companion though Leadership (basically, a permanent adjuct; Yzia doesn't count); alternatively she can create a permanent cadre and permantly take up Leader status. But that comes with duties, and she wants a VERY good cadre under her control. Part of why she often participates in raids is to find people like Tzanzi and Reai to see if they might be....more amenable....to more permanent personal duties.Whether or not she gets one is up to anons. Take your time, explore all the possibilities.

[X] Should I Recall my spell of Stoneskin for you?
[X] Write in? I am no longer a fragile plaything.

You look into her eye and smiles faintly. “Siobhan thought they might be useful. I have silver chains in my cell.” You extend one leg slightly and bend at the knee to set your toe on point, displaying the similar decoration around the cuff of your ankle boots. Tzanzi's eye sparkles, and she smiles brightly, amused by your foray into such unusual territory. “Potent weapons, but pleasant toys....I hoped you might approve.”

She moves close again and brings your wrists back behind you, this time pressing them to the small of your back as she presses her breasts to yours. “I most certainly approve, though that is not where my interest lies now.” You are rather gratified to discover that your breasts are larger, but the feel of her leather clad ones against your silk covered ones is far more interesting. Her nipples are hard, and you can feel the piercings she wears even through the leather. The murderess shifts her grip slightly, and wraps her fingers around your exposed wrists and her thumbs dig into your gloved palms hard, making you shiver.

“Should I recall my spell of Stoneskin for you, Tzanzi?” She pulls her head back to look at you, and your cheeks heat up immediately, her inquisitive gaze making you feel vulnerable in a way you truly aren't. “I am not the fragile youth I once was.” You tilt your head to one side and back, offering your neck to her. “For you....I am willing to bleed. If it pleases you.”

She leans close and her mouth opens; opens wide, giving you that atavistic shiver and making your heart race. “Dead Gods blood, Tzanzi....!” you yelp despite yourself. She presses her spurs to your tender skin, the mystic protections of your bracers resisting the effects at first. Glittering silver and red sparks erupt along her lips and you feel the sharp points of her spurs pressed against the side of your neck “TZANZI!”

She breached a protection by main strength that you couldn't with all your might unless you had a weapon. You heart is pounding and you are absolutely terrified feeling the heat of her breaths along your soft, now vulnerable skin Her tongue slides along the hard tendons and sleek muscles there, as her spurs prick you delicately.

And yet you are entirely too aroused for your own good; your leather breeches are damp, surely.

Hmm, how does Recalling stoneskin make Tzanzi work for it? Because of the extra finesse required?

And would greater infernal healing just heal up the wounds as they're made? Or just slow the blood flow?

>[] Let her do it without protections.
The danger is half the fun, really.

Recall means Akko uses her Arcane pool to re-memorize the sell instantly, since she only had two Stoneskin spells up. the protection she breached was Akko's Bracers of Armor (yes, Tzanzi can bite through armor given sufficient incentive, like a beautiful young gish who gets excited by danger).

Stoneskin doesn't last long - Akko mainly usedit to prevent any unwanted assassination attempts while moving through the hallways.

She didn't expect Tzanzi to actually try and bite her!

[X] Recall Stoneskin; make her work for it.

Realizing that Tzanzi might just actually sink her spurs into your neck, you drop your body weight in her arms and dip forward. She leans back in surprise, her eyes widening, and you lift your legs, which allows you to move through the fundament. You roll yourself over so your arms and in front of you and you press your feet against Tzanzi's belly, breaking her grip on your wrists.

You dark only a few feet away, your aura flickering red as you draw upon your Arcane Force to imprint the energies of the spell you cast most recently upon your brain once more – Stoneskin. Tzanzi smiles wickedly and darts toward you, but you manage to fend her off one handed long enough to gasp out the words of the spell and gesture appropriately. She grips your hand and pulls you into her embrace, her other hand gripping your other wrist as she wraps your arms across your chest in her arms.

“You are much more skilled than last time we played this game,” she breathes in your ear softly, her belly pressing Siobhan against your lower back rather firmly, though not painfully thanks to your protective spells and magics. But the softly spoken words in your ear are what makes your heart race, takes up all your terrified attention. Siobhan whispers wickedly in your mind, lust, love, desire, fascination....even as Tzanzi speaks. “I imagine you wouldn't wish me to leave a permanent mark....would you?” Her tongue caresses the lower edge of your ear.

Siobhan's demanding affirmative is incredibly distracting!

[X] Maybe....?
[X] Write in, Requests? Tease her about your new, stronger magical protections!

“I told you, Tzanzi....I am not the waif you that with impunity you once toyed with,” you growl softly at her. She kisses the softness that is your neck, behind your ear, down your throat, her tongue-tip touching your skin every now and again as though to taste you. “You may be strong, but there are more protections than those I crafted....” You draw a sharp breath as she sets her spurs against your neck once more, this time at the side, all too near your throbbing artery.

You can feel her biting down, biting down HARD. It must hurt her, to press the actual bone of her jaw against the adamantine magics that protect your flesh. Red sparks erupt around her mouth and your neck and you grit your teeth, fearing the plunge of those near-fangs into your delicate, unprotected flesh.

The spell holds.

You sag in her arms, relief making you weak, and Tzanzi chuckles softly, while Siobhan's disappointment is a soft echo; she is still wildly in favor of your friend marking you. “So it seems, my beautiful Akko.” She holds you close, licking your neck softly, making you shiver. The center of you is ht and liquid, your lust overwhelming.

“Perhaps you should have used Siobhan,” you tease softly pressing yourself sensually against her, rubbing your bottom against her hips, pressing Siobhan between you. "At least she would not disappoint...."

Tzanzi releases your hands but one whips up to grab your hair and tangle a heavy coil of it around her fist as she yanks your head back and to the side, baring your throat even further and forcing you to stare up at the ceiling of her cell. You cry out at the shock of it, but it doesn't hurt, naturally. But her other hand between your legs, crushing the soft leather and sodden silk into your sex makes you bite your lip and half close your eyes in utter ecstasy.

She rubs, massages you through your clothing as she holds you there your hands instinctively grabbing her wrists. You can't really stop her, though you do try; she's too strong and her leverage is almost perfect now. You whine softly, deep in your throat as she hisses lovingly in your ear. “I want to mark you, Akko. I want to declare you as having been mine. I want to forever change the world around you, so that they know, the worlds know, that you have been marked by me, as you have marked me....”
>>
Your heart flutters and your eyes shoot open – this is not at all what you expected. Certainly you know she enjoyed you, appreciated you, was your friend. But this is....this is more.

“....but I have not – ahn! – marked you!” you protest between pulses of hot, deep pleasure from her molestation.

Her soft, husky whisper makes you blush. “....haven't you?” Her hand leaves your crux, and you make a soft protest....but she has Siobhan half-drawn and pressed along your cheek even before you finish the noise. You freeze, eyes wide as the shimmering silver edge rests against your cheek, the blade unable to penetrate without effort, Siobhan exulting in the experience, in your terror and lust.

As strong as Tzanzi is, she could cut your cheek without effort with Siobhan in hand, spell or no.

[X] Write in? Allow her to mark you.

You his softly at your friend – more than friend? – as she holds you close, her body pressed against yours, Siobhan pressed against your left cheek. “If I have marked you....then you have left a mark upon me already....” You can feel Siobhan encouraging you, taunting you, wanting you. You imagine that Tzanzi is feeling no different by the way her hand tightens in your hair, the slightest press of the Silver Sword against your cheek. Biting your lip, you close your eyes, trembling in her grip.

“Yes, I marked you,” you whisper softly. “I marked you a worthy of my friendship, of my appreciation, or my attentions and gifts....” She sighs softly, relaxing ever so slightly. “But you have left your mark upon me....look at me, trembling in your arms like a frightened childer, resisting but unable to flee....you felt how wet I have become in your embrace!”

Siobhan purrs in manner more than slightly wicked and Tzanzi hisses softly, her lips and spurs ever so gently brushing the back of your ear. “Not only you, I promise.” The gratifying rush of heat through your body leaves you almost dizzy.

Nearly panting as she rocks you slightly in her arms, makes your own sword caress your cheek, you whimper softly. “If you must show others that you have marked me....if you must assuage your ego, or demonstrate your....your love for me so....here I am, in your arms....not helpless....but willing.” You close your eyes tightly, your heart pounding and half afraid it was all a play, all a beautiful story.

You cannot imagine how long I have waited for this.” The twinned voices of Tzanzi and Siobhan, a hot, wet (?) vibrato, trill in your ear. Your eyes spring open in shock as the half-possessed githyanki murderess draws the sword along your cheek, drawing blood with a shallow cut a mere two inches across.

Silver and red lightning explodes across your vision, there is a spray of sapphire liquid, and your blood is acid in your veins.

The cut crawls, curls, twists along your skin, remaking itself as burning silver slides through the open wound. Siobhan is pressed against your body as Tzanzi kisses you, cool metal trapped between bare skin, hot skin sliding to yours, mouths melded as one as you make a deep keening noise in your throat, an atavistic call of alarm and terror, even as you clutch at her, move with her, press your heat against hers. The answering trill vibrates along your tongue as Tzanzi kisses you, reassurance and love. All the world is silver and sapphire and ruby; you are not in your body but elsewhere, trapped with Tzanzi and Siobhan.

You fall to the floor back in your body, Tzanzi standing over you with Siobhan unsheathed and held point down. The look of triumph that Tzanzi wears and Siobhan's exultation are almost cruel in their intensity as you roll over onto your back to look up at them.

Your cheek burns cold, the mark no mere cut.

[X] ….are you Tzanzi....or are you Siobhan?
[XXX] Touch the mark; what rune do you bear?
[X] Write in? ....you've been planning this a while, have you?

As you lift your hand to trace the burning mark along your cheek, Tzanzi stands over you, one hand unbuckling the fastenings of her smooth, simplistic leathers, the other gripping the hilt of Siobhan's vibrating, glistening length. The curve at the top wide, swirling towards your ear, a spur jutting towards the curl, the end split into twain, the entire mark resting over a diamond shape. The symbol of Tse in ancient gith, but broken. Unleashed, instead of leashed

“....by the Dead Gods' blood, what have you done to me?” Your voice cracks, and your body is still flush, not just wit pleasure and pain, but wit power. The arcane force you cultivate so carefully seethes, replenished despite not having rested....and there are parts of it, aspects of it that are nearly seething and vicious, parts of it that make what you were capable of before seem a mere shadow of the power you have.

Had.

I have made you capable of completing the tasks I could never complete as I am now.” The hair on the back of your neck stands on end and you restrain the urge to bare your spurs at....them....in terror. Their twinned voice is utterly unnatural, alien; Siobhan speaks in her own voice when she is possessing someone, and right now it doesn't seem like Tzanzi is possessed. And it doesn't seem like Siobhan is under Tzanzi's control either. “With the ruination that was brought upon me, the parts of me that were devoured could not return; the parts of Siobhan that should have been hers were kept from her.” She discards her jacket, which pulls her sash to her waist, and undoes the belts it is attached to, pulling them to the floor with a metallic clatter.

She steps towards you but you refuse to crawl away. You will face whatever this is, even if it on the floor and shaking. You've faced the enemy and this is not worse than they are. “You're not Tzanzi. You're not Siobhan. Your not either of them, or both of them. You're something else.”

The person wearing Tzanzi licks her lips, her spurs, and you flush at the suggestion that you're deliciously vulnerable. You are SO not vulnerable right now. “Did you think Gith, Zerth, and Her Majesty were the only ones who used their power and strength to save out people? ” You have to fight the urge to reject the idea out of hand that someone being that old, that strong, that powerful, could exist here and now. “Her Majesty may consume the souls of those strong enough to threaten her now, but there are many others whose strength saved our people. That one should be so fractured, so broken that they could last so long undetected, undiscovered is untenable is it?
>>
>>855213
Unbuckling her trousers she steps out of them, and then simply tears away her cloth breast wrap, then her loincloth. She stands over you, naked, and extends Siobhan. You do not flinch as she presses the flat of the tip of the Silver Sword to your left cheek turning your head so she can see the mark. You allow her, if only to keep her talking. “You call upon them so often, your Dead Gods; why be surprised when one answers?

“You're no God,” you reply calmly, coolly. “You're a specter, or an eidolon. Something caught between the Aster, the Ether, and the Outer Realms. Something beyond. How long have you been waiting to do this, to make someone like me?”

She goes to her knees over your waist, naked and beautiful, scarred and strong; still beautiful enough to make your heart race just looking at her. The being flips the massive blade around one handed, and plunges....no, slides it into the stone just behind you as she leans over you, her expression softening, her gaze gentle now. “Oh, Akko....you made yourself. All I have done is give you what little of me remains, to carry in the stead of my broken reincarnation and my unfinished work of art.

You can't help it. You gape at her, your spurs partially hidden, your eyes wide with shock.

“....Gyr? You're claiming to be GYR?”

[X] Write in? I have my doubts about your reasoning, affectionate as you are....but this is my Lady and my Friend, and I will not have this!

It was once the name I was called by, yes....” she purrs, that vibrant voice making your hair stand on end as she slides her hand across your burning cheek. “That my work has done so well so long into the unseen future pleases me. Even improved upon by others as it has been.” She smiles and places both hands on Siobhan's hilt, lowering herself so her breasts are mere inches from yours, her face not even that.

“You cannot prove that.” Her eyes flash, and her smile fades. “You may or may not be what was once the maker of the Silver Swords, but if you have truly given me the last of your power, then you have no way to prove your claim.” She blinks, her ire fading as she realizes you are correct.

More importantly, it shows that you are correct.

“You gave me this power to help exterminate the enemy....?” You press slightly, distracting her. You place your hand between her breasts, feeling her heart throbbing. Touching her makes your skin crawl, like she is sheathed in some oily force that your body hates instinctively. “Surely you did not desire my affections so badly....”

That prompts a low, evil laugh. “Your egotism is astounding; though not entirely undeserved.” She pulls back a little, just a little. “You wll finish my Artwork – you will complete the Silver Swords. They are incomplete as they are, and corrupt. Cleanse them and recreate them as they were meant to be, allies, instead of tools.

“Your gift, if gift it is, will make me and mine targets. Her Majesty will not stand for this.” She smiles, wryly and it looks alien, hateful on the face of your friend. “And I do not especially care about me.” That seems to intrigue her and she opens her mouth to speak. “But my friends? My beloved? They are not tools.” You grab onto Siobhan's hilt, feeling the same oily presence of power, and grab Tzanzi's throat.

Then you Unleash.

You draw on your replenished arcane force and speak a single word, crafting the spell with more will and arcane force than spellcraft. Whatever power she gave you, it works perfectly well against her as you wrap yourself, Siobhan, and Tzanzi within the crimson embossed power of an Intellect Fortress, excluding the strange, alien presence that has possessed your friend. With new-found talent and an understanding of magic far beyond what you used to have, you rip apart one of your spells as you strangle that alien presence, the spell erupting into pure sapphire lightning, causing the weird vibrato voice to howl in agony.

“Also....I WAS BUSY!

When you knee Tzanzi's body in her feminine places, the spirit, ghost, entity....the enemy quits her body and Tzanzi collapses on you, sobbing like a heartbroken child; Siobhan howls in anguish, her pain and upset yours to bear. Still despite her suffering in your mind, she makes it quite clear that she is not unhappy or angry with you.

Which is the only thing that proves you did the right thing, really. It would have been unfortunate if Tzanzi and Siobhan had meant to do this to you.

If they weren't WotC I'd actually try and publish.

That may not stop me from creating something of my own.
>>
Thanks for writing.
Damn, I missed almost all of the session today.

There will be next weekend. Maybe even friday night instead of Saturday night.

Though I forgot that Thanksgiving is this weekend, Ryukuza may have to wait.
>>
>>855326
Awwww
Well, I'll be happy with any quest
>>
>>855326
Yeah I'll have to make sure I catch it next time
>>
>>855326
Thanks for running XS. Hope you feel like publishing a book one day. I know your conditions might make that hard though.
>>
>>855373
My main issue is just keeping a plot linear. I mean, have you looked at Ryukusa Quest? I have a linear "this to this point" and I STILL manage to balloon the middle to hell and back.

Oh, I'm back for questions and comments.

People of note that Akko knows about from her history lessons.

Gith: She was the First. She discovered the Though Shield, the rediculously simple, utterly basic, meme-based psychic defense that became the downfall of the Masters and the succor of the entire githyanki race. Her discovery allowed the githyanki to build their psychic potyential without being discovered. Through her efforts, the uprising was a success and the escape ensured. It was also gith who decided that the Astral plane would be the idea place to develop the warrior race that they would one day become.

Zuoken: The Betrayer. After millennia, he betrayed the desire of Gith to eliminate the Masters once and for all. He preached peace, to a people at war. He suggested mercy, to those who would destroy the most merciless of all. His ideas did not go over well; the civil war remains to this day. He took his people to the planes of Chaos, and with iron wills they forged a home for themselves there.

Paqith: The one who created the caste system that has changed and evolved, but fundamentally remains his idea. He accepted the spirit of Zuoken's idea, but not the intent; because of Paqith, the lesser castes need not wage an interminable war, and can lives lives of peace, prosperity, and hard toil, and create art, beauty, and make the life of the githyanki worth living outside of constant battle.

Vkaylith: The current and reigning Lich-queen of the githyanki. What happened to Gith herself is unknown. Most believe she became a demi-lich, but not one of the faded specters that they tend to become, but an enlightened and awakened demi-lich which moved on into planes unreachable. Her Majesty rules in Gith's place, and devours the essences and souls of those who may threaten her power. All Knights gain their dread antipaladin abilities from her. all Knights serve her and only her, and The War. This is a departure from the standard lore.

Gyr: The Smith. She who creted the Silver Swords, and the True Silver Swords. Much of the githyanki love of the baroque comes from her aesthetics. Her preference for splint mail, her love of badges and tokens of honor and success, her preference for gems and crystal over metallic wealth....she left lasting marks on the githyanki, and her loss was a terrible one.

Gysse: The progenitor of the gish tradition. Originally a simpke fighter-mage, he developed the system to an art form. From his teachings came spellblade, spell-singer, blade-singer, eldritch knight, duskblade, psychic warrior, and magus. Even mindblades stem from his work. He is in retreat, still alive, an ancient and terrifying adept whom Her Majesty leaves quite alone.

Oddly, the arcane tricksters and arcane archers take their traditions from the githzerai zerths, instead.
>>
>>855436
Interesting, especially Vkaylith.

>Oddly, the arcane tricksters and arcane archers take their traditions from the githzerai zerths, instead.
How'd they do that? Doubt there's a student exchange with the githzerai going on.
>>
>>855450
Zerths (rogue/magic-user multiclass) actually stem from the original githzerai in the original fiend Folio. It was the elves/arcane tricksters/zen archers who took the idea from githzerai, not the other way around.

Ryu quest would need a lot of editing but could work. Its sad cause I like it so bloated with random stuff.
>>
>>855481
At 1500 pages at 10 point type, it would need a bit more than 'a lot' of editing, I'm afraid.
>>
>>855436
does Akko have a theory why Gysse is left alone by the lich-queen?
>>
>>855483
Have you tried poetry? Reading through your quests, it seems like you could be good at it, and you wouldn't have to worry about a linear story, but it also seems like it has its own set of hazards.
>>
>>855436
Huh. Not really sure attacking and destroying a former shaper of Githyanki society was really the most prodent move, but Gyr really should have considered that Githyanki don't really react well to people being unwillingly possessed.
>>
>>855491
Yes. Her working theory: He's freaking terrifying.

>>855506
Aside from the usual gothic poetry of gloom and romance in my teen years, nowadays I write naughty jump-rope rhymes, haiku, and some free form story poems on very rare occasion.

>>855514
Akko is not convinced it was Gyr either (as requested by anon). But her reasoning is sound - her friends are off limits.
>>
>>855525
I feel like a book of poetry could be unexpectedly popular (especially if it has fantasy/mythological themes), but I'm also pretty sure poetry can't (or shouldn't?) be forced.

>naughty jump-rope rhymes
But that sounds amazing
>>
>>855525
So do we ever get a quest about a rhyming bard?
>>
>>855552
Depends on the person, but no, poetry can't really be forced. It comes naturally to me on occasion, I think largely dependent on my brain chemistry.

The jump-rope rhymes and haiku/seiku are easy though.

A B C D E F G Big brother put His Thing In Me! He put it in wrong He put it in right He didn't put it in my bum 'Cause My bum's Too TIGHT!
>>
>>855585
I only do couplets really well off the top of my head. I used the concept of a rhyming kuei-jin, spoke only in couplets and rhyme.

She also peeled off 80% of her skin because of how she died her first death combined with a very sadistic bastard of a BBEG. Pretty much hands, face and feet were it for skin. (1 aggravated damage every night. Also +1 die to all intimidate checks).
>>
>>855595
Poor girl, that could not be fun.

Love Ryu quest but this is a nice change of pace.
>>
>>855588
Clearly your real talent is naughty rhymes.
>>
>>855762
that's not even the naughtiest of them, so yes, you would be correct.

>Gyr
Who knows what it was. If anything, a re-evaluation of the situation, based on her new-found power would benefit her and more. But, if anything, it'll be done with her and her cohort as free Gith, unchained by any.

Already done, anon, thank you.

>>855848
Akko is a scholar....she may be able to find out more....
>>
>>855922
Might be interesting to do so, but at the same time, this is a being that felt psychic domination was a-ok 'for the cause', which...well, is that a thing ANY Gith would be ok with, even if they were lost in the astral for a long, long, long time?
>>
>>858378
....you seem to be confused as to how the gith view a very important aspect of their world.

If it can be used to destroy the mindflayer threat forever, then there is NOTHING that they might not stoop to aside from using other people's brains as weapons or food.

Now, there are very few githyanki capable of actually controlling another mind; their psychic abilities are designed around defending and penetrating defenses, and those who train psychically rarely go for telepathy (because telepathically contacting something that eats brains is really just asking to have all sorts of unpleasant things happen to you), but that does not mean they are incapable and will never do it.

If Gyr believed - as she clearly seemed to - that she could instill in Akko an ability that would give the githyanki an edge agaisnt the mind-flayer scourge (and remember, this war has been going on for many thousands of years across at least two and maybe more dimensions and planes)....what makes you think she would not stoop to any means necessary to do so?

That Akko (because anon believes it so) finds the technique disgusting and repugnant is perfectly fine.

As a side note, think on this: As a lich, the Quee of the githyanki is utterly immune to 75% of what makes mind flayers terrifying and deadly. Yet she chooses to hide and consume the souls and essences of the most powerful of her soldiers. Except....no one has actually seen her do this thing they say she does. More importantly, she does SOMETHONG with these people, and it's well know that she does somethign with them. But no one knows the truth.

Now, why would you hide something like that so carefully - if she's hiding anything at all?
>>
>>859328
..So its possible that, rather than killing off these mighty individuals, she's gathering the very best and brightest for the big Final Battle?

That's frightening and brilliant. Just think about an army of legendary warriors and sorcerers comparable to our Achilles and Merlin, hidden away in a magical sleep, until the day they are summoned.

The only problem there is that, if they succeed in finally destroying the Mind Flayers, they will either turn on each other or the rest of the multiverse.
>>
>>859328
Were Tzanzi and Siobhan miserable from being controlled by maybe-Gyr? Or was that purely from the feedback of Akko kicking Gyr out?
>>
>>860267
Ah, that will be revealed next session, sorry.

>>859958
It's possible. It's also possible she's literally fueling her undeath with them. Or consuming their souls to become an actual goddess. Or that none of the above is correct, and she's sending them out to develop other strongholds in more secret places to ensure thee race can't be obliterated by some cataclysmic event such a s Dead God rising and causing a massive Astral Cyclone, or some illithid genius takes control of a bunch of astral leviathans and uses them agaisnt the githyanki.

The problem is, asking about these things tends to lead to the disappearance of the questioner. Akko would have to be incredibly circumspect to delve into that mystery, and she has enough trouble as it is at the moment.

Really hope Thanksgiving sucks as little as it can for you. I imagine that this is a very busy time for hotels, family gatherings and all.

The original art has them looking fairly baroque. I exaggerated but also the unusual curvatures and the like imply far more than just hacking and slashing.
>>
>>863744
Haha, I love goofy early DnD art.
It's mostly because I've only encountered them in video gaems and as I recall they looked pretty generic big-sword-y there.
>>

>That's frightening and brilliant. Just think about an army of legendary warriors and sorcerers comparable to our Achilles and Merlin, hidden away in a magical sleep, until the day they are summoned.

It's a common story, though.

Has Akko ever fought the Mind Flayers before? Does she have any preferred enemies, or creatures that she's afraid of?

Do the Githyanki take physical trophies from raids and memorable events? For example, a successful attack on a dwarf hold would have several warriors taking the beards of the fallen as spoils.

Do the Githyanki have any allies or friends, aside from the bonded dragons? I figure a world in the Prime that /isn't/ a raiding target and is clean of Illithids and other psionics would be a great vacation spot. Akko and Yzia on a tropical beach, just enjoying the sun and drinking from coconuts would be cute.

Are the undead a common enemy for the Gith? I've never done anything with Planescape or Spelljammer, but the Astral seems like the perfect place for a Lich to build his Evil Fortress and terrible Army of Doom.

I know you've said that the Gith are raised from a feral mindset into full sentience, but do they have family structures, or bonds with blood relatives? Like, if a warrior and a breeder produced a child, might the warrior adopt his child and take it under his wing to raise personally? Seems like having big sprawling families would actually help stave off ennui for many Gith.
>>
>>869155
Yes she has fought them, and the githzerai. Her prefered enemies are both of those races. As for fear, she fears demons and is extremely wary of proteans.. Devils can be reasoned with, but demons and proteans are unreasonable and extraordinairly unpredictable, and therefor exceedingly dangerous

Sometimes, but that's usually a matter of personal preference than a cultural habit.

Aside from the dragons, no, they tend to avoid such matters as they distract from the Great War. That doesn't mean there aren't those whom befriend creatures from other races or material planes. Akko's preference is to wander about the bodies of the Dead Gods, and she has made some friends and acquaintances in those places (some of which are not even remotely humanoid).

No, the undead are actually rarely encounters because the astral plane where they might be found are home to a number of undead hating psychopomps, and mind flayers destroy the undead wherever they are encountered because undead have so many immunities to the effects that give mind flayers their greatest powers.

They very rarely have bonds with family memebers, because their feral state as childer tends to be clean of memory or influence. they can become attached to specific breeders, creche keepers, or tutors, and on occasion a parent may take an interest in them if they show signs of becoming warriors or members of the same caste, but there are much stronger 'family bonds' in the formations of cadres and lairs. Cadres are tight knit groups of 3-5 githyanki warriors, while lairs can sometimes spend decades together on the prime material planes, and as a result create a strong bond. Strongholds actually cause more separation of 'family units' as strife and drama are important tools to stave off ennui.
