>>1749528Base form is said to be around 3rd form frieza level, which is around 1.5 to 2 million depending on how GD interprets it, Karn as a super saiyan, assuming he's still at the original x50 multiplier that all saiyans go through the very first time they transform, is at at 1,373,550, though you can assume it's more due to repeated use and learning to use it (unless GD says otherwise of course) meaning not only were we fairly close to his suppressed strength, but you should also remember that he was just testing us and was probably holding back the entire fight. It was a sparring session, not a death match.

Whether the SS stays at a static x50 power boost no matter what, or if it can be improved in terms of its multiplier, is completely up to GD, not established canon.
