The Raiders – Part 25

You and your dragon leave the fascinated and ridiculously pleased illusionist to her own devices – well, device, really. Yashi holds Fehr Vaed up, sitting upon silk cushions thoughtfully provided by Siobhan, and communes with the mysterious blade with its haunting melodies and delicate nature. The blade seems perfectly happy to listen to the psychic babble of the exhausted and exhilarated githyanki, singing sweetly to the githyanki. The Silver sword's voice fades in your own mind with distance until it is a soft noise at the back of your mind, one which you could easily tune in on and increase to normal conversational levels. An echo of it exists in Siobhan's mind as well, a deep and undetectable connection that belongs to the Silver Sword you forged and her sister blade.

The implications are both exciting and terrifying.

You pick up your armor as well as Yashi's which earns you a nod of thanks from the overjoyed illusionist, and make your way to the tent. Siobhan adds a long silken shift with wide sleeves to the illusionist's wardrobe as protection from the chill of the caverns, and you find yourself graced with a just long enough tunic of shimmering black silk and wide legged pants of the same as you walk to the tent.

The tent that Falna has conjured is clearly of complex and opulent design, large in every dimension, almost touching the roof of the gallery you have suborned and protected for your Cadre's use. Your Arcane Sight tells a different story: the walls are as strong as stone, the window flaps no less so; the simple screens that the side flaps open up to are steel and can be sealed against intrusion with Arcane Locks. The opening to the tent is equally defensible and you hold it open for your golden haired, alabaster skinned beauty of a dragon.

A low table sits in the center, polished teak with food and drink – more mundane than not – set out for those surrounding it. Thick, heavy cushions provide seating and lounging areas, while a fire burns in a suspended brazier of decorously perforated brass which hangs from a chain over the table. There are smaller cells separated by partitions, eight of them, each cushioned and pillowed sumptuously. In one Schechei and Falna sit, the elder being fed dried fruits by the younger, as they talk softly. Auena, Kteine and Tzanzi (wearing the glassine mask you made for her) sit at the table, partaking of the meal set out.

Kteine is listening to Tzanzi explain to Auena what services her own slaves can and will provide for the Cadre as she picks at her food. Auena is attentive and interested, polite and nonjudgmental for her own lack of interest in slaves. There is plenty of room at the table, and seats available next to or across from the others. Kteine is sitting fairly close to Auena, but otherwise there is plenty of room for you and Yzia to sit anywhere you like. With an arch smile, Yzia silently asks you if you do not mind, she would like to continue from where she left off with Auena before your unfortunate incident at the Dead Gods.

[] Indulging your dragon can only lead to good things, you'll sit with Tzanzi.
[] Kteine could probably use a pleasant distraction from her situation....
[] You don't mind, but you would like to tease Yzia a bit more yourself.
[] There's an entire open side, where you can place your back to Schechei and Falna.
[] There is no head of table tradition, but it would put you in a place to distract Tzanzi while not excluding Kteine.
[] Write in?
Siobhan would enjoy nothing more than to entice and steal Kteine away from Falna, your lack of interest aside.

Well, in the conversation yes, but Akko won't be 'seductive' towards Auena while Yzia is trying to seduce her. Verbal teasing, on the other hand....

[XX] You don't mind, but you would like to tease Yzia a bit more yourself.
[X] There is no head of table tradition, but it would put you in a place to distract Tzanzi while not excluding Kteine.
[X] Write in? Energy will be required for a number of reasons – you may not need sleep as much if you chose to expend power, but food is another matter.

You smile and caress the naked aasimar-dragon \'s soft, warm derrière, leaning over for a kiss on the cheek. You're fairly well sated, but that has never stopped you from indulging in teasing – or more pleasure.

You settle on the cushions at the head of the table after setting yours and Yashi's clothing and armor aside; you left her the brass case, which contains a sheath designed specifically for her new friend to rest in. Which you suspect might sound more obscene coming from a male than from you, in spite of your best efforts.

Siobhan agrees, which is disheartening.

Yzia walks around the table, her fingers brushing Tzanzi's shoulder – she too has discarded armor in favor of simple linens, as has Kteine – before she sits between Tzanzi and the psychic gish. Her lack of clothing seems to discomfit Auena; that props Kteine to give you an odd look.

“It has nothing to do with Yzia's nudity, Lovely,” you comment as you fill a plate with some of Tzanzi's delectable cooking and a surprisingly fresh variety of fruits and leafy things. “It has everything to do with why Yzia is remaining nude.”

Tzanzi grins and adds a few more choice morsels to her own plate, while Auena blushes faintly, glancing at Yzia, who is shaking her head at you with a smile. “Unfair, Akko; I was planning on enticing one of them to ask.” Kteine's eyes widen a little, and she looks at Yzia speculatively.
>>
“One did,” you claim as you bite into meat glazed with a sweet sauce. “She just didn't happen to do so with anything more than a glance.” You hum in delight; Tzanzi smiles, pleased by your unspoken compliment. It's tragic that she won't be cooking often. Perhaps you could ask her to teach one or two of the slaves.

Auena glances at Yzia, and murmurs softly. “You find me that attractive? I was under the impression that youth and beauty was far more alluring than not....”

Tzanzi chuckles softly. “You do yourself a disservice; it is Akko who would have less interest in you than Yzia. Yzia enjoys loveliness of all kinds, and new experiences more than anything else.” Auena looks shocked and then glances at you.

“I did not tell her. I do not have to – Tzanzi can differentiate between two related githyanki by scent alone. Besides, she is misinforming you.” You pour a cup of clear, very cold water from a pitcher and drain it quickly. “I prefer to take experienced lovers; their age is not particularly of great import.” You pretend to close you eyes, but Kteine's moue of surprise is amusing as all the Astral's joys, while Auena's cheeks turn a lovely blue color. “Yzia, of course, being one of the most highly regarded at the table, naturally.”

Yzia takes the compliment as it was meant, and preens slightly. “Ever the consummate flatterer, Akko,” she accuses mildly, as she runs a hand up and down Auena's crystalline chain-mailed back.

[XX] Ask Kteine what she thinks of Yashi privately.
[XX] Ask Tzanzi if she's taught her slaves how to cook.
[X] Relax and let them ease into conversation once more, see how they mesh.

You incline your head, acknowledging that you do flatter Yzia a great deal, but it is all deserved, and therefore not particularly unusual. “I heard that you will be bringing some of your own chattel to the Lair, Tzanzi; I hope you have been teaching them how to cook as well as you do.” Punctuating the comment with a bite of the delicious glazed meats and a bite of fruit, you run your bare toes along her linen-clad thigh under the table. Of course, you are careful to make noise in doing so, even if it is only a little.

It would not do to startled the murderer.

“Two of them have taken to it, though they are confused as to why I will only allow them to cook in a very specific place within the Stronghold.” The timeless nature of the Astral has some very serious drawbacks where preparing food is concerned. Your own forges are designed and enchanted to be able to heat materials within them as well, so you understand the issue.

“Why would you learn how to cook?” asks Kteine curiously. “I didn't think it would be something one of us would take to, to be honest.”

Tzanzi smiles, relaxing a bit more as she feels your caresses. “Much the same reason Akko makes her pretty baubles such as my mask or her own jewelry, or Yzia plays with other forms,” she replies.

“You should have seen her during her tiefling preferences. She was often quite the sight to behold.” Wrapping some of the sweeter fruit and more spicy meat in a leaf, you take a bite, avoiding explanation expertly.

Yzia rolls her eyes with a smile and leans against Auena, taking a slice of fruit from her and gently offering it to her with her own fingers, as she whispers something to the soft-figured gish that makes her blush that much stronger. “So....you prepared all this before we arrived here?” Auena asks, trying to dismiss her blush unsuccessfully.

With a nod to the psychic warrior, Tzanzi glances at you sidelong, smiling mildly. “In addition to needing to eat while raiding, it serves as a pleasant pass-time. While Akko has her spells, her research, and her glass to occupy, I am not the scholar she is. So I work to make my stays here in the material more pleasant.” You work your way up her thigh and shift your position slightly, rubbing her hip with your foot gently.
>>
You note that Schechei and Falna has retreated to their cell somewhat, the soft noises they are making indicate that they will be making much louder ones shortly. You distract Kteine with a private conversation. What do you think of Yashi, Lovely, now that you have seen her around other githyanki?

Her relief at the question is clear, and she considers your question carefully as Auena and Tzanzi discuss the making of glazes and sauces that makes Tzanzi's food so wonderful. Yzia continues to feed Auena as the twain talk, now cuddled close to the gish, and watching you eat as well, clearly amused by some of the very erotic images Siobhan is imagining.

She is incredibly deceptive; her voice is a very interesting and powerful glamer that paves the way for her to influence and deceive. I thought it was natural, but it isn't, is it? you attest that it is indeed a powerful gift she has cultivated over the centuries, one you suspect if only partly magical. Does she truly like me, Akko? It is impossible to discern her feelings and mind, to be honest.

[] Yes, I think she enjoys your company for itself.
[] More than a little; she really does see you as a friend.
[] While it isn't necessarily safe, she does like you.

I think that's pretty much
>[X] I spoke with her at length; she does, but I also warned her to treat you well.
But with a dash of
>[X] While it isn't necessarily safe, she does like you.
Because there are many ways of "liking" someone, and "treating someone well" could have a surprising amount of leeway, if it's by Githyanki standards.
>>
[XX] You want the truth, or a half truth? Lies are unbecoming of me.
[X] While it isn't necessarily safe, she does like you.
[X] I spoke with her at length; she does, but I also warned her to treat you well.

Sipping some water you continue to eat slowly, relaxing as the soothing sounds of conversation and light pleasure combine with the soft crackling fire. You can hear, faintly, the sounds of the Lair through the open 'windows' of the tent – the wards prevent no noise from outside. Yashi and her sword are still in communion, the song a soft thing at the back of your mind, neither distracting nor unpleasant.

Would you prefer half-truths, or the entirety of what is true? you ask mildly, your thought inquisitive, rather than challenging, and you are gratified that Kteine takes it as such. I am not much of a liar per se. Never had the talent for it.

That is an odd way to put that. Why would I want to hear half truths? The offer of it makes it sound like you have things you would not wish to tell me about how she thinks of me, or feels. Her tone isn't particularly accusing, or annoyed, more warily curious. Just the way you like them.

The answer tells me more about you than it does about the answers I give you, Lovely. You are young and you have not had as much training as you should in close combat. It is important for me to understand you, not just how you fight, but you in general. you smile faintly as you 'overhear' Tzanzi joking with an increasingly relaxes Auena and Yzia, wile you work the side of Tzanzi's linen pants down, so you can rub her soft skin with your toes.

Kteine doesn't hesitate once you've explained your reasoning. The truth, all of it. But I do not believe a word of the fact that you are a bad liar. I want to know, but I have my own opinions too. Again, she doesn't challenge you in tone; not exactly unexpected of her nowadays.

I would be disappointed if you did it any other way, you reply, and her gratified reaction is not well hidden. She does like you. She considers you young and ignorant, but by her standards, most githyanki are. Kteine can see how that would be so in the case of a centuries old githyanki. I suspect she is halfway into her first millennium, Kteine. Old does not quite cover it. Her momentary startlement elicits a concerned glance from Auena, and an interested look from Yzia, but she waves them off politely.
>>
She agrees with me wholeheartedly – you are a gem waiting to be polished. I have shaped you as best as can be done, but you will need to be taught, not just about what and who you are, but how to be what you are with others like you. She likes you; might even consider you worth perusing in a deeper than friendship manner, though she isn't all that experienced with females. Kteine expresses her confusion as raw emotion, rather than as a question. You give her an amused feeling and look at her with a grin. I said that I prefer experienced lovers. I did not say they had to be experienced with females, or even female themselves.

Your revelation earns you a nonplussed emotive sense from Kteine and it is a little harder to stifle the laughter her peculiar sending evokes. Siobhan generously provides you of an image of Joerno, naked, provided the silver sword his knight carries. Strictly as a courtesy.

Hey, I have enough to deal with,. you comment to Siobhan, allowing Kteine to share in your 'conversation', which earns you a smile from the young imago. That said, while it isn't entirely safe to be appreciated by Yashi, as a friend or anything else, I did explain to her that she is to try and restrain her desire to cause issues where you are concerned. She did agree, though how well that will hold up remains to be seen.

And Schechei? she inquires in a subdued thought. There isn't even the urge to bother asking about Falna, which is very interesting.

[] About your twin....there was some contention....
[] Yes, I think she will not bother Schechei either.
[] What do you think, Kteine, really?

I'm interesting in hearing what she thinks we think about Schechei, and gently correcting her if necessary.

I'm also up for some light teasing with this.

Also, I wonder (ignoring that using that wish on Schechei was one of the mythic feats) were Akko as she is now, with her greater, almost transcendent understanding of Githyanki, the one who made that wish to change Schechei's mind/personality/values to that of "Githyanki", how different would Schechei be?

What I'm wondering is how thinks would have been different if Kteine was the one who got the wish
>>
>>1704366
I had to look back, and Schechei was originally human and Kteine an Ifrit, of them, Akko had this to say
>“Only a human would look back at a mistake and not understand why it was a mistake in the first place. Only an ifrit would waver between self-destruction and attacking to survive.”
It's hard to tell how much of that still shapes them, but I think it is present to an extent.
>>
>>1704378
I would imagine it does not effect Schechei much anymore other than the traits she had that was not linked to being human. Kteine should still have a bit more of her race in her that we are trying to change.
>>
[X] What do you think, Kteine, really?
[X] Write in? Well, she did want honesty. It is mutual learning, and that is also the truth.

Kteine is actually quite intelligent on her own, more so than her older counterpart, who is being assisted out of her armor by Tzanzi and dragon alike. She still has a great deal of insight as well, but what she really lacks is merely experience as what she is now. With the advent of being granted her Silver Sword, she is githyanki to the core, but that doesn't mean her nature is inherently vicious, cruel, or subtle; those are often as much learned as natural, in your own experience.

And that you have in spades.

You refill your water cup, and lean back, while looking at the remnants of your meal. Tzanzi, standing next to you, leans over and bids you good night; you respond with a verbal good night, and wish her a good and silent first night's sleep, delivering a slow, deep kiss. She squeezes your arm tightly, almost painfully, and you shudder for her,but she slips away, undemanding. Smiling, though.

Yzia is speaking softly to Auena, and you turn your mind to the githyanki near them, who has been finishing her meal slowly. Patiently waiting on your response, which you are impressed by. Certainly emotions simmer below the surface, but she still evidences patience. She will go far, if she can retain that.

What do you think, Kteine? Your question confuses her for a brief moment, but she recovers quickly. You lightly play with Siobhan's hilt, the faint stains of Yashi's blood still present. Not for long; your Unseen Servant begins cleaning your blade, making her purr contentedly in your mind. I will still share, yes, but I want to know what you think anyways.

Would you bide a moment for that answer, Akko? You acquiesce, mostly because it allows you to finish your lovely meal. It is true, you are a terrible food preparer. Most likely because you tend to eat while studying or doing research. You look up as Kteine rises, and then walks around the table, the long way.

To your surprise she settles on some cushions next to you, and lays back, her head in your lap. You shift slightly, and provide her a better pillowing, and she looks up at you with those cool, calm eyes of marigold. You surprise her in turn by feeding her a richly favored date, not as sensually as you could, but with affection nonetheless.

To be honest, I think Yashi would use either myself or my 'sister' in her plots, especially if they culminate in violence around her. She is a selfish creature, but she also enjoys....I suppose you could call it affection, but more she enjoys attention. Her mind is a vast, deep pool that she tends to drown in, and our attentions help her keep her head above water. Schechei doesn't give her attention, so she's just not.... The emotion she conveys is not quite disinterest, but more unconcerned.
>>
Worthwhile, you supply, and Kteine agrees on that interpretation. You are very nearly on the mark. Despite her desires, her obsessional need for attention and displays of desire and violence, she is not entirely ignorant of the value of every githyanki. She views herself as providing a service by culling the week. And as Tzanzi pointed out, that is not an untoward or even a surprising thing to do. It is eugenics, and those who fall to Yashi's schemes are not very likely to survive any of the enemy's schemes. Kteine looks up at you, mildly surprised, but also gratifies that you agree with her assessment.

You slide your hand into her thick, soft hair, noting that it is lightening in color at the roots; she might be a silver haired one, rather than obsidian. That would actually look pretty on her, you think, as you brush her hair over to one side. She sees the potential in you, and that is something she wishes to cultivate, or help you cultivate. Your....hmn, inherently self destructive nature as an ifrit is part of what makes Yashi so attractive to you even as a mere friend. Kteine lowers her eyes and you run your fingers over the soft chamois covering her breasts, circling the center of her chest where her hearts beat. I did tell Yashi not to involve Schechei in her plots or plans. You and she are mostly safe in that respect.

She looks up at you and gently captures your hand in both of hers, and kisses your palm lightly, almost absently, making you shiver just a little. But not Falna.

No, not Falna, you agree calmly. I did warn her that Falna is less likely to fall for her webs of deceit and tricker than she might have thought. Falna is a force, and I respect her capabilities even if I do not respect her.

Kteine smiles and kisses your palm again before releasing your hand, the soft noises from the mated pair's section of tent distracting her. She said the same, unsurprisingly. You sigh, while Yashi slips into the tent. She glances at Auena and Yzia, who are busily kissing nearby, and you look up and over your shoulder at her before returning your attention to the pretty youth in your lap. Kteine looks up at you, her eyes wide and her expression blank.
>>
Without speaking or telepathy, you reach an agreement and she rises, Yashi watching with that wide eyed intensity of hers. Kteine takes her by the hand and divests her of the brass case she was carrying, setting it aside, before she leads the youthful looking illusionist to a different section of the tent, far away from Falna and Schechei's. She notices the new sword Yashi is carrying, while you note the distinct absence of her staff – the auras of which are merged with her sword.

Interesting.

Siobhan's response that is effectively adoration at the cuteness of Kteine and Yashi holding hands is almost saccharine enough to turn your stomach.

[XX] Watch your dragon and Auena for a while; looks like Yzia is doing well.
[X] Have Siobhan arrange the Sword Ceremonies for your acolytes, see how Dunzamn reacts.
[X] There's plenty of space; time to rest, even if it is by yourself.

You finish your meal and rest your elbows on the table, your head on your hands as you watch Yzia and Auena. Yzia, darling that she is, is teaching Auena how to kiss, using practical experience. It is actually a very beautiful sight, Auena blushing and taking instruction wile the would-be-aasimar makes loving noises as she teaches and kisses the soft looking githyanki. Yzia takes tiny advantages here and there: hand covering one soft, full breast; gentle movement of stray locks of obsidian hair; and of course, soft, firm caresses of that lovely derrière.

The sight is certainly worth watching, while the pair making love keep their noise level low and intense. Polite of them really, though not particularly necessary. The twins and the illusionist would be the only ones who would pay it any mind, and that would be merely inexperience at tuning the noise out, really. All Lairs are close quarters, usually, and githyanki are all hot-blooded creatures, especially before and after a fight.

Interrupting your True Silver Sword's voyeurism, you tell her that you would like her to arrange Schechei's and Kteine ceremonies for early tomorrow. She responds that Dunzamn has already made the arrangements, along with three others. Which is kind of surprising; five Sword Ceremonies on one raid is an astounding number, even with as many githyanki as are on this raid.

Siobhan gives you mental impressions of the twins' blades. Tiagothe, Schechei's weapon, is a darkly humorous weapon, given to cool, clear thoughts and intense battle-desire. Achris, Kteine's weapon, is a sleek and vibrant thing, all light and bloodthirsty desires. Weapons that will help them mitigate their emotions and assist them in control or lack thereof. Complimentary weapons, in other words. Siobhan approves of the choices, and is willing to commune with them to see how close they can be knit into the Cadre itself if you like.

[] Have her do so – it can't hurt to have the weapons on your side.
[] Politely suggest she keep her mental hands to herself.
[] Warn her that it is not a good idea, but you're willing to let her try.
[] As long as it doesn't bring her into conflict with any of them – including Malnae – you're fine with it.
[] Tell her that you would rather do so after the twins receive the blades, not before.
[] Write in?
Siobhan really wants more friends like Fehr Vaed....and would adore it if you could suborn the weapons! She has naughty pictures of Yashi and Kteine to trade....!

Can't imagine Malnae would take it well so not sure how that option is plausible!

But be willing to listen if she has a compelling reason for why it would need to be done now and not later, and is certain that neither Voorsi nor anyone else would detect it, in which case

Wonder if there are any blades that don't revel in general murder

Have to listen to our sword. Swords are super clever. I heard this for a sword.

Anon makes a compelling point. Akko seeing these images is integral for the good of the cadre.

To elaborate on the listening
>I'd like you to have more friends as well, but did I not promise Tzanzi I would try to be less reckless mere hours ago? If you think it's worth making a liar of me in record time, or it's much safter than I'm currently thinking, please elaborate.

>Ask her why she dislike Falna this much

>Cover her in kisses and affection for a while.

Also in case it wasn't clear, this isn't meant to be a scolding since I don't really understand the levels that Siobhan operates on anymore.
For all I know, we're overreacting.

>>1704645
Because Falna hurt Akko very badly, and being a creature of emotion, and Akko's best friend (an understatement but still true), Siobhan is able to induldge in such things, even if Akko is at least willing to act like she's moved on
>>
>>1704668
Paranoia doesn't apply because we know others are out to get us. Thus being careful is simple due diligence.

all kidding and perversion aside, it IS important to keep tabs on kteine's integration into the cadre. especially since it concerns yashi.

missed a few threads, but its interesting to see Yashi's direction. its clear that this budding relationship serves manifold purposes for the perverse illusionist.

but how much is friendship? respect? a desire to entrap/punish/test falna? is this loyalty to Akko meant to divert Falna's ire from the cadre leader, contrary minded desire to cause trouble, or some other scheme?

[XX] Tell her that you would rather do so after the twins receive the blades, not before.
[x] As long as it doesn't bring her into conflict with them – including Malnae – you're fine with it.
[X] Write in? Maybe after you have practiced some with Yashi's lovely sword...

I am not yet familiar with how the other swords are networked. I do not know if the Master Smiths can hear them as I hear Fehr Vaed, so doing so would be an extraordinary risk I would rather not take. Her disappointment is strong but she does understand. that said, it would be good to have our swords bound tightly to us, especially given how fragile some of the bonds between us are. So, after the twins have received and communed with their blades for a while, you can try and focus the weapons in like with our Cadre's nature.

Would you be able to reforge them or alter their nature if you could access a forge and the materials to do so? Siobhan's voice in your mind is startling; she prefers the emotive and image based telepathy she grew into, so her speaking so directly is a bit of a shock despite knowing she can.

Most likely not without making them True Silver Swords, which I am loathe to do. I have not had the time or materials to experiment with. A Wish would allow me to do so, I suppose, but those are not easily come by. You soothe your blade, urging patience and calm, excitable and excited as she is. Besides, Malnae would not take kindly to messing about with Schechei's new friend. On the other hand, if they and she do not protest or resist, I am amenable to your doing so.

You cut short her joyous exultation gently but firmly. After they have the blades and are united with them, you greedy slut! She 'grins' wickedly in your mind, showing you an image of a deliciously bejeweled – and otherwise naked – Yashi curled up with a next to entirely naked Kteine, sleeping peacefully together amid cushions and silken sheets, their fingers lightly laced together. ....well, yes, they are lovely together, so I take it back. You may be as greedy a slut as you desire. She sings lovingly in your mind, counterpointing the lullaby that Yashi's sword croons to Yashi and Kteine.

You rise, and direct your Unseen Servant to store the food, and to take a pitcher of water to your cell. Walking over to Auena and Yzia, the former of whom is breathless and looking a little shocked, you lean down and kiss Yzia deeply and slowly, reveling in her taste and love. You then move slightly, and smile at Auena, who looks up at you uncertainly, then realizes what you are smiling about.

“Oh,” she murmurs softly. She tilts her head up and you kiss her, slowly, deeply, eagerly, and she responds with only a touch of hesitance and a small portion of uncertainty. You hum softly into her mouth and she relaxes, making the kiss much better.

Breaking the kiss you stand tall. “Much better....I look forward to having you in our bed later, when Yzia is finished teaching you a few other things.” She blushes but looks pleased with the compliment, even if she isn't quite ready to cope with the context. “Enjoy yourself, Auena. There will be blood and death tomorrow.”

She looks up at you and you are gratified to see the fierceness back in her expression, the hot, hard desire for combat in her eyes. Much like she was before your duel. “Yes, my Leader.” Lovely.

You kiss Yzia again, and run your fingers along her bare breast, feeling her heart pound. She shivers and shifts in place as you release her. Her eyes are sparkling, the cross-shaped pupils alight with desire and pleasure, and she takes Auena's hand, rising with her to take a place in one of the other cells.

You look in on Tzanzi, who is wrapped in silken sheets and sleeps peacefully for the moment. You even look in on Falna and Schechei; the youthful githyanki is sprawled over her lover, who has her arms wrapped about the youthful creature. You smile, their sleep peaceful and undisturbed, though Malnae watches you warily. You ignore the blade, which Siobhan admonishes firmly, and then slip into the last cell, letting the clothing Siobhan made dissolve and making a soft, warm nest for yourself.

It takes you a short while, but you start to slip into the first real sleep you have had in some time, the soft sounds of the Lair at peace lightly echoing in your ears. You unsheathe Siobhan and lay her in the bed next to you, your hand lightly cupping her hilt, your other hand stroking her blade softly. Warm and suggestive thoughts are shared between you, memories and fantasies alike. It makes for pleasant dreaming, usually, this shared meditative effort. Siobhan adores it, of course.

As you told Auena....tomorrow there will be blood.

>To Be Continued....

Thank you for reading and playing. I am afraid i must sleep, as I have a long day ahead, but i trust you have enjoyed and are lookign forward to some blood and death tomorrow.

Rolls will be handled by taking a number of rolls from the players, and applying them as needed. Extra rolls will be made as needed by the QM, and thinks should flow relatively smoothly, as we have had some practice.

I hope that everyone is so far enjoying the roads we have taken with the varied relationships, and have enjoyed learning about Akko's darlings and playmates.

Akko, Tzanzi and Falna will all be calling in some favors to have their slaves and properties brought in, so they can concentrate on the battles that await.

Thanks for running. I've very much enjoyed the developing relationships and I'm looking forward to starting to do some raiding.
Also wait, do you mean in-quest-tomorrow or are you increasing the frequency of this quest even more?
>>
Thanks for running!

Everything was pretty great
>>
>>1704731
Thanks for running XS!
>>
>>1704736
No, in quest tomorrow. You'll have to wait a bit, sorry.
>>
>>1704749
No that's fine, I need to a bit less nocturnal this week so I was actually concerned I might start to miss some of the quest if you did a marathon run.

That being said, I did enjoy this week's double feature so thanks for doing that!
>>
Thanks for writing
>>
>>1704731
Thanks, XS! Can't wait to go kidnapping cute elf kids to sell on the slave market.
>>
>>1704731
Thanks for running, XS. Did Akko allow Siobahan to do whatever she wanted with the other swords? Were the write-ins her initial stance that she dropped? Or will Siobahan act with a bit of restraint and only go after the swords one their owners have them?
>>
>>1711622
It depends on the blades and their owners really. Despite Siobhan's desires and insistence, what she wants and what she is capable of are two different things.

Akko wants her to wait, but Siobhan can try and resist - her ego is astronmically large. Then again, Akko has an entirely different sort of relationship with Siobhan than most people would have with an artifact level weapon........given that most people don't literally make love to their swords the way Akko has.
