With great force, you slam the body of Cleric B into cleric A like a living flail, sending them both to the ground.

[Dealt twenty damage to both. Cleric A is looking near dead. Cleric B however stands and slams a vial down with a defiant look in their eyes. With a flash of light, golden energy begins to seep into both Clerics forms, healing their wounds.

"You will fall demon. This city will not be subject to your ruinous plan!" Cleric B cried, moving their hands ritualistically as they began to chant a hymn. Cleric A stood, their broken and battered and burned body beginning to heal, and stood in the way of your path to Cleric B.

You fly up into the air, only half as fast as you normally could, and then begin to rain fiery death down onto the Clerics.

Your fire balls weren't large, but they were still explosive and able to deal notable damage. However, due to your ascension into the air, you could only see and attack the guarding Cleric.

[with three fire balls, you kill the Cleric.]

Cleric A falls dead, their body to damaged for whatever healing elixir the other cleric had tried to use.

However,?The other cleric finished their hymn. With the smell of air burning, a massive streak of lightning shot from the sky and blasted into you, the storm god's wrath clear as thunder roared in the sky.

[Leveled up twice, once from me forgetting to do it before, and once from the cleric. Received 30 divine damage, cannot regenerate it. Total of 45 damage taken]

The cleric is preparing another Hymm

Shouts can be heard approaching from the city, angry and excited ones.

You have to keep your promise.

Flesh warp the cleric´s mouth, he cannot be allowed to chat more hymns.

Then get out by escaping into one of the burning houses, if the rain hasn´t completely extinguished the fires. An angry mob lead by a cleric will probably kill us outright.

With no concern for the screams of your victim, you gather the flames in the bit of your stomach, before bringing the cleric close and unleashing hell onto their.

Water evaborated around you, and the heat reminded you of home. The cleric's screams helped you feel nostalgic a bit. When you finished, taking a breath, the skin of the cleric was charred and their clothing in burnt tatters. They were letting out pitiful whimpers of pain, but over all we're still alive.

[Dealt 30 damage to Cleric]

The mobs shouts were growing closer, they would be here soon. The cleric was still alive, and with magic, might possibly come back from this brutality.

Gold begins to spread across the burnt and battered cleric, the man's weakened will making the process easier then it could have been. However, he still put up a valiant fight. You could hear him screaming for his god in his mind.

You must keep your promise

The voice was back, you heard it clearly this time. It was familiar, annoyingly so. It was as like a name you remembered knowing, but couldn't remember what it was. The idea angered you more.

They're waiting for you

The cleric was half way turned to gold, another surge no matter what would finish him off. however the mob was close, chanting and the beating of weapons against surfaces rang throughout the streets.

An arrow cuts across your skin, opening a gash and damaging your already sore body. However, you body quickly begins to heal as you gaze dow. The mob had seen you, and besides the numerous villagers and a couple of clerics, your eyes immediatly fell on thos eleading the mob.

They were oddly dressed, but that is what made their identity known. Bearing weapons and armor from across the lands, and holding the fire of thrill seeker sin their eyes, fice adventurers stared back up to you.

One of them, a mage from how they were dressed, began to charge a spell, but one of the companions stayed their hand, instead they all watched as you flew away, and the mob dispersed to try and put out the fires.

The leader, the one who stood infront of them all, lowered their bow and watched your escape, smiling a bit.

You are soon gone from their sight, and the night has come to hide you. The smoke that was still in sky kept your flight hidden, allowing you to return to the crypt undetected.

Slipping into, and then closing the door behind yourslef, you let out a sigh as you turn.

"You're back!" Yelled Salila's flying head, her head having wings attached to it and the beginning sof a torso below it. "How was you trip into town master?" Salila asked, parting away as you walk deeper into the crypt. You saw a couple more dolls had been made, one the size of a cat walking around and gathering materials for seemingly more dolls.

The fire gecko was sitting on a pile of ash, panting a bit as it stared at you.

"Oh, I made you a seat with some of the things i found lying around. My dolls were w big help." The feairy said, beaming as she gestured to her creation. It was a coffin broken and re-purposed to house a cushion filled with grass and mad eof old clothing. It was positioned close to the fire, likely for your comfort.

you venture once more into the abyss of your mind, exiting it into the void that was the deepest abyss. The almost comforting sound of cascading treasure greeted you.

Mammon sat, not counting his treasure this time, but seeming to stare down at a figure.

The feminine figure was dressed in white...It was the one who had gifted you the Outsider sphere. "I already told your ilk, I do not make gambles. If I am not sure I'll win, I will not risk what I have earned!"

Faint whispers came from the figure, who didn't move even as Mammon leaned forward to loom over the creature.

"You nly won that time because I misjudged the intelligence of my sibling. I will not make that same mistake again!" He slams his fist onto the invisible ground, shaking the void but leaving the figure unaffected

Whispers came from the figure onc emore, Mammon leaning back and chuckling "So that's why you want him...I'd be willing to listen to the proposal I suppose, though I'll need more then just "He must fulfill his promise"

Before you can even try to remain unoticed, you pump into one of the pouches filled with coins that followed you, dumping a few coins out. As you pick them up and shove them back into the pouch, you turn to see the veiled and hooded figure staring at you alongside Mammon.

Whisper come from the figure, as well as what sounds like giggles is fifty different voices as its robed arm reach up and covers their mouth, their shoulder shaking from their laughter.

Mammon simply growled "Back already huh? I take it you're little fairy enjoys the make over you gave her?" Mammon said, leaning back and scooping up some coin angrily so he could begin counting.

The figure sat down near one of the piles, and reached a hand out to touch the shining silver, but a death stare from mammon stayed her hand. Instead, the figure sat silently and watched, as the options presented themselves.

"Inventories is a bit limited this time, on account of another lucky sibling of ours making it to the mortal plane. Seems they're doing pretty well."

Making your purchase, you feel the skin around you throat burn, as you gold markings took a darker form in a ritualistic looking tattoo along your throat.

Then, your brain is set aflame as rending the veil enters your mind. the spells could only open a small hole, and only for a short time, but there were enough Imps seeking release that it wouldn't matter.

The figure hovered over your shoulder, making n odd sound between interest and playfulness. Even this close, you couldn't see what it looked like beneath its coverings, it face was completly hidden by both veil and hood.

"Seems you're finally going to be able to start summoning more of our family into the mortal world. Hopefully you can cause some damage before the adventurers arrive." mammon said, chuckling a bit as he leaned forward. His expression turned grim "Try to last awhile, Ddon't make it a habit of disappointing me." he said, before leaning back to count his coin.

He and his coin slowly faded into the darkness, but the figure stayed, hovering behind you silently and staring at your back.

What are you after?

A thousand voices spoke in harmony within your mind, and for a brief moment, you felt an emptiness within your soul as the worlds entered you. You hardened yourself and chased the vacuum away.

Freedom and power...with all these voices, can you say you have anu real freedom?

Before you can fully think on her words, your eyes open and you sit in the tomb, Salila floating over a new doll as her recently reformed arms go to work.

From the portal, an Imp with glowing blue eyes fell to the ground. With a snap, the veil sealed itself and left the Imp in the mortal plane, at your feet.

You looked at the kneeling Imp before you, and couldn't help but smile. It wasn't that long ago that you had been in his place. Now though, you were the one who would be bowed to.

"Tell me, what sort of Imp are you? What powers do you bring?" You asked, the Imp looking up to you.

"I-i know some basic alchemy, a-and u can sense magic to." The Imp hurried said, obviously trying not to incite whatever wrath you may or may not hold.

You nod, then notice Salila hovering over the Imp. Only now do you realize, fairies and Imp are pretty similar in size. You had grown so soon after arriving you forgot how small you used to be.

"That is Salila, my oldest minion. She is your superior, so treat her with as much respect as you would myself."

The Imp looked to Salila, then sunk its head in defeat "Yes master..."

>What do you do now?

>The orb is still available, you have a new minion to work with, and Salila's dolls are growing in number and size.

Tell Salila to learn some other spells and order the imp to make some potions.

We should still make him take the vow.

>order Salila to assert her dominance by beating the shit out of him

This if he acts up

Otherwise make him vow, we rule through fear, and punish disloyalty

This. Also, is it possible to flesh warp it to make it stronger?

I support the fleshwarp. (And I already supported vow under different ID)

Never mind. It kept my ID.

Maybe give it golden appendages and then when it's awestruck bind it to us, afterwards enhance the fuck out of it.
