I ran it through a low-pass and raised the pitch by 50%, which got close but not enough time make anything out.

I'm still fucking around with the video at around 0:02 to try and extract that one sentence I couldn't get before. The artifacting is pretty bad though

Well. My opinion with the little I remember is that we are the son of someone in Antartica like Katsuragi. We're having some weird flashback + entity communicating with us in our mind, maybe what's left from ophelia, thinking we are Mark.
Or maybe we're mark and third impact is happening and we're just having a cool retrospective on how we fucked up while having a philosophical epiphany in the midst of the end of the world.

Sometime, you don't have control over everything. It's easy to try to imagine everything that could have been done better. It's way harder to accept it. If I didn't accept it, I wouldn't have been able to lead anymore. Leading is about making tough decision. A lot of people died doing their duty under my command, all of them were under my care. I knew it could happen, they knew it could happen and in the end, the only thing responsible were Angels.
