This is Boruto Quest, a quest set in the universe of Naruto. It is during the generation of Naruto's son after everyone has graduated from their Genin exam. I haven't kept up with the series beyond the end of the original one, so this one is intended to recapture the feel of that time of Naruto. I will not be incorporating the main show or the Boruto movie's plot into the quest, although some recognizable characters will be present. You play as a 12 year old Chunin named Takeshi. You have been assigned a Jounin squad leader named Hanto, and your two squadmates are Kichiro, a young delinquent, and Ai, a strange social outcast of a girl. You are of average skill in most aspects, although your sharp intelligence, and your jack of trades skill set have brought you far. You're a Chunin of notable talent for your age. At the moment, you've been caught off guard by your very own surprise party.

>>
Your brother Hideki waltzes over, a dumb grin on his face. "Hey, little bro! I hope you're not too tired to party. All this serious training, it must take a toll, right?" He holds his hand out in a welcoming gesture. You rapidly shake your head side to side. It's true that you have had a bit of a fog hanging over your mind recently. Though, that could be considered a bit of an understatement.

Looking around, you're amazed that almost all the people you know have shown up. Normally you'd never be able to imagine such a thing. Neither you or your brother spend very much time at home, so you've grown used to just letting it go. But apparently Hideki went through the trouble of making some space.

Takkun shuffles past you, going to put the cake in the refrigerator for now. You step over. "Hey, sorry about messing up your schedule. Today just sorta happened to be the day I came and saw you."

He shakes his head. "Well, we had fun. You can consider that Jutsu an extra birthday gift, eh?"

Suddenly, a big hand rests on top of your head and ruffles your hair. "I wish I could take more credit for how studious you are. Well, as long as you keep making me look good I suppose it's alright."

Takkun steps off, and goes over to Yasu and Naota. The squad is currently sitting over a bowl of chips and salsa.

Standing next to you is Hanto, who already looks to be a little bit loosened up. His hair is out of place in several spots, and he's got bags under his eyes. "I knew you kids were something different, but I didn't think you'd come this far in just a year. I'm very proud. Of course, this doesn't mean you get to slack off now that you've gained so much steam."

Considering how you've been feeling recently, this makes you laugh. "I wouldn't dream of it!"

You've got the night to enjoy the party. What do you want to do first?

Frankly, you're a little bit unsure where to start. As one of the hosts, you imagine you should go around and greet everyone. For now you head over to Shikamaru, Temari, and their son's squad. Chocho's dad Choji is also nearby, holding a bag of chips. He somehow managed to sneak them right out under the nose of the Hokage himself.

Shikamaru and his son both raise their hands in a small wave, accidentally mimicking each other. "Yo!"

Chocho and Inojin laugh at them. Temari shakes her head, probably used to it by now. Chocho's dad reaches down to shake your hand, after wiping off his own on a hankerchief. "Hey there! I'm the head of the Akimichi Clan, Choji Akimichi. My daughter and her friends have told me quite a bit about you. Gotta say, the myth himself doesn't look like very much, but I'll take their word for it."

The giant man's hand eclipses yours as you shake it. You chuckle. "Well, I'm hoping to at least be as tall as my brother."

Inojin steps in. "Oh, by the way! These are for you!"

He suddenly holds out a small grouping of flowers. Initially you raise an eyebrow in confusion, but then you remember that his family owns the flower shop. Of course. Inojin smiles. "My mom had to work, but she sent these lilies for you."

You thank him, and place the the few white flowers in a big glass cup, full of water.

Shikadai pats your back. "Compared to the last birthday party you had, this is really something, eh?"

Thinking back on it, your 12th birthday was really lame in comparison. The Hokage didn't even show up. That should be your new personal goal for any party. World leader attendance.

Chocho steps forward. "Everyone's decided to go ahead and give you your stuff, before the cake. There's way too many people in here to crowd around that table."

She's got a pretty good point. "Can't argue with that."

The sassy girl holds out a handful of coupons. "Here you go. Since I've seen you eat at the BBQ place a few times, I figured you might like this." Sure enough, they're a collection of half off deals on main entrees. You imagine that she took the best ones out of the newspaper, this week. In the Akimichi household, this is a sign of great respect. You bow in appreciation. "Thanks, Chocho. Someday soon I'll treat your squad!"
>>
>>1086559

There's a sharp glint in her eye, as if her plan has come full circle. "That sounds fair."

Shikadai hands you some sort of wooden puzzle. He grins. "It's one of those IQ tests. Supposed to be a good mental exercise."

You take it apart, and while it looks as if it'd be simple to put back together, the various interlocking pieces force you to be careful of the placement. You can see how this would help improve mental mapping. "Thanks!"

The four of you sit around and attempt to try and get the puzzle back together. Shikadai does a demonstration, putting it back almost instantly. Of course, he probably had time to play with it a bit himself before bringing it over. You, Inojin, and Chocho take turns at the contraption. Soon enough you're passing it around the room, chuckling as the adults even stumble over the seemingly simple toy.

Who else would you like to speak to?

You go on over to Ten-Ten and Rock Lee. The latter steps forward, and shakes your hand. "Congratulations, Takeshi. When I was your age, I was still struggling to be a decent Genin. I'm sure you've got a bright future ahead of you!"

You bow. "Thanks, Lee-sensei. I'm glad you were able to come by."

He grins. "Well, I wanted to give you your birthday present personally. You see, it's a special uniform that I've been wearing since I was young. Not the actual uniform though! Th-this one's brand new."

He unfolds a green spandex suit, much like the one he's wearing right now, but smaller. His pearly whites are gleaming. "For some reason, none of my students will wear these except for Ollie. They're extremely aerodynamic, and they let your skin breath all over as well. Completely water proof and air tight!"

You blink several times at the odd fashion statement. Well, at least it'll come in handy as an actual wet-suit if you need one. It'd also probably be good to wear in the winter, since it isn't very restrictive.

Ollie steps in, and grins. "Be sure to follow the instructions for washing on the tag, or else it'll shrink."

Mari chuckles, stepping in. "He found that out the hard way. We were all wondering why he was wearing a green leotard."

Ten-Ten saunters over, holding something behind her back. "Now that he has his armor, allow me to present the sword!"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjjkHg5FOhk

The reveal is every bit as slow and dramatic as you wanted it to be. She brings it out from behind her in a smooth motion, the mechanical sheath of a wakizashi with a custom fitted blade. The handle and sheath are both painted white, with a couple red highlights indicating any moving parts or functions. She places the prototype weapon gently in your hands, and the entire room ooh's and ahh's. It's an innovative work of art, to say the absolute least. You're lucky as hell to be receiving this.

You can almost see the exclamation point burst out of Mari's head. "So you're the 'investor.' Figures you'd be going out of your way to get the latest toys."

You raise an eyebrow, still admiring the smooth polish and craftsmanship. "Well, you can come over and play with it anytime you want."

Ollie Chan has a sheepish grin on his face, while Mari simply looks annoyed. "I can't ever tell if you're trying to piss me off or not."

Ten-ten grabs her. "Hey! No picking on the birthday boy, it's not he's fault he's kind of oblivious." Ten-ten hooks the corners of Mari's mouth, and pulls the girl's frown into a smile. She protests quite comically. "EH!? MAWHM, STAHP"

You're nearly rolling on the floor in tears. While you're half-dead, people in the room examine your new weapon. Everyone seems to agree that it's a mean piece of equipment they hope to see replicated.

It's time to go see your squadmates. You rush over, grinning. Kichiro holds out his hand, and you reach out and grab it, squeezing tightly. He stands up and slams his shoulder into yours, chuckling. "Good to see you're still in top form!"

You chuckle. "Good to see you can stand. How'd you like the Cloud?"

He steps back, and puts his hands in his pockets. "Ehhhh, the food wasn't fantastic, but they sure know how to make good TV. Of course, even though I spent most of my time practicing this game, I still can't beat her."

A vein is throbbing on his forehead, and you look over to see Ai. She hold up the controller expressionlessly, which is pretty comical contrasted to the exploding win screen on the television. Her character is standing on top of Kichiro's, triumphantly. You smile. "Well, I guess it's not fair to let you get your butt kicked the whole party. I'll tag in on this one."

Kichiro nods. "Be careful. She was moving so fast, it was like I couldn't even see her..."

You'll have to keep this advice in mind. You step around him, and he follows you with clear interest. Ai looks up and grins, very slightly. "New challenger?"

You crack your knuckles. "This is my home, after all. I don't think I could tolerate an invasion like this."

Plopping down next to her, you pick up a controller. At the versus screen you consider your choice of character. Ai immediately selects the character you presume to be her favorite, a ninja schoolgirl. Very fast, but low health.

Who do you want to play as?

>A. The main character. Balanced in just about every way. High damage, but a somewhat small reach.
>B. A defensive zoner. This character uses charge motions for their attacks, requiring a small amount of startup. Can defend against almost any attack well if you can predict it.

You decide on your tried and true favorite. You doubt Ai will offer you any mercy, so you can't afford to hold back. Especially not at a time like this, when your friend's honor is on the line.

The round starts. At once, the both of you start to test the waters. Ai steps forward and mashes the jab button, catching you off guard. Her character's extremely quick strikes nail you twice before you're even ready. You start to go back to block, and at once she disengages. She backs up just a few steps, and you fire off a fireball as she retreats.

This seemed to be part of her plan, however. Her character suddenly rushes over the projectile, leaving behind a fancy after image. You don't have time to respond to the fierce kick to the face.

As she lands, she starts to mash the jab again. Against someone like Kichiro, a tactic like this would probably be seriously annoying. Since this attack is so light and quick, any type of movement while in range of it is just going to get shut down. You feel like you picked the right character for this fight.

You block the jabs in a crouching position. As her character recovers, you use the split second of time you've got to land with your strongest special move, a sky-high kick meant to knock people out of the air. Since Ai's hurt you a bit already, you use some of your meter to enhance the attack.
>>
>>1086946
Anon...I know that feel. We cant even broke our enemies spines with one grapple
>>
>>1086948

The low health of her character causes her to take a considerable amount of damage, and suddenly the both of you are even. Kichiro sits on the edge of his seat, and spectators start to surround the couch. She leaps back, and throws a kunai at you as she retreats.

You calmly block it and send another fireball her way, but this time it's the slow version. You dash forward rapidly, closing her into the corner for a beatdown under the cover of your projectile.

Of course, you neglect to account for her character's ability to wall jump. She easily escapes and hits you with a crouching sweep kick, knocking your character to the ground.

The round goes back and forth like this, with her varied mix-up offense trying to find a way through your defense.

It ends with Ai tricking you at the last second. When it looked like she was going to cleanly jump into one of your kicks, she used a special move to suspend her movement mid-air. The ninja girl she's playing as suddenly deployed a small parachute, like some sort of flying squirrel. You whiff your attack, and she grabs you for the finish.

The next round goes in your favor. From the start you put on the pressure with fireballs, trying to predict her attacks. You catch a few of the tactics that she attempted last round, dealing a huge amount of damage early on. She makes up for it however, with a long string of new strategies.

Ai manages to bring it back to an even match! You win this round just barely.

The last one is a picture of video game competition. The two of you go back and forth, caught in a loop of predicting, reacting, and countering. At the very end, you're left open after whiffing a strong attack.

The sound of a rapid series of inputs explodes from Ai's controller, and you brace for impact. It never comes however, instead, a medium kick hits your character lightly.

"Woops." you hear to your left.

She messed up the input!! You go back, and forth, then back and forth, having practiced the motion for your character's super move time and time again. He lets loose a huge fireball, clapping both of his hands together for the win.

Everyone in the room stands up and cheers, scaring you suddenly. You weren't aware everyone was watching, now. Looking over, you see Ai smiling, with a notable blush on her face. It doesn't occur to you that she may or may not have let you win. Ai has to pinch pennies to keep her home, but she certainly understands sentiment like this. "Good game."

"You too! Thanks for coming, by the way."
>>
>>1086953

You don't have time to see her twiddling her fingers before Kichiro rushes over and swoops you off your feet, holding you up high. Your brother grabs the other leg, and your head almost hits the ceiling. They start chanting. "CHAMP CHAMP CHAMP CHAMP!!"

After everything calms down, you look around the room. People seem to be enjoying themselves. Who do you want to talk to?

You go over to the kitchen table, where the Hokage and Sakura are sitting. They're watching Boruto, Mitsuki, and Sarada all argue about some matter of skill. Apparently, Boruto made the claim that he's the strongest person on the team.

Sarada's resting her hand on her cheek, looking bored. "You cant just move the goalposts like that. Chakra-enhanced strength is totally still my natural strength."

He shakes his head. "No, no way! It's not pure Taijutsu, so it doesn't really count. That'd be like saying I'm as strong as the amount that my clones could move, or Mitsuki's snakes."

Sakura chuckles. "You know, when you've been doing it long enough, you can sorta stop thinking about having to focus your chakra. It does come naturally until you really need to ramp it up."

Boruto looks over. "What do you think, dad??"

Naruto was sipping from a juice box rather absent minded look. He glances over. "Hmm, I dunno, I think it counts son. I mean, Kurama makes me a lot stronger for no real reason. His chakra probably gives you a bit of a boost too, whether or not you realize it."

Boruto puts his hands on the table. "But you still won't teach me how to tap into it!"

Naruto shakes his head. "Not until I'm sure your sister can beat you up. It shouldn't be too much longer, now."

This causes you to laugh, and everyone turns to greet you. Sakura smiles. "Hey there, Takeshi. It's been a while. You must be keeping real busy, you haven't come by to see us in a while."

You grin. "I'll come by soon. I could always use more work on my medical jutsu."

Mitsuki stands up. "Speaking of that, I've got your present right here. I think you'll really like it."

He slips a small test tube with a cork in it out of his pocket. The liquid is black, and looks rather vile. The snakelike boy eyes it against the light. "This is the blood of a rare snake, that's not naturally found in the wild. If you drink this, it'll temporarily halt the effects of any poisons or toxins in your system for an hour. Good if you get stuck."

You bow, and thank him. "Thanks a lot, Mitsuki. I never thought I'd be happy to receive snake blood, but here I am."

Sarada rolls her eyes. "I don't even want to know how he extracted that stuff. At least you can trust this slug juice."

Sarada tosses another small vial towards you. "This stuff is flame retardant. If you rub it on your body, it'll protect it for a while. It's not armor though, so don't go jumping into any burning buildings."
>>
>>1087169

Sakura kicks her daughter under the table, causing everything to shake for a second. Sarada's face goes straight. "O-oh, and happy birthday."

You chuckle. "Hehehe, thanks."

Boruto stands up, and walks around the table towards you. He stops, and stands with you eye to eye for a few moments, almost seeming confrontational. There's a tense pause in the air, but he breaks the silence by drawing a case from his jacket. "Here. You're a real smartass, so I thought it was fitting."

It's the latest entry in a long running series of action games! The series focuses on a boy possessed by a demon struggling against his inner nature to defeat an evil empire. It's not known for their great stories, but the gameplay is always solid enough to keep people coming.

You hold out your hand, and he reaches out and shakes it.

"Thanks, Boruto. I'm glad you came."

Naruto smiles from across the table.

Boruto reaches out, and squeezes your hand tightly. "I've got my own copy at home, so sometime, I'll have to show you how to really play!"

He grins cockily at you. You wouldn't have it any other way.
----

That's all for tonight folks. I'll be around to answer some questions. I intend to run this Friday, and overall want to increase the frequency at which I run.
>>
>>1087173
So wait, ANY poison? Like, if you were on some medical drugs would it halt the effects of those? Would it sober you up?
>>
>>1087173

Thansk for running, Mini!
>>
>>1087184
It would. It's actually magic. Imagine that it suspends and prevents all symptoms, side effects, ect.

Short of some sort of poison that actually melts your flesh, or pretty much anything that would disfigure you, it'll stop it for an hour. One dose.
>>
>>1087169
I actually forgot Sakura kinda liked us
>>
>>1087186
Would it stop, say, Orochimaru's Juin bite?

And thanks for the run Mini.
>>
>>1087192
Juin? Is that the curse mark?

If so, then no, as that's purely a Ninjutsu. I think.
>>
>>1087199
So how hype is everyone for the party?
>>
>>1087199
Can we get a Char-Op of the party-goers?
>>
>>1087211
They're all having fun. You and Hideki are moving around the crowd and talking to everyone. He's keeping people fed entertaining, the works.

>>1087220
I'll post one in a little bit.
>>
>>1087211

We need to make it a point to figure out everyone else's birthdays and get them awesome presents too.
>>
>>1087199
>purely a Ninjutsu
>Literally a Juinjutsu
What did he mean by this?
>>
>>1087246
sealing jutsu is fuiinjutsu. It's just a sub-branch of Ninjutsu, like how Puppetry isn't really it's own thing and medical isn't either.

If it were up to me there'd only be Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, but for some reason Genjutsu gets to be counted as it's own thing separate from Ninjutsu, even if there's no REAL difference aside from the actual techniques involved in these sub-branches. Fundamentally they're all the same.
>>
>>1087264
How good are we at vidya on a scale of .5-5.0?
>>
>>1087310
2.5 you'd be better if you had time to practice
>>
>>1087317
What are our friends levels?
>>
>>1087324
Kichiro is 1.0, he has trouble doing DP's on command. He doesn't really play much

Ai is a 4.0

Shikadai is a 5.0, but he doesn't usually play video games because he keeps breaking them via in game bullshit. if speedrunning were a thing he'd do that.
>>
>>1087344
Man we are really out of shape. How good are we at strategy games? Could we make someone rage quit Stellaris?
>>
>>1087344
Wow, i never thought i would enjoy a fictional characters birthday so much but here i am! Really good to see you start up the running again, and thanks for running. Hopefully an updated Takeshi stat sheet to go with our comrade pastebin, i know we learned a few things, got a few things, and grew our speed and something else, I'm forgetting what.

(Where's Roku? Embarrassed from losing? He better not try to bail on teaching us Tai skills, we will hunt him down and tie him upside down in the woods if need be.)
>>
Just occurred to me that we should consider making our own Jutsu one of these days.

All the greats do it.

Normally in other quests it happens as a direct consequence of having a donut steel special release type, but just because we don't have special chakra doesn't mean we can't make our own shit.

We just need to identify a need and develop a use for it.

I have an idea for a kind of water bear-trap jutsu myself, something that we could use to create puddles that will clamp onto people and hold them in place.

If we scatter liquid all over the fucking place with hydro bullets we could really nail someone with it, or at the very least significantly zone them out of a specified area.
>>
>>1087932
That's a good idea anon, i can see that being used as a setup for all sorts of other things, jutsu combo's or kill moves. In addition I'm pretty sure that a move like that would set up the potential to hit someone with a water prison jutsu which is normaly much harder to land, but makes (nearly) anyone helpless while It's active, which if we get shadow clones and then boil release, we don't even need to drop the jutsu to kill them or wait around for them to drown like normal, our shadow clone can just use any boil release to turn the water acidic and eradicate our opponent.
>>
We also have Seals, remember.

Seal-based traps are fairly common, but if we bother to learn Space-time seals (the Storage Seal is one such thing, so they CAN be relatively simple) then we can create areas of space that folds in on itself in a circle, or that alter the flow of time in an area.

Or that just make things in an area bend in ways they were never meant to
>>
>>1088252
we should look into water prison jutsu for sure. I almost forgot it was a thing but its really useful
>>
>>1087932
How about we make it metalic?
That way we have an easy supply of senbons, hydro bullets are ven more effective, hydro sword is more effective, and if we have enough control over it we can create wires, create bells, and activate the justu out of nowhere
>>
>>1088397
That's a different release type, not a jutsu, I'm pretty sure.

No amount of hand-seals and chakra is going to let us transmute water directly into metal because we're not a ninja Jesus with special chakra.
>>
>>1088703
Eh, releases are weird in this quest. I doubt we could be able to turn metal into water, but we could potentially learn magnet release if we somehow managed to learn lightning.
>>
Wait, did... anyone archive the last thread?
>>
We need to set up the Shinobi FGC. Shit'd get mad hype with Hyuuga and Uchiha competitors.
>>
>>1091084
It probably already exists in lightning.
>>
>>1091199
Well fuck this ninja shit then. Takeshi is gonna marry into the Umehara clan and learn sick ass Ryu combos
>>
>>1087932
You're getting to the point where you may soon be able to do something like that. As your ability to improve in terms of raw power has more or less slowed to a halt, you'll have to start being more creative with your stuff.

>>1088282
Researching Sealing Jutsu is a good idea overall

>>1088397
You can already make water jutsu that more or less have the effective power of steel. Hydro sword is one such thing.

I think the term used in the show was "Hard water construct". Even if I'm making that up I like the sound of it so we'll roll with that.

With the hydro sword for example, it's not a flowing thing in your hand that's always shifting around. It's more like water that looks frozen in time, but can cut sharp still. Highly pressurized.

So similarly, it's possible to make water "Senbon" or other forms of weapons.
>>
>>1091917

Hmm... now I'm getting ideas.

About how difficult would it be to turn Hydro Sword into other hydro weapons? Probably not that hard. What about doing so on the fly? Definitely harder, probably takes insane chakra control to do, but that means training in that could improve it further, maybe. We need to get better at weapons training anyway for our jetblade. Also, having a morph weapon on the fly? That'd be pretty sick.

Hydro Caltrops... might be too chakra intensive to be feasible, but it's a good point for experimentation at least.

Also it would give us an extra talking point with Mari. Not that I care about that yet.
>>
>>1092144
I'd like to have some weapon testing and discussion with Mari. Sounds interesting
>>
>>1092144
I wonder if we'd be able to combine Hydro Sword and pre-existing weapons like our tanto. Something like extending the length of the tanto blade by manipulating water around it like the Hydro Blade.
>>
>>1093139
That sounds like a one way ticket to rust if you ask me. Also, keeping that near the sheath prototype... TenTen would kill us if she found out.
>>
>>1093215
Could be possible using a blade made of a non iron alloy if rust was a major concern.
>>
>>1093225
>made of a non iron alloy
That seems like it would be a lot of trouble for a relatively small payoff. I'm not really a weapons expert, but I'm pretty sure that most weapons in this setting would be iron based.
>>
>>1093275
Hmm, doing a bit of reaearch, there could be a solution to getting a non rusting material for a weapon. Looking it up, tungsten doesn't rust until it reaches 400 C. I remember hearing about old katanas being made of tungsten, so it could work in the setting, potentially.
>>
>>1093299
Don;t they have tech comparable to ours? I remember a refrigerator being mentioned.
>>
>>1093308
Ehhhhh, its weird. I'm a bit more familiar with Naruto's time period, but its always been all over the place. We're still using the same weapons used 30 years ago, so I'm assuming that there haven't been major leaps in anything other than comfort tech. Naruto land's tech level has always been all over the place. I always blamed ninjas and jutsu,. If ninjas found a way to create carbon nanotubes, I doubt they'd let that tech go to the public. Why make a grenade when you can just do a jutsu?
>>
>>1093348
>>1093308
In some ways they're more advanced than us. In others not so much.

There's full blown, nearly modern cities for example. Airplanes are a thing as well.

Some places are considerably less advanced though, such as large portions of the Mist. Hard to get infrastructure going. Then there's the Snow, who have what could be considered the first prototype gun.
>>
>>1096140
Could we theoretically get a tungsten sword?
>>
>>1096151

There wouldn't really be any benefit to putting hydro sword over a regular one. it's comparable to steel in every way.

Other than that I'm not sure why you'd want a tungsten sword
>>
>>1096199
I just threw out the idea of putting stuff on our weapon and it seems like the original intent of the Hydro Sword technique got ignored along the way. Is there any chance we're gonna be able to do a mission under based Shikamaru in the near future to show him how far his teaching have gotten us?
Any idea when you might be running again? I just busted through the previous threads and I need my fix.
>>
>>1096199
Honestly, I'm just curious.
>>
>>1096241
Shikamaru doesn't go on too many missions himself these days, he's in more of an administrative position for the Academy.

Also sort of an advisor at times to Naruto. You may go on a mission with his son's squad though.

I was going to run tonight but I think I'll go for tomorrow instead. My 21st birthday was yesterday so I'm a bit worn out. I have the weekend off so I'll certainly go tomorrow, maybe sunday as well.

>>1096246
Suppose you could, but I believe tungsten sort of irritates the skin
>>
>>1096252
Oh. Happy 21st dude. Hope you didn't drink yourself into the ground or nothing. Glad to hear your running soon as well.
As a side note, did the playerbase ever agree on a Takeshi's appearance and attire? I feel a bit of draw-fagging coming on.

Thanks anon, and I'm fine just dehydrated.

Takeshi's sort of a very average looking boy. He's described as one of the background characters from the original show, one of the thin and scraggly ones. Brown hair, brown eyes, and a neither particularly pale or darkened skin tone.

When I saw this picture it made me think of him and the rival, Shozuku.

He's currently wearing a navy blue jacket with a white stripe going down the shoulders and arms, since it's fall.
>>
>>1096288
I always pictured him as young Aizen. Either him or Asakura Yoh. Plain looking, brown hair.
>>
>>1096334
Pretty accurate

I wanted to leave it relatively open as a generic anime boy type of guy. The one sitting behind the protagonist, that's not even animated. Any and all interpretations of this work

you'd be right. Kid Gilgamesh

Nah, Gil's all bout overwhelming superiority. Kid Aizen would be better.

I was more going for the looks than the attitude

Kid Aizen is pretty plain too.
>>
>>1097244
Yeah, i like Kid Aizen's appearance for Takeshi.
>>
>>1097289
Ah yeah, that kid's been begging for alms outside the base for a couple of days now boss. Yeah he's completely harmless, just a nice little homeless kid."

Testing to see if this thread is still bumpable. If so will be continuing in about half an hour. If not expect a new thread in a similar time frame.

I don't know. And awesome.
