In the far future, biotechnology advances by leaps and bounds, creating stunning achievements in medical, civil, and military applications. Illness becomes a thing of the past, and genetic modification is as commonplace as cosmetic surgery.

However, like all great advances, unchecked progress and experimentation has led to abuse and corruption. Ultra powerful megacorporations that monopolized the latest biotech have risen to be the great powers of the age, waging secret wars of sabotage, espionage, and deceit to get ahead of each other.

In order to fuel their rampant growth, megacorps develop lethal diseases and viruses, horrific bio-organic abominations, and ever more exotic genetic modifications to both sell to the highest bidder and unleash upon each other.

The rampant proliferation of bioweapons, and the need to contain them, has given rise to a new profession, the BIOWEAPON HUNTER.

You are LEWIS, a Hunter specializing in hunting down biological threats with your T-Doll companion HK!

After the Tyrant was downed, it wasn't long until Umbrella was able to contain the site, eliminating or capturing the rest of the loose BOWs. HK was damaged in the battle with the Tyrant, but was still mobile. Despite your concerns, HK kept insisting that she was fine.

Umbrella was considerate enough to give you a ride back to the office, but it was obscenely late by the time you got back. Unsurprisingly, only Nemo was there burning the midnight oil. She practically lived in the lab anyways. You really had no choice but to leave HK at the lab to get fixed up overnight.

And so you begin the long, tiring trip back to your apartment, where you hoped you could catch at least a couple hour of sleep. You open the door, only to get hit in the face by a very powerfully thrown pillow.

"Carol! What the hell!" You sputter as the pillow bounces off your face.

"You got HK hurt, didn't you?" Carol pouts, her arms on her hips like a disappointed parent. "Hank told me all about what happened!"

Damnit, Hank...

"Well, that's sort of what happens when you hunt down a Tyrant." You shrug. "You remember the first time I went against one with Hank, right?"

"Yes, and you nearly died." Carol huffs, her normally pink hair flushing red for a moment. You note she was much thinner and more lightly built, and not the voluptuous and knock out seductress she normally appeared as in public. This was the form she usually took when she was home, away from the public eye. "Did you really think that was going to make me feel better?"

"Just pointing out a fact." You frown. "I'm a trained and experienced Hunter now, Carol. You don't have to keep worrying about me."

"Well, somebody has to when Mom's not around!" Carol puts as she crosses her arms. "You know how sad she'd be if something happened to you?"

"I guess..." You sigh as drop down onto your couch. Today was such a long day, you didn't even have the energy to make it to your bed. "Mom always was a huge worrywart."

"Heehee, she had to be one after having an irresponsible kid like you!" Carol giggles as she hugs you from behind.

She was soft. Unnaturally soft and warm, like a living pillow. You could quickly feel what little energy you had left being sapped away by this comfortable feeling. A sure sign she was in a cuddling mood.

You've gotten used to it over the years, naturally. Being a shapeshifter, Carol couldn't afford to be careless or intimate with others, at least those who weren't in on her secret. It usually wasn't so bad when you were both living with Mom, but since she wasn't around anymore, that really left you as the sole person Carol could really open up to.

>Well, you're not exactly complaining.

But in stead of an actual attempt to eat us, it was a light nibbling in her sleep, mostly lip movement and saying "munch munch munch". No danger, but we were traumatised as a kid, knowing she COULD actually eat us.

"Just... don't try and eat me again." You sigh as you finally start to relax.

"Don't be silly! I haven't eaten a person in months!" Carol laughs.

"Wait, what?" You gasp.

"Haha! Just kidding!" Carol giggles. "Don't worry!"

Well... you suppose you really had no other choice in the matter. Carol's grip around you was already as tight and secure as a boa constrictor, locking you in place.

Well, you guess having an older, shapeshifting sister that could literally turn herself into a living pillow wasn't so bad...

When you wake up, you realize there's a large, heavy, but soft weight on your face. As your eyes creak open, you see that you're quite literally being smothered by a pair of fleshy mountains, being hugged close to Lucina's chest.

Well, you knew right away it wasn't Lucina. Carol had a nasty habit of using her shapeshifting to tease you, and she wasn't even trying to hide it here. This Lucina's breast size was easily almost twice what it normally was!

"Ooooooh, but you always got so embarrassed when you were little!" Carol chuckles. It was surreal hearing Carol's voice coming out of Lucina's body. "Hmmmm, maybe I've been going about it the wrong way~?"

And then Carol begins to shrink and shrink until she as just a tiny version of Lucina.

"Well? How about it?" Carol giggles, her voice now a higher pitch to match that of a younger child.

"Awwwww, you're just so cute!" You coo as you kneel down and pinch Carol on the cheek.

However, Carol is quick to respond, as her left arm stretches like a tentacle and she pinches you back on your cheek.

"Careful little brother, what would Mom think if she knew you were into little girls?"

"And what would she think if she knew you were trying to tempt me by looking like one?" You retort, still not dropping your poker face.

"Touche." Carol concedes. "Truce?"

"Truce." You nod.

You both let go of each other's cheeks at the same time. You rub at yours, now a bit raw and sensitive while Carol reforms herself back into her "regular" body.

"Anyways, are you gonna be going to work today?" Carol asks as she skips off to the kitchen to prepare breakfast.

"Huh, let me see." You say as you take out your phone. You see a text from the Boss saying that you have the day off due to the double duty you pulled, but she was expecting a meeting when you returned regarding the damage to HK and Big Mama.

Heh... it's been a while since you've made a house call to Lucina. Would be nice to see her somewhere that wasn't a jail cell or interrogation room for a change. You check the time, noting you it was still early enough that you could catch her before she leaves for the station. Just gotta finish breakfast and clean yourself up...

"Hm? Are you going out somewhere?" Carol asks.

"Just gonna pay a visit Lucy, that's all." You explain simply as you wolf down the last of your bacon and make a dash for the shower.

"Oh! Have fun then!" Carol says happily.

Once you've gotten yourself somewhat presentable, you hop in your car and head out. Since she was a high ranking police captain, Lucina actually could afford to live in one of the nicer areas of Raccoon City, right in the heart of the downtown area itself. A personal penthouse for herself. Must be nice working in a PD flush with Umbrella cash, through Lucina was never particularly happy with it.

You pull up the building Lucina's penthouse was in. One of those tall, corporate spires made completely out of steel and glass, rising up so high it made your eyes hurt squinting upwards, the early morning sun reflecting almost perfectly off the windows.

You decide to head to the front door like a normal person. You enter the lobby easily enough, but you can see the numerous security guards present eye you carefully. You could tell a number of them were packing biomods themselves. Mostly the usual blend of speed and strength enhancements, though some of them seemed to have some enhances senses, no doubt to detect any possible weapons or contraband. Thankfully you weren't dumb enough to carry in a place like this, even if you were licensed to.

You take the elevator up to one of the upper floors where Lucina's penthouse was. Trying to ignore all the gltizy postmodern architecture the designers thought was all the rage, you find the door to Lucina's apartment. A big, heavy oak affair. You mentally prepare yourself and ring the doorbell.

The heavy door creaks open and you see...

ST-AR.

"Oh... it's you." ST-AR just gives you a blank, yet judging look. "What brings you up here?"

"Just wanted to visit Lucy, that's all." You shrug. "Is she in?"

"She's indisposed at the moment." ST-AR says simply. Means she was probably in the bathroom or something. "You can wait in the living room, I guess."

>Sure thing.

"Sure thing." You nod.

ST-AR just gives a casual nod back and motions for you to follow her in. You do so and she leads you to the penthouse living room. You take a seat in one of the couches, while ST-AR calmly and silently stands of to the side, her eyes locked on to you as if you were some sort of potential burglar or something.

This was, uh... more awkward than you thought it would be.

Technically, the M16 is the AR-15, it's just that AR-15 is typically used to refer to the semi-auto civy model.

fun fact, the AR-15 actually predates the M16. There wasn't even going to be an M16, except that Curtis LeMay went to the right 4th of July party and had a great time vaporizing some watermelons with an AR-15, and ordered 80,000 of them for the air force immediately thereafter.

"So, um, ST-AR..." You speak up.

"You can just call me Star." ST-AR sighs. "It's what Lucina's taken to calling me, so I might as well go by it."

"Okay... Star." You nod.

You're not completely sure, but you're almost certain you saw the corners of ST-AR's mouth tug into a slight smile for a split second.

"So uh, I read a some stuff in your file-"

"About how I'm apparently disobedient and don't follow orders to a T?" ST-AR raises an eyebrow.

"Yeah... pretty much." You nod.

"Do you think I might pose a problem for Lucina?" ST-AR asks calmly, still maintaining that poker face of hers.

"No, Lucy can take care of herself. I was just curious." You shrug.

"Ah, well." ST-AR seems to relax a bit and crosses her arms. "I've simply accumulated so much combat data that I can independently interpret my preprogrammed directives. It's that simple, really."

"Is that so-?" You're about to continue when you hear footsteps, and Lucina enters, wearing casual shorts and t-shirt with a RCPD jacket.

"So what brings you here today, Lewis?" Lucina asks with a slightly suspicious look on her face.

"Well, you see, I got the day off today..."

>And that's it for tonight! Remember to come back for the next part on Saturday!

It’d be funny if this was closer to Lucina’s Approximate actual size.

After all she was apparently biodesigned to be perfect, and if she’s fit a large rack won’t hurt her and give her boosted appeal. She’d just likely wear a sports bra to downplay though given I am willing to bet she has a complex about it.

"You're already enough of a hassle when you're on the job." Lucina groans as she plops down in the sofa across from you. "You do realize that I can't exactly play hooky from my job, right?"

Well, she sorta had a point there. Hunters were generally free to pick and choose when they wanted to work or take jobs. A civil (Umbrella) servant like Lucina, though, didn't have such liberties.

Meanwhile, ST-AR looked on silent from the background. For a T-Doll with such a disinterested expression, she seemed to be really focused on observing this conversation.

"Really now?" Lucina raises an eyebrow. "You want to spend your day off being a deputy?"

"I was always curious about how stuff looked like on your side." You nod. "You know, with all the rules and regs and stuff."

"It's not just 'stuff', the entire job is all about rule and regulations." Lucina sighs and then gives you a hard glare. "Fine, you want to tag along for the day, I'll let you. But you follow my orders or it's straight to lockup. Clear?"

"Crystal." You affirm.

"I need to gear up at the station so meet me there in an hour." Lucina finishes up her coffee and gets up. "And be on time. I'm not going to wait around for you."

"I know , I know." You chuckle. Lucina never did leave you behind, even if you were late but she always pretended she would.

"We'll see you then." ST-AR says, giving you a slight glare that was communicating that it was time for you to leave. You wonder how a T-Doll was able to replicated that.

As you take the elevator back down to the ground floor, you figure you had enough time for one quick detour. You wonder what you could accomplish in that amount of time, though.

Hank was probably at his favorite bar getting himself dead drunk. Might be good to make sure he wasn't getting himself into too much trouble.

Or you could swing by the office and check on HK.

Then again, maybe you should go to your regular gun dealer and see if there was any way to get a replacement for Big Mama. There was enough leftover funds from that last job to cover a decent purchase...

You decide to go swing by Nemo's lab to check up on HK. You hadn't seen her since last night, and you wanted to make sure she was still in working order.

It takes about half an hour to get there, and you notice the parking garage is ominously empty. Guess the Boss gave everyone the day off today. You wonder if there was some greater reason to it. She usually wasn't so magnanimous on her own.

Regardless, you were sure Nemo was still in the lab, as she practically never left it anyways. You enter the office and then the lab, where you see Nemo scribbling notes down on a clipboard. As you enter though, the angle of your position initially blocks HK from view. She's sitting on an examination table.

"Oh, Lewis, I didn't know you would be stopping by today." HK says simply.

The fact that she was completely naked didn't seem to bother her.

"That's uh, pretty damn accurate looking." You remark.

"Well, of course. You DO know their original function was supposed to be, right?" Nemo remarks as she runs some kind of scanner over HK's torso. "Paying customers wouldn't settle for anything less."

"Kind of surprised a pure combat model like HK would still be... fully featured like this." You shrug.

"Well, THI was never a company to half ass their products." Nemo yawns as she sets the scanner aside. "Dual purpose bodyguards are all the rage these days, you know?"

"Dual purpose? But I was only built for a singular one." HK tilts her head curiously.

"Oh, so innocent, these new builds." Nemo cracks a rare smile.

"Is she combat ready?" You wonder.

"Well, technically yes, but I wouldn't recommend it." Nemo cautions. "Her major systems are back online and she can walk and talk just fine, but any stress could further damage any parts that were knocked loose. Like I said, THI tech is sometimes way too delicate for its own good."

You see HK's signature beret lying a table next to you, so you simply walk forward, casually pick up the hat, and give HK an appreciative headpat before plopping the beret back on her head.

"What was that for?" HK asks, confused.

"It's a headpat. A sign of affection." Nemo explains. "Don't think you're special, though. He does that to all the girls."

"I do no!" You grunt.

"Suuuuuuuure. Keep telling yourself that." Nemo rolls her eyes. "Anyways, don't have anything better to do on your vacation than pester me?"

"Don't you have anything better to do than stay in the lab all day?" You retort.

"You know perfectly well the answer to that." Nemo rolls her eyes again.

"Right, right, I gotta go anyways." You wave to HK as you head for the door. "See you later, HK."

"Bye." HK gives a simple wave with one hand while adjusting her beret with the other.

All right, no more distractions. You had to head over to the station to meet up with Lucina. You drive over to the RCPD HQ, where you see Lucina and ST-AR already waiting out front next to a standard squad car.

"You're late." Lucina frowns.

"By a minute." You say defensively.

"Sixty seconds late is still late." ST-AR chimes in.

"Anyways, let's get going." Lucina sighs as she opens up the driver seat door.

You instinctively head for the front passenger seat, but notice ST-AR also making her way to it as well. Your eyes lock on to each for a brief second as you both realize what's happening.

"Clever girl." You say with a grin.

"Just how I was programmed." ST-AR shrugs simply.

"I swear, it feels like I'm dealing with TWO children, now." Lucina groans.

"Oh come on, you love it." You laugh as you settle for the back seat.

"Sure, whatever you say." Lucina grunts. "Star, hit up dispatch and see where we're needed."

"Roger." ST-AR nods as her eyes flash. Presumably directly tuning into the police band.

"Receiving multiple requests for backup." ST-AR reports.

RIOT CONTROL: Another anti-biomod mob has organized and is stirring up trouble in downtown Raccoon City. Keep an eye on the mob and disperse them if necessary.

POLICE RAID: A group marketing in illegal biomod surgery and viral boosters has been tracked to their hideout. It's time to break up their little scheme.

PUBLIC PRESENCE: Some "concerned citizen" keeps calling in reports of suspicious activity. Patrol the area to put the public at ease.

"Dispatch is reporting that STARS is requesting backup at the docks." ST-AR says calmly. "Apparently the suspects are refusing to surrender and have barricaded themselves inside a warehouse."

"Always have to do it the hard way." Lucina sighs. "Lewis, you up for some doorkicking?"

"Do I get to shoot people?" You ask pleadingly.

"Yes." Lucina sighs and rolls her eyes. "But please TRY to take them alive if possible."

"No promises." You chuckle.

Lucina then hits the siren and gas, sending the squad car barrelling through the streets of Raccoon City.

It's not long until you reach the docks, where you see things were... not going well. You could see dozens of police cars surrounding a single warehouse, with the RCPD and STARS officers trading sporadic gunfire with the occupants within. Lucina brings the car to a stop next the STARS mobile command post.

STARS, or the Special Tactics and Rescue Service, was Raccoon City's version of a regular SWAT team, though more specialized to deal with the higher than normal rate of biotech related crimes unique to the city.

"I'm going to go see what's up." Lucina says as she exits the car. "Lewis, you stay here until I come back."

"Really?" You groan. "Afraid I'll make you look bad in front of the the boy scouts?"

"You're not exactly popular with them, let's be honest here." Lucina sighs.

"Me specifically? Or because I'm a Hunter?" You ask.

"Yes." Lucina replies bluntly. "If you're too scared to be left alone, I can task ST-AR to keep you company here."

"Right, right, you're the boss here, Lucy." You say as you lean back in your seat. "I'll just sit back here in the meantime."

"Excellent." Lucina then turns to ST-AR. "Star, keep an eye on him, please."

"With pleasure." ST-AR nods.

With that, Lucina strides off into the command post, where you suspect she was going to talk about strategy and tactics and stuff.

"So... STARS." ST-AR muses. "Have you ever served with them?"

"Well, sorta." You shrug. "Gotten arrested by them a couple times, that's for sure."

"What are they like?" ST-AR wonders. "I know their general mission, but that's about it."

"Why so curious?" You raise an eyebrow.

"Because I'm just curious." ST-AR responds.

"She has the heart and innocence of a child but she tries her damnedest to be a good partner." You say with a smile. "It's a bit endearing, actually."

"Is that so." ST-AR says simply.

You have a feeling ST-AR was carrying some sort of baggage, but before you get the chance to ask, Lucina returns, a determined look on her face.

"All right Lewis, ST-AR, we've been given the go ahead to stage an assault on the warehouse." She explains. "We'll be assisting STARS on this."

"Oh boy." You grin. "So how are we going to go about it?"

"Well, there's two loud, and one quiet method." Lucina crosses her arms. "We drop down from the roof or just barge through the front with the rest of the STARS assault team. The quiet method has us sneaking in from the dock side and getting through via the underground drainage system."

"That last one sounds messy." You frown.

"I always did like coming from above." You grin. "Makes you feel all cool and heroic."

"I figured you'd go for that option." Lucina nods. "The helicopter's already fueled up and ready to go. We just need to gear up and get moving.

"Well, I can-"

"We do this by regulation." Lucina says sternly. "That means police issue only. Not whatever questionably legal ordnance you've brought with you."

Damn.

"The three of you head over to a waiting STARS van, which seemed to be acting as a mobile armor. Inside was all manner of gear and weaponry. First, you and Lucina stock up on body armor. Mostly vests and helmets. ST-AR opts not to take any armor. She honestly didn't need any.

You then look at the selection of weapons, which was disappointingly plain, but these were cops, after all.

There was the bog standard assault rifle. Nothing special or gimmicky about it. A shotgun for up close and personal matters. There were also submachine guns if you wanted to spit out a crapload of bullets really fast.

You pick up the trusty old shotgun. A nice, reliable pump action. You make sure to load up with a healthy mix of buckshot and solid slug shells with a few specialist shells as well. Never could be too careful.

You looked over to see Lucina going with a riot shield and handgun combo, while ST-AR was backing an assault rifle. Seemed like you were going with a diverse mix of weapons here.

"Are you all ready?" Lucina asks.

"Ready to go." You say.

ST-AR nods silently.

"All right, then. Let's get to work, people." Lucina says with determination.

Looks like it was time to bring down the long arm of the law on a few poor criminals. The whole cops and robbers thing didn't really appeal to you, but you had to admit, there was a certain bit of romanticism to the whole thing-

"Lewis, focus." Lucina says sternly as she slaps the back of your head. "We're moving out."

"Yeah, I'm coming, I'm coming." You sigh as you follow Lucina to the waiting helicopter.

Well, either way, this was bound to be an interesting experience...
