The Governor's procurer and a soldier traveling alone tried to rape her when they were attacked by it. I came across them afterward but the girl had fled into the woods, and so I followed. When I came upon her I saw it, and you are very much correct, Brother. It was no ordinary wolf. It was the size of a lion, nearly the size of my horse. Its eyes held a devilish light in them, for it seemed to be toying with the girl, as a cat would a mouse. We fought, and together the girl and I slew the beast."

"Impossible! If this beast is the great terror we fear it to be, no earthly power may slay it!"

"That is what we have come here seeking. There are those who foolishly believe that they can control the forces of other worlds. They say the wild men who once lived in these woods trafficked in those wicked trades. Of all the things that may turn their black attentions to this earth, that devilish wolf which savaged you heralds the imminence of only one thing."

"What thing?"

"The Culler."

"The Culler preys not on game, stranger, but on the flesh of man. In ancient days it was loosed on earth and we suffered greatly for its hunger. It ravaged whole nations, devoured their populations whole, a ceaseless maw that could never be sated. The valleys ran red with blood, stranger, the air too thick with ichor for the vultures to alight. Bones, mountains of them, cracked and snapped, stripped clean of flesh, gouged with scars from its awful teeth. An endless, terrible hunger. It is coming, stranger, and if we do not prevent its arrival, this earth will become once again its slaughtering-pit."

[raucous applause]

Fantastic storytelling! Thanks for hosting, LQ.

That's it for tonight, so thanks for playing! This was kind of a busy weekend outside of the baseplate and this game in particular is really energy-intensive, so thanks for sticking around! Hope you all had fun!

I'll be gone this coming weekend but I'll hopefully be able to get in at least one more game in July. If you want to make sure you don't miss it, be sure to follow me on Twitter:

Sometime in the future these characters will be up on the wiki:
http://legoquest.wikia.com/wiki/Lego_Quest_Wiki

And this episode and the first one in this series are both archived on suptg along with most everything else from the last seven or so years:

Thanks for playing anon! This board is a lot less populated than /tg/ so I'm really grateful to have players!

Hope you don't mind me asking, but out of curiosity, are you a professional writer "outside of the baseplate"?
>>
>>1655798
Man you just looooove these cliffhangers, don't you.

Great story. Thanks for running. <3

Hey LA, has Lego ever released a phantom of the opera style mask head or helmet piece?

Yeah, most of my professional life is taking pictures, writing, and making graphic designs like this logo I made on Thursday. I love my job because it's all the stuff I already liked to do in my free time.

Thanks anon! I really love hearing that people had fun!

No, unfortunarely, but the Collectable Minifig (CMF) series puts out a ton of new minifig accessories every year, so I expect some kind of Carnivale-style mask before too much longer.

Lego General already saw this but a few weeks ago the thread challenge was to make an original space faction.

>Once a peaceful collection of civilian botanists in Classic Space, their civilization was destroyed by a passing Blacktron armada. Fleeing the ruins of their homeworld in hastily-constructed greenhouse ships, they used their advanced science to develop plants that produced 500 times as much oxygen as normal! Eco-Tron vehicles are powered not by dark matter or crude nuclear fusion, but the very breath of life itself!

Their gimmick is that every set comes with a little plant under glass.

That's pretty neat, did you make any models other than that buggy for it?

Thanks anon!

I only made this one because the challenge was only valid for that thread, but now that Eco-Tron has a logo of their own I might make some more stuff for it in the future.

Here's the buggy without the logo in the way.
