Before we begin our story, we have to make a protagonist.

Which gender would you like or go with Nicholas "Nick" Burkhardt for default.

Male or Female?
>>
Notice: This RP will cover the first two seasons of the show, whenever its going to be loose or faithful to the events of the show.

Does she have any relatives?

Okay, now what is her age and backstory
>>
>>1008345
I suggest the age 24. I'm terrible at backstories.
>>
>>1008345

Age 22, just finished an English/Journalism degree and is trying to get set up as a respectable reporter
>>
>>1008369
>>1008385
And switching to this.
>>
Okay, last question. What country, state and city does she lives in.
>>
>>1008393

If you wanted to crib the show shamelessly Portland, OR, USA

I picked Seattle because of how close it is to Portland, yet allows us to get into our own antics.

This. Also, Starbucks

Seattle is the only city that it's worth it in because they make sure they get their good roasts

Okay then, now let's begin our tale and see how much derailings would we make.

>> "The wolf thought to himself, what a tender young creature. What a nice plump mouthful..." – The Brothers Grimm, 1812

Helen Norwood, fresh off from her English degree in college, works as a reporter for The Seattle Times whom she lived a life just normal as usual... Well, she used to before one day would question her life for days.

At age 14, her parents were presumed dead after a freak car crash, Leaving her and her two little brothers at their grandparents house.

And now, ten years later, that is going to change as a family secret was about to be revealed.
-----------------------
It was March 9th 2011, winter was about to turn into spring around the city of Seattle as she went to work in the morning during the final days living in The Seattle Times Building before they moved to its new location at 1000 Denny Way.

When she was about to open the entrance to start the day, she looked at a man in a brown suit walking pass her as, for some freakish reasons, his face turned into more like a ghoulish face.

Helen was frozen in horror when she saw that face and she wouldn't for just about 60 seconds before her friend, Bethany, snaps her fingers at her to get attention.

"Helen, are you alright?" she asked.

>Note: If spotted any grammar errors, I apologize for the mistake.

"Oh, that's good." Bethany said, "You better not be late for work here or your boss is going to yell at ya a lot."

Helen chuckled, "Yeah, I'd doubt it."

About one and a half hour at work in the office, she was writing an article about the problems in stock exchange on her computer when suddenly her boss entered the room bringing a folder to her and drops it on the desk.

"What's this?" She asked to her boss.

"Your new report assignment, Ms Helen." The boss replied.

"What for?" Helen questioned.

"A Report for an ongoing murder investigation at Green Lake, someone had found the body of a 16-year old girl wearing a red jacket with earplugs plugged to a mp3 player, you might interview the police from there." He answered.

"That seems strange." Helen said, "There aren't any wolf attacks on the city, like at all."

"I know, until recently." The boss replied, "So are you going to prepare your assignment or finish that article first and then report to the police?"

"I will report to the police, boss." Helen told her boss.
"Okay then, be safe driving to Green Lake, Helen." The boss said.

She gets off the chair, grabbed her purse, puts her laptop, note, pen and camera on the backpack and heads off to the door.

>Act 1: A Family Secret Revealed, Chapter 1: The Hunt

About 2 hours of driving, she arrived at the murder investigation where the body of a 16-year old girl was found, which it littered with police cars and ambiances everywhere along with the police blocking in-between the road.

You entered the investigation through the yellow tapes that were tied through the trees and carried out of the camera to shoot some images from the investigation.

While she was wondering around taking pictures, Helen spotted a footprint in the mud, possibly it was for evidence.

Behind you, a man with black hair wearing a dark blue police suit spoke to you in a British accent.

"You must be the reporter that your boss had assigned you for?" he asked.

"Well very nice to meet you, Miss." He said, "I am Gabriel Jonathan Massey at your service."

He then grabs her hand and kisses it, presumably to get her attraction to him.

"My, oh my, your body looks beautiful on the inside." Gabriel swooned.

Helen right hand gets off from his palms and slaps him, "What in the hell are you talking about?" she growled, "I have came here for a report on a murder that had just happened!"

Gabriel put his his right hand in his face, "Jeez lady, can't you get even more fierce here?" he said.

"So what did you want to talk about for the report, ms..." Gabriel asked.

"Helen Norwood." she added.

"A couple was going a on walk with their dog until he found the body from a pet's scent." He explained.

>What was the student's name?
"It was identified as Tessa Clarence Simmers, a college student who is on her second degree as a doctor and surgeon." He replied.

>I have found some evidence, it's on the ground.

"On the ground?" he questioned.

"Yes, I found a footprint when I was entering the investigation." Helen replied.

"Lead me to the evidence." he said.

Helen walked to the spot of the evidence as Gabriel follows.

Once they have gotten here, she points at the footprint on the ground.

"That's the evidence that I was telling you about." she responded.

Gabriel looks closer at the footprint, "Ah, I see." he said, "Well done, clever girl. I will inform the police to send the footprint to laboratory."

"Well thanks." she replied.

"Need anything else?" Gabriel asked.

>No thank you, I have enough info.

"Well, thanks for the report on the investigation, Ms. Helen." Gabriel said, "I hope I'll see you again in another time."

"Yeah," Helen mumbled "in your dreams, you damn pervert."

She exits out of the investigation and head towards to her car and drives her way back to work.
---------------------
Back in the office as she was about to sit in her chair, her boss came through the hallway.

"So how's the report going?" he asked.
