By that definition, OP is just a being strong enough to be considered a god, for the lack of better knowledge of mortals like us.
Just like the ancient ones from H. P. Lovecraft.

But we all know there are just two concepts which really exist.

Here is a list of prioritys.

1. Get likeminded individuals. We need scientists, experts of the occult, and people who are "brave" enough to engage in combat with a transdimendional (?) Being.
2. Any and all equiptment we can get. Science and ancient artifacts, whichever helps the most against that fuck.
3. Cook up liquid caustic soda. Alkalic burns deeper than acid does.
4. Slap that scaley-yiff fucker, in order to recreate the summoning item.

Challenger? Yes, I suppose I am Challenging the idea that people should battle with their bodies, instead of with their minds.
Come now, what does any of this prove? That one of you can defeat another in fisticuffs? That doesn't matter in the real world. In reality, the winner of any fight is determined by preparedness. Any one of you could be defeated by a toddler with a gun. Or better yet, killed in your sleep by an assassin hired by a toddler. What good will your fists do you then?
Instead, we should battle with words--for those are the weapons that those in a society use.
Anything worth doing can only be done by a group. And to form a group, you need allies. Even if you fight alone, you need people to help you out off the battlefield. And to defeat others, instead of attacking their coalition head-on, it is more effective to target only their weakest link. Destroy their supplies, convince their right hand man to betray them, persuade their lackies that serving you instead will pay off in the long run.
So stop engaging in pointless physical combat, and sharpen your wit instead of swords. Make this into a stage for debate!

>>
>>901138

Wait...
You were thinking I would...
Oh, that's so hilarious!
No really, this is soooo cute!~
I would do some kind of sick shit like that!

But let me tell you.
Immortality can be achieved by doing 2 things.
Well... immortal as long as humans exist...
But, either you carry over your genes to the next generation...
Or do something remarkable. Like, I don't know, saving humanity from a pandimensional being, which aims to enslave them all by using it's powers to manipulate reality itself.
And if you are a living puddle of goo, constantly crying in agony, except you can't, because you have no mouth to scream with, you would most certainly wish for death, as eternal suffering is something you wouldn't wish to anyone, and making it impossible to fight such a creature.

So, go and use your colleges to find me an expert in terms of occult or manipulation of reality!
...
Or we might just going to find out if death is truly worse than anything you could imagine...

Wouldn't you agreeee?~
>>
>>901157
>And if you are a living puddle of goo, constantly crying in agony, except you can't, because you have no mouth to scream with, you would most certainly wish for death, as eternal suffering is something you wouldn't wish to anyone, and making it impossible to fight such a creature.
The human experience is relative (or, "human" experience). If I were a puddle of goo, constantly screaming in agony, then that would be my everyday life. I might remember a time when I was not living in perpetual torture, but it would soon be normalized. Good days would be when the torture was a little less painful than normal. Bad days would be when the suffering was more so than the typical amount.
If anything, perpetual torture would become boring.
But there's no evidence to suggest that death is any better. In fact, most religions tell me that after death, considering my track record, I would ALSO be subject to eternal pain, torture and damnation.
>But, either you carry over your genes to the next generation...
>Or do something remarkable.

Roll for identifying what exactly happened to Az.
> (If successfull, give the dirtiest, loudest laught you can give ( 1 breathing-in pause inbetween the laugthing, to turn a laughter into schadenfreude-laughter, by laughting even harder after making the pause.)
> Then instantly stop laughting. )

Either way, walk up to them and slap the hoe (bro?), grab them by their shoulders, and start talking:
> Why? Why would you do that? What the fuck is the matter with you? When will you learn? When will you learn that your actions have consequences?
> cue sigh
> As every scientist knows, we don't maddle with things we don't know. You should try your "potions" on animals, like mice or something other, first.
(If unsuccessfull, add one phrase:

> Your irresponsible behaviour will not be tolerated in the savehouse of the science-club, so learn responsibility! It's for your own good!
> ( and by that, claim science labs as HQ of the science-club.)

Turn to Ko next
> As for you, you should know better than that! Drinking weird shit like that is not a smart move!
( If the roll was successfull:
> Especially a potion like that! I will not allow it!

> Aleera takes out her smartphone, it appears as if she got a message from someone.

Well... there are other classes to attend to...
I suppose... I will see you around...
See you l... later, ok?
> She turns around, and leaves the room, but not quick enough to hold it in any longer.
> She begins to sob, starting to run, having left behind her lunch and the sheet of paper.

> The "letter" states:
I am sorry for leaving you.
Something came up which is a more pressing concern than finishing my studies.
I hope that Ko will turn out be a great leader, this school is nothing for those who cannot handle it.
And everyone else, I will miss them deeply.
I'm not sure how long I will be gone, I don't even know if I will ever return, but I hope that I will, this school and it's people...
I will miss them.
Do not try to find me, it's for the better you don't concern yourself with me.
I wish we could talk about this in more detail... or at all, but time is not with me on this one.

Yes, I left my lunch, you can have it if you want.
I hope to see you all again, but that I cannot be sure of.
I will hold you all dear in my heart, and I hope you do the same, especially you Ko.
I'm sorry.

- Aleera

If anyone tries to search for her, she has already left the school, and you will not find her.

OOC: I got some stuff to attend to, and I'm really not sure how long it will take. In the worst case, it will not be for another half a year. (heh)
Just wanted to give you guys a heads up, and retire my character in a proper way (for now, we will see if she returns).
See you guys around... someday in the future I suppose.

-Basketball-
There will be 5-7 people on each team, depending on which mode you're playing on. For this tutorial, we'll be playing with 5. NPCs will be assigned to Offense/Defense, but the player can do as he pleases. As the game progresses, defensive players will try to steal the ball and block shots; offensive players try to get to the other side and steal the ball. Different distance shots will have different difficulties. The game will only last 10 turns, and the team with the most points by the end wins.
