Nation Name:Radagars united
Race: Radagar
Color: Dark red
Fluff: The radagars are following the technological path less traveled. A quirk of their homeworld and species was that they had three genders. The male, the female and the ab-female gender which had the ability to directly affect the genetic composition of what they grew in their wombs. However what they grew was always sterile. This led to the development of biological technology as that was what they knew from the stoneage, fleshy tools which then with more understanding grew more and more complex until they had large artificial wombs where they created large vehicles and advanced technology to precise specification. Electronics and metal tools and such has been developed as well but the focus has always been on the biological side as they have a natural inborn affinity for it. Setting off to the moon in their photosynthetic living ships they have started the terraforming of their ecosystem caverns.

Fluff: The Gol'Gotai are a mammalian looking species of carnivorous bipeds. Evolving on the cold and mountainous planet of Gotai they were pack hunters that regularly hunted the megafauna of the planet before domesticating some. Even after civilization began their hunter instincts pushed them towards war, competition, and physical games. Cities of the same nations regularly had games of skill and might between them to ease tensions and great warriors continue to be honored even to this day. The Gol'Gotai was united by the king of a small country using clever tactics and some negotiation.

>Nation Name: Empire of Dhorlia
>Race: Cherrenai, a species of amphibian humanoid omnivores. Warm blooded, but still prefer warmer temperatures.
>Color: Purpley-Pink
>Fluff: Dhorlia was originally one kingdom among many on the world, but one that proved more successful and learned in the ways of war. The Kings of Dhorlia grew powerful and decadent as their Kingdom grew into the mightiest empire of their world, to who all did tribute and paid service. These days, however, the actual government of the world is an consular organisation descended directly from the old imperial harem, to which every land under Dhorlia's domain had been obligated to contribute. All representatives are symbolically presented as a gift to the last Emperor before they begin their term in office; the last Emperor himself has been near-death in cryogenic suspension for the past 200 years, and as succession was declared impossible whilst he still technically lives, and as all direct claimants to the Imperial throne are also now dead, this council has full real control over all matters of state and acts as a representative democracy in every way except officially.
>Galactic location: Mid-rim? Unless somewhere else fits it better.
>Homeworld/type of planet: Dhorlia is a warm, wet world slightly smaller then earth but with nearly five times the number of continental plates due to a hyper abundance of geoactivity. The land area is roughly similar, but far more spread out into a large number of small continental islands.

With one bold step we as a species were able to escape the perils of stagnation and decline, and with some more steps we will be able to transcend what we thought was possible for our species and ascend into true greatness. First, we will work to colonize Mars, a dream long held by humanity. However, we will need to do a few things first.
1-2. First, we should work to improve the capabilities of our ships, so that they may travel farther and faster. Quicker transportation will not only help in the efforts to colonize Mars but will also improve the logistical situation between the Earth and the Moon. To that end we'll research ways to improve our spaceships' propulsion systems.
3. Communication will also be important, but it can sometimes take quite a while to transmit information just from Earth to the Moon. If we want to thrive on Mars, which is much farther away, we'll need to come up with faster communications links so we can ensure that we can maintain reliable contact between Elysium and the new Martian colony. The improved communications links will undoubtedly help improve the stability of our great nation.
4. We should also begin efforts to improve terraforming of the Moon, using environmental domes to block radiation and such. We can use the research gained here to further our expansion onto Mars as well, when the time comes for that.

Nation Name: Confederate Flocks of Pondalor
Race: Anthromorphic ducks
Color: Yellow
Fluff:

As with other Class A planets in the galaxy, Pondalor had the correct resources and environment to foster its trademark intelligent species, the Duck. And why not? The skies were clear, the waters temperate, oceans not too deep or torrential, and the fish were plenty.

The centuries of Duck existence had been plagued with countless wars between rival clans -- the Green Headed Ducks of the largest nation of Mallardistan, the White Feathered Ducks of the great naval power Pekin, the Black Feathered warriors of the harsh swamps of Antidia. However technology and society has ultimately made the leaders of the governments of Pondalor to join together, into a Global Confederacy where their Flock origins and culture were preserved, but they could expand out in the name of Duckmanity.

Having mastered sea and air travel, they are eager to learn more about the universe in their ships and expand their flocks to all the galaxy's clusters!

Galactic location: Don't care
Homeworld/type of planet: Like Earth, but the oceans are much shallower and there are many more swamps inland, where the Great Flocks of the Confederacy gather.

2) Now that we know these extra-dhorlian bases can last, we turn our attention to our knowledge of the other planetary bodies in the solar system - reviewing what we know of them from our historical records and any pre-moonbase satellites or probes we might have launched in the earliest days at the edge of space. Begin working on evidence-based hypothesis of what might be out there.

3) Invest in a new university designed to train and funnel Cherrenai students into our space program.

Nation Name: The Homogenized Directive
Race: Chitos
Color: Bright Red
Fluff: The chitos are a asexual insectile race. They live on the planet Entmos which due to its erratic revolution around its sun has ensured the planet goes through various stages of hot/cold and wet/dry due to its varying distance towards its sun. Life on its surface has therefore developed to be able to handle the variety of environmental conditions that is present on Entmos. The chitos in particular have mastered the art of using the life on the planet especially their own. The chitos sovereign is the only one capable of producing more chitos larva and they retain all their free will. These larva can be shaped into anything and any role ensuring that the "house" will be able to handle any situation. The competition between different chitos houses are very severe and throughout history all of the weaker sovereigns were crushed by their superiors. Now however the concord has been struck, the various sovereigns after hundreds of years of stagnation have agreed to homogenize themselves into one purpose, one directive so that they may break free from this stagnation and so the great game can continue.

[NEW NATION]
Nation Name: Sithrandir Confederation
Race: Elves (Sithrandir)
Color: Whatevers left
Fluff: Similar to humans, slightly taller, longer lifespan and you know, elvish.
The cofederation was established by 15 noble houses from different nations after a century of basically nonstop war. Intended to end the ravaging of their planet the Confederation quickly conquered the remaining planet and established the first planetwide rule of Inwen Aloria. With the planets surface damaged and the resources depleted the confedartion recently colonized the moon and took first steps to deep space mining.
A long history of war has created sophisticated ground weaponry, focusing on manipulation of kinetic forces. Anti grav tanks, teleforce rifles, force cannon artillery, gravitional force shields and mechs dominated and ravaged the battlefields of Inwen Alora for decades.
The 15 high houses (Hallytyr) still rule the confederation to this day.
Every house nominates one individual to join the consulate court as consul, the highest position in Sithrandir government, managing a huge bureaucracy. Corruption and intrigue is an open secret. Power struggles, shady backroom deals and cloak and dagger scheming are par for the course. Those who survive the game however, tend to learn it well.
The general population of Inwen Aloria enjoys a relatively free life with adequate social, educational and economic opportunity, but it does not compare to the life of the noble caste.
Galactic location: Mid Rim
Homeworld/type of planet: Inwen Aloria (System name Inwen) Earthlike.

Nation Name: Kur Dominion
Race: Kur
Color: Orange
Fluff: The Kur are a warrior species who come from a world that had been devastated by thermo-nuclear war instigated by terrestrial politics and an extra-terrestrial visitor looking for mercenaries. Their original species expired in the conflict. What remained was a genetically engineered race that had been created as the next evolutionary step. Physically imposing, they are large, swift, and intelligent. They had been carted off to a new world to serve as elite warriors for the aliens who called themselves the Servants. They departed soon after, never calling upon their warriors.

The Kur do not, and cannot, reproduce. Kur are grown from perfected, random, genetic stock made during the war in tanks. They are made in batches and those batches become a family unit for the newly made Kur. Their militant society trains them first to be warriors then filters them into other skills as the random genetic code shows aptitude for additional tasks as they develop.

Nation Name: The Confederation of Bari
Race: Lutri
Color: [Any available distinguishable color)
Fluff:

The Lutri are bipedal furred aliens of semi-aquatic origins that resemble Terran River Otters, native to the planet Hemflod. They are relatively slight of build, with a "tall" Lutri being around five and a half feet tall, and still generally streamlined for swimming.

The Lutri are generally a curious people, and are often affected by wanderlust. While there are many faiths and cultures, they have a common theme of exploration and discovery. While not wholly nomadic, it was only until late in the industrial age that two generations of Lutri stayed in same city, but the modern era shows signs of a resumption of these traits.

The central part of the Lutri family is the Holt, an extended family living together. A clan is an association of Holts, and an association of clans forms the basis of modern Lutri nations.

The Confederation of Bari was established as an association of most Lutri nations (A few isolationist holdouts remain), centered on the city of Bari. Originally a meeting of the major nations to diplomatically solve differences in the early Industrial Age, the Confederation has evolved into a worldwide government, with internal autonomy within member states except where the Confederation is authorized to act.

Early Lutri tales speak of swimming in the stream of stars, and a generation ago saw the first Lutri 'swimming' in space. The event captured the public imagination, leading to the moment that the President of the Confederation officially opened the first lunar colony, "Luna Holt Prime", under the banner of the Confederation. Lutri all over Hemflod and Luna look outwards, wondering what strange sights they'll swim to next.

Well since you want fluff I guess I'll post info about the Lunar Council and all sorts of other shit

The Lunar Council is made up of 10 elected officials from each of the largest cities on the Moon - Elysium, Tycho City, Humboldt, Armstrong City, Paradiso, Gagarin, Imbrium, Industria, Kepler City, Mondheim and Yueliang. There is also a parliament of sorts, made up of MPs from both the Earth and the Moon, which help by making laws and give representation to the regions of Earth and the Moon (note: Traditional country lines no longer exist on earth, having been replaced with numbered districts, although many still refer to regions by their traditional names (i.e. America, China, Germany, etc.)). The Lunar Council can veto the Parliament, however, which the Parliament cannot overturn, and the Lunar Council can make laws of its own.

The United Earth Federation is a secular government, though it permits freedom of religion. Christianity (both Catholic and Protestant) are still prominent, and there's still a pope (Pope Vindictus I). Islam is mostly limited to Districts 15, 16 and 21 and makes up a much smaller percentage of Earth's population than before. A wave of right-wing politicians in Europe in the age before the Lunar Colonies banished refugees back to their homeland. Also of note Trump's wall still stands in America, blocking immigration from Sector 2 to Sector 1.

The official language on the Moon is English, which is also the universal language on Earth, taught from kindergarten in every country.

The current population of Earth is 9 billion, with growth having slowed after resources became scarce. The population of the Moon has swelled to around 100 million, with most of the population being clustered in the great dome cities of Elysium, Armstrong City and Tycho City, with Elysium reaching a population of 40 million. Massive skyscrapers are common in Elysium, with some reaching as high as the dome itself, just barely beneath it.

One upgrade to the domes is the addition of photoreceptors, which are set to a 24 hour cycle to mimic the natural Earth sky. The domes are temperature-controlled and have artificial gravity generators deep underneath the city so the citizens do not suffer from zero G atrophy. Weather such as rain and snow does not happen in the domes, which many people enjoy.

GM wanted more fluff so more fluff I will give.

Fight, compete, hunt, strive. For a Gol'Gotai a life without conflict and competition is no life at all. While some find this competition in the endeavors of the mind, treating new technology or mysteries as prey, most find their thrill in combat or in the games. This ever present hunter instinct, screaming to find prey to hunt and protect the pack, shaped the culture of Gol'Gotai civilization through the ages. Many leaders were cast aside if they were deemed unfit or cowardly for any pack lead by a coward can never be strong.

In recent history the Gol'Gotai were united under the Empire of Krak'Toki, renamed the Gotai Empire after it had succeeded in conquering the planet. Lead by the emperor Nitai'Go, who showed himself to be a military genius, the planet was conquered over a series of wars.

The Empire is lead by the Emperor as the head military and political figure. Under him/her are three branches: The Military, the Navy, and the Nobles. The military are lead by High Generals appointed from the pool of generals. The Navy is similar with High Admirals being appointed from the pool of admirals in the empire. The Nobles are the overseers of the land in charge of administrative duty, although they are usually retired military or naval heroes. While the position of a noble is hereditary a child who does not distinguish themself in some sort of pursuit will almost always be disregarded by the public as a good leader. The heirs of the nobles and the emperor are chosen by their predecessor from among their children, however if a noble has not chosen by the time that they pass away then the emperor will chose, and a council of nobles and the High Admiral and High General for the Emperor.

There are a variety of religions within the Empire. The most popular is the belief that all things are the body of a god that destroyed itself to create the universe. The second most popular is that there is a god that created the universe and put the Gol'Gotai on Gotai to make them strong for the war in the realm of gods against the beings of chaos that would unravel the universe back into pure chaos. Many other various religions spread through the world.

The Games is the common term for the variety of sports and competitions used to fulfill the hunter instincts of the Gol'Gotai. While blood sports were popular in the ancient past they have since been abolished and legally banned. The most popular is game is called Toku'toak where an uneven playing field with raised platforms are prepared for two teams of 5 and a packleader fight to capture the flags attached to the enemy combatants waist to remove them from the game and win by taking the enemy pack leader's flag with the winner of 3 of 5 rounds wins. The second most popular is basically football where the ball must be carried in the mouth. Paintball is also quite popular, along with martial arts. A new sport with rising popularity is one based off of training for 0g combat where a mock ship interior is set up with cameras and each team is given paintball guns and paint soaked knives, with the goal to eliminate the enemy team or capture the defender's flag, with the defending team getting 5 minutes to set up.

The Chitos are determined entirely by their houses. The head of the house is called the sovereign and this is the being from which all members descend from. these descendants start off as identical genetic copies of the original, however as they mature their biology is incredibly unstable and will quickly deviate from its parent. The larva can only be considered a sack of writhing flesh that does not even have a mouth for which it can eat. These larva on their own will mutate wildly and in the rare case that they find some way to sustain themselves they begin the process into maturing into a sovereign. The original Hive Sovereign in almost all cases does not want this to happen as the new sovereign feels no familial bond with its parent and will seek to overthrow and destroy him just the same. In order to prevent this the Sovereign will guide the mutation process that the larva goes through so as to ensure loyalty and to fulfill whatever role that the house needs filled. One of the first roles created is that of the Shapers. The Shapers are the ones given the ability to guide the mutation process the same way that the sovereign does it. Any established house will have a plethora of Shapers that work to shape the unending mass of flesh spewing from the sovereign. Theoretically there is nothing that a larva cannot become provided the right stimulus and resources are provided.
>>
>>2237081
The history of the Chitos race has been one of increasing political intrigue, their willingness for total war, and later their intricate system of trade. There are no morals for these Machiavellian insects, only the concept of power is to be held as the universal standard between them. Even treachery while nearly impossible due to the Shapers guidance and will certainly be punished with death is not considered "bad", rather it is considered "defective" from which other houses will gladly exploit for all its worth. Because Sovereigns do not grow weak from old age and there is little that can kill them aside from a violent death, the best of them have been living for millennia always managing to avoid the final blow or have cemented themselves so thoroughly that they could never hoped to be moved. The later has continued to grow in occurrence until only recently where The Concord had been struck and all the Sovereigns Prime Directive has been homogenized into one goal. The reason for this was simple, The Chitos had discovered that trade was by far the most efficient means of getting their resources and had granted a more subtle way of establishing dominance. With The Concord this world trade could continue and allow breathing room needed for actual development rather than having to be mobilized at all times ready for an unexpected strike from a rival house, which could destroy whatever precious resource or little development they had. Despite the Chitos being unused to such an agreement especially one that seeked to unify all houses, they are rather unsentimental creatures and were perfectly aware of the direction things were heading anyways. and while there was significant opposition from about 30% of the houses they were quickly crushed and their lines extinguished. Soon after a golden age had appeared for The Homogenized Directive and they were then able to achieve space flight and established their first ever colony.

Year 124 after the unification:
The world of Radag is finally united . The last holdouts of resistance have finally crumbled. But not thought military might as many had feared. No it was through a mixture of embargoes, drones sent in with news from the outside world and the knowledge that they would never get to be part of the great plan once it began and instead would be stuck out in the cold to lament. The integration process has begun and many are optimistic. This has been R.U,G News.

Year 131 after unification:
Seven years have gone since the last provinces joined us and martial law has finally been lifted in the last of them. The brainwashing of the cults of personality that had held them was deeply ingrained and caused them to be unpredictable and often violent. Remember the massacrle of Mi'loga where many high pressure plasma sacks were detonated, killing over three thousand Radagars along with the perpatrators. This was what many consider the start of the martial law but also something people hope is now behind us.

This has been R.U,G News.

year 150 after unification:

Today great Radagars something amazing has happened! On the 150th anniversary of the unification it has finally happened, The first seeds of our lunar colony have finally sprouted. This is truly a grand first step in the path of the plan. Some question the plan but the vast majority of Radagars know it's the way. We feel it inside us every time we feel the nourishing light from the sun and look out among the stars. We know that the plan is the right way to go. Discarding the old and seizing our bright new future. This has been R.U,G News.

Year 175 after unification.
The Tillerships have finally officially begun the great plan. Inside us all we feel excitement. Within our lives we can expect to see the plant reach phase three. or even completion! A truly magnificent day for all of radagar. This has been R.U,G News.

If it's fluff they want then its fluff they shall get.

The Athgar were once many fractured, tiny kingdoms constantly and perpetually at war with one another. This remained the case for over three thousand years, a time period known as the Breaking. This war stymied most technological progress for a time.
The first Athgar Ascendant, Aryus Gharrethar, united these many disparate tribes with the promise of new strength, peace, and an ascendance into the literal heavens. This all took place around a thousand years ago, known among Athgar scholars as the Dawn.
The current Ascendant, Allatius Gharrethar, is regarded as the best one since Aryus himself. Allatius has vowed to lead the Athgar at last into the stars, and with his capable leadership, it appears as though he shall do just that.

Posting quick fluff while I have a minute.
Buddieans are well suited for functioning as just one part of a whole. One mushroom man as a crew member on a ship in a tribe is like a finger on a hand of a person. Though no absolute hive mind exists, their loyalties are directed in this way.

Tribes originally numbered in the thousands across the home planet. In colonizing the second planet, a conflict arose. Though an ordinary conflict to begin with, several incidents lead to it spiraling out of control. The winner was eventually The Copprenes Coalition. The temporary bonds between the tribes in this group only strengthened as colonization of the second planet finished, and loyalties shifted to the most expansionist tribe and the founder of the Coalition, the Copprenes

The life of an Athgar who lives on Athgara is peaceful and quiet now that the wars have long since ended. The majority of the population lives in the valleys between the great peaks, where all the industry and such is located. However, the aristocracy of the Athgar, who command armies and warfleets, the privileged class, live in lonely temples and castles high atop the peaks, and it is here that they meditate, rest, and live while not in active service. They spend their time in meditation, praying to the Ascendant, and sparring with the Yu'dal, a sort pf longsword about 1.5 meters in length, and sharp enough to slice through metal armor. It is the weapon of nobility, and commoners are not permitted even to touch one. Judicial disputes are still solved rather often through duels to the death, and any self-respecting noble is highly skilled in the use of a
Yu'dal. In particular, the heir to the Ascendant, Highprince Lucius Gharrethar, is known as the deadliest swordsman in all of Athgara.
Athgarans abide by a strict code of honor, making them quick to anger when insulted but otherwise outwardly kind (usually). This applies
especially to the higher castes of society. Warriors, scholars, healers and craftsmen, are venerated above all others, for it is they who have shaped Athgar society into its current state.

The Cherrenai species is thought to have originated on the continent of Cihath, one of the thirty-four continental masses of the world now known as Dhorlia. In their antiquity the species spread to another seven continents, and it was during this first migration that the Kingdom that became Dhorlia was founded in the fertile valleys of the Ikkrecon coast.

Dhorlia was founded on fertile valleys which Cherreni feet had not before trod, and they managed to convert this prosperous raw foundation into the greatest kingdom of their world. Other small colonies were incorporated until Dhorlia reigned on every shore, and then with the advent of true ocean-going vessels Dhorlia made colonies of her own on distant lands

The Kings of Dhorlia grew powerful and decadent as their Kingdom grew into the mightiest empire of their world, bringing the other nations to heel with both military force and the threat of military force backed by diplomatic overtures. Dhorlian rulers had often taken Concubines as tribute from subject rulers, but these grand conquests and colonization bought them a new triumphalism, and under Emperor Kriizit II a grand royal harem was established.

Under Kriizit himself the harem worked as he had intended, but as successive Emperors had less time for the battlefield and more for their own indulgences, the former-nations and cities now subject to Dhorlia began to play the game of influence through their harem 'contributions, beginning to favour the ability to alter or frame imperial policy in candidates over crude physical matters, and the harem members began to factionalise based upon the policies they preferred to direct the Emperor to implement. Under Emperor Khlovus I the harem first obtained the right to act as imperial proxy by the Emperor's decree; under Khanivus III this was expanded and they were gifted powers over matters of Imperial administration directly. This was used during the succession crisis three decades later to favour the third Emperor Khlovus over Churgharis, who had a technically stronger claim. And under Khlovus II, the harem took many more powers of state for their own use, becoming the council of the Imperial office.

Emperor Flugha ascended the throne as a boy of 12, and held his seat through the Surtian Mechanist uprising and the later threat of the nuclear-armed Flughan secessionist terrorists. However, by his ninety-fourth year he was old, frail and aging, but was convinced that he could not yet let himself rest easily. He discovered he was suffering from a debilative nervous condition, and decided to try Cryonic suspension in the hope a cure could be found. Flugha the Frozen is still officially Emperor of Dhorlia unto this day, over 200 years after this first use of experimental cryogenics, and it is the council who now holds the power.

In classroom:
"Okay students who can tell me about the times before the unification?" A child eagerly puts its hand up "Yes Garbor?" "The world was torn by wars between the various nations! Plasma bombs were dropped from fliers and leveled cities while Long range walkers shot at people and and..." "That's more than enough Garbor. As you can hear the world was not a peaceful place. But thankfully with the development of the orbitals the benevolent Fra'talak saw where the world was headed and used his orbitals to force the various nations of the world to come together. Any warring was punished by extensive strikes from space on the offending army and soon there were more and more talks. The union was formed and rapidly grew. The peace came from assured destruction of any agressors but it outlasted those threats and grew into the union we have today. A world working together in peace. Now any questions?"

The crowd remained respectfully silent as the challenger entered the arena. Gallian Heerfax he was called, a strapping young man with a mane of fiery red hair like many Athgar. Clad in matching red armor that denoted his status as an aspiring Highknight, the personal guard of the Highprince, he cut an imposing figure to the commoners and workers gathered to watch the
Ath Al'Reyn, or the Test of Steel and Blood. To those gathered, he must have seemed a figure out of myth, gripping his Yu'dal and staring at the place on the other side of the arena where his opponent would soon emerge.
The gates opened, and out of them walked a figure resplendent in shining red and gold armor, gleaming in the orange sunset. Lucius Gharrethar, the Highprince himself. The crowd surrounding the Testing Place bowed, and so did Gallian. Lucius walked up to the kneeling squire, and asked, as was traditional, if he was ready.
"Are you, Gallian Heerfax of House Heerfax, third of his name, heir to the Faxheight and Highknight Aspirant, prepared to take the Test of Blood and Steel?"
Gallian rose, looked Lucius in his piercing blue eyes with his own greens, and said, simply.
"I am ready, my Prince."
The two combatants walked away from each other to their aids; Gallian was handed his helm by his father, an old man with a kindly look about him. Lucius was given his shining golden helm and Yu'dal by a Highknight wearing the red cloak that Gallian did not yet have the right to wear. Both combatants returned to the center of the arena armed, and readied themselves for combat, Gallian taking the aggressive Zash'tol stance, with Lucius in the more relaxed Dintir position. By unspoken agreement, they both suddenly lunged at each other, and the duel began. Though Gallian moved with great finesse and speed, never once did his blade even scratch the hardened Gildsteel on Lucius' armor; the Highprince seemed to dance around every strike, periodically parrying Gallian's blade with his own in an almost lazy manner. Gallian was growing visibly frustrated, and his swings and lunges were becoming more and more uncontrolled, and he soon froze with Lucius' Yu'dal inches from the visor of his helm. Realizing that the trial was over, Gallian despondently dropped his Yu'dal, the resplendent sword clattering to the hard stone floor of the Testing Place.
"Gallian, my friend, look at me."
The sad knight looked into the Highprince's eyes.
"You performed admirably, for one as young as yourself."
The Highprince clapped him on the shoulder, and smiled.
"Welcome to the Highknights."
As Lucius left, flanked by his Highknight bodyguards, Gallian stood stunned as his overjoyed father hugged him and cried with glee, and the cheering throng of commonfolk swarmed around him.

A Daisi archeologist sips at his honey, looking out at the mass of paralyzed wood and stone. The furnaces of Aryamied, no other sign of the ancient world is a fraction as well preserved, as rich in history, as large. The Aryamiens are credited with uniting all the tribes, though, legend has it, that they were all devoured by a pack of Berum beasts. Still, it is clear that remnants of this culture are very wide spread, particularly their idealisation of blue hair. The old man smirked at that thought, looking at a small crowd of dyed blue heads. Personally he referred his natural red. (Hair color ranges from green, through purple and to red. Blue is exceedingly rare.)

1) & 2) Extensive searching of our archives has led our scientists to conclude that the worlds of Kriizak and Hathhoch, known of since the first Cherrenai telescopes, might be of use for colony purposes. We begin putting together colonial teams to examine the possibilities and troubles these worlds might present, with the goal of settling new colonies on each to extend the ever-growing reach of Dhorlia.

3) We make plans and start developments that might allow us to regain contact with our distant sublight probes.

4) The space elevator has long been theorised, but the intense geological activity beneath Dhorlia's surface may make a project of such complexity requiring such stability impractical. But what if we could build down from space? Our scientists at SPU begin to consider the possibilities of some sort of massive orbital station with some kind of 'skyhook' to lift what we need into orbit with minimal fuel expenditure.

Nation Name: The United Earth Federation
Race: Human
Color: Navy Blue
Fluff: The United Earth Federation, as its name suggests, is made up of the united nations of Earth which, after a great war sparked by the depletion of Earth's natural resources, united by necessity for the survival of humanity. The humans barely scraped by as this ragtag organization for some time, and fighting was still common until the most wealthy nations scraped together their resources to launch a permanent colony to the moon. This colony later bloomed into great domed cities across the lunar surface, and soon the Lunar colonies gained the strength to revolt against the Earthlings and eventually took control of the United Earth Federation using sophisticated combat mechs suitable for combat in both the airless surface of the Moon and Earth alike along with great warships which quickly allowed the Lunar Colonies to dominate the resource-depleted Earth forces. Now the Lunar Council rules over the United Earth Federation from the great lunar city of Elysium, where it uses the Moon's great riches to propel humanity to ever greater heights.

1. It's a good thing no one was hurt by that malfunction. The Lunar Council orders a complete safety check of the colony ship bound to Valhalla, Mars before takeoff.
2. With our highly advanced Hyperion Propulsion System we can travel at speeds never thought possible, though some posit that we can travel even faster, using this technology as a springboard. By traveling fast enough scientists posit that they could potentially enter a slipstream in spacetime and warp at speeds faster than light to our destination. The completion of this technology will allow us to travel to destinations once thought of as unreachable, meaning that with the use of this technology the entire galaxy could be opened up to us in due time. (Action: Develop a FTL drive!)
3. The Federation Parliament proposes a resolution to build an elite scientific research university in Elysium, filled with the finest human minds as both faculty and researchers. Here, bright and dedicated students would have the privilege of learning under the best of the best, contributing to research and furthering their growth into exemplary citizens of the Federation. The university will be state-run, and will focus on STEM degrees, leaving the arts and humanities to other universities aside from introductory classes. To that end the new university will also be outfitted with some of the finest equipment money can buy to take learning to the next level. Once completed, the Parliament hopes that the new university, named the Sol Institute of Science and Technology, will be the shining gem atop the crown of the UEF's education system, paving the way for new innovation and new triumphs for humanity. The Lunar Council unanimously approves the measure and construction is slated to begin immediately.
4. Development of lasers continues in order to ensure that the Federation army remains strong should any adversities arise.
