Wondering what those icons mean and need a char sheet?
Here is a explanation and a sheet!

Ap represents how many 'actions' your char can do when doing stuff. Generally you can move 1 AP per tile, 3 AP for a physical action or attack, 1 ap for a mental thing etc. You can also increase your skill score at a rate of 1:1 for a single action or use of that skill.
-Examples:
-Physical: Attack the guy next to me, 3 ap
-Mental: What is this item I found?
-Movement: Move: 2 north and 1 north east

Reaction: How quick you are at evading things, you can put 3 ap into 'dodging' something that with a successful roll avoids the damage of a successful attack on you entirely.

Will is your willingness to push on and your ability to withstand the horrors of the world. You may spend it at a 1:1 ratio to regain health, buff your skill, temporarily gain AP for that round and more Please keep a record of your maximum as will also determines your mental stability and how good your char is at seeing things that no mortal should not see.

Mental: Is your mental ability at trying things,investigating, knowing and learning things etc. Any non combat action will generally use mental for rolling.

Grit: Your odd stat, this represents how strong your char is, how potent their mutations are and how lucky they are. When attempting to perform a feat of strength you often roll with 8+grit. Examples include grappling someone, lifting up a garage door, and carrying a vault.

(This is mainly gonna be a copy and paste from last enemy phase and act phase due to thread archiving and not all players being processed)

With the hive king revealed to be arriving soon, the trappers make haste programming drones, rushing forward and going to buildings to loot what they can.
Engenue stumbles into the 'shrine' of a Lithar shard, the walls are bleeding and the shard hums a sickly red as tendrils around pulse in unison. The taste and smell of blood is heavy in the air as is the pool of blood that he stepped on.
For Komrade as soon as he inhales the dose of moondust his world explodes. Where their was pavement and rubble their is nothing but the void with only a light barrier separating him from falling into the void wherever he steps feeling as if he was stepping on air. Him and his comrades melt away until they are humanoid shapes filled with stars, blue, red, purple, gray, and so many more.
Ahead of him the walls melt revealing a cache of drugs and a lone lithar Alter ahead of him radiates a baleful black light corrupting the calm void filled with a sea of people.

With a commanding gesture and a few signs between the two mutants they turn back to the trappers before chittering once more. With the brawler next to one readying it's shield in preparation for the drones onslaught, and the other pointing towards Opio commanding the drone to shoot which it does with brutal accuracy.
Nearby the S-MS drone readies its gun towards the rioters, including Gregory in this case as it unleashes a onslaught of concussion and beanbag rounds towards him and the mutant guard. Gregory is on the floor knocked out and the mutant is also but not before it suffers a case of limb loss from the rounds tearing into it's shield. The uniformed mutant only sighs and scrapes off a bit of flesh off of it's uniform before returning once more to it's chittering.

As for Liasken the autodoc puts the finishing touches on her hands giving them the look of light tattoo's. With a quick vend of C-F medicine telling her to take it twice per hour for the next three it retracts its tools from her leaving her to witness the installation of her 'upgrade'. Sadly their nothing for the battery's to use unless she were to grasp a object and power it via her induction ports.

The sound of V-32's blaring through the air is near defeaning as our trappers start to make their retreat. Bags are filled, gloves are procured and a shard is stored and a car is hacked to provide a getaway.
Good job on remembering to bag it with gloves or using a bag to separate contact with your skin trapper. Lithar shards tend to get ugly if they come in contact with bare skin or fur.

Unless your a Sec officer, not much you can do about it you think. Your not sure, that thing is still haunting you at the moment.

You believe that without the shard the alter will eventually drain itself of power and go dormant. However once a shard is plucked it will aggravate the shrine and it will try to get it back along with it's passive effect in the area will expand and worsen for a few minutes before going dormant. Until some idiot activates it somehow. Dying near one, worshipping it, are some common ways to activate a alter again.
The alter itself? You know that what just Engenue just snagged is called a blood shard, those things have a effect that it causes someones scars and wounds to suddenly become aggravated. Often killing a wounded trapper who decided to pluck the shard for a quick score. The tendrils on the other hand? You know that one their alive and sentient and that two their razor sharp and are more than able to bind and kill any unlucky trappers who get near them once their 'activated'. Or they didn't take the hint and started fleeing once they started 'crawling' towards him. Which your vision now highlights as the tendrils begin burrowing through the ground only popping up near Engenue. The vision below the ground however? It seems they've managed to already breach the hive.
Also you hear that if somehow manage to harvest a tendril you can use them as a substitute for peppers.

Our trappers pile into the car or make their getaway on foot. Either way a retreat is achieved and with enough loot on their backs to assure that they get paid the trappers start the journey of going home.

The trappers who made it out on foot eventually end up at the meeting point where Druskof sitting on the head of a slain goliath. A quick chat with him reveals that he's still waiting for any stragglers to come by. Time passes, wounds are mended and drones are stored. And the trouble of identifying where exactly Engenue and the group ended up at starts.
Eventually after getting in range with a local tower and with the help of a few script kits and shitty host protection their location is revealed.
A quick drive through and the carnage that the hive king is causing is quickly evident. Entire building and stores are laid low and crushed into dust. The Crete blocks of the previous inhabitants in the city who worked day in and day out eking out a life under the wing of the Mega corps are destroyed and reduced to rubble, parks who once may have been the pride of a neighborhood have turned into beguiling groves. No longer burdened by the presence of humans and with the help of father time mother nature sets to work infesting nearby Neo-Crete structures with vines, moss, plants what have you. Given time and a bit of luck even the infested corp cities will start to look countryside although with a lot more Neo-crete blocks but thats not for another half a century or more.
Eventually the other trappers are found near the wreck of the corp car. It's fuel stocks drained and wheels destroyed its more serviceable as a piece of cover than anything else. With the sun starting to set and with the hive king still on the prowl for the next day or so the trucks nutrient pump is set up and any carcasses quickly shoved into it. And with 5 noisy, blood curdling crunching minutes later dinner is served if you didn't bring your own food.

With the map coming to an end I hope that you all had fun playing it as much as I did running it. =v=
While we continue and have you head back to the prepper complex where you will see regular life within and 'level up'.
I would like to ask you what did you feel about this game and this map?
Did you feel it had any lulls or moments when there was nothing to do or engage you?
Did you feel that some weapons or items were useless when you used them and etc.
Same thing to you lurkers if you are out there, what did you think about the game, was the rules to confusing to understand and etc.

Thanks for the game, I had fun \=3=/. If anything this game is interesting and the setting appealing, could be the birth of a good stalker like qst/skirmish?
-Any lulls when there was nothing to do? Legit impossible for me as I was stuck in combat since turn 2 and I have probably not stopped shotting/prepared to shoot since then. I dont even know my kill count or assist count but its probably massive considering the number of enemies on the map who are dead af. All the items given were pretty useful and all had a purpose. If anything the lack of natural cover at some point in the map was concerning but Gregory fixed that pretty quick. We have all the tools needed all we need to do is use them properly when you throw a challenge at us. Thanks again and have a good day!
